simply everything was amazing. The staff is super, always there for your needs, decent in the background and never intrusive! everybody is smiling and super friendly! The best part (for us) was the fact, that it was completely quiet all the time, especially during the night and in the morning. We came to relax, sleep well and calm down and Theros was just the perfect fit! We love the atmosphere and the mix between privacy and social gathering there. Room with private pool was perfect, enough space and very modern. Breakfast very tasty - mix between a la carte and buffet is very good. Great Cocktails, good Coffee and also delicious meals for dinner. everything was very clean and also very green - we loved it and will definitely come back with our Families next year!

Just newly built and opened super beautiful hotel, the composition of materials throughout the hotel and rooms is incredible nice, the pool is big enough to really swim, our room with a private small pool was optimal in the morning/late evening, rich and tasty breakfast buffet which one could even extend by menu card, all day service at the bar/pool/beach the latter in good reach by foot with comfortable sun beds/umbrellas and service; most importantly the entire service team at the front desk, restaurant/service, bar, room was incredible friendly and made the place relaxed and comfortable, namely Mus the bar chef is outstanding in creating cocktails just by describing the personal tastes but every other team member was equally professional; finally, the hotel manager and the owner had been looking for each sand every detail and was present for the guests likewise; all in all nothing to complain, really;

This place is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever been. The location was excellent, beautiful beaches and delicious restaurants in a walking distance. We stayed for 5 nights, in a shared private pool rooms, and yet, we mainly used the main pool area that was absolutely FANTASTIC. The hotel is spacious, stunning, clean and romantic. It is clear that they thought of all the small details, including design and furniture, recommendations of top attractions and restaurants, drinks menu at the bar (amazing cocktails by Mus) and room facilities. We fell in love with the hotel and the staff, they are just beautiful inside and out. The service was perfect (fluent English), and beyond our expectations. They did everything they could to make our holiday just perfect and brilliant. we felt welcomed and important at all times. Special thanks from our hearts to the incredible Espasia and the hotel staff - Muss, Flatun, Vera, Panos, Minise, Claudia, Fay and Harris. We were truly sad to leave, and we will definitely return.

Our stay was amazing. This hotel starts off with a beautiful design and a wonderful staff that is so helpful when needed. We were greeted with a delicious welcome drink and the pool is absolutely amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The gym was great. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfy. You are provided with a Marshall speaker :0 and the best blow dryer of my life! We are the adventurous type so we spent very little time actually relaxing at the hotel normally being gone most of the day and going out for dinner. We cruised around with a quad and evenings it is only a 15-20 minute walk into old town. If you like partying there is a great beach club right next door during the summer, we arrived in off-season and it had just closed down. Overall beautiful hotel, great location, good breakfast and overall great pricing. Thanks!

The hotel is modern and of a high standard. The location of this hotel is 25 minutes from Kos airport and easy to get to. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from the private beach area. Our room was cleaned every day and super spacious with necessary facilities like a steamer, mini fridge and coffee machine. The room was huge with a terrace, super cool and minimal look to it. The pool, bar and restaurant area are beautiful with staff being ever so attentive. We often walked to the town centre as it’s closer than it seems and easy to venture around. We took a taxi the first time and realised we didn’t really need one. The food and drinks are as expected and well planned, so you can tell a lot has gone into the details of the entire property to the menus. Definitely worth staying here if you want to have peace and quiet but yet stay close to other beach clubs for a little dance or day drinks later on.

The hotel staff are wonderful and made sure our trip was the best it could possibly be. They booked us an amazing horse riding experience (if you visit you must do thie - suitable for everyone) the boat trip was one of our favourite days and we were very happy with every element of that day. The hotel is beautiful and the master suite is worth every penny more. The best view in the whole property with a private hotub and room and balcony big enough to play tennis on😅 the beds are super comfy - bathroom is immaculate and extremely functional. The AC is perfect and the TV and sofa area is great for a cosy movie night. The sea view is one of the best I've ever had.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lango Design Hotel & Spa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. What an amazing hotel. Loved it. Modern design, which felt spacious and well thought out through out. Location by the private beach is ideal, with views to the Greek islands and Turkey whilst sat there having breakfast. By the way, the breakfast is extremely good. Well done! 30minute walk into town which is not terrible or €8 in a taxi (flat fee). Again, not bad. Nice to take the walk as you come across bars and tavernas along the way. Finally, the staff are exceptional. So professional and friendly throughout the whole stay. Cannot recommend highly enough. If you want a peaceful relaxing chilled holiday, then you will not be disappointed.

