The room had a jacuzzi but the water kept get drained … we ask to get fixed but it was still not working right.

The main reason I chose this place was the jacuzzi, and I was able to enjoy it fully.

The hotel was generally nice and in nice condition. The price was great for the the condition of the property. It had nice tile and the blue lighting seemed exotic and appealing, there were large tropical plants and large mirrors in the halls. Though the halls were a little bit dark the blue lights had a certain sex appeal. The hotel did seem a little bit noisy at times, but we did sleep well, as it was very dark from the lack of windows. The hotel staff didn't seem overly friendly but the service was fine. The rooms were clean, but they seemed to lack a few comforts. A soft recliner, a table, a rug on the tiled floor, and windows in the rooms, for example. The rooms are very spacious, and the art was nice and authentic, the showers had lights in the heads which was a unique touch. The restaurant food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The neighborhood wasn't the best, but not bad for a big city. I'd give it a 7 out of 10, and I would stay there again. My wife was happy with everything, which is important, but it's probably not the best environment for kids.

Free breakfast, location, incredible stuff, cleanliness. Jacuzzi and swimming pool had warm water. The swimming pool is easy to access. You can walk to Arena Monterrey if you are going to a concert. Parque Fundidora is within walking distance from the hotel.

As a traveler, it was a welcome surprise to find a hotel that is clean, the staff is helpful and polite, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good, they have a nice variety (eggs, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruit, etc) that you get to enjoy with a nice view of El Serró de la Silla. I chose this place because of its proximity with the bus station (Fierro/ Y Griega). Note: the lobby is not on the ground floor, you take an elevator up to the lobby to check in. That was the only confusing part, but don’t let that keep you from this conveniently located, comfortable hotel.

The location is perfect to walk to the Parque Fundidora. It was basically only a 10 minute walk to the park and there are lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins drive. The room is clean and comfortable. The only thing is some staff doesn't speak English so there were no communications when i went downstairs to have daily breakfast. I felt a little left out since the servers didn't speak English so they never came by our table and always avoiding our family while they were extra friendly with other parties that spoke Spanish.

It was the perfect location for what I needed. It is directly in front of The Arena Monterrey where I was attending an event at. There is a very good restaurant connected to the hotel. Rooms were nice & clean. All of the staff were so kind and very helpful. They also have extra security by needing to scan room card in elevator in order to use it.

Excellent location walking distance to fundidora park and expo center cintermex. It is a new and comfortable hotel with good services and friendly staff. The WiFi is good, the breakfast has variety for a business hotel. It is good for business travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The bed and room are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Internet is pretty good. My first day, the WiFi was so fast, I could stream videos in HD. The following days, there were more people at the hotel, and WiFi was a lot slower. But it was still better than all the nearby hotels where my friends stayed. The location is also great. You are right next to Parque Fundidora, and you can walk to downtown along the river walkway. The hotel will be a lot better in about a year (2024 and beyond). They are still finishing construction on the above ground walkways, lower office buildings, and nearby mall. It looks like a bunch of nice restaurants will be locating their soon. When I stayed, there was just a food court with 2-3 vendors.

Check in was super quick, the personnel is friendly and rooms are neat. The view to fundidora park is amazing, you can go there walking. The breakfast is delicious with many options to choose from. El check in fue muy rápido, el personal súper amable. Los cuartos muy limpios. La vista al parque fundidora es muy linda, y puedes ir caminando al parque. El desayuno esta muy rico y tiene mucha variedad.

The hotel was convenient to downtown MTY with walkiang distance to Fundidora park just crossing the bridge over to Cintermex. We are very pleased with our stay. Staff was very friendly, the free breakfast offered met our expectations and the free parking and wifi very convenient for us traveling with a 5 year old.

Everything was great! Clean and breakfast was delicious. Walkable distance to the park and paseo santa lucia. Family friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

Location wise is perfect, the hotel is quite comfortable and the facilities are great, to remark the staff they are always greeting their guest and smiling. I missplaced my airpods and they were very efficient on helping me locating this device. Restaurant's service is amazing, the food is very good and their view from the restaurant's terrace is unbeatable. Loved this hotel and I am coming back.

Not easy to get in - I hadn't understood the hotel is part of n office & entertainment complex, but once I reached reception all was well and the very helpful staff gave me good instructions to find the car park. Room was large, well furnished, stylish in a vey modern way and comfortable with an excellent bed & bedding. Blackout was good as was the shower (though the hot water wasn't much more than warm on the second morning). Wi-fi was fast and reliable, everything one needs... One thing to note for those who are bothered (I'm not): the hotel description says there is a minibar; there isn't - it's just an empty fridge. As noted by other reviewers, breakfast is quite dear, but there's a reasonable selection of decent quality food & drink.

The place is nice and although located inside a business center is remarkably quiet. Rooms are clean and very spacious and the restaurant is pricey but goody. I know that Monterrey can get extremely hot, but having a better A/C inside the restaurant will be a nice touch. Same thing with the gym, located at the top of the 18-floor building and receiving the morning sun in full it gets extremely hot for exercising (32 centigrades at 8 AM!!) and can be dangerous for people not used to these extreme temperatures. other than that it was an enjoyable experience.

This is a lovely hotel, very close to the centre. Staff are helpful and welcoming and the rooms very clean and very comfortable with lots of space. Two double beds not needed but as a UK guest maybe that’s a Mexican thing. The bathroom was clean and I liked all the facilities. Great view over the enormous mountain which disappears with the daylight conditions.

The property was exactly as it appeared in the photos. The staff was friendly and accommodating being we don't speak Spanish. We dined at the restaurant, frequented the bar, used room service, and the spa. All were excellent! The concierge was amazing, walking us through the adjacent mall area to see restaurant options, and assisting us with booking an excursion.

Wow, this hotel is perfect. We got the Mountain View room and the view was a 90 degree angle. The whole corner view is viewable. Watch the sunrise to sunset in bed is a must. The restaurant is delicious, the room service is great, the drinks are yummy. Everything was GREAT!

When I entered the property I was greeted by the chef and the staff behind the desk. The chef was so friendly and even walked me up to my room while informing me of the breakfast options I would have in the morning. The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and the shower worked nicely. In the morning the chef greeted me when I got downstairs and prepared a wonderful breakfast for me! I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I always stay here they are quiet and clean and comfortable plus they have an airport shuttle so that’s always a plus. The breakfast is amazing. I have used the restaurant as well and it was excellent as well.

I loved my stay here! The rooms were spacious and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect. I really enjoyed the beautiful views and the clean, well-maintained pool. It was peaceful and quiet—just what I was looking for. I definitely recommend this place and will absolutely be staying here again!

I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room. It smelled and looked clean! From the towels to the bed sheets, the bathroom was sparkling and showers were clean. This is exactly what I wanted after reading the reviews for other hotels. Luisa the housekeeper was super sweet. She got me out of a bind the day of my event and helped pin my daughters shirt because it fit her too big. She went above and beyond! There were fresh towels everyday. The staff was professional and welcoming. The location was close to everything- just be sure to google map it. There are lots of places to eat close by, I didn't eat at the hotel but, the food smelled delicious! Also felt very safe... You can not access other floors of the hotel. Your floor, the pool and the lobby only. You also need a key card to access your floor. Lots of cameras. That made me feel safe too. Wifi connection was also good.

The property is relatively clean. For the most part, the staff was polite. However, the prepaid breakfast buffet seems to be a seat myself and serve yourself buffet with unknown exclusions. I used the buffet before my wife and left to get her to eat. I returned and had another coffee and pastry to be charged again. This was not written in the rules or guidelines for the buffet. There should have been a warning before demanding I pay again, even though I prepaid for the breakfast. Also, I did not use the last day's breakfast, which was paid for. This is not how you treat paying customers.

I came for a soccer game and enjoyed the hotel. My stay was very nice. I enjoyed the vibe of the hotel and the staff was very reliable and helpful. I’ve never ordered room service and enjoy it. The service was great and the food was delicious. The view was great and enjoyed the shower. There was a great view. Some cosmetics details, however I saw they were remolding and like the new update they were doing the room overall was clean the atmosphere was quiet and enjoyable. The location is close to shops and anything you might need. From trinkets, name brands to local shops and great street food.

