Well located hotel for the beach of Las Palmas and close to local transport. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. My room had a balcony with Seaview. Breakfast was good quality, and there was a good selection. The rooftop bar was good with great views of the beach.

Fantastic location, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops. Lovely rooftop bar with a great sea view. Very friendly, courteous staff who are always available and willing to assist. Lovely clean room and comfortable beds, for a perfect sleep. Breakfast is also very good at the hotel. Extra blankets can be requested from reception if required and beach towels are also provided. Overall, extremely pleased and would certainly recommend. Will definitely be returning to Hotel Aloe Canteras :)

Really nice location. Next to the boardwalk, the beach ,many restaurants, and even a grocery store right next door. So clean and a fresh decor. Sea view balcony was excellent. Was able to walk( a slight hike with suitcases but doable) from the square where the free ferry shuttle drops off (from Agaete port). Breakfast was fantastic! Even had scrambled eggs with ham in them. Good quality and choices. Appreciated the really nice glass bottle of water and coffee pods/maker. Perfect size room but didn’t spend much time in it. Cool glass features in bathroom to let in natural light. Good idea room designer!

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location at the end of the beach . Very clean and staff were lovely . Breakfast was good . Room was modern and spotless with small balcony . Parking was available nearby for a reduced charge of 10 euros a day . Location very close to lots of bars and restaurants and the amazing Poema del Mar aquarium

The room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. The terrace was an added bonus. Hotel is ideally situated for bars and restaurants. Not far from the beach at Las Canteras. But if you want a hot shower.avoid.

location was perfect, our roof top private garden with hot tub was perfect, the room amenities were perfect too and finally the staff are perfect!

Our room was big and light with an enormous bed and a spacious walk in shower. There is coffee and tea making facilities. The hotel is in a good spot for the boulevard and for transport. Very friendly reception.

The room was very spacious with funny decorations. The location of the hotel is perfect; close to the beach and restaurants. There is also a 5 euro/pay at walking distance. (Near the aquarium.) If you have a lot of luggage, you might want to drop it off first.

Location perfect near shops bars and restaurants and close to bus station for visits across the island. Port is close by and lots of good hiking trails and the Aquarium is a must visit.

We stayed in a 2 bed suite with large terrace and jacuzzi. Really enjoyed the outdoor space with the hot tub and we had a lot of meals on the terrace. Location is great just 2 mins walk to the beach and very close to many bars and restaurants and the promenade. Nadia was a lovely host, very acommodating and making sure we are comfortable.

It is the best apartment we stayed in Las Palmas for the price we paid and not only, and we come very often to Las Palmas, as we live in Lanzarote and we are renting luxury apartments in Lanzarote ourselves and we know about quality renting a lot. Most of the apartments in Las Palmas is dirty, rundown and expensive, but Valentina beach apartments surprised us a lot, it is good in price, clean comfortable, has everything you need, the bathroom are very nice and clean, the kitchen has everything you need, separate bedroom with comfortable bed and even balcony, the staff is very professional and easy to communicate, the check in is the best and fast, clear instructions, so it is definitely our favourite place from now on to stay in Las Palmas. I recommend this apartment for everybody!

Great apartments, they're very modern, clean and spacious. Friendly staff and there if you need them. There's an equipped kitchen but we never used it, other than the corkscrew for the wine😃 Good quality tapas bars and restaurants are right on your doorstep step, as is the beach, 2 minutes walk away max.

Very sweet little appartment, clean, modern bathroom and kitchen, we liked the little balcony. The location was excellent too, so close to the beach and surrounded by places to eat and also supermarkets.

We had a suite which gave access to rooftop pool/bar are plus the wellness centre , the negative points were a very small balcony with 2 small uncomfortable chairs in the shade all the time and just a view of other rooms across courtyard at rear of property. If staying again I would specify room at front with balcony you could actually enjoy. The room was modern but no storage however when we asked the maintenance team quickly brought up a chest of drawers from storage so appreciated issue. Again in bathroom little by way of shelves but size of room was good with lovely walk in shower with 2 shower heads and good pressure. No replacement water bottles to room each day☹️ which is poor and not we have found at other Barcelo. So the dark suite was not what we had expected. On positive side the concierge S was very good fixing car hire auto vw and suggesting restaurants in old town and booking for our first couple of nights. Staff at breakfast great but some fresh fruit eg bananas and apples etc would be useful (again at Barcelo in Tenerife they do this) . The bar staff on ground floor terrace and rooftop great and quick service. Location of hotel midway between old and new helpful and taxi and no1 bus easy to catch to visit cathedral/museums etc.