beautiful spot in Kos, not far from the main town and with an exceptional view of the amazing Greek Sunsets! the staff were so friendly and attentive. they were incredibly helpful in organizing our transport to the town and bikes for the day! the pool area is amazing ! such a great design and lovely loungers the rooms were great and the bathrooms/ shower were very nice! the best part overall is the breakfast buffet which is next level! such amazing variety and great coffee other amazing points - received a welcome drink on arrival which is a nice touch - gift of a Greek olive oil at the end of the stay

Absolutely love this place. Wonderful location and very beautiful. Visited in late October so it was very laid-back and quiet. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Nitsa at reception gave us some great advice for sightseeing in the area. Katrina in the dining room was very nice and provided extremely good service. Will definitely go back here again next time we’re in Kos.

Amazing place, the most beautiful hotel in mastichari, the room was amazing, the staff has been always kind with us and the other guests. Our holiday in Kos has been very relaxing and wonderful.

The staff were all very friendly and approachable. The facilities were clean and in good working order. Good location very close to the sea. The bar staff George and the lady outside were both great too.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana con la formula all inclusive. Posizione fantastica, comoda all'aeroporto e in posizione strategica per visitare altre località dell'isola ( paradise beach e kos città a mezz'ora di macchina ecc ) la struttura fronte spiaggia di sabbia bianca con lettini ed ombrelloni dedicati. Personale disponibile e sempre presente. Camere molto pulite così come le zone comuni e le piscine. Il ristorante offre una buona varietà con molta frutta e verdura e piatti preparati al momento. Consigliamo questa struttura se si è alla ricerca di relax e tranquillità.

Nice hotel, exciting view from the balcony down to the beach, all brandnew. Staff is outstanding - the crew serving breakfast was one of the best we ever experienced - extremely friendly team working. There are several buildings going down the hill - we had one of the lower ones - so to get up to the main building where the pool is located and breakfast is served there's an option to call a golf-cart at the reception or using the climbing for exercising....The suite with a jacuzzi outside is really spacious and provides a lot of privacy.

The view from balcony was outstanding from a perfectly clean and spacious room. The hot tub addition was relaxing to use day or night. Bed was super huge and comfortable and lovely pillows for sleeping. Breakfast buffet was huge, loads of options and always different touches each day. Room service for food was quick and well presented. The warm welcome on arrival , complimentary welcome drink with chat about hotel was very personal touch. On entering room there was ice bucket full of ice with complimentary drink. The outside pool bar was just perfect, such a helpful guy serving, so proud of hotel and Kefalos , always there to to help with food choices and drinks and the pool has comfy sun loungers and amazing views. This is a stunning memorable place.

The White Rock has fantastic views from the bedrooms and also the dining room and bar. It means that the beach/town is a 10/15 minute walk downhill but the views are worth it. We had a corner room with double aspect and a huge balcony with a hot tub. Sadly we didn't have much sun during our 3 days (early May) so couldn't use the balcony much, but the hot tub warmed us. We usually eat out on holiday, but opted for dinner at the hotel as the view was incredible and some of the other places weren't open yet. The food was well presented, very tasty and fairly reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. One rainy day we also had lunch, which was a bit disappointing - very stodgy pizza - but the other meals made up for it. The staff were all really attentive and pleasant, including the spa lady, who gave us good massages. The hotel is on a steep hill, which was fine for us, and staff were quick to shuttle people around on buggies if needed.

This was the best holiday ever! What we appreciated the most were the nice, friendly staff with whom we made something like a friendship! I love the White Rock of Kos because of the great hospitality, the beautiful and clean rooms, of course I can not forget the breathtaking view from the two balconies - yes, you heard right - we had two balconies. The rooms were exceptional, the housekeeping was excellent (the lady from Germany was so nice to do everything for us), and the drivers too. I would like to thank the receptionists who were so kind, understanding and tireless, the masseuse who was so nice, and the rest of the hotel staff as well. The food was exceptional! Mamma mia, fantastic breakfast (a variety of Greek products, all very tasty, always fresh fruit, spreads, salads, desserts and everything your heart desires)! So this was truly a honeymoon for us! I recommend it to those who are willing to pay a little more for the price, but get an exceptional quality of stay with an unforgettable view!

