Pool/ jacuzzi area was nice and clean. Bathrooms in rooms were well maintained and showers were with good pressure.

Amazing facility with great staff. Attended for LA Comic Con 2022 for a weekend of cosplay and modeling. The major point of staying was the location and the second was the gym. The gym was amazing equipped with TechnoGym equipment and cycling bikes. They offered 24/7 access, complimentary water and towels. Because the pool was under construction guests could access the Ritz Carlton pool and gym. The Ritz Carlton gym had the same high quality equipment with a larger layout. The pool was heated and had a large Jacuzzi. The rooms had great lighting and the interiors were amazing. Great coffee shop in the lobby and a shirt walk to the convention center and other DTLA destinations.

The front desk, valet, bellmen, housekeeping, and restaurant workers were all amazing and so nice! The entire hotel was very clean and had a nice scent. It was very quiet in our room and the A/C worked great. Super short, safe walk to several tasty dining choices and a few were open late. The breakfast at the hotel was good and the pool was area was super well kept and clean. The hours for the pool were perfect. My only two complaints for our entire stay was the beds were not giving at all, they were very firm and the girl in the gift shop the first time I visited it was not friendly at all. It was obvious she would rather have been anywhere else (the lady that was working the next day was extremely nice). We really enjoyed our stay overall!

We really enjoyed our three night stay JW Marriott Los Angeles L.A. LIVE. The location is great, a short walk from downtown LA and next to the convention center and arena. Of course, keep in mind that LA is gigantic and that this is potentially an hour away from Santa Monica/Venice beach -- though you can get there on the metro. We had a corner king room on the 21st floor (top floor). It was spotless clean, well-appointed with comfortable furniture and had plenty of room to lounge around. The bathroom had a large window with a view, too. Really good water pressure in the shower. The bed was very comfortable and so was the lounge chair. Though the room and its decoration seemed a bit bland at first, it really grew on me, especially after seeing a gorgeous sunset and sunrise. The pool is awesome and I made sure to get a daily swim in it. The executive lounge serves a very good breakfast, and I really appreciated that it is well staffed and kept very clean. I loved seating in the outdoor area. The staff we dealt with was very nice, courteous, polite efficient. We'll happily return!

Loved the location. I was in LA for the basketball at Crypto.com Arena, so the location of this hotel was absolutely perfect. It was about a 2 minute walk via the LA Live precinct from the hotel to the arena, with plenty of great bars and restaurants along the way (shout out to Tom's Watch Place!). The hotel was spacious, clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was quite big and had plenty of light from the large window that overlooked the arena. Housekeeping provided bottled water each day. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and the gym was actually pretty good too. It was only a 15 minute walk downtown to supermarkets and other food options if nothing in the hotel or in LA Live met your needs, which was handy. A cab from the hotel to Santa Monica or Beverly Hills took about 20-30 minutes depending on traffic. I was a solo traveller and really enjoyed my stay. It was ideal.

Clean room and the big jacuzzi tub. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and they offered free breakfast. Plus free parking which was a win for me and my fiancé. It’s also located close to everything. Downtown LA takes about 20 minutes if their is no traffic (good luck with that lol) the airport 13 minutes away shopping centers like target dollar general Ross etc all in the area. Also donut king which has the best donuts I’ve ever ate in my life!

Good location! Very clean and staff are very friendly !! Breakfast is really good as well! The room was very spacious with a sofa with coffee table and a desk. The bathroom was very spacious and clean! Parking is free !! (Uncommon in LA)

Parking, check-in, roomy, comfortable. We flew into LA and drove here. Then we drove to Manhattan beach for dinner. To be clear we chose this place because it was well rated and more or less fit our budget (everything is expensive). We also wanted to be sure that it'd be comfortable. It was, 2 big beds. Breakfast was good too, and included, which is a significant savings. People working there were very friendly and professional.

New and modern hotel, very large and clean rooms, delicious breakfast and super friendly staff! We felt safe and welcome at all times. The free parking and 24 hour coffee & tea in the lobby were great as well. Although close to LAX, surprisingly didn’t hear any planes :)

Everything about this place was exceptional! This was our first stay here and for the low rate I was a little skeptical about what to expect. Upon arrival the facility was clean and modern and the staff was welcoming. The room was just as described and spacious, and the bed, the bed was so comfortable and I had my best sleep ever for traveling. Breakfast was top notch with a wide selection and everything was fresh and hot food was hot! This was a short few minute drive away from the beach and close to many food options within walking distance. I would highly recommend this place and consider staying again!

Good breakfast. Nice and helpful front office staffs. Breakfast was a highlight—it featured a variety of fresh options, from fluffy scrambled eggs and crispy bacon to a delightful array of pastries and fresh fruit. The make-your-own waffle station was a fun touch, and the locally brewed coffee was top-notch. The combination of great service, comfort, and a delicious breakfast made the stay great. Highly recommend!

The most comfortable bed and pillows I've experienced in a hotel! The suite was big, quiet, comfortable, well put together. Very clean too. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choices, fresh waffles, fresh fruits etc. The employees we interacted with were delightful. The little snacks were great too. Internet was fast and easy. Lots of restaurants in the area.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel looks recently renovated. Catchy breakfast sign in both the lobby and the breakfast room which is spacious and clean. Wide selection of items to choose from. Nicely cooked bacon, sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, waffles, oatmeal, a selection of breads and pastries, a soft serve yogurt machine with toppings, cartons of yogurt, fresh fruit. All were nicely presented, counters frequently toy wiped down. One of the nicest Best Western breakfasts we’ve had.