Spacious bedroom, bathroom, shower and balcony. Very comfortable super king bed and pillows. Great shower with luxury toiletries and lovely fluffy towels. Fridge in room was very useful. Ask at reception for the concierge’s list of recommended restaurants. We ate at several of them and were very impressed with all. Those on the marina are a 15-20 minute walk away. Those in the old town or the beach area are a bus or cheap taxi ride away and bus line 1 stops almost outside the hotel. Excellent breakfast with everything you could wish for. The staff are all lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is really elegant and charming, the staff is very welcoming, polite and nice. Breakfast is of high quality and with lots of delicious options. The service is exquisite. The deluxe room is spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the Ciudad Jardín. The spa is well equipped, quiet and relaxing. The air conditioning and fan properly working. The rooftop bar offers a great view too. The gym is outstanding.

Hotel was so clean Staff were very attentive and helpful and very friendly. When we didn’t like the first room offered the receptionist spent 20 minutes looking for the right room - and found a perfect one for us - thank you to her!! Breakfast was amazing. Restaurant for dinner was great and we loved the wellness spa and gym

The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The rainfall shower was excellent with a separate bath and toilet. Good choice of tv channels. As we stayed in a suite we had exclusive access to the rooftop pool and bar area until 5pm. This was brilliant ~ very quiet with lots of sunbeds, towels etc. The pool was heated and had great views over the grounds of the hotel. The bar service was great and the club sandwich they served was the best! The hotel grounds were beautiful, extensive and really well maintained. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, an enormous choice of everything you could want.

The location is fantastic just on the beach boardwalk. Reserved sunbeds on the beach are great, there was only one afternoon we didnt get one because they were full. Breakfast is varied with omlettes and eggs made in the moment and mimosas avaible. Dinner is also good quality with some meat and fish options also made in the moment upon request. Desert and salad bar were nice. Drinks not included but fairly priced. Staff in the restaurant extremely kind. Rooms are bigger than expected, cleaning and towel changes every day, towels for the beach provided, robes on request for 5eur. Rack for trying towels on the terrace, we had a side view to the beach with our standard room which was also nice. Kettle and tea provided, mini bar available air conditioning worked well. Noise is minimal guests seem respectful.

Exceptional hotel, rooms are very clean and look newly decorated, bright functional furniture and a comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Spa and swimming pool we used every day. Conviniently situated on the beach with free use of sunbeds and parasols. 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the bus stop to connect with the old town. Also bus station to connect to the airport about 10 - 15 min walk. The breakfast bar had a great selection of food and drinks. We really liked that we could have freshly nade coffee and milk in jags to take to our table, no more queuing for hot drinks with little cups!

Stayed here many times A very impressively situated hotel overlooking Las Canteras beach and the promenade. Excellent facilities and excellent breakfast choices. Very clean and comfortable beds. Each room has a good sized balcony. Coffee far too weak at breakfast. Lidia on reception is a star and wonderfully professional. Staff are all majorly friendly No negatives.

We were looking for some late winter sun and on a recommendation booked the Reina Isobel. The hotel is large and great facilities including a rooftop swimming pool and bar. With great sea views and, weather permitting, a glimpse of Tenerife. The breakfast buffet is vast and varied and includes vodka. We had dinner in the restaurant one night and again there was a wide selection of appetisers, mains and desserts. The resort was busy in late February and we enjoyed an early evening walk along promenade choosing a restaurant for dinner.

Location , Breakfast and Staff are excellent! And thank you for a free room upgrade to a Suite with jacuzzi. Great sunsets from the balcony - make sure you take sea view!! I would definitely come back & recommend to friends!

The hotel is in front of the Playa De Las Canteras beach. So, only few steps to get into the ocean and it’s a long beach with nice waves. The beach part is always full of people’s at day and night too. Lot of restaurant around, they offer huge variety of food selection lot of shops around also, open till late. Also, you can hear some live music at night while you walking. The hotel is clean, the room is nice and cozy. You got a big mirror in the room, TV, fridge also a long desk to pack your stuff. The staff (reception, restaurant, bar, cleaning staff) are very nice and friendly. There is a small gym on the 11th floor and small swimming pool on the 1st floor. Can get access to both very easy. You can walk safely day and night also, a lot of local and tourist people’s are around. Having a beautiful night life. The temperature is warm at night too (23-28 degrees), so you can sleep with open balcony door if you don’t want the AC on. They have a big lobby to sit, including the bar area too. Have a nice restaurant with buffet, where you can choose, however...

