Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in New York State

Stayed one night, July 4th. Easy check-in at the helpful and friendly front desk. Had a room on the 5th floor facing downtown which provided us with an obstructed view of the fireworks. Cool. The room was spacious and clean. The AC was efficient and quiet. The overall lighting was fine with switches at different ends of the rooms. All the windows had a black shade as well as a sheer shade. The sleeping area was a comfortable size as well as were the beds. The hotel honored our request for non-down pillows. The bathroom was nicely lit, including a light in the shower. The water pressure seemed fine. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice. Dinner was okay. The menu was okay but limited due to the holiday. The service was very quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty complete with almost any option one could prefer. They even had a make to order omelette bar. The eggs and potatoes I had were cooked fine. They also have a decent fitness center and an indoor pool. So, why not 5 stars? Though the room was definitely quiet through the night to sleep, but water noises from other rooms could be heard. In addition, the door between the adjoining rooms provided almost no sound barrier. The most disappointing item was the sleeper couch. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit on to watch tv or read. Would I stay here again? Possibly. Though I definitely would consider staying at an embassy suite when I travel elsewhere based on this one.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. When we checked in we received our room keys, along with 2 tickets for a free drink and snacks at the bar. The room was spacious with beautiful decor and spotless! We both enjoyed having extra living space with a sofa, tv, a bar with sink, fridge and microwave. The breakfast that was included was amazing!! A omelet that was made to order, sausage, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, fresh fruit and the coffee was delicious!! We would definitely stay again.

We love this hotel. The rooms are perfect- clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly, from front desk, to housekeeping, to bar/restaurant staff. Nightly welcome reception is such a bonus, as is the delicious breakfast spread. If there was one thing that was disappointing, it was the parking lot. There was a significant snow/ice storm earlier in the week, but the parking lot was treacherous. I know that the temperatures weren't warm enough to initiate melting and it must be very difficult to plow abs maintain the lot when cars are always parked there. But it was extremely dangerous even trying to get into our vehicle because of the buildup of the ice around it. I understand the circumstances, but it may be something to look into for future storms. It will not change our opinion of the property as whole.

The Embassy Suites Saratoga Springs will be my go to jotel if visiting the area. Everything was perfect. Every team member is welcoming and provides great service. The property is very clean and well maintained. The suites are large with comfy beds and nice amenities. The Happy Hour Reception provided 2 free drinks and a nice spread of snacks. The restaurant provides nice dinners and the included made to order breakfast is delicious and made with care.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our vacation in Saratoga Springs. Our room was incredibly comfortable — we were lucky to get a corner room on the top floor, and the view through the huge window was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and everything delicious. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They even let us check in early and gave us a late check-out for free, which made our stay even more relaxing. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Saratoga Springs! This is THE hotel to stay at in Verona! (Free shuttle services to the casino.) I was blown away by the hospitality of this facility, specifically VICKI! She deserves 10 stars . I was greeted with a genuine welcome and smile from Vicki, who explained all the amenities of the hotel during check in. I explained I would be leaving super early in the morning each day. Vicki went above and beyond to coordinate an early breakfast option for me each day of my stay. Thank you to the night staff for making sure I started my day off with something in my stomach. The coffee here is on point. Other Hilton lobby coffee is crap and tastes like they never wash the dispenser. Not here! Coffee is hot, fresh, and didn’t taste like dirt. Each time I passed by I was greeted by name. Vicki is amazing at anticipating guests’ needs before having to ask, providing me with bottle water, food & entertainment suggestions, a welcoming smile and friendly conversation. The attention to detail by all the staff is impeccable. Very clean rooms. Kudos to the housekeeping team! Vicki deserves a promotion and a trip to Disneyland!

Convenient stay with 24hr shuttle access to transport to the casino. Sara and I didn’t catch the guys name, are the pillars for excellent customer service. Thank you for an easy breezy check in/check out. The shuttle bus driver (last name starts with a M-my apologies for not remembering) super friendly, kind, and always available :) He was on shift on Friday February 23rd 8-9 o’clockish The ladies that ran the breakfast bar were so friendly and kept things clean. The housekeepers really do provide clean rooms, which I greatly appreciate! All the staff there were absolutely terrific!

We have stayed at many Hampton Inns in our life traveling the states and this might be the best one. We were visiting Turning Stone Casino for the first time and had enough Hilton Honors points for a free night at this property. This hotel is only 4 years old and is very clean and rooms quite large. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming and seemed happy to see me, as I am a Hilton Honors Gold Member. Our beds were comfortable, shower and bathroom well designed, and the TV mounted on the wall. Breakfast was typical for all Hampton Inns.

Clean rooms and common areas. Very comfortable beds . Staff was top notch .Pool was comfortable temp. Hot , fresh coffee . We didn't personally use the shuttle to Turning Stone but it was available and a nice service . Breakfast was lack luster but there were options for every taste.

Clean hotel clean room, complimentary breakfast, polite professional staff. Working pool. Family friendly. Easy to book fun for the whole family we didn't have any issues!

Room was nice and had a large bathroom. The pool was a decent size and the jacuzzi was hot and relaxing. The shuttle that took us to the Saratoga Performing Arts Center for a concert was fantastic. The driver was super friendly and conversational, but still drove safely and in a timely manner.

Excellent hotel, great affordable packages offered by the manager Marvin Bonostro. Facility is well maintained, nice pool and jacuzzi, decent weight room and outdoor fire pits. A major plus having Morton's Steakhouse adjacent to the lobby (and food credits on package deals

The hotel had good sized rooms, comfortable beds and large communal areas. The swimming pool was big and the jacuzzi pleasant. There we’re outside fire pits lit every evening with chairs and tables nearby to relax in. Parking was immediately to the front of the property. The grounds were well kept. We visited the casino but it was not the focus of our stay.

I very much enjoy the location of the hotel/casino. Saratoga springs is nice location with many great shops and restaurants. I have stayed at this hotel at least 5 times. We requested a 12 pm checkout when booking the room. Upon arrival we were informed that we would have to call in the morning and see what they can do. So in the morning we called and we were told we could in fact have the 12pm checkout. We very much appreciate the extra hour to relax and pack. I always boast about how clean the rooms are and how friendly the staff is. This stay we had a couple off interactions with employees and the room wasn’t as clean as usual. Everyone has off days, I get it and I know the housekeepers do their best to keep the rooms clean and accommodate late checkouts. We had dinner reservations in town and had a couple hours to relax. We went to the pool and enjoyed the hot tub. We were the only ones in the pool area and it was very nice to sit and relax in the hot tub by ourselves. Also, before our dinner reservations we met friends at the Morton’s bar. We enjoyed some nice cocktails and the bar tender was very friendly. The bar was busy and she did a very good job to check in with us and took a moment to chat. The casino was fun as always.