Four Points Linda Vista is located on the main road to the airport, which is about 20 minutes away. I cannot remember the hotel offering a courtesy shuttle, but I can be wrong. Taxi service; however, is readily available. Within walking distance, you will find a WalMart and a number of other shops, various restaurants, the Sierra Madre Brewing Company as well as some bars just across the road for nocturnal activities. There also is Multiplaza shopping centre with a cinema nearby. The hotel offers free parking and wifi, a good breakfast buffet with fresh items cooked to order, a reasonably well-equipped fitness suite and indoor pool just across the breakfast room and also free coffee and computer terminals to use in the lobby. For using the elevator, you will need your keycard. The rooms (I had a king size bedroom with a view to the car park) have a good size, are comfortable and have a coffee maker/ tea kettle, a mini bar and a flat screen TV. I found the bed very comfortable, the rooms were cleaned made up nicely every day. I felt that the general state of the bathroom could use an update though. I agree with one of the previous posters that Four Points Linda Vista is a bit on the expensive side, considering deals on other, even nicer hotels you are able to get in Monterrey. However, for my visits to Monterrey, Four Points Linda Vista is located very conveniently, it is safe, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book here again.

The property is in an ideal location for what we needed. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and quite clean; I personally enjoyed the feather pillows for sleeping. The only thing that was lacking was the breakfast/breakfast service. You have to order off of a menu and the menu was ok-it just took a while to get our orders. The staff was not very attentive and the second day we were in a hurry as we needed to get the airport and my order came out wrong. My husband finished his breakfast and was waiting on me. When the order finally came out, the eggs were right, but part of the breakfast that was supposed to be on the plate was missing. We had to asked several times just to get a straw and some napkins and coffee. I will say that the food was served hot and wasn't bad-but we were counting on a hearty breakfast and felt a bit let down.

The hotel is a great place to stay when you are visiting the industrial area. The people really make you feel at home with great smiles and making sure you are not disturbed when you are relaxing, but helping you to have the best experience possible. The only problem I had during my 10 days visit was a bit of music noise coming from the Walmart shopping center close by, but I believe this to be because of a celebration and is not every week. You got 4 good restaurants right besides the hotel and the shuttle could take you anywhere you ask them, (but you must reserve first). The pool was inside and nice, the restaurant's breakfast was included and amazing. Internet was a little sloppy but Ok.

It's in a good location for any business trip, and there are several useful places close by, including a nice restaurant and a 24-hour-open Walmart. What I like the most, is the silence in the rooms. I don't know if they have them sound-proofed, but I was able to sleep away without interruptions, despite being close by to a very busy avenue. I've been using this hotel for all my business trips to Monterrey, and it's a very good option for the price. The indoor pool is very small, but quite convenient for a quick soak. One bit of advise: the restaurant fills up kinda quickly, so be sure you have enough time to enjoy your breakfast.

I chose this hotel while processing my visa in Monterrey and found it very convenient due to its proximity to the mall, the embassy and downtown (and hospital if you had an emergency). Traffic could be bad going back to the hotel ONLY if your driver doesn't know the right way, which is to go straight instead of turning right at that junction (ave san jeronimo i think). 1 out of 5 ubers we rode turned right...and it was a loong wait indeed. Our room was clean and quiet, the beds soft, the internet fast and we had a safe and ref inside the room. The breakfast had good variety - and the omelette was superb. Patricia in the front desk was very helpful, and even provided help when I forgot something after I've already checked out. The area was very safe, and we walked freely even during the night. I didn't get a chance to go to the gym nor the pool. Overall a relaxing stay.

We stayed 5 days. Excellent service from front desk check in, room keys, amenity explanation, COVID measures. Excellent service from breakfast service every day. Maid service was very accommodating. Front desk also helped with local restaurants and parking validation for visitors and Uber.Room was in excellent condition. No problems to adjust to. We had a suite with 2 desk areas. Lots of drawers, hooks to hang items and a good closet. Couch had fold out bed, which we did not use. Because of COVID some items were not in room, like coffee and hair dryer ... but front desk and maid service were quick to explain and provide. A great experience. Location was central to what we needed, very convenient. Best restaurant was Sierra madre next door to hotel. Next best was Botanero Maritas. No restaurant in hotel. Pool was closed because of COVID.

We had an excelllent stay. Our booking included a la cart breakfast and convenient parking in a great location. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. The room was spacious, modern and clean. There was much water pressure in the shower and sink (water can be an issue in certain parts of Monterrey). All in all, great place to stay.

If you are going to visit Monterrey, this is a PERFECT place to stay. My first visit was to visit the American Embassy to renew my passport. I arrived at the hotel early, without a lot of questions, they gave me my room key. Some hotels don’t or won’t allow you to check in until 3 PM. As I was speaking to the young lady about my request for the top floor, she noticed my accent and offered to speak English. Later, I found a lot of people working there, spoke English. The room was great, clean, well appointed, a view of the mountains and the shopping mall across the street. It was also very quiet, which helps because I’m a light sleeper. Below, in the same complex were a few restaurants, a specialty hamburger place called Holy Cow, a Buffalo Wild Wings, a salad place and a steak house. In the mall, there’s a PF Chaings with odd hours, a Shake Shack and a few others. The hotel arranged a taxi for my trip to the Embassy the next day. The driver, kind and courteous. If all hotels were this accommodating, why would you stay home? This is one of the BEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in, regardless of price. One last note, I briefly spoke to Hugo, the general manager, it proved my thoughts, the hotel and employees are a direct reflection of the management. Thank You Hugo. Great Job, Well done!

Lots of closet space. The bed comfort is perfect, plenty of pillows to pick from. The staff is also top notch, very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was so clean. I am very happy with my stay and would definitely go back to this hotel. Rating based on a 4 nights stay in Deluxe King. The reception area is weird when you walk in. Everything is empty. It's not that I don't like it, it is just different.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view to the mountains, a big and comfortable bed. Room service every day, two small bottles of water provided daily. Shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner and body lotion replenished regularly. The air conditioning was working well. The location fully fit to my business needs. There is a direct entrance to the shopping centre, which is very comfortable. The breakfast was good, a big variety of warm meals (that I would rather consider lunch), fruits, sweet things. I only missed unsweetened natural yoghurt.

This hotel has done a great job recruiting staff, always excellent service since the minute you arrive. Hilario, Sergio , Paulo, Alfonso always very attentive take time to greet you and are very attentive to my needs and go above and beyond to help all guest. Jaime from restaurant also went out of his way to make sure we had an enjoyable breakfast. The reason I continue returning to this hotel is the excellent service from the people I mentioned above. In particular Hilario.Thank you again for making my stay a good one again !

The breakfast was spectacular: a lot of choices for each taste. Lots of bakery items, fruits, egg options, cereals, yogurts etc. Excellent in all aspects. The room is so spacious, a real luxury. Lots of closet space. The bed comfort is perfect, plenty of pillows to pick from. Everything is so clean. Rating based on a 4 nights stay.

Need more people working at the front desk to cut down on wait time checking in. Internet is tricky to connect to. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious with great walk-in rainfall shower. Breakfast was excellent - huge food selection.

The room was very nice, comfortable bed, snd nice big TV. Extra large shower. The breakfast was okay, but they need to serve better coffee and provide real cream instead of powdered creamer in a Styrofoam cup. The staff were professional and helpful. We enjoyed our stay, and the parking was good. I didn't care much for the location, but everything else was good.

I really liked the bathroom. the mirror lit up from the sides. The shower was amazing! the shower head was straight on top of you and you could also sit because it had a bench. I liked the table that was put to eat. The breakfast service was actually really fast compared to the other reviews I saw. We ordered breakfast and in less than 15 minutes they brought it up to the room. The lady who brought the food up was very sweet. The TV was also very big. There was also an area were you could hang clothes if you needed to.

The food was pretty good in taste and value! The service was also friendly and consistent. It was different having it delivered through a cabinet in the wall but it made for simple and clean disposal of plates, etc. once I was finished eating. The WiFi was fast and consistent, and the interior of the room matched all the pictures. The shower was HUGE, clean, and warm. The bath products are just ok, they got the job done. I appreciated the courtesy water bottles.