From the moment we arrived we knew we were in a 5 star hotel, excellent service and a beautiful hotel. We stayed in a Junior Suite with Private Pool, it was perfect in every way. The uninterrupted sea view was stunning. We were at the bottom of the resort and although it was steep we enjoyed the walk only using the complimentary ‘golf buggy’ service on arrival and departure. Breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold choices, as did lunch and dinner. The food was beautifully presented and of high quality and the service was perfect, all the staff were extremely friendly and could not do enough to help. We also had room service during our stay and again, it was of high quality which we thoroughly enjoyed. Cocktails at the pool bar were fantastic and the views are spectacular. If you are reading this review, do not hesitate to book this hotel, a luxurious treat for everyone who stays.

Koia resort is a beautiful hotel, we had a deluxe suite with sea view and private pool (room 402). The room has an amazing window from the bedroom to the sea view, with a large terrace and massive private pool. The room gets sun over the pool until about 4pm in July. We initially wanted the heated pool but then saw on the website this was only heated to 19-22 degrees, therefore we took the non-heated option and the water was fine. Pros about the hotel: - very friendly and helpful staff. Vivi did our restaurant bookings and recommended very nice restaurants for dinner and beach clubs and helped us with booking watersports also. None of the staff were unhelpful and we weren’t told “no” at any point during the trip - beautiful views and grounds with sparkling new premises - breakfast was outstanding with a great spread - restaurant for dinner is also delicious - new well appointed rooms - free parking - free bottled water in rooms every day - lovely spa with great massages and manicure/pedicure To be aware of: - the one annoyance during our trip was the poor WiFi in the outdoor seating area by our private pool, so you couldn’t surf the internet on your phone etc (5G also weak or connected to Turkish mobile reception which may not be included in EU free roaming like Greece) - there are European plugs in the room and USB-C and USB-A ports by the bed which is good, but you will need an adaptor for toothbrush chargers coming from the U.K. Overall 10/10 stay!

We had a week’s holiday at this adults only boutique hotel and loved everything about it. The hotel’s modern design and architecture fit in to the surrounding hillside and seem to really maximise the wonderful sea views, and there is a lovely feeling of space and calm. Our suite was “deluxe with a private pool” and it was beautiful, well-equipped (coffee machine and a kettle), spacious and clean. The pool and terrace were lovely too, with sun loungers and a parasol, as well as a covered area with table and seating. For us, the food and fantastic service were real highlights. Half-board à la carte dinners were delicious and interesting, using local herbs and home grown vegetables. Wine list was excellent. Breakfast was equally impressive with a copious buffet and eggs to order. Great coffee! Lots of room service and bar options throughout the day - all kept on track by the charming Alex. In fact ALL the hotel’s staff were professional, courteous & friendly and they all seemed to genuinely go above and beyond to make our holiday perfectly relaxing and indulgent, with nothing ever being too much trouble. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning next year - next time, we will hire a car as the price of the peace and tranquility of the location is that there are limited activities in the surrounding area. But that is half the charm of this indulgent hotel!

As an adults-only hotel, it's incredibly quiet and peaceful, which was exactly what we were hoping for. While many of the rooms feature private pools, we stayed in one without, and it didn't detract from our experience one bit. Our room was still fantastic, and the main pool was always blissfully uncrowded, feeling like our own private oasis. The food and cocktails were simply amazing. Every meal was a delight, and the drinks were expertly crafted. However, the real heart of this hotel is its staff. They were absolutely fantastic—incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful without ever being intrusive. Every restaurant they recommended was a hit, and they went above and beyond to assist us with dinner reservations and even our car rental. Their thoughtful service made our entire trip seamless and special. This hotel is the epitome of a romantic destination. We left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. It's safe to say this will be the only place we'll stay if and when we visit Kos again. We can't recommend it highly enough!

