I really liked the room, it was very cozy and bright and with a beautiful view. The balcony was simply huge, I can imagine how beautiful it is here in the summer. Moreover, the room was clean and very quiet.

We had a pleasant experience with the hotel staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The hotel's design was lovely and our room was pretty too. Being located directly above the city center, we enjoyed a breathtaking view from our balcony. We were grateful for the free access to the pool, steam room, and gym, which we took advantage of during our stay. Although the breakfast was not extraordinary, it was still decent.

We loved the location close to woods as well as to the spa district in the town centre, the air quality and local spa spring water which was available throughout the hotel. We also had a huge room with a balcony and amazing views. The swimming pool was large enough to actually swim. We‘ll come again and then also avail of some of the large array of treatments available. A real find!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment has a beautiful view from the window. The building is spacious and very convenient for families with children — there's even a playroom with toys.

Very nice big pool (just closed for lunch 11:30-13:00), very good choice of food for breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff, nice bar and lobby with delicious cocktails and one night of live music. We got a perfect room for ourselves. We asked for separate beds and even got separate rooms - that was great! Not far to walk to the city center (down the hill), free parking options available there (or at least cheaper than at the hotel), but 3h is for free at the hotel. The spa treatments are nice but nothing special, a real good massage would be nice but it's a range of different treatments like water-bed-massage or CO2-bath.

Very nice hotel.can recommend highly .would go there again. Price included breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We liked the Saturday night concert, and general vibe. The wellness was very nice and relaxing. the staff, especially in the sauna world was very kind, helpful and with a good sense of humour.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June for two nights. The service and food were amazing - from the extensive buffet breakfast (bacon, sausages, eggs cooked to your liking, fruit, yoghurt, assortment of breads and cereals) to the delicious 3 course dinner. The hotel catered to our needs, as I was pregnant they ensured the menu was suitable. We were upgraded to a suite and it was absolutely unreal. Beautifully renovated and well cleaned each day. We were given a beautiful fresh fruit platter. Staff spoke excellent English and most spoke german too. Taxi to the main drag in town is only 6 euro. All in all this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will be back again! Try this hotel if you're looking for a romantic getaway with amazing service. Yes it's a little more expensive than the other hotels in town, but the other hotels in town are nowhere near as attractive!

Everything’s perfect - you truly feel yourself as a Royal couple visiting your private castle! The hotel is located in a quiet green area a bit outside Marienbad, next to a cable car and a miniature park. The building has a long and interesting history from the Austro-Hungarian Empire times, perfectly renovated and well-maintained. A tailor-made approach provided to every guest - starting from the General manager to the bellboy. Excellent service and food quality during the breakfasts and dinners, fresh juices and champagne. Special gratitude to Frau Olena at the restaurant - a friendly and extremely attentive and helpful lady. Comfortable sauna area (though for extra payment). We will definitely come back!

Here's an improved version of the review: Our experience was truly memorable! From the moment we were picked up by a gentleman in a stylish suit, everything felt effortlessly classy. The ride to the motel was smooth, and upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink—a delightful start that perfectly complemented the stunning architecture. The food was exceptional, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and bursting with flavour. The wait staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and eager to make our experience enjoyable. Their warm personalities and professionalism truly stood out. However, there were a few hiccups. The general manager seemed a bit disorganized, asking me the same question twice within 20 minutes and making a few errors during dinner service. While this didn’t overshadow the overall experience, it was noticeable. Special thanks to Anna, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and dedication to excellent service made a lasting impression. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I look forward to returning soon!

Wonderful fairy tale castle located on top of a hill, close to the Krakonos ski station, surrounded by beautiful woods and just a few minutes drive from Marianske Lazne. The building is beautiful and offers a very romantic atmosphere. Our room was huge, quiet as requested & facing the ski track, and offered all the best amenities (spacious bath room, separate room, and a Balneo shower). I personally loved the antic decoration and the comfort of the beds, that was ideal to sleep & relax. The staff made everything they could do make our stay fantastic and we actually did enjoy every minute there. We were quite happy to have chosen a place close enough to the city but not in the middle of the touristic turmoil so we could enjoy a relaxing vacation. So we recommend this place !

As I travelled with a bicycle, the owner let me have it safely inside the building free of charge. So it was really amazing.

