This was our third or fourth stay at the Holiday Inn in Osoyoos, and we keep coming back for its unbeatable location. Right on the beachfront, it’s steps away from Osoyoos Lake and close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, and grocery stores. The hotel’s swimming pool is a highlight—clean, spacious, and great for kids—but it can get very crowded in the evenings. Next to the pool, there’s a small gym with a solid selection of exercise equipment, which is a nice bonus. The second-floor restaurant is a gem, serving a delicious breakfast with stunning views of Osoyoos Lake and the surrounding mountains through large windows. It’s a perfect spot to start the day. The beach access is the standout feature of this hotel. The area is clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing. During our May visit, the weather wasn’t warm enough for swimming in the lake, but the beach was still a peaceful place to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had a truly amazing experience. I had originally booked a standard room, but they generously upgraded me to a full suite at no extra charge. The suite was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well-furnished. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The balcony view from my room was absolutely stunning – offering a beautiful view of both the mountains and the lake. It really added to the relaxing atmosphere of my stay. Overall, everything was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend Holiday Inn to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and scenic place to stay.

This was a beautiful hotel, stayed here for 2 nights. They upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on 4th floor. The view of the lake was breathtaking. The kitchen was fully equipped including a Kuereg coffee maker. It was all so clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious. The front desk staff were amazing. I went down to see if they had any antibiotic cream in their first aid kit, they didn't. One of the staff went to the store, bought a tube of cream, and brought it up to our room for me. Didn't even charge for it. The pool temperature was great, and the hot tub was so relaxing.

Lake views with very clean modern rooms. We had a room in the front 2nd floor, with a view of the lake across the street. There are also ground level rooms in the back that open out to the hotels private beach area at the lake on the back of the property. The one dissapointment was their main restaurant was closed on the day we were there, and the 2nd restaurant at the attached marina was gone. We did find a good option for dinner within walking distance though, and the main resturaunt was open for breakfast which was good. I would recommend this hotel, and may stay here again myself. Next time, we will try to book a lakefront room.

had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. To my surprise and delight, they offered me a free room upgrade at check-in, which made my stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room was spacious, spotless, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were great, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. I truly appreciated the extra touch of hospitality – it made a big difference. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Lovely room. Jacuzzi amazing. Lots of hot water. Love the larger shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Very comfortable.

The hotel was quiet and the beds were comfortable. The toiletries were very nice! Our window looked out onto a gorgeous view. The room felt safe. Wifi was great. We were grateful for breakfast, there was lots and it was certainly fresh. I enjoyed the fitness room while my grown daughter had a dip in the pool. We were extremely close to everything but set back a little from the bustle of Oliver. The location is perfect for walking everywhere (we parked here and walked to Venables Theatre.) Landscaping was pretty and there was plenty of parking. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Glad to have such good coffee too - my daughter is a coffee connoisseur! Can't speak to the TV as we never turned it on, but lighting was great for reading and pillows were great: there's a lumbar pillow if you happen to need one. Room smelled clean - don't take that for granted!

Clean, good location, comfortable beds. Friendly front desk staff. Breakfast basic but very good. Lovely breakfast ladies replenishing everything. Small pool but perfect for 5 & 8 yo. House keeping friendly, brought towels and coffee when we needed it. Would stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay at the Coast Oliver Hotel. It is very central located in town and convenient for the local businesses. There is a very nice trail behind to walk. We easily made day trips to Osoyoos and Penticton from here. Included daily breakfast, serving hot egg, sausages, potato cakes and waffles. Fresh juice, bagels and toast. Had the hot tub to ourselves. Friendly staff. Our room was very spacious and had fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Our stay was after Thanksgiving and many businesses are closed on Sunday and Monday for eateries.

We stayed here in early June. We found the hotel to be clean and comfortable with an updated bath, comfortable beds and breakfast included in the rates. Staff at the main desk were polite and the hotel was quiet. We were within walking distance of restaurants, and behind the hotel was a brook with a pleasant walking trail. I’d stay here again.

Very cute Inn east to find coming into town Room was spotless , bed was super comfy. Jacuzzi tub excellent Too bad it was too cold for the pool we would have liked that too. Hosts were very friendly and check in and out went without a hitch thanks again

Was a very clean room. Warm and cozy. Comfortable bed. Friendly front desk, informative, helpful. Would definitely try this again, good experience. Time was taken to make a good memory of the establishment, a good night's sleep was had, quiet and peaceful.

