This has been the best hotel experience I've ever had. The young lady at check in made my kids and I feel so welcomed. She let us know about a restaurant deal that we took advantage of (Royal Oak, the food was excellent). The key cards worked great and the room was WOW!!! The cleanest hotel room I've ever seen! The layout of the room was fantastic, very spacious, with a seperate sitting area. The fridge, microwave and coffee maker were appreciated. The shower was great, lots of soap and shampoo product in refillable containers. Now the best part. The bed. Omg. It was like sleeping on a cloud. I have NEVER slept in such a comfortable bed. And the pillows...❤️. I wish I could have stayed a second night. The next morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast. The food was wonderful and the variety exceptional. The overall impression: this hotel cares about the comfort of their guests and it shows. I cannot say enough great things about the staff, they are what keeps everything together. I am looking forward to my next visit with Holiday Inn Express 💜

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The quality of the in-room amenities truly exceeded my expectations. Everything from the bed sheets to the washroom fixtures reflected a high standard of care and cleanliness. The linens were soft, fresh, and immaculately presented, contributing to a very comfortable night’s sleep. The room itself was both spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing plenty of space to relax and unwind. The washroom was spotless, modern, and well-stocked with quality toiletries. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This may be one of the best hotel rooms I have had. Spacious room, upscale bathroom with backlit mirror, nightlight and high counters. Microwave, fridge, coffee. Spacious desk with a separate space for placing luggage on. Closet, room safe, and complimentary breakfast buffet. Perfect. Only cons were very loud room door latches which close with a loud thunk in the hallway and the beds were okay but could be a bit firmer. Highly recommend this place.

Rooms are very clean and comfy and very modern and stylish. Loved the bathroom amenities. Breakfast was included and very good, a lot of choices and they keep the platters topped up. Cleanest breakfast buffet i have been too.

Breakfast was great. Hot eggs, hot oatmeal, breakfast meat. The hotel was renovated in 2020. Room was spotless and the bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice. Keurig coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room also

We arrived Friday night and were greeted by friendly staff at the desk. Since this is a dog friendly hotel they immediately gave our nervous girl a doggie cookie! We arrived in our room and it was very clean and also I could faintly smell the cleaning products, so that made a lightly fresh scent in the room- which I like , just enough to know that my room had been recently cleaned and ready. The linens were white and very clean and bright. The washroom also was clean and I absolutely loved that there are Dove products at the sink and shower because I am someone who has sensitive skin and I never use the products supplied ( I bring my own hand soap to even wash my hands!). The breakfast was delicious- the staff were on hand making delivering and making fresh products, and kept the entire dining room clean and tidy. They were very prompt in cleaning up dishes and very friendly. They all greeted me with a friendly good morning! A very clean and friendly hotel!

The recent renovations to the hotel are very nice. Clean and large common / dining area, and the Queen Suite is quite spacious enough for my family of four, including two very tall young men. The sofa bed is a necessity for us. It's about as comfortable as you'd expect from a pullout, but still better than my two 6' tall kids trying to share a queen. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful. Alzira, in the kitchen has been very attentive, ensuring that there's always fresh coffee throughout the day, and making sure that the breakfast area is clean, with fresh food. I would definitely stay here again, the next time I'm in the area.

Have stayed here a few times in the past, always pleased! Front desk staff so welcoming! Our room was immaculately clean, bed & pillows so very comfortable! Today, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast, delicious sausages & baked beans along with many other breakfast offerings! Great coffee! The 3 attendants, Alzina, Sephora & Marie work so well as a team refilling dishes constantly & clearing tables all while being so pleasant & friendly with hotel guests! We are already looking forward to seeing them again tomorrow morning! Thank you ladies for making our stay so very enjoyable!

I very much enjoyed the location: close to shopping and restaurants, and at the same time in a quiet and safe area. The room is very comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking, and lots of nice space around the hotel for walking. Breakfast was also good, enough variety. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very clean and the fridges are amazing. The complementary breakfast is so delicious and the ladies who work at the kitchen are amazing. Marie-Claude really made the stay amazing as she always greeted me and my children when attending breakfast and is so friendly, kind, caring and a hard worker. I can see her dedication to the job a staff like her is hard to come by.

The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities, bar, breakfast room were very welcoming. The breakfast was really good. There is an excellent restaurant for dinner right across the parking lot from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and fresh and clean.

It was an amazing family getaway, perfect experience for my husband and I and our three little kids. It's new, clean and modern, just snazzy enough and still super comfortable, real casual chic. We got a room with two Queen beds and a sofa bed, large bright window, spacious washroom (with full size soap pumps in shower), fantastic space for the five of us. The kids were in the pool every day of the stay and was so sad to have to leave. The morning breakfast was wonderful with a variety of foods to satisfy even my picky eaters. I can't say enough about how wonderful all the staff were to making our stay an exceptional one. From the front desk to the housekeeping, including the kitchen staff that will gladly accommodate your requests with a friendly smile. And they really do strive to go the extra mile to accommodate any reasonable requests, and their response time is immediate, if not instant. I highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay there!