The staff and the facilities were exceptional. The manager is friendly and exceptionally helpful and accomodating. She creates a pleasant environment. The best value for quality of hotel we've ever stayed in. The breakfast options were tremendous. The hotel lobby was comfortable & relaxing. They have a starbuck espresso machine for guests :). The manager and the quality of this hotel will make me look for BW Plus hotels in the future. WELL DONE!!

I was in town for business but traveled with my husband, 3 and a half year old and 5 months old. This hotel was perfect for us! Yes, parking is pricey but it is downtown LA. They make valet convenient and, the location is great so you can walk easily to many places. The breakfast was included and buffet style, the workers were very nice. They had a variety of easy foods and a lot of spaces to sit and eat. Checking in was a breeze, Jose helped me and was informative and friendly. The room was spacious, kitchenette had what we needed to make my picky toddler pasta and stuff to make coffee in the morning. The fridge was big, we got food for us to have things in the room, but delivery was also super easy, you just have to grab from reception. I will absolutely stay here again!

Transformed a 3 day LA business trip into a family vacation with my wife and daughter. We had a great time. Loved this Residence Inn LA Live. Great room. Very spacious. Clean. We've stayed at various Residence Inn's across the USA and the breakfast restaurant area was by far the greatest, finast, and most upscale we've ever experienced. The food was amazing. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Special "shout out" to two staff members - Luis Tobar (Dual Rooms Operations Manager) and James Williams (Front Desk Associate). Both went above and beyond to ensure a pleasurable and comfortable stay for my family. Thank you so much.

Beautiful room, amazing hotel. The staff was so helpful and I love that security is roaming and even outside at night to make sure guests are safe. The breakfast was delicious, the coffee plentiful. The elevators are no joke, fast, smooth, & quiet.

Close to convention center and lots of great restaurants. Had a good breakfast buffet. Our room included a $30 daily credit and 2 free glasses of wine at the coffee shop! I liked the modern decor. The room felt spacious and was very clean.

Very Nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Easy to access and near the Basketball Stadium. The rooms are great with the Full kitchen plenty of space. Living room was large enough to relax and work. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and easy to use. There is a resort fee that is not advertised when you book the room. I would absolutely not call this a resort, or worthy of the additional fee. However, they do give you credit to use at the onsite cafe where you can find breakfast, lunch and dinner items. We used it for take along lunch, and dinner one night.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We were able to walk to and from and avoid the CRAZY congested traffic the day of the concert. The location was also perfect for walking to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where we also enjoyed Ripley’s, a mirror maze, and a vendor’s 360 video and photo experience. The hotel breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Marieta, Veronica, and Elsie were all fantastic during breakfast! Marieta was especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, helping to serve our kids and clear our table before we were finished eating. She went above and beyond her duties and did it all in the warmest way! Veronica and Elsie were WONDERFUL too, but Marieta stood out even above them!! The only complaint we have is about housekeeping, as in, we didn’t have any! They never came once during our stay! Six people were sharing a room for 7 nights and we had to call the front desk and ask for extra towels and toilet paper three times. They didn’t deliver one time so we found a housekeeping cart next door and asked the housekeeper for towels and toilet paper. She obliged, but seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her from cleaning another room…even though they NEVER came to our room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well, especially Mickey!

The hotel staff who helped me was very friendly. I had reserved a couple of room together. The staff were able to give me two of the 3 rooms next to each other. Everything was very clean in the hotel and the room. The staffs at breakfast were excellent! They were friendly, helpful and even gave us a few breakfast items to take home with us. The breakfast bar was awesome. They had eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals, fruits, cinnamon rolls. This was our second time staying here. We chose this location because it offers free continental breakfast, it's not far from Universal Studio (8-10 min drive) and it was walking distance (10 min walk) to Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Queen bed room was very spacious and clean. The whole hotel was clean and breakfast room attendants Veronica and Maria did a fantastic job of keeping the food and coffee fresh. It was in a convenient location. Walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame and very close to the Hollywood Bowl. The area feels safe. Always a lot of people around. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

We chose this property for proximity to Hollywood Bowl, where we attended concert. We’re 2 ladies in our 70’s. Parking was valet, easy but $45/day. We took Lyft to event about 3 hours early, then walked back to hotel after— only .4 mile & downhill. That worked out welll. Hotel was very clean & comfy. Included hot breakfast buffet was very nice, and the ladies staffing the breakfast room were exceptionally welcoming, kind, cheerful and helpful! Desk staff & valet were also helpful & informative. Negatives: at departure we had to go get luggage cart from lobby & wrangle our 2 bags & ice chest down in elevator. And I wouldn’t go again to the small TGIFriday inside Hilton next door! VERY limited menu & a contender for worst restaurant service ever.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The morning breakfast is delicious and wholesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. MARIETA who was there to help us every morning at breakfast service made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location is superb and the shopping area, restaurants, Ovation Mall,TLC Chinese theatre, Hollywood walk of fame , Museum of illusion, Ripley’s believe it or not museum and so much more are all walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed! Good value for your money.

We stayed here for 4 nights in a Terrace King and loved it! The room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to store our things. We had great amenities in the room, including a black face cloth for removing makeup - what a game changer!!! We went up to the rooftop twice for both breakfast in the Terrace at Bar Lis, and for drinks in Bar Lis - such beautiful spots with insane views! The location was excellent too, we found it easy to get around by either walking or Uber/Lyft. The only downsides to my stay were not booking for longer, using the pool (it was stunning!) or booking a room with a view! If I come to L.A. again, I would definitely stay in The Hollywood Grande again.

The Hollywood Grande was lovely. The staff was wonderful and we took advantage of most of the amenities the hotel had to offer. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at the rooftop terrace and spent much of our time at the pool. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants, we especially enjoyed Ka’teen. I also attended a fun yoga session at the nearby sister hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We were on the eighth floor in a corner room so our view of the city was stunning. We thought the happy hour at the lobby bar was also a very nice touch.