The hotel’s location is fantastic—right on the lively Las Palmas beach with excellent public transport connections. My room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of fresh delicious options, and dinner was also diverse and great. The hotel restaurant’s ocean view added to the experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

We stayed in a Superior Room Beach View. It's the third time we've stayed at the hotel, and we'll definitely return. The location is fantastic, with a balcony overlooking the sea and the promenade. During breakfast, we enjoyed views of the ocean and promenade. The breakfast area is quiet, offering a peaceful environment to enjoy a lovely breakfast. The area around the hotel has plenty of restaurants and cafés. If you're in the mood for more shopping, you can take a local bus to places like Triana.

Stunning view from the beach view rooms, perfect location on the beach with beautiful pool area, staff were friendly and professional, extra large bed and very clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a huge selection and always replenished.

On arrival at the hotel the staff were very friendly and efficient at checking us in for the 2 nights that we were staying at the hotel. We were provided with all of the informaiton we needed about the hotel, including where the restaurant, pool etc were located and also information regarding pool towels, the gym and breakfast the following day. I was travelling with my younger sister (both in our 20's) and we were made to feel very safe and welcome. The rooms were very clean and modern, we were on the 10th floor (top floor) with a city view. Albeit the view was over rooftops and the port, my sister and I did not have anything to complain about as we had the sunshine on our balcony all day and also what else could you expect from a hotel we were using for a city break? We were lucky enough to have a high floor so we were able to see the ships and workings of the port which was different to the usual sea or hotel pool view. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the pool area was clean and also modern with a great view of the beach just below. Breakfast each day was also very nice, a large selection of food, drinks, fresh fruit and we were able to find an available table on both days. Overall, our stay was a great one, and if returning to Las Palmas, it would be my first choice again!

The hotel was lovely and clean, pool area lovely, nice view by the sea. The weather was cloudy but still got a nice tan. Great view from the room balcony. Room was lovely, could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Small fridge in the room. Beach bar staff/towel guy were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. Bar meals were delicious and very good value. Stayed many times before and always enjoyed breakfast. This time it had good variety but maybe English breakfast wasn't as good as before. Missed the tortilla. Overall, we had a wonderful time and we will be back.

Friendly staff , reception was using a bit long time for check inn but otherwise okay. Clean and well function area and the balcony room hade a beautiful view over The Las Canteras beach. The breakfast hall was more like you had breakfast at jobb. And the coffee was not the best this weekend. The pool was to cold , like most Spanish hotels pools it just around 19 -20 Celcius. But otherwise the poolbar and the bar in Hall was alright and friendly staff. With a better breakfast buffe the memory would have been good.

This hotel had the most amazing view of the ocean. The balcony had a glass wind protector so you could both see the ocean and sun bathe comfortably. Rooms were kept immaculately clean by hotel staff. An incredible breakfast buffet that was outstanding in selection and quality was provided everyday from 6-11 am. The restaurant was superb and the Bar on the "Hall" floor was also excellent with friendly bar tenders.

I had a great stay, the property is situated close to the beach with restaurants bars and shops also close by. Staff are friendly and helpful Toni in the bar especially and the reception staff helped us with a late check out that was much appreciated. Rooms are clean and tidy and were cleaned daily. Although the bed was very firm. And the pool bar shuts quite early which is a shame as it’s a nice space to have a drink in the evening. Ask for a sea view if you can you won’t be disappointed. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, quiet, clean place, close to everything: the beach, markets, and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. I arrived three hours before the scheduled time, but they still gave me the place and helped me. The price is reasonable and acceptable. When I come back again, it will be my first choice.

The staff are so kind and helpful. They have thought everything through for your stay. The rooms are very modern, and clean. The beds are super comfortable, and the beach is a short walk away. Location felt very safe. There is a parking structure across the road that has 24h parking.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We truly appreciated having access to a washing machine – it made things so much easier during our trip. The shower was also a fun highlight – completely made of glass – which meant that as a couple, we never had to be apart, not even for a second. A personal and comfortable experience from beginning to end!