My husband and I came to spend the weekend in Monterrey and we stayed here after checking out from the Safi Towers because people were rude there. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are very modern and spacious, and the view is to die for (we stayed on the 14th floor). The beds are amazing along with the pillows. The only issue was some guy that I guess is the door attendant-he had an issue in that I brought my road bike into the hotel. I walked it-didn't ride it in. I have to admit he was somewhat rude-but so far he is the only negative at this hotel. My husband and I will be back and I will bring my road bike AGAIN.

First of all, the location could not be beat. It is right off the Macroplaza and not far from Barrio Antiguo, so there are a ton of museums and restaurants within walking distance My room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. The floor attendant, Yolanda, was kind and kept the room spotless. The folks at the front desk were beyond patient and attentive to my needs. The café in the lobby, Panem, had delicious pastries and a great terrace with a bit of a view. All in all, a fantastic stay!

No complains about it the evening was cool and I did enjoy the walk 😁

Been coming here for 25 YEARS! The thing that I love about this place is their buffet for breakfast & lunch. Fresh fruit, fresh salad bar, fresh juices and fresh lemonade. It makes a HUGE difference when you have access to variety. The staff is always nice. The place has many sofas & chairs in the lobby so I can receive my family and chat comfortably there. The beds are comfortable & they provide water bottles too! <3 We went for the Christmas dinner and that was such a fun event & experience. Now that I have a daughter I brought her to see Santa Clause, a balloon drop & he also gave handed her the Christmas present. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Monterrey along with another couple and a friend for the Monterrey 70.3 Triathlon competition. The year before we stayed at a different hotel there, and all of us felt this was a superior hotel experience - except for race morning as noted below. Four very fast elevators, decent room accommodations, very friendly and helpful staff (although very little english is spoken there - but enough). Excellent breakfast buffet, with omelettes, and other fresh items available. The hotel is a little dated, but still very nice at the same time (not a 5-star luxury hotel but that was fine with us). If management reads this, as a host hotel for triathletes, a race-day continental breakfast out by 3:30 am in the morning would have been appreciated, as most host hotels provide (as did the Krystal last year). With a race start at 6:00 am and transition opening at 4:45 or so, racers and support team are forced to find a real grocery store for race morning nutrition, and there are none close by. We took an Uber to H-E-B for that the night before.

This hotel has the best staff. They are very helpful and amicable. Breakfast is delicious so many options for me and my kids. The pool and the Gym made our day after walking for hours in downtown where this hotel is located. Monterrey is a pretty busy city, so staying here was a great idea since we could walk to a lot of fun places like Paseo Santa Lucia.

Our experience didn't start on the right track. We understand that normal check in for the hotel is 3pm. We had travel overnight and with some great difficulty, not to the hotels fault. But, when we got to the hotel at 1:15pm we asked if our room might be ready. The front desk told us that it was not. We informed them that we would wait in the sitting area just outside the door. After waiting for an hour and a half. We asked one more time if by any chance we can access our room. She said "oh yes, it has been ready" I guess they decided not to tell us. The other weird experience we had was the coffee shop in the first floor. My wife got a coffee in the mornings and every day for the five mornings that we purchased the coffee the price was different, but the order wasn't. On the other hand our cleaning lady was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and they seem to take precautions and restrictions towards covid19 virus. Which we appreciated

The restaurant is very good and all the staff is amazing! The location was convenient for our family trip, but it's located next to a bus station and its very busy with a lot of people waiting for their bus oustide the hotel.

Can’t beat the location to attend events at Cintermex Convention Center. Also near Arena Monterrey and one of the entrances to Parque Fundidora. The lobby is nice, but lacks amenities, would be great if they offered coffee in the mornings. During the afternoon they do offer water but they put out very few glasses. Staff is attentive, I had a late flight when arriving, so I called to let them know, they said not to worry. Easy check in and out. The rooms are comfy, air conditioning worked well but a bit noisy. Beds were clean, but floors and the bathroom could have been cleaned better. There’s a restaurant in site, but did not try it. A few other options around, and also 7/11 around the corner. All in all, a good stay.

I will stay here again, great service and is so convenient for so many activities. I stayed a Saturday night for a concert at Arena Monterrey and was so convenient that we walked, we feel safe all the time. All personnel were so polite and helpful all the time..

They were very clean and attentive to my needs and restrictions. The selection of food was really good. Juan make and amazing omelet too.

The breakfast was delicious and the service was amazing! Gustavo and Angel were thoughtful and attentive and so kind. There were plenty of options for food and the green juice was amazing. Angel and gustavo chatted with us and made us very comfortable and full! Breakfast with them was a true highlight of our stay! The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms are nice. A couple extra towels would be nice.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night in August 2021 while in town for a wedding. The room was modern and clean, the service was excellent and, unlike some other hotels during the pandemic, they offered a full breakfast buffet. The only negative is the hotel's failure to fully utilize an excellent patio with beautiful views of the mountains surrounding the city. As it stands now, there are only a few tables and chairs out there. Seems like a great place for an outdoor bar or even a restaurant.

The hotel was clean and it was convenient to have access to the shopping center thru the elevator and just a few.steps to get into the shopping center. The only problem we had was that one of the days, there was no hot water and they couldn't tell us how long it would take to get it fixed. We ended up taking a cold shower. When we came back to the hotel at the end of the day (Around 9pm), i asked about the hot water issue and was informed that the water heaters were already working and heating up the water. We got to our room and the hot water was not clean. After a long while, the hot water was hot and seemed clean. As for the add-on breakfast, it was worth it for us. They had fresh seasonal cut up fruit, cheeses, breads, 4 different types of milk, 5 types of juice, cereal, small pancakes, scramble eggs, refried beans, several sauces, along other items. Great variety of foods to choose from. They were changing a few items on the daily basis and you can ask for eggs your way. The only thing I missed was tortillas. Other then that, it was pretty good.

The pool was nice. Breakfast staff were amazing. They refilled items pretty quickly. The location was perfect. It was in the middle of all the paces we visited during our stay. The neighborhood was safe in my opinion.

Room was very clean, a very family environment. Receptionist were very helpful with check in. Their breakfast was very good only problem was service was very slow in refilling food and line was long due to the long wait. Other than that I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

The rooms and the lobby and restaurant are showing some signs of age, but all in all I would recommend this hotel for visits to Monterrey. The Antaris is close to good restaurants and is in one of the best neighborhoods of the city. The surroundings were clean and we felt safe there.

My stay at the Radisson San Jeronimo Monterrey, was exceptional! The hotel was immaculate clean, the location was conveniently near to all major attractions, restaurant and businesses in the area. The staff was very friendly and accomodating and the food selection excellent! I also enjoyed the rooftop bar/pool area that offers wonderful views of the city and the mountains!

The staff is great, friendly, cordial, helpful. The food is great as well. Our room was not large but beds were comfortable, room was quiet. You need at least two keys to the room as one of the keys needs to be inserted in the room for power, otherwise the ac doesnt work while you are out and the rooms get hot during the day. Pool is great with great views of the mointains.

I stayed at Radisson Hotel Monterrey SJ from 4/9 to 4/10. I arrived, was promptly greeted and my room was ready immediately. Views! The rooftop pool has the best in panoramic view of Monterrey. The bar service was great. The barkeep Mr. Fernando was courteous and attentive and went out of his way to prepare a few off-menu drinks which were great. Above and beyond service! After my stay, I checked out and accidentally dropped some cash on my way out. Señorita Laura, the staff lead, noticed my cash on the floor and reported the loss. I received a call that same day notifying me of the incident. I value the honesty of the staff and give my thanks to Laura, and Señorita Isabel for making me a Radisson customer for life! Thank you!

Very nice hotel, in the United States a motor inn or motel. Very, very clean. Extremely friendly staff from front office to housekeeping to wait staff. Only issue is location. The hotel is located outside of the central area, in an industrial zone. However, it is very, very quiet here. So in conclusion, if you are looking for a less expensive option, Comfort Inn Grand Viator is for you. Just take a taxi wherever you want to go. Taxis are very affordable in Monterrey

However the staff, facilities and bar and restaurant are excellent. The eggs at breakfast deserve a special mention, superb! The minibus to and from the airport is a great feature also.