We travel to Los Feliz and Hollywood from San Diego once or twice a month. We love this hotel for its friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, comfortable, clean rooms, easy and secure -valet parking! Rooms are spacious and some have gorgeous views of the Hollywood Sign and Downtown LA! The roof top bar is not to be missed! It’s the perfect place to take in the Hollywood atmosphere. Rates offer a wonderful value for this area of LA!

Staff was excelent and friendly from the front desk to the restaurant and great housekeeping ladies. Bed and linnen are of excellent quality and mattress is well, a Marriott mattress so comfortable. The room with a balcony is a plus although sofas were stiff and kind of uncomfortable We missed having a desk within the room that was needed for work and the space was occupied with a huge minibar we didn't use. Slippery shower, take care of yourself. Food in the roof terrace was excelent and we had breakfast almost daily. Our overall experience was good and would come back next time.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Airport Blvd in Los Angeles, and let me just say, it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, their exceptional customer service and genuinely accommodating nature made all the difference. They truly elevated our experience and made us feel right at home. One unexpected highlight? If you’re into plane spotting, this is the place to be. With the airport nearby, you get an amazing view of aircraft coming and going, it was a real treat! The pool was sparkling clean, and the jacuzzi was absolute bliss in the cooler evenings and a perfect way to unwind after a day out in LA. Now let’s talk perks: unlimited coffee, 24/7. Need I say more? And then there is the free shuffle that runs on the hour, every hour to LAX and even to the shops down the road. Breakfast was tasty and filling scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, Cinnabons, and more. While the menu stayed the same each day (a little variety wouldn’t hurt), everything was well prepared and satisfying. Lastly, the beds were incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding and pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. We slept like rocks. Overall, this hotel was a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. Whether you’re in LA for business, leisure, or a bit of both, this place checks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be back!

Flying from Ottawa, Canada, we opted to stay in the LAX area overnight prior to boarding a cruise ship the following morning. We reasoned it was more practical to get a free hotel shuttle to a local airport hotel then take a Uber/taxi directly to the port. With the above in mind, we did extensive TripAdvisor reviews and selected this hotel. We were very happy with our choice. After collecting our bags at the courosel of terminal 6, about 12:30 pm, we called the hotel as instructed and requested a pick up. We were told to make our way to the "Red Pole" on the departures level. The shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes. A comfortable mini bus with two other couples and we were at the hotel in less than 15 minutes. We were given early checkin and we're soon in our room 422 overlooking the adjacent Sizzlers. The room was very clean and everything worked properly. It was well equipped from microwave, coffee maker etc. to a safe at the bottom of the armoir. WIFI was available, easy to connect to and reliable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We had a very comfortable night. The hotel features an outdoor heated pool and spa as well as a small gym. Next morning, we enjoyed one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Nice selection of choices frequently refreshed with by very friendly staff. We availed ourselves of the online checkout. We were very impressed with our stay and are happy to recommend this hotel.

A good hotel with pleasant surroundings, not to mention easy access to Universal Studios. The pool and jacuzzi are open until midnight. The view from the room was amazing, my family loved it. I would definitely come back again. Good bar and restaurant.

Location was perfect to visit the park with little ones. Enjoyed the fact that it was so easy to shuttle back and forth from the park. I am a smoker and found the designated smoking area to be perfectly located without being out of the way and yet set up as to not be evasive for non smokers. The pool was inviting and loved the spa. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was packed all day each day so would love to see additional jacuzzi added for more accessibility for everyone.

Everything! It was honestly perfect! The beds were super comfy and comfy pillows too! The buffet brekky was delicious, and we also ate dinner one night at the lobby bar and that was great too - in my daughter’s words, best chips ever! We also loved the pool and jacuzzi and poolside games - made for some family fun after the bush days exploring! Absolutely loved that it is walking distance to Universal Studios and a short (7min) taxi ride to Hollywood BLVD. Super strong wifi too! And a lovely view from the room We also had exceptional customer service from Jerome who made us feel so welcome when we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families - as it will exceed your expectations

Henry was welcoming and kind and helpful to me. I require assistance carrying things. I wish he was my executive assistant. Elizabeth was excellent check in. She should be a teacher! She explained the process to me clearly and I didn't have to ask about anything once I got to my room. For instance her clarity in making sure I understand the wifi! I appreciate her! The catering staff was stellar. From Nancy to the bartenders to the servers. I have allergies and the servers made sure I had a plate of food that agreed with me. I was able to focus on my work classes and networking with out any bellyaches!!! Priceless for me. I loved the closeness to the big pool and the big jacuzzi. The pool is pretty cold. Only for hardcore swimmers. Right where my conference was. Breakfast was expensive for how little I eat but it was good quality. There's some dudes eat 4 times as much as me. And they can pay 45 bucks for breakfast. But I need a $10 breakfast. I like firm beds and the beds were firm. Yay. The room was hypoallergenic and it truly had no smell. It was just clean! I had zero breathing problems I had no itching it was very nice. I could see the moon and the Hollywood hills from my window.

Awesome hotel. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. Full breakfast was exceptional. Eggs every day, sausage one day, biscuits and sausage gravey next day, some egg whites with tomato and basil, 3 kinds of cereal, oatmeal and 2 waffle makers and 2 toasters. Yogurt, milk , chocolate milk, bread, bagels, English muffins etc. SO MANY CHOICES! Pool is heated and gym was very clean and included Weights, treadmill, Elecpticals and bikes. Room was like a studio apartment with full size fridge, all needed cooking utensils, stove, microwave and even had dish soap (very thoughtful). No bathtub for toddlers, but easy if you're child showers sometimes. With traffic about 1 hr. From Universal Studios and 10 Minuts to the beach. If you forgot to bring something Target is literally a 5 min WALK. Manhatten beach is clean and had lots of parking relatively close to the water. My personal recommendation is that my visit would be highly Recommend.