Our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast featuring made-to-order coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice—an energizing start to the day. Dinner was a daily delight, with a variety of special dishes that made each evening feel unique and indulgent. The staff truly made our stay memorable. From the Spa, where Evelyn, Diouysiox, and Shannon thoughtfully tailored wellness packages to suit our needs, to the restaurant, expertly managed by Theofilos and his co-manager, every interaction was warm and professional. A special mention goes to Alex in the restaurant—his charm and character added an extra touch of joy to our meals. Our room, complete with a private pool, was both spacious and luxurious—perfect for relaxation. For those who enjoy exploring nature, we highly recommend a morning walk into the hills behind the hotel, where we encountered tortoises, goats, and other local wildlife. This was a truly special getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We had one of the best villa with private pool looking to Aegean sea. It is modern and cosy, minimalistic style. Separate bedroom and living room; both with LCTV. Comfortable bed. Nesspreso machine and a bottle of wine as a wellcome drink! Very nice! Huge bathroom with two rainy shower one inside and one outside. Outdide area had table with chairs, sofa and two sunbeds. Big swimming pool but cold water. Breakfast was in the main restaurant with tasty food but not to many station, almost everday the same food. Compered to other 5* hotel very low level of food for breakfast. There is only one main swimming pool and poolbar but the water was extremely cold, almost nobody was in the pool. No daily entertainment. There is pivate beach but far away from our villa so you need to use electric vehicle to get to the beach and cross the island’s main road. Be aware of the cleaning lady who enters to clean the room even you put do not disturb on your door! She is also very rude with no basic level of culture. Very emberrassing for new 5* hotel! But front desc stuff are very good, smiley and so helpful.

Our stay was amazing! We stayed in one of the older rooms but it was very spacious, clean and had a beautiful sea view. The buffet restaurant (Panorama) had a lot of variety every day. We are vegetarian and there were plenty of options to choose from :) We used all the a la carte restaurants, too! It's quite easy to get a table at the Med for brunch and dinner (usually you need to book one or two days ahead), but a table at the Den (BBQ one) is almost impossible to get. I strongly recommend checking on the booking page regularly, in case someone cancels. That's how we got our table there, as they were fully booked for the duration of our stay. The experience is great and they offer a nice selection of veggies too. I would love to see more vegetarian options (main courses) for the dinner at the Med in the future. The drinks are great! Bartenders are going the extra mile to make them delicious! You can get the best ones at the Den or the Med/by the pool. The main infinity pool is amazing, although it's really hard to get a spot around there during the day. It's worth trying around lunchtime/in the afternoon, as that's when some spaces become available. I would suggest going to the beach in the morning or using one of the many pools around the hotel. Nests are wonderful to spend time in too! The staff at the hotel is really friendly and helpful! They also refill the minibar in the room every other day for free! Overall, we've got a great value out of our stay!

This is a lovely hotel and we were lucky enough to stay in room 2508 which in my opinion is one of the best rooms .. we had a private pool so no scramble For a sunbed in the morning. If You don’t like steps don’t stay here it was a hike to get to our room once we had been to the med bar for brunch .. which is excellent a big shout out to the friendly team here ! The pan Asian restaurant DUSK one of the favourite meals and Den Bar for the atmosphere as the sun goe Down with the dj and sax player .. the bit that let’s this place down is the inconsistency of service .. reception staff could be More welcoming and apologise if things go Wrong rather than making excuses the main lobby bar is dated but Arthur will make any drink you ask for .. the buffet restaurant is just ok if you had to eat here for the majority of your holiday I would be very disappointed . Top tip download the app and book all you can in advance then do add in from reception when you get here

We had a pleasant stay at the Mitsis Summer Palace. The place is very clean and the bedrooms are done on a daily basis. The service in the restaurants was great. Do book the greek restaurant which is a la carte. Thoroughly enjoyed the octopus and sea food. Food in main buffet area was good but not amazing. Wifi was free for 2 hours in the main reception area but extremely slow. Entertainment team were hard working and lovely. Lots of pools areas and bars and plenty of sun lounges. Please note that there are a lot of stairs and hills to contend with. If you have mobility issues, beware. Shower room and dressing room was a bit of a let down on the day of departure, again not up to a 4 or 5star standard. Would go again if price is right.

please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)

First of all I must say that all the staff in all departments were excellent,very helpful and friendly,which was very good. Four of us went and had a nice time, the hotel is nice, good size with an outdoor pool (with sea salt) and an indoor one. The hotel was clean all the time and our rooms were cleaned every day. The beach is close by via a lift or a walking distance. You can get pizza by the pool and drinks all the time,and food on the beach like burgers til 1.30pm The pool area is nice but when busy you might have to 'reserve' your bed which is annoying and the beach can get busy as well.. The food in the hotel is OK not great but just about passable,I didn't like seeing flys on the food at times and maybe some covers need to be introduced for that.. You can book other restaurants on the complex in advance to eat at. The queues after for drinks can get long when busy. Personally I feel the hotel is a 4* and not 5 like some have stated.