Very very good value for money. Staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Property was simple and clean Location was perfect, back end of town, close to the beach and local shops. Easily accessible from taxi. Bus station was an easy 15 min walk as we caught bus back to airport.

Centrally located in a quiet residential area. Totally contacless checkin and checkout which is brilliant. The property is absolutely neat & clean, very well maintained. Functional kitchen comes with all amenities to make some quick food. WiFi connectivity was brilliant. There are tons of cafeteria, resturants,locals bars, and a lovely beach all by 10 minutes walk. Very well connected by public transportation. Thank you Stephanie the property manager, you are an absolutely friendly lady. Would definitely recommend open sea suites.

Clean, light and comfy room, lovely shower, air con, quiet street - good location, near to beach, port, park, shops, bus stops, cafes and restaurants etc. Tiny balcony a bonus but too small to sit on! Self catering so we made our own breakfasts etc. nice to have a little kitchen with a cooker and a fridge etc.

The apartment located only a few hundred metres away from the best and longest beach in Las Palmas. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets are also very close. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped which is important if you want to spend there weeks. Stefania, the manager is angel! She really helped for us a lot! Much-much more, than her duty would have been. I can only recommed Open Sea Suits apartmants, it's the best place where you can stay in Las Palmas.

the apartment was newly renovated and perfectly clean. the shower is powerful and the bed comfortable. I appreciated having kitchen facilities in the apartment and the washing machine and dryer in the building. the neighbour was quiet but lots to do close by. there was a lovely walkway along the headland that I’d recommend. there’s a great bakery, Tarei Panadería, close by as well as a couple of well stocked supermarkets.

I had a fantastic stay. Communication before arrival was excellent and had no issues checking in. The studio was bright, modern and clean. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and were very helpful throughout my stay. It is also an easy 10 minute walk to Las Canteras beach and is on a quiet road so never gets too noisy.

The best hostel i ever stayed at. It is located on the most popular and active beach exactly in the middle so it was easy to reach any activity you like just by walking. The staff was very friendly and supportive, the view (directly to the ocean ) was breathtaking from every floor and especially from the rooftop. The rooms were spacious and clean, the common areas very cozy, comfortable to cook and enjoy your dinner and drinks while meeting other travellers. I totally recomend this place.

Great place to stay in Las Palmas! Big terrace with an amazing view on the beach. Check-in went fast and without any problems. The rooms are big with comfortable bunk beds. Shared kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well equipped. Perfect accommodation if you want to be close to the beach and city centre.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a lot of like-minded people open to do things together and connect. Hostel offered various activities like morning yoga on the beach, visiting tapas night or bar visits. Located at the promenade, very close to the beach (5 second walk). Nice rooftop, perfect for yoga, a coffee or a cold drink with the other guests. Great interior, like a swing at the window looking directly on the ocean in my room.

We spent a delightful week in this stylish boutique hotel, situated in the pretty central Las Palmas Old Town location of peaceful & immaculately clean cobbled streets almost next to the Cathedral. Indeed, from the roof top bar with comfy sofas, loungers and a small plunge pool, the views of the cathedral are immediate. As people who never want to have to eat breakfast early, we really appreciated the relaxed approach of breakfast being served until 12 and also of being able to enjoy it on the rooftop bar at the weekend. Relaxed late breakfast is one of the joys of being on holiday but is so rarely offered. Moreover, we were so happy that it wasn’t buffet breakfast, which rarely offers freshly cooked dishes, since they often sit underheated for many hours after cooking. Instead, the talented and friendly chef cooked/prepared to order our choice from a sophisticated menu of 4 savoury and 4 sweet dishes, along with juice and unlimited and quality coffee. His home-made granola is particularly memorable. It was so refreshing to find that he uses quality ingredients for all dishes. Our room (#6) was large and airy with a supremely comfortable bed and was immaculately cleaned daily. We aren’t fans of the open plan bathroom and open clothes storage but these are becoming more common. Overall, the friendly, kind and very helpful personnel made our stay truly memorable. The charming owners could teach Customer Service best standards to the hotel industry. Thank you, Clare & Tony

My husband and I stayed at VEINTIUNO for Christmas (23rd-29th Dec) and it was absolutely glorious! The hotel itself is so sleek and modern, and feels really fresh and up to date (I'm a sucker for a place with good style!). Our room was spacious and the bed was vast and comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, they really go above and beyond to help you- we even got a little gift on Christmas! The rooftop is the absolute cherry on the cake though. The laying out space and pool are wonderful! The loungers are spaced out enough that you have your own areas and it doesn't feel cramped. It feels peaceful and relaxed, which is just what we were looking for. There is also a bar on the rooftop which is an honesty bar that you help yourself from and make note of what you take, which worked perfectly! The breakfast is also fantastic- a great menu and so delicious. I have a nut allergy which can be tricky for me when away, but they knew every day that I was the one with the allergy and I felt it very safe hands. The breakfast times are also great- 8-11, meaning you don't have to rush to make it! The location was perfect for us too- bang smack in the middle of the Old Town. We were a stone's throw from museums, the cathedral, and incredible bars and restaurants. We already can't wait to go back!