Overall great place to stay. The walk to the beach was doable but a little long coming back after a long day at the beach. We did it three times, so very feasible if you like walk. The room was clean, some very minor repairs were needed, but nothing that prevented the function of the room. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the room had everything you need. The staff was top notched and very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a few options. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. A good location for us to drive to where we needed to go. Not super modern but comfortable,cared for, homey, and reasonably priced.

The property is well maintained and clean. The room was nice, and quiet for the most part. The breakfast buffet was good, and the hotel staff was helpful and courteous.

Great location, close to LAX and the beach. Nice to have a full kitchen for an extended stay. Breakfast is busy but many options available. Wonderful, professional, friendly associates at front desk and breakfast. Housekeeping staff was very good and showed up when promised. Very well managed property with happy employees!

Hotel Fig never fails! Great room (although dark on floor 3), fantastic lobby, and kind and courteous staff, including valets Diego, Eduardo, and Huber We made a last-minute request to the hotel to help us host 20 people for a Sat night dinner. The staff including Ameliana and Kevin were very responsive and enabled us to host a beautiful, delicious and easy evening of drinks in the lobby and dinner at Deme. It was such a nice ambiance We also very much appreciate the ease of grabbing a cup of coffee and a to-go breakfast in the morning. The food and coffee are delicious, and I like not having to sit down for a full restaurant experience at breakfast. Thank you, Hotel Fig! We will be back!

Hotel Figueroa was an exceptional experience! Starting with the Valet, then the front desk staff everyone was so very friendly and helpful! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms very clean and functional. The Fig restaurant was great food and service. We have a room overlooking the pool which ended up having a synchronized swimming event for the evening so we were able to see them practice and then go to the pool side restaurant for a drink and appetizers to watch the show. Again restaurant staff was exceptional at service and conversation. It location adjacent to LA Live and its proximity to downtown restaurants and sights made it the best choice for our visit.

My stay at Hotel Figueroa was awesome. The location was convenient and easy to get around, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and beautifully decorated. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-kept, offering great value for the price. Everything throughout the hotel was spotless, and the noise level was low, making it easy to relax. The service stood out from valet and security to the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, and bar, every team member was friendly and professional. The amenities were excellent and added to the overall experience. I’ll definitely be returning.

I always say LA is not the best town for hotels - Hotel Figueroa has completely changed my mind as an incredible property with an even better staff and reasonable room rates. A hidden gem in DTLA with classic architecture, cozy rooms and an all-star staff. I was greeted as a Globalist and Privé booking in a way that made me truly feel like a VIP. I was in town for concerts over the weekend - when Karen, Nicole and Ron heard me mention it was my birthday, they went all-out with a gorgeous upgrade, lovely gift and thoughtful birthday card. All the staff greeted me by name as I came and went all weekend. Housekeeping was friendly, quick and thorough. The room was warm and inviting, with a terrace and lovely tile throughout. The shower was tall and large. The entire property has a charming classic LA Spanish design, with the bar and breakfast in a breathtaking atrium. Cons: There are only 2 elevators, which can bottleneck. The pool is a bit small, with limited seating. We were not able to secure a spot for ourselves all weekend, and there's no convenient storage for overflow. The Globalist breakfast is not as generous as others, as they have limits about which hot and cold (juice) beverages are included. Especially considering the value of their typical rates, Hotel Figueroa is an absolute no-brainer, especially when staying near DTLA. It's my new homebase in the area and I'll be sending everyone I know there.

Our absolute favorite place to stay in Downtown LA. From the ever helpful desk crew (huge shout out to Nicole, who is awesome and was enormously helpful on our last stay) to the bartenders and room service folks, everyone gives 100% to make our stays a delight. Rooms are great with a classic feel, in contrast to the more modern steel and glass monstrosities in this area. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms well equipped and tasteful, and the pool area is peaceful and relaxing, which is a real achievement for this location. Rooms are generally on the smaller side but are cosy rather than overly conpact. Suites on the 13th floor are stunning with views across both sides of the building. We will be back - soon!

Where to start with this hotel… there is good and then there is exceptional. Conrad Los Angeles is exceptional. The hotel itself it’s beautiful inside. Clean, modern, practical. Location is perfect for exploring. The breakfast is sensational (expensive - but worth it). The thing that makes this hotel like nowhere else though is the staff. Every single staff member we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Jai on the concierge team organised balloons and a happy birthday plate for my young daughter who was celebrating her birthday which was such a lovely and thoughtful surprise. Maria from housekeeping seeing the balloons after our first day arranged a teddy bear and a card for my daughter which I thought was so kind and my daughter was delighted. The hostess at breakfast with the long dark hair (apologies I didn’t catch her name) was so friendly and helpful. All of the staff at breakfast were always so friendly asking about our plans for the day, remembering what we had said the day before asking how it was etc. It all felt like a very personal experience. The swimming pool was lovely, it is heated. The only negative about the hotel was that we had to leave to move on. The rest of our trip and the hotels we visited were not a patch on this one! I would definitely stay here again and again!

