Beautiful place , friendly staff & homely feel . Pool & Gym are excellent 👌 beautiful saunas, swimming pool, plus a lovely steam room & Jacuzzi . Great machines then in the gym to workout 💪& cleanliness are 10/ 10.

The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious. Easy to use showers, the knobs are not under the shower head, so you don't get hit by cold water when you turn it on. A kettle in the room is useful. Comfortable bed, the pillows not great, but pillows are tricky. Inclusive use of the leisure facilities is great, we really enjoyed having a swim and a jacuzzi after spending a long time in the car. The location is good, on a main road so the access is easy and easy, plenty of parking. There is a big Tesco 5 minutes away. We didn't eat at the restaurant because I have food allergies, but from what we saw, it looked well done with good portions.

I recently stayed at the Greenhills Hotel in Limerick and had a really lovely experience. The room was excellent – spotless, comfortable, and well-kept. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was warm and welcoming. The location is a little bit outside of the town centre, but taxis in and out were easy to get, so it wasn’t an issue. The pool was a great bonus – clean and relaxing. The staff were all lively, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made it even more enjoyable. I’d happily come back again. Highly recommend for a relaxing break in Limerick!

The staff were so friendly and the food in the restaurant was amazing so tasty and the portion size were just right. The bedroom was so clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable i fell asleep instantly. A massive tv in the room with a wide selection of tv stations to choose from. The bathroom was lovely and warm and the shower was so relaxing.

Our room was excellent. Large with big windows. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was large with jacuzzi bath. It was a beautiful room in a beautiful place. We could not have asked for more.

The use of the big sitting room and game room with the grand piano, the pool table, the fire place and little sweets, was fabulous and the wine and the jacuzzi bath in the room were fab too!

My daughter and I were welcomed with genuine warmth the moment we arrived. Even with its interior of gorgeous grandeur, Rossmanagher House feels cosy, homely, and very much like a family home. Lorraine is a wonderful host—attentive, thoughtful, and full of fantastic recommendations for local sights, restaurants, pubs, and scenic walks. She truly went out of her way to make sure all our needs were met. We stayed for three nights in Room 4, which was exceptionally spacious, with a huge, comfortable bed, a sitting area, and a large bathroom. The view overlooked the tree-lined driveway and the field where horses graze, carefully watched over by two gorgeous sheepdogs. It was such a peaceful scene to wake up to each morning. Breakfast was more than ample, with fresh pastries, yogurt, fruit, and a full Irish cooked by Lorraine herself. She happily caters for vegetarians on request. We were so well fed in the mornings that we often didn’t even need lunch afterward! Rossmanagher House is a true gem—elegant yet welcoming, with hospitality that feels personal and genuine. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Our short stay at the Rossmanagher house was a delightful experience. Lorraine is a warm and welcoming host. She's also very helpful and provided us with a delicious and generous (perfect) lunch in a magnificent setting. Even if it was very early in the morning since we had to catch an early ferry in Doolin. The country house is like a palace. Just when you enter the entrance hall you will be blown away. The rooms are very spacious (and this is an understatement), clean and are very well decorated. Everything is foreseen in the room also some bottles of water, tea/coffee, bathrobes and so much more. The beds are very comfortable. There's also a very large garden with outdoor furniture to relax. It's a unique place to stay, difficult to describe, best to experience it yourself.

Lorraine was the perfect hostess. She was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. My room was huge and had a lovely view over the garden. The bottled sparkling water in my room was a nice touch and much appreciated. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Lorraine made me a delicious cooked breakfast with bacon, eggs etc and served freshly made coffee. There was also a lot of baked products (muffins, croissants etc), cereal and fruit but unfortunately I couldn't fit anything else in after the cooked breakfast! I really enjoyed my stay and hope to return one day. Thank you so much Lorraine :)

The rooms were spacious and quiet, set in the countryside, but within a short walking distance to Bunratty Castle, Durty Nelly's, and The Creamery Bar & Restaurant. The beds are so comfortable! We felt very very much at home because the family was extremely kind and friendly. Sinead and Shane are perfect hosts, kind, generous and helpful in a way that goes far beyond what you expect from a B & B. Thank you for everything! Breakfast was delicious, a lot of things to choose: full Irish breakfast, variety of eggs, toast, homemade brown bread, fruits and yoghurt and an excellent coffee. The rooms are large and comfortabel. We stayed there for seven nights and the area is perfect to see Galway, Limerick, Ennis, Bunratty castle and the beautifull westcoast including 'The Burren' for adventurous hiking tours. In the village are some good restaurants and a traditional Irish pub where music events take place on weekends.

I love the breakfast the owners were so lovely so friendly so kind went out of the way to help us I had lovely conversations I would recommend this b&b I was so lucky to found such a lovely b&b the beds were so comfortable it was such a warm welcome atmosphere I will be back. It's less than a 10 minute walk to the castle it was perfect we had peaceful it was quiet it's perfect and cupcakes at breakfast were delicious ♥️♥️

The house was located in a quiet and secluded location in an attractive setting with plenty of private parking. It was about a 10 min walk into town which was fine. The twin room I shared with my son was large comfortable and immaculately clean. The temperature was perfect the facilities were excellent. The house is very well kept and professionally run. Overnight the room was quiet and the beds, which were large size singles, very comfortable. Breakfast was included and given the price charged for the accommodation, not only of a high standard but also very generous. For example we were served real coffee (not instant!) and it was very good. Overall this was a great find, as from the moment of our arrival, until the moment of our departure, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. Dont hesitate in booking this B&B as I genuinely think it would be hard to better at any price!

The B&B is located 500 metres outside the town centre, but is therefore very quiet and spacious. The rooms were very clean, the beds were comfortable and the rooms could be darkened perfectly. Our hosts are very friendly and helpful, and they gave us great tips for dinner and live music. The breakfast was delicious, we could choose between different options. The breakfast room is very tastefully decorated. We would love to come back again!

I arrived late but was greeted with a smile from the great host, Norman. He was friendly and informative and made me feel at home. The location is superb and so too is this property. It was well clean and had traditional fixtures and fittings and was well heated. The room was clean and fresh with large bed, tv, hot shower and wardrobe space. It was so quiet and the bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I’ve experienced - and I have serious spinal problems. The breakfast was 10/10 and plenty of it. The price made me wonder how this host can make any money. Amazing! Hope to visit again soon.

Blossom Hill B&B was the perfect and ideal spot for us to stay for our night in Killaloe. The B&B itself was spotless, spacious and very homely. Norman and Marie were so welcoming and provided us with some great restaurant and bar recommendations in Killaloe. The breakfast was delicious and there was a variety to choose from. Can’t recommend this B&B enough! We will definitely be back 😊

I had a great stay at the No 1 Pery Sq. The rooms are lovely, the room was warm. The bed is comfy and the shower is good. The staff are friendly, especially the night staff gentleman who was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and again the staff very friendly. My personal preference is for tea and coffee in the room, which they didn’t have but that is my only problem. The area is quiet but very close to Limerick Colbert railway station, which suited me admirably. I would stay here again.

We cannot say enough good things about No. 1 Pery. We stayed in a heritage period style room...it was fabulous. It felt like we were staying in a B and B. The room was clean and quaint. The staff was fabulous- they offered so much help and advice, even helping us book some things to do. The food was fabulous- we definitely suggest getting the breakfast...the fruit and bread spread was fresh and delicious, and the hot plates were fabulous. We tried just about everything while there, and there wasn't a thing on the menu we could complain about. The onsite spa was amazing, too. While researching this trip, we read through some other reviews: 1) This is a boutique hotel, so yes, it does not have many "modern" amenities (gym, pool, A/C, etc.). If you want modern, look somewhere else...otherwise, you will be absolutely delighted with your stay. 2) It is in the city, so yes, there will be noise from the city, especially if you sleep with the windows open (as we did). Where it is located, it does quiet down later in the evening once the sun goes down (which is later than we were used to). Frankly, we found the birds to be more of a nuisance than the sounds of the city. Overall, we slept well the whole time there. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the western part of the island...there's even a train station a few blocks away so you can hop a train to just about anywhere. Overall, No. 1 Pery was fabulous. We highly recommend staying here- we certainly will again.

Everything! I had a lovely stay. They held my bag until I could check in at 4. When I got there, they cashed about what time I would like breakfast. The receptionists walked me to my room and they ordered tea to my room. The bed was luxurious as was the rosemary, lavender sea salt soak that I had that night. Bathrobe and slippers too. I felt pampered. Breakfast was delicious! A variety of breads, starters and main items. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was quiet and very comfortable. A short walk to O’Connors street for shopping. Loved it!

Very comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The staff were particularly accommodating, friendly and helpful, especially Alessio at reception and the breakfast staff. I ended up staying unexpectedly, so I didn't get to check out the bar, but it looked lovely from a distance. I was expecting a big old worldly room but I was in a modern compact part of the building which was reflected in the very reasonable price. Bath products supplied were by Voya, one of my favourites. I suggest putting them in large containers for environmental reasons but then because they were in small ones I took them with me and got to use them for days. I hope to visit again.