The hotel is a small boutique style hotel. Mainly couples present. Small pool area and access to loungers on the beach. Service at the bar is lovely. Georgina and Athina were lovely receptionists and always willing to help and give advice. Thank you to Vivi for your recommendations and support in booking activities. The chef and dinning team are lovely and there is variety each night in the buffet area. Disappointed to find out that you must book the other two restaurants three-five days in advance, we were only there got a short time but they managed to find a reservation spot (even though the restaurant wasn’t busy on any of the nights we were present). I also noticed restaurants would close ten to fifteen minutes before all inclusive times ended, which is slightly frustrating. The room was cute, not much wardrobe and no drawer space so mainly lived out the suitcase. The shower needs a deep clean, hardly any water came through the shower head as if needs cleaning. Overall a lovely short stay, close to the main Kardamaina town filled with bars and restaurants. It’s a must to see the sunset rise over the mountains and take a short 20minute ferry to Bodrum, Turkey!

The hotel is brand new. The renovation looks well done. I would really like to thank to all people working at this hotel, they have been doing a great job. We felt welcomed and safe. They were polite, friendly, and professional. Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to the lovely beach and a short walk into town center. Sea is good for swimming in this part of island. Our room was modern, cleaned daily if you wished for. Buffet food was amazing and tasty, variety of food enormous. Cocktail drinks were superb.

We had a wonderful time at Cabana Blu. Our stay was made extra special by the very attentive staff, beautifully decorated interiors and large room with balcony. The staff working there were all extremely helpful - waitresses always coming to you asking what you would like, receptionists extremely friendly and amazing spa masseuses. The buffet had some delicious options and a wide range of cocktails to choose from - our favourite was the pina colada!

nice and modern hotel with a clean look, good pool, seaview, comfortable bed, very friendly and nice staff everywhere. Good buffet, good drinks and very good coffee (especially from Sofia who works at the pool bar). Also it was my husband’s birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake and letter in our room- this was a really sweet gesture!

Excellent staff ! We had great service from everyone there, Vivi, Christina, Katerina, Dimitra, (just to name a few). Comfortable clean rooms (although a little small) powerful showers, decent size balcony, excellent location. Tasty cocktails, pleasant low key music (mostly), small selection of drinks available to be brought to your beach sunbed. Thick beach towels provided.

While the hotel is 5km from Kos town, it does have a big pool and is right by the beach. The breakfast and dinner buffets are good - great selection of food. The staff are very nice and helpful. Would recommend for a relaxing pool side holiday. Not good for going out late or partying as too fat outside the city. Can hire bikes though.

Perfect Greek hospitality at it's best! Excellent food, spotlessly clean pools and common areas, welcoming, warm staff. Can't wait to go back!

Das Buffet morgens und abends war top! Es gab eine eine relativ hohe Auswahl an verschiedenen internationalen Gerichten, nur wäre es schön gewesen, wenn es mehr griechische Spezialitäten gegeben hätte!!! Das Personal (vokalem im Restaurant) hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gestaltet und einen TOP Service geliefert!!!! Die Bungalows könnten ein bisschen besser ausgestattet sein für ein 4 Sterne Hotel... Ich empfehle Frauen außerdem einen Föhn mitzunehmen!!!! Der Pool ist groß genug um Bahnen schwimmen zu können, das Meer und die Aussicht wunderschön!

La struttura è davvero bella! Molto curata e molto pulita, lo staff è preparato, gentile e disponibile. Il cibo è terribile non all'altezza di un 4 stelle, caro e di pessima qualità almeno ai pasti, la colazione è invece varia e buona, il ragazzo che frigge le uova è il migliore! Il bar esterno ha dei liquori sconosciuti ma alla fine la birra è sempre gradita. ultima pecca, il mare.. Il prato antistante il lembo di spiaggia è bello ed accogliente ma il mare proprio no. Peccato, avesse avuto anche il mare balneabile sarebbe stato quasi perfetto.

The villa was definitely luxurious, very well-equipped, and spotless. A lovely touch was the heating of the pool, which featured jacuzzi-styled jets. Bearing in mind we travelled in October, the poolside of the villa receives no sun. However, there is a charming patio which was perfectly suitable for sunbathing, we loved going into the pool to cool off! Our host had thought of everything to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The location is in an idyllic spot in the Kos mountainside with stunning views and walkable to the charming town of Zia.

We‘ve been in Villa Rossa for the second time and we definitely will come back. The contact with Kallia was always reliable and friendly. If you like the Greek „country living“ with a perfect view, clean and comfortable rooms, some chickens and sweet cats outside then the Villa Rossa is for you.