Staff and manager were super helpful and friendly (bonus points for being patient with our Czech; it's far from fluent but we wanted to practice as much as we could while in the country). Breakfast was solid (not as much choice as at a larger hotel, but enough choice to have some variety from day to day). We only had one evening meal at the hotel (there is a lot of choice within walking distance), they offer a good choice of Czech cuisine nicely prepared. Convenient access to beautiful surroundings.

Super für einen ruhigen und besinnlichen Kurzurlaub.

Etwas oberhalb von Marienbad gelegen, deshalb muss man immer hoch und runter laufen, möchte man ins Zentrum. Das Personal könnte freundlicher sein, außer das Housekeeping, die waren sehr nett. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der Blick zur Seite in den Wald war für die kurze Zeit ok. Schwimmbad und Whirlpool sind prima. Es wird reichlich gechlort, was man im ganzen Haus riecht. Frühstücksbuffet war ok. Auswahl war eher gering, Brötchen sehr trocken. Wir waren nur 3 Nächte, da war das ok. Fazit: Für einen Kurztrip völlig ok. Einen längeren Aufenthalt kann ich mir nicht vorstellen.

Insgesamt ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder :)

Excellent property, we were really happy and will come again! Perfect location really near the Colonade and very quiet area near the forest, everything new and even more spacious than expected! Loved the black mineral soap in the bathroom:-) It was good that some toiletries were clearly refilled so less single use plastic (I would personally get rid of single use plastic whatsoever!)

Fabulous hotel in a quiet area with lots of things to see and do within walking distance. As one might anticipate from a five-star hotel, the front desk staff was incredibly helpful, cordial, and efficient. Beautiful room with incredibly comfortable beds, a lovely bathroom, and a fantastic view were all included. Before supper, we especially loved sipping drinks on the lovely bar terrace. The restaurant is spacious but elegant, and the dinner buffet was excellent, offering a great variety of delectable dishes. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. I would gladly suggest it to anyone visiting Marianske Lazne because of the excellent staff and delightful atmosphere.

Premises of the hotel, marvelous spa, excuisite dining, beautiful Library Bar, nice surprise for our anniversary: 1. beautiful common areas - be it the foyer, fountain with Alexandra spring, corridors 2. great spa with an all-year-round heated pool 3. perfect dining experience - we had a full board and we enjoyed breakfast, Good4U (not to be confused with Ms Rodrigo) lunch as well as 5-course dinner - delicious, fresh, tasty food, professional and kind staff 4. same goes for Library Bar, with a variety of great drinks and attentive bartenders - the atmosphere of the place is out of place, and I must mention the evenings with live music 5. nice surprise for our anniversary - we enjoyed a little bottle of sparkling wine and rose petals decorations, and of course tasty strawberries in a chocolate Loved it overall, save for two moments I describe below - and for a very rude "call to arms" on the day of our departure, where we had late checkout (12:00 instead of standard 11:00) confirmed, yet the cleaning lady invaded our room by 11:15 and later some rude lady called our room, shouting "checkout je do jedenácti!!!" instead of, say "Dobrý den, tady je recepce, checkout máme do 11 a vidím, že jste se ještě neodhlásili, můžu s něčím pomoct?". This gave us a great laugh and honestly, you can count yourself lucky I have nerves of steel and I am not some Hans from Vienna :) .

I had a very pleasant stay at Falkensteiner in Mariánské Lázně. The overall experience was excellent, especially the quality of the food. Breakfast and lunch were truly outstanding — fresh, varied, and delicious. Dinner, however, did not quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel and could be improved in terms of both variety and quality. The rest of the services were top-notch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay — a real highlight of the hotel. The only downside was the approach of the in-house doctor, who lacked a personal, individualized touch in their consultations. For a wellness and spa hotel of this level, I would have expected a more tailored approach. Despite this, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Falkensteiner and would recommend it to others seeking a relaxing and well-organized stay in Mariánské Lázně.

Our stay was very last minute decision and surprise for my partner birthday, staying in Falkensteiner hotels already three times the expectations of course were high and My Lord…, we were not disappointed! On our arrival we met Miroslav and Jana - I have never ever met someone so attentive, superb and with smile the second we walk thru the door. They remember customers and conversations with them and go above and beyond! I am speechless how clean our room was by Valentina in hotel industry it it’s truly so hard to find someone so rare and incredible like it. One of the best stays we ever had. Our room was superb huge and comfy, clean to outstanding perfection. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The highlight for me was the delight to meet Reinhard and Marek - you are one of the most incredible people in hotel industry that I have ever met!!!! I would highly recommend this hotel. They are incredible and credit to company. Thank you for everything! We can’t wait to be back!!! You make just “another hotel in the world” to be extremely special. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel at perfect location in the centrum of Mariáske Lazne. The weather was really bad (raining and cold), so unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the nice view from the terrace to the town. Everything was clean and it looked almost like the hotel was brand new even though the building originates from the second half of the 19th century. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was also very extensive and served in the stylish restaurant downstairs. Parking was available at the hotel yard for extra price 125CZK per night.