I throughly enjoyed my stay for 2 nights at The Bedford Townhouse. Prior to my arrival, I was contacted by Sharron just to confirm arrival times, etc... then had the pleasure of meeting her personally when checking in... and she was amazing!! Nothing was too much trouble. Sharron ensured that everything was perfect upon my arrival, and during my stay. The room was extremely comfortable, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. I had a view of the 'pedestrian mall' below my window, and it was charming. There was also a lounge on the lower level ( specifically for guests of the hotel with great amenities...as well as a gym and a steam room ). Hotel entry requires 'coded card' use, as well as all of the other guest areas within the hotel, which makes you feel secure and safe. The hotel itself was a quick walk from the train station... and it is located in a wonderful 'pedestrian' area in Limerick. There were wonderful cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops just steps from the front door of the hotel. The cafe/restaurant connected to the hotel provided an extensive breakfast menu which was definitely worth the added price when booking. The hotel was also very close to the waterfront, and many of the major 'tourist attractions' in Limerick. It was the perfect place to stay while in Limerick... and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Limerick.

The Bedford Townhouse is in a great spot, really close to the Three Bridges Walk and sights like King John’s Castle. When we arrived, we weren’t quite sure where to start, but Laura at reception was super friendly and gave us some awesome tips on places to check out. Thanks to her local knowledge, we found a couple of great bars and had a really fun time. Big shoutout to Laura! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the waterfall shower was a nice touch. The breakfast included was tasty, and the restaurant staff were really welcoming. They even gave us a free coffee when we checked out, which was a nice touch for the trip back to Dublin. All in all, a really great stay. Míle buíochas!

I recently stayed at this accommodation and had a fantastic experience. First and foremost, Sharon at reception was exceptional—by far the most accommodating, polite, friendly, and helpful staff member I've encountered in any hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and as a Coeliac, I was particularly impressed by how the breakfast staff went out of their way to accommodate my dietary needs. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and welcoming, offering a perfect retreat after a day out. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. Highly recommend! Will definitely stay here again

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of August '24. Advised before hand how to get to the hotel and where to park which was really helpful. Parked in the nearby Q Park (Dunnes) where we were given a discount code to use when paying for the parking. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with excellent facilities. Considering the hotel lies on a main street, we found the room surprisingly quiet. Breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was brilliant, and the staff made us feel very welcome (recognising us from check-in the previous day) and nothing was too much effort for them. On departure at 4am, the front desk arranged a take-away breakfast for us that was dropped off the night before; made for a great ferry breakfast later that morning! Definitely would stay again when visiting Limerick :)

Sharon at reception was so helpful in arranging some birthday surprises for the room, and couldn't have been more welcoming on arrival, reserving a table for breakfast for us and explaining the carpark voucher/discount (the carpark is not on site, but directly across the road) Extremely clean and cosy room and facilities. Breakfast was delicious. We were so well looked after by Denise (I think) and our waiter. I can not stress enough how impressed I was with every staff member, very engaging, very chatty, very helpful. It's the little things that matter in hospitality and they have this down to a tee...

This is a lovely comfortable hotel. It is within walking distance of the Bunratty attractions - i.e Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, Durty Nellys famous pub and restaurant, and small shopping area / restaurants, coffee shops/ Aran sweater shop etc. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, has a lovely residents lounge, and of course a bar. Breakfast was perfect, great choice and very reasonable. All the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hotel has some old world charm; a stone structure with classic Irish interiors. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. We only stayed one night as we used the hotel as a "rest stop" having just arrived at nearby Shannon Airport on an international flight late in the late afternoon and had no interest in a long drive to our ultimate destination in Ireland. It was mid April and the typical temperatures were quite cool in the evening. The room was cold upon arrival and the water-radiator didn't seem up to the task of warming the room. They provided an electric heater which resolved the issue very well. (I do not recall if the hotel boiler was being used.) The bar and dinning room were well appointed and cozy. Particularly the bar area. We arrived on a Wednesday and noted that the dinning room was very busy and that many of the dinners appeared to be locals. We were very satisfied with our meals (dinner and breakfast) which were not part of our booking. All of the staff were friendly, smiling and social. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Bunratty Castle and other nearby dinning and drinking establishments.

The hotel was lovely. Welcoming lobby manned by a very friendly lady that was only too happy to tell us how far we were from the castle/pubs and general rundown on Bunratty The bedroom was lovely, spacious and the en suite was a good size with a nice shower There is a large resident's lounge with armchairs and small tables where one can relax in small groups or larger groups if you so wish There is also the bar where you can have a few drinks or a night cap and of course a large dining room The diningroom does not open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, except for breakfast, in November so we dined 3 minutes walk away where we had a good choice of where we wanted to dine Comfort wise you couldn't ask for better. It is not a modern "precast" hotel but neither is it made out to be. It would take away from it if it was This is a beautiful hotel with all modern facilities blended with a lavish amount of friendliness, going the extra mile to help & be of assistance to you and "part of the family" atmosphere I can not recommend it enough and cannot wait to return again

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting the Bunratty castle and walking distance to it as well as restaurants and shopping. They also have an amazing restaurant and pub in the hotel itself. We actually stayed twice because it was such a perfect stay. Once in the beginning and once at the end of our trip. It’s only a 10 minutes drive to the Shannon airport. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel is so cosy and comfortable once you walk in the door ,lovely welcome from Joan and helpful. We met one of the owners, Dolores, the day after our stay for breakfast, she was very welcoming and she prepared an amazing hot breakfast, together with the buffet one that was impressive! It was possible for us to go for self-check in (since we arrived quite late). Room was cosy and comfy, clean, with ensuite bathroom with all necessary facilities. WiFi was available and worked quite well. Location was stunning, a bit outside Limerick but in an azing countryside scenary.

This stay was a very warm welcome to Ireland. The hosts made me feel right at home and were always around to help out. They had everything you could dream of for breakfast and cooked a fresh plate just for you. The view was gorgeous and I got the sunrise every day. There are lots of places to hang out outside in the garden and a summer house to read/have tea. It’s perfect if you’re looking to connect to the natural beauty of the area! The room has everything you need like a fridge, fresh water daily, a coffee machine, tea pot, hair dryer, chargers, etc. My bed was made every day and the bathroom was kept stocked with fresh towels. Really super clean and cute decor. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the town which has historic pubs and shops, so if you don’t have a car keep that in mind! But the walk is lovely and you can pass by a local winery and see horses and sheep. Overall 10/10 stay and exceeded my expectations :)

Bunratty Castle Mews is a short cab ride from Shannon airport, on a beautiful country lane with hooded crows, ravens and blackbirds in the trees, lovely patios in front and in back, several cozy lounges, and an excellent breakfast. I was staying about 5 hours away from Shannon during my 2 weeks in Ireland and needed an affordable room near the airport to make my 12:30pm flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room quiet, the bed very comfortable. There are some bars and restaurants and shops within walking distance.

On meeting Daloris it was an upbeat stay. She was so full of life and extremely helpful. The accomadation was amazing with the added bonus of movie star pictures from James Cagney, Humphry Bogart through to Rita Hayworth, also news papers framed telling about the death of America's president JFK and the impact it had on people. We didn't want for anything. The room was small but comfortable and well stocked, hair dryer, TV, and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was out of this world, there was such an amazing assortment to choose from. Home made bread, pancakes, cereals, cooked breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, different cheeses and so much more. This was our last day in Ireland and this really topped it off. We couldn't have asked for a better leaving day experience. Thank you so much.

The B & B is also in a great location which allows visitors to get to other sites fairly easily. The room was very comfortable. It was a little small but we had a king bed. But bed was comfortable and the room was peaceful in the evening. This is a great B & B and we would highly recommend it.

"A Gem of Limerick " A one night stay for a wedding anniversary with Rory's travels bed and breakfast with a 3 course meal included . Checked in with the warmest welcome from Nicola we were upgraded to a beautiful room then went locally to Treaty Brewery ,Katie Daly's then to finish before dinner the Locke Bar then back to the hotel for our dinner which was superb. Served by Caitlin and Cian lovely atmosphere .Our breakfast was amazing also, fresh hot porridge and full irish breakfast loads to choose from for all tastes. Sat outside on the terrace with the freshly brewed coffee and digested the breakfast. Lucky for us a beautiful sunny morning with lovely views of the river & some swans.Would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, one of the best hotel stays we have had & more special in our home city of beautiful Limerick.

I was in Limerick for a training workshop that was based in another hotel that had no availability, so I looked at hotels close by and The Absolute Hotel stood out from the rest. It wasn't the closest to where I needed to be, but it was definitely interesting! I arrived at my check in time and the staff were very helpful, I booked room only as I didn't know if I would have time for breakfast, so the receptionist gave me a discount card for breakfast. The room was beautiful, and spacious with a lovely view mountains. I went to the bar restaurant for food and I was looking for a toastie, however they stopped serving toasties at 3pm so I had soup, It was lovely, but quite a large portion for me. I would have been happier with the toastie. Staff were lovely and friendly. I had breakfast the next morning and again staff were very helpful friendly. I had rashers and beans on toast, I wasn't too keen on the toast as it was smothered in beans, but next time I will ask for separate toast. All in All it was a lovely place, I will visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at The Absolute Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and helpful. The hotel has a modern, stylish feel with very comfortable rooms , spacious, spotless, and well-equipped. The location is great ,close enough to walk into the city centre but still quiet and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the bar and restaurant , great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service.