Properry was very clean and quite, the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only issue was no.place to sit outside and enjoy the weather with a cup of coffee.

Staff was friendly. 3 downfalls are elevator #1 was malfunctioning and we got stuck on floor #8. The appearance of the carpets on main hall floors exiting the elevator appeared extremely dirty. And finally there was a frightening False Fire alarm on our last day before checkout.

The staff of the Hotel are absolutely AMAZING..! Super friendly and wonderful and kind..! My very first time in Monterrey, due to my flight being cancelled and decided to stay couple of nights and explore this enormous city..! From the front desk to concierge, housekeeping, etc… everyone were so amazing to me..! I’m so glad I stayed in this hotel and not in the San Pedro area which’s beyond messy as I come from a huge city like Houston and needed a stunning view of the mountains and peace and quiet as well..! Kudos to all..! Gracias..!

Our stay was great. The room was clean and we had a gorgeous view of the city and of the Cerro de la Silla. Breakfast was great but the restaurant was extremely busy it being Sunday morning and they were clearly understaffed. There were long queues for everything in the buffet and they only had one lady cooking the quesadillas , eggs and pancakes for everyone so it took a very long time to be served. They had absolutely nothing when it came to pan dulce (scones, etc). When I asked the waitress she said they may take it out later but they never did.

Very friendly staff,with answers to any questions i had in regards of places to see.A waiter in the restaurant stood out the most,Elias was super took a bit of his time to make us super comfortable.We are very pleased with the service and definitely stay there while in Monterrey.

Is safe and convenient due to the fact that it is walkable and close to Arena Monterrey, there is an access door to Parque Fundidora, and you can get to Paseo Santa Lucia from there.

I give MS Milenium Monterrey, Curio Collection, ONE BILLION STARS. The hotel staff, front desk and restaurant, were professional, experienced, knowledgeable, timely, available, pleasant and polite. This hotel is definitely my perfect "go-to" home-away-from-home. :) I especially want to acknowledge Andrea and Franco who were warm and inviting. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, and the thermostat worked properly. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! It was fresh and tasty. They had an excellent variety and you could choose a fresh made-to-order omelette with a nice selection of ingredients. Restaurant staff worked well as a team and always greet you with a friendly smile. Did not care about the happy hour snacks, they just didn't have a WOW factor. I would go there to get fruit, cookies, soda, and water. The other stuff, eh, not so much. The hotel location is surrounded by gracious mountains and there are a couple of nice shopping malls with nice restaurants within walking distance. Overall area is clean, safe and easy to get around by foot.

It was my second time visiting MS Milenium and like last time it was a pleasant stay. I arrived 2 hours early and asked if it was possible with an early check-in which they accommodated free of charge. Though it could've been my silver membership that granted me this possibility. The hotel staff are helpful and even helped us book taxis with special arrangements to go to see the area during the weekend while the taxis waited in the area for us. The lobby and restaurant are modern and well kept, but the rooms could use a fresh coat of paint. The breakfast was good with a large variety, it is one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had. The hotel is conveniently closely located near a shopping mall with lots of stores. There's also a lot of restaurants or food courts in and around the mall which serves excellent food.

The millennium is a luxury hotel with free parking and an indoor pool and one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and it is in one of the safest areas of the Monterrey metropolitan area. I loved the breakfast buffet!

This was my third time visiting the hotel and like the previous times it was a great experience. I tried a room on the 1st floor this time with a balcony, and I'll likely choose this room again as aircondition kept up nicely with the hot weather. The room also had a bathtub which the rooms on the 6th floor didn't have, but it's quite high to get into if your legs aren't great. I enjoyed it though. The staff was friendly as always and the shuttle drivers are very experienced in navigating the busy traffic. The hotel is right across the Plaza Fiesta San Agustín mall, which is likely to have everything your heart desires, so it's very convenient. The restaurants outside and around the mall serves some great food. Ubers can be a bit hard to catch during peak hours, so booking one ahead in the app is recommended for this location. I will likely continue to book this hotel for any upcoming stays in the area in the future.

Check in was really easy and fast; the staff is very kind, they always has a smile. The room is pretty clean and comfortable and the beds and pillows are really good too. My child loved the pool and there is a small bar with delicious drinks.

The room was good and comfortable, however, the air conditioner was not working properly. We stayed in room 329 and it took around 8 hours for the room to get a little fresh when we got there the air conditioner thermostat was at 61 F but the air was just verily fresh, my husband called the front desk and they instructed us to rise the temperature at 69 which we did, later on, somebody from maintenance came to our room to check on the a/c and change the temperature to 70 and said that because the room was too big the a/c would take longer to cool down the room and aid that if we lower to much the thermostat the unit could get frozen and the air can not circulate. We did as he said but the room never felt cool enough and we had a hard time to fall sleep at night. The next day we went out at 11 am and came back at 10 pm and found the a/c turned off, we were very upset because the room was very hot, the outside temperature was around 36 C, and housekeeping turned it off when they cleaned the room. It took again several hours for the room to cool down. Other than that we liked the hotel.

The hotel itself is very centrally located and pretty clean. The food in the restaurant "La Cuchara" is excellent! The hotel is an excellent choice over all.

I am a frequent business traveler to Monterrey, Mexico. I have stayed in several hotels in the area and I found this hotel better then the rest. Since mid-2006 I have now stayed in this hotel 5 times and has now made this my prefered hotel because their front lobby service is quite good, their shuttle service is reliable, and (important to me as I sometimes have to stay for 2 weeks at a time) they offer several English-speaking TV news channels (something lacking in most other hotels in the area.) High-speed Internet access is free and always available (just ask for a Ethernet cable at the front desk). Rooms and the general appearance inside the hotel are clean and staff has always been very helpful. Rooms are furnished with a safe (very handy.) The only complaints I have is their restaurant. Many mornings the breakfast is not ready or available at 6 AM (as advertised) or even at 6:30 AM. Although their food (dinner) is acceptable in preparation and taste, their menu is rather bland and need to be refreshed. (Note: When I was there in Jan 2007 I noticed that they are making a new effort to improve the service level in the restaurant. I hope it was not a flash in the pan.) There are several restaurants in the vicinity, but none in walking distance from the hotel. The hotel shuttle will, if not very busy, provide transport to and from the restaurants. Taxi's can easily be found too.

The 1st night I believe, the A/C went out. I woke up in the middle of the night and I was hot, but I thought it was just me and went back to sleep. Woke up about 7:30 am, and I was awake and coherent and thought "its really hot in here" So I got myself together, everyone else was still asleep, went downstairs to report it. They were very attentive to find a solution right away. I asked they wait for about an hour because everyone was still sleeping. Went back upstairs, got everyone up and going. We went downstairs for breakfast and since my aunt was staying with us, we have to pay for her breakfast; which was not a problem, but I thought we would at least be compensated with a free breakfast for her, or at least a discount. NO. The lady in the morning with the green eyes absolutely would not hear it. She said I should have reported it right away. She would not budge on authorizing compensation. We meant to speak with the hotel manager but did not have time and our schedules kept missing each other. That was the only thing that really upset me. I really liked that they offer a washer and dryer free of charge to use.That was really awesome. Breakfast is awesome. Just don't deal with the morning lady in the front. If you have an issue talk directly with the Manager. The night shift CS lady is absolutely a delight to deal with. She wears glasses and is super nice and attentive. If the answer was No, she at least offered a solution. We would stay again.

The jacuzzi was hot/warm this time. I love how comfortable the bed is. All the staff is very nice and pleasant.

The view was amazing and the location right above the shopping centers and restaurants is great. Amazing place to just go down and enjoy some party time at the bar and clubs and amazing for just walking around and enjoying the freshly made bread and amazing people.

The staff was great at check in. Very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in a plaza with several convenient stores, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the bar turns into club at night and the room noise was unbearable. The staff dis fortunately change us to another room which was quiet.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the hotel has a fitness center and a swimming pool. In addition, there is a shopping center nearby, and it's easy to get an Uber. Last, Kiley a receptionist is very helpful and friendly.