The hotel was modern, clean, eco friendly & made you feel welcome/comfortable. They are centrally located with an easy walk to almost everything you might need or want. The room was VERY clean & spacious. There is also an enjoyable breakfast every morning, swimming pool & fitness center to enjoy. I want to thank all the staff at this location; they were helpful & courteous. I especially wish to thank Anmol, Shina, Amel & Irene: who I seem to pester the most during my stay. TY !!! Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is amazing. The hotel served a great breakfast buffet and had a quaint restaurant attached to it. The Brew Table (a restaurant directly beside the property) was an a great addition to our experience. Staff was friendly, pool was nice size, exercise room was packed with great equipment and most of all our room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. It was close to all things fun.

The bed was very comfortable. I had one of the best sleeps I've ever had in a hotel room. The pillows were fluffy. The room was very quiet. The breakfast had a great variety of hot and cold options. One thing I really liked was that the coffee was really strong. Most hotel breakfast bars serve weak coffee. What I also liked was the furniture in the room. There was a L-shaped sofa with a coffee table. The check in and out process was very fast. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Great hotel. Super convenient for an early am flight . Quick check in , fresh baked cookies !!! Yumm Room was clean and comfortable. Quiet. Restaurant right across as well as a gas station for filling up your rental. Hot coffee fresh and ready at 3 AM. Can’t wait to come back and try breakfast!!

Polite and friendly front desk staff, convenient location for my event. The room was spacious, TV had many channels, bed was comfortable - I had a good sleep; bathroom was really nice, taps easy to use, with nice and convenient accessories. Breakfast was really nice, with varieties. Tea and coffee at the lobby, check out was easy. Will gladly stay there anytime I am in Ottawa!

Stayed for one night while passing through Ottawa. Clean, modern, comfortable, quiet stay. The room was very clean. Easy to access, ample parking. The breakfast spread was very good- oatmeal, eggs, bacon, baked goods and other assorted items.

We stay at the Hilton by the airport every 3 months when in the area for business, I always enjoy the stay. It’s clean, comfortable and the service is always on point, however I do wish there were bathrobes for use of the pool/hottub. I especially love that they have free coffee with all the fixings in the mornings and the coffee is good.. not like other hotel coffee! We will continue to stay here 3 times a year

Perfect spot when flying from Ottawa airport We had an early morning flight and thought it would be best to stay extremely close by the airport by staying at this hotel - it was a great idea and we would definitely stay again when flying out. The rooms are oversized, very large and spacious. The kitchenette area very handy, alot of counter space, sink and fridge. Couch and table also in good order. The room has carpet (king room), which was kinda tired / old fashioned, but everything was cleaned well and there were no funky smells. The decorations are not fancy, but they are clean and well maintained l. The common areas/halls were very well kept. We didnt use the shower, so cant speak to that, but the bathroom was large and well lit, the rest of the room could have some better / brighter lighting. The bed was just fine, though we only had one short sleep there. The Wifi and elevator both functioned well. The staff were organized and pleasant to deal with it, check in and check out were easy and quick. We did use the free airport shuttle, I was concerned that it wouldnt be available or would be late, but no need for concern as it was reliable and prompt - even with a 3:00am pickup. We made it to the airport in no time, the shuttle was comfortable We will definitely choose this spot again when wanting to be near by the airport for a flight.

This is very close the airport, so very convenient! Unfortunately when I dropped my rental car at the airport, I tried calling the hotel about six times and no response so I wasn't sure what was happening with the shuttle so I took a cab. Biggest mistake - I had the absolute rudest cab driver I have ever had in my life..... so beyond rude that it flustered me when I got out and I left my fave black hoodie in there! I would avoid cabs from that airport and wait for the shuttle!! The hotel restaurant/bar was delicious and service was excellent!!!! Room very nice and big, comfy bed and pillows and service at front desk excellent! I even had to have someone come up because I had trouble with the tv but it was just user error and there was no guide and it was just very slow to come on! Nice roomy bathroom, keurig in the room, very quiet hotel!!! I highly recommend this airport hotel!!!

We were able to get a room on very short notice due to a flight disruption. The restaurant and bar were open till midnight, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They are making an effort to reduce plastic waste with their bath products . A convenient shuttle runs to the airport frequently

We were in one of the renovated rooms on the top floor. Everything was done well. The spacious room was great for a one night stay prior to our flight. We had a good dinner at the restaurant....flight time too early for breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, however found it too high off the floor.

Room was large and modern. Jacuzzi tub was perfect and the breakfast buffet was good. Need bacon though for a perfect score !

Excellent location. We dealt with many staff while we were there, all were approachable, friendly and efficient. This hotel was everything I was hoping for: room was spacious, had both of my requirements, a fridge and a microwave, the bed was super comfy, best sleep I’ve had in ages. Liked having the Keurig, too. The room I booked also had a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi tub, which were exactly what I wanted. Hotel amenities were great. Breakfast in the breakfast room was super appreciated by all of our family. Varied options of eggs or omelettes, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cinnamon buns, or muffins or waffles, oatmeal or dry cereal. I can’t say enough about what a huge difference this made for our stay, saving us from having to take time out of our day to stop somewhere for breakfast. Also so appreciated the gym and having a pool although the pool is quite small.