A lovely hotel in Limerick city centre ,free parking and a walk to most bar /restaurants staff at reception were very professional and super friendly..breakfast selection was v good ,staff were very good here as well had an appetiser at bar ,glass of wine 🍷 for herself and a lovely pint of Guinness, staff were very attentive and friendly, nice touch with hotel having an ice machine on each floor (not many irish hotels offer this ) room was clean and very comfy thank you will stay again

I stayed at the Absolute hotel with my partner recently for a JCI National convention. The venue was absolutely perfect from meeting rooms to Gala bar and dance floor they had everything we needed . The staff couldn't be more helpful we were so impressed . The food was mouth watering especially the lunch definitely worth driving Mayo to Limerick for again . I asked a young man (Cian) could I wrap up some sandwiches for my partner as he was working up in the room . Cian and the manger (i think) sorry I missed his name were so kind they got a box of fresh sandwiches and a cup of soup for him . Nothing was a bother . The ladies at breakfast on Sunday were so kind also and really just made the whole stay so peaceful and relaxing . We had an action packed weekend but yet left feeling chilled and recharged in this oasis from the storm outside. I couldn't recommend it any higher. Perfect facilities genuine top tier staff that want to do more for you matched with wall 2 wall comfort and good food . The place has it all. Next visit no work and im trying the spa too. Thank you guys for the perfect stay see you again soon

I stayed here with two friends recently for a girlie night away and it was just amazing, as always. We were greeted by the amazing Sarah to check in. Such a friendly girl and explained all the hotel facilities to us and made us feel so welcome. We had a drink in the bar and some food and breakfast the next morning. The beds are to die for they are so comfortable. Our room was spacious and so quiet and comfortable. We were celebrating an occasion and when this was mentioned to the lovely Sarah she arranged a couple of treats to be sent up to our room. We were blown away by this lovely personal touch! Breakfast the next morning was delicious and relaxing. We enjoyed our trip so much that we’ve booked to return again later in the year. I hope we get to meet Sarah again. She is just amazing at her job.

This is a luxury hotel in downtown Limerick. The valet parking was extremely convenient and we were able to walk to a number of excellent restaurants as well as take a walk along the river. The staff was helpful and informative. The room was modern, quiet, and comfortable as well as very clean.

I want to thank Sarah for making this stay so wonderful and memorable..It turned out to be a very significant night in my life which I hold close to my heart. The room was absolutely stunning, so spacious, beautifully designed and extremely comfortable. I can't rate it high enough. The hotel itself is very classy but also welcoming, it has a really friendly, warm feeling about it. I was amazed at the breakfast, such a choice of what to have, I only wish I could eat eggs as the dishes looked wonderful. And the Spa, such a calm, tranquil space to relax and unwind. Sarah honestly thank you so much and to all the staff for being so attentive and friendly. 🤍

We had a fabulous stay in the beautiful Limerick Strand Hotel in Limerick city. On arrival we were welcomed by a very friendly receptionist called Antonio who informed us that we had been upgraded much to our surprise and delight. The room was beautiful- massive and overlooking the river with an enclosed balcony with comfy chairs and blankets. There were chocolates in the living area with a welcoming message. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath and a separate shower with his and her sinks and 'rituals' toiletries. We had dinner in the restaurant along with a buffet breakfast which was very tasty. Overall we had a great stay we will be back again. The only negative thing about the hotel was that we had to pay for parking, however it was at a reduced rate. Many thanks to all the staff in the hotel including the lovely girls in reservations for making our stay so enjoyable.

STRAND was our Limerick home-away-from home! Such a beautiful hotel, upscale, clean, modern, boutiquish & provided a central location for our large group of relatives for the 2days of bus tours. Though we were there really only for the evenings, nights, early mornings, so not really able to avail of the hotel's luxurious amenities (spa, pool, restaurant), we were extremely satisfied with the spacious guest rooms, scenic views, walkable proximity to local attractions, restaurants & shopping. The lobby itself was extremely welcoming, highend esthetically pleasing, the piano bar was a nice touch (one of our young nephew maestros, enjoyed tinkering the ivories). Our Mom loved the high wall of framed football/soccer jerseys🤓 We were a family of 12; 5 rooms between us. No complaints, only satisfied smiles😁. Spacious, comfy beds, CLEAN, air conditioned, large washrooms, good water pressure in the showers & quality (soap rinsed off quickly; no slimy residue). If only there was maybe a small microwave 😉 but we were very happy to have the small cube fridges at least. My husband and I have family nearby and have been staying at this hotel intermittently since 2019. Great location and within walking distance of major attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is exceptional. The bed and breakfast package is highly recommended. I would not recommend the executive floor as I do not feel one gets the value for the extra cost (extra 55 euros per night). In the past, there was an executive hour that included canapés and wine/beer. Unfortunately, they canceled that in 2024. There are cookies in a cookie jar, sodas and coffee throughout the day, and a few pastries in the morning . The small benefits you receive are not worth the extra daily charge in my opinion. We will stay in the superior king rooms in future. My only other complaint is the poor WiFi signal. Very poor WiFi signal!!!!!! Despite the few complaints, we do enjoy staying here and continue to book here in the future.

The location was fantastic on the river, we sat outside relaxing at the bar area over looking the river, King John's Castle on our left. Comfy warm blankets are available for sitting outdoors as the sun went down. The gym & pool were fantastic, loved using them the next morning. Room was very big, very comfortable beds, very clean, great big bathroom with seperate shower and bath in it.

I also loved the planting and gardens in this hotel and reading about the history and memorabilia that adorn the walls. Breakfast was fabulous with great service and great options. Loved the chia pots and the bacon was fresh cut and divine!

Lovely big bedroom, comfortable bed, & I slept well. On arrival a pot of tea was brought to my room & I was informed that Princess Grace of Monaco had slept in the bedroom while on a visit to Adare.Large bathroom with power shower, ample whites fluffy towels and lots of toiletries provided. A spacious dress room with ironing board & iron & large mirror, & hairdryer. My room was at the front of the hotel but I didn't hear the traffic outside. Breakfast delicious, lots to choose from & staff were very attentive. I enjoyed the baked ham cut freshly from joint at the buffet. I ordered poached eggs on toasts from the kitchen which arrived promptly. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Dunraven Hotel & will definitely be returning.

The first thing I observed on arrival was how lovely the receptionist on duty was to the customers she was dealing with. She smiled, was very attentive, professional in her manner. Similarly we were dealt with by a male receptionist who was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Our room was a junior suite though I understood we had booked a double room only. It was so impressive, spotlessly clean, comfortable and relaxing. The bed was also very comfortable.

Lorraine was a wonderful host! We received a warm welcome and felt very comfortable. The layout of her home is perfect with a comfortable space for guests and a lovely dining area. Our rooms were beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We had a delicious traditional Irish breakfast prepared by her and her partner. There was also a continental style breakfast nook we were welcomed to take food from. We were full until dinner! Unfortunately we left some clothing behind and contacted Lorraine late in the evening. She was super helpful! Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

The ground floor accommodation was perfect for us. The mattress was very comfortable. The room was quiet. Easy access to the parking lot. Lovely garden in front and open space across road. Easy to reach from Shannon Airport. Breakfast was tasty and lounge area comfortable. The host was professional and friendly. Our needs were fully met! We will return.

Lorraine was very helpful in facilitating a late check-in, the property was fabulous, rooms spacious, modern and comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious and fresh. We were in Limerick for the Wolfetones final farewell. The Clayton hotel was a perfect choice. All of the staff that we interacted with were very helpful and efficient. Particular shout out to the staff in the grill bar. Service was exceptional and staff couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast service was extended until 1130am which was great given the late nights, enjoying Limericks late night scene. Lots of choice for breakfast in the Waterfront restaurant, which looks over the Shannon. The only criticism I would have is regarding the ketchup, it's awful. The rooms are very comfortable with everything available to ensure a pleasant stay but there is a shortage of storage space. Other than that the rooms are perfect with hairdryer with a very well located socket for the hairdryer - beside the full length mirror, iron and board, plenty of very fluffy towels and shower gel and shampoo supplied. Beds are very comfy with good pillows too, which isn't always the case in other hotels. Our room had a lovely view over the Shannon bridge which is nicely lit up at night. Ten minutes walk will take you to OConnell St where you'll find shops, bars, restaurants galore. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay very memorable.