We liked this place - very modern decor, but unlike a lot of modern decor this one works - mostly. The lighting, shades, and other amenities are all on a control panel, which takes a bit of getting used to. Nice touches like nightlights that come on with motion and the push button water in the shower is actually fairly user friendly. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The negatives? Strange maze of elevators to get to the rooms from the entrance. Service is incredibly spotty. Day one we happened upon the room cleaner - she could not have been nicer and really did a great job tidying up. Day two, we came back in our room to change in the afternoon and the room had still not been made up - we put the "make room up" light on when we left for the evening at about 4:30, came back at 11 and nothing had been cleaned. Mini-bar (in a drawer, might have been just a drawer, we didn't verify) had sticky looking residue (again, we did NOT verify) in one of the empty spaces. The restaurant - Laurel room - had good food but terrible service. At breakfast we finally got some attention from a "Wait-staff assistant" who poured coffee but it got cold by the time someone remembered that we had asked for milk, and all this is at $9 a cup Close to the Broad and the L.A. Philharmonic, but in a totally deserted and sad complex with no stores or restaurants nearby.

Our experience was amazing! The staff was friendly and accommodating. They upgraded us to a room with an amazing view of the city. The room was very clean and I'm picky about room cleanliness. The restaurant has a Michelin Chef and our lunch was delicious! The evenings we spent time outside and at the bar were very enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in LA.

It has been awhile since a hotel has completely wowed me and Conrad Los Angeles did it. From the moment we pulled up to valet, the staff was so welcoming and kind. At check-in, the kind woman who checked us in answered all of our questions and even upgraded our room. The room was absolutely gorgeous. It felt so modern but yet comfortable. I was shocked when I got up in the middle of the night and floor lights turned on so I could find my way to the bathroom. It's the little things! And the bed! I usually have a hard time sleeping in hotel bed but this was the MOST comfortable bed ever. We got room service for breakfast and the man who brought it up was so kind. I forgot to order a coffee and he immediately offered to go grab me a pot. The constantly referred to me by my name which was a nice touch. We also had a nice lunch at the bar with a really great bartender. When we got home, there was two minibar charges which we didn't make. I called and Laquan immediately took care of it, letting me know I likely hit the sensors on accident. I was there with my daughter but now that we have told my husband and other daughter about our experience, we are already planning another trip in May. From now on, I will only stay in this hotel when I'm in LA. Thank you so much Conrad Los Angeles. You have taken the hotel experience to a new level and we loved it!

The facility is amazing. Everything is clean and modern. Room is super clean and minimalist. Beds are very comfortable. Best showers with your option of waterfall shower. Food and bar is excellent. Great location across from the symphony hall; awesome views from high floors. With all that being said the staff is probably the best part! Some of the most genuinely professional and courteous people I've experienced at any hotel in my life (and I'm in the hotel industry! The staff truly make this hotel glow with the effort they put into making a stay great. Thanks so much for each and every one of you for your hospitality. We will be back!

We always choose Hyatt House when travel to LA and through LA. Convenient location (close to the airport),free amazing breakfast,free shuttle, great pool with hot jacuzzi,fast and easy check-in and check-out, and very friendly staff. Yesterday, we were checked-in by Marisa Maria Sergio and were impressed with her friendly attitude and kindness. Today,we were checked -out by her and Jairo. Marisa and Jairo provided excellent service, and we will definitely come back. Always enjoy to stay here.

This hotel was perfect for our final night in SoCal before an early morning flight out of LAX. The shuttle worked perfectly, and we were able to return our rental car a night early. The rooms are great and in particular the pool and hottub area is gorgeous. Two things that we didn't love is the window was covered somehow from the outside. Not boarded exactly but covered in some way that made the room feel a little odd to not have natural light or be able to see out at all. Also, the front driveway was under construction so the only way to approach is through a parking garage which was confusing at first but worked out fine.

Perfectly located near the airport. 30 mins from Port of Los Angeles if you are taking a cruise like I did. 40 mins from Disneyland. Front desk staff checked me in early without hesitation. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. There was little trouble with the TV remote, but maintenance came right over and fixed it right away. He was super friendly. Kitchen staff was amicable and hospitable during breakfast hours. I was able to confirm that this is an excellent pet friendly hotel with easy clean access to grass.

We spent a delightful weekend in L.A. with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, promptly fulfilling all our requests with exceptional courtesy. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious, fresh, and varied selection each morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was always impeccably cleaned and well-organized, making our stay even more comfortable.

The airport shuttle was super convenient. We had a meal & drinks in the bar which was fresh & tasty. Unfortunately slept in so could not enjoy the breakfast, but grabbed a coffee to go which was pretty good.

I recently stayed at the AC Hotel Los Angeles downtown hotel for a concert. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything I wanted to sightsee and enjoy my visit (i.e.; Crypto Arena, BMO Stadium, Grammy Museum, Shopping and 8 level clubs) The hotel is close to everything, but also tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean with fresh linens and a great view of the Los Angeles downtown area. From check-in to check-out, the staff was both friendly and highly professional. The on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise...a variety of delicious food and a great view of the Hollywood sign. I also made great use of the amenities: the pool was clean and beautifully maintained, and the free bike rentals made it easy (and fun!) to explore the area.

The service at AC Hotel Downtown LA was amazing. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member I encountered was so helpful. A special shoutout to Josh and Kat, who went above and beyond—they actually stayed on the phone with me to guide me to the parking area since so many streets were blocked off for the Emmy Awards. And other staff who provided directions. That level of care made such a difference! The hotel itself felt very safe, with plenty of security (a huge plus in the downtown area). The property and rooms were spotless, modern, and super comfortable. Loved the rain shower and water pressure! One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop restaurant, where Chef Saachi (I believe) prepared a customized takeout meal for me that was absolutely delicious. It was such a thoughtful touch and truly elevated my experience. I will definitely return to the hotel!

The AC hotel had really comfy beds and the view was amazing. All staff were friendly and nice and welcoming. They had plenty of food options and the roof top la lo la with breathe taking. We really enjoyed my birthday stay. Lexi served us at the La lo La roof top and again at the AC dine. She was amazing & very friendly wish every waiter in the world was like her! Kim also served us at the AC dine and she was super sweet and friendly as well both girls were amazing. AC HOTEL is lucky to have them. If you decide to stay and dine please ask for them they will not disappoint. Thank you ladies and AC hotel.

