the room was spacious, including the bathroom...i booked the jacuzzi room and it is definitely large enough for two... the bed was king size...i didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised...my only complaint is that the reception desk was vacant when i arrived and as i had just gotten off a flight from london was extremely jet-lagged and simply wanted to check into my room...the clerk did finally show up

Breakfast was amazing! So much food and all delicious. The rooms were very spacious and clean and comfortable. Convenient and central location. We were able to have a good rest during a busy and tiring trip!

It is equivalent of a 3-star hotel in the USA, but it was safe, clean, and spacious. The breakfast was convenient and tasty. The location was great for walkability.

Large window in my room, which brought a lot of natural daylight inside. Big comfortable King Bed. Nicely designed bathroom area divided into a long big sink area, a glass shower stall, and a toilet separated by a door. Reasonable hotel rate (I paid approximately $83 per night with all taxes included). Nice hotel location in the center of Mexico City. «-» Very slow Wi-Fi, which completely disappeared from time to time. Only one slow and tiny elevator in the hotel. No refrigerator in my room. Very small closet with just a few hangers. Uncomfortable bed pillows. Tiny shower stall. Bad quality bathroom amenities. No toilet brush in the bathroom.

We loved the location of the hotel with it being next to a shopping mall where we enjoyed multiple trips to El Bajio restaurant and it was close to many local attractions such as Museo Nacional de la Antropologia, Bosque de Chapultepec, and El Zocalo that were accessible by walking (20 to 40 minutes while also getting to see other parts of the city) or by renting a bike (10 to 15 minutes to those destinations). In CDMX, there are designated bike lanes with barriers to protect you from traffic. The Paseo de la Reforma area is safe to walk around including at night. The hotel staff is super helpful and friendly. We slept well each night in our comfy beds and enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

The room was large, modern, clean. Loved the king sized bed and crisp sheets! Breakfast was delicious and a very convenient bonus! The front desk personnel were extremely helpful, the woman, I’m afraid I’ve forgotten her name, had excellent English and she was very kind. Location was perfect! Angel of Independence!

Located within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions, with a set of ATMs next door. Most importantly, this hotel was directly on the route for Day of the Dead parades. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Tap water is not filtered, but we received 2 water bottles every day. Rooms came with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and basic toiletries. Staff were very friendly and most spoke English. The breakfast was delicious!

Stayed 1 night with family before heading back to Europe. Wasn't looking for anything else than a comfortable place for the night, but was positively surprised. The room was spacious with 2 queen size beds, the bathroom was big enough, and everything was clean. The room was facing an inside atrium so no street noise, but the neighboring room TV could be heard in the morning. I don´t have big expectations for Holiday Inn Express breakfasts, but this place clearly rose the bar as they had many Mexican hot specialties in their breakfast buffet. With all that in mind and the excellent location, will be sure to return.

The hotel has a great location directly on Paseo de la Reforma. I liked the design of it, it was pretty and clean. Our bedroom was very spacious, had a great view and the bed was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was also nice and big. We especially enjoyed fruit for breakfast. The employees were polite and friendly.

This is a good, simple hotel. If you want luxury, it's not for you, but it's a very comfortable, clean hotel. We had one of the Luxe rooms. The staff is friendly and Carla and Eduardo were especially helpful. The breakfasts were generous and the chef was very attentive. Hotel Parque Espana is in a central part of the city - there are several good restaurants within walking distance. The only negative experience we had was at the end. We booked a taxi to the airport, through the hotel, that came 30 minutes late. Make sure you allow plenty of time, or use Uber instead.

The staff were extremely helpful, happy, and polite. The hotel was very clean, and the bed very comfortable. Location was good for shops and restaurants, nice little coffee shop next door. The room was spacious. The breakfast was included and good.

Great staff, couldn’t do enough to help. The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable, great location especially for the parks. Easy access to public transport and restaurants, coffee shops etc. I requested an alternative breakfast meal and it was happily provide.

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly. A bus stop directly out the front and easy access to bars, restaurants and parks. Walking distance to some of the main attractions in the city. The breakfast was large and tasty, though it was at a sister hotel, so you had to walk ten minutes to get there.

Nice area close to metro and major roads. Uber was easily available at all times of the day. Complementary breakfast was excellent and made to order. Comfortable and clean. Only negatives are that the staff speaks no English. The wifi appears to work for only one or two devices at a time (did not realize this until halfway through the vacation). Also paid for the Jacuzzi suite which did not work.

Big spacious rooms that are quiet, great central location for tourists sites, museums as it's on a major avenue where you can take taxis, uber, buses, etc. Perfect for overnight or extended stay. Really great price and affordable. Room comes with Fridge, Safe, TV and great channels. Beds are a little bit firm but better than most hotel beds for other hotels. Included breakfast is great and made to order as they give you more than 10 options. Service sizes are great and you will not be hungry. Staff is very professional and acommodating. Really safe, there's security inside and on the parking lot. They also have little Villas, but not sure what they look like as we stayed in the hotel. Bathroom is spacious and they give you towels and new toiletries every day. Plenty of places to eat nearby such as a mercado 2 blocks away (eat the quesadillas) Nearby a really nice neighborhood "Claveria" where there are lots and lots of restaurants. We saw tourists from may nationalities staying there and being happy with the service Air Conditioning is amazing. 4th floor has great views. Hot water showers are perfect, and some rooms have Hot tub and Sauna Cleaning ladies do a great job keeping place clean. Wi-Fi sometimes is slow, and cuts out. Prices are a fraction of the hotels in Touristic areas, but is worth staying at this place. My grandma recommended the place. I would come back. My wife and I are really Happy

We were pleased in our stay, this is the third time we come back to the hotel as the place is safe, very well connected to subway , buses and there is plenty of places to eat around the hotel. While the place is clean, quiet, the hallways carpets can use some additional cleaning to make it more pleasing to the view. The room safe didn't work and hopefully that can be fixed. The included breakfast with the stay was not good at all and I would recommend to improve on that, perhaps put a different chef. This is a suggestion as it would attract other people to have breakfast or lunch at the hotel. But if you are only looking for a safe, clean and affordable hotel room in a well located area in Mexico City, this is a recommended place.

On my first night, the hotel was full, sold out, there was children running around the hall ways at 3 am.Impossible to sleep,I messaged the property at 3 am. The next day the very nice manager gave me, a private and quiet auto suite that was separated from any other room, and it was fantastic.

la gente de recepción es cero amable. La zona alrededor del hotel es muy fea, pero del hotel hacia adentro todo esta en excelentes condiciones. Las habitaciones super limpias y bonitas, el internet funciona super bien y los baños limpios y con excelente servicio. La comida del restaurante se lleva las palmas. Es 24 horas y todo esta riquísimo!!!

Great stay, About 300 meters from any main streets so quiet, Good service, clean rooms, Longer restaurant hours would improve. I also recommend a QR Code to use instead of TV Remote in the wall of the room. They also provide good tours, just ask and arrange at the desk. There is also a laundry just across the street and a OXXO market just 100 meters to the right out he front entry. Safe neighborhood though it may appear somewhat rough. 300 meters east to subway buses and trams on Eje Central

The concierge went above and beyond, he was a really friendly chap. The food was great. Everything was clean and spacious.

This is a hidden gem. Low price, cleanliness, modern, good staff, what more can you ask for. I've stayed at this hotel 2 times now and it has been great. I didn't expect anything luxurious but what I did expect was a clean and convenient option and they exceeded. Thank you so much for your service.

What I appreciated is the immediate.reply.when you need.help.or assistance like need to add 1 day from my previous booking. Second Ms. Angie at the reception is a welcoming staff, very accommodating when you need directiom , taxi service to airport aside from always with smile in greetings. The housekeepers are also friendly and everyday my room is being cleaned with amenities. The location is very nice proximity to restaurants, grocery , Malls and most.importantly the Basilica of OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE.

I loved this hotel. I had the chance to stay in the senior suite. It was wonderful. The staff was amazing and great. And the price was very reasonable. The senior suite has a jacuzzi tub that was a nice bonus. The view was great. Right across the street there is a shopping center with a vips and a really nice grocery store. Access to the airport or any part of the city was relatively easy (it’s still Mexico City traffic 😉) There was good WiFi access. Throughout the hotel. The signal wasn’t very strong by the window or bed, but you could access from the couch in the room with ease. I didn’t have a chance to eat in the restaurant, but I did visit the disco area for a 70’s 80’s concert with a good band. There club was great and very comfortable. All in all, this was a gear place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone. (Please note that I do speak Spanish, I don’t know if the staff speaks English)

We have stayed here several times. Each time have been very pleased with out room, clean and roomy. Staff very friendly and helpful, speak fair english. Restaurant has great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great wait staff. Not in Zocolo, but they have a stuttle service.