We stayed a long weekend in Executive King Room. It was well worth off-season price for the larger room, higher floor with amazing view of the River Shannon towards City Centre/Castle, Their Covid protocols are quite thorough and we felt comfortable and safe. Thei fabulous pool is great for laps, pool exercises, and just relaxing in the bulb out while looking at the view of river. The dinner at their Bar & Grill on our first night was delicious. We did have a few challenges, primarily as result of Covid. 1. Being directed to pre-book pool time at least 5 days in advance through the the online reservation system because plans easily change. The online reservations are all booked up in advance for the weekends, except during dinnertime. 2. The dining service was not up to par for a 4-star hotel. They need more staff on busy weekend evenings. We had long lag times between various wait staff following back with us for our next orders, As well as the bottle of wine we ordered when we ordered our meals was overlooked. We were seated near enough to bar that the bartender was able to step in and help out twice, which we appreciated. 3. We followed their Covid policy to decline housekeeping for health/safety by putting out their do not disturb ("We are Still Sleeping") sign. However we never received the fresh towels or toilet paper requested on third day is they could leave a plastic bag outside our room with the requested items inside to keep safe. We still do recommend hotel!

I stayed here recently on a work trip and the hotel was great. The staff were so friendly and accommodating particularly when on the first night I had a problem with my room (no fault of the hotel)and they moved me to another immediately, and when I had to check out early due to unexpected circumstances they were very accommodating. The bed was very comfortable with a great choice of pillows and the room was very quiet with great views. Being able to open the windows and let in the fresh air was a bonus - not always a given in modern hotels! The breakfast was lovely, excellent selection. I am allergic to gluten and they provided me with freshly warmed gluten free croissants each morning, plus there is a good selection of fruit, yogurt, etc and the scrambled eggs are excellent. I had lunch and dinner in the hotel as well and the staff were very attentive and the food was all really good, with the hotel able to amend all options for a gluten free diet. The staff in the leisure centre were extremely friendly and helpful too. I would agree with the hotel's claim that they offer a personal touch, everyone from the man on the reception desk to the maintenance staff I chatted with in the lift were friendly and helpful and made my stay very pleasent.

Location was perfect for our stay. Close to where we needed to go Mary Immaculate College. And close to the restaurants and shops where we visited. Check in was very straight forward. Room was really lovely. We stayed in a very comfortable family room perfect for our children 6 and 12 years. Beds were so comfy. The ease of parking and at the discounted rate was ideal for our stay. Parking is secure and close. The pool was lovely. Small, but perfect for a late evening swim with the children. Staff in the leisure center were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Facilities are clean, small pool and changing facilities but very well kept. Our bedroom view was beautiful of the city and the river.

I can’t praise the George Hotel enough. I’ve stayed here multiple times when visiting Limerick for work or seeing friends. Firstly, the staff are always exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The rooms I’ve stayed in over the years have been spacious, clean and stylish. I recently got to stay on the 7th floor which gave me a beautiful balcony and view of the Treaty City. It was my partners graduation for our most recent visit and I had a bouquet delivered to the room which made the stay even more memorable - the flowers were fresh and vibrant. Breakfast at the hotel is always worth getting. Loads of vegetarian and gluten free options (I am veggie my partner is celiac). I’ve had dinner there a few times now too and the food is always very tasty! Again, staff are very attentive and positive.

Comfortable, generous, clean and modern room, with a super bed. Very central location, great for a short or weekend break. The hotel team are friendly, helpful and very welcoming; - same for the restaurant and bar.

We travelled in Ireland for 3 weeks, and our stay at the George was the most memorable. We received a very warm welcome on arrival. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The on-site restaurant, Vincenzo's Grill serves delicious starters. We sampled a July special which included a tasting of almost all items on the starter menu, and they were all delicious. At breakfast, our family of 4 selected 4 different breakfast options, and we all thought our breakfast that morning was the best breakfast we had had in Ireland. Whether you prefer a full Irish, sweet pancakes, eggs Benedict or avocado toast, you will not be disappointed at the George. Every staff member we encountered was kind and thoughtful. It was indeed a very pleasant stay. And for the cherry on top - a few days after our stay, we realised we may have left a bag of shoes at the hotel. I messaged reception and received a very quick response stating the bag had been found. They offered to post it to us, but as we were passing that way en route back to Dublin we were able to go back to collect. The George got 4/4 votes from our family for best hotel in Ireland!

A 1 night stay to visit the castle. Comfortable , modern hotel with coffee making facility and bottled water. Friendly staff and good wifi. Good location in town centre. Nice restaurant for dinner though I did nt try the breakfast. Not cheap but possibly still the best value option in Limerick. Happy with choice.

The Supervisor was very helpful and friendly, property was easy to find and access. The place was clean, quiet and a great base to visit the West part of Ireland. The property itself was spacious and comfortable.

Loved this place! Proprietor could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious. Music was playing while we ate which was a nice touch. Close to Shannon airport too so travel is easy.

Cute and comfortable place, nicely appointed, and convenient parking. Welcoming and friendly host, and tasty breakfast - great all around. There are several restaurants with live music a quick walk up the road, and laundry machines at the gas station nearby. Close to Bunratty castle if your visiting there, and not far from Limerick (our main destination - Clare Glen is a lovely walk!)

From the moment we arrived at the South Court Hotel, we felt genuinely welcomed. The check-in was quick, friendly, and full of local tips—exactly what you want after a journey. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a quiet atmosphere that made for excellent sleep. The Wi-Fi was reliable (important for planning our day trips!) and the in-room tea/coffee was a nice touch. The real highlight, though, was the food. The Curry House restaurant on-site served one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in Ireland—flavourful, generous portions, and great value. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful, with both hot and cold options, all fresh and well presented. The location is another big plus: just a short drive into Limerick city centre, with easy access to the motorway for trips to Adare, the Cliffs of Moher, and other must-see spots. There’s plenty of parking, which made things hassle-free. Staff throughout were consistently helpful, cheerful, and professional—it really felt like they cared about making our stay enjoyable. Overall, the South Court Hotel is a fantastic choice for comfort, convenience, and a taste of Irish hospitality. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the region.

I arrived late after work and being on the road for a few hours. I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was clean and my only single complaint was the shower head as the water flow was poor and the nozzles could probably do with a clean to free the flow. Breakfast was a buffet style and the food was good and hot. I had dinner on my second nights stay and it was lovely. There was plenty of choice. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Lovely spacious room. Drinks in the bar are very good. Dinner at the Curry restaurant was amazing. Very friendly staff throughout. Great to have a curry restaurant double as coffee and cakes! Breakfast is very good for choice, great to have the choice of gluten free and lactose free alternatives.

We will definitely stay again, friendly greeting on arrival. Secure parking. Everything in one place, good bar service /bar food / breakfast and a fabulous Indian restaurant where we had dinner , great menu. Slept well comfortable quiet room. Locally could see shops nearby and not far from city for commute.

I was down in limerick for a party and we stayed in the south court hotel , I have to say it was a great experience, lovely hotel, great location, great choice of food and drink , they even have a lovely Indian restaurant aswell as bar restaurant but I think what made the stay most enjoyable was the staff, we had a great server looking after us at breakfast ( both mornings) Sheila, she could not do enough for us , from the helpfulness with breakfast to her knowledge and know how of where to go around the city, one great tip was to try the Indian restaurant in the hotel, she made us feel at home and we will be back , till next time limerick

We stayed in the 4-person family room, which was spacious and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathroom and furnishings were on the newer side. The staff were friendly and you have to be buzzed in, so the hotel feels quite secure. We opted to add breakfast, and it was pretty good - offering hot to-order items (e.g., eggs and toast, eggs benedict, full Irish breakfast, etc.) along with a continental breakfast. The location is pretty central, so we had an easy time walking to King John's Castle and restaurants across the Shannon River. The hotel is on a pedestrian-only street, so it was fairly quiet at night aside from hearing the birds in the morning. We would stay here again if we were to return to Limerick.

We didn't have breakfast there. We did have a lovely meal at the pub which I thought had generous portions and was pretty good value for money. The room was superb and quite spacious with a firm mattress and had one of those high-tech coffee machines in there which I didn't use but looked good. I had some hot chocolate that was quite nice. The bathroom was clean and the shower in there wasn't too small. The location was amazing as it was close to the shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. So as a result, the downside is one of those nights we stayed in, it got slightly noisy. The other night was quiet. All in all, its a pretty good room and decent value for money.

We booked a midweek hotel stay for a triple room. Pros about our stay were great staff throughout our stay in all departments with a special mention to Leysa and Maristela in the restaurant and the chefs to accommodate us as we had to have our breakfast as early as possible when the restaurant opened which they did for us, the breakfast itself was very good (one of the best full Irish I've had) with a decent selection, the location of the hotel was very central with parking next to it at €10 per 24 hours, the room itself was very clean, spacious, well equiped, the beds were very comfortable and on our stay very quiet so we had a great sleep.