Incredible bath with great views. Super comfy bed. Extremely clean. Room was small but beautifully designed. Small things like numerous hooks made it easy to store everything neatly. Bar was cosy and delicious cocktails. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was, for me, perfect. Katz’s deli is across the street (go early to avoid the queues round the block), Sweet Chick next door does great friend chicken. Vintage shops all within a few minute’s walk. I requested a kettle with tea bags and a steamer and bath salts and they were sent to my room straight away, for free. Only thing is it would be great to have a coffee machine in the room. But even without that, this will be my go-to hotel for nyc trips!

Fantastic location - lots of great bars and restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Metro 5 minutes walk - easy access to major sites, Williamsburg and Brooklyn. 60 mins to JFK on the subway (quicker than a taxi). Staff friendly. helpful and welcoming. Room was spotless, amazingly quiet for NYC, huge and very comfortable bed (King Studio). Great shower and bath. We loved it and thought it was worth every cent.

Absolutely loved the Ludlow hotel. We chose to stay here as we were coming to New York to get married. We treated ourself to a sky loft room and wow it was totally worth it! The view was amazing, particularly when the sun come through in the mornings. The location was great, easy to get a bus or the subway or walk.. the location felt much more authentic New York, I would compare to Shoreditch in London. The room was kept clean, room service amazing and every day it was spotless with new fresh towels. The bed was comfy too! There was also a nice bar to hang out in the lobby, which did food and snacks and you could always get a spot there to sit. Finally the reception staff were great, they took my wedding flower delivery in for me and put it in my room and when we asked for a steamer they were straight up with it. I honestly had the best time staying here and can’t wait to come back again.

We had some initial mishaps with the booking of our room (make sure you request a room on the higher floor levels so that you get a view - we had a view of the car park at first which we were disappointed with, especially as we had paid more for a bath next to the window to celebrate my 30th birthday). However the Ludlow team managed to move us to a beautiful room on the 18th floor with a balcony, huge bathroom and lounge area. After paying an extra fee, we upgraded and from then on our stay was amazing. Beautifully designed rooms, lovely extra touches like a free bottle of Prosecco for my birthday and delicious food at Dirty French (the pancakes did not disappoint!) Overall I would stay here again as it’s located in a fun area and has a cool vibe perfect for a trip to NYC.

Staff at reception was super helpful! We asked for advice on our itinerary and they all had amazing tips for activities and food options. Room was on the 18th floor and had an amazing view over the city. The location of the hotel is great, easy access to all the good restaurants and public transport options. Don't miss out on having dinner at their restaurant, Dirty French! We had an amazing meal.

Great location if you are visiting NYC for the first time. Close enough to everything, including Penn Station, this allows you to explore the city on foot or via the subway. Easy to walk to Hudson yards, The highline and Chelsea Market or Times Square, Broadway, Grand Central. We had a super room, spotlessly clean and spacious double double. We were in a higher room and the end of a corridor which afforded us peace and quiet. The beds were super comfy and the bathroom was clean with a super shower, plenty of towels and hair dryer. The room had a fridge and coffee machine. These are a real bonus if you are travelling from abroad and have to adjust to the time difference. If you wake early you can make a hot drink. Make sure you grab milk and breakfast pastries or yogurts the night before! The staff at this hotel were amazing. As it was my friends 60th birthday they upgraded our room as described above and gifted her a bottle of Champagne too. Special thanks go to Gurmey, Rey and José, they made us so welcome and gave us some fabulous tips and advice. Nothing was too much trouble. This ensured my friend had a great birthday trip. This was my 5th trip to New York, I love this city and usually stay in the Soho area, however the location of this hotel and the staff have encouraged me to stay at this hotel. I would love to visit in the Festive season next time and this will be my go to hotel.

Just recently completed my 3rd fantastic stay at the hotel. A big thank you to Ashley Schultz and team for looking after me again! The staff at the hotel are so welcoming, not just on check in, but every time to you return to the building. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always happy to help in anyway. What I also love about this hotel is that it is one of the quietest I've stayed in the city - and I've stayed in many. The rooms are spacious and very clean with good amenities and the beds extremely comfortable. All allowing me to get a really good nights sleep when I need it for busy work days after lots of travel. I also welcome the restaurant in the lobby serving breakfast and food all day, including room service and a bar for drinks. Staff are friendly and efficient with a really good selection on the breakfast menu. A facility not to be taken for granted in NY city when many hotels today don't provide dining facilities or even a bar service. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for leisure or business. It's in a great location not too far from the major midtown sights but on the doorstop also to Hudson yards and the highline. I hope to be back again very soon

This was probably one of my favorite hotel experiences ever! Everyone was SO nice and welcoming! The Pride decorations were a pleasant and unexpected surprise! Everyone was so warm and helpful! The location was perfect! The room was very comfy and clean! Great air conditioner and big shower. Housekeeping services were top notch! Ray at reception was so helpful in accommodating us with a car service reservation to LaGaurdia on the morning of our departure! So convenient! Everyone at reception was just lovely! The breakfast was great too! Very hearty selections and attentive service. I can't say enough about this hotel! Absolutely loved it! I'll stay here again, hands down!

Contemporary hotel conveniently placed for Midtown (close to Penn Station). The room, on the 27th floor, was comfortable, modern, spacious and clean with a lovely walk in shower. The reception team were very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Jess, who checked us in and presented us with a cool glass of sparkling wine when upon arrival. I would also recommend the Burgerology restaurant on the ground floor for tasty, freshly cooked food and a friendly service. I would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing hotel! I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Midtown Manhattan and had an unforgettable experience. I was immediately greeted by the wonderful front of house team - especially Ryan whose customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel restaurant Burgerology had delicious food and the waiter Bernie was an amazing host, so kind and brightened our day with his fun energy. Would highly recommend this hotel, the rooms are clean, modern, perfect location, and outstanding customer service.

Amazing location near thruway but no noise whatsoever. Quite convenient to a multitude of restaurants and area attractions in and near NewPaltz. Super modern and seems very updated. Beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable and room were super clean and well appointed with nice sized mini fridge and microwave as well as flat screen Tv. Bathroom and walk in shower were exceptional. Great rates- amazing full breakfast and friendly staff. Easy and plentiful free parking and had a nice pool too. Just a perfect hotel service and room all around. Loved the little convenience area by the front desk for snacks and treats as well that you could purchase at anytime.

Made an overnight stop on our way to Long Island. I have had some poor experiences at other Hampton Inns in the past so I was not expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised!! Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young lady named Krista. She had a great smile, was extremely friendly and very helpful. She offered me water while she was attending to my check in and I immediately felt like I made a good decision to stay here. The hotel common areas were clean and nicely decorated. The room was also very clean and comfortable. There was a nice complementary breakfast set up in the morning, as well as grab and go bags if you preferred to get right back to your travels. The woman who checked me out was also friendly and sincere. When she said, I hope you enjoyed your stay, I believe she truly meant it! I will definitely stay at this hotel again. It was an enjoyable experience.

This was our 8-9 trip at this property…if not more. We love this hotel. It’s always clean and the staff is always professional and courteous. The breakfast is also always fresh and delicious. Although this hotel is pet friendly, I was not a fan of guests bringing their dogs directly up the the serving stations during breakfast. I know that this is permitted during pet friendly stays, however, it seemed slightly unsanitary. I am also highly allergic and this made for uncomfortable mornings. With that said, it won’t stop us from coming back.