Very convenient location just minutes' walk from town centre but up on a quiet street away from traffic. My room was huge with a lovely view of the garden. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. GREAT breakfast, huge spread and excellent quality. Overall, incredible value for money - would recommend!

An exceptional hotel with character, with a wonderful level of personal service in a quiet street within a few minutes walk of both the centre of town, and the beautiful wooded hills surrounding the town. Excellent facilities, fantastic breakfast.

The excellent hotel, located just near the beautiful park. We've upgraded our stay to suite, that was spacious, nicely furnished, with the balcony and the view to the park. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of hot and cold dishes. The dinner was perfect too, especially during the Chef Pavel shift. The staff is very professional and helpful, We'd like to note Mr. Macarchuk, who did everything to make our stay unforgettable.

Einziger Negativpunkt: Abendessen gibt es nur bis 20:30 Uhr und die Bar hat nur bis 23 Uhr bzw. 22 Uhr am Sonntag geöffnet. Wir empfanden das als viel zu früh und zu kurz. The location, food and facilities were all fabulous! The room was elegantly decorated and well appointed with a double closet, coat rack, umbrellas, heated towel rack, robes, slippers... Everything you need is at your fingertips. The breakfast buffet offered lots of options, both hot and cold, and included custom made omelettes. All of the food was fresh and delicious! We loved soaking in the Roman Baths and taking saunas in the evening.

I booked this hotel for my family, who were visiting, so this is based on what they told me. The hotel was comfortable, very central in Marianske Lazne, but quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent, and with a wide choice of food. The price was reasonable, quite high for the Czech Republic, but relatively low for visitors from western Europe. There is a good swimming pool and various procedures are available as well. My family didn't use these, but another friend who stayed there did and was very complimentary.

Anastasia took the time to explain all the local attractions and restaurants etc and send me details via WhatsApp. There is a massage suite in the basement and you can have authentic treatments and massages for very reasonable costs. I had a 50 minute massage for £33! Book in advance because the therapist is not on site. The town is so beautiful and peaceful. I walked in the forest and mooched about the parks just enjoying nature. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was brilliant! Continental,plus hot food changed daily. Apparently Anna even went foraging in the forest for the mushrooms!! Planning a trip next year. Beautiful scenery and much more affordable than Bavaria.

The villa is located five minutes from two springs (Rudolfuv and Ferdinanduv pramen) and Marianske Lazne-Mesto station. It is also located close to cheaper, yet very good, restaurants. We really liked "U Svejka" The promenade is also about ten minutes walk. The breakfast was really rich and the kitchenette is open 24/7. It is also handy that one can order a massage on the premises.

Breakfast was excellent. Kitchenette is open for 24 hours. You can book massages and other procedures at the premises. Manager Anastasia is very helpful. She organized everything very fast what we asked. I think she is very devoted to the job. The location is very good. Train station is walking distance of 500 meters. You can walk to the town center through the park. Nice walk.

A very warm welcome on arrival, the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The pool was quite small but I wasn't expecting an Olympic sized pool so not an issue but the changing facilities were clean and well presented. The hotels location to the tourist attractions was good, all within walking distance. In the hotel adjacent to the main reception we found a useful map with QR codes that suggested some lovely hikes through the local area, we followed a couple of these routes and had an awesome hike on day 1 followed by a lovely run on day 2 hunting the local springs, some that tased quite good, some that didn't 😁 We didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast buffet gave a good selection of breakfast items which were all very tasty and plentiful, there was a good choice of beverages including Champagne if you like to start with a swift drink early in the day. Parking is quite difficult outside or adjacent to the hotel but a handy car park around a 5 minute walk away was easy to find, secure and very reasonably priced at around £8 for a 24 hour period so I would recommend parking here as suggested by the hotel.