I had a very good experience here. Receprion was very pleasant, wifi on 3rd floor worked flawlwssly and lots of hot water. The neighborhood is a bit old but i didnt feel unsafe. Just a few blocks walk to the older part of the centre. The hotel is a bit dated but had modern elevator and updated cardlocks on the doors. A bit fiem bed but for.the price and location, a good stay foe me. I had to check out 2 days early and they refunded my money. Very good experience! Thank you!

I stayed first time at City Plus on a business trip. I normally stay at chain hotels like Marriott or Sheraton but not this time. My travel companion booked for me and budget was a concern for his company so I agreed. It was super clean, modern and the staff were very friendly. The night I stayed there they had a social with drinks and snacks. The room was clean albeit Spartan but functional. The view was great overlooking the city. The price was great, low, compared to what you pay in a chain and breakfast plus internet was included. Great value for either business or vacation. The hotel was also close to shopping and downtown. I highly recommend giving City Plus hotel a look for your next trip to Mexico Mark

Didn't really expect much from such a value hotel, but in spite of the bare bones, minimalist, facilities, the stay was very comfortable. In town for a 2-day meeting, I just needed where to crash, have an early breakfast and get on with work. This very well located property fit the bill just right. Good bed and sheets; comfy shower and amenities. The terrace for smokers is also a plus. And, one just can't beat their price. OK, so it's not for more than one person per room, but it sure is ideal for a short, business minded, stay.

The room is big (we stayed in the suite) with a microwave, small refrigerator, sink and coffee machine. The wifi is free and has a good speed (eventhough the hotspot keeps disconnecting). Breakfast is included, not "great" but good enough. I stayed with my baby and their offer a great crib at no charge. TIP: the hotel does not have a restaurant or room service but they provide a list of delivers in the area.

Hotel Parque Central is located in downtown Monterrey near the city's central park. The rooms are basic, but clean, with a TV and decent Wi-Fi. The location is fine, but I wouldn't stay in this area of Monterrey on my next visit; I'm sure there are nicer areas of the city.

I stayed here two night for business travel. I found the hotel to be excellent. Right off the main road with great parking. The check in was fast, friendly, efficient. The room was clean and had everything I needed. That included nice wood hangers for my clothes, iron and ironing board, plenty of pillows and a desk to get some work done. The AC was nice and cold and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a good size and the water pressure was great. They had a good breakfast that was included. Beans, eggs, chilaquiles, fruit, toast and juices. This is what I look for when I travel on business.

Simple, clean hotel with very few major complaints. Front desk staff is always pleasant. A few minor areas that I would like to see worked on: 1. I understand it’s not a luxury hotel, but the cardio equipment is – at best – desgined for someone’s basement who never uses it. The treadmill was broken on each of my most recent visits and is total crap. They need to invest in a decent treadmill/ elliptical designed for commercial use if they are going to say the have a gym. 2. The HVAC is regulated to not go below 22 centigrade / 72 Fahrenheit and feels markedly warmer than that. I’d like more control over temperature. 3. Breakfast (and more specifically, coffee) not coming out until 7am seems a bit late for a hotel in a business section of the city. All in all, reasonably priced and a good night’s sleep.

FIrst of all, I only booked this hotel for the "Fabulous" reviews ! The location was appropriate because I was just passing by Monterrey and heading to Saltillo. There was no BAR at the hotel ! Breakfast was average. The coffee was not good and the beds were not comfortable. For the price I paid I expected a bit more comfort. :(

You hardly could find a better place for a fair cost and with a great service. The hotel is totally new and has more space than some others "hotels for business". Breakfast is enough and delicious. All people working here will do all they can to treat you warm and friendly.

It has been a very good experiencie, breakfast was very good and The personel had been very helpful and attentive. We would stay here again.

We booked this hotel for its location for a very short stay. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast starting at 8 am was very good in an ample dining area. Mercado Juarez proximity was a plus.

The staff was very accommodating,respectful and knowledgeable on new and different restaurants we weren't familiar with even though we come to the city often. All the staff was vigilant and helpful in every way truly a great stay.

The bathrooms are nicely renovated. If you want to make coffee, ask for a packet at the front desk. We loved the location--some might find it a bit sketchy--but we felt quite confident and walked south 10 blocks to the commercial center, the city is alive with commerce, and you can step into the huge cool Basilica for a respite from the sun.

Well if they have coffee for me to start with, I'm ok They offered fruit and bread it doesn't go with my diet .

Excellent front desk staff..rooms were very clean and breakfast was good..just a recommendation since coffee is a must for most of us....coffee machine was too small and we were a big crowd in this hotel at the time mgmt must have been prepared with at least one extra pot..just this minor issue that for most of us coffee regulars is a deception..

I like staying here, and it's central to all things Guadalupe and easy access to roads leading to all parts of Monterrey. The place is quiet and safe, clean, and the breakfast is pretty good. Price not bad either. I always end up staying here...

Hotel was ok. The staff is great and helpful. The room was decent, good size room and bed too. The bed is comfortable. The only thing i didnt like was the bed sheets had some stains on it and the bathroom couldve been cleaned better. But you get what you paid for. The building is new and very clean. In a busy retail complex with restaurants bars and shopping near by. The parking is adequate and as a guest of the hotel you get a parking pass so you do not have to pay to leave every time, just make sure you use the same card they give you when entering and exiting. You must use your room key to activate the elevates an excellent safety measure. The breakfast bar is included, food is fresh and offers a decent variety. Only 2 complaints, first they offer coffee 24 hours a day but never seem to place coffee cups or creamer so you have to go to the desk and request. 2nd is the room air conditioner is a real pain to operate but once you get it figured out it works fine. Overall an excellent value in a great area.

The Hotel is done in simple style with just the necessary of decoration. This decoration is nicely done and in clear colours. The rooms are small but not to small the bathroom is well equiped. The hotel offers the possibility to have breakfast in a nice and young style. The buffet offers a mix of mexican breakfast dishes and traditional breakfast food, but here I really recommend not to go for the mexican dishes. The location of the hotel is close to a place of nightlife with some very good restaurants in Monterrey. I really recommend this place.

We were in this hotel for a week for a work trip. First impression was a little shakey, the lobby and hallways really need updated- take out that old crappy carpetx Repaint etc. However, once we got to our room, we were fine, our room was clean modern, the most comfortable beds ever and a view of the mountains. The internet is fast and reliable, the bar/restaurant downstairs is good and convenient. The pool on the room is great, the deck has suffered a bit, but its to be expected in that climate. The staff was super friendly. Its a 10 minute walk to smart fit (a big gym chain), and a 4 minute walk to la nacional (highly recomend for steak). Its literally next to/connected to a city market (high end fancy supermarket with restaurants inside). We would definitely stay here again, we hope the management upgrades the shared spaces as a little rennovation could help a lot in the lobby and the hallways!

I live in Monterrey but since i had a couple of business meetings far from home I decided to stay in this hotel for one night since its new (decided to give it a try), the price is fair, and it was located near the place of my meetings. I had a wonderful stay, the staff is super attentive, and the food at the hotel's restaurant (Reys Cafe) is delicious! They have a great menu, I highly recommend the "panela" pancakes for breakfast. The rooms are beautifully decorated, and, the location is the best in san pedro! Its in front of Paseo San Pedro, near HEB supermarket and just around to Arboleda, so theres lots of options for shopping and/or having a good meal, highly recommended!

The staff is great, the room is very comfortable and the bed is great. Breakfast Buffet doesn't have much options and you really have to be there early otherwise there is less options, but if you get items from the menu, the food is deliciouse and they are quick, the waiters are very helpful and very quick with everything. The place is super central there is plenty of options outside to eat and there is also some convenient stores to buy from if you need a medicine or just some goodies for the night. One last thing, if you need a taxi, use the app Didi Ride, do not use the hotel taxis, they are super expensive, a ride I paid 60 on Didi, was 200 with the taxis of the hotel.