I stayed here with my friend in mid March and then again with my mom in early April, the hotel is massive and there are so many cool parts to it, its history is vast and so interesting! The rooms I stayed in were so clean and comfortable, the TV actually had a usable netflix account so that was a nice surprise! I went to the gym on site both times and I honestly loved it, i was really happy to see that there were weight racks and other machines that weren't cardio related haha. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, there was a really nice girl on reception both times that was really accommodating, I didnt get her name, but she had a nice smile! The location was perfect, only like a 5-10 min drive to Limerick city, and there are shops, restaurants and bars really close to the hotel. The breakfast was amazing too, there were so many options. Highly recommend the stay!

My friends and I had breakfast again at this hotel on Saturday morning, 14th June, and it was absolutely excellent! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the fabulous Monica, who couldn’t do enough for us. She explained all our breakfast options, showed us where everything was laid out, and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed from the time we arrived until the moment we left. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was beautifully presented. The Kilmurry is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Limerick. I have stayed there many times over the past twenty or so years and it never disappoints. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Nelligans bar is a lovely, handy spot to unwind for dinner or a few drinks. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there is plenty of parking outside. Thumbs up all round!

Four of us went for breakfast last Saturday morning 14th March and from the time I booked with Siobhan to the fabulous welcome we got from Monica and her staff it was second to none. Breakfast was incredible eat and drink all you can for €14 we were still sitting there drinking coffee/tea 3 hours later and no one came to ask us to move just asked if everything was ok…it’s a beautiful bar/restaurant so relaxing and spotlessly clean. The room was very spacious and there was plenty of parking, ideal if you are on a road trip. The nearby pool, which is part of the hotel complex, was wonderful, being covered, it is protected from the weather, and it also has a jacuzzi and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel is nicely decorated, with an impressive main staircase, and dinner at the restaurant was good value and of good quality, especially since there are no other options nearby.

We really enjoyed our stay The room was really nice, very tastefully decorated, bathroom was immaculate. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The setting was perfect, a lovely woodland walk along the riverside into Castleconnell. Th leisure centre was clean, well kept and had a good sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

The whole experience was just super from start to finish. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Maggie. Our kids even got gifts for Christmas. The food was divine and the atmosphere was just lovely. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were very clean! I slept so well...highly recommend this hotel!

The room was large and spacious with a huge, very comfortable bed and two gorgeous leather arm chairs. Thete was a small fridge and tea/coffee facilities. The bathroom was very modern and clean. The view was quite nice looking over the river and toward the castle. Location very close to the main streets with many restaurants. The hotel restaurant food was decent, value-for-money and the restaurant itself was stunning to look at, very quirky (love the bookshelf wall nook). Breakfast was €12 upfront and included a hot meal selection from a menu as well as a continental buffet and real coffee! The parking ticket was validated to reduce the cost to €11 overnight.

The room was spacious and very clean. The central location was great, and the parking situation was practical and convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and attentive.

There was a wide range of breakfast choices and the portions were generous. The staff were extremely helpful particularly Andrew on reception. The foyer was beautifully decorated and all areas were spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for exploring Limerick and it was easy to park in the public car park directly behind the hotel for a discounted rate, and to access the hotel through the rear door.

The room was large with a good shower, clean and quiet, the bar was nice and cosy, and breakfast was cooked fresh with a wide choice.

Large hotel on the waterfront and walkable to train/bus station. They gave me a street view facing the Spar supermarket. They claimed the hotel was fully booked to give me a river view. Also they seem to be housing asylum seekers on first floor with toys and bikes in hallways or they are talking in stairwells. But it was quite safe and no issues. Two elevators are quite slow. Room was quite nice for two nights. The shower angle is very bad, you have to almost stand into the wall and you will step on the bath plug causing the tub to fill. Free maps or newspapers in lobby. As a person who works in a small wine bar at home I can appreciate that locals like a place. The dining room, outdoor enclosed dining patio and patio are is perfect for eating and I sat outside for my coffee and breakfast. I made several new friends while I stayed that I will keep in touch with. Thank you to Brian S and Brian and the waitress (whose name I forgot, sorry, I see your face tho) for making me comfortable. The location is great and easy walking distance to town! thank you all for the great memories!

We were attending a GAA game on Saturday evening. The location of this hotel is perfect as it’s walking distance to the stadium. There is free parking also. The staff are the most friendly and helpful that we have dealt with,from the lady at check-in, bar staff, those serving the food , they were all so friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was small but very comfortable beds so slept well

Stayed here overnight on our traveling holiday of the UK (from Australia) Staff were friendly and helpful at check in, happy to let us swap to a ground floor room so we could avoid the stairs with our luggage. (No lift) Car parking was off the street in the car park behind the hotel. Our room was fairly basic, but clean and tidy with a comfy bed for a good nights sleep. Despite staying in a pub location we were not disturbed by noise. We had dinner that night in the pub on site. Meals were great servings and delicious. We also did some much needed clothes washing/. drying at the nearby Speed Queen laundromat. The shower was nice and hot next morning. Overall a pleasant overnight stay in Limerick.

The lovely pub has spacious comfortable rooms with good sized ensuites that include full sized bath. The whole place is spotless, with lovely staff. Breakfast is served in the front conservatory, with a light continental breakfast, but I recommend the excellent fluffy omelette! Despite being a popular pub, my room was quiet and peaceful too!

The hotel itself is very spacious and well layed out. It looked modern and had that home from home feeling. The rooms were fantastic and the black out curtains actually blocked out the light! The room had a smart TV so I was able to put Netflix on which was nice. They had everything setup to ensure the hotel was safe with hand santiser in every area and machines to check your temperature. One way systems throughout and all staff protected by face masks. What was nice about this was that although they had met all of the requirements required, you didn't feel like you were locked in a prison with a comfortable bed. Instead, you felt like you were in a hotel being looked after which I have not found in a hotel for severy months. The staff were great right from Check-in through to departure. The staff on breakfast were attentive and so were the staff in the restaurant/bar area. A big shout out to Liam for the breakfast prep. Many thanks to Orla & Manta for looking after us in the restaurant area and making sure we had everything we needed. Even though we may have been a bit needy, they always kept a smile on their face. Also a thank you to Margaret at the reception for answering any questiond we had and assisting with everything we needed. Overall a great stay and I will be back next time!

First time staying back here in a good few years. Hotel is as nice as ever, well maintained. The area around the hotel has been significantly build up since I was last here, but very safe. There is a convenience store very close by. Breakfast in the hotel was very good an dour room was excellent. We stayed in one of the suites adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable. There is a cigarette disposal at the entrance to the suites which was over flowing for the 3 days we were there - needs to be cleaned. We also had quite a bit of noise around 3am on Saturday night, as some revellers returned. Overall it was a really good stay with good service in bar and restaurant

The woodlands is one of my favourite hotels. It caters for absolutely everyone. I loved the fire pits on the driveway in, it added a touch of class to the entrance. The petting farm is fabulous for the kids. The hotel itself is so warm and cosy with stunning decorations. Our room was amazing, so spacious and designed beautifully. The staff couldn’t do enough. Our meal was delicious. We absolutely loved the outdoor area, cabins with the stoves, Pizza , burger, coffee and icecream huts and finally the sports bar. Everything amazing.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean, all staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel including the leisure centre. All the kids activities including the outdoor amenities and kids club and leisure centre were great with wonderful friendly staff.

We had a very good time at the Maldron, a ductile and modern hotel good for either business and family trip. As a family, we enjoyed the big room, the very nice bathroom and shower and the ample and efficient common spaces, either for a very rich Irish breakfast or for a dinner with ample choice of food and beverages. The cherry on the pie for us was Maldron's partnership with Club Vitae, a great health and fitness club whose services are included with the booking: a nice swimming pool alongside a pool for kids, clean and with tiepid water, plus steam room, sauna and jacuzzi...we enjoyed that a lot and almost didn't wanted to leave for our scheduled outside activities! Staff was very kind and prepared at both the Maldron and Club Vitae reception, our time in Limerick was smooth sailing from arrival until check-out.

Pleasant Stay with a Few Quirks On our driving tour around Ireland, we booked the Maldron Hotel and Leisure Centre for our stop in Limerick. At first glance, the exterior of the hotel felt a bit dated, but we were pleasantly surprised once we stepped inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The only drawback was the bathroom – the bath was quite narrow, and the shower curtain tended to cling while showering, which was a little inconvenient. We had dinner in the restaurant, which had a lively atmosphere. With TVs showing a football match and fans cheering, it felt like a hub for sports enthusiasts. Surprisingly, this added to the experience and gave us a taste of local energy and excitement. Breakfast the next morning was very satisfactory, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, the Maldron Hotel offered a pleasant stay with friendly vibes and a few small quirks that didn’t take away from the experience.

Housekeeping were very friendly and obliging. The room was spotless. Bed comfortable,. Bathroom spotless, plenty of towels. Room was very quiet. Breakfast was excellent, staff on duty were very helpful and friendly. The underground, secure parking is essential given the location of the hotel.