We had a big, clean suite. 2 separate rooms, a living area, a toilet and a bathroom (shower and bathtub). The breakfast is excellent. Fresh fruits and vegetables, a great variation of meats, cheese and cereal. The coffee is great and you have the option to have it made by their barista or by a coffee machine (either way great).

The reception staff was exceptionally friendly and so was the restaurant staff. The breakfast was excellent. The room was a little shabby but the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy, very clean and with a brand new blanket and linen.

Nice location. We had a room with a view. The hotel has a spacious kids' club room, a small but warm pool, tasty breakfast and friendly staff. We had a great stay :)

Nice rooms in an ancient building. Those with balcony are a bit bigger, facing the main street the others are slightly smaller and the view ist restricted. Delicious and rich breakfast buffet.

We stayed for just one night, but really enjoyed our experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious with a great selection of options. The location isn’t right in the center, but it’s actually a lovely walk through the forest to get there. Just keep in mind the way back is a bit hilly, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. All in all, a pleasant and relaxing stay :)

Breakfast was very good, but we skipped dinner at the restaurant—the selection was limited and expensive. The beds and other amenities were fine, and the hotel was nice overall. According to the photos of the room, there was supposed to be a bathtub in the room, but there was only a shower.

Very good location of the hotel, excellent apartment, convenient breakfast time from 7 to 10 am and the breakfast is delicious. I would especially like to mention LUCIE VINSOVA at the reception. She speaks different languages, is very well educated and knows everything about her city. We received complete information on issues of interest from her. We are planning to return next year.

An exceptional hotel! We were a couple with a two-year-old child and booked 4 nights including breakfast and dinner. We had a wonderful welcome. We arrived on 24.12 afternoon and went to dinner- a table with a child's chair, two boxes of chocolates and a toy for the child was already waiting for us. In the evening there was a piano performance for Christmas. It was excellent. The next day there was a refreshment of Gluhwein with cookies on the hotel balcony. The rooms are large, spacious, very clean. In the room there were bathrobes waiting for us, even for the child. The hotel staff even arranged a bathing kit for the child. The breakfast and dinner were very rich, varied and very tasty. The hotel also had a spa with a sauna, jacuzzi and pool that worked relatively late. We enjoyed it there very much. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from a free parking lot near Kaufland and Tesco. The hotel and restaurant staff were very kind and hospitable. We had a perfect experience. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back here again.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the centre of the city, opposite a large beautiful park. The forest and lakes are also not far. In general the nature and the fresh air of this region is impressive. The architectural style of the building is not old, and all hotel facilities are in good condition: a modern glass lift, nice and light hotel hall, very good spa cosmetic in the room with a professional hotel hairdryer, white clean towels and everything for the spa. The hotel is very-very clean! The breakfast was exellent and food was very fresh, there were fresh smoothies on the dreakfast and coffee from professional coffee maschine. I would like to thank everyone: to all hotel stuff and management for keeping these high level conditions. Thank you!

Staff members serving breakfast were friendly and cooperative. The hotel has two restaurants/cafes and is open until late evening in summer. This hotel is within walking distance from Musical Fountain (approx. 10 to 12 mins walk).

I booked with my girlfriend at the Residence Le Theatre and I can say it was a fantastic experience. I appreciated the Residence both for its beauty and location, which is central and just a few steps from the Kolonáda. The service was extremely professional and pleasant. Communication was excellent and the check-in was quick and efficient. The apartment was fantastic, very spacious, comfortable, and clean. A truly excellent stay! I highly recommend it to everyone.

Nicely renovated building in the spa heart. It has a feeling of a luxurious hotel, even though it is partially only a feeling, but if you don't want to spend for a really luxurious hotel, then why not to have a compromise? There is available parking (currently 250 CZK per day). It is historical building, renovated.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the room was spacious, warm, and cozy. It's great that pets are allowed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. However, I would suggest adding separate beds in one of the rooms for children, as it would make it more comfortable for families. Overall, it's a nice place with potential for improvement in comfort and cleaning services.

Wir mussten zwar ca. 2 Stunden warten, da das Hotel zwar mit Gästen belegt, aber leider kein Angestellter/Inhaber vor Ort war. Danach war aber alles super. The room was quite big with a beautiful view over Marianske Lazne and the forest as it is situated on the top of a mountain. Comfortable big bed and pillows. The room came with a jacuzzi bathtub. Complementary drink and sweets on arrival. Bath robes provided for the spa.