The room was clean and comfortable and looked like it had new furniture and carpets. Bed was comfortable and our room was quiet. There are two barbecues for guest use. (We didn't use them). There are a few restaurants that you can easily walk to. We used the self check-in which was very easy. We received a text each day asking if we needed anything to help our stay. We would stay here again.

My room was spotless clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The spacious balcony with great views was such a plus. The facicilities are all new, nice and clean. The hotel is right on the beach in beautiful surroundings. Restaurants, bars, shops and cafes all on the same block, so can't beat the location. Some of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and polite, friendly people. This place is pet friendly through and through. My all in all experience was great and I would return to Watermark Beach Resort.

Our first visit to the Watermark resort but it won’t be our last. We originally booked a 1 bedroom suite for the prior week to our actual visit, we rebooked simply because of the weather forecast, we were looking for sunshine & warmer temperatures. We canceled our first reservation & rebooked a 2 bedroom as there were no longer any 1 bedroom lake view suites available. Expedia made that change very easy We were greeted at the Watermark by a doorman which was a lovely touch Kristina at the front desk was very pleasant, friendly & professional Check-in was quick & easy Our suite was Really nice, clean & spacious, great view of the lake. I do recommend lakeside, for the view, no highway noise & morning sun with afternoon shade on the patio. The kitchen in the suite is well equipped with everything needed, we cooked the majority of our meals in the suite. Our suite also offered really nice robes, I’m not sure if the 1 bedroom suites offer this, I would ask. The location is wonderful, there is a Nesters grocery store a few minutes stroll away, a pub, a Brew pub, Shopper Drug store, liquor store, BP are all only steps away & there very own restaurant on site. The pool area is very clean, and was well used. They offer change rooms & towel service. Gyro park offers beautiful grassy areas, a clean sandy beach & skirts the resort. The landscaping is gorgeous I highly recommend this resort for your next visit to Osoyoos. I highly recommend this resort,

Stayed here recently for 4 nights. Originally, I booked a standard condo with lake view, but we got upgraded on arrival to a 2-bedroom condo with lake and pool view. The accommodations were excellent, very comfortable, with a small but well equipped kitchen (incl. A stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc), 2 bathrooms and a nice balcony with a 4 seat table. Resort’s location was very convenient, right on the lake and within walking distance to Main Street with restaurants, cafes, shops etc. There is a small brew pub, a Boston Pizza, ice cream place and a great spa in the same building as the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a quiet time of the year in town, so no noise as there were very few families with children. The pools, slide and the hot tubs were still operating, and were a pleasure to enjoy. The hotel gym was very well equipped, too, with many cardio machines as well as weight/strength training equipment. We very much enjoyed our stay here, and would highly recommend it to others.

We celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary at the Watermark and could not have had a more enjoyable experience. We were absolutely delighted to see a bottle of bubbly, from a local winery, waiting in our room which we enjoyed while dining at 15 Park Bistro. Our dining experience was wonderful..service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The bruschetta was fantastic…loved how the basil was prepared. I enjoyed the halibut which was done and presented perfectly while my husband enjoyed the ribs. The gelato and sorbetto as our choice for dessert was delicious. We dined at 15 Park Bistro for my husband’s 65th birthday a few yrs ago and had an excellent dining experience then. Do not miss the chance to dine at 15 Park Bistro. Our lakeview room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable…coming from someone who is very particular about bed comfort. The pillows were comfortable although my husband prefers a smaller and flatter pillow…that is an individual preference therefore we’ll bring his pillow for our next stay. The staff did an exceptional job to ensure our stay and anniversary celebration was memorable. We are already looking at the possibility of returning in September. Watermark is definitely our preferred hotel to stay when in Osoyoos.

We had a fantastic family stay at Watermark Beach Resort. The tranquil setting and stunning lake views made it great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit and we appreciated the secure lock-up facility for our e-bikes, easily arranged through the front desk. Dining at 15 Park was another highlight. The heated patio let us enjoy the beautiful view comfortably and the wine list features some excellent local selections. Our kids (elementary aged) loved the pool, slide and hot tub. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also very convenient as we could continue travelling with clean luggage. We’ll happily return for another relaxing stay.

