Wonderfully cozy hotel, spacious and fully equipped suite. Amazing view on Dents du Midi and skiing slopes. Superb breakfast as of 7h45, for early birds, with highly recommended locally produced jams. Ski in and out through basement/ski room. For dinner make sure to book your table as restaurant has limited capacity.

The reception warm welcome and kindness, helpful, location, the room, the bathroom with heated floor, koffie, tee in the lobby, under building parking, the view from the room, cosy breakfast room, enough choice. Everything was perfect. Above 10 score.

Room was spacious enough for a family. Good breakfast and excellent restaurant! Staff was always friendly and went out of their way to find an alternative to book another restaurant when they were full one night.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food. Breakfast varied enough, with local products.

I liked absolutely everything. High-level hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good sound insulation. Very nice and cozy. Friendly owner of the hotel. Underground parking, no need to clean the car from snow. There's a special atmosphere there. Memories of staying at this hotel will stay with us forever

Très bel endroit. 6 chambres dans un chalet avec cuisine , salons à partager , jacuzzi : luxueux Les autres chambres étaient occupées par des personnes assez bruyantes.... Le petit déjeuner servi à l’hôtel était très bon.

Séjour plutôt agréable , notre seul point négatif c'est que le jacuzzi n'était pas accessible car froid . Si non le buffet le matin est vraiment complet ! Rien a redire . Nous étions prévu au chalet d aldelphine mais nous avons ete redirigé a l hôtel alpina . Nous avons pas vraiment su pourquoi ... peut être car nous sommes passé par une réservation sur internet .

Accueil très sympathique aux chalets d'Adelphine (Les Gets 74) en particulier par la dynamique Monika, aux petits soins pour nous, et qui tient les lieux très propres. Séjour très agréable, au calme, dans un appartement parfaitement équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous nous nous sommes sentis "comme chez nous". Nous avons pu profiter à volonté du magnifique espace détente (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi et piscine avec vue sur un paysage montagneux superbe) Nous rentrons détendus de ce petit séjour de 4 jours (4 jours 3 nuits). We booked the chalet but were changed to the hotel. We loved it. Staying in one of the recently renovated rooms, we were really happy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Views from windows were gorgeous. Breakfast was amazing! Didn’t use pool, but it looked clean. Overall, would recommend.

Exceptional hospitality from every staff member we interacted with, who went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed and were content. Our twin room was cozy, spotless, and full of charm, as was the rest of the chalet. Jacuzzi and relaxation area are free of charge, including bathrobes and footwear. The continental breakfast was one of the best we've had, and they offer the possibility of dining to a set and carefully crafted menu. We absolutely plan on staying here again.

Extremely friendly and helpfull staff - smiley, ready to help, treating each family individually. Fast response on my last minute transportation request, helped with rentals, provided all the guidance needed - very impressive. Tea and coffee available throughout the day, nice hottub and overall very cozy atmosphere

Very friendly staff who really worked hard to make our stay as perfect as possible. A really warm and friendly atmosphere, it felt like staying in an excellent catered chalet. Every evening they offer a 4 course meal with canapés to start and the guests can get to know each other and chat about what they’ve done that day - like a fantastic shared catered chalet. There is also complementary afternoon tea with snacks and an excellent breakfast. We’ll definitely book again.

The time I spent with my family at the hotel I stayed in was wonderful. All employees were friendly and helpful. Our room was small but comfortable enough. Will I go again? Certainly. 😊

Fantastic location only a short stroll to village centre, close to a selection of Savoyard Restaurants. The highlight was definitely the deep pool and hot jacuzzi. Only criticism was I felt jacuzzi should be reserved for adults only as too hot for children

Ah, a spa was just perfect for our family, the swimming pool was cold, so nice to have a hot jacuzzi next to it. Quite a big apartment for the relatively reasonable price. 2 bathrooms are essential

This was our second visit, this time we were in a one bedroom apartment. The double bedroom is much larger than in a two bedroom and there was more than enough room for two people - I think you could probably squeeze a child in too but would be much more cramped. The furniture was new when we came last year and sadly this year is showing some wear and tear but there was plenty of everything and it is good quality. We like it because the staff are fantastic and very helpful. The pool and Jacuzzi are a welcome addition especially on aching ski muscles and the rooms have everything you could need to self cater - there is not an oven but there is a good microwave and we eat out most nights anyway!

Overall, a very good hotel/apartment for the price. The hotel staff were very friendly and, unlike some other reviewers, we had no issues checking out, with no queues and no problems to speak of. The apartment was on the small side (we got the 6 person) but we were a smaller group so it was fine for us. I would definitely recommend getting a bigger room than your group though so that you aren't on top of each other. The beds, on the other hand, were massive and comfortable (if you like harder beds) but only had 1 small pillow each so take a spare if that's your thing. The location was good, quiet but close to the centre and the lifts and had nice views (although I imagine it's difficult not to). Definitely a good budget stay and I would recommend to younger people who are looking for a good place to sleep and not spend long in the smallish room. There are also safe lockups available for skis and bikes so it's good all year round.