Excellent location on top of a hill overviewing the town, surounded by old forests. Building is an old stylish castle that was well refurbished. Restaurants very stylish, including breakfast place - spotless table sheets. Loved the mineral water springs in the hotel where you can take the best water freely. Very strong spa facilities - we took the floating tank, mineral water pool also available. Manicure by Tatiana was the best I ever had 😊

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, the staff is friendly, the restaurant serves very tasty and high-quality food. The parking for cars is good and includes a charger for electric vehicles.

Good equipment in the room to make some simple snacks or breakfast.

Clean, comfortable and central location. Small kitchen with all you needed for breakfast including drip coffee machine. The manager very friendly and knowledgeable.

Jan, the owner, was exceptionally friendly, responsive, flexible, and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Very clean, good layout, good quality appliances, comfortable bed. Highly recommended.

Great memories! A wonderful hotel in the very center of the resort. Despite the close location of restaurants, shops, spas and entertainment venues, the room is quiet. All issues are promptly resolved with the owner of the hotel. Jan was very welcoming, told in detail about the location of the facilities, helped to meet with the medical staff to start treatment, recommended a cafe, arranged with a taxi driver when we left. My wife and I are grateful to him for the warm welcome.

I really liked the hotel. The location is convenient - right across from the park. Breakfast: the coffee is delicious, the child liked the juice. The choice of dishes for breakfast is very extensive for me. Everything was very tasty. Breakfast lasts 3 hours, so we had time. There were no queues. We had a leisurely breakfast. Dinners: the taste of the dishes is excellent. Sufficient meat dishes, side dishes. Dishes were never repeated during the week of stay. There were no queues for dinner either, they had dinner calmly. The staff is polite and pleasant. Swimming pool: Large, clean, with all kinds of attractions. I would especially like to mention the pool employee (male). He always made sure that visitors were comfortable, turned on the bubbles in the pool, and constantly monitored cleanliness. Therefore, we are especially grateful to him for the created comfort. The sauna is comfortable (clean, heated to 90°C). It is small, but mostly I was alone in it. The jacuzzi is very warm. Rooms were cleaned daily and pool towels were changed. Very pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. Quietly.

Ensana is like a super soft and comfortable safe space. The staff was super friendly and kind. The breakfast and dinner were incredible good, they had many varieties and everything was really good and tasty. The pool, sauna, infra red space are really good for the soul and the hotel provided anything we needed! Thank you for everything!

The friendly staff by checking-in and the amazing leasure-time by the pool. We felt ourselves taken care of. 👑The separate elevator for the ready-for-pull dressed guests is what makes you feel comfortable and not disturbing anyone. The clean rooms is to mention as well. 🧚‍♂️We enjoyed the food as well. And one of the moments for those moments when it rains and you don’t want to go for a walk: you can find in the lobby water from one of the famous springs.👏 Thank you and wish you all the best! The facilities are amazing, the pool was great, the meals and staff at the restaurant were superb. The bed was very comfortable and I was also given Christmas cookies and a nice calendar as a present. Also, you get a complimentary drink at the lobby bar.

Friendly staff. We were recommended a restaurant not in the spa but down town, namely the Kamenný dvůr, which is excellent and reasonably priced, you won't find that upstairs in the spa.

We have been happy with our stay. The room (20m square) was cozy and quiet. Bathroom with a bathtub clean. There is a tiny fridge in the room as well.

The breakfast was very good and my room was comfortable. The owners are friendly and both speak excellent English.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and although the staff member on duty didn’t speak English, he was still very helpful and managed to assist us efficiently. He kindly provided us with a room without any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, which was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and accommodation, especially considering the very reasonable price.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was exceptional. From the cozy and well-equipped room—with comfortable beds and pillows—to the peaceful atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, a lot of vegetables always available. The swimming pool is magnificent. Even though my room looked on the road and square, the nights (and days too) were perfectly quiet. What's also great about this hotel is the proximity of the colonnade and the park; indeed it is near everywhere you may want to go in the centre of the spa town.

Spa area and access to all spa centers of the four hotels through inner tunnels - Roman Bathes! Quality of the rooms is high and well maintained, location next to the forest and lovely views. Staff is kind and attentive

The price was convenient and the location good too: close to the city center and to a big and cheap parking (just 100 mt from the hotel and with a cost of 2 EUR per day). The restaurant has enough options: good food, excellent beer, friendly and nice waiters. Breakfast had good quality and choice. The checkout at 12.00 allows an extra nap after breakfast.

