Clean, comfortable, modern rooms with space for eating or doing work. I ordered food from the restaurant and ate it in my room while watching a large flat screen tv. They have a nice restaurant and bar downstairs. Great location across the street from the Slowdown bar and concert venue.

Excellent breakfast made to order selections available daily plus buffet on weekend. Well stocked bar plus delicious Cambria wines. Lots of tv screens available with sports and other options in the bar and lobby areas. I also used the fitness center which was clean and well appointed.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend because my partner was playing with his band at one of their local bars. It was a great central hotel only 10-15 minutes from the city center but even in walking distance there is plenty to see/do. The pool was a great size for my 5-year-old and adequately stocked with towels. the rooms themselves were spacious and comfortable. I loved the blue tooth mirrors. it's fun to shower and get ready with music and it not just be from your phone.

This was a wonderful hotel and location! Restaurants & a coffee shop right across the street! Two things to note: I know understand the food in the hotel is a “restaurant” but for breakfast it is an open concept continental style. There was no host or waiter to check you in but that is NOT included. I had sat down with my food and within 5 seconds staff came over to hand me by bill. I didn’t mind the bill but I was put off that this was not communicated at check in AT ALL and I barely had gotten one bite into my mouth. The second thing is though our room was “clean” the bathroom lacked sweeping and mopping the floors. There were past dust and other debris on the floor.

I stayed at this hotel while in town for the Billie Eilish concert, and it was perfect in every way! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They made me feel welcome and ensured my stay was comfortable. The hotel itself is spotless, well-organized, and very conveniently located. Getting to the show was super easy, which made the whole experience even better. The shuttle service to and from the airport is such a fantastic perk—it saved me a lot of time and made my trip stress-free. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially if you’re visiting for a special event. Thank you for making my weekend unforgettable!

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Omaha Downtown/Old Market, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. My wife and I initially chose the Hilton Garden Inn because of the great location. The property is close to the CHI Center and many downtown local bars and restaurants. Our stay was pleasant, and we thought the staff was helpful, the property was well-maintained, and the rooms were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked decent as far as hotel breakfasts go. The adjacent parking lot was convenient, although not free. I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a nice, clean, and affordable hotel in downtown Omaha.

This is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, and modern but the bed itself was not very comfortable. The staff were extremely pleasant and the breakfast was insanely good!!

We stay here a few times a year and love it. Location easy to find and close to everything you need..Rooms are clean, comfy and large. Bathroom is big and have everything you need. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Clean common area and nice area to buy drinks, snacks etc. Parking garage clean and well lit and feels safe. Wonderful stay for the price. We wont stay any place else.

We stayed three nights. The hotel is located downtown Omaha within a short walk from the Old Market area with several restaurants. Good parking is available next to the hotel, alas at USD 25/night. It is not a new hotel but everything seemed to be well maintained and our room was spacious, reasonably quiet and clean. It was equipped with fridge, micro and a coffee maker. Housekeeping every other day worked fine with us. Breakfast made to order was included in our rate and was very good and with excellent service too.

This Hilton is conveniently located off 72nd Street (mid-town) between the major thoroughfares of Pacific and Center streets. It's located in the Aksarben live/work development so there are several restaurants within a short walk as well as a movie theater. College of St Mary's is right there and Nebraska Furniture Mart a short drive to the north on 72nd Street. I found the hotel to be very clean with luxury modern touches and a small convenience store in the lobby. To the person, the staff were all very friendly and efficient. Off the lobby is a bar and comfortable patio seating. My king room was very large and clean with a nice fitted closet and clean, updated bath with walk-in shower and a back-lit vanity mirror. There was a lit bar area with the Keurig style coffee maker with supplies and fridge in the cabinet below. The bed was a tad firm for me, but I slept alright anyway. Good down pillows, comfortable bedding, and a generously sized built-in desk plus black-out roller shades. Ride-share services had no problem finding the hotel for my many pick-ups and drop offs. There is some traffic noise if the room is on the west side of the hotel, but not a deal breaker.

Great hotel in the Askarben Village area within walking distance to lots of great restaurants. There’s also a park and walking trail across the road which is super convenient if you’re traveling with dogs I appreciated the fast check in and professional customer service provided by Elvis. The hotel lobby are was bright, clean and airy and featured a business center, pantry to purchase sundries and a restaurant. The free garage parking was a huge plus as many downtown charge for valet. I was traveling with my two dogs and appreciate that Hilton allows pets. Thank you! I would have liked the pet fee to be a little lower as it’s higher than many. The room was clean, except for the red Kelly bean on the carpet by the bed, and included a mini fridge, tv and free WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the class enclosed shower was wonderful. I’m not a huge fan of the rain type showers as there never is enough pressure, but it was strong enough to wash and rinse my hair. The plastic glasses were disappointing and didn’t seem to reflect the Hilton brand. If I’m ever in town again I would definitely stay at this Hilton hotel and I’d highly recommend it.