Ravina and her husband were very friendly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The added touches that you wouldn't expect from a motel were a bonus, such as coin laundry, hottub, pool with towels, floaties and firepit..early check in..lots of towels in the room. We will definately be back!!

The owners are amazing people. Extremely accommodating, and helpful. We originally were only staying in Osoyoos for 3 days but wanted to stay longer, hotel we were staying at for the first 3 days couldn’t accommodate us. So I booked with the Westridge Motor Inn, and am I ever glad I did! We had slight mix up when booking through this website (my mistake). When I called owners next day stating I made a mistake, they found me a pet friendly room and made me feel relaxed to enjoy the rest of my vacation. We met some of the greatest people staying at the hotel, because that’s what happens at this great place. You make friends, and you end your night with laughs and memories. Rash and Ravenna the owners are the most amazing people to get to know. They went above and beyond for all guest as we witnessed. All the staff are great. Rooms are spotless and comfortable. I would tell anyone and everyone to definitely stay here. Beautiful pool, hot tub. Outside shower, as well as change rooms with bathroom and shower in it as well. Nice grassed BBQ area. Restaurant on site, with great food! I’m already planning next year’s stay! Thank you Ravenna and Rash. For making the end of our vacation the best part of the whole two weeks.

Pet friendly and pet friendly green space just infront of the building. Super friendly owners renovated spacious modern rooms with dinner table fridge microwave coffee machine tv and in the bathroom everything you need to travel light. The owners gave me a $6 discount for staying a second night and booking it directly with them not via booking. I am impressed!!!

I’m always torn to rave about hidden gems b/c I don’t want my favourite places to be overrun however, this is the definitely the best place to stay in Osoyoos with the best pool. The water is fresh and not over-chlorinated, pool area is super clean with lots of shady spots and seating/tables for families, fully gated to keep the kids in or out - your choice! Same for the hot tub which is wonderfully hidden from general foot traffic. The owners are extremely hospitable and genuinely kind hearted people. The entire premises is kept up with a handful of diligent staff, every day you can see them tending to everything and anything. Rooms have been recently updated, including mini ovens and induction plates in the family suites. Value for stay is exceptional even when comparing to others resorts closer to the water. The restaurant on site is great, staff are experienced, friendly and helpings are generous; food was decent and their menu is awesome (Something for everyone, they have a pasta night! No one does that anymore!). Tons of parking for restaurant and hotel guests with quick access to downtown and direct roads to water. Within walking of pretty much anything - Timmy’s, grocery store, liquor store, fruit stands, you name it. The BBQ and public grass area is a beautiful spot for kids to run around or just to hang and enjoy the food together. All guests are encouraged to be friendly with each other and it’s an open, family atmosphere with many return clients!

I would highly recommend this accomodation. It is centrally located so easy to find. The motel is much more attractive than shown in the photos, with the centre piece being a lovely pool and green shady area to sit. The host was wonderfully accomodating, ensuring we made good use of the pool. The units were perfect for our needs, modern and clean. Our room was quite small but had everything. The other family suite we booked was spacious. Decor is crisp. We ate at the on-site restaurant for a classic cooked breakfast with a very full menu and excellent service. Plenty of parking very close to the units. The motel would be a very comfortable base from which to explore the region.

Just passing through Osoyoos and it was a great one night stay. When we walked in, the hotel was quiet and the receptionist was friendly. It was also very clean and well decorated which was fun around the holidays. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We liked that there was a hot breakfast with options for our diet (dairy + gluten free). It was also very quiet and a lot of parking available.

We had our mothers day reunion here..our second here..a 4 night stay..had a beautiful second floor balcony suite great view of surrounding mountains..staff and service attendants were very pleasant and accommodating..breakfast was an enjoyable and relaxing experience with lots of options..amazing and enjoyable stay it could not have gone better...you are the best

The facility was recently renovated (2020) so the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were large. Our room had a kitchenette which we appreciated. Breakfast was included and very good with eggs, hash browns, bacon, fresh fruit, cereal and coffee. Would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Exactly what you need. Fair service and price, complimentary hot breakfast, a clean and comfortable room. We rolled in quite late so thank goodness our room was clean and comfy and the staff member efficient checking us in. The room had some older furniture and fixtures but everything was in fair condition. The breakfast was bustling, but there was fresh eggs, sausage and hash browns, a pancake machine, lots of cold options like yogurt and muffins and MORE.