Everything was spot on, very clean, and staff was helpful and spoke many languages. The only problem we had was the hard beds. We would have personally preferred softer ones. But all the rest was amazing. The view from the superior rooms is spectacular. Spa open till 8 is very convenient. Receptionist gave us a recommendation of what to see (lady was local and knew good places). Breakfast was continental style and had plenty of choices from beans and bacon to sweet Czech " koláče ". Coffee in a variety of options and also fresh veggies and fruit. Decor of the whole hotel was very royal like. We felt very welcome.

The room was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the park on the top floor. Slippers, towels, and a bathrobe were provided. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to solve any issue without a problem. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel is in a great location, with a café downstairs and restaurants nearby.

The staff at reception when we arrived were super helpful and friendly. When we raised a concern about the size of the bath in our room, the receptionist gave us the keys to 3 rooms so that we could choose the one that suited us best. Every request was no trouble for the staff who were friendly and helpful at all times. The location is superb, very central and with a great view of the park from our room. All in all we were very satisfied indeed.

The accomodation was very comfortable, room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant delicious. We stayed 4 nights and were very satisfied. We can also recommend Thai massages in the hotel.

Location was great, in the nature but still close to the city parks and spa center, peaceful and calm, the room perfectly equipped and spacious, the staff nice and helpful.

We went for hiking and had some great hikes in Marienbad. The town tourist bureau has a brochure with several walks where you can follow in the footsteps of some of the great spa guests of the past. The hotel was right on the Forest Path which is a 15 minute walk to the fabulous spa area of town. our room, 202, was larger than most of the others and had a balcony overlooking the giant conifers of the forest. The breakfast was excellent with great poched eggs, bacon sausage and teriffic bread as well as everything else you could want.

Very friendly staff and patient too. There was a good variety for breakfast and a nice terrace restaurant. The hotel is some 3 km outside of the centre. While the walk to town is nice through the forest by day, there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

On my trip to Prague (by bike) I stayed at the Schlosshtel and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was fine and clean and the host and staff were very nice and helpfull! We liked everything very much , the owner mr. Rostislav is incredible, very kind and with a wonderful soul. The apartment is spacious, the apartment's equipment is perfect , everything is thought out to the smallest detail, to make your holiday as pleasant as possible, Mr Rostislav met us at the station and brought us to villa Christina and also kindly took us to the station when we ware leaving , we had such condition that my wife and i did not want to leave , we were at home , we had such a good time, we dream of coming back here again. Thank you very much for the easy room reservation process, very pleasant accommodation in a quiet, modern, generously designed room with a balcony, great breakfast and dinner. The salads in the cold buffet were always fresh and prepared directly in the local kitchen, lots of fresh vegetables, the cucumbers were peeled, which is really rare, and the hot buffet at dinner was absolutely great. We also want to thank Mrs. Eva Smetanová from the reception for her willingness to extend the check-out, so we made it to Sunday Mass and could comfortably travel to Karlovy Vary for our next stay. Roman baths have a great authentic atmosphere. The maintenance of the hotel deserves more attention, but I understand how difficult it is to keep such a complex in good condition. Mariánské Lázně, however, can appeal to a person's feelings that he does not notice small flaws too much.

This is undoubtedly a hotel destination one wish to take when you are in need of professional wellness, spring water, and good accommodation. We got a wonderful spacious room overlooking the park with a balcony. The hotel is interconnected with three other hotels managed by the same hotel chain, giving one the opportunity to get the maximum use of the spas, saunas, health mineral waters direct from the subterranean sources, treatments, pools, other bars, and restaurants. We got high-quality treatments, as well as professional executed. We are booked on H/B basis. The restaurant is fine, but the food on offer both buffet style for breakfast and dinner is not that impressive. They are more local and German orientated, with heavy dishes and limited choice. We guess this is because most of the guests are either from the Czech Republic, surrounding countries or from Germany. This is definitely an area to improve and think of more healthy foods to include. On a final note, overall we had a great experience, but some of the staff have to understand, that guests are guests and staff are staff, where courtesies and friendliness can improve.

I spent three wonderful weeks in this hotel, filled with different medical treatment procedures of high quality, delivered by a professional staff. I really appreciate also all other aspects of the services provided by this hotel - clean and spacy rooms, good quality cuisine, helpful, friendly and professional staff (restaurant, room service, reception), rich offer of free-time activities (live music, culture), great surroundings. All in all, simply a very positive experience.