Room, lobby and pool area were very clean. We did stop at the lobby bar for a drink before taking the kids swimming. The bar tender asked me if I was heading to the pool which we were so she poured my wine into a plastic glass. 10 minutes later the pool attendant told me I couldn’t have alcohol in the pool and threatened to kick me out. She was very rude. I explained that the bar tender offered me the glass for the pool. Very confusing. The right and left hands aren’t communicating. The evening front desk attendant wasn’t overly friendly and definitely put out I was purchasing some items from the little shopping area. However the morning front desk attendant was more than helpful and very friendly. Over all 8 out of 10

Fantastic location. Hotel seems new still, very clean and well maintained. Room was very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with some noisy neighbors. The bartender, Heather was very hospitable and friendly and was accommodating. Overall great vibe at hotel!

The room was spacious and clean. The bed and couch were extremely comfortable. Everyone was friendly. The area seems very nice and safe. We were able to walk to restaurants from the hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious, clean and smelled clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full, it was very quiet. The free continental breakfast was not great, but they had good quality coffee. It was nice that they had chilled pitchers of skim milk, I think 2% milk and almond milk. Parking was easy, the location is great. It’s close to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and a few neat, emporium like stores.its across the street from Hollywood Candy! What a cool store! It’s about a 10 minute drive to the Omaha Henley Doorly zoo and aquarium.

Since we were traveling with our 2 boys (5 & 7 y/o), we typically try to find a Hyatt Place or Hyatt House. We are not big city people, but the location of this Hyatt Place was perfect for us. We went to the zoo and my husband and I did a date night at TreeRush Adventures. Both places were within 15 min of this hotel. Staff greeted us upon arrival and were extremely friendly. Lobby, hallway, elevator, rooms were extremely clean (renovation in 2024?). It is downtown and next to a lot of restaurants, so expects some noise. However, it was not so noisy that we were awakened in the middle of the night. Beds were SO comfy. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was as expected and just what we needed prior to our drive back. Also, a nice breakfast place/coffee shop a block away.

I loved my room & stay at the Hyatt Place Old Town for a business seminar. Bed was comfy, shower was hot and plentiful- easy step in and out. I loved the mirror in the bathroom for applying make-up. The hair dryer worked great. I loved the mini-frig, it came in very handy for left-overs from the varied restaurants that were walking close. I love the 1 cup tea/coffee maker, and the fact this Hyatt had large bottles of Evian water available. I enjoyed the corner sectional sofa with good lighting - it was a great studying spot. It appeared that the Placery is only used by guests for breakfast, which does have a lot of selections. This location of the Hyatt is perfect to walk all over Old Town, and there are a lot of wonderful restaurants to choose from. A bonus is a small market across the street (Cubby's. This Hyatt is only a 10 minute Uber ride from Eppley AirField/ Omaha Airport.

The staff was amazing & helpful. The area is The Old Market. Very walkable with great shops & restaurants close to the hotel. Breakfast offerings were really good & you could make fresh waffles. The pool was nice, clean and a great way to relax after a long day out exploring. It was easy for Uber drivers to pick us up & drop off. Very close to the train station. This is a "must visit" hotel.

The room was clean, beautiful view of downtown and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful with all issues. The food and bar was excellent. The location was very convenient to travel to hotspots downtown with family or your spouse.

The hotel was very nice. We were disappointed the restaurant was closed on Sunday. We didn’t get our Omaha steak, But they did offer a limited menu at the bar. The hamburgers were very good with excellent beef and great salad. The bar tenders very friendly and helpful and there was a lively time watching the football game. The shuttle service was very good. They were friendly and accommodating and started at 4 AM making it easy to get to early morning flights. The coffee shop menu looked good and opens at 5.30 am. Unfortunately we did not have time to eat there. But the kind shuttle driver waited while I got a coffee since we were only passengers. We are elderly and everyone was very helpful.

Hilton Omaha is a great, comfortable facility. Parking was pretty easy and a short walk to the lobby. The room was large with big windows and great views. The bed and the big pillows were very comfortable. Climate control worked well and not too loud. The bathroom was bright with a walk-in shower, which I always appreciate. The counters seemed pretty high, which I liked, but could be an issue if you're a shorter person. I really liked the room. Had dinner at the bar with a colleague. The menu was very limited, but our burgers were excellent and the fries were outstanding. The restaurant had a unique menu when we went to breakfast and the food/service was very good. I had only one beef at the Hilton Omaha. The desk clerk was not very pleasant and never acknowledged my Honors status or explained the available benefits. Meanwhile, I'm staring at multiple prompts on the counter and on a freestanding sign to tip the desk clerk. I have NEVER seen any suggestion, anywhere, to tip the desk clerks before. Is this really where we're going now?? What's next, tipping the accounting department or maybe the General Manager?? Rant over - great place to stay!