The location was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of things I had issues with: it was way too noisy and the shower needs to be updated. There is a bar in the lobby area that doesn't close until about 2 am, which means that there is constant noise and music all night long. After having a long day in the city and dealing with the noise and the masses of the city, all I wanted to do is go to my room and relax in silence. Did not get that. All I got was very bad singing. The performer was awful and it continued until 2am. It was like that for two straight nights. Also, the shower is so poorly designed that the doors did now close and the water leaked to the floor and crated a mess. I've traveled to CDMX a few times and I usually stay at an Airbnb but this time since I was staying for only three days, I decided to book a hotel. Not the worst decision but will reconsider for next time.

Customer service was excellent. Hotel a little outdated and floor carpet seemed dirty. Bed was pretty comfy and pretty comfortable. Appreciated the amenities in the room. Was an ok hotel for 2 day stay restaurant food was not very tasteful at all . I would rate the hotel restaurant a 2.

Amazing hotel. This is the perfect location to wander around the historic district, or just have a drink in the cafe' and watch the pedestrian traffic on the street. It was so nice to be on a pedestrian zone. Lots of museums and food and things to do within walking distance. The hotel interior (and our room) is beautiful, with art everywhere and amazing architecture and furnishings. Our room overlooked the walking street, but once the doors were closed, we couldn't hear a thing. The A/C and fan kept things cool. The staff in the hotel and cafe were so friendly and attentive, and answered all endless questions. Someone brought up desert every evening, and when we couldn't figure out the A/C, someone was there within minutes. The breakfast (included in the price of the room) was delicious, as were the margaritas in the evening. The wait staff was super friendly. I cannot say enough good things about Mumedi, other than this is the perfect place to stay in Mexico City.

Beautiful, modern hotel with a wonderful restaurant downstairs. Our balcony room was a bit noisy due to the hustle and bustle of the neighborhood. Closed windows really keep out the noise but the air conditioning is not adequate enough to cool the room. Would have been nice to have written instructions on operation of the 4 remotes which controlled AC/Fan/TV. Needs a trash can in the room in addition to the tiny one in the bathroom. Common area needs a trash can as well for the coffee machine. Hotel is a perfect place to stay for your first trip to MC as everything is so close and easily accessible by Uber or walking. Andres in the restaurant is a real gem - so accommodating and speaks English very well. Difficult to find the hotel reception, even the "hotel" portion of the building is not marked as a hotel. You have to ask at the restaurant to get to the hotel portion. They have very interesting art exhibits - make sure to view them! Very safe and secure hotel.

This property is super unique, very rare. Only 6 hotel rooms. Centrally located near the corner of the Zocalo. The building is probably over well over 400 yrs old and was recently renovated from scratch, took 10yrs to build out and the details show. This property is a mix of new contemporary with old traditional stone and brick. The service and hospitality you won't find anywhere else. They're able to give that personalized service since there are only 6 rooms. Always staff on property. From check in Emmanuel was amazing! Whatever we needed he took good care of us plus more. Each room is unique with its own style. Mini fridge filled with waters, beers, and soda all at no charge. They also offer wake up calls with a light breakfast and coffee of you're choice in the morning. The free breakfast they offer downstairs at the restaurant is NOT you're run of the mill type. It's all freshly gourmet prepared from the juice to the enchiladas or chilaquiles. The restaurant also does not disappointment, top notch unique quality food for lunch and dinner. If you can find availability, don't hesitate book this hotel. Everything you need this hotel has location, style, comfort, cleanliness and the best hospitality.

My wife and I spent 5 days in Mexico City exploring museums, historic sites and restaurants. She had found the Hotel Mumedi listed in someone's blog as one of the best hotels to be found in the area. We took a chance and found that to be precisely the case. The meticulously designed, renovated, historic building, its boutique hotel rooms, the high-end cafe and gourmet food offerings, the cocktails, the service... were all top notch. Emanuel and Aileen run the day-to-day affairs with highly personalized and professional service. Andres and Kevin were also two highly attentive staff that work throughout the building. They all made us feel like VIP guests, complete with evening surprise dessert deliveries to our room. The sound proof balcony doors and automated black-out curtains do an excellent job of keeping the room quiet above an extremely busy street... unless you want to people watch and absorb the atmosphere of the city, its bustling commerce, the music of the streets and the organilleros. I can't imagine having a better experience. Highest recommendations. (NB: Do be mindful that in this historic building elevators are not permitted and two flights of stairs are required to arrive to the guest rooms above the cafe and museum. Also, the Avenida Francisco Madero is closed to vehicle traffic, but Uber is readily available within 1-2 blocks in several directions, and was easy and affordable.)

The most welcoming experience I ever had from a hotel. Location is absolutely perfect, and the convenience of having a restaurant downstairs. Perfect! Speaking of the restaurant, the food… my goodness the food is so good! The property is clean and feels so upscale. I will return again and feel great knowing this hotel will be there waiting for me.

Our suite was very nice and comfortable for the price. It was very spacious, clean and complete. It had a full kitchen, dining table, a desk, a bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub. The WiFi was also very decent. It even included a Coffee-break with a small breakfast in the morning for no additional cost.

The best part of my stay was the staff who was so helpful and amazing; from the front desk gentleman always going above and beyond to be helpful and informative, to the cleaning/wait staff and the kind security guard who stood out with me every morning to wait for my Uber. The rooms/apartments are clean, comfy, spacious and accommodating. I was able to cook for myself most of my stay, in the fully equipped kitchen. I felt at home.

We spent 4 nights at the Hotel Catedral in Mexico City. The location is absolutely fantastic and is right in the heart of Centro Historico and within walking distance to a number of attractions. The hotel was very smart and clean, with excellent customer service from the staff. The room was very comfortable and had a balcony with a great view over the city. Bathroom was good too. The breakfast was exceptional and had a huge variety of Mexican and European/American foods of really good quality. The staff were very helpful in booking taxis and also giving us breakfast to go when we had to leave early. The hotel also runs lots of excursions and tours however we did not utilise these. Free coffee and bottles of drinking water which was very helpful. There are two very nice terraces to sit out on, and a restaurant which we ate at once and had decent quality food.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, located immediately behind the church in the central square in the historic Zocalo district. You could not ask for a better location. As well, the hotel staff were very helpful, answering questions and arranging taxis, and the buffet staff were very helpful / attentive. Also the hotel is kept very clean. The buffet breakfast has a range of items, with some western selections, but mainly local food (I would rate the buffet as "Good"). The hotel is located on top of the ruins of an ancient pyramid, and has a glass floor in the lobby area where you can see the ruins, which is really amazing. The restaurant in the hotel provides a wide selection of food at a reasonable price and is open quite late. The one negative is that none of the staff speak english, which makes ordering a bit difficult if you don't speak spanish.

The hotel location and facilities were exceptional, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The bar terrace was very good with good drinks and views, the hotel staff were all friendly staff and the breakfast was great. The room facilities were also great, with great sized rooms, comfortable beds and all the modern facilities. I was also there during the dia del muertes celebrations and the hotel did a fantastic job in decorating the hotel and also welcoming the guests there for the formula 1 event

Perfect location near the Zocalo across street from the Cathedral. Friendly and helpful staff. Bowls of chips and cookies in the lobby a nice touch. Entrance/exit on both sides of hotel. Basic but clean rooms. Good water pressure. Amazing buffet breakfast. Separate restaurant option. New tower almost completely open (stayed in older section with a balcony - a bit worn but still good). Glass floor in parts of the lobby with ruins below! Several excellent restaurants nearby.

It was clean and well run. It was in a great location. The staff were attentive, helpful, and professional. The rooms were modern and had nice accoutrements. Good shower. The 5th floor terrace bar was a beautiful view. 1:30pm checkout time was nice and relaxed.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I'd like to share my experience. Firstly, the hotel's shuttle service was very convenient. I arrived at the airport around 11 PM and only had to wait for 15 minutes to be picked up and taken to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs punctually every hour, which was a big plus. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. Each day featured different meats and fruits, providing a great start to the day. My room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, which was relatively quiet, although occasional noise from the hallway could be heard. The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City.

Our airline booked this hotel, about 8 minutes away from Terminal 1. We called from our mobile to the hotel to arrange a free shuttle ride - about 20 minutes and to wait at Puerto 4 on arrivals level and it came. We have stayed in dozens of Holiday Inns’s so our expectations were that it would be fine. This Holiday Inn Mexico Dali is the best one we have ever seen. The building and lobby are stunning and the hotel has everything from a full service restaurant with an extensive menu and at great prices. There is a bar as well. The rooms are very nice - and ours was very comfortable. Room service is 24 hours and as we were forced to stay overnight the airline paid for our meals - room service and the extensive buffet in the morning. The buffet line has many types of fruit, breads, pastry’s, 8 hot trays with very good Mexican offerings including slices of roast beef. There is an egg station for your choice of preparation and many other offerings. We give the 5th star for the Staff - who are very professional and the quality and flavour of the food. I am typing this enroute to the airport in the shuttle which departs the hotel on the hour. This hotel is recommended by CanadianBoys.