We LOVED Veintiuno hotel! It is set in the old part of the city within the quaint streets with museums and restaurants nearby. The owners Alexandra & Paco are lovely friendly people who welcome you wholeheartedly to their gorgeous little hotel. All the staff are wonderful and are always smiling & helpful. Our room was comfortable & peaceful and very clean. The whole hotel was spotless! The roof terrace is the icing on the cake - overlooked by the cathedral & such a great place to have a cup of tea & read a book. We stayed a week and tried every single delicious thing on the breakfast menu. On the weekend you can take breakfast in the sunshine on the roof which was fantastic. Very nicely renovated hotel in the old town of las palmas, a very enjoyable area, quiet and safe yet enough places to go to, and easy access to bus station to go anywhere needed on the island. The breakfast was as others mentioned really enjoyable, more like a brunch with a salty and sweet choice + coffee and orange juice all that on the rooftop terrace with a view over the cathedral. The staff was really friendly, and the place was really clean and quiet.

The location was great, right in the old city center, next to Colon's house, restaurants and the main street were all the stores are. This is a beautiful renovated hotel, with a very nice terrace and view of the cathedral. The highlight was the friendly staff, from the manager to all the people that work there, such as Manuel, Carolina, Alejandro they were so kind and accommodating, helping us at all times with the booking of our transportation and restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was delicious- (best pancakes I've had), good in portions and very high quality and many options as well. Bedrooms have very comfortable beds and linens and are quiet so you really get a good rest. The hotel decoration and landscaping of the terrace have been carefully curated and it feels like a modern but warm place at the same time. Fantastic customer service, I cannot emphasize this enough. If we ever go back to Gran Canarias we for sure will stay there again!

Excellent location, a few minutes' walk from the beach, Plaza de España, bus stops, bars and restaurants. About 20 mins' walk along seafront to the concert hall, Auditorio Alfredo Kraus. Time your visit to tie in with a concert as this is a fantastic venue overlooking the sea. Absolutely beautiful. We found the accommodation excellent too. Perfect for a short break in Las Palmas, beautifully clean and comfortable. Very thoughtfully equipped with nice touches like a few individual sachets of vinegar, oil, tea, coffee, dishwasher and washing machine detergent. Thank you for a great stay.

The location of the accommodation was excellent for our purpose. We came to tour the islands on a motorbike. It was possible to leave the city very quickly and enjoy the beauty of the islands. Garage parking inside was a big benefit for us. Also, after returning, it is very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean apartments provide everything you need for this type of vacation. The kitchen is well equipped for basic activities - making breakfast (coffee, tea) and storing food in the fridge. You will also find a dish washer and washing machine here.

Amazing large, modern and clean apartment with everything you may or may not even need, some examples: mokka coffee machine, food blender, proper oven, dish washer, washing machine, flat iron with board, blow dryer & stable high-speed internet. On top of that, a garage to park your rental car (ask for this when booking) and a simple check-in with door code provided ahead of arrival via message. Great communication from hosts before and after our stay. Very attentive and always so helpful. Apartment was in great location, never more than 10 mins walk to beach, restaurants and shops. In the kitchen there are all the utensils you need. Apartment is clean and welcoming. Supplied lovely towels and had 2 bathrooms.

The hotel is beautifully furnished and our room was a decent size with a lovely bathroom and quiet air conditioning. It’s situated on the main square and it was very quiet and peaceful in our room. The location in the old town is fantastic and it’s a nice area to walk around. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, especially the reception staff and the bar man at the roof top terrace. It’s definitely worth going up there as the views are amazing and they serve great drinks and we had some lovely local cheeses. The barman was really helpful and friendly and explained all about the different cheeses. We had a great time and would 100% recommend this hotel.