We were in an accessible room which was very, very large and very clean and comfortable. But there was no shower seat, either fixed or portable so I had to request one. One was finally found but it was too big for the bathtub. I set it sideways and it worked but was not comfortable. Light switches and such were all in good order but someone with fewer abilities than mine might have had trouble finding or reaching them. The breakfast room was quite beautiful and the breakfast was ample and inviting.

Location is ideal. Right off the Thruway (no highway noise) and a mile or so to the quaint “downtown”. The staff were excellent, starting right from the front desk. High quality from the lobby to the room. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was fine and the area very clean and seating area was very comfortable. Would highly recommend staying here.

Our family had an amazing stay at the Luma Times Square! When planning our first trip to NYC it was very challenging to decide on a hotel with so many to choose from. We wanted to be in Midtown and within walking distance to restaurants and shows, but we didn’t want to be directly in the more chaotic center of Times Square. Luma’s location was PERFECT! The street was quiet and not congested with traffic, and Bryant Park (which was very charming) was literal steps away, as well as so many fantastic places to go for breakfast or a late bite. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean! There were so many terrific amenities and nice touches, such as the Nespresso coffee maker, Dyson hair dryer, huge make up mirror, hat hooks, lit wardrobe and countless usb and usb-c outlets. Finally, the Luma’s staff made it a place you want to stay again. From the front desk and concierge staff to housekeeping and the restaurant staff. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The first night we arrived we were surprised when members of the staff came up to our room to see if we needed anything and even brought us chocolates. Everyday of our stay, we also received a phone call asking if there was anything we needed. Our first trip to NYC was everything we hoped it would be, and our choice of hotels turned out to be the PERFECT choice!!!

...the LUNA hotel was amazing in every way possible - the location was perfect walkable to all the NYC locations you hope to visit in the city - located in TIME SQUARE - across the street from the FUN BRYANT PARK VIBE. We loved LUNA's decor and environment - beautiful energy and atmosphere from the minute your enter the lobby - the bar was fun and lively and do not miss the delicious offerings in Michelin Star Chef operated restaurant. LUNA offered us everything we dreamed of - we really loved the beautiful, clean comfortable suite space - this boutique hotel has become my new favorite NYC hotel. The staff was outstanding - welcoming, thoughtful and incredibly kind offering helpful suggestions - making the stay in NYC the best for my special family weekend experience... Discover sweet dreams in NYC at LUNA...

The location was amazing if you are wanting to be able to walk 5 minutes to Broadway shows, or be in the middle of it all!! It is a hectic part of town, but the hotel is in a quiet street and you can certainly avoid the Times Square craziness if you want. Wholefoods/CVS pharmacy/Target/cafes all within about 50-100m which was fantastic - everything you could need! Hotel was super clean - always lots of housekeeping staff working right throughout the day. Staff were always pleasant - big shout out to the doormen!! They were always so lovely and helpful. Great little restaurant and bar downstairs. Door dash also able to be delivered without any hassle. Lifts were quick. Breakfast was just right for a quick brekky - mostly continental offerings, but they also cooked me an egg white omelette every day! Coffee was not my favourite, but literally right next door in the Martha Stewart cafe Maman, that does fabulous coffee and meals throughout the day. The views from the room were great. Beds were super comfy (sofa bed was a little squeaky but did the job, even for a 2 week stay!!). Showers were great, aircon great even on super hot days. Daily gym pass was great, with the gym just around the corner. Honestly, everything was just as it should be!

The Luma Hotel’s location is perfect - so centrally located within walking distance to Times Square, Bryant, and Central Parks with the added convenience of amazing coffee/breakfast spots just next door and down 41st Street. We didn't try the hotel's restaurants with so many options throughout the area in such a short visit (5 days). The staff were all very friendly and professional and the location is perfect - close enough, yet far enough from Times Square's crowds and noise. The beds, linens and amenities offered in the room (loved the Nespresso!) were lovely and we would not hesitate to stay there in the future! Thanks for a great experience - it was the perfect spot for celebrating my birthday!!!

This was our first trip to NYC. I am so glad that we chose this hotel. It was in a perfect location. Bryant Park, Times Square, 5th Ave, Empire State Buiding and tons of other sites are all within walking distance. Subway stations were right around the corner and taxis were easy to catch. Whole Foods and CVS were right there for any personal needs. This hotel is clean and spacious. We opted for the 2 King room and there was plenty of room for 4 people and all of our luggage. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was a perfect size. We did not feel cramped at all. Our room was the perfect spot to relax after long days. Being so close to alot of attractions I was worried about noise, but we did not hear a thing. The staff was amazing. They are knowledgeable about the area and offer great recommendations. Any need that arose was promptly met. We had a few things sent up by Alina the Robot including soaps/hair care and even our door dash orders for breakfast. We spent 9 days in NYC and still didn't come close to seeing it all. We will definitely be back. Thank you to all of the team members at Luma! Until next time!

Our recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Springs Downtown at, 25 Lake Ave, was superb on every level. Maura, Rachel and Andrea are most professional, super people- friendly and most attentive to make your stay perfect. Their professionalism is a definite shining star for the Hampton Inn & Suites Corp. Hampton Inn is exquisitely designed, very comfortable and located in a perfect part of town so visitors can walk to all restaurants, shops and Congress Park as well. Our room was quite spacious, ultra clean, and offered a huge TV. The free hot breakfast every morning, starting at 6am, is delicious! The breakfast and bar area make for a cozy setting for groups, families, business meeting or quite simple couples retreat. Hampton Inn & Suites Saratoga Downtown is our "home away from home"; when you're here you're treated with care and respect. Thank you, ladies, for a perfect stay. Also, shout out to Juan for his attentiveness and smiles! We will see you all soon!

Top-notch experience at this hotel that exceeded expectations and its price point. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean room with comfortable bed. Extensive breakfast buffet included in the stay. Convenient parking. And fun little perks like fresh-baked cookies each afternoon. Best of all: convenient location within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, parks, and other sights. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel in the heart of Saratoga. This hotel was a great option as it is walkable to everything including the main road with boutiques and many restaurants. This hotel has its very own parking garage. There is a parking garage across the street from it but that is not the one for the hotel. To get access to the hotels parking garage you pull in to the hotels circle and park. Go in and check in. They will then give you a key to the garage which is on the same side of the hotel and is attached. Parking is $15. There is not valet parking. The hotel is very clean and has a nice bar and sitting areas with fireplaces. They have an evening menu including a kids menu to order from. They do not have room service but this is not a problem as you can order food to go from the bar. The rooms are nice and clean with comfortable bedding. The pool area is large and clean with nice seating options. There is not a hot tub. The staff are very friendly and this hotel is dog friendly. The breakfast was very good ranging from fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal and waffle mix (vanilla or red velvet). Would stay here again, especially in the winter as it has a covered parking area so you don't need to clean off your car.