Employer booked this hotel for 1 night. Service was very friendly and efficient. Hotel interior is not very cozy (slightly creepy corridors), but room was really great. Very big and liked the separate toilet and shower. Hotel surroundings (close to airport) did not look great, but took a taxi from hotel to downtown for the day. Came back in the evening; heavily armed guard at the door, but also a couple of very friendly doormen. Had a great Mexican breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Taxi from hotel to airport took less than 15 minutes.

Room is spacious and clean. View awesome. Airport shuttle convenient. Free breakfast excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: - Walmart is around the corner in which is very convenient. (Also inside: ATMs, Starbucks, Banks) - Hotel is organized in its own way. - Room has an AC unit that is multifunctional. (heater, fan, dehumidifier) - Staff is very friendly. - Vending machines and Refrigerated Beer is available for purchase in the lobby. Cons: - Wifi is not that good, signal is lost very frequently. - Breakfast is very repetitive with little to no change in menu. - Breakfast area is sometimes way too over crowded. (staff does not manage capacity) in which you end up eating standing up. - You can hear others in their rooms. - Elevator Door will close on you and sometimes not detect a human. - Room beds are okay. 7 out of 10 personal rating.

Right next to Walmart and a bunch of taco stands and rotisserie chicken place. Has its own breakfast buffet. And a gym to work it all off. Across the street from the Nativitas metro station. Central location. The staff is friendly and the patrons are families and business class despite the “ahem!” Ladies outside but that’s all along Calzada de Tlalpan not just there. Well-maintained site, always people doing maintenance and improvements but not in an inconvenient manner. Great find and good value. I stay here while in town for meetings.

Personnel were friendly: reception, room cleaners and breakfast. The room are of good size. Bathroom was clean. The breakfast are fair though the fruit and breads were good. The internet was not comfortable because it cuts off very often asking all times to set up again. A Walmart supermarket is besides the hotel as well, the metro station transport...

The rooms are very comfortable spacious and clean. We slept very well. We love the huge smart TV with netflix. The WiFi worked well Onsite launderette which is super handy to wash your clothes Right next door to Walmart and Starbucks. We felt very safe staying here.

Staff were so friendly and helpful with checkin and checkout, serving delicious breakfast with a big smile - every interaction was a pleasure! beautiful rooftop space to hang out, communal area with views into the park, and bedroom/bathroom was spacious with thoughtful decor. rooftop bar above had great vibes, cocktails and Mexican snack foods too! As two women in the city for the first time, we felt safe and it was a great location to walk to historical area or easy to get Ubers else where.

perfect location in the Centro Historico, in a very cool building with a roof top bar and shops and restaurants. I felt very safe as a solo female and very well cared for by the staff. the breakfast was excellent and the room comfortable. the bed was great and the shower was good too. I would stay there again in a flash. it is a comfortable and down to earth place. I really liked the outside space as well.

Casa Lomah is located in a very nice neighbourhood of Mexico City. In the same building there are shops, restaurants and a rooftop bar and just a few steps away there are more cafes and places to eat. It's located right next to a big and beautiful park and in the evening there is a lot of streetfood around. It's within walking distance to the Zócalo or the chinese quarter. There are busstops and a metro line right around the corner. The hotel is modern with a nice terrace and delicious authentic mexican breakfast is freshly prepared every morning. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

This is easily one of the best places I’ve stayed. The location is very central and is convenient to take the metro or an Uber. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to give you tips and information on what to do during your staff. The breakfast is another highlight, every day we were offered an authentic dish that was different from the day before, all very delicious! There are also options to have toast or cereal. The coffee we had was from Oaxaca and I looked forward to it every day :) This was my first time visit to Mexico City and they helped it make a very memorable stay. Highly recommend! Thanks!

Also maybe a ic machine added they did leave us a bottle of water but I like cold water drink all night a day would have been nice to have ice for cold water. So a few updates small other wise great stay.

This is the best place to stay, if you’re in ciudad satélite. Everything, from the check in, the restaurant, the terraza, the amenities, the rooms is the impeccable. Also, the staff is very nice and polite. Helpful people that make your stay more pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are huge, clean and sound proof, even though the hotel is on one of the busiest streets, the periférico, one can barely hear the traffic. I was impressed about that. I’ll stay there every time I visit Mexico.

The room was 1821 and it had an amazing view of the park, Palacio de Bellas Artes and CDMX. The executive lounge happy hour offers very good hor deurves. The restaurant staff: Abraham, Grecia & Javier are very friendly and offered great service. My room was spacious and I really liked the work table and USB A & C outlets next to bed. The Persera amenities for bath and soap was very good and l like the natural rosemary fragrance. My housekeeper, I believe her name is Carmen is very nice and she really organized my room neatly and it made me happy. The hotel has a very well stocked gym, the indoor pool isn’t so deep but you can do laps in the outdoor pool. Nothing lacking in the breakfast ! I highly recommend . And I definitely utilized the 24 hour night menu room service! The coffee here is really good so def order coffee here! The one note is to offer streaming options or device connectivity on TV would be nice. The location is in Reforma & in middle of it all. I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City. It felt like stepping back to a time when the hotel was the destination. We just wrapped up a fantastic 5 night stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City, booked entirely with Hilton points. We arrived around 1:30pm and were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early. and as a Diamond member, I was upgraded to a spacious corner Junior Suite on the 17th floor with views of Alameda Park and the Palacio de Bellas Artes. Also with Diamond status the impressive daily breakfast buffet served in the hotel restaurant was included. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their face The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with historic sites, museums, and great food options all within walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I do have to say the room did get a little warm but I wasn’t there most of the day. I highly recommend getting the rooms with the executive lounge, their drinks are so good Ulises and Luis I believe they were just phenomenal I travelled solo and they took care of me very well , even when the lounge gets busy which it does at happy hour from 630-8 if I remember correctly they were great ! The hotel is located in the centro historico of mexico city just beautiful and close to a lot of museums. They do offer transportation to basically anywhere and it is very safe . I highly recommend getting breakfast in the executive lounge it is delicious 😋. My room was great and my housekeeper Flor always made sure my room was ready even had water for me . Room was spacious and the bed was truly a dream to sleep in ☺️ I did an exercise class offered by another company in mexico city but it took place at the hotel’s helipad you guys have to experience it , the best morning views of the city ! The pool,gym,spa are amazing! Please give them a chance I promise you wont be disappointed ☺️ I walked around until about 10pm and still felt very safe always check your surroundings though . We stayed at Hilton Mexico City Reforma for 4 nights in August 2025. We are a family of 4 with parents and young adults from London, UK. Overall, this hotel is excellent with fantastic facilities including a great gym, pools, terraces, and a padel court. The facilities are all modern and in good condition. The great variety of food and drink options was impressive. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious and the newly refurbished floors offer really excellent quality and comfort. we also enjoyed the amazing views of the city from the Exec Lounge on the 26th Floor. But more than anything we really appreciated the very warm, genuine, and generous staff from the very friendly and efficient senior managers, to the the concierges and staff in te gym and bras/restaurants who were just amazing. Looking forwrads to another vsiit here in Feb 2026.

The hotel was not in the prettiest, most touristy part of town but it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for attending concerts at the Palacio de Deportes without having to deal with traffic coming and going and parking, and the breakfast was ridiculously delicious, both the American and Mexican versions. In-house restaurant was also yummy... their enchiladas were great. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were scrupulously clean. My room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were unfailingly friendly and polite and eager to help. Highly recommend. 10/10 would stay again during another event!!

It was a bit further from the airport than I thought, but it turned out to be a great stay! Clean, friendly staff, good amenities, safe, and quiet. The airport shuttle was comfortable and clean. If it’s rush hour, the ride can be a little longer than expected. The in-house restaurant didn’t really appeal to us, but about 10 mins down the street is a restaurant called El Rincon Istmeño. It’s Oaxacan cuisine and both the mole and the steak tacos were excellent!

The reception staff is amazing: very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, with a very comfortable bed, hot shower with excellent water pressure, and a coffeemaker. Exactly what I expect from Holiday Inn Express hotels. Location is good for travelling into/out of Benito Juarez International Airport.

The included buffet breakfast was simple but well-prepared with a few changes each day. Servers brought hot coffee to the table. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location - perfect - 10 mins on foot to Metro Patriotismo, 15 mins on foot to central Condesa for a large selection of restaurants. Comfortable room (suite) with a large bed and a jacuzzi! Restaurant was a plus - good food, good wine and reasonably priced (need to be very specific on what you want and how you want it, and they will do everything they can to meet your expectation - for example the cooking of a steak - show pictures if you don't speak Spanish fluently). The coffee machine in recetpion area was a massive plus - great coffee available (usually) all the time.