I was pleasantly surprised. There aren’t a lot of options for pet friendly hotels in the area and many of the others we’ve tried are in need of serious upgrading. Our room was comfy and clean and the staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was great to have too. Kitchenette has everything you need. You can’t hear the amusement park next door from the room either.

The rooms and grounds we lovely. The pool, hottub and steam room were so nice. The only complaint I have is the lack of clarity of the hours of the gift shop/ cultural center.

Beautiful suites with kitchen, living room, beautiful bathroom with separate shower and bathtub, and comfortable bedroom, bed, and pillows. Each suite is equipped with a balcony and a barbecue. The hot tub was lovely, and so was the outdoor sitting area with fire. There is also a heated outdoor pool that is open year round. The restaurant far exceeded my expectations. Incredible food that was fresh, healthy, and super tasty. Service was amazing in the restaurant and at the front desk. I loved that the suite and the resort were pet friendly.

I only stayed for one night at the Lakeview Inn, but it was very good. The man on reception was very friendly and welcoming. The room was great. I had a king room with a kitchenette. One of my bugbears of North American hotel rooms is that they have a coffee maker, but never a kettle for a decent cup of tea. Not only did the room have a kettle, but it also had a teapot! The bed for very comfortable and the room was nicely decoarated and clean. I will be travelling through Osoyoos more in the future and, if I want an overnight stay, I would definitely stay here again.

Booked into a bedroom suite with another double bed in living room.Suite was spacious.It had a kitchen with a large fridge and oven, microwave and kitchen cabinets.Suite was clean and bathroom large with good ventilation.Beds comfortable. Staff service very good and friendly. Tables outside rooms were a good meeting place for fellow travelers who were very friendly. Free WiFi.Ample car parks.

Whilst this property might not be described as luxurious or modern, it was clean and reasonably comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated, but functional. Facilities in the room are basic, but okay for a couple of nights. It is a 20 minute walk up to Main Street where the majority of the towns bars and restaurants seem to be, or a 5 minute drive.

Our two bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Location of the motel was nice and quiet, a few blocks from Main Street, where there are many restaurants and shops. There is no daily housekeeping, which I quite prefer! The staff were friendly and helpful. We did not experience any problems during our stay. It was a pleasant experience.

The owners were friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. They were on the property doing yard work: very available. The room looked freshly renovated, very clean, although they apparently hadn't done any renovations; clearly they look after their property very well! The property was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Hot water worked great. Nothing was missing. Lighting was good. I was grateful for the portable hair dryer.

The room was very clean and recently remodeled. It had all new bathroom fixtures. The kitchenette was brand new and well appointed. Wonderful coffee maker. Plenty of fresh air from new windows and very comfortable beds. New air conditioner. One of the best motel experiences I’ve had and I’ve stayed in many over the years. The owner is friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable. It was very quiet even though it’s on Highway 97. I stayed with my small dog and we both had a peaceful, comfortable 5 days there.

We stayed at the Mount View Motel at the beginning of July 2021. We were met by the friendly owner who showed us our room and told us about all the renovations that had been done. The room was very nice with a reguar size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, coffee, creamer & sugar. A really nice renovated shower with liquie hand soap and a great shower. We would recommend this place to friends and look forward to staying again in the future.

Last min reservation traveling between Edmonton and Nanaimo on a multi day motorcycle bike trip. Amazing amenities for my brother and I. Two large beds, full kitchen with high end gear… Renovated, updated & clean. Clearly well invested to make guests comfortable. John the owner / host very social and comical; giving me the gears for not looking in the freezer for the ice. What places have you stayed at that was so well stocked. (Not me) Like I said all the amenities. Very comfortable. Close to restaurants, & stores on Main Street (down town) in Oliver. Steps to everything you might need. I would book here the next time I am anywhere near Osoyoos.

We stayed for a week and we were very pleased about everything. The room was big enough (for a family of 3), very clean,the beds are comfy,a/c and the room is very updated(big fridge,oven,nice K cups coffee maker), very clean bathroom with spotless towels and everything you need. John,the owner,is very nice and helpful We enjoyed our staying,and we'd strongly recommend it.

Our stay at Mount View was great. John the proprietor was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. He was also very informative about the town of Oliver and the surrounding area. He made some spot on recommendations of some great wineries to visit. Our room was newly renovated comfortable and quiet. We’ll definitely check in again the next time we’re in Oliver. Steve.