This is by far my favorite Hampton Inn I’ve stayed at! The lobby was large and gorgeous, staff were super helpful and friendly! Our room was large and more than enough room for 5 girls for a fun night out. Beds were large and comfortable with a pull out sofa. The hotel was immaculate. Everything was SOOOO CLEAN! You were in the heart of downtown and a quick walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. It was less than a ten minute ride to SPAC. Breakfast was delicious. Waffles, other hot items and your typical cold choices. 24 hour coffee, a bar area with a beautiful lounge area, pool and a 24 hour store with frozen and shelf snacks and drinks. Our room had a smart tv microwave and fridge. I will stay here again in my next trip to Saratoga!

The location is amazing. Central to downtown, 5 minute walk to City Center and downtown, as well as numerous restaurants. Parking included in the room rate. Very clean and pleasant room, spacious bathroom with glass walk-in shower. Quiet. Pool and hot tub very nice and clean (hot tub could be a little hotter....99 degrees, should be at least 102). Breakfast was scrumptious, more generous than typical hotels. Just all around really liked this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I stayed here in late December 2023. The hotel is very nicely appointed and just seems fresh and modern. The rooms included new / modern furniture, decor, linens, carpeting. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfy as well. The hotel is situated off of a main road, so it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was good and offered a few selections, including hot items. The breakfast area included modern and new furniture, including comfy booths. The lobby area has a nice coffee / tea area, with regular and decaf coffee and tea, as well as coffee mate and sweeteners. Great to grab a hot drink on your way in our out of the hotel. Although we didn't use it, we walked past the indoor pool area, which looked nice, although the pool seemed a tad small. All in all, it was a nice stay and we will be staying here for future stays in the Buffalo area.

My family stayed here 3 nights. Upon check in, staff was welcoming and very helpful. The lobby has self serve coffee all day. Our room was clean, room service came one of the days we were out to change our towels. Bed was comfortable, we have no complaints. Daily breakfast is good; the hot buffet breakfast is mostly eggs with potatoes and breakfast meat (sausage patty, maple kielbasa, chicken sausage patty). My kids enjoyed making waffles on the waffle iron, chocolate and original. Staff is always refilling stations so if you think something you wanted ran out, go back for another round and check! There is a self service laundry on site that we used. They have 3 front loader washers and 3 dryers that are $2 in quarters. If you don’t have quarters, the front desk said can provide change. We did not utilize the pool or fitness center but when we took a glance it looked modern and clean. They are a pet friendly hotel! We loved seeing the different dogs at breakfast or in the lobby! Overall, we had a great and wonderful stay!

The breakfast was nice. Not a fancy buffet with dozens of selections but definitely what you want (eggs, bacon/sausage/waffles/oatmeal/selection of fruit/breads/juice/cereals). The t.v. selection was excellent (HBO channels, etc). Wifi had no issues. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was also comfortable. Shower area is spacious. Parking was very easy. Checking in went smoothly. Staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast dining area was extremely spacious and food options were very plentiful. I liked how there was hot water and tea and coffee available all day. The elevators were extremely modern. The hallways were very bright and well-lit. The room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had no tub just a large and spacious shower which I absolutely loved with great water pressure. The room had plenty of usb outlets for all my family’s charging needs. The fitness room was probably the nicest I have ever seen in this category of hotel- lots of machines and weights and plenty of space! Also, they had a filtered water station. I did not get to use the pool but I could see families with small children that were able to enjoy it. Overall, it seems like this hotel is either fairly new or went through a very successful renovation. The only thing that would make this hotel perfect would be if it had EV charging. I will most definitely return to this hotel if I am ever back in the area. I definitely would recommend it as well.

Since we discovered this hotel, it has become our "place to go" when we visit Amherst, which we do at least 4 times a year. It's always nice spending the night there after the drive from Toronto and a busy day at the shops, as it simply provides you with all a traveller needs and looks for. The staff is always friendly and helpful, The place is quiet, clean and well cared for. Rooms are spacious, airy, sunny and always spotless, plus very well equipped. Same can be said about their rather nice bathrooms. The internet service is very good and the beds and linen excellent. The hotel also provides a very good breakfast, with gluten free option among cereal and a surprising variety of hot and cold dishes, fresh fruit and very good yogurt. Besides, coffee - regular and decaf - and hot water are also available in the lobby all day long along with hot water and disposable plates and napkins.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt in Riverhead! The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with stunning views of the Peconic River. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect—walking distance to the Long Island Aquarium and great local restaurants. The rooftop bar was a great place to unwind in the evening, and the amenities made the stay feel luxurious yet comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the North Fork area—great value and excellent service!

We stayed overnight so we could go to the aquarium the next day. The hotel was beautiful and clean, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cozy with a couch and little living area. I'm sad that the outdoor cafe was already closed for the season, but it looks like it is a lot of fun in the summer. Our 19 month old loved having the indoor pool to himself, though. The recommendation for Myles on Main for dinner was perfect, as it was close and delicious. It was super convenient to be able to have breakfast at the hotel and literally walk next door to be first on line for the aquarium.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very good location in the heart of Riverhead on Main Street with local bars within walking distance. And the buffet breakfast was amazing. Very clean and spacious rooms. No complaints at all. Check in was smoothe and easy. Onsite bar was convenient. And check out easy as well.

Hotel was clean. Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast had a wide variety of food. Room was spacious and clean. Facilities were great especially the outdoor pool. Water was clean and not overly chlorinated. Indoor pool, while a tad more chlorinated, was also a nice option. Lounge chairs were nice as were the outdoor bar and view of the river. Location was great - centrally located near the Tanger Outlets, Splish Splash water park, vineyards, and of course between the North and South forks of Long Island. Also, a nice variety of restaurants nearby. Overall, a nice place to stay.

The hotel rooms and facilities are in excellent condition. It’s a great place to stay if you are visiting the shopping malls in Riverhead or the beaches to the east. Large clean rooms. Ample space. Easy free parking on property or in the large lot across the street. Plenty of restaurants and interesting shops within walking distance. Top notch professional, efficient, and friendly front desk manager and assistants. Lovely indoor pool and attractive gym. Plenty of fresh and cooked food choices at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable seating. Nice place to stay for one night or longer.

The suite was very clean. The jacuzzi tub was amazing! Loved the soft robes too! We had dinner at Toscana which was tasty and our server Shane was great. Check in and out was easy and quick. All the staff I encountered were helpful and pleasant.

So easy to get to in an uncongested area. Everything was perfect after we got checked in. Corner suite with jacuzzi tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable. Buffet was delicious and everything was freshly made. Casino had a nice selection of games.

Clean, convenient and great value. Friendly staff! We booked a last minute stay after a long day of skiing to avoid a treacherous drive back to the city with two small children. Lots of food options nearby. We were able to run and get dinner before snow turned to ice. Lobby area was welcoming. Our two boys (4 and 7) were so excited for the stay. The room was so clean. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. I’m someone who typically brings their own pillow :/ Breakfast was a nice perk. Coffee waffles eggs sausage yogurt etc. Overall a very nice stay! Very friendly staff!