I read a lot of mixed reviews I was a bit worried about my stay in iStay Monterrey. But our stay was excellent. People complained about rooms cleaning and air conditioning not working. Our room was cleaned every day, with all towels changed daily and air conditioning worked without any problems. Hotel rooms look a little bit old, but they're comfy and clean. We used a swimming pool a couple of times. And used a restaurant.

The elevators and hallways are a bit run down, the room itself was clean, and comfortable. There's a pool also which I didn't use, but looked nice. The price was very good and the included breakfast very good too.

I liked that it was centric and close to many convenience stores, like pharmacies, shopping, dining, and transportation. I did not like that the breakfast opens at 08:00 on Sundays? Why? That almost made me lose my breakfast at the airport and I am diabetic.

Holiday Inn Norte has a lot to offer from the lounge bar to the pool-side bar with food service. Room service was prompt and the torilla soup was delicious. I loved the Internet connection in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was tasty; I especially loved the chilaquiles. I walked to the nearby grocery store and the ice cream shop was close-by. The exercise/gym room was well-equipped, clean, and stocked with towels. The hotel staff was friendly.

The purpose of our trip was to visit relatives but also to do some sightseeing in Monterrey. So the location was good for both. A short taxi ride took us to the city center and so on. The hotel facilities are good considering the location, decorated as expected in a Mexican city. Not extremely luxurious but also not tacky. Staff were awesome, very helpful and courteous. Room very comfortable and clean. Restaurant food was excellent. Most of the time we had room service which was delicious. Just one piece of advice. If you plan on eating breakfast there, be sure to do so before 9 am. it gets really crowded and loud after that. Heavens help you if you try the restaurant by 11 am.

We only spent a night here. Comfy bed and clean room. The breakfast buffet, was nice, they have more choices than other hotels, the best was the fresh orange juice. Staff was friendly. There are more classy holidays, but if you need to be near this area of the city "san nicolas" is ok! You can take bus no. 1 (which is the pretty one) and go to downtown, you can also take a taxi :) There are some good options for eating, or to take a beer! There is a supermarket nearby, 2 minutes by walk.

We really enjoy our stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean and with a decent size. It has a medium sized swimming pool with two areas and a little pool for little kids. It also has a patio with a gazebo. The restaurant Astros has a great Mexican breakfast buffet but if Mexican Food is not your favorite you can get pancakes or waffles. The staff is very friendly. For extra security for you and your vehicle they have a security gate. Check the little souvenir shop to get cute presents.

Bright, sunny, clean, comfortable! A friendly staff, an exercise room, a pool! A nice little bar, good food. Fresh mountain air! A great location! Close to everything! All at a reasonable price. You just cant beat the combination of all those good things!

The hotel itself offers a good location and great amenities for the area. It important to understand the culture for this review. We stayed during the weekend and over onto the week of the 24th. Needless to say the area was desolate during the 25th and most part of 26th still the traffic could be heard everyday from ang room in the hotel. Better sound attenuation is required for the building cladding. In the other hand the water pressure was on and off with hot and cold alternating at will, never constant. The staff was great but the breakfast bar had dirty dishes when they had them, and requesting to restock was an everyday thing. We dont mind the parking scenario that u need a ticket to get out because this is a good security measure. Staff at desk always friendly and helpful. We love street food and this location had the “mercadito” during the morning or sunday and it was a blast for my son(2yrs) to enjoy. During the stay we had to request the towels for our room a couple of times, and one time they skipped to clean our room. During my stay I was not made aware that my last day was wednesday and left all belongings in the room. Little did we know when we came back late at night tired and exausted we had no access to our room because reception failed to remind us of our check out. So I could have payed early in the day for another day but was never told I was on my last day. We payed to stay the night but left the next day.

The lobby looked a little dated but I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was renovated and extremely clean. I like that it is pet friendly and there was underground parking. We ordered room service and it was decent

I reviewed this place 6 months ago and it was aweful. I can see that many of the issues we encountered have been dealt with . A surprising and pleasant surprise . WIFI still sucks but many of the other maintenance issues have been repaired. Some Gringos may find the presence of about 30 federal police gathered in the lobby every morning to dispatch for the day a bit intimidating but with us travelling with all our stuff in the car in the underground parking lot., I was happy to see them there. Certainly felt secure and they are very friendly, On site restaurant is quite good.

My room was closest to street needed my sleep and sleep in hours but couldnt at 7 am traffic is insanly loud. Shower tub didnt drain so I took a shower the next day with the water from the previous shower.

It needed attention. I left a tip for the cleaning staff two days in a row and a note requesting they clean it. And they did. I didn’t complain to the front desk because I didn’t want to be bothered while on a very short weekend trip to Monterrey but I figured I’d mention it here now that I’m back home. We had breakfast included. The food was good. It’s buffet style & includes fruits, yogurt, granola and omellete/egg bar. I would recommend including a self serve coffee machine. Coffee is served by the wait staff and it would be more convenient to have everything self serve.

This hotel went above & beyond to ensure I had a pleasant & memorable stay while in Monterrey. Helped with our lack of Spanish, pool is relaxing & clean. A big thank you to the wonderful bar attendant, Pedro! Would love to to visit & stay here again!

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful experience. Our room was beautiful and we had a tub with a view of Cerro de La Silla. The hotel is classy and artsy. We appreciated the shot glasses and bottle of mezcal with a plate of orange and lemon slices over salt and tajin left for us guests to enjoy in the hallway each evening, it was a delightful surprise. Room service was excellent, also the breakfast buffet was great. We had an amazing massage in their spa and enjoyed the spa saunas and jacuzzi, only we wished the jacuzzi and saunas were always accessible to guests. The hotel is part of a nice rooftop park called Trébol Park and it has restaurants. It's also very easy to get an Uber from the front of Trébol Park as well as from the hotel front door and there are more restaurants and there is fashion plaza mall across the street. We will definitely be staying here again.

Don’t arrive too early! We got there at 6am, on a Saturday. Everything was closed, shopping areas and restaurants. They do offer breakfast buffet for an charge. Our room wasn’t ready, and to do early check in we got quoted $230 on top of our already paid for room of $211. They have a comfy lobby but can be very busy and loud. Staff was eventually able to get us into a room at 11:30 without an extra charge. Room was beautiful, dark comfy and fresh. They were able to empty our mini bar fridge to allow us to put our beer and drinks in. The two shopping areas across the street have plenty of restaurants. The fashion drive mall, is massive, tons to shop. The 18th floor has amazing views of their mountains. Sucks you can’t enjoy the view with food or drinks. For some reason the restaurant has a bad Mountain View, and the bar isn’t allowed to serve liquor drinks after 6pm by government law. Make it there before and you’ll be fine. They also had mezcal tasting, where they just put out a bottle and cups by the elevators on your floor. Wish early check in was more available and they had a pool. But the hotel itself is beautiful and staff is great! Definitely would go back.

This was our first trip to Monterrey, Mexico and we were glad to have selected Aqua for the duration of our trip. The hotel is quiet yet centrally located to shopping and dining just steps away. The staff was accommodating and attentive. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was in good condition. One criticism we have is that the shower is designed to pour directly onto the floor next to the tub.This creates very slippery and dangerous conditions even when using the small mat that is provided. If the rooms are ever redesigned I would recommend enclosing the shower as it created a fall for one of us. One additional issue is the TV does not allow you to sync with Apple devices which would have been nice to have but not critical.Otherwise we were very happy with our room.

Hotel is in half of way between Monterrey downtown & San Pedro business area, very near to Hospital San Jose. Point to improve: Elevator makes a lot of noise and room didn't have coffee maker (but was free on reception).

It was a clean, nice hotel. Located near many fun things to do in town. There were a few that could speak English to help me when my friend was not around. The attached restaurant was the best part, the included breakfast was delicious and the best "free" breakfast I've had at a hotel.

I stayed here 5 days, coming from Holland and visiting family and friends in Monterrey. I couldn't have asked for a better place: the rooms were spacious and clean, the location is very central, and the staff was welcoming and attentive. I will definitely stay here again during my next visit to Monterrey.