The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, near Colonnade. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Nice and friendly staff in the restaurant.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout the whole stay! Also, they have live animals on the property (alpacas and deer) which you could feed so that was 10/10 for my girlfriend!

The breakfast features nescafe coffee of good quality, there are cornflakes, cheese, ham and a variety of bread kinds. Very closeby there is restaurant U Schwejk, which has excellent Czech food for low prices. We made an evening walk into the spa area. It is safe and exciting.

Breakfast was very good, there were vegetables, fruits, corn flakes- this is exactly what I like + other sorts of food. Everything fresh and the staff is really friendly and nice! Different sorts of coffee and tea. Everything I need is close - water springs, shops, massage, supermarkets and shops. 😊🤗❤️

The room was very very big, and quite comfortable. The staff was so accomodating and lovely (She speaks at least 8 language - fluently!). The breakfast was quite good and overall my stay was great!

I overlooked that the reception is not open 24 hours a day - yet the staff was willing to accommodate me and work it out. The room is cosy and quiet.

A solid choice for a short stay. The location is excellent, offering good value for the price. While the furnishings are a bit dated, the friendly and welcoming staff make up for it.

Not perfect soundproofing - voices from the nearby room could be heard. Breakfast was varied and good. The breakfast room can get a bit crowded - it is a very big hotel.

We liked the location a lot - there is an excellent culinary selection within minutes of walking. Saunas were great. Breakfast was really good, it had a lot of selection. The doctor and the masseuse were knowledgeable and insightful, but we had to utilize some off sight physical therapy since the type of the therapy we wanted was not available for three days. We got some gifts from the hotel and that was a pleasant surprise. Some were waiting for us in the room, and some we got at the check-out. The value for money for our room, breakfast, and the facilities was good.

Central location, big rooms. Good spa and massage (should be booked in advance). Parking around 5 mins walk away, decent breakfast.

It was one of the best places I have stayed at at this price point. The single studio apartment was clean, modern, cozy, comfortable, and functional. Although it was rather small, the studio had everything I needed to make my stay perfect. The beds were comfy, and the room was quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked with all the essentials and more (e.g., tea, breakfast oats). There was a coffee machine in the lobby. Excellent communication with the front desk via WhatsApp. Easy and quick check-in. The building and room have keyless entry—access is via PIN. The staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to help me with a special request and made me feel at home away from home. The location was excellent, within walking distance from the center and beautiful parks. Parking was located at about 10 minutes' walking distance. Thank you, Revelton Studios, for a fantastic stay at Marianske Lazne!

Revelton Studios is obviously the best address in the whole area for overnight guests in Mariánské Lázně: absolutely modern rooms, kept very clean and with brightly designed interior leaves nothing to be desired. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, refrigerator, washing machine and smart TV, the rooms lovingly designed in the spirit of contemporary music history offer the most beautiful memories of ABBA, Queen, Led Zeppelin and Madonna. Especially ingenious is the basement of the house, which has much to offer not only for families and sports enthusiasts. The well-ventilated children's playroom offers clean and creative games from baby to toddler age and is the highlight for the youngest generation on a rainy day, for example. Right next to it, the weight room with treadmill, bike and weight training is ideal for anyone who wants to keep fit. The music museum, shrouded in black light, offers a special surprise. However, the biggest plus point of the hotel is the accessibility with the friendly lady at the virtual reception. Communication was simple and straightforward via WhatsApp and we were served very friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night. Whether at 2am at night with the question of an emergency pharmacy or the following day the request whether the rooms may be cleaned and towels added, were answered within a few seconds friendly. For this we would like to express our greatest thanks to Revelton Studios and recommend the house with the best rating unreservedly.

I’d definitely recommend this place! The customer service was amazing. We even got a welcome refreshment on arrival, which was such a nice touch 🫶🏼The whole place was really clean and modern, and we stayed in a small studio that was just right for two people. It had everything we needed and felt cozy and comfortable. The location was great too, really close to the center with lots of cafés, restaurants, and parks nearby. There are also a few fountains and springs in the area, which were fun to check out while walking around. All in all, a great stay in a lovely spot. Would happily come back!