Keka was a great bartender. She was fast and courteous. Explained drinks and the menu well. Great at conversation and attentive to needs. However, host wasn’t very pleasant. No one was at the station to greet for several minutes so I walked into the bar as I’ve done before, he quickly escorted me back out with a bit of attitude and said I could not do that. Insisted the bar was busy which it wasn’t. He sat me down back at the bar without saying thank you or welcome in. Made me feel like I wanted to leave and made my experience uneasy. I also noticed he gave bread to another guest left it there for a few minutes and returned to grab it back from the guest and gave the bread to me at the other end of the bar. I believe the manager noticed so he came and gave me a fresh bread and took the bread given to another guest.

The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything about my stay was wonderful except the breakfast. Paid $15 for a breakfast to go that even a motel 6 would question. During my wait for my food i found the snack area i bought the most expensive short stack of pringles in my life for a late night snack had starbucks style coffee and breakfast items like burritos and sandwiches for a way better price. I will go that route next time. Still recommend the hotel. GREAT LOCATION!

Staff. First impression is how you are greeted and assisted. First contact was valet parking. Those guys RAN, not walked. Professional and they hustled! Next was desk staff. They could not find me at first, but the email confirmation did the trick. Super helpful, gave advice on our event and in-house amenities. The room. Spotless, Clean like a surgical room. Beds super comfy! The AC was turned on so the room was at proper temp upon entering. Checking out was easy. But the staff. They really made the stay just brilliant. We are now going to be booking more events there every year.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent—staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location is in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!

The hotel was clean and staff was welcoming. It was near the airport with a free shuttle. It did take a while for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but you could schedule it back to the airport so that was nice. The rooms were a bit loud, but they were comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast was adequate and it started at 4 which was earlier than advertised and nice since we were actually leaving for the airport shortly after that.

All the important things you want in a hotel stay were great - comfortable mattress, linens, shower head, large closet with plenty of hangers, small kitchen area, fast internet, good breakfast with a nice variety of hot items that were presented well and kept stocked, pool area was clean and orderly. Restaurant and gas station across the street for convenience. We would stay here again for sure.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The check in staff are awesome!! The breakfast staff is awesome. I am on crutches and the lady running breakfast made sure I was taken care of. She helped with my plate and through my trash away. The hotel in in a very convenient location. It was clean and quiet.

My family of four stayed in a king room one night on a roadtrip. There was ample room to set up two portable cribs and still move around. The front desk staff was friendly as well as the breakfast attendant. She gave my kids coloring pages while that ate which made them less restless. The room was nice with all the amenities you would need. The bathroom had Dove brand products which was nice for a change. Our bed was clean and comfortable and the hotel was clean also. There is not much around the building and we ended up ordering from a pizza chain for dinner. Breakfast was uninspiring and not very good.

I’m super picky about hotels & super picky about cleanliness. I check a lot of things. The only thing I noticed was that the floor edges are dirty! That’s not usually on their daily schedule but the edges are dirty enough that they’re overdue to be cleaned. We had a 2 queen suit with sofa bed for our family of 6. There was only a shower NOT a tub/shower combo. This made it tricky for my toddler, but wasn’t a huge issue. There was a fridge/freezer combo which was nice (some hotels only have the fridge option). We also had a microwave and sink. The breakfast was good. There was a lot of variety. The staff was very helpful in getting me nutrition information for my gluten free son. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hot tub water was hot however there was something wrong with it. The bubble jets weren’t working. We used the guest coin-operated laundry, which is conveniently located right by the pool. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were here 4 nights and saw various staff members during our stay.

I had some qualms about staying in a business district but this was a delightful experience. From check in to check out the staff was very pleasant and helpful. Turns out they had an evening snack which was more than enough after traveling all day. Our room was very clean, up to date, bed and pillows were comfortable, bathroom was clean and the towels were large and SOFT - can't tell you how much I like soft towels. Breakfast had a choice of hot, tasty items. Spouse and I will stay here again.

The location was perfect and just a short walk to Chi for the concert we were there for. many bars and restaurants in close proximity as well. Oliver was very friendly when we checked in and we also called earlier the morning we arrived to see if we could get early check in and he assured us our room was all ready to go at 10:30am. That was so helpful for us. the room was decent sized and very clean. would definitely stay here again!

Everything! the room was quite large with a small balcony and a sofa sleeper! The staff was exceptional! Dez was our first front desk agent. she was very warm and hospitable! Kyle was one of the day managers who helped us find restaurants to enjoy! He even shared a city app that we could download to help us with meyer parking! Our night front seat agent was Rosiland who was very kind and curteous and allowed us to bring our dinner into the lobby/ lounge area to view the World Series together!

The suite has a super comfy oversized loveseat that was perfect for unwinding after a long drive. The hotel was also super close to Old Market with a ton of bars, restaurants and shops. Super walkable and such a great price.