The hotel offered us an upgrade to the master suite. The rooms very spacious and clean, comfortable beds. The internet connection is very good. The staff is very attentive. Also, the breakfast was very good, you can not leave without eating chilaquiles!! The hotel has a very good location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great food at the hotel’s breakfast bar. Excellent service from Jose G who was very attentive and helpful. I would recommend the omelette but really anything on the menu looks delicious. Please try the multiple juice options available- very fresh and my personal favorite!

The hotel is very nice, clean, and attention to details. I especially was impressed with the restraunt. My server was Jose Galvan and he was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Also there is a terrace with a great view of Cerro de la Silla mountain at the top.

This hotel is always providing the best service! Super clean and organized, The breakfast was super delicious (chilaquiles with eggs) and Jose Galva was on top of making my stay and breakfast perfect! Would definitely come back every time in Monterrey!

Immediately next to a main intersection of Metro stations, and 1-1/2 blocks from the Monterrey Central bus station, this is a very convenient location from which to get around locally, as well as in and out of town. The room was clean and comfortable. Except for the shower head which appeared to be clogged with mineral deposits, everything worked. All of the staff with whom we interfaced were very cooperative and helpful. The continental breakfast was good, yet barely adequate. We would prefer a better value, but this hotel is a good, safe selection.

Traveler from Houston, TX I got a good deal for a short stay (2 nights) Price varies with demand. This is one of my top 3 picks when I’m on a budget and not looking for a fancy ($$$) 5 star hotel. Good AC, wifi, TV, live music bar, shower, bed; affordable buffet and very friendly staff. Great location if you need local transportation or Uber. Place is perfectly safe, just don’t wander around late at night.

I was very pleased with Fiesta Inn Monterrey Valle. It was on the main street, and very close to restaurants and shopping centers in San Pedro Garza Garcia. The price was very reasonable, the room was comfortable and clean and I didn't have any issues. Check-in was all done electronically and fast. The staff was courteous and friendly. One key point to mention was parking was free. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here agian.

Everythink was perfect, room very clean, modern, organized, bed and pillows very confortable.

The rooms were cleaned very late during the day after 3 pm most of the time. I had to call them everyday to tell them to clean my room and we left very early every day. Cleaning was very well done but very late. We paid for the suite room, and it says that they can sleep 4 but it is not true the sofa is not a sofa bed. They had a King size bed and tha’s it. We’ve arrived at very late 2 am and they needed to bring a small bed for my son we waited for almost 20-30 minutes for that.. We were very tired. I liked the service and the food of the restaurants very attentive waiters and the cleaning lady for our room was also very nice.

Lo único negativo que no me gustó es que no pude disfrutar de alberca o jacuzzi porque el hotel deja entrar gente externa con un brazalete que no son huéspedes que pagan por el día . Mientras nosotros de huéspedes no pudimos relajarnos porque estaba lleno y el aérea es pequeña . Muy buena atención a cliente muy amables

I stayed here last year for a short vacation and returned again because I loved it so much. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable, and spotless—which is important to me since I’m quite particular about hotels. This place always makes me feel at ease. The breakfast is tasty, the customer service is excellent, and the location is perfect. It’s in a peaceful area with a mall right next door for easy shopping or a nice stroll. The views of the city are also beautiful and make the stay even more special.

This Hotel is amazing. Staff was welcoming and attentive. They offer parking passes for your entire stay at reasonable cost and is very secure. Close to restaurants and shopping centers. Pool is amazing and offers amazing view to the mountains and city. We will defined be back.

The location is convenient walking distance to Arboleda shopping center for restaurants and HEB supermarket. Only one very small water bottle is provided, so the supermarket was convenient to buy water. It would have been nice if there were more than 3 hangers in the room and if there was hair conditioner in the conditioner container in shower. Also I wish there had been a bathtub. I did make use of the gym which had adequate equipment but had run out of water when I visited. The bed and pillows were comfortable, so I slept well there.

Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a real highlight. The service was super friendly and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. I’ve got to give a shoutout to Luisa, who makes the eggs — she seriously nails it every time. Whether you like them scrambled, poached, or however you want, she gets it just right. It’s clear she knows what she’s doing and cares about getting it perfect. Definitely a great way to start the day!

Stayed one night at the JW Marriott in Monterrey Valle Mexico. I wished I had stayed there a week! This Marriott was amazing from the time we stepped out of our car. Very friendly Doormen/Bell men upon entering. You then go up to the next floor to the lobby. Check in was a little slow but the ladies were friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby was amazing and all of the staff was so professional. My room was 321. King size bed, large TV, coffee/express maker, refrigerator, safe, and very large closed. Nice desk to work at and a sofa. The bathroom was also amazing, just look at the pictures. I am also attaching a view form the room, again this city is amazing and the property is amazing. There are many restaurants and shops in the same complex so can walk and the area and feel very safe. We had a great business meeting and great dining in the evening. This will be my hotel for any future trips to Monterrey.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, neat, and spacious. The views I had were stunning and unexpected. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend the property. The bed was also the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on.

I had a conference here and even though it was a pricey hotel compared to others in the area, it certainly lives up to the JW brand. The hotel is immaculate and in a great location. The people who work here are friendly, helpful and professional, exactly what is expected at a JW. The highlight though, is the shower in the rooms. Exceptionally high water pressure that blasts you from the top and sides. I think I told more people about the shower than anything else in this hotel because it felt like a massage. What a great way to start the day!

By far the best breakfast buffet in town. It doesn’t matter if you’re staying at the hotel or not, this is a can’t miss experience. Fresh fruit, amazing barbacoa and/or chicharron tacos, perfect eggs benedict, chilaquiles, and the best sweet bread you’ll find. The great food is only matched by the five star service (thank so much Francisco) and a great decor.

Beautiful property in the Arboleda complex which has lots of restaurants and boutiques. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food is excellent. The staff super nice and helpful throughout the place.

The front desk girl helped to organize transportation and the taxi was also amazing providing the service, safe and clean. The restaurant was extraordinary, the waiter and chef amazingly kind and delicious food. Will stay there for sure when I come back to Monterrey.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. They've gone above and beyond in responses on more than one occasion, responding to minor concerns (e.g., about noise and the equipment in the fitness center). Monterrey is always a good trip, thanks to the great staff here! The fitness center is small, but clean. The breakfast spread is good; much better than the typical American Courtyard... It's equal and similar in style to European hotels. The bar is nice, and a great place to grab a drink before heading out to dinner. The bed and room is generally identical to typical American Courtyard standards; I'm a big fan of the Marriott beds!! It would be nice if the room had a fridge, but with the great food options in the area, and cheap water available at the market next to the front desk, it's not a 'must.'

Perfect business hotel - conveniently located to our office in the city. Restaurant is not amazing for dinner but you can eat there, just don't expect to be blown away. Breakfast was good. Rooms are modern and well equipped.

The receptionist Evelyn was the most welcoming, helpful and attentive person that has ever given us hotel service. Although the hotel rooms aren’t as modern the beds are really comfy. It has a good gym and a very adult pool. Didn’t try the restaurant but would definitely go back just because of Evelyn.

There is a nearby train but it came by only a couple times and wasn't too inconvenient for us. Nice place, they Serve a great breakfast with no extra charge, nice staff, Looks and feels safe and in general is very quiet and relaxing stay in there. Bad points si far from the downtown and you need car or taxi; and the room needs fresh air. Nice internet signal, Free charge.

It was relatively closed to the US Consulate, so it was convenient, clean, yummy breakfast included, gym, and great customer service! Water shortage wasn’t noticeable fortunately, although it was flushing soooo slow. Apart from that, this place was pretty much perfect!

OVERALL IT WAS GREAT. PERFECTLY CLEAN, QUIET EVEN DO THAT THERE IS HIGWAY RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT, SECURE PARKING LOT, VERY OWESOME PERSONAL. I WILL JUST SUGGEST THAT ON THE COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST THEY WILL INCLUDE MORE WHERE TO CHOSE FROM, THAT WILL BE THE ONLY CONS THAT WE FOUND IN THIS HOTEL.