We are just back from the most amazing stay at this lovely hotel where we celebrated our wedding anniversary. From the second we arrived, the place had such a warm, welcoming vibe – full of charm and character, but with all the comforts you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. The staff were fantastic – friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. You really get the feeling that nothing is too much trouble for them. Our room was super spacious and beautifully done up – plenty of room to relax and unwind, with really comfy beds and thoughtful touches throughout. It felt like a proper retreat after a day of exploring the town and surrounding area. As for the food! Absolutely delicious! Every meal we had was top-notch and we even managed to have our dinner one night in the beautifully manicured gardens. Al fresco in Ireland rarely happens so it was a real treat! The breakfast is hands down the best we’ve had in Ireland. Freshly baked breads, local produce, delicious coffee and the real show stopper, carved ham off the bone – we looked forward to it every morning! If you're into fitness, the gym is brilliant too – really well equipped and spotless, which is always a bonus when you're away from home. Dunraven Arms has it all – charm, comfort, amazing food, and unbeatable service. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re heading to Adare. We’re already planning our return!

Overall an excellent hotel to stay in, the staff were attentive and polite, the room was really nice with a very comfortable bed, we stayed in a Junior Suite and the size of the room was really comfortable with plenty of additional seating. There are also some lovely rooms to relax in with a nice relaxed atmosphere and open fires. The only slight downside was that I felt the bar service could've been slightly better as I had to go to the bar to get a drink, as the staff all seemed to stay behind the bar. Another big upside is the location right on the edge of the beautiful town of Adare. We didn't have time to view the leisure centre and the weather was against walking around the grounds. Overall we felt the food was good, however we only ate in the bar, there's also a restaurant and the breakfast was nice but not you're traditional fried breakfast.

WHAT a terrible flight to get here. When we arrived we were just about beyond exhausted. We check in and find our room was not ready yet. We were early but the young lady at reception saw we needed somewhere to recuperate. She provided us with a small lounge and sent us coffee and tea. This is where I found out that Ireland has great coffee as well as tea. That was the remedy we relaxed and recharged until our room was ready. We seem to have brought some of the best weather that they have seen in weeks. It was quite warm. We discovered there was never a need for air conditioning usually. Well, we needed it the room was indeed warm. They did bring up a fan and made things better. Roomy and clean well kept. The Bar/Pub downstairs was lovely, well stocked and staffed with friendly folks. The food in the restaurant was so much better than expected. Well prepared and well served. I will have a separate post regarding the food. If we again have the chance to visit Ireland we will stay here.

We stayed in several 4 Star hotels while touring in Ireland and The Dunraven Arms was by far the most comfortable and pleasant. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and had a lovely garden view. The bedding was perfect, sheets, duvets etc. Spacious bathroom and separate dressing area. The dining room was very well run and the food was of good quality. Check n and out was quick and courteous. Nice to see the proprietor overseeing the running of the hotel. Will definitely return to the Dunraven on my next trip to Ireland.

Stayed for two nights on business. Booked a conference room and was pleasantly surprised to get an upgrade to a junior suite. Hugh took great care of us and tea / coffee and food was brought out on time, which were delicious. Breakfast and dinner were exceptional and it was great having drinks in front of the fire in the bar. Louis was great too as were all the staff and locals in the beautiful village of Adare. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Fitzgerald’s Woodland’s guest house for one night of a three week driving trip in Ireland and what a fantastic choice! The room was spacious, comfortable, wonderfully decorated and the WIFI connection was grand. The property is lovingly cared for and well maintained with plenty of secure parking on the front side of the property. Breakfast was fabulous and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property is within a short mile or two distance to downtown restaurants and other historical sites with easy access for day trips from the location. I would highly recommend Fitzgerald’s to all visitors and look forward to visiting again.

I have stayed at the Woodlands House hotel, on average 3/4 times a year over the past 4 years. On this recent visit a member of staff did not acknowledge me in the corridor as we passed. She was not rude in anyway, she just didn't say hello or good morning or anything. It took me a while to work out why this stood out to me as living in London passing people with no reaction is a daily occurrence, but this stood out as over all the visits over the past 4 years this is the first member of staff I can recall who did not say hello or good morning as they went about doing their jobs and we passed by. This is the only negative point I can think of about the Woodands, and it isn't even really a point worth raising. The hotel is very well run, clean, comfortable, great facilities, big, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, excellent customer serice and very friendly and helpful staff. The 5 star hotel a mile up the road could learn a lot from the Woodlands.

Hotel well maintained. Loved the family room both our children had separate single beds. Very comfortable, spacious ans beautifully decorated hotel. You can tell that the owner believes in keeping the hotel in prime condition and not wait until things are shabby, well done. The leisure center pool was wonderful. The breakfast and dinner outstanding. The children made us promise that next time we visit Ireland, we must book The Fitzgerald Woodland for an extended stay.

Beds were fab, bedding and towels were immaculate. The house itself was extremely clean. There was a support person on site if we needed anything. While there was facilities such as oven, washing machine etc, we had not used them,. The area is on doorstep of Bunratty Castle and folk Park which is a place that's very well worth visiting, and beautiful restaurants/bars. JP Cl;arks, is well worth a visit as is the Creamery and Durty nellies. It's hours drive to Galway and Hours drive to Doolan Cliffs of Moher, and both are well worth a visit. Great area for exploring that side of the country.

It was a really quiet area.... no cars even as they were parked in car park. House was very comfortable and everything you could want. The house was clean and comfortable. We had a lovely stay in Bunratty Castle Gardens. We would very highly recommend it. No. 17 was perfect.

The decor is contemporary and comfortable. Everything you need is there. The beds were very comfortable and each bedroom had an ensuite- such a luxury. We could walk to restaurants and pubs for great meals. The castle gardens were a great place to walk. We recommend this home- you will feel like princesses.

The girl at reception was not very engaging, I asked if the night could be paid by cash, reply 'tis paid'. I understood I had that option but she did not converse on that point. A little more pleasantness goes a long way and does get customers returning. It was a good comparable price for Limerick.

The beds were nice and comfy and the room smelled lovely on arrival. The woman at breakfast in the restaurant was lovely. The lady who welcomed us at checkin wasn't very welcoming at all. Not a single smile from her and she tried to charge my card even though I had already paid online 'because her computer was slow so she didn't see it'. Also the only option for snacks outside of the restaurant was a vending machine that was extremely over priced and didn't give change

Pros: - Room was spacious - Bed was really comfortable - Shower was powerful !! - Price was great Cons: - Poor insulation between levels, (Room above us sounded like a herd of animals). - Kettle and tea station situated underneath the T.V. is an electrical safety issue. - Breakfast included means the poor quality overpriced Shake dog "restaurant" beside property. (found hair in fries and terribly greasy food overall).

Hotel is conveniently sited adjacent to Shannon/Limerick road but is amazingly very quiet in the rooms allowing for a very good nights sleep. The room was comfortable but obviously geared up for one or two night stays, as we were staying for a week there was not enough hanging space and no drawers to be able to unpack properly. The bathroom was very clean apart from around the bend in the toilet bowl that could have benefited from a good dose of bleach. There were lights not working in both the bathroom and bedroom that, although reported to reception, were not fixed in the 7 days of our stay. The adjacent restaurant is American Diner style with only the associated burgers and fried chicken dishes, it would have been nice to have the option of a home cooked meal for hotel residents.

It was very clean and today and far better than the uk travelodges. I would have preferred a walk in shower or a shower screen. Shower curtains are full of germs

Friendly, helpful and responsive staff! Clean, well-stocked room, serviced daily. Large bath sheets, hair dryer, hot plate/pot with coffee/tea packets, and even a couple biscuits in the room! Loved the continental breakfast included in the cost of our room, and the restaurant/bar on premises. Safety feature: room key required to access elevator to rooms. Close walking distance to the train station, and to downtown Limerick and Kings John Castle. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was a good hotel for an overnight stay. The decor in the room was a bit tired and because my room was next to the ventilation, if I'd been less tired that or the music from the bar could have kept me awake. As it was - I was absolutely exhausted so fell straight to sleep after a lovely bath ( that was a VERY comfy bath!) There was a bit of confusion over whether I had breakfast booked or not (night manager said I had but it turned out I hadn't) easily solved and for €7.50 breakfast wasn't horrendously expensive. reception area and bar area were well decorated, it's easy to find and was a very easy walk to where I needed to be so it was a good choice for me. With small kids though, I might advice asking for a room away from the bar!

Pery's was really good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean but the hotel is a bit worn around the edges and the facilities in the room a little dated. Wifi signal wasn't great in our room. We had breakfast in a local Café so not sure what the breakfast is like in the hotel. Overall better than other more expensive places I've stayed in Limerick!

We were really happy, the hotel was clean, comfortable, in a great central location with friendly and helpful staff.

It's only 3 minutes walk to the main street. The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The room, a corner room was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The breakfast was very good and served by nice staff. This also was good value and I'd recommend the hotel.