Superb location in the St Ana Cathedral square, with a good choice of cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. The hotel is in a historic building and traditionally furnished. Our bedroom, which had excellent very high ceilings, was extremely comfortable. with good beds, a great shower, a nice little fridge, water and wine glasses provided and a good espresso machine. Excellent roof terrace and bar on the 6th floor, accessible by lift, with superb 360 degree views over the city and out to sea. Bus stops nearby - yellow 1 & 12 take you to Canteras beach, Blue 303 takes you inland to Vega de Mateo. We really liked eating at La Picadita, a few minutes walk away. Good service, plenty to watch, and excellent food! Airport bus 60 stops quite nearby, at the Theatro Perez Galdos bus station

Everything was perfect. The small boutique hotel is located in the heart of the old town of Las Palmas, which is the most beautiful part of the city, picturesque and quiet. Both the room and the common spaces of the hotel were spotlessly clean, decorated in elegance, modern yet respecting the architectural history of the dwelling. The staff was professional, friendly and willing to help anytime. Breakfast was excellent, full of fresh delicacies.

Everything! The style of the building, so beautifully decorated with a Grand staircase and a lift for easier access to the upper floors. The rooftop bar is phenomenal with the most incredible view of the cathedral. The staff were so friendly, the breakfast was superb and the sweet farm style pantry set up is co cosy in the breakfast room. The room was beautiful, the wallpaper in the bathroom and the lighting as great. I loved the shower as well- the great water pressure. Also in a fantastic location in the arty old part of Las Palmas.

Remodeled Art nouveau building done with taste and style. Breakfast good. Miguel at front desk helpful and friendly. In the evening upstairs terrace with views and drinks magical! Try the honey rhum . Room 21 extra special with large Art Nouveau window and balcony. Situated in old town . Good for shopping and accessible to beach by bus or taxi .

Everything was absolutely perfect! The staff were very helpful and friendly, providing us with recommendations and advice for meal options! After check out we had a chance to leave our luggage at the hotel while we went to explore the city. Everything was spotless, bed was super comfortable! Clean bedding, clean towels and the hotel was quiet, no complaints about the noise. Our room was a bit too dark (for my preference), otherwise the room was fantastic! The terrace was amazing, with the bar and rooftop views! Thank you for your hospitality, we will be coming back!

Located in the heart of the city, Boutique Hotel Cordial Malteses is perfectly positioned for exploring, with everything within walking distance. Parking is conveniently located just 5 minutes away at a paid lot (€10/day). The hotel itself could easily be a 5-star property—rooms are spacious, featuring high ceilings, designer amenities, and intricate colonial-inspired decor. The refurbishment has been done beautifully, making it feel like staying in a treasure cove. The staff are exceptional—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. However, a few aspects fell short. Breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and lower-quality ingredients, more fitting for a 3-star hotel. The breakfast area was often crowded due to limited seating. Additionally, while the rooftop terrace has great potential, it feels unfinished and lacks atmosphere or charm. Overall, this is a stunning hotel in a prime location, but improving the breakfast and rooftop experience could elevate it to the next level.

We stayed for one week on B&B basis in a superior room 303 (recommended). First let me recognise everyone of the hotels staff who were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. Any little problem we had, mostly of our making, was solved speedily. Help with tourist visits given and arranged for us. The location is perfect in the old historic quarter of Triana and just 10 minutes from Vegueta area where most of the historical sights are located. The hotel is a converted "manor house" and the conversion to a boutique hotel has been done with such style and finesse. The interior design is superb and the way that the original fittings have been preserved and yet complemented by all the needs of a modern hotel is outstanding. The breakfast offering is OK/acceptable in a smallish breakfast room. Even so, some improvements could easily be possible e.g. more fresh fruit, yoghurt choices, real hot water for tea! Would we stay there again ...absolutely

The location is great, a quiet small street very near the old town, and the building is a pearl by itself - interesting old architecture combined with modern solutions. It is indeed a boutique hotel with a private vibe, the staff were very polite and friendly. The hotel has a cool rooftop terrace with a bar (we got welcome drinks for free!) and the possibility to order a delicious pizza from a nearby pizza place. Breakfast was lovely, great coffee.

Good location close to a popular area Barrio Vegeta, with lots of restaurants, bars. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet, with a bar on the roof terrace, great for a few drinks after a day's sightseeing. Reception staff lovely and helpful, especially Raquel who gave us lots of suggestions on restaurants.