The assistant general manager was amazing and so friendly. Appreciated the locked front doors accessible with key. So many new restaurants and fun things to do in the old market. Bed was comfortable- slept until 10:30am!

We stayed here on our way through Omaha on a family road trip with our kids (ages 7 and 3). The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and very family friendly - we could easily access the pedestrian bridge, waterfront park and activities along with many restaurant options. Easy to access from major roadways and parking was excellent for a downtown hotel.

The breakfast was stay cation!! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and not overcrowded. Staff was great and very helpful. The room was clean and we had enough supplies. We will be coming back.

Family flew in from all over for a funeral. The customer service at this hotel was very professional, Mr.Devon made it very easy, pleasant /professional and the team. One thing I didn’t notice was they did keep fresh, hot water, hot tea, fresh drinking water. Fresh it was changed out I would say every hour. They are very very well trained. This is the hotel that I would stay at and recommend to everyone who comes to a Omaha.

A clean hotel at $193 yet a bit old in spots but still clean. They had a helpful and happy staff. The large area near check in was used for waiting/visiting with others and in the morning doubled as the breakfast seating. Breakfast typical but gave you a quick snack to get on the road early.

Arrived well after midnight after late flight. Chrissy who checked us in was helpful and friendly. Got us squared away with parking. Good family hotel in a safe location. Clean rooms and hearty breakfast. Lots of offerings. Hotel has a pool, workout center and coin-operated laundry.

My family loved staying at the Courtyard Suites. Everything was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to make us all comfortable and make our stay in the Omaha area enjoyable. The hotel was clean and super quiet yet not so quiet that we felt judged by any noise my family with 2 small kids were making. The location was super convenient to everywhere we went. We couldn’t walk anywhere, but since parking is free we didn’t mind driving. 10 minutes to the zoo. 10 minutes to downtown. This is definitely going to be our go to spot whenever we come back to Omaha.

Very clean, quiet hotel. Nice they had a bar in the lobby with very comfortable seating. A better breakfast option would be nice. Also, the bed was comfortable and wide enough but if you're over 6 for it is way too short

Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Hotel was clean and quiet. Our room was clean. Bed was too hard for my liking but that was my only issue (and I'm a wuss).

My husband Raj and I from Canada came to attend the Berkshire AGM. The hotel staff extended great hospitality even when there was a big spurt in occupancy due to the meeting. They served with a smile. Ryan, Larissa and Jason at Front Desk were amazing. Jason greeted us made check in a breeze. Larissa and Jason helped us with airline online check-in. Ryan helped with checkout. Nines restaurant in the hotel serves great food. Very convenient and reasonable price. The hotel is close to restaurants and Costco. Gym is good . Was vacant most of the time. Uber service is very good in Omaha. We availed their services everyday to commute to downtown. The hotel is closer to Lauritzen Garden. Rooms are spacious. We had a bedroom and living room. There was a microwave and fridge. Wifi was good.

My Wife and I checked in October 5th for a 3 day stay because of Remodeling in our House, needless to say we ended up checking out October 16th because of delays in Construction. We have never been treated better at any Hotel over our 45 years of Traveling than at Embassy Suites Lavista, Ne. Bob Kropp at the Front Desk was Fantastic Diana Saenz Treviso and Odessa Torres did an Excellent Job keeping the Room Clean with GREAT Attitudes and Smiles. The morning Breakfast was Delicious and Christine Martinez made us feel so Welcome, Great Attitude, Smile and so Friendly we actually didn't want to leave. Ryan DeHarty, WOW what a Guy, His Professionalism was over the Top, always Smiling and a Pure Pleasure to get to know. All of the hotel staff are super friendly and accommodating. If you're here for a while, there are some neat events. There's a two drink happy hour after work. And the bar/restaurant is a perfect place to relax. Sheri is the best bartendress you could ask for.

Front desk staff was friendly and personable at check in. Pet friendly for our four legged family member. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and were efficient with cleaning off tables as guests finished.

I don't usually give reviews but when a hotel truly goes out of their way to make sure their guests have an excellent experience, I am going to mention it. From the friendly and welcoming staff, to the easy check-in, to the clean, comfy, modern and spacious room, I knew I had chosen the right hotel for my 2 night stay. It was a weekend and the hotel was nearly full but still very quiet and accommodating in every way. The pool was immaculate and warm, after getting in a workout in their fitness center. Breakfast was delicious and many hearty and so many fresh yummy choices. This property and it's personnel know what they're doing and it shows. Many Thanks to the folks at Best Western at Crossroads of Council Bluffs for your superior service and accommodations.