Everyone was so welcoming! We arrived a little early and staff allowed us to check in so we can drop off our luggage. When we checked in, I was informed that I was a VIP member and that I was going to get an upgraded room. I was given a beautiful view! Hotel felt safe. There was a Hospital right next door, mall across the expressway, and we were able to find food in walking distance as well. I highly recommend Camino Real Pedegral Mexico to everyone! I will definitely return!

Hotel Punto MX: Spacious Rooms and Impeccable Cleanliness, but Service Needs Improvement My recent stay at Hotel Punto MX in Mexico City had both notable highlights and areas for improvement. On the positive side, the generous size of the room was a definite plus, providing ample space to relax and unwind. Furthermore, I was particularly impressed by the excellent level of cleanliness throughout the hotel, which contributed significantly to a comfortable stay. However, the hotel could benefit from a significant focus on enhancing its customer service. Both at the reception and in the restaurant, the staff could be more attentive and welcoming. A simple smile and a more proactive approach to guest satisfaction would undoubtedly make the overall experience more pleasant. Additionally, the breakfast offering was disappointing and did not seem to represent a diverse range of international options. Considering the price point, I believe the breakfast could be significantly improved to offer better value and variety. On a positive note, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the individual who assisted us with our luggage during check-out. Their help was greatly appreciated. In conclusion, while Hotel Punto MX boasts spacious and exceptionally clean rooms, the lack of attentive customer service and a subpar breakfast experience detract from its overall appeal. Addressing these areas would elevate the guest experience to match the quality of the accommodations.

Great hotel in the Zocalo. Friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant and coffee shop on site. We had the king room with jetted hot tub. Room was very comfortable and large, included coffee in the room as well as a complimentary mini bar with snacks, pop and a couple of Coronas which were replenished daily. The bed was very comfortable. Would have preferred a couple more English channels on the television but CNN and Fox News was available to keep you up to date. Overall, this was an amazing hotel a couple blocks walk to the Zocalo. Price was decent, would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel Punto is located in the center of the city. The street gets really busy during the day and very quiet in the evening and early morning. So getting a good sleep won’t be hard. The hotel is super clean and very welcoming. There’s a small cafe in the lobby and a restaurant. The hotel does offer room service yet we chose to eat out. You could purchase water at the hotel if you’d like. There’s also a mini bar. We walked across the street next to the parking lot where there’s a small bodega for purchasing water, cerveza, and Mexican snacks. Across the street is the red building. Looks could be deceiving. The restaurant was always busy. We didn’t go. The spa was amazing. Meat massage ever and I get them regularly. Up top is a movie theatre and coffee shop. Every thing was really close in walking distance or a short uber ride away. We are going back end of August and staying her again.

The hotel staff are exceptionally attentive and friendly. We had breakfast at the buffet everyday and the options were always different and delicious. We also tried their café and had coffee, matcha tea and fruit tart that were all very delicious. Our room was always clean and made when we arrived.

Great stay! The bed was so comfortable and the soundproof doors are perfect for a quiet night. The rooftop jacuzzi was nice and relaxing but it needs maintenance as the headrests were all broken. Apart from that I can’t wait to stay again. :)

A beautiful, stylish new hotel in Condesa. We loved the luxuriousness of the place - we had a massage at the spa and also made use of the rooftop bar with jacuzzi. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious with Mexican and American options available. The room was stylish with an incredibly comfortable bed and a good strong rain shower. The location is ideal, on a quiet street in Condesa where you can walk to great restaurants. The hotel were really kind in letting us check in early, and let us leave our luggage until we left for the airport in the evening.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the Condesa neighborhood! Unassuming front/entrance but cozy, romantic and welcoming inside. The breakfast was spectacular and the rooms are chic and comfortable. We spent a little time on the rooftop as well which feels like an oasis in a busy city. The staff was delightful in setting up the jacuzzi for us too one night. The hotel is perfectly located in Condesa neighborhood near to both Parque Mexico and Parque Chapultepec, as well as a ton of cute restaurants, bars and cafes. It's more residential so quieter but a short walk away from Roma where it's a bit more lively!

The room was clean, the staff were polite and helful, everything worked, the hotel is in a great location hallway between the Zocala (central square) and the Bosque Chapultepec (huge park with many attractions). Buses and taxis outside the front door, subway stations Revolucion and Hidalgo a short walk away. Breakfast in the restaurant was good. We didn't try having dinner at the hotel, but I'm sure it would be good. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after walking all day. The water was warmer than I would like if I was looking to cool off in the afternoon, but evenings got chilly as soon as the sun went down, so the warm water was good for that. If I could change anything about hotel, it would be having a balcony for stepping outside and getting fresh air in the room. But the ventilation system was good, so that's not really a complaint, just a preference.

My usual place to stay during my short, occasional business trips to Mexico City. It's right on the backbone boulevard that connects Reforma with Condesa and Polanco, so it has easy walking access or short taxi rides to everything in that part of the city. The staff is very professional and helpful. The rooms are big, secure and comfortable. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet and, best of all, the hotel has a swimming pool and hot tub on the 22nd floor rooftop with great views of the surrounding city. Sadly for me, the hot tub wasn't working on the day of my visit, which was very disappointing. I hope that doesn't happen again.

Happily surprised with the hotel, very inexpensive but a beautiful place, amazing service, every employee was attentive, polite and willing to help us. We’re offer to have a crib for free, which is not easy to find in Mexico. The room was clean, spacious, modern, comfortable in every level, the bathroom had a nice surprise with two showers, was the perfect fit for a family trip. We only stayed one night but definitely will choose this hotel again. Almost forgot, the food at the restaurant was REALLY good!

We choose this hotel to spend Halloween in Mexico City. We rent a car for 5 days. The staff are super nice and friendly. Free parking for the car. Walmart and a big shopping mall are close by walking distance. There is a bus stop nearby as well. Many restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. The room is spacious, quiet, and tidy. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. The hot water works perfectly fine. Do not forget your charger extension if you are with an EU charger design. Breakfast is super! not buffet but we are so glad. Yummy pancakes, fruits, etc. ! menu per person.

We did not have more expectation about this hotel. The one we were try to book was fully booked. However, we like here. The best is the breakfast. It is buffet with a lot of choices and it is restaurant level of the meal, not just a simple hot breakfast. It was surprise us. Worth the money we paid for this hotel stay. Wifi is not good at room, we had to come to lobby to get the good signal for wifi. Room is big size but not clean to me. Carpet color is dark and needs to change.

The location of the hotel is in the heart of Condesa . Location is very safe. There’s a lot of restaurants and coffee shops surrounding the area. Our room is huge, quiet and clean. I love the Balcony. It’s so relaxing to sit while sipping a cup of coffee and feel the fresh breeze of chilly weather in Mexico City. It’s overlooking the skyline and you can also see trees on the street. Bed is comfortable . Staffs are friendly. They always smile and greet you “ Ola”. Breakfast is just enough for a health conscious like me. I have enjoyed my stay in Hotel Circulo Condesa/Mexico City. It’s the people, culture, food and the place that makes me go back.

I appreciated how comfortable and spacious the rooms were at Hotel Circulo Condesa. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. As I got in early in the morning, I appreciated how they allowed me to pay for a 1/2 day so I could immediately check into a room. The room I had came with a balcony which to my surprise was a very spacious balcony. I appreciated this balcony during my stay since I was able to drink my morning coffee and look out over the city. The location of the hotel is excellent, walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and stores. On Fridays, there is a local market that sets up in front of the hotel during the day. The market has a lot of great food and local produce. Overall, I had a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting CDMX!

The desk staff was very kind and went above and beyond to help us, especially when we had trouble understanding the TV, they patiently guided us through everything. The included breakfast was good, the hotel was super clean, and the staff overall was excellent. The location is also very good: the area feels safe (especially for Mexico), and there are plenty of restaurants and good bars nearby. The only downside is that it can be a bit noisy. On Fridays there’s a farmers market outside (consider this if your room has a balcony), you might also hear people in the hallways, as the rooms aren’t fully soundproof. That said, I still highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff, delicious breakfast, cleanliness, and great location.

Our room was spacious and clean, with plenty of electrical outlets in convenient locations. Staff was lovely, and reception spoke good English. Breakfast was very nice, with coffee, milk, juice, cereal, yogurt, toast, scrambled eggs, beans, vegetables, and fruit. plenty of trees fill the street, and a Friday market offers fresh fruits, juices, tacos, etc. The safe is a bit unusual, so be sure you figure out how it opens before you lock your things in it. There’s a Belgian restaurant nearby, plus sushi, and many Mexican restaurants. Insurgentes is a short walk away, with multiple affordable pharmacies to stock up at good prices.