This was our first time staying at Sandy Beach Suites but it definitely won’t be our last! We stayed in a 2 bedroom unit which was steps away from the beach. The view from the windows was gorgeous and the suite was so clean and new. We were thankful for the air conditioning as it was a hot weekend! Each suite has an outdoor picnic table which was just perfect, and a lovely grassy common area in the centre of all the units. There is an amazing playground and grassy area which would have been a huge selling feature if our kids were a bit younger. The beach was well stocked with beach chairs and adirondacks, as well as beach toys, pedal boats, paddle boards, kayaks, etc. Our teens enjoyed the floating mat and swimming platform, as well as the mega SUP. I loved the treed and shady beach (with plenty of sunny spots). It almost felt like we were in Mexico! We’ll definitely be returning and I’d say 5 days would be the minimum to really get a feel for the place! What an absolute gem!

We stayed at Sandy Beach Suites during a round-trip road trip from Vancouver with a friend visiting from the UK. Unfortunately, we lost our car keys in the snow, which delayed our arrival. Tracey and Florence went above and beyond to accommodate us, seamlessly adjusting our reservation to the following day without any hassle. Their responsiveness and kindness truly stood out. When we finally arrived in the early hours of the morning after a long overnight drive, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming suite—the heaters had been thoughtfully turned on ahead of our arrival, which was such a comforting touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we all had a peaceful night’s sleep. Waking up to the stunning views of the Okanagan was the perfect way to start our day. Just slightly out of the way (10 walk min to downtown), this resort has over a year’s wait for reservations so book early! Sandy Beach has a laidback atmosphere, with a play area for children complete with movie nights. It’s a truly lovely resort with great staff. Close by is the boardwalk and Sage pub. Across the street is a liquor store. Beauty salon is close by, as are restaurants and parks. And the private beach! It’s kept clean and offers a stunning view of the lake. Boat rentals are available locally. The resort is well cared for, and the rooms are immaculate and comfortable. Highly recommend the Sandy Beach. It’s a gem.

Without getting into all the details.. Florence checked me in and out. She was super friendly, helpful and welcoming to me and my 4 legged family member. It’s always a special touch when your pet is greeted by name and given welcoming treats😊. I feel fortunate to have met Tracy and Gary the next day. These two are outstanding owners and went over and above for me when they didn’t have too. Their work and actions to get me settled really demonstrated to me their commitment to their guests and their commitment to ensure I enjoyed my time there and was comfortable during my stay. It was so evident they care about their customers and care that they have the experience they paid for. Winston also gives this place 5 plus paws! He loved getting 2-3 walks a day on the beach. He also got lots of pets along the way which made his stay very special. This will definitely be my first choice when I want to stay in Osoyoos. It is really the people that will bring me back. After sharing my experience with my family and friends we have all agreed this will be an annual destination for all us to meet up. You just don’t get this level customer service these days so it was important for me to leave a review since I actually found this place by the reviews of other’s. Wow! Highlight of our holiday.. this place is awesome! Delicious food (wood fired pizza and best breakfast ever), really, really good wines (loved the tasting!), super friendly staff team and stunning location. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable with plenty of complementary coffee/ tea / chilled water. The stay was made even more perfect by good live music with dinner in the garden.. what more could anyone want? Thank you 🙏🏻💜

The room is spacious and very clean. Coffee and Tea are available. The staff is very helpful. The breakfast is excellent and one of the main reasons we like to stay here. We were in a hurry to leave early and Anna accommodated us with early breakfast and I was even able to buy some of her wonderful sourdough bread. The only disappointment was that their great restaurant was not open for dinner the night we stayed. This is one of our very favourite places to stay on our travels.

A convenient rural location surrounded by vinyards and orchards. Beautiful old buildings and a charming landscape. Dinner was fantastic, the cocktails were superb, and the wine was excellent. The Crowsnest bakery is our favorite in the valley; they provided exquisite dessert. Our only complaint is that the bed, while comfortable, screamed in protest at every. single. movement. Rolling over sounded like an orchestra of ancient trees creaking and groaning in a vicious wind storm, accompanied by a full regiment of angry crickets. It was impressive, but got tiresome quickly. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but delicious and filling. We loved our experience and would certainly return for dinner, for drinks, or for the night.