I was totally impressed with our stay at Best Western Crossroads of the Bluffs in Council Bluffs IA. First, we were early to check in, 12:30 p.m., we had a wedding to attend that would extend later into the night, so we just wanted to let the front desk staff know that we were here, we don't expect to get our room already. Could we just get our room key cards so that we could come back much later. The front desk employee told us she would check on our room, give her 10 minutes. She came back and said it was OK to check in and go to our room so that we could get dressed for the wedding. She went the extra mile to make sure we were happy! While the front desk person did this, we went and checked out the breakfast area. Very nice breakfast area and we were greeted by Ophelia, the breakfast employee who was still there. I told her what we were doing and she offered us coffee or something else to drink. She was very pleasant, smiley and helpful. The next morning, Ophelia saw me coming down to breakfast and remembered me. She greeted me warmly. She was so kind and helpful. You have the best employees! The room was very clean, the stay was comfortable. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone. We also stay at the Greentree Best Western in Moore, OK 2 times a year. They are the best also. Again, I'm very impressed with Best Western.

First impression: I really appreciated the effort someone has put into making the landscaping outside this hotel so pretty... it tells you right away that the managers really care. The front desk receptionist was friendly and gave me a choice of what floor I'd like to stay on. The room was pretty standard... clean and comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but I peeked in at it, and the overall pool area was large with nice seating areas (couches and coffee tables) as well as picnic tables so adults have a spacious place to hang out while kids are swimming. Breakfast had lots of options... again, pretty standard quality for a value hotel. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and was keeping the area clean and organized. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area!

Great Stay with Pool and Breakfast! We recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the highlight was definitely the inviting pool area. It's perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of traveling. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes. The friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, an excellent choice for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Overall our stay was excellent. The price and the location were great. We come to Omaha every June for a 3-day stay, and this hotel in Council Bluff, Iowa was a great option. Located just off I-80, it was a short drive to everything. The hotel was very clean and in good condition. The two-story hotel has a nice entryway lounge with multi-levels, Tvs, and seating also used for their full Continental breakfast. Breakfast has hot (scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, tater tots, biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, instant oatmeal) and cold (cereal, bread, pastries, boxed doughnuts, fresh fruit, yougurt with lots of toppings, juice and coffee) options which were a very good. There is a very large indoor pool area and pool, plus a small workout room. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the King bed was very comfortable. The only two issues which might be an issue for some is: 1) there is no elevator, and 2) not all areas of the hotel are air conditioned. The stairwells are pretty warm and the hallways are a little stuffy. However, the room was pleasantly cool. Lastly, the pool area is very warm, almost like a sauna. If youre actually in the pool, its probably not a problem. We will definitely stay here again.

CJ who checked us in was beyond a doubt the most helpful and friendly and professional front desk person I've ever met. Just her absolute commitment to this place and the customer is outstanding. If we get a chance to stay here on our way back, we definitely will because of her. The hotel rooms are clean comfortable and quiet. Fridge, microwave and stocked kitchenette. Convenient shuttle from airport. Easy check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Comfortable stay. Only down side - no hot food on-site. But Perkins restaurant is literally a few steps away!

We liked that there was a kitchenette in the room and downstairs was free coffee and other food and drink options to purchase. We were there for baseball and they had a shuttle to and from the games!! Big plus. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the room was large enough to move around. will stay again in the future.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located to Perkins and the airport. The front desk clerk, Shiela, was very friendly and extremely helpful in getting our room cleaned for an early check in.

We stayed at this property because of it's location and hadn't stayed at a Holiday Inn Express in a long time. We were impressed by the COVID-19 safety measures being taken by the staff and felt very safe. Everyone on staff was very friendly, helpful, and hard working. Our room was a king suite and was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the linens were all white and immaculately clean. The bathroom shower had great water pressure and the bath products were nice quality. We attended the manager's reception which offered free beer, wine, and individually packaged snack mix. The breakfast offered several hot items each day along with cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, and various bread items. There was a dedicated server who gathered all your items to avoid multiple people touching things. We didn't get a chance to swim or hot tub, but the area looked clean and inviting. My only complaint would be that the room temperature was a little hard to control since there was no thermostat, only a window control. I also didn't care for the ugly modern decor present in some places, but that is a personal preference. Overall we had a wonderful 3 night stay and were very impressed by the staff, cleanliness, COVID-19 measures, and location of this hotel.

This is a new hotel in a developing area; close to restaurants and shopping. It has easy access from Interstate 75 and is only a 15 minute drive from Omaha (barring traffic of course), 30 minutes from Eppley Field Airport, and about 5 minutes to Offut AFB. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff take pride in keeping it clean, they are always keeping the floors free of dirt and mud and the lounge area was spotless. There is a pool and a small gym. Customer service was on point. Each evening they would serve beer/wine and some light refreshments to tide over the weary traveler until dinner. And the coffee and tea bar was always stocked and ready. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I've experienced in a mid-level hotel chain. Eggs were creamy, bacon was crispy and the smell of fresh made cinnamon rolls filled the lounge. There was plenty of fruit as well as a pancake maker. The rooms are spacious and well kept with a dresser, wall locker, and mini fridge. There are plenty of USB outlets (something I find lacking in many hotels). The toiletries and coffee/tea bar are refreshed EVERY day (I didn't even have to ask). Overall this was a great place to stay and I would definitely book again.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Pool was larger than most indoor pools, buffet breakfast was diverse and delicious. Cookies, coffee, fresh water and board games were available in the lobby. The beds were so comfortable and room was quiet. I travel to Papillion monthly to see my granddaughter and this will now be my regular spot. Staff were kind, friendly and attentive.