The property was a nice older hotel. It looks really cool. Some parts, like the lobby are more updated. But the rooms look a little older in an antique and upscale way. Beautiful stain glass throughout the facility. The jacuzzi in the family room was a nice surprise. Good value.

The location was great for us to get around, not the prettiest and go two blocks it was a little dodge but we were able to walk to nearby places and restaurants with no issues. The pool was great to have, although the bubbles in the "jacuzzi" were not warm and you had to ask the bar staff to turn them off and on, so if left on all day the whole pool would be freezing. The pool bar was great. You could order and eat food from the restaurant, helpful with kids who didn't want to leave, so we had dinner up there twice, and it was really good food. Juan made the best margaritas in our whole stay in Mexico, and unlike some places we stayed none of the staff were pushy with wanting you to tip them. Our room was a decent size considering it had two double beds for our family of 4pax, and was very clean and comfortable. They have filtered water points on each floor which is really useful and saved us having to buy water the entire time we were there.

The rooms was spacious enough, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and has all the necessary toiletries and toweils and a shower. Wifi was very good. Breakfast did not have a wide range of options but it did have the basics to cover you and they were very tasty. The swimming pool was indoor and heated, very clean and nice. The hotel is in an area that I felt safe to walk day and early at night to the metro which is a few hunder meters from the hotel. The hotel is on a major street and there were always other people. Also the metrobus stops right is front of the hotel. The hotel is near the city center and very convenient for going to most points of interest in the city.

Our entire stay was very pleasant; the breakfast buffet is amazing and the staff is super attentive and help with everything you need and prepare any food or drinks you may want and give you very useful tips! Especially Miguel, Ivan, Giovanni, Jessica, Adilene, Jorge, The pool is an excellent plus, to relax during the day or after a tour, room service is also amazing and all the food is super tasty. We opted to eat all our breakfasts there and no regrets, when we were tired we stayed in and ordered lunch and the hotel is undergoing renovations so all the rooms are getting revamped and they have smart TVs! Its super well located and you are about a 5-10 min walk from restaurants, Paseo de la Reforma, Hotel Barcelo (where most tours pick you up), Bellas Artes and about 10 min maximum in Uber to go to Zocalo, downtown or Condesa, Roma. You can even walk to Angel de la Independencia (15-20min) and on Sundays they close Avenida de la Reforma so people can walk, jog, bike. The hotel is amazingly located and offers great options for food, tours or staying in!

I stayed 5 nights and couldn’t leave the room because I was feeling sick. Room service saved my life. I upgraded to jacuzzi suite last three nights and best possible choice. Great kind staff. Not the most luxurious place in the world, but definitely worth its cost. Decent food too!

The room was clean, shower was spacious and water was hot enough with strong pressure. Bed was hard, as I prefer, so I had good sleep. Metro and buses are in walking distance, as well as some shops and restaurants. However, it's not advised to walk on this street after sunset. But during the day, the area felt rather safe and clean.

Superb. Loved it. The location is perfect (and for the discerning traveller, much more interesting than the more touristy and more expensive quarters a few mins walk away). The rooms are large, the bed comfortable and everything clean as a whistle. A special shout out and thanks to the staff for being so nice, sweet and helpful. We'll be back!

I stayed here one night before a long flight home and it was perfect. The room service was an added bonus after spending the previous day on a bus. Shower was hot, the bed was comfy and the wifi was good.

I loved most things about this place. The people are super friendly, everyone. The apartment is very modern which is my style. You can stream Netflix and YouTube from the smart TVs. They clean daily and replace water and coffee. The location is Amazing and a large supermarket is a couple of minutes walk away. And a big selling point is the free use of a washer and dryer near the reception, especially when travelling with a child. There is always hot water and the bathroom is stylish and not cramped. This place offers amazing value for money.

I stayed here again for seven nights and the stay was perfect even for a longer stay. I was accommodated in an apartment with a small kitchenette, so I could cook basic meals. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, cleaned every day by a very nice lady (thank you for this!), who also delivered bottles of drinking water to the room every day. I really enjoyed my stay here. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I would love to come back here!

I booked this hotel for a concert and it was perfect—the venue was literally next door. The room was clean, and I appreciated having a restaurant and coffee service on-site. The free airport shuttle running every 30 minutes, 24/7, was also a big plus and very convenient.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, great customer service. The room was modern and very comfortable while being affordable. The location is also great, it’s within short driving distance from many tourist attractions. I would stay here again when visiting Mexico City.

The location was perfect and very easy to find. Our hosts, Fernando and Jorge were absolutely amazing, kind and welcoming. Once we walked into the property through the archway - our chins dropped. It was stunning. The garden was beautiful and warm. The room was exactly what we wanted - spacious, bright and comfy. The outdoor patio was like a dream space to sit and listen to the birds in the morning. Even the hummingbirds stopped by for a visit. The bougainvillea's were gorgeous. Plant goals! Breakfast was fresh, delicious and filling. We met another family staying on the property and had great conversations for breakfast both days. A chef's kiss on the food and service for breakfast. Way more than expected. The hospitality is 5 star worthy. The breakfast area was outside and was bright and warm with the morning sun. The Maria Del Alma House is within walking distance of the mercado - great food and shopping - several parks including the Fuentes de los Coyotes park. Frida Kahlo museum and several others. And loads of retail & restaurants. An easy taxi ride to downtown to the plaza for more shopping and great food. Overall - we will always choose this location when we return. This is a lovely, quiet hacienda just minutes from the bustle of Mexico City. The rooms are comfortable and roomy and the hosts are gracious and welcoming. They serve a delicious breakfast every morning with homemade dishes, like Huevos Rancheros, always accompanied by fresh fruit and coffee. Coyoacán has many restaurants, cafes and shops close by, and the Hisorical Center is accessible by bus, metro, taxi or Uber. It's nice at the end of the day to return to a quiet haven. It's also nice to wake up in the morning to fresh air and the songs of birds.

We had a wonderful 8-day stay at Maria Del Alma House. Fernando and Jorge are welcoming hosts and gave us good advice about things to do and see as well as practicalities of things like transportation. The room was comfortable and very clean, the patio and garden are delightful. Daily hot breakfast with fresh fruit was delicious. We enjoyed meeting and talking with the other guests over breakfast as well. Located on a quiet street, but very close to the central plaza of Coyacoan.

We had an amazing stay! Fernando and Jorge were very attentive hosts, always made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great advice for things to so and places to visit. The breakfasts were delicious with freshly squeezed fruit juice, fresh fruits, toasts with jam, and a different hot dish of local breakfast food (homecooked by Fernando) every day. The room was spacious, comfortable with all the equipment needed, including new water bottles every day. The balcony allowed us to enjoy calm moments with a view over the very pretty garden. Lastly, the location is awesome, just a few blocks away from the main attractions in Coyoacan (Frida Khalo museum, main Plaza, market, etc) Pick-up was also a breeze from the airport and there are plenty if Ubers in the neighborhood to go explore other places of the city. Can't recommend this place enough!

The house was comfortable Mexican style home with, filled with colorful walls, beautiful flowers and great service. We had a room with a large balcony which which so peaceful to sit and enjoy. The breakfast that Fernando served each day was delicious and I looked forward to it. We appreciated the group breakfast setting with all the guests for nice breakfast conversations. Fernando was also very accommodating addressing any small concerns we had immediately. The location of this place was also ideal - on a quiet street but very close to the Frida Kahlo museum and the center of Coyoacan.

The room was big and they have a gym that actually works. The breakfast buffet was also good. They also had a ballroom where people were dancing and eating. The room had a good amount of outlets and flat screen mounted to the wall. The bathroom is also clean and this place has valet parking where the gate closes late at night for security. There was also a security guard there and of course it's staffed 24/7. There is a vault in the room you can use. And a lot of cabinet space and decent closet space. They left a good amount of hygiene products including toothbrushes and an wall attached hair dryer. There was a menu in the room where you could order from their restaurant(room service)

The hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was economical and tasted excellent. The room was cleaned daily, staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The only minor downside is a missing coffee machine in the room, and we saw a few minor things that could use some fixing (towel hooks, door locks, a blind that couldn't be fully lowered). As a regular visitor to this hotel, I very much hope they give the place a bit of TLC to get it back to tip top condition. Definitely a great place to visit.

Friendly quick check-in with a wonderful "Feliz día del niño" sign that my son loved. Thanks for the lovely high corner room. The view is amazing. Comfy beds, and quiet air conditioning that actually works very well. Coffee machine very welcome too. Food was probably the best I've eaten in months.

Breakfast buffet had a lot of items. Hot buffet had Chicken, potatoes, vegetables, Cold breakfast yogurt, fruits, cereal, bread, egg knishes and more. You could special order item from the kitchen as well. Eggs any style. Shower was great and very hot. Great location.