The location (surrounded by vineyards) is very quiet and safe; the room, while very basic, provides all the needs for a comfortable stay; it is within a few minutes' drive of amenities in Keremeos, and best of all, the European-style breakfast with fresh buns & bread baked in their onsite bakery along with assorted deli meats & cheeses, sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, and fruit, boiled egg, juice & coffee are what keeps this property on our "go to" list whenever we are in the area. There is a restaurant and winery on the property as well, but we have not yet availed ourselves of these offerings.

l liked that it offered a larger room that accommodated extra people. I found the restaurant, bakery and winery to be exceptional and was one of the reasons I chose The Crowsnest It was very convenient especially traveling with a dog. I also loved the surrounding peacefulness and beautiful country setting among grape vines and orchards. l loved that it offered breakfast. The European style Breakfast was very good especially with it being all homemade. The room was very clean with hardwood floors , a fridge with a freezer. The bed and comforters were very comfortable.

Great staff, management and desk or service people, room cleaning.....everything was excellent. Nice pool and jacuzzi, nice spot for visiting the area. Breakfast was among the best we had in this hotel category. We recomand it.

Booked it without seeing, and was certainly not disappointed. The reception was spacious and look very clean and the gentleman on reception was pleasant and tidy. The room was ample, clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Toilet / bathroom small but enough and very clean. There was plenty of parking and a comfortable chair outside the door to sit and enjoy the sun (if you have time)! There was coffee/ tea making facilities but no breakfast which we didn’t really mind. We couldn’t get the TV to work,(minor detail) Over all a lovely spot for an overnight stay in a really lovely area.

We (husband, daughter, 2 dogs and myself) stayed for one night at this hotel in the beginning of August 2025. I booked a double queen room a couple of days before arrival. We travel in a camper van and stay in hotels now and then. It was very hot in Osoyoos to stay in the van for that night. We arrived just after 4pm and it took very little time for us to get our room keys (swipe cards). Our room was already nice and cold when we got inside and we were pleasantly surprised that there was a king bed and queen bed in the room, bonus! There was air-conditioning, a big flat screen TV, a fridge, a sitting area and bathroom with bath/shower. The room was clean and tidy. The surroundings were so pretty and we loved the inner courtyard garden with a outdoor tables with a big umbrella and chairs for each room/suite. There were some grassy areas, a small children's pool and a bigger pool for guest. There were also BBQ facilities, a game room and a coin-operated guest laundry. The parking area was on the outside of the hotel and free. There were little alley ways that connected the parking lot with the courtyard to get to your room. Ours happened to be in the courtyard. It was very quiet and even outside in the courtyard it was fairly quiet. We were about a couple of minutes walk from the beach as well. Highly recommended with friendly staff and very clean rooms.

We LOVED staying at the Sahara Courtyard. The tables and seating area was so convenient when it rained for half of our trip, the pool was a good size and nice and central. The walkability to the local restaurants, pubs and activities can't be beat!! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was spotless.

Great property for a family stay. Walking distance to Osoyoos Main Street, pool and hottub is comfortable. Beds are comfy, and blackout blinds work well. Continental breakfast had a great variety. The on site Tesla charger was super convenient for us

Very friendly and helpful staff. Recently remodelled so facility was new and clean. Free parking. On site breakfast was convenient if somewhat limited and coffee was not good. Location on Main Street was ok and walkable to beach and restaurants. It’s a little awkward and sidewalk connections and infrastructure a bit limited but that is not the hotel’s responsibility.

A perfect place to stay to explore the area. Breakfast is good and rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool and outdoor amenity area are a great place to unwind after exploring, especially if you are travelling in a group, as we were. (Annual motorcycle trip)

Will definitely stay here again! Friendly staff and an excellent stay, comfy beds, good parking, rooms are very modern. Great coffee and breakfast before you head out for your day. Quiet rooms and didnt hear any traffic.

Breakfast was wonderful and tons of food and drinks, location was perfect, staff were amazing, room was spacious, clean and updated. We truly had such an amazing time here, and would definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Friendly staff on check-in, clean spacious room, comfy bed and pillows, good flat screen tv, a/c and wifi, quiet and good location. Negatives: poor coffee maker [one small cup at a time] in an awkward position for use, coffee stale, shower poor spray - head 50% plugged, mini-fridge without racks or freezer compartment....produce on bottom of fridge froze, lighting a bit dim in main area.