Very clean, comfortable and staff is very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend this quiet and friendly place. Even with current road detours and construction on adjacent property, assess is maintained well and noise is kept to a minimum.

Friendly staff. Check in was very fast, and the clerk explained details about hotel while getting my key cards. Bed was soft and comfortable. Hot, delicious breakfast served each morning. Room and hotel were both clean. It rained and snowed during my stay and not once did I see anything but clean floors. If light bothers you when sleep, I would recommend you bring a sleep mask because the room had a lot of light between the door to the room, the window, and these faint lights from behind the headboard and tv. I forgot mine and didnt sleep well. The hotel could use some minor cosmetic updates, but other than that it is a nice hotel. Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend staying here.

Really nice hotel and great breakfast, with very clean modern rooms, nice tvs, and really comfortable bedding and pillows and the bed was really nice, I was on a road trip and got an amazing nights rest. The area is really cool as well right downtown with some great restaurants right nearby in walking distance and an arcade bar right caddy corner with games and drinks fun for all ages. Will return if I am in Omaha and a great pricing for duh a nice hotel

We found the Courtyard to be a comfortable hotel. Pros: - Spacious, well appointed lobby where you could watch sports - Friendly staff - Bar/bistro good for evening drinks and hot beverages in the morning -Dog friendly, $75 fee which seemed a bit steep - Parking was reasonably priced at $13 a night Cons: - Bathroom smelled of mildew even though it appeared clean - Broken glass on landscaping, notified hotel front desk,next day glass was still there (very disappointing as a dog could cut it’s paw on it) - Vent was loud, could hear noise for most of the night from HVAC

This hotel was a great experience! Perfect location for Old Market - Omaha. Friendly, professional staff. Super easy check in, very clean in both rooms, lobby and entry… everywhere. Great beds! We had a corner room and it was big. The only negative was the pillows. Pillows are a personal preference- others might think they are fine. Nice white towels, very large shower, Will definitely stay here next trip to Omaha.

The location of this hotel being so close to the riverfront and old market is very convenient for a stay in Omaha. There is plenty of parking, although they do charge $15 per night. The staff we interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very good.

The people who work at your establishment are extremely kind and very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the balcony and view. The only complaint would be the lock and door of the balcony needs a little TLC, but if that's the worst thing we had to deal with, I'll easily take it☺️

Our stay was great. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and provide everything you need. Kids slept well which was a plus because they are pretty picky to sleep when its not their home. Their breakfast was on point everyday was different option (stayed 3 days) and the staff were wonderful specially with our the kids (Our son is autistic).

Good location to the arena next door. Everything was in walking distance. Keno and a bar. Then a Mexican restaurant. Everything was clean, bed were comfortable. Overall a very nice stay for the weekend. We enjoyed the show next door and good food!!

Easy friendly check in plenty of free parking. The facility is very clean and the staff is constantly working on that, hotel is tastefully decorated. Great lobby Bar for a bite to eat and a nightcap fun crew working there. A nice breakfast in the morning, get the omelette. The rooms aren't huge but they are clean, quiet and comfortable. A very nice pool just opened for the summer outside you can swim from inside to outside and the pool opens early also a nice workout room. Management checks in by email throughout the stay to ensure all is well. Appreciated the daily room refresh as well.

Stayed here on a business trip as a Titanium Elite member. First off, every staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly, especially the bar staff during dinner service. My room was sufficient for a business stay, though admittedly a bit worn. There was some visible wear, like chipping on the door handle. It didn’t affect my sleep or comfort, but if you're expecting a pristine, high end experience, this might fall short. If you're just looking for a solid night’s rest, it does the job. Breakfast was pretty good. If you have status, you’ll receive a voucher. I recommend going early the fresh fruit selection was surprisingly good. Dinner was a highlight. The menu was well thought out, and the food quality exceeded expectations. I actually found myself looking forward to dinner each night, which isn’t something I often say on work trips. The lounge, however, was underwhelming, easily the least stocked Marriott lounge I’ve visited. Just a few granola bars and not much else. Don’t count on it for snacks or light meals. Parking was abundant. I know others have mentioned issues, but it was a non issue during my stay possibly due to status, but either way, it was smooth. Overall: a good hotel. A bit pricey and showing some wear, but I slept well every night and felt genuinely welcomed by the staff. If service and sleep matter more than polish, this place delivers.