My Family and I stayed in this Hotel four nights in early December. The service was very unimpressive, but I will say customer service was good Checking in was okay, the first room we were put in, the sink was clogged and the water would pile in the bowl. The AC wasn't working, so we called the front desk to fix it. Everything seemed OK, except in the morning when we woke up there was no running water to the room. Shower, toilet, sink. We called the desk to ask if there was something wrong or if they could fix it. We were informed the hotel was experiencing water pressure issues and it would be fixed in a few hours. We left for breakfast and hoped it would be fixed by the time we came back, it was not. We were informed to shower in the pool showers, or wait. The service in the restaurant of the hotel was extremely poor, either not attentive to customers or just talking to other staff, we only went there for one drink and decided not to get food there. We were moved to another room after the water pressure issue, after that, it was okay. If i had to decide between hotels in this area of Santa Fe, I would not stay here.

The big advantage of the room was definitely the jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was very relaxing whenever needed. It worked just fine, and it was well maintained. The hotel itself was quiet, with just a little bit of noise coming from the street occasionally, but not too much if you closed the window. There was also a music bar nearby, but it wasn't too annoying for me, and I could sleep without problems. The hotel staff was also kind and helpful. The area felt quite safe, and I didn't have any concerns coming back late at night. If you're looking for decent accommodation on a budget and want to stay close to the city centre I can definitely recommend this accommodation.

The jacuzzi was AWESOME and came with all amenities! The bed was quite big and enough for my needs and the room was very clean. The closet was very nice and there was a convenience safe box in the room. An important highlight is the numerous places to grab a bite, from seafood to burgers or whatever that might cross your mind. Everything is at walking distance!

A very comfortable place with the basic amenities to stay for a weekend, perfectly place in a nearby transportation station. Cheap, pretty and clean.

The front office manager and all the staff are attentive and interested in making sure everything is perfect. The St. Regis Butler services is also above and beyond a typical 5-star hotel. Our butler sewed a missing button on my jacket and they press clothes or bring you coffee and unpack or shine shoes- just a very elegant and useful perk. The rooms are very spacious and the floor to ceiling glass opens up the view to all of Mexico City and the bathrooms well appointed with tubs and luxury products Views are beautiful and the breakfast which was included in our rate for Lifetime Titanium members is well beyond you expect- it includes an extensive buffet and a menu and you get both included. Lots of Mexican options as well as Mimosas and champagne are included.

Outstanding holiday in Mexico City at the St. Regis. Paulina at the front desk went above and beyond to find an excellent room for us overlooking the Diana. Gabriella made sure we were able to book last minute on arrival for the Day of the Dead parade brunch (which was delicious) and also a great view. Tohm, the Manager on Duty was superb and really made sure we had a great experience. Emiliano and Luiz were absolute legends in the Old King Cole bar where we ended up on many nights; and Eduardo and the porters were all amazing and welcoming every day. Housekeeping was excellent and our room kept spotless and fresh everyday including nightly Lindt chocolates. The champagne sabre service was a lot of fun; the pool and gym were excellent. Thanks for a great stay. We’ll be back for sure!

From the moment you enter ST REGIS MEX DF- you are taken to another level of service! The concierge went above & beyond for me. My Flight was delayed and a family member was left at DF airport alone. I called and concierge- they handled it all, and sent car service for her. She was cared for at property and even Fed before I even checked in to the hotel. No issues at all. WOW. The Staff go out of their way to make guests feel like Royalty. We had daily coffee (private butler) delivered to our rooms. My butler was awesome and offered tips on getting around. 6 days here for a conference . Was on floor 6 with Butler service. The staff could not too enough for us and the room was spacious clean and comfortable. As well as beautifully maintained . The Frette bed linen, just dreamy. Everything was perfect from the tour guide to museum (Roberto M you are great) to the incredible staff at concierge desk and gym. I’m a huge st Regis fan for ever after this stay. It is hard to be far from home comforts for work but St Regis is was truly a home from home . I felt secure even when staying on my own , and the neighbourhood is nice. Animal in ground floor is a terrific restaurant and one we went to a few times. Stunning food and friendly service . The checkin was smooth and thry were friendly and helpful. My issues were the room condition. The two chairs for the table were in need of repair. The leather was coming off in places. Also the rug was coming up at the door to the balcony. The shower was ok. The shower head could have been better. I didnt feel liek i properly got rinsed and the tub did not have anti slip in it. As someone whos slipped and fallen and spent a month in the hospital this makes me nervous.

This is an old hotel. It’s in need of some updates and repairs but overall in good condition. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. There was water leaking in the restroom and the elevator was down for part of our stay, a slight inconvenience. The location is great, it’s in a very walkable part of town with great dining options nearby. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. Overall it was a good stay.

This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve stayed in, as soon as you walk in you feel that your vacation has started, the staff was soo attentive Fernanda and Bernardo received us with an amazing attitude and were very welcoming, the room is not that big but very cozy, clean and with all the amenities you need, it includes a mini fridge with water, milk and coconut water, they also offer service of spa and they have an amazing breakfast with a lot of options, they even ask you what is your favorite breakfast so they can make pretty much whatever you want, at nighttime Adriana offer us tea and brought it to our room with a cute note. we were so happy and comfortable there that we really didn’t want to leave and we were sad that we were staying just one night. I hope that we can go back soon to Mexico City to enjoy our vacation in this amazing place. Very recommended

Loved how quiet and peaceful this little 4 room boutique hotel is. My room, especially the bathtub, was amazing. The staff equally amazing, and extremely welcoming, accommodating, and helpful. The attention to detail and to customer service was wonderful. Each night they brought tea and cookies for a wind down, and left lovely handwritten notes with it. Breakfast is delicious - with lots of great options. Super easy Uber rides into the center of the city, but an equally lovely centro just moments away from the hotel. Thank you to everyone at Agata, especially Fernanda (whom I saw most often during my stay) for making this trip so special. And a sincere thank you for the gift - the keychain - which will always remind me of my time in Coyoacan.

Great safe location in Coyoacán a very short walking distance to squares, markets, restaurants and museums. The staff was wonderful and luckily for me did speak English. The room was very clean and luxurious with a very comfortable bed, big soft towels, a great shower and many amenities. They had several soft drinks and treats in the room as well as a coffeemaker and coffee. They even brought me tea in the evening. I felt very pampered. I had to leave early in the morning so I was not able to have the regular breakfast but they made a special takeaway breakfast for me. I would totally recommend this hotel and hope I can return for a longer stay sometime.

The location was also perfect, in the heart of Coyoacan, a green and very charming neighbourhood. The staff is so caring, friendly and warm! It was a wonderful stay and everything about it was great- from the friendly and helpful agent, Ale, and the chef, whose breakfasts were fresh and delicious- it was perfect, except that we were a bit lost on arrival, as there was no signage in front of the building, but Ale said they will replace the sign soon! It is such a beautiful property. I habe been staying there every year for one week since 2021. I would had loved to see the big main ball fountain in back operating, also all the jacuzzi jets inside the pool. I recommend this place all the time. It is a prime location and wonderful hospitality.

All the staff was great. From the valet parking to the restaurant waiters, the front desk, room service, and the room maids, everyone was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. The food in the restaurant was great, especially the breakfast and brunch buffets. My whole family had a wonderful stay in all 4 rooms we had.

Food at the restaurant was not good I have dinner the day I arrived and it was not good also on Sundays morning you are not allowed to sit and have a coffee at the restaurant unless you are having brunch there plenty of empty tables and they told me that can only sales the coffee to go

Stayed at the Pedregal twenty years ago and it maintained its great service. Room decor is a bit dated but well kept and very clean. As Expedia VIP I had a larger room. Restaurant was very good and service excellent. Area is walkable if you get away from Anillo Periférico. Perisur mall a 15 minute walk away. Loads of restaurants at the mall.

I like the hotel design, it’s clean, modern, people is very kind, at the restaurant, food quality id very good. The gym has a lot of features. There is always self parking for my car. Check in and check out times are convenient for the guests. There is a theater beside. People has excellent service attitude. Price is convenient.

The vip were 2 beers/soft drinks from mini-fridge. It is located on a roundabout which is fairly quiet at night but does come a bit alive in the morning. I would suggest a little duct tape for over the blue temp. control on the fridge which did brighten the room a little too much at night. Great shower. Nice bar/restaurant. The included breakfast is fruit/cafe americano and a pastry. Really nice property

Orchid House is located in beautiful Polanco very close to the Anthrolpogy Museum and Chapelpetec Park. We enjoyed a light breakfast included in stay at their restaurant Aura. The bed was very comfortable, a/c in each room, mini bar was well stocked and daily house keeping made the rooms very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. The hotel is very beautiful with indoor and outdoor areas.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Orchid!!! The staff were exceptional, friendly and made us feel special. They were incredibly helpful offering suggestion for suggestions getting places though we found most places close and walkable. The restaurant was delicious and service exceptional. I would return in a heartbeat, and highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property with a lot of character. Great location by the museum of anthropology and parc. We were upgraded to a deluxe room. Very comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. We had dinner and breakfast at Aura restaurant. Food was delicious, very fresh. Highly recommend this hotel. Very reasonably priced.