The Sleep Inn was a convenient stop-over during my drive from Newark to Upstate New York. My first stay - on the way up - exceeded my expectations dramatically. The property was delightful, fresh and new, relatively quiet, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich and enjoyable. In fact, I was so taken with my week-day stay, I decided to return on my way down on a Sunday night. That stay was also pleasant, but there were certainly more guests, which made it a bit less quiet. But that did not detract from my experience. I highly recommend this place!

To begin, I am extremely and easily disgusted by sleeping in hotels. The hygeine within the hotel is by far the leading reason for this positive review. Typically, even at the cleanliest hotels with fresh smelling pillow cases, the pillow smells. Within our bed, even the pillows smelled clean and never used. We previously stayed at The Hampton in Harriman Woodbury. Despite no pool (which was broken at Hampton Inn), this hotel is the best in the area due to the cleanliness. The fire pit was a great intimate ammenity. Not to mention for the highest rated hotel in the area the pricing was fairest in the area when booked by a third party. While I thought the staff at the Hampton in Harriman Woodbury provided notably excellent service, the front desk at this hotel exceeded all expectations. My fiance and I were late to breakfast. The staff had already cleaned the seating area and breakfast buffet. The breakfast attendant Fibi, deserves recognition. She had noticed, approached us and was more than accomodating in offering us breakfast. She saved the day and we are certainly appreciative. Would 10/10 reselect this hotel in the future.

We needed a stay for one night during the week. The hotel was very clean throughout and I am quite a stickler. The beds were comfy. The included breakfast was quite extensive especially for a budget hotel. They even had gluten free bagels! Every employee was so friendly and helpful and Fibi at breakfast couldn’t be more helpful.

The facility is very clean, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and easy to get to. The lobby is spacious and the breakfast starts early for us early risers. (And the kitchen area was spotless.)

This was not my first visit. I've been here several times. The reason I keep coming back is because the staff here is friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The rooms are clean and smell fresh. Housekeeping does an amazing job. My Front Desk Experience is Always pleasant and hassle free. The Food! Mmm Good Mr Ds Wings Are The Best! The Food is always made fresh my western omelet delicious. Last but not my espresso martini was delicious. Management and waitstaff very attentive. Thank you for an enjoyable stay will be back at the end of the month

This place was busling busy with conventions and weddings all through the 5 days we spent, but it didn’t effect the individualized personal attention we received. Accommodation for hundreds of people is challenging in itself but while catering to the larger events and parties while still exhibiting excellent personalized customer service to the remaining guests was an arduous task that they accomplished here at the Crown Plaza of Albany. Mr. D’s Restaurant and bar was perfect, the food delicious even the 2 time we got breakfast to go! My son lives near by in Guilderland, whom we were visiting. When we consider our next visit we shall surely return to the Crown Plaza for a wonderful stay! I highly recommend…a little pricey but worth the pampering…thinly down side was swimming pool closure during a heat wave…but otherwise extraordinary visit…staff was very helpful and friendly! Rene Struthers the manager was personable, knowledgeable and Helpful!

We had a very enjoyable stay! Everything was very clean, staff were accommodating and friendly. We very much enjoyed the hotel restaurant for both dinner and brunch the next morning. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because I felt the bed was pretty uncomfortable. We forgot a couple of items when we left, and the hotel staff was helpful in finding them and holding them til a family member could pick them up for us. Thank you for making our weekend enjoyable! We will be back!

The Adirondack wing suite was spectacular. Great view of Lake Placid, Mirror Lake, and the High Peaks. The suite was well appointed, with a small kitchen, jacuzzi, a patio, and a small kitchen.

This is a great location in center of lake placid, has a nice pool/jacuzzi. Rooms are decent. 4/5 for me!

Our Hotel stay was amazing,from the balcony breathtaking view of surrounding mountains,the room stay was great ,had a king bed ,Jacuzzi ,walk-in shower ,breakfast buffet was great,had wings for dinner at there restaurant where done perfect. we will be back to this hotel in the future,enjoyed out stay !!!

The outdoor area and bar were really nice, I loved it it was up on the hill and there were plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit in and just take it all in. The staff was very accommodating with early check in and late check out. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch as well. The room itself was very comfortable, could be slightly updated tho to be a little more modern but overall very nice.

We stayed at the Archer Hotel NYC in November and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were helpful and welcoming and they facilitated our request for a room on a high floor. We celebrated a birthday while at The Archer and were delighted to find a surprise birthday cupcake on arrival - a very thoughtful gesture. Our Empire View guest room was amazing with a wonderful view of the Empire State Building, as described. The room was stylish with a good design that offered space for storing our luggage. It was modern and clean and the beds were so comfortable, particularly after those long walks around the city! The extras included bathrobes and slippers, books, teatime treats and a fridge beside the minibar which was very convenient to store extra milk for tea/coffee or juice - such a welcome addition for families, in particular. The rooftop bar is amazing with good bar food and it gives a great view of the city. The Archer is a beautiful New York hotel in a convenient location for sightseeing in Manhattan but it's main strength is it's staff who know the importance of good customer service and we especially want to thank Scott who went above and beyond to ensure that we enjoyed our birthday celebration stay. We look forward to another visit in the future and will recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to NYC.

A charming boutique hotel in the middle of the city with super comfy beds and an amazing shower. Room size is not too bad (as we all know they are a bit tight in NYC) but cleaning was spotless (it passed my uv light torch test lol). Lovely quality amenities and a Nespresso machine with decaf coffee option is always a great idea. The hotel is located in a nice tourist-friendly area but also has a short walk to the subway if you want to explore a bit further. The hotel team is spectacular and they were very helpful and friendly in every single aspect during our stay. And last but not least, a rooftop bar (and weekend family brunch area) and a room with a view of the Empire State are always a great way to make the NYC experience even more memorable.

I recently spent five days and four nights Archer Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! From start to finish, everything about my stay was exceptional. The service was absolutely top-notch. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring I had a wonderful experience. Whether it was helping with directions, making dining recommendations, or simply greeting me with a smile, their warmth and professionalism set the tone for my entire stay. The beds were some o yet warm, with thoughtful details that made every space feel special. My room had a cozy yet upscale vibe, and I loved the little touches that showed how much care went into the design. The on-site restaurant and bar were equally impressive. The food was delicious, with a menu that offered something for every palate, and the cocktails at the bar were expertly crafted. The ambiance was chic but inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind in the evenings. And finally, the location couldn’t be better. Just a short walk to Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue shopping, and Bryant Park, the Archer Hotel puts you right in the heart of the action. I loved being able to explore so many iconic NYC landmarks without needing to rely on transportation. In every way, my stay at the Archer Hotel exceeded expectations. Love the Archer Hotel We had a fabulous stay at the Archer Hotel! Even before we left home, we were receiving emails welcoming us. When we arrived, we were really pleased with the hotel’s location, new decor, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Although the room was small, which is typical of hotel rooms in New York, it was very comfortable and the bathroom shower was great! There is a microwave and fridge in the room as well. Treats were left for us daily which was so sweet! You could not hear the outside city noise and with the very comfortable bed, it was easy to get a good night’s sleep! We had breakfast in the hotel and dinner at the rooftop bar - both delicious! There was 24/7 coffee, tea and water in the lobby too. The staff were amazing! Kyra went out of her way to try to locate a package that did not arrive at the hotel and Joseph was so helpful! All in all, it was a great stay! I highly recommend the Archer and would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed at EVEN hotel, and everything about my stay was just perfect! The hotel is clean, modern, and has a strong emphasis on wellness. There is a great fitness centre, and each room also has it's own in-room fitness area with a yoga mat, resistance bands, and a bottle of water for you to keep after your stay! It's such a thoughtful touch, especially for anyone who is trying to stay active whilst travelling. The staff at the hotel were lovely - all super kind and hospitable! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and we were looked after. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, which made a huge difference. There is also a great bar downstairs, perfect for cocktails in the evening. The bartender was especially kind and welcoming - he took the time to chat with us and made our evening feel extra special. The location is incredibly convenient, close to all the major attractions and sites, yet tucked away enough to feel calm and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel - the perfect place to stay in New York, especially if you're looking for comfort, wellness, and genuinely great service!