The studio was simply amazing. It is one of the best value for money I ever experienced. The room was very clean, modern, and cosy. Style fits nicely to a spa resort. The arrangement is very smart so that the room feels quite spacious. You find everything you need - even a small washing machine. I loved the patio from where you enter the individual studios. The access to the building and to the room is via PIN code -> flexibility reg. arrival time. Staff was super friendly. Communication was great.

My highest appreciation goes to staff, that you will probably not meet in person, however, they will take so much care of your stay/needs and is very helpful. It meant there was a 100% guarantee you’d have a seat, which is such a relief compared to some other places where breakfast time can get overcrowded and stressful. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely return if I’m back visiting the city. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mariánské Lázně!

Everything about this hotel was wonderful: exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was large and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and varied. The owner was very attentive and kind, despite there being a language barrier. It is the perfect location between the upper half of the city and close to two train stations, which are within easy walking distance.

Location is very good, it looks a bit far from city centre on the map, but It is actually a very nice walk through the park, where you can refresh yourself with excellent mineral water along the way. The highlight was the breakfast, which I rate 10 out of 10. We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was also delicious. The only disadvantage is that you can't pay by card. Apart from the few little things mentioned, it is an excellent little guesthouse. I definitely recommend it.

We were on the way from Český Krumlov to Karlovy Vary (Karlsbad) and needed to stay for 1 night on the way. This was a great option. Very clean room. There are 4 of them if im not mistaken. good WIFI, a fridge in the room and microwave and the dishes in the corridor. Parking for free. The price is more than attractive! and there is a bakery on the first floor (seems doesn't work on Saturday). You can have a full breakfast if it is requested in advance. The village/town looks very small but there is another beautiful town 5 min driving by car - Marianske Lazne (Marienbad), absolutely worth to be visited. The owners were so kind to wait for us extra 10 min because of our delay.

Our room has been equipped better than I expected. There was a fridge, a coffee set, a table with chairs, a desk, a tv. The building itself as well as furniture are brand new. The landlady is very friendly :) Downstairs there is a nice bakery.

It was a lovely visit and the Villa Gloria is a great place to stay with very friendly management and clean, comfortable rooms. I had a beautiful view of the park across the street. The hotel is best reached by car and perfect for people driving. I took the train so when I got in I took the public bus #5 which is only about $1.00 and 12 Czech Krone. You get out at the Centrum stop and then need to walk about 10 minutes up an easy hill. It's not the small hill next to Pacifik Hotel you want to go past that toward theatre and then up street past Westend hotel on your right and then continue straight up long hill (don't turn left up the hill to Cheb) you'll see Villa Gloria toward the end of a row of villas on your left. Also for day spa try Butterfly Hotel only about $18.00 us for two hours with sauna, pool, whirlpool. Very nice. Also the roman bath is a little more for two hours but well worth a visit.

Very helpful and nice staff, though one could not speak english well. On the other hand, the other one we met was fluent in english. Hotel is slightly on the outside of Marianske Lazne and located at the other end compared to the railway and main bus station. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a quiet area and looks newly restored. The selection at breakfast was the best among the hotels we stayed at (no hot food though). We could have wished for a fridge and had to ask staff to get help to heat baby food, which they gladly did. We did not investigate other facilities, but I got the feeling they are limited. We walked to the village which is not too far away. This was definitely the best of the six hotels we stayed at during our Czech trip.

Hotel was quaint and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our every need. Other reviews discuss staff not speaking English. I cannot speak to this as we did not attempt to speak to them in English, choosing to try our German and Czech. Hotel was within walking distance of town square, where there were multiple dining choices. I cannot speak to the spa services, as we did not use these services. We will defintely stay here again!!

A very cosy place in a thorougly renovated historical building in Marianske Lazne, 10 min by foot from the central square. We had a family apartment. It was quite big, with comfortable wide beds with soft mattresses. Heating was working properly, so it was very warm. There was also a kitchen with a microwave, a kettle and a fridge. I especially recomment taking the breakfast with a big choice of food.

Pavla (I suppose the manager) was so nice and super helpful. We arrived around 18:30 - she recommended a good restaurant in town, booked us a table and even drove us there (it was around 1 K away). Room was basic (and BIG) but clean and comfortable. Breakfast very good, excellent service there. Parking onsite costs 2 euros!

Just a fantastic place to stay, Rooms were great, bed was amazing, beautiful garden with pool and bbq which we used. Breakfast was superb and plentiful.. however the best thing about the place was the couple who run it, they were so friendly and great to chat with, they really make you feel at home.