It's a little rough on the outside but don't get scared away. The rooms are cozy and spacious! Loved the bed. The view isn't amazing but we're not at the beach. They're kept clean as well. Don't forget to try out the enchiladas about a block away towards the back of the hotel and mention you're a guest; you get a 20% discount if I remember correctly. That's beside the point though, the enchiladas are to die for! Oh and don't get taxi's without a fare meter!! You'll be charged outrageously if you do. Fair warning.

You would be comfortable and content not leaving:) Really enjoyed our stay!

Our family of 8 came to town for the Rayados game! We chose the Westin and it was simply amazing. We requested view rooms and they gave us rooms with fantastic mountain views. Anything we requested they more than accommodated. The views from the breakfast room and roof top pool / bar were incredible. Every staff member was super friendly. Esau De Leon at the bar was exceptional….he is a superstar! We will come back just to visit him! We have traveled throughout the world and are loyal to Marriott, and this property in Monterrey is exceptional. We had such a great time. Well done Monterrey Westin team!

The General Manager and Restaurants Manager have done a great job of opening this beautiful new location and exceeding all of my expectations! Pleasant front desk. Check in / check out was fast and efficient. Even though this property just opened there were no process issues! Delicious, high quality food is at available at the restaurant and when dining in, and the service service is impeccable. Stunning views of the Monterrey metroplex make the roof top a good place to relax and socialize. This property is connected to the new Punto Valle mall, so shopping is very convenient. Spacious, well appointed and quiet rooms with comfortable beds, large bathrooms, large screen tv. I can't recommend this property highly enough for business or pleasure. I travel for business to Monterrey and I am very pleased with this Westin. It is now my first choice when visiting the Monterrey / San Pedro area.

Maid saw me walking in the hall and always asked if i wanted my room clean. i dont care if my bed is made or the room being clean. i do care about having a new towel when i get out of the shower she made sure my son and i had fresh towels everyday. Taco stand on the corner was awesome. i didnt really spend alot of time at the hotel and interact with different people there. wifi worked very well, my son had elearning while we were there. i would stay again

The breakfasts are FABULOUS, and the ambience in the lobby and restaurant is wonderful. We also very much enjoy the outdoor heated pool and hot tub, but always have to ask the staff to turn up the temperature in the hot tub during our stay, which, to the hotel’s credit, they have always done for us. The location is ‘perfect’ with literally dozens of wonderful restaurant and shopping options within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. I would totally recommend this hotel to everyone other than those who want a ‘state-of-the-moment’ decor experience in their room. For those folks, they should select the adjacent sister property, the Hotel Safi Metropolitan.

Rooms are very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, the floor in the room and bathroom was bowed and felt like it was sinking every time we walked in it. There was also a very potent sewer odor. When we asked about it we were told they were cleaning out the drain and there was nothing they could do about it. The odor was so strong it woke us up in the middle of the night.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly. My room was comfortable. I will continue to return to Safi in the future.

Nice place yo go and sleep, close to downtown and not expensive. The problem will be that the room is not too big and comfortable... and the staff ay night needs to be better ( i need to print a document, only one papel, and they refused to do it be cause was too late ... 11 pm ) in general they can fix and improve somethings but i'll take it again if i have to visit Monterrey again.

The cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional! The elevators, lobby, hallways, and especially my room were very clean and there was a nice clean scent everywhere. The towels and linens were also perfectly clean. The staff was so helpful. The room was surprisingly quiet even though the hotel was completely booked. I truly appreciated the blackout curtains. The breakfast selection was great and delicious!! It's a safe and comfortable hotel.

I chose this hotel for its location and price. It didn’t disappoint. It was very affordable and clean. We had A/C, clean sheets, soft towels, hot water, and tv. I liked that it was tile floors so that my toddler could play around in the room. The parking was very small for my truck but we were able to park just in front of the hotel, which was very nice. I would recommend.

It is an old building but it is renovated and looks great. Staff is very friendly and great customer service. Ballet parking is very accessible and safe.

The hotel itself and its location are great. The rooms were spacious and clean however the restroom was very small and my biggest complaint would be the WiFi, it was horrible, it kept freezing up and it so slow I literally disconnected the entire time and used up my own mobile providers data which used up 90% of my free overseas data I get monthly. They definitely need to invest in a better connection/bandwidth for their guests especially considering it’s a very nice hotel.

The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. There’s an odor in the room that smells like mold. The breakfast buffet wasn’t good. Cooks need to learn how to season the food. Dinner wasn’t good either.

The only problem is their AC. The control system do not accept temperature changes. We program 77 Fahrenheit and the AC give 69. The people are really too friendly . The clean was perfect

I stayed here every week for a period of almost 3 months. The main reason was the great location. The hotel is a business class place with small rooms with few amenities but where you really don't need anything they don't offer. Designed for executives that only spend the night, this place is premium. If you don't like the house's small breakfast, you have plenty of alternatives available as the hotel is located in a shopping mall with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The mall or plaza has everything you may need (banks, restaurants, laundry, mobile phone companies, courier services, supermarket and even a movie theatre). Staff was always friendly, always. This also offers a great variety of different alternatives for lunch or dinner as the plaza gets many visitors. One thing management could improve is the slow coffee machine in the breakfast area, could upgrade. Super clean and comfortable rooms always (I tried many of them). Place is also great for short stays (families, etc). Most restaurants in the plaza offer a discount for hotel guests. Free parking is available. Overall, great place to stay for business travelers.

This was a great hotel! I’d stay here again next time. Close to everything, several coffee shops and dining options. We rented a car and the parking section was very clean and safe. The hotel quickly validated the parking as it was included in our stay. Breakfast was lite, options included toast, cereal, fruits, cottage cheese, yogurts, deli meats, cheese, and fresh juices. A few cons that I’d like to mention would be that the carpeting in the rooms surely are very dirty and when we walked in on the first day, I could see blonde hairs and specs stuck to the carpet. Unless you are in a suite with kitchenette, the other rooms do not have a refrigerator and microwave like every other hotel. Having a small child, I’d wish they’d include that in all the rooms. We couldn’t take our left overs to reheat, and we couldn’t take refrigerated snacks for our child. Overall: Great location, Safe area, and many shopping, dining, and relaxation options.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel this past November and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the rooms were not only clean but also beautifully decorated, making for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect — close enough to explore the area, yet peaceful enough to unwind at the end of the day. Overall, the Hotel provided a fantastic experience, and I would happily stay there again in the future.

We stay 4 days here in a suite ( with kitchenette small tv room separate room with two full beds just 1 full bath. ) The kitchenette have a small electric stove with two burners. A medium size fridge. Microwave. Coffeemaker and thats it. Yes they don't have any pans or dishes or forks noooothing if you want to cook anything you have to bring your own stuff which is very inconvenient if a want a room with kitchen is because I need some utensils to cook with (simple baby meals). You have also a medium size table with two chairs and two desk areas with other two chairs. The beds are well not so very comfy but good. The bath is actually pretty small and the tv room is nice with a little sofa bed. The service is great the complementary breakfast is simple but good and the bellboys and front desk are good. The hotel is very clean and smells delicious.

The rooms themselves are best suited for business travelers, but the location makes it ideal for families too. A Skyzone trampoline park just opened in the same mall as this hotel, and theres a bowling alley, a movie theater with a dedicated screen for kids, complete with a kiddie playground. Lots of restaurants to choose from and some even offer room service. The hotel is great. The staff is really friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet is really my only complaint. Not a lot to choose from but hey, its free! No problems running my netflix on wifi at this hotel. A good choice overall!

Excellent attention and service from staff. Room clean and neat. Excellent room's WIFI service. The only problem is not having closet to hang clothes. Close to metro station. Surrounding area of the hotel not very pleasant and not nice at all, although is safe because of the police presence always due to the penitecnciary.

Shower door was hard to open, and water would get out of the shower to the bathroom floor. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, there were 3 hotel staff I want to mention, Luis on the day shift, a great human being really nice kid anything i needed he made every effort to accommodate me when the hotel manager was busy, 2nd shift Monica sweet 20 year old she did not speak much English but i downloaded a English Spanish translator on my phone so we could communicate, she was very nice and helpful, On the 3rd shift we had Olga who spoke excellent as she had lived in the US for many years, she is an outstanding desk clerk, the very best i have seen at a Mexican hotel.