Recently, I had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel Marriott, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had as a family. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed by the entire hotel staff. A special mention goes to Deeana, Horacio, Crystal, Ariana, Oscar, and Jasmin, who made our stay truly memorable. They were attentive, helpful, and always ready to ensure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere of the hotel is warm and inviting, making us feel at home even with young children. The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It was delicious and plentiful, with a variety that catered to all tastes. Additionally, the pool is perfect for all ages, providing fun and relaxing moments for the whole family. The care and attention we received during our stay really made a difference. If you are planning a trip to Los Angeles, do not risk choosing another place. The AC Hotel Marriott is undoubtedly the best option. Views were amazing, staff were tremendous and hotel was clean! It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. The STAFF were amazing, Dean at front desk made my sisters birthday experience at the hotel amazing, he upgraded our room w this amazing view to see and they sent up cupcakes for her birthday! Truly they did not miss a beat at all!

The Hyatt Regency LAX exceeded expectations in terms of service and convenience. We arrived very early in the morning (around 8:30 AM), fully expecting to store our luggage and wait for a room. To our surprise, the front desk had a room ready immediately—an unexpected but much-appreciated gesture that made a world of difference after a long travel morning. Although no suite upgrade was offered despite Globalist status, we were just grateful to have a room available so early. The room itself was comfortable and functional, with a partial view of the runway. However, it primarily faced the parking lot and an adjacent abandoned property, so if your looking for scenic views you want to adjust expectations accordingly. The pool area was clean and well-maintained—, as my daughters enjoyed it. Breakfast was another highlight. Offered at 6 AM as a buffet and included with my Globalist benefits, the spread was generous and ideal for travelers catching early flights. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Regency LAX for anyone needing a convenient, comfortable stay near the airport. The staff was accommodating, the amenities were solid, and the early check-in flexibility was a standout feature—especially for travelers arriving on red-eye or early morning flights.

I’ve been staying here since the days it was the old Radisson, and while it wasn’t bad back then, the transformation since Hyatt took over has been incredible. The place is now first class all the way. The bartenders really know what they’re doing — professional, personable, and they mix a perfect drink every time. The restaurant staff is equally impressive, providing attentive and friendly service that makes every meal feel special. The front desk and housekeeping teams were warm and welcoming from start to finish. What really stood out to me, though, was meeting the general manager. He was genuinely interested in how my stay was going, and I even saw him the next morning helping bus tables at breakfast. That kind of leadership says a lot — the staff here is lucky to work for someone like that. My only note: valet parking is pricey, but there’s a self-park lot in the back that’s about half the cost and very convenient. All in all, the Hyatt Regency LAX has gone from being a decent airport hotel to a top-tier hospitality experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Excellent staff, every member was helpful and friendly and professional. The hotel was extremely clean and my room was very well appointed. I could see planes taking off and landing outside my window, BUT I could only occasionally hear any noise, it was a very quiet stay. The free shuttle service was as advertised, always running and very convenient! The meal services were not cheap, but both dinner and breakfast were well worth the money to me, the staff was fantastic and the food was very good quality, with great portions.

We had an early morning flight out of LAX and decided to check in here and leave our car for a few nights. This is by far the best hotel experience we have had with an LAX adjacent hotel. We will never be going anywhere else. Globalist benefits were terrific. We used a free credit card night award. I can't believe this is only a category 3 property. We were upgraded to a top notch suite with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a view of incoming planes. Windows were well soundproofed so had no issues with noise. We left our car for 4 nights and the charge was only $25/night. 1st night was free due to Globalist status. No resort fees. Free buffet breakfast or order off the menu, so excellent choices to be made. Prior to arrival and also at check in I had the pleasure of dealing with Ulices Hernandez. He was outstanding in every way and even gave us a few extra perks. Their airport shuttle runs every 15/20 minutes. We only had to wait a few minutes to catch the a.m. shuttle to the airport. Likewise, we only had to wait a few minutes to catch the shuttle coming out of terminal 6. That was GREAT. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and going out of their way to be helpful. The shuttle drivers were exceptinally nice. It felt like everyone really liked working for the Hyatt. A tip. Our navigator took us to the rear entrance of the hotel. You need to use the entrance off of Century.

The jacuzzi room was nice, the actual jacuzzi was on the small side, but it was still a nice room!👍

Breakfast was great. Loved the pancake machine. Jacuzzi tub was nice even though it was too small for a tall guy. Exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. A rarity for me when I travel.

Very clean. Updated in 2019. Comfortable bed. We had a room closest to the street so it was a little loud but not unbearable. Breakfast area was basic but everything was fresh and clean. They had yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fresh fruits, pancake maker, milk, OJ and apple juice. Staff was very friendly. Secure area. Nice patio to sit outside. Trader Joe’s is next store so that was convenient as 1 evening we just purchased a microwave dish for dinner. Spa tub in our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and free which was a plus!

I spent 10 days with my family in Sonesta. It was one of the best vacation in my life. Would like to thank people at Reception Desk - they were awesome, very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is perfect, best neighbourhood, we had a room with partial ocean and swimming pool view - always opened balcony door at night - air in Redondo is just wonderful. Beds were sooo comfortable. We even had a concert with nice music performed by a very talented musical family our first Sunday. Good tradition. Definitely recommend this hotel to everybody. You'll have lots of fun there! I'd give it 5 stars! They even have a big swimming pool with salty ocean water and nice jacuzzi. I wish they had a spa too! Irina Williams.