The property has a nice decor, friendly and helpful staff and located in a safe neighbourhood. Our suite was on the main floor near the front desk. It was very nice and clean, spacious bathroom with two sinks and the beds were just amazing. Like sleeping on clouds. The only negative was that the room had windows that were sealed and covered so we couldn't get any natural light and the water pressure of the sinks were weak. If you need a view/natural light in your room, make sure to check for that. Overall it was a great experience and we would come back again.

Green juice is fresh and tasty, cappuccino is great, just like ice latte. I had avocado toast with poached eggs for breakfast, which was perfectly prepared, got some fresh fruits before. Really healthy and tasty for a really good price. The restaurant looks nice and has a chic vibe! I will keep coming back until I’m here on vacation. I also go the the hotel’s gym every day which is very well equipped and clean, has a lot of space and types to free weights, cardio and weight machines to use.

My mom and I went to Mexico City for the first time ever and we have such an amazing experience! All the staff made us feel welcomed, and everyone was very informative and attentive. The housekeeper assigned for our room, Sonia provided us with care and was able to accommodate all our requests. This hotel also had the best Mexican restaurant, they had so many options. Their breakfast buffet was the best part, they had so many options served but were also able to take our orders in cases we wanted something freshly made. The restaurant employees were all so friendly and welcoming. The most friendliest were Moises and Hugo, they made sure to inform us and recommend the best dishes. Sebastian was also very delightful, he made sure to check on our table often and take our requests. We had such a wonderful experience thanks to all the staff and our housekeeper! Definitely will make sure to return and hopefully get to see them again. They had our first Mexico visit outstanding and memorable.

We stayed Novotel Toreo during our trip to Mexico city and the stay was excellent. It's a little out of the city but we were looking for a quiet place. The hotel was super clean and the common areas weren't crowded. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us with our RTPCR tests - they arranged for us to be tested right at the hotel and results were ready the next day. Special shout-out to the restaurant staff at Heliana - especially Victor Suarez, who made sure we felt totally at home and helped us with various recommendations. Additionally, the staff also whipped up yummy to-order breakfasts for us everyday instead of a usual buffet style breakfast. The room was great with a beautiful view of the mountains and housekeeping was good too. However, keep your translator ready because you'll definitely need it to communicate in case you don't speak Spanish. All in all, would definitely recommend

I specifically chose this hotel to enjoy calm and quiet after a long flight and it was perfect. the room was with a bath and it was excellent. The location is far away from the city’s hustle and bustle and it takes about 30 minutes to get into anything you’d like to visit. I did not mind this at all- but if you wish to be near restaurants and such .. his hotel is far out. Although there is a very good Asian and another Mexican restaurant below. The hotel’s restaurant also has wonderful food. my daughter became quite ill- and their help for us was above what was expected - calling a doctor who came in the middle of the night.. which I appreciate. THE STAFF … were all hands down - amazing, open and warm hearted .. really they made the place. Thanks everyone for the amazing love and care .

Very close to Xochimilco Central. You can take a train with 3 stations. We just walked to the market . The hotel stays on the main road and 3 minute walk from the light rail train station. There are a lot of bus coming by all day. We choose this hotel because we want to see the lowland and agricultural region in the south of Mexico City. From the hotel, it costs 70 pesos in taxi to the Parque the Ecological Xochimilco, or bus for 50 minutes with 16 pesos. Although I read a lot of reviews saying that this is the sex hotel, but no, it is a very clean, quiet and nice hotel. The light on the lobby is not amazing, but the room is exceptionally clean. The staff cleans the room every day we were there. They have everything shampoo, lotion, soap, body soap.. in the room. It does have free condom and a sex chair, but there is nothing offending about that. The room is spacious for two people. The aircon and hot water works very well. In front of the hotel, on the other side of the road there is a very delicious tacos next to a car wash, very cheap and clean as well. From the hotel there are a lot of restaurants, small food stands, proper and nice eating places, local prices and kind people. I walked at late night and it was safe. Wifi works well and I could make Zoom calls.

This is a very good value for money. My room was big, with daily housekeeping and supply of drinking water. No problems with hot water. Very friendly staff at the reception. Internet was working good and stable. Comfortable bed. Light train station within 5 minutes of walking. Lots of trails for running and cycling in the nearby Xochimilco Ecological Park (there is also a bicycle rental). Quiet neighborhood.

Wifi works well, aircon too, cheap, mostly clean.

Easy checkin process. Clean rooms with all you need to have a good time.

We made a fantastic choice by staying at Scala Magna for a friend’s wedding. The welcome was warm and the room was very clean. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant on the Friday night. The waiters were very pleasant and attentive. Although I had a disturbed nights sleep, It was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and on our next trip or wedding in the Satélite area Scala Magna will be our only choice.

I truly enjoyed my two night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. Especially the restaurant facility and stuff were outstanding. We had dinner and two breakfasts here and absolutely loved the service and quality of food, I will definitely stay here again.!

The hotel is in Roma and is very convenient to restaurants that were walkable. The lobby is clean and attractive. The restaurant was convenient and the (free) breakfast was tasty and the menu had many choices. The spa in the hotel was a surprise as was the massage that came with our stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends/family.

Liked: Comfortable mattress, quiet, safe, great location, helpful and friendly service staff, great room toiletries and water in room every day included, and amazing breakfast! Disliked: Lighting in room is terrible, no lighted makeup mirror, unsupportive pillows, limited rooms with king size beds or 2 queen beds, and not enough towels provided for rooms with 2 occupants

Overall, great hotel and we will stay at the Brick again. Staff were attentive and nice. Property was clean & rooms were well maintained. Two flags to watch out for: Lower level rooms (Superior Room is what we booked) do not have windows & are inward facing which is just brutal and the room description does not specify this. Our room rate included breakfast but they tried to serve us a continental breakfast which we pushed back on and got a full a la carte breakfast for our stay.

Chic hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. Beautiful, modern hotel with a great spa and lively restaurant/bar. The rooms are well appointed and clean. Great service at the on-site spa. Busy restaurant and rooftop bar (especially on the weekend).

I stayed in a mixed-gender box bed room, with 8 box beds. The closing and locking doors on all the box beds was very much like a capsule hotel. I liked the small closet for clothes and bags in each box, and the safe, which was large enough to fit my Macbook, though i didnt feel the need to use it. The hostel seems quite newly remodeled. The bathrooms, rooms, and community spaces were quite clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, some spoke english, some did not, but it was not a problem for me, even though my spanish is not good. i felt comfortable walking around by myself (solo woman) to nearby landmarks, stores, restaurants. I was working while staying 5 nights, and never had a problem with the wifi. The work area is also quiet, clean, comfortable. The Whatsapp group makes it very easy to meet other travelers and join hostel events(i enjoyed the Lucha Libre event). They also arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport, which was greatly appreciated; the airport taxi/uber area is quite hectic at the airport. (Note that they will request you download Whatsap, but Hotels.com eliminates this in the mesage, idk why) My only complaint was the noise in the rooms: the road noise at night is loud, the speaker shop next door is very loud (though they generally dont play music late at night or early). I slept with headphones in and white noise playing, otherwise i dont think i wouldve been able to sleep. Otherwise, a very nice place, a very enjoyable stay.

First time to Mexico and as a solo female I was apprehensive. I can't tell you how pleased I was to turn a corner at almost 10pm after navigating the Linea 4 buses from the airport and to stumble into this well-lit, modern, tidy and clean hostel! Booked a single room which was comfy and just enough space for me. A bit cold and could hear comings and goings at Reception but if this stuff doesn't bother you then it's fine. Shared toilets had more than enough cubicles and I don't know how they were always clean but they were. Bar on the 3rd floor is great and liked the free breakfast. Fruit, yoghurt, toast, coffee and chiquiles if you want. Good location in Centro for daytime sightseeing but be aware at night, the surrounding streets are dark and quiet. Staff were fantastic. Would stay again.

One of our favourite hostels in 9 months of travelling! The decor is really nice and the bedrooms are comfortable. The shared toilets and showers were really clean, modern, and quiet. The breakfast was amazing - fruit, yoghurt, cereal & chilaquiles. There was a roof garden with comfortable seats and hammocks. The hostel was close to the main square in a busy central area.