Comfortable, quiet hotel. Very clean. Stellar staff! Even with construction, they did the best they could to accommodate guests. Restaurant had been relocated to a meeting room but wow! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing. I understand the waiter also made the drinks and he was a genius at the bar!

It looked very high end the bar area was very inviting i loved that they had coffee available we had an early departure and grabbed a coffee to go and complimentary at that! The room was very clean and bed comfortable had various ball tems staying while we were there and no noise at all . Have to say the staff was quick and friendly!

I travel a lot for anime and comic conventions to work the artist alley tables so I stay at a lot of affordable chain hotels and I have to say this is one of the most pleasant stays I've ever had! The staff were all super friendly and helpful, the room was very clean with no stale or stuffy smell which tends to be an issue at these types of hotels. None of the furniture or fixtures seemed like they were in need of renovation, everything was pretty modern and in good condition. And the breakfast was excellent!! Usually the complimentary breakfast at a lot of places is just pastries and cereal and maybe a waffle maker, but they had real eggs and breakfast sausage. I'll definitely be staying here again if I'm ever in the area for another event!

The location is easy to get to and close to a variety of restaurants and gas stations. Staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Our bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Price was reasonable. We will come back if we come to Council Bluffs again.

Checking in late after several hours on the road. Very polite and helpful staff. Interior appears to be recently renovated and appears outside landscape is getting a redo. Breakfast includes make your own waffles, fresh HOT coffee and numerous other items. Wi-fi is fast and connection is excellent. Clean and working I I’ve-maker plus vending on site if you don’t want to walk to Casey’s or the TA next door. Nice canopy to pull u set and load/unload during inclement weather.

We stayed during the ice storm and they were extremely fast on making sure the lot and sidewalks were salted. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It's quiet, safe ( especially your car in parking lot ). Right next door to gas station Casey's so everything available. Room has a freezer with the fridge and mixrowave. Lots of space to put your luggage extras. Enjoy staying there! 😁 Not worried about the no elevator because there is not many steps. Breakfast is good and simple.

Great option for a no-frills hotel. Room was very clean, shower was hot, provided breakfast was fine as well. Staff was very nice. While it's not in a fancy area, it was quiet and safe. Would definitely stay there again.

The size of the room was phenomenal and the front desk was very helpful and made sure we got a crib for our daughter as well as everything we needed . The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise!

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The room was as pictured and, as a late arrival, we did get the exact room we reserved. Everything was very clean, no bad smells. I did the “White socks” test (Walking around with my socks on scuffing my feet) and finished with clean socks. Everyone was happy with the beds. The room had two TV’s so that eliminate disagreeing between the kids. Everyone enjoyed the pool but I could stand it warmer. The complementary breakfast provided was OK, nothing special, but it was breakfast and we ate and were on our way without having to go somewhere else and spend a fortune at a restaurant. This helped offset the room cost. The hotel was located on the interstate which made it convenient to get around but was positioned such that there was no traffic noise. We stayed two nights and were very pleased with our stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This was a clean quiet Holiday Inn Express. We stayed on the third floor, room 328 on the parking lot side, we went to bed at 9 o’clock and did not hear a thing all night, the beds are comfortable the room was clean the TV was big enough there, was a Keurig with pods, though we had to ask for regular coffee instead of decaf. There looked like there was a nice pool though we didn’t use it, microwave fridge, everything you need. Front desk staff was very cheerful. We will definitely stay here again. The only reason I didn’t write excellence was because the eggs were the worst eggs I have ever had in my entire life, I could not even eat them after the first bite. There were other choices for breakfast, bagels, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sweet rolls, so other options but the eggs were absolutely awful. There was absolutely no effort made to for social distancing in the breakfast room which made us a little nervous because no one was wearing a mask except us. There were several people coughing in the breakfast area so we ate as quickly as possible and went back to our room.

We drove 27 hrs. from Grande Prairie, Alberta straight to Omaha and we arrived to this lovely Holiday Inn Express. Easy parking for our van with trailer (40ft.). The outside and the lobby were very clean and our clerk who checked us in was fast and very courteous (so helpful when trying to get to our rooms quickly and effortlessly). Our rooms were super clean and the beds so very comfortable. The pillow selection was great. The bathroom while compact was tidy and had everything we needed. It has quite the space. We had celebrated my daughters birthday and didn’t expect to fit as many people in there as we thought it would. It was really good place! The jacuzzi and the pool was nice and a pretty good size as well! Breakfast was really good! Fresh and you can make your own type of waffles ! I loved that and my kids did too!

Room was spacious,clean and quiet. The king bed was very comfortable, with great pillows. Lit up parking lot behind for $15 felt safe leaving car. Nice selection in complimentary breakfast. Hector behind the front desk was super professional and helpful. Wish all hotel employees were as happy as he was. Thanks for the stay.