We truly loved our stay! The view was stunning, the interior design tasteful, and the yard was such a relaxing space. We also appreciated all the thoughtful little touches — like extra towels for the hot tub, comfy slippers, and insect screens on every window. Everything was clean, cozy, and carefully prepared. If we could suggest one small addition, a full-body mirror would be great for those essential summer outfit checks! :) Thank you for a lovely experience — we’d definitely come back!

peaceful and beautifully decorated , well equipped kitchen, spices etc . contact and information from the manager Kallia very professional and extremely helpful.just a great place to wind down and relax. the chooks and cats from the property next to the villa we very charming . but.do not enter the house . the villa is extremely comfortable, beds , linen of good quality. and great bathrooms with nice touches.

The property was lovely and extremely well equipped. It is well maintained with lots of lovely plants surrounding it. The views are fantastic, especially the sunset. It is kept immaculately clean. There is nothing to fault

Stayed at the hotel to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. We had an amazing time and enjoyed the hospitality from the staff. Would definitely visit again in the future. The only blemish on the hotel was a lil cleanliness issues such as Mold build up in the bedroom/kitchen sink.

Absolut traumhaftes Hotel ! Mit 9 Suiten klein, aber dafür umso feiner… Sehr gutes Personal, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Kellner geben sehr gerne eine Weinempfehlung zum Essen. Und ja, die passt sogar. Top ! Kleiner Tip: Zimmer mit Pool wählen ! Abschliessend muss man noch die gute Seele des Hotels erwähnen; Nomi. Die Dame ist über alle Maßen hilfsbereit, hat tolle Ideen und Tips für Ausflüge usw. und ist rund um die Uhr für einen da… Wir kommen definitiv wieder !

Where should I start? I have been to the finest hotels, but this one was truly amazing. A boutique hotel away from the noise of crowded, touristic all-inclusive hotels, where there is constantly a crowd of people around you. A boutique hotel with locals working, which made me happy to see the management supporting the local community and providing jobs. Everyone from the staff was speaking at least English and usually more than 2-3 languages. The cleanliness of the suite and the hotel in general was beyond any expectation, and the cleaning ladies were so friendly and attentive. The breakfast and the restaurants served high-quality food. The view from our suite was amazing. Picture this: we had a lovely evening on our huge balcony with a great view of the ocean while soaking in the private jacuzzi and enjoying the elegant dinner that room service brought straight from the restaurant downstairs. I mean, this is a picture I took from this vacation to bring back home with me!

We’ve just returned from a 9 day stay at the Nicolas Grand Suites which was amazing. This is a new venture in a completely renovated property a short walk from everything Kardamena has to offer. We had a top floor sea view suite with huge balcony which was amazing. The suite was beautifully laid out with TV’s in both lounge and bedroom and separate AC unit’s so you could be totally comfortable wherever you were. TV’s had both Netflix and Amazon Prime apps so you could log into your own account and watch if you so wished. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and bedding of a high quality. The staff are incredible – we arrived late so overslept for breakfast on our first morning, so the restaurant staff brought us a selection from the buffet to our room – which was such a lovely thoughtful gesture. Thank you Thanos! Breakfast buffet was abundant, delicious and super fresh. The pool area is super stylish with enough beds for every guest and attentive and friendly barman Ilias. Big shout out to Alex who made our stay so memorable and the lovely friendly smile of Stefania and Thanos everyday on reception!!

Welcoming friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, particularly Mary and Stephania. The sea view suite we stayed in was spacious, modern, very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Bottled water was provided each day along with tea and a nespresso coffee machine. All parts of this small independently owned hotel are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The bar/restaurant and cleaning staff are friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful when needed. The owners should be very proud of what they and all their staff have accomplished, this is an amazing hotel and if we do return to Kos we will not hesitate in choosing this hotel for our stay. Nicely decorated spacious rooms and balconies with sea views. Perfectly clean, beds and towels changed every day. There are some reviews complaining about breakfast, but I think breakfast was very good as well, with various fresh fruits, cheeses, hot dishes… absolutely enough for every taste. Few seconds away from the beach and within 5 mins walk from bars and restaurants. Staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel looks like brand new. Room was super clean and bigger than I expected. Staff were amazing even before I arrived. I asked them to organise a transfer from the Port till the Hotel and they did everything for us. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was super organised and clean all times. The bar of the hotel is in front of the pool and you can order drinks and food for there. Very convenient! Location was good too, close to the beach area (not the sand beach) and close to the various restaurants.