5/5 no complaints....booked on IHG rewards points. LOCATION excellent - Noisy Times Square, Empire State, Hudson River ports - 10-15 min walk and next door to police station so safe! Direct Subway from JFK Jamaica ($3)- comes in next to hotel and its a main subway (Penn St) which goes to many places! Hotel - modern, clean, quiet, well decorated compared to many dated ones around this area and Times Square. BEDROOM - Small, clean, quiet, great power shower, tele, hair dryer, fridge, no complaints it's perfect unless you spend a lot of time other than sleeping. South Ferry subway to Statue of liberty - direct 30min service from Penn St Subway next to hotel ($3 each way). China Town is also close to South Ferry area. Uptown to Central Park take $3 Penn St subway for about 30 min. This is one of the better hotels in New York having stayed at one other and read some of the reviews for other hotels.

Arrival: Wonderful front desk team [thank you Shayla] gets you checked in, explains all the hotel features. Hotel is only ~10 years old and has been either renovated or very well taken care of. It’s modern, functional, and clean. Room: small but bright, sunny and quiet. Small’s common in Manhattan, but bright, sunny and quiet are all a treat. Windows open for fresh air, and have blackout shades if you need to catch some daytime sleep. Thoughtful touches: a sanitized yoga mat, foam roll, and block, plus a stretching station with bands for a reasonable workout, as well as a complimentary water bottle and Clorox wipes. Keurig coffee and tea maker with mini-fridge. They top it off with free laundry service for your workout or running gear. Closet was small but functional with a full-sized room safe. HVAC worked well but was loud. Breakfast was included in our rate. Service was excellent [thanks Xavier] and the food good. Free internet was good not spectacular. 10 Mbps down/9 up and reliable. Location: a few blocks from a lot of don’t-miss attractions including Hudson Yards, The High Line, The Shed, and The Edge. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood and I’d highly recommend walking the High Line south from 30th Street Gym: Surprisingly large for a small hotel, and fully equipped with LifeCycle and Peloton bikes. Checkout: fast and seamless. Bill was accurate. We’ll return.

We recently stayed at **EVEN Hotel Times Square South** in New York to celebrate my husband's **50th birthday**, and it was an fab experience! The hotel’s location is fantastic, just a short walk from Times Square, Penn Station, and Madison Square Garden, making it easy to explore the city. also we didnt hear any noise from outside which was fab, Our room was large for NY also modern, clean, and well-equipped, coffee machine with option for hot water only to make a cup of Yorkshire tea, Extremely comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and an in-room fitness zone, which sadly we didn't have time to use. The staff were very helpful ensuring our stay felt special. Overall, EVEN Hotel Times Square South was the perfect choice for a comfortable, convenient, stay in New York. We would definitely return!

The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk from Penn Station, with easy access to all the sights in Midtown and beyond. The room was modern, comfortable, and quiet — exactly what we needed after long days exploring the city. We also loved the wellness-focused design and the overall relaxing atmosphere. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City and will definitely return on our next trip!

Your Staff was AMAZING!!! So helpful and kind it was just what we needed on this trip. When we checked in it was 9:46PM on a Thursday and Terry was so kind and friendly. He started to mention the amenities such as the bar and restaurant and their times to open and close. Well it was now like 9:57PM and I looked at my daughter and said I guess we missed dinner. Terry said "No, No, follow me". Brought us right over to the Bartender who proceeded to take our food orders and also a drink order for a very delicious and refreshing Vodka Cucumber Tonic. The cook was upset because he thought we ordered to go and we were going to stay in the bar area and offered to replate it. We declined because it was just fine it was food and we were starving and so appreciated them staying to serve us. Just a remarkable Staff I can't say enough about them. You also have all the extras that might be needed that a guest might forget or not even think to bring and the Staff was there to always lend a hand for example a safety pin in all sizes so whatever we needed. We couldn't be more pleased and we already went back due to a Flight Cancellation on 6/26/23 and stayed 2 more days it would have been 3 if you would have had room for us . . . LOL!!! Many thanks for the care we received it was remarkable!!!

In this category of hotel this place is by far the best in the area. It’s clean, spacious and quiet. They have a nice evening bar with upscale alcohol options, beer on tap and reasonable wines by the glass. The people working there are incredibly nice. Naz at the bar was terrific! There is a large parking lot which is free and the hotel is convenient to accessing Northern Boulevard, the LIE and the Northern State Parkway. The only negative was the breakfast. It’s not over priced but it just wasn’t very good however there is complimentary coffee in the lobby. We’ve stayed in other area hotels but this will be our choice for any future trips to the area.

We arrived at 9:30 pm for a family funeral and departed at 9:30 am the following morning, needless to say, there wasn't much opportunity to take advantages of available services. I will say that starting with parking, it was convenient, the check in was professional and friendly, the room spacious and clean, a bit loud when the air kicked in, the beds were comfortable, bathroom was complete with every necessary amenity breakfast was good, wait staff efficient and friendly, the room was light and cheery. So yes, it was a good experience and would and would at the Hilton Garden Inn at Rosyn again. Thank you

We stayed here after having flown into JFK airport at the start of our New England Roadtrip. Good hotel with comfortable beds and large rooms. Very friendly staff and a restaurant serving good meals. There was a well stocked mini market on site. The hotel was clean and well maintained and parking was plentiful. We don’t generally stay in chain hotels but this was a perfect convenient stop for us.