We had a really enjoyable stay at The Carriage Houses at Beechpark Hotel. The setting is peaceful and private, and the accommodation is spacious and very comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a good attention to detail. The rooms are well designed with everything you need for a relaxing stay – a very comfortable bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and a lovely seating area to unwind. Ours also had a small outdoor space which was perfect for a quiet coffee in the morning. We were particularly impressed with the well-stocked fridge on arrival. It included a generous selection of Irish produce – traditional breads, cheeses, cold meats, fruit, and lovely preserves such as Irish raspberry and vanilla jam, not to mention the delicious fresh fruit scones! It was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall comfort and quality of the stay. Our hosts, Catherine and Kevin, were friendly, helpful, and informative – they made us feel very welcome and gave great tips on places to visit and eat locally. The location is excellent too – just a short drive from Bunratty Castle and very convenient for exploring other local attractions.

I had read the reviews for The Carriage houses before we came so my expectation was high, They were not only met but exceeded. Situated just 4km from Bunratty, in beautiful peaceful surroundings,Lady Catherine met us at our self contained,modern,delux accommodation. She was warm and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed. Everything about the accommodation is beautiful, comfortable, and high end. The bed was luxurious and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and everything you needed was supplied. Breakfast was continental and more than enough, muesli, cornflakes, cheese, ham, yogurts, lovely fresh brown bread, home made preserves, orange juice and fresh scones, Also supplied were speciality teas, coffees, fresh milk and butter, more than enough and we'll thought out. Our host was very thoughtful and also gifted two small Easter eggs as it was the holiday. We were very comfortable, excellent TV station range, heating system and WIFI. We really couldn't have asked for more and will definitely return and reccomend to all. Many thanks for a lovely stay Lady Catherine.

Arrived late at night to a lovely greeting from Kathryn who made us feel very welcomed. Showed us our accommodation with was named Michael. And wow what a lovely place to stay. Very luxurious and being a professional curtain and soft furnisher I was most impressed at the quality of the hand made curtains and blinds. We where blown away and I really appreciated the twin antiubeds made with 1,000 hand made linen. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I was like I was being cradled in my mother’s arms. The kitchen was well stocked with a fortume and maison teas , home made scones and locally sourced honey (I’m all in favour of local brands) in the fridge where , yoghurt, meat cheese, and 3 types of Local bread . Fresh coffee for the cafeteria, (love my coffe) which was excellent. Even the fantastic books on the coffee table where very interesting and I even brought a copy of one off of Amazon as I enjoyed it so much. The towels lovely and fluffy along with the bathroom , great shower and a good mirror which lights up, and the cleanliness was top rate as I would’ve stay in somewhere which was dirty but the accommodation was spotlessly clean. My husband had lovely chats with Kevin and Kathryn and Kevin where top hosts. Nothing was to much trouble from the changing of towels to more fresh produce. It really makes your stay in Ireland so much more enjoyable when you stay in great friendly accommodation. Thank you both

An amazing luxurious place to stay - quiet and restful. Catherine and Kevin have thought of every detail - value for money here at this special place - our number one carriage house with all of its history has everything you needed for a home away from home - little details of local produce, kitchenette, brilliant shower and such soft bedding and quality linen with tasteful decor made us feel so cosy. It was warm and comfortable. We loved meeting Catherine and Kevin - so welcoming and friendly, there just wasn't enough time - we felt this was a little hidden gem that we fell upon - would definitely return and recommend to all visiting Bunratty - Thanks for preserving the history - loved the names representing the residents of the estate - its amazing to think how much effort and work you have done here - its spectacular. Excellent breakfast, generous, delicious, wide choice. The most comfortable bed ever with beautiful, top quality linen and bathrobes. The spacious, tastefully decorated and furnished carriage house. Soundproofed, spacious, light and airy with high ceilings, well considererd lighting, gorgeous bathroom with a delicious shower - a choice of rain or normal head. Peaceful, tranquil setting. Kind, thoughtful, caring hosts. I am a tad disabled. I felt safe.

This B&B is cozy, welcoming, quiet, and all-around a lovely place to stay. Joe was attentive and made the most delicious Irish breakfast. The room was simple and comfortable, and I found a delicious dinner right next door.

We booked two nights in this lovely B&B, located only a 20-minute drive from Shannon Airport. Since the red-eye flight from Boston landed in Ireland at the beginning of their day at 6:00am, (being 1:00am our time, we were ready for some sleep!), we booked our first night during our flight time. Our host, Joe, welcomed us with a delicious, hot, cooked-to-order breakfast, then led us to our two reserved rooms. The rooms were located in a quiet area, which provided a spacious, comfortable place to sleep for 4-5 hours. The showers were spa-like.....amazing! Once refreshed, we quickly adjusted to the new time zone, and were ready to go! Joe directed us to an excellent pub, "J.P. Clarke's Country Pub", for a pint of Guinness and a late lunch.....located right next door! Bunratty Castle was a short walk away, where we enjoyed the Medieval Banquet. We appreciated Joe's guidance, gracious hospitality, and exceptional breakfast! We walked in as strangers, but ended our stay as friends. Thank you, Joe!

Amazing host, beautiful accommodation and fantastic breakfast! So many little details that made this place special. The whole B&B is thoughtfully designed which adds to the welcoming feel. Spotlessly clean and very cozy, would've liked to have stayed longer. The breakfast area was bright and perfectly set up and the breakfast was so great. Walking distance to the restaurants and castle. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

The whole property was clean, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Beds are comfortable and the shower was good. Breakfast was very tasty, cooked fresh and served at the table.- not necessary to make your own toast! Extra tea, toast etc supplied when asked for. Joe was very sociable and informative. The restaurant next door (P.J's) does excellent, no fuss food.

Loved the room! it was absolutely gorgeous and the bed was super comfy. The food was lovely and the service was really good. Little disappointed that the jacuzzi was out of order otherwise everything was lovely!

We absolutely enjoyed our 3 night stay . On arrival we were made to feel as if we were lifelong guests the staff are extremely friendly especially Bart one of the duty managers and Andrew the ever friendly barman . Food in the bar and at breakfast is of excellent quality. The waiting staff in the bar and at breakfast are ever attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a credit to the hospitality industry. The leisure centre is clean and well maintained. The bedroom was clean and warm . The only negatives are that the refrigerator in the room was not working and the bathroom could do with an upgrade plastic shower curtain dated , shower in bath difficult to access no rail for support . Toilet flush button very hard to press and bathroom sink stained badly . We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area .

I recently stopped by at Castletroy Park Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a welcoming atmosphere and top-notch bar and restaurant The ambiance was perfect—warm, inviting, and lively without being overwhelming. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, always ready with great recommendations. The **drinks were absolutely amazing**—from expertly crafted cocktails to a fantastic selection of wines and spirits. Each drink was made with care and precision, and you could really taste the quality. Whether you're staying at the hotel or just stopping by for a drink, I highly recommend visiting the bar at Castletroy Park Hotel. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a top-class drink in a great setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was PERFECT !!! Would recommend this hotel for everyone. Clean and comfortable suite whit all you need for your stay. Outside seating area perfect for those who are smoking or like to have cup of coffee outside. Heating and Aircon two in one working very good, nice , warm and cosy. Food was good bought restaurants, sauna and pool clean and not overcrowded, free towels and all you need is there. Easy check in and out. Not cheap but worth money you are paying. Hello to very nice man at the bar, thanks for teaching me how to make proper Guinness with black currant, he is doing great job!

I absolutely loved my stay here! I chose to stay here as I was attending a 3 day wedding in Adare. The host Anne was so friendly and welcoming, which really made me feel at home!. The hospitality was outstanding, and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and just perfect for a relaxing stay. I’d 100% come back again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and enjoyable place to stay 🥰

The owner was so welcoming and helpful. She went out of her way to make my stay pleasant and comfortable The room was spacious , very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast was fabulous as were the views . I would highly recommend this property, it has the charm and luxury of a rural hidden gem , but you can be into the city in 15 minutes.

The location is a little outside Adare - but is set well back off the road in it's own grounds making it very quiet and secure. Ann runs an excellent B&B and each room was spotless but large and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. There was a lovely balcony outside each bedroom which we were able to sit our on and drink coffees. Nothing was too much trouble - Ann even rang the local taxi cabs to book our taxis for us as we were heading to an event in the area.

The common living area was amazing, it was modern & clean. There was loads of coffee pods, herbal teas, milk and biscuits available to use. There was 8 different types of coffee pods which were delicious. The room was spacious and had a separate work area which was very handy as I was in Limerick for exams. The bed was comfy and there was a lovely heavy feather duvet.

The rooms are very comfortable, spacious and well appointed while being squeaky clean. Very comfortable bed, smart TV, lots of storage and a workspace with desk. The bathroom was also squeaky clean and hygienic This accommodation has a common room which is also very well appointed with very comfortable furniture. There is also a smart TV here as well as all mod-con kitchen appliances like fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave etc and utensils. It also contains a Nespresso machine with a variety of Nespresso coffee pods along with a variety of teas.

Clean, warm, comfortable hubs and rooms, with a common area which enables self catering as an option. Super comfortable beds. Quiet corner of a sprawling campus in Kilmurry student village, just minutes from walking trails along the Shannon river. Parking available. The shops and restaurants of Castletroy just five minutes away. A perfect base in many ways from which to explore the greater Limerick / Clare area, while Lough Derg is just 30 minutes to the north.