We stayed at the Avalon again recently as we often do when we're traveling through this area. It's affordable, clean, quiet and the rooms are large enough for a couple. The beds are comfortable and the property is safe and the parking although above ground is secure. The staff are very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

Great location, the room was clean and comfortable. Everything worked well...air conditioning, bath, shower and the kitchenette was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and our 2 small dogs were happy too! The room was a bit on the smaller side, but very functional. All the staff were very helpful and easy to deal with.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great for getting breakfast at Smitty's or Tim Horton's, walking distance to beach and stores. Clean, cozy rooms, everything worked as expected. Good value for the price.

Decent hotel right on the beach. We had a beautiful view from our balcony overlooking the beach on the north side of the hotel. Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. Beach access from our room, walking down the stairs from our balcony. The beach was so nice, chairs provided by the hotel were perfect for sun tanning.

This hotel was amazing, we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with a balcony looking over the water (fully recommend the view) the rooms are not ultra modern but very clean. Tv in every room, AC. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel provided Kayaks, paddle boards and lots of floaties. Continental breakfast was typical but great nonetheless. The location is perfect, you are walking distance to everything, pubs, restaurants, cafes and next to the Marina if you feel like renting water toys. We will definitely go back and recommend 100%

The hotel itself is right on a private beach for easy, close access. Shops, restaurants and amusement park are within walking distance. Room and property well kept and clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff were amazing. Starbucks coffee in the room and full sized shampoo,conditioner,lotion etc Beach is sandy and water is gorgeous. Friendly ducks and people.

Great family stay at the Osoyoos beach. We booked One bedroom Suite. It had a queen bed in the room, and another queen bed in the common area. There was another dpuble sofa bed in the common area as well. Perfect for our family of 5. The photos dont show exactly the configuration, so we were cautious befre we checked in, but it was great fot for us. The bedroom itself is tiny, hardly a room for the queen bed there, but its a separate bedroom nonetheless with a door which we needed. Bathroom was clean, and water pressure great. Brekfast was included and was very basic. No hot brekfast, but we liked fruit options and different bagels there. Highlight for my kids was the pool with the slide. Pool was shallow (3' to 5'), so perfect was kids. Hot tub was relaxing and clean. The beach is private, but not very clean. We didnt go to water, but it was off putting seeing the algae in the water. Not sure if it gets cleaned before the summer, but my kids soent their time on the sand making castles so they were happy. We liked the stay, and would forward to coming here again.

Great little motel right on the lake. Vernon greeted us and he had some great recommendations for our trip. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was perfect - full size fridge, air conditioning and comfy bed. The floor was a bit sandy when we first arrived, but aside from that, the room was very clean. Lots of beach gear available like floaties and beach chairs. I would recommend!

The Surfside Desert Inn is a very cute and affordable stay located right on the beach in beautiful Osoyoos! Along with the motel being a comfy stay with air conditioning and all the expected amenities, the staff were above and beyond helpful and kind, always serving us with a smile! The location of this place is great, about a 1 minute away there is a coffee shop with some snacks and a 10 minute walk in either directions and there are places to eat, more coffee shops, breweries and more - this can all be walked to via the beach! We would definetly like to return to this place! :)

We were 2 couples in a 2 bedroom unit. While a bit dated, the unit was well equipped and the grounds and beach well maintained. Izzy at front desk was friendly, welcoming and so accommodating. Great location to use and walk the beach and access nearby restaurants.

Great location! The view from the front patio was amazing! Beach out front was very nice! Room was clean. Just your average room! Full size fridge and lots of kitchen essentials. The patio with barbecues was an added bonus! Hosts were very friendly!

It was a bit too cool and windy to use their beach but it was a lovely view. The room was decent and quiet and all residents were really nice and friendly. You are required to take out your garbage when you leave. Their set up for that is well marked and easy to do. We got delayed by a road construction incident and the staff were very helpful in providing information about the situation while we were stuck on the highway.

This hotel is a gem in the midst of orchards and fruit stands. The room was not huge. However, it was newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again when in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything felt clean! The property outside is well maintained and beautifully landscaped! The pool was nice and clean! Management was very nice and accommodating! I will absolutely be staying here again!

We'd stayed at another motel the previous year and were a little disappointed, but this property blew the previous one out of the water!! The owner was friendly and helpful, the space was immaculate and very clearly well-maintained. Clean sheets, recent upgrades, a beautiful outdoor space and the pool was the highlight! We stayed 3 nights and are excited to go back. Highly highly recommend.