We had the best girls' trip here. Super comfy bed love the duvet (2 for the bed) such a great touch, plus loved the robes as well. Great view of the outside. The staff was amazing especially Kayla & Freddy at the concierge desk. They were super friendly and helpful. I love the complimentary drink or snack they offer to guests as well, since there is no onsite bar/restaurant at this location. There's plenty to do and see and lots of food options within a block or two, lots of areas to explore. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Everything! Perfect location really close (walkable) to lots of central sights. I had been a bit worried about the neighbourhood but we walked back from dinner nearby at 10.30pm no problem. Room great - glad we paid a bit extra for room at back and great to be on 20th floor as v quiet. Super comfy bed. Staff v helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

What a fantastic 4 night stay! The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish, we were offered a free room upgrade upon check-in due to us having twin beds and was upgraded to Queen bed with a more spacious room! All the staff are very polite, helpful and welcoming, always greeted with a polite smile and morning, evening! They are always happy to talk to you made our stay very pleasant! The rooms are fantastic, very clean, and have a coffee machine with everything provided and also get two free token to redeem a free drink from the fridge in the lobby! The hotel is situated in a fantastic location with everything in walking distance, you can walk to Times Square within 15 minutes its very central! Thanks for making our stay so pleasant, and we will hopefully see you again in the future!

This boutique hotel is a lovely place to stay while visiting New York...the hub of mid town Manhattan in the center of the excitement of the experience of the BIG Apple 🍎...close to the theater district, Just streets from Madison Square Garden, Penn Station NY, this stay offers a delightful experience and is everything it advertised. The manager and desk clerks were courteous.understanding and welcoming! The Stay Pineapple is artful. Colorful and clean, and comfortable. The little dog "Dash" was such a welcoming treat for my granddaughter...his story and legacy is heartwarming. The beds were so soft and comfortable. I can't wait for our next stay in the Big Apple and stay here again! We slept quite comfortable! We felt safe and homey! Thank you ! Ps: Dash is coming home with us!

I loved everything about this little hotel. It’s in the best condition of any NYC hotel I’ve ever stayed in with charming and welcoming decor. My bed was so comfortable; I especially liked the European-style duvet covers. Climate control and Wifi worked seamlessly (not always the case with hotels). Staff was consistently helpful and friendly. The area around the hotel is very safe and walkable with lots of dining and drink options. Highly recommended if you are in town to access the theatre district. I would happily book the Pineapple again!

Room: The best I've had in my NY trip, compared to the airbnbs and the ones near airport. Spacious and Clean, Staff: Ah, such a warm welcome and a good talk while checking-in, they always greeted with a smile as we walked in from our tired day. This we definitely lacked for quite a while amongst most hotels we've been staying at lately. Location: The neighborhood is perfectly walkable, has a sandwich shop(with fresh juices) next door, Grand Central station is also at a walkable distance, CVS, Clothing and many more. Safety: We've got our NYC tours done and walked in to the hotel pretty late at night 11-12 and felt safe. Breakfast: We missed our weekend special breakfast but not a fan of the weekday breakfast(complimentary - limited to a single menu item). Others: Were offered complimentary breakfast coupon for one person for two days for a stay of 4ppl for 3days. Were given some credit for local bike(citi bike), and laundry credit too.

A huge shoutout to Omar, Alaney, Evie, and David—each of them went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The location is perfect—just steps from Grand Central, making it easy to explore the city. Our room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall vibe of the hotel was warm and inviting. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting NYC. The Westin location is excellent very close to Grand Central Station and easy access to trains, but the hotel itself is also great. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel is also very spacious and welcoming, too. I liked that there were 6 elevators and rarely did we have to wait very long for an elevator. Not sure why there is an automatic $25 "destination fee" (in addition to all sorts of taxes), but this did include breakfast for one person each morning. The buffet breakfast was pretty good, and I did take advantage of that.

We stayed at The Westin Grand Central and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day in the city. The room was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. A special mention to Mirlande, who was so kind, attentive, and made our stay even more memorable. Her warmth and positivity truly stood out and added a personal touch to our trip. Amazing time at the Westin!! It was my first time in New York and my sister told me how great this hotel was. They were super helpful when we added an extra day to our stay getting us in the same room, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! Neville welcomed us with mimosas and macarons! He was extremely kind and friendly! Miralande was so helpful with questions and welcoming us to the restaurant bar and breakfast. We can’t say enough good things about the staff, the rooms, and the atmosphere! Great experience! Thank you Westin!

I loved the hotel's location: the neighbourhood is great, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops within walking distance, and the subway connection is perfect in all directions. The breakfast was sufficient for us, if you add some vegetables would be just great. To me, there were plenty of amenities in the hotel, such as coffee and tea 24/7 in the lobby, the possibility to take breakfast away, a gym, and luggage storage. The room was small but well designed in a way that it was equipped with all the necessities and more (coffee machine, iron desk) and very comfortable. We got the backyard view room, and it was very quiet in the night. The wifi was great, which was important for us, as we didn't have a US number. Last but not least, the staff of the hotel is just lovely! I always felt welcomed and never had the impression that I was bothering someone. They were all very helpful, kind, and approachable (especially the front desk staff, but also the cleaning team, breakfast team and everyone). They made our stay comfortable, easy and carefree. Special greetings to Nichole and also the lady who welcomed us the day we arrived (I am sorry, I don't remember the name). You are all great, and I hope to visit you again!

The hotel and the room were clean, which is our number 1 criteria when we chose this hotel, and we were not disappointed. We also appreciated the coffee machine at the room, and the unlimited free coffee, tea, and cold water at the reception. The hotel location is perfect, since it is in the midpoint between SOHO, TRIBECA, LITTLE ITALY, and CHINA TOWN, which meant that most activities we enjoyed were at walking distance, like The Comedy Store, The Roxy/Django Jazz Club, The Brooklyn Bridge, Many Shopping Store, and a lot of great restaurants and bars. Reuben and Nichole from the Front Desk, went out of their ways to make our stay more comfortable. Also the housekeepers, Giselle, Jessica, and Monica kept our room super clean and tidy throughout our stay. Overall everyone from the staff was super helpful and friendly.

I'm not a high maintenance traveler and city noise at all hours does not bother me.... That said, my stay (3 nights) at the BWP Soho was great!!! Very convenient location. Lobby water and coffee station! Room was spotless, staff (esp Reuben!) was above and beyond amazing. I'm a sucker for a hotel waffle maker and breakfast and theirs did not disappoint. Pro tip....take the stairs down to the breakfast room and you'll see the cleanest floor (on the C level stairwell landing) you'll ever see. I had to do a double take before stepping down because I thought it was SO SHINY I thought it was wet. Nope...just super clean.

The hotel room was very clean and the staff super helpful. Great and convenient location and an overall comfortable stay in NY. The room was newly renovated and while small, it was indeed very modern and elegant. Cleaning services for the rooms were truly perfect. The room included an iron and iron board as well as hair drier (which are not always included in other hotels). Front desk was always quick to help and very pleasant and polite.

I needed to dial into a few early morning meetings with the UK - the room was clean with a comfortable desk and strong wifi - and the buffet breakfast was great. Extra coffee in the lobby was a nice touch when I'd exhausted the supply in the room. The hotel is not in the most spectacular part of town but it still felt safe at night. No complaints.