The staff is top notch! We arrived the Friday before Christmas at 3 a.m. after an exhausting and frustrating day of travel by plane. We were wiped out when we checked in. Your front desk employee and valet were very helpful and accommodating in helping us to get settled in. I was on the verge of tears when we checked in, and your employees made our check-in so nice. We appreciate the service we received. Our luggage stayed behind, so we had no clothes or toothbrushes. Luckily, we were given robes and toothbrushes, and toothpaste. This may seem like a small thing, but to us, it was a big deal! We love this hotel. The location near the harbor is amazing. The room was nice and comfortable and clean. Room service was excellent. We ordered breakfast in our room and the meal was substantial and delicious. We thank you for employing such great people at your hotel. We loved the on-site restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. There's a lovely gift shop/store selling a variety of items which was very nice. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location by the beach and activities. Hotel provides amazing views, and the staff is friendly, helpful and provides wonderful service. The king room itself was large and the bed was comfortable, and I enjoyed having the balcony.

The interior of the hotel is so clean and comfortable, and the lobby smells amazing. Great “beachy resort” vibe all throughout. Stayed for an extended weekend and enjoyed everything from the spacious room with available ocean views to the convenient valet service via online website. All the place needs in a fresh coat of paint on the exterior and pool areas. Oh and one of the front desk attendants seemed just a tad unhappy/bothered/short during check-in, and the valet attendants seemed a bit sluggish/inattentive/understaffed. Self-park could be cheaper at just a few dollars less than valet. But overall really enjoyed the stay and would stay again!

The lobby, bar and location were great and had a view of Marina and Ocean. Pool was also very nice. Frank whom I believe is a Valet and Rick the bartender were extremely helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Lobby and bar were beautiful. Having the little gift shop was so great and convenient to have stocked everything you might need.

Clean, gym facilities on site, the pool was great too, especially the jacuzzi. Breakfast was extremely cheap for a buffet style and very tasty.

We were transitioning from over seas trip and stopped off to meet with family for dinner. Hotel was comfortable, clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were especially good - professional, friendly and helpful. I read that the hotel shuttle wait was very long but it was only 10-15 wait at the airport on route to the hotel and again another 10 minute wait for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful with the luggage.

This is a beautiful hotel near LAX. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, but there was no shower cap or lotion. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was huge. A breakfast buffet was available for $11.00, which I thought was very reasonable, but it didn't start until 6:00 a.m. and I had to leave at 5:30. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend Hyatt Place LAX.

Great Hotel! Great location and exceptional staff. There is a complimentary airport shuttle transfer. The hotel Team is amazing! The service quality is top notch from everyone. The rooms are very clean. I was impressed that the carpet was clean as well. I wear white socks for comfort and they did not get dirty. That's a huge plus for a hotel. This is proof the rooms are cleaned very well. The breakfast is good as well for the price. The hotel bar is very welcoming.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. The staff was vary helpful; the answered all our questions about transportation to and from the airport. I would recommend this hotel for affordability and location for airline passengers.

Check in with Mr Daryl was smooth, hes friendly, efficient and very professional. Great Handicap Accessible 🅿️, Room was magnificent, clean comfortable and well equipped. I loved the closed door bedroom suite. We chose a room package breakfast included, Stephanie and Robert are the dynamic Duo of hospitality we felt like home. What you served was sufficient for most however, I'd like a non-pork meat choice and non-dairy creamer added for the price. Turkey/Chicken Sausage is very inexpensive wholesale and people who eat pork will choose it as well when pork is done. Many Traveler's are coffee drinkers so the coffee should stay crowd tested and approved. Non-dairy creamer is in the rooms and should also be offered in the restaurant for breakfast. Appetizers were great also GET THE SECOND ELEVATOR FIXED IT WAS A LONG WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO GET UP AND DOWN WITH ONE WORKING ELEVATOR. I probably would have stayed there using the stairs though.😁

The hotel is great overall. Just didn’t like that parking was not included in the stay or that breakfast was not included in the stay. So those are extra fees unfortunately. Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was great when I needed towels refreshed and new bedding. The first morning I didn’t have hot water to shower, and had to be somewhere by 8am. I took a cold shower due to timing. I was told an engineer doesn’t come until 8am. By the time I came back in the evening it was fixed. Also my tv wasn’t working properly, I called the front desk to assist, the girl who answered didn’t know what to do either. Again another situation in waiting on an engineer to come the next morning. They should maybe consider an around the clock engineer for those circumstances. Other than that I had a great stay. The area is quiet, clean, secure. The shuttle to/from the hotel is convenient and prompt. Front desk staff is friendly. I plan to come back and book for my next LA Trip.

The property itself is very well maintained on the outside and the inside. They’ve got a decent sized lot with self parking available. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was on the top floor and was very clean and spacious for four people. We had a mini fridge as well as coffee maker. There was also a vanity mirror which was perfect for getting ready. Overall, the proximity to places like the airport, beach, and other LA venues like Intuit Dome was a huge plus and the rate was reasonable for what you get. I definitely recommend staying here if you need to get to an LA venue or the airport.

Convenient, short ride on the shuttle from LAX to the hotel. The room was clean, very spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a nice view. The pool area and fire pit area were very nice. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

My girlfriend and I visited from Hawaii, and we had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Los Angeles. The service we received was on top and made all the difference. Vincent and Rigo at valet were incredible. They remembered our names every time we left or returned, and were always kind, helpful, and welcoming. It’s rare to get that level of genuine service, and it really stood out. Lin, the bellman, was also super helpful with our bags and had a friendly, down-to-earth vibe that made us feel right at home. The front desk staff though I didn’t catch their names were very helpful and made our check-in process smooth and easy. That level of service was consistent throughout our stay. One thing to note: the area around the hotel can be a little confusing to navigate when you're trying to check in, especially with the one-way streets and downtown layout. But once you arrive, the lobby is beautiful, clean, and welcoming, and the valet team helps take care of the rest quickly. Our room was modern, quiet, and comfortable great place to recharge after exploring the city. The hotel’s central location made getting around LA super convenient. Overall, we had a great experience. If you're looking for a downtown LA stay with amazing staff and a polished feel, the Sheraton Grand was a great choice. Mahalo to everyone who made us feel at home!