Considering this accommodation is on a university campus (village) it was exceptional. From the friendly welcome at reception (Connor), to the clean, comfortable & well equipped accommodation to the beautiful surroundings this was excellent value for money. The bedroom was well furnished with ample storage & workspace & the shared kitchen/lounge had all you required for a self-catered break including complimentary tea, coffee & biscuits. Additionally there is a footpath immediately adjacent to the accommodation that runs directly to the centre of Limerick (1hrs walk) through leafy lan s alongside the Shannon river.

Free tea/coffee and WiFi. Would recommend this property as a great place to stay!

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. People at the reception are super nice and welcoming. The flat was spacious and is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee pods that are refilled every day which is amazing for a coffee lover like myself.

Rooms were spotless, bed comfy, spacious, quiet and very central for my needs (attending Gaynor Cup Tournament while my daughter played). Looked to be a good communal area, though I had no need for its use. Receptionist (didn't catch her name!) with dark hair and glasses from near Cong was very helpful and friendly!!

Exactly as I expected from a modern university and its accommodation. Functional, simple, clean, and tidy. The staff on my arrival were engaging and helpful. The location was perfect for getting onto the cycle and walking paths into Limerick, which, on a bicycle, was just ten minutes away, as was the local shops. The kitchen had everything I needed, and there was secure storage for my bicycle. It was quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so charming its hard to describe. It was our first night in Ireland and Adare Country House was like staying with family, It was so quaint and friendly, welcoming, warm, so traditional too. The owners Dennis and Elaine (I think) were the cutest Irish couple you could hope to imagine, we even took photos with them. The breakfast was hand cooked and huge variety. I didn't want to leave. Beds in room so comfortable, everything clean and fresh with old school charm. This is a fabulous stop on the way between Dublin and the Ring of Kerry. Lots of parking and a block from the local Adare main road and the restaurants and pubs. A cute historical village, we LOVED it xo

Everything was perfect, the room was huge, cosy and very comfortable. We have been welcomed by Eillen who is adorable. The breakfast room was amazing, lots of light with a patio view, very quiet and with a lovely and detailed decoration.

Two of us stayed one night in this house, in a very spacious, well-appointed room with comfortable beds. Our hosts are very warm and welcoming. Although breakfast was not included in the price, we were invited to help ourselves to a simple buffet continental breakfast, which is a nice touch. Based on our overnight stay, I highly recommend this guest house and will definitely come back again.

Pod spotless and very comfortable for family or couples to enjoy peace with nature. Amazing view of maintains , fields and farm animals . Multiple adorable goats , sheeps and donkeys. Definitely will come back again and will bring our friends too. Gas BBQ upon request available, so dinner was served just off the grill. The location of the pod was spectacular, lots of amazing views and it was amazing being surrounded by so many animals. The pod itself was gleaming, the beds were comfortable and the kids absolutely loved the donkeys and hated leaving them. We had a bbq the last night and it was so easy to use. Fresh towels were available, lots of cutlery too.

We loved everything about the Kilbane glamping it was our first time glamping and Kilbane has definitely set a high standard everything was perfect set in a fantastic location with only two pods looking out over loads fields with fabulous scenery farm animals just out side the door so private outdoor fire where we sat enjoyed sitting back relaxing with a drink while kids had a great time playing in safe area one of our best trips away yet in Ireland and will definitely be back with more family as there’s two pods so u would have the whole area to urself we got up this morning to sheep outside and kids wer absolutely delighted we will definitely be back and would highly recommend if you bring enough kids outdoor activities u don’t even need to leave only to get lunch or dinner 😎

Everything about our experience at Kilbane Glamping was amazing!! The facility is cute, quiet and very clean. The view is stunning. We were within driving distance of Limerick and Galway, which we visited during our stay. Yet we couldn’t wait to get back to our glamping site to visit with Percy and his friends.

We loved the pod and it's surroundings it was so peaceful and exactly what we were looking for. It was a lovely safe space for our 3year old. The animals were an absolute hit and the toys. The kitchenette was extremely handy with microwave and utensils. Beds were really comfy.

The property is a bit far from Limerick city center, but the host was incredibly helpful, giving us rides to town and to the supermarket. He was very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. We even had dinner together and truly enjoyed his company. He showed us real hospitality — warm, generous, and genuine, which made our stay even more memorable. The facilities were good. The bathroom was very clean and comfortable, particularly compared to other places we stayed at in Ireland. The bed mattress was super comfortable too. There was a fully equipped kitchen available for guests to use. Although breakfast wasn't included, the host generously allowed us access to the food in the kitchen, which included everything from bread, butter, and jams to pasta and other ingredients for cooking. This made it very convenient to prepare our own meals and added to the feeling of being welcomed and at home. It was a great value for money, and I would definitely stay there again if I return to Ireland.

Shannon River House is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that made us feel right at home. The setting by the river is simply breathtaking; peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature. The house itself is beautifully kept, with every little detail thoughtfully considered to make the stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. It felt like a home away from home, only better! A special mention has to go to the lovely dogs. They completely stole our hearts! They were so friendly and affectionate, making the whole experience even more memorable. Coming back from a day out and being greeted by wagging tails was an absolute highlight. If you’re looking for a serene getaway with stunning views, cosy comforts, and the sweetest four-legged companions, Shannon River House is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

What a gem!!! This is a truly special place which is rich in history, surrounding by stunning scenery and super lovely people which made everything even better. The house. If you're a history and architecture geek like me, you'll be in heaven. If you're not, then you're still in for a treat. The house is charming, cosy and super comfortable. The living room is divine with a fire place, piano and large windows overlooking the gardens. The room was very spacious and immensely comfortable. Could happily hide away form the world in that bed. The gardens are incredible! I visited in January when it was misty and grey. Very atmospheric. I imagine in the summer this would be ideal for dining al fresco. The views of the river are incredible and the quietness is pure bliss. The church and pink cottage on site just add more to the experience. Checking in was a doddle and Mark who hosted me was incredibly welcoming and hospitable ensuring my stay was comfortable as well as enjoyable. Location wise, you are out of the way, of town. That said, a taxi is a 10 min ride and costs roughly 12 euros, or, if like me you enjoy a good walk, you can get to King John's Castle in roughly 50 minutes. This is a stay you will not forget!

This old farmhouse was such a treat. The accomodations were comfortable, cozy and casual. The property was filled with history and the host was welcoming and quite enjoyable. This farmhouse is steeped in history and is still owned and operated by descendents of the original family. The host treated us like family and shared many historical memories of the family and the farmhouse with us. The accomodations were quite comfortable and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone seeking an experience steeped in history. It's location just outside of Limmerick made for easy access to all our destinations in the area. This is a home and not a hotel which made it such a wonderful experience.

The view from the house is marvellous. It’s a beautiful house with an old-money luxury. Its distance from the city is ideal and is perfect for someone looking to experience the countryside and the city simultaneously. The owner Mark is very welcoming and friendly which makes it far more comfortable and warming.

Easy to find as the EirCode is posted on the pillar entrance, lovely clean room , huge comfortable bed , the shower room is getting a makeover, this was not a problem as there is a bathroom on main hall way , we were informed of this beforehand over the phone . We were attending a funeral and all we needed was a bed and a good night sleep . It’s a help yourself to breakfast set up , we were happy to do so , slice of toast and a cup of coffee is all we needed , the house is being upgraded bit by bit , don’t let this put you off . We were satisfied with our room and a good night sleep, plus the chats in the morning . There are 10 rooms in all .

Gerard was a very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The room was very large, about 7m x 7m, with a 2m x 2m ensuite. While breakfast was not included, Gerard allowed us complete access to the newly renovated kitchen. A small bar fridge was in our room for our food/drink. Understanding that the house is being renovated, the accommodation was clean and tidy. We would stay there again.

Staff very helpful and friendly we travelled down from Belfast for a concert and the owner was very helpful in getting us a some extra mirrors for getting ready and even offered us a lift to the event. the room was great had a smart TV so we were able to listen to music ect and the bed was very comfortable . We were also offered tea and toast the next day . Gerard was very helpful with directions and recommendations on were we could go for food ect when we were leaving . Would definitely stay again if we make a return trip

Such a beautiful little spot in a hamlet that feels like something out of a romanticized Irish film ❤️ Lovely food/evening meal in the bar, and if you need to rise early like I did, (bar doesn't start breakfast until after 9) you can always cross the street to 'the country store' and get breakfast whilst shopping for any road trip essentials. It does a great breakfast and lots of delicious house baked goods too! Locals were so lovely, warm and welcoming, a great wee spot, would definitely go back!

Small and cosy room just above bar. We loved this place 100%. Nice bar downstairs with greta food, cold Guinness, live Irish music and extremely lovely and friendly owners and everybody we've met in a bar and town. It was the best evening during our travelling in Ireland! Just perfect stay before leaving lovely Ireland