My friend booked this room, so I'm reviewing under her name (although my name is Tracy). Pool is clean and convenient for anyone avoiding the lake, and the rooms are very comfortable. Restaurants and shopping are a 5 min drive. Raj is always available for questions and/or directions. Wonderful experience.

Checkin was quick and efficient. Room was clean, but smaller than anticipated (but quite workable). Missing plug for bathtub so only shower an option. Good WiFi.

The location was perfect. Nice little private beach, walkable to town and the main public beach. Simple room but sufficient, with a kitchenette well provided with pans, dishes, etc. including a coffee maker and kettle. The room was very clean, internet strong. From the outside, the motel could use some paint, but don't let that deter you. The rooms are updated and the grounds cared for; flowers in planters, the beach raked each day, good chairs and beach "toys" available, bbq on the patio. It is on the main road but was quite quiet after 9-10:00 p.m. when the traffic died down.

Beautiful location on the lake with private beach area, large attractive patio with tables, chairs, bbqs and umbrellas. Large two bedroom suite with kitchen was very comfortable. Property is older, but has had many improvements and more planned. Staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Great coffee shop with light breakfast and snacks next door. Easy walk through lakeside parks to downtown with restaurants and shops. Numerous public beaches nearby. Short drive to many wineries and other attractions. My friend and I both loved Sun Beach and will definitely go back. It’s a smaller, family oriented motel and a nice change from the big chain hotels.

Sun Beach is a small friendly motel located right on the beach... It is exceptionally clean and the front desk staff were very welcoming. The location is fantastic... It has its own beach and little dock where you can enjoy the lake. Families have been coming here for decades which says a lot! We would definitely come back here!

The Sun Beach Motel is a hidden gem amongst the many options in Osoyoos, especially in the first week of July. Although the property is older - as many are in the city - it is well laid out and we got a lakefront 2 BR suite. The managers were very welcoming - they were always busy maintaining the motel but always friendly. They had beautiful flower and herb gardens and told us to help ourselves to the fresh herbs (we did - they were so fresh and delicious! Dill and chives to name a couple) and the barbecue area in the back provided a lot of space to enjoy while still social distancing.

Great customer service start to finish. We were there off season and price was excellent for a two bed room with fridge and microwave. Location Location Location our suite 12 was right on the beach and we enjoyed this view with every opportunity and loved the ducks. Nice dock on private beach. the bed was comfy as well as the pillows and all our needs were met if there was anything we asked for. there is a BBQs available and good lounging area with other friendly guests. This is an older property but it was also charming and we loved it for sure it was close to the walking area and picnic area near the fountain on main road and short walk to store....dont hesitate great 3 day stay.

Surprisingly comfortable bed and pillows! I have chronic back issues and have come to expect hotel beds to be too hard and painful to sleep on. I have been on a lot of them and it's always like this. But, not with Boundary Motel! Wow what a nice bed. It was just the right amount of softness and it didn't give me pain! I will definitely come back just because of this. The rest of it is nice. It's the essentials, and they are done well. Comfortable couch, good TV, It even has a kitchen with good counter space and a gas stove! Very clean, nice lighting, and most importantly to me, it's very comfortable. The owner is a very pleasant and friendly guy. My car was parked literally about two steps from the suite!? That's just how the parking is... how's that for convenience!?

It is a quiet-relaxing location with garden area, if you want to sit outside, especially at night. The motel is close to grocery stores, gas station, restaurants and coffee shops. It is also 15minutes walk to the lake. It has a kitchen too with basic utensils. Owners are very nice and approachable. The motel itself is spotless and well cleaned. The only comment I have is the smell when I first entered the room. I guess it is from the aircon. I guess air refresherner would be a good idea. We had to use a car air refreshener, which worked pretty good to eliminate the smell for the whole stay. Will surely keep this motel in mind and come back, for future visit.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! A total throw back in time but so well kept, spotlessly clean and the on site owners could not possibly be more accommodating. It was very roomy, quiet, conveniently located, the bed was super comfortable, shower was great. I will be back again!

Stayed two nights. Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything including Visitor Center. Barbecue grills available in common area. Parked in front of court house, had breakfast at Jo Jo’s and then walked the whole town including mini donuts and fresh squeezed lemonaide. Would book again!