ROOMS: designed for your comfort: good-size bedroom with very comfortable bed (I bet you’ll have a perfect sleep here). The room is equipped with a coffee machine, fridge, safe, iron. Bathroom is rather spacious, there is a shower inside it. And the last but not the least: every room provides you perfect view to the city! Even from the shower ;) LOCATION: super convenient! It’s 3min walking to the metro station and Penn station - very convenient way from/to the airport and other places. And everything is so close to the hotel - there are many restaurants and coffee shops, Macy’s, 7-Eleven and Target nearby. FACILITIES: fast wi-fi, ice machines, gym, small grocery shop on site. FOOD: there is a Versa restaurant with a terrace (they serve a-la carte breakfast as well), lobby bar STAFF: friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel. Central location (near Herald Square, Madison Square Garden, Penn Station, Times Square, etc). Close to several subway lines. Attentive professional staff. Clean, safe, spacious room with a great city view. Restaurant and bar were very nice. Visiting and exploring the city is so much easier and comfortable staying here

Perfect Girls’ Weekend Getaway! We stayed in a King Suite with two bathrooms, which was absolutely perfect for our girls’ weekend—three women getting ready at the same time with no problem! The corner suite had beautiful views of the city, and everything was spotless and spacious. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and even the pull-out couch was king-sized and super comfy, which is rare! The location couldn’t be better, right across from Madison Square Garden, making it easy to explore and get around. We also ate at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious—my favorite was the salad with goat cheese and pears, which was fresh and full of flavor. Every staff member was pleasant and accommodating, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the city!

We were a couple, spending 4 nights in NYC. We booked a city view room. Fabulous view, very spacious room. Huge comfortable bed. Mini fridge, water every day, safe, beautiful bathroom with fabulous smelling toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. Hairdryer also in bathroom drawer. Room cleaned every day. Fabulous bar and restaurant. No noise, we were on the 26th floor. Roof top bar with lovely view also. Room was ready when we arrived and they stored our luggage when we were leaving as we had a late flight. The location was brilliant, everywhere seemed walkable and the hotel was right beside Penn station with easy access to all the sights. Lovely area. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here to be close to Penn Station. We were at the end of our vacation in New England. It is a central location, close to everything! Upon arrival, it was complete chaos. People were everywhere. Very loud music blasting. Check-in was on the 6th floor. There was a guy who directed us. Check-in was fast and easy. The key to our high floor, city view room was a little tricky. The room was clean and spacious. The decor and art throughout the hotel is cool. Rooms are not well soundproofed. Either from within or outside the hotel. We had dinner and drinks at Versa, which I recommend. We sat outside. It's a festive, terrace bar with friendly service. They have another bar, which also looked nice. The hotel has a fun, vibrant energy. If you're coming to NYC to soak in the urban vibe and be in the center of everything, this is the place to stay.

Very nice, clean and comfortable. Convenient to highway, well lit parking area, very clean grounds...no litter. Staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast better than most Hiltons with real bacon, scrambled eggs, clementines, granny smith apples, and flavored water. King bed was very comfy. 3 sets of towels in bathroom. Fridge in room was spotless and had a functional freezer allowing us to refreeze ice packs for our small day cooler. Will definitely stay here again. Kudos to all staff at this location for their caring and attention to details. 100 stars!

Clean. Coffee, hot cocoa, tea & cookies complimentary 24/7. Pool was open, clean and late hours. Staff was friendly. Conjoining rooms, perfect for our family. Snack bar for purchase was great. Continental breakfast was awesome. Beautiful decor. The view was crappy but the hotel share a parking lot with Taco Bell and hannaford is right next door. And the price was the best around!

Super clean, rooms have fridge, microwave, coffee set up, full on toiletries. You’d be surprised how many hotels are cheaping out on those basic amenities but not this hotel. Clean and comfy. Well appointed. It’s also very close to downtown Woodstock, which was the purpose of my visit. The breakfast was also generous with a full range of hot and cold foods. Eggs, hash browns, sausage, waffles, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, pastries, good coffee.

Every day, the breakfast was amazing. There was always a nice variety and the food was fresh and delicious. The employee responsible for the breakfast was top notch. She was always helpful and friendly.

We stayed here when we were in the area for The Hudson Valley Wine and Food Fest. This property should be the template for all Residence Inns! The rooms are lovely and have fun touches like wine, whiskey, popcorn and fancy nuts as "honor bar" items. We purchased a few things as the prices were not out of the normal range. The staff is friendly and helpful and they do an epic free breakfast which was tasty and the area well staff and CLEAN! We ate at the bar (another super plus a full well stocked bar) for dinner both nights its a bit pricey but value for the money as the food was excellent. My only call out is that the restaurant is called "Storyteller" so they have a highly contrived book for a menu.

GREAT place! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Bed was comfy, pillows were awesome, such a large, comfortable room. Very good breakfast, lots of choices. Drinks, snacks or food at the lobby restaurant - open but cozy. Super nice reception and wait staff. Can't figure out the flameless pretty fireplace, fun (: CIA is so close you could walk. Perfect for lunch or dinner at one of the CIA 3 restaurants or the pub.

I travel frequently for work, and over the years, I’ve noticed a steady decline in hotel standards when it comes to cleanliness, staff friendliness, and upkeep. However, the Inn at Bellefield is a remarkable exception! My husband and I stay here for pleasure and visiting family. After our third stay, I can confidently say this is the only hotel I actually look forward to visiting. The staff, especially Mary, Rodrigo, and Christin, make every stay special. They greet my husband and I warmly, remember our favorite room, and always go above and beyond to make us feel like part of their family. The rooms are impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and refreshingly odor-free—a rarity in most hotels. I am very sensitive to smells and I can say, these rooms smell clean! The complimentary breakfast is a culinary delight with freshly baked goods, crispy bacon, delicious frittatas, and more. It’s far beyond the usual “hotel breakfast.” On my recent trip, we also dined at their restaurant, The Storyteller, where Courtney provided excellent service. The grilled cheese appetizer with caramelized onions and apple was delicious, and both the steak frites and salmon were cooked to perfection. Every stay at the Inn at Bellefield feels like coming home. Thank you for maintaining such high standards and delivering an exceptional experience every time!

From our arrival at the hotel to our departure, the experience could not have been better (well maybe if we had a little less rain). The location was very convenient to the places we planned to visit - FDR library and house tours for FDR and Vanderbilt as well as visiting Culinary Institute. The hotel is about 9 months old. The lobby is very inviting and nice to hang out in at end of day with glass of wine from lobby bar. The breakfast area is kept very clean. Food is standard hotel breakfast options but they had fresh fruit parfaits each morning which was nice surprise. Room was large and very nice. Kitchenette was handy and well appointed and it was nice to have a larger refrigerator. The bathroom had lots of counter space which is always nice as well as a very convenient mirror and cabinet outside of the main bath as well. We will definitely be visiting again!

The location was perfect! Set back , but so convenient as well! The staff were absolutely hands down phenomenal and sweet & beyond helpful! The ambiance was everything from the lobby, to the bar to the hallways ,to our gorgeous yet practical wants ie. Forks ,cups etc. and spacious suite w / an amazing view. Everything the hotel offered including the staff was & were incredibly helpful. We will be back.