The Hostel was a great value, clean, comfortable and great location close to most of the tourist attractions. I have booked a shared room with 8 box type beds, I was lucky to have silent roommates. They provide one towel, a bed sheet to cover and a thin blanket. The bathroom was clean, with multiple toilets and showers (each with shampoo and shower gel). The hostel has a nice modern interior decoration. Each box type bed has space for your luggage, some hangers, shelves and a small safe. You can lock the box bed with a key and use a swipe card to open the room. The reception team was friendly and helpful. They can store your luggage. The hostel has walking tours every day and also offers organised tours, yoga on the rooftop and in house events like karaoke and game night. The hostel is a great place to make some friends. I would recommend this hostel and I would be happy to return.

A really good and very clean hostel in downtown (Centro Historico) Mexico city. A well-organized personal cube that has a small wardrobe with 2 hangers (my carry-n suitcase fit there perfectly!), 2 USB sockets and one regular socket, 2 shelves for personal items and even a safe. A good mattress, pillow, and blanket. Nice big towel. The cube could be locked with a key. The room is also locked with a card. The breakfasts were served on time and were really good (some fruits, chiliquiles, yogurt, granola, coffee, orange juice, toasts). Having a breakfast on the patio upstairs was really enjoyable. The bathroom for men and women were separate, and the showers were nice and clean. Hot water, even had shampoo and shower gel there. The bathrooms are also equipped with hair dryers. There usually are parties and activies on a patio/roof every evening, so be prepared for noise. The hostel is also located on the main street, so it can be noisy during the day, too. Their WhatsApp group is beyond anything. Overall, I would stay again.

Our stay at Mason Papilio was amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the room was really nice. It has a fire place, large jacuzzi tub and rainfall shower with a very nice his and hers sink. The service provided was excellent and Martin was very attentive to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Mansion Papilio last night, and were blown away. After seeing the pictures on Airbnb, we had no idea how the mansion could POSSIBLY be real, but somehow it completely exceeded our expectations. Our host, Martin—as well as all other staff—were friendly and helpful. Our suite included a stunning jacuzzi and rain shower, as well as an indoor pool complete with color-changing lights. Our bed was large (I believe it was a King) and comfortable, and there was plenty of room to store luggage. The breakfast, which was included, was fresh and delicious. Mexican coffee, fresh papaya, and green chilaquiles made for an excellent meal to kick off our first full day in Mexico City. We can not recommend this stay enough, and we hope to be back in the future!

The mansion is much more than a place to stay for exploring Coyoacan. This is a beautifully restored and well maintained property, retaining a wealth of period features. The private grounds at the front and rear of the mansion are also very well maintained. I loved seeing the peacocks and peahens, which freely roam around the gardens. Beni was very welcoming and helpful through my stay. Beni is also an exceptionally talented musician and plays the guitar during breakfast. I stayed longer at breakfast each morning just so that I could enjoy the music. Anastacio was also very attentive during breakfast service, nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping also do an excellent job of ensuring my room and the mansion were spotless. Staying at the mansion made my visit to Coyoacan even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay extra special!

Mansion Papilio is so much more than just a convenient place to stay for visiting Coyoacan. The mansion has been beautifully restored, the attention to detail is exquisite. I felt like I was staying in someone’s home. It’s very private and secure. The grounds at the front and the back of the mansion are fabulous too. Everywhere is beautifully maintained. I loved seeing the resident Peaocks and Peahens, which freely roam around the gardens. I received a lovely warm welcome from Beni, who was helpful throughout my stay. Beni also plays the guitar (classical and contemporary) during breakfast. This was such a treat, he is an exceptionally talented musician. I stayed longer at breakfast just to enjoy the music each morning. Anastacio is also great, he was very attentive and provided very high standards of service during breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Housekeeping do an excellent job too, ensuring everywhere is spotless. I loved my visit to Coyoacan and staying at the mansion made it even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay extra special!

We stayed two nights on this beautiful property and enjoyed it thoroughly. The atmosphere is romantic and relaxed with great attention to detail, and we felt like royalty from another century. The staff wear uniforms that match the antique art and furniture, and they welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine at check-in. They were friendly and attentive and did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast is served in the beautiful garden, next to a pond, on a table with a long, white tablecloth and exclusive china and silverware. There are four peacocks walking around the garden, along with a cat and a dog wearing pearl necklaces (!) Even though the mansion is old, our rooms seemed recently remodeled with modern amenities. The bathroom was gorgeous, but be advised that to get hot water you must turn the knob to C (as in many other Mexican hotels, since “hot” in Spanish is “caliente”) and wait a minute or so. Bathroom products and drinking water is provided in the room. WiFi is free and works really well in the garden and common areas. The one in our suite was less stable. It’s useful to keep the hotel phone number at hand when you arrive, as the gate is locked. We tried ringing the doorbell for a while, but got no response until we called them.

The area is full of greenery and colorful houses, very vivid yet peaceful. There are two cutest and playful dogs in the yard. Most of the landmarks of Coyoacan are on a walking distance. It is also a good place for connecting with other travellers. It is not a fancy place and not for spoiled tourists, but a place for those who appreciate modest staying with the value of a real human connection.

The hotel was really clean and easy to find . Staff was always available and helpful . The rooms echo a bit but are relatively quiet . The hot water didn’t always work but when it did it was nice and hot . Great stay for a great price ! There was always food available within a block of the property . Felt really safe to walk around the neighborhood as well .

This is the second time I have stayed here. Hotel is excellent safe and clean with exceptional staff. The local area is very safe and theres plenty of little shops and markets to search through, it's a little gem of a hotel which I only accidentally came across but it's now my 1st choice of stay,

I liked everything about the hotel. Nice area around with lots of cafes and good proximity to the center (though you still have to walk for quite some time to the metro). Felt safe enough. The hotel itself is rather modern and clean, no complaints

Felix was amazing. Helped us out SO much when our son was poorly. Contacted pharmacists for us, got us medicine. He was wonderful, I don't know what we'd have done without him. The room service was good and quick. The bed was MASSIVE and comfortable. Would have been good to have more TV options and a fridge, but we coped. Really great location for exploring the Coyoacan area, also very quick on the tube to get into the city centre. We're just waiting on our final bill inc room service as we need to make an insurance claim based on the fact our soon was using the hotel to recover from illness.

Location for me was good. The rooms are quite spacious and there is not so much noise inside the hotel. Staff was very friendly and always willing to help

The cleaning in the room was nice, the kindness of the personnel, the food service was good. It’s well located and the prize is fair!

Great value. Liked the size of the room and location. And jacuzzi was exceptionally useful after long walks in the city to relax muscles, etc. They clean rooms every day, provide a lot of towels, bottles of water, shampoo, etc. Location and area are also very convenient.

For ultimate pleasure and comfort, go for the master suite with the jacuzzi. It's a huge room, lots of amenities including a small balcomy. And it's only a little more cost than the lesser rooms.

The room, building, restaurant and courtyard are beautiful! This is a historic site, and you can read about it here: https://mexicocity.cdmx.gob.mx/venues/casa-de-los-camilos/ It was so rustic and quaint, yet had very comfortable and modern amenities. The courtyard is gated, so it feels very private and secure when you relax outside in the evening. Our room had a separate kitchenette with a bistro table. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is fantastic, and they usually had live musicians. There is a lovely park across the street, and it is a short walk to the Coyoacan center and market, which we LOVED! So many amazing restaurants and shops and street vendors. I will absolutely stay here again!

The suites were quite unique and very spacious as was the bathroom. The kitchen area was perfect for when you didn't want to go out to dinner but with the restaurant right there and good food and service, we didn't want to do any cooking for ourselves. The room was clean and well organized with both a closet and dresser. I also liked that the restaurant was right there as well as a fun pizza place and it was a short walk to the busier area of Coyoacan. The area was quiet with a beautiful park across the the street. The property was extremely accommodating as we ended up with a very late arrival and the security person stayed to ensure we arrived and got settled in. Overall it was a fantastic stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend this property.

It is pet friendly and I have stayed here twice because it is very comfortable, the staff is always very friendly and ready to help, I love the location and the restaurant El Convento has great food! It is definitely among my top places to stay before or after a long flight instead of staying at the airport! The shower and the bed are super comfy too!

We stayed here for 2 nights over New Year’s Eve. We loved staying here, it was comfortable and the rustic attention to detail is excellent. The location of Los Camilos is about a 7 minute walk to the centre square and there are a number of restaurants along the way. It is conveniently located to all the attractions of Coyoacán without being right in the Zócalo. We never met the host but communicated via the message function in Booking.com. We had an eSIM so this was possible for us, but if you didn’t have reception or relied on Wifi it may be a problem for you. It appeared that the restaurant staff were the ones to let us up into our room and they were lovely and accomodating. Rustic charm and attention to detail was appealing and we would recommend Los Camilos to other travellers.