Absolutely terrific place with great customer service and big comfy rooms. Hector at the front desk and Bob the maintenance man performed yeoman’s service when I dropped my car keys between my driver’s seat and the map console and they got hooked in the tracks under my seat—right when I arrived. After 15 minutes of trying to get them out myself, I called the front desk. Hector came out with a wrench and an ice-cold bottle of water for me. It was around 8pm, the sun was down, but we did what we could with the flashlight. After 45 minutes we gave up and decided to ask Bob the handyman in the morning. When we went back in, Hector gave my dog treats. The digital checkin service worked great and my dog and I went straight into my room with the digital key. The bed was comfy, pillows good, the silverware, dishes, and glasses very clean, and the whole place spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very quiet. Had a great night, and at 8am I went downstairs, met Bob, and in less than 5 minutes he got the two stuck keys out of the track and handed them to me, asking “Is this what you were looking for?” with a big grin. Hector was back at the desk and this time gave my dog a new squeaky toy. Hector made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond. Bob too made my stay immensely better. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. I’ll stay here every time I go to Omaha.

If the worst thing you can say about a hotel is they got rid of their business center — you know you had a wonderful stay. And our 3 nights here were sheer perfection. Let’s start with breakfast. Make-your-own tacos or burritos? Yes, indeed. Pulled pork one day, chicken the next (and lots and lots of it). Of course scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, breads and bagels, oatmeal, fresh bananas/oranges/apples. And if you are here on a Wednesday, there’s the 5-6:30 reception with more delicious eats. We had a 2-Bedroom/2-Bath (K, 2 Q’s) that was very spacious with nice views from the big windows. They don’t open, but the ceiling fans will keep you cool even during these warm nights. Laundry is $3 for wash, $3 for dry; on 2nd floor at the elevator. Hallways are spotless, housekeepers are everywhere if you need something and the breakfast staff keeps all the offerings topped off. The hotel is indeed downtown, but parking could not be easier, just steps from the Lobby ($15 per day and you pay via your phone, not through the hotel; instructions are posted in the lot). Special thanks to Emily, who treated us like Hilton VIPs. Credit also to GM Zach, who makes this all happen.

Upon check-in Hector went above and beyond to meet our expectations!! He made you feel very welcomed. Staying four nights and with a senior parent wanted a nice room and view for her benefit. Hector ensured that we were provided with just the right room. Seventh floor had a great city view and direct access to the elevator. Couldn’t be better!! Was recognized as a Hilton Diamond member and received special perks, which doesn’t always happen at Hilton properties. Thank you!! Wed nite supper was great; breakfast was better than average. Loved the breakfast tacos for a change! Hotel sits next to Hampton and was able to use their facilities if needed - breakfast, swimming, etc. All of the staff were very helpful and enjoyable to converse with. Location was ideal for attending a conference at the Mid-America Center in Council Bluffs. Easy 5-10 minute drive. Definitely will stay here for any future trips to Omaha.

Breakfast was hot and tasty. Location was perfect in relation to our trip and close to eateries, coffee shops and family activities. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It’s a small property so I didn’t feel it was over crowded. It was very clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The free breakfast is a fantastic option when you are feeding a family. A lot of hotels have gone away from that so I appreciated that greatly. It was convenient to our event. Was able to take an Uber down and back in no time.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable and the stuff were very efficient. I was offered breakfast, which sounded amazing, but I opted to catch up on rest as i was beyond exhausted from all the driving, and still had a long drive ahead of me. I will stay here again the next time I am in that location!

Clean comfortable hotel. The man at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating; he helped us out a lot with an airline cancelation/rescheduling issue. They had breakfast for us at 4 am before we had to leave, and the shuttle service was great.

The place was super comfortable. I didn't expect a whole desk area and a dishwasher and dishes in the cupboard and microwave. Everything was really clean, the bed was very comfortable. I felt safe there. The front desk person helped me a lot when I couldn't get the dishwasher to work. Bathroom was clean, towels comfy, plenty of hot water. Besides a couple who were fighting with each other down the hallway, which is not the fault of the hotel, I loved every minute. Just what I needed. Plenty of parking. Overall I recommend this place.

Excellent facility! Bed was perfect, not too hard, not too soft and they pillows were pretty good too. Next time i go i will remember to take my own coffee creamer. Went to front desk to ask for more (i only had 3 in my room), and was told they were out but the delivery truck would be there in an hour. I didnt want to wait an hour! They have really affordable rates for more than just the usual bed and shower room, you get a kitchenette-complete with a dishwasher and full sized refrigerator! I will stay here again

Clean room, comfy bed, hot water. Room had all the comforts of home. Coffeemaker, toaster, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, dinnerware. Coffee was available in the mornings. Maybe you can start offering something to go with it, i.e. donuts, muffins? Maybe install a vending machine in the coffee room?