What an amazing stay! The hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was wonderful. Our room was not ready when we checked in but was upgraded to a suite. The lovely front desk agent warned me that it was next to the elevators so it could be loud. Well, I'm glad I took it. Not only was the room super clean, huge, and nice, the noise did not bother me nor my daughter. The bed was so comfortable that we slept like babies. The next morning, we had breakfast at their restaurant. The food was delicious. Our server and the staff were amazing. We even had a manager come to our table to make sure that everything was fine. I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in Los Angeles. Highly recommended!

This hotel exceeded our expectations! When we arrived we had Miguel at the front desk check us in early! He gave us an upgraded room that was bigger! It was quiet, had a comfortable bed, great shower, and great a/c! He truly made us feel valued and important! He went above and beyond our expectations! Then that night we checked out the hotel and saw this lounge on the 26th floor. I didn’t have access. I went to the front desk and spoke to Benjamin and asked if we could get access. He said absolutely! It really blessed us as we had limited finances and were able to get a nice breakfast free! Upon going into the VIP lounge we met a kind man Manuel who worked 5-10pm that night. He made sure we were taken care of and that we had everything we needed! Also went above and beyond! We met Antonio the Restaurant Mgr., Miguel, and Christopher who also worked in the lounge. All displayed excellent customer service! Upon checkout we had Jun at the front desk. He thanked us for choosing the Marriott and hoped we enjoyed our stay! All these people are truly amazing! They all displayed exceptional customer service! They all made us feel valued and important! I can’t say enough! We definitely will be back when we visit again! I hope these servants are recognized for their excellent service! I highly recommend this hotel!

This property was very nice! The area around the hotel felt safe. The rooms were clean; the lobby, bar and other public areas were nice and stylish. The staff was outstanding except for one worker, who may have been a lead or manager, that was quite snobby when we asked a question, but everyone else we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Things to know: the hotel is in Downtown LA so there is only valet parking available at the hotel for a fee of $30-$40 per day (can't remember the exact price), however, you can come and go as you please and your vehicle is parked safely in their garage; there is a $25 per day "destination fee", but they allow you to use it as a food and beverage credit; the elevator is very confusing to use, you have to enter your specific information like the floor and room number on the correct elevator, which is something I've never seen before (still not sure if this process is exactly correct, but the staff will help you). Overall, this hotel was great, its pricey, but definitely worth the price. It's great having piece of mind that you are booking a nice, clean, safe hotel in the DTLA area.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our bedroom was exceptionally cozy—so much so that we felt like we were in a luxurious retreat. The shower was a real treat, providing a relaxing experience with great water pressure and temperature control. We truly appreciated the comfort of the beds; they were like sleeping on clouds. The TV in the room was high quality, offering a great selection of channels for entertainment during our downtime. The gym was another highlight of our visit; it was spacious and well-equipped, featuring everything from cardio machines to weights, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our workouts there. What really set this place apart was the extraordinary service. The staff went above and beyond our expectations, assisting us not just with our luggage but also with any requests we had throughout our stay. Their genuine kindness and readiness to help significantly enhanced our experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The best thing about this property is the indoor pool, the jacuzzi was broken and guest should have been alerted. The last time I stayed there the heat in the jacuzzi wasn't working as well. Guests book this hotel for the indoor amenities and they should be working or the website should disclose it when they are down. The breakfast is terrible, I stay right next door at the Hilton all the time and the breakfast is amazing, you need to upgrade quality of breakfast. Thank you

The hotel was very clean and convenient to all the activities we had planned. Starting with the room, the restroom was nice, the room was cleaned and bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel has a jacuzzi and pool and a gym. We used the jacuzzi and pool. The breakfast alone was worth the stay!! It was delicious, on top of it being a continental breakfast it had hot food. With waffles, eggs, sausages and potatoes. Lots of close by areas to eat fast food. You can walk to Intuit Dome and SoFi, there is also shuttles across the street that take you to SoFi. We took advantage of the taco trucks on Hawthorn St, just a waking distance away. We definitely will come back! The only thing I would say that caught me off guard was that they charged for parking. $10 a day, especially since the Hilton amenities say parking is free. Besides that the housekeeping staff did an amazing job and was friendly and helpful with each interaction.

I was really pleasently surprised by this hotel. Ignore the negative reviews like I did. Hotel lobby is lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. Check in was a breeze and then i dropped the car off at the adjacent, secure car park. Room was dated but very much comfortable and plush. Pool was great, hot tub maybe needs a little clean. Good gym area. Theres a mcdonalds a 2 min walk across the road. Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, yougurts, fruit and oatmeal. Coffee is 24/7 in the lobby and very good. Water fountains on the main floor great too. Will very much stay here again if i ever land in LAX.

Hotel was easy to access by rental car and was centrally located for all of my travels. Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and able to answer all questions. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless with good amenities. Everything seemed recently upgraded. Breakfast had excellent choices, was nicely presented and prepared, and available until 10:00 AM, which was longer than most other hotels. Staff kept all food available and eating area spotless. Parking was easily accessible and ample. Check-out was quick and correct.

This Hampton Inn is extremely clean. I have never stayed in sheets that were so clean. The entire hotel smelt so clean looked clean and had a delicious breakfast. The staff was outstanding. Thank you for a nice day.