This property is a gem! Check-in was easy and simple. The staff were courteous and friendly. The lobby was comfortable and cozy. For the client's convenience, a small store for snacks and drinks is available 24 hours. Great indoor heated pool and exercise facilities. Complimentary coffee and cookies are provided. Our room was surprisingly large and very clean. Beautiful huge bed with silky-smooth bedding and large soft pillows. Just Amazing! Loads of towels and Complimentary Dove! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, with an abundance of extras. Maid service is provided every day. Continental breakfast is also provided as a perk. However, this breakfast is DELICIOUS! Great variety of hot or cold options and the staff are very accommodating. The best Continental breakfast we've ever had! 5+star rating! Thanks to everyone for a wonderful stay!! Tina

Five-Star Experience at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Ottawa West-Nepean! I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say - it was the best experience I have had at any Holiday Inn! If you are ever in Nepean or Ottawa, this is undoubtedly the best place to stay. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast is simply the best! Every bite was a delight, and I have to thank Lien Thanh for preparing such an excellent breakfast prepared by her. Truly unmatched! Cleanliness: Everything was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the washrooms, the lobby, hallways, bedding, and tables. Not a grain of sand in sight! Honestly, this hotel makes me feel like moving to Nepean for its comfort. Staff: The team here is exceptional! - Alicia was incredibly friendly and professional and was an absolute joy to interact with. - Gloria, whom I met at the front desk in the morning, has such a warm and welcoming personality. - And, of course, the entire management team deserves a round of applause for the training of their entire team. Great staff! Kamal made my checkin super smooth. Thanks The hotel delivered a really comfortable and relaxing stay. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained, with all the essentials placed neatly. The staff were polite, quick to respond and genuinely tried to make the experience smooth. The location was convenient, close to shops and transport, which made moving around easy. The breakfast options were decent and the dining area felt calm. The overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful, and security felt reliable. A few small improvements could make it even better, but for the price and service, it was definitely a satisfying and pleasant stay.

Staff were professional and friendly. My room was excellent. The jacuzzi tub was great, my only complaint is the waterfall tap broke as soon as I turned it off. The bed was comfortable, very little street noise, and the room was clean. I will definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at Motel Adam. The rooms were very clean, and the staff was professional and courteous throughout. I really appreciated the complimentary breakfast—it may not be made in-house, but it was fresh, quick, and surprisingly good. The entire property is exceptionally well maintained; everything from the grounds to the fresh linen speaks to the care they put into the place. Honestly, the cleanliness and attention to detail here rival (and even beat) many hotels across North America. Highly recommend!

We travel a lot and have stayed in a number of hotels/motels. As motels go, this was one of the best ones ever. It was clean, quiet (you could not hear through the walls), great water temp and pressure, bed was comfortable, and parking was plentiful and easy. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choices. Staff was exceptionally friendly and kind.

Great budget-friendly spot for exploring Ottawa/Gatineau, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Friendly and attentive customer service. Would recommend adding hot breakfast options like scrambled eggs, bacon, or hash browns to enhance the morning meal.

Went to this hotel for a birthday getaway. We had never been at this hotel before but we were impressed. Check in was adequate and friendly. Our room on the 7th floor with lake view was really nice but we did have to pay more for this luxury! Enjoyed immensely the large bathroom, especially the shower. The decor is very inviting. Now let’s talk about the views , seeing the lake, the parliament buildings etc were stunning during the day and the night . The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would certainly return !

Hilton Lac-Leamy is one of the most luxurious Hilton properties we have stayed at. Our room and bathroom were incredibly spacious, with top-quality furnishings and amenities. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, including a casino, spa, game room, and both indoor and outdoor pools. While it initially seemed like a perfect choice for families with kids, we were disappointed to learn that children are not allowed in the lounge area. This was a bit inconvenient as we were traveling with our 11-year-old. However, the lounge itself was exceptional—far better than other Hiltons we have visited—with a menu and excellent variety of offerings. Since we couldn’t use the lounge for our daughter for breakfast or dinner, we opted for room service, which turned out to be a great alternative. The quality and price were impressive for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, despite the lounge restriction for kids, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Everything was clean classy and comfortable. The cleaning staff must be trained well and treated decently to do such a great job. The crew at the door and desk were the most helpful professional and pleasant group I have ever interacted with at any hotel stay over the past 30+ years. The breakfast buffet was way beyond expectation and enjoyed the atmosphere that the great staff ensured for all. Well done and appreciated after so many disappointing experiences at other establishments in my travels lately.

First impression was the smiling welcome from Andrea on reception desk. We were given a big beautiful corner suite with a view of Lac Lemay. And big comfortable king bed. And within in a few minutes a knock at the door and gift of cake and anniversary card from the hotel staff. Delicious! The hotel had an inside walkway connected to the casino with a short classy stroll. We also enjoyed the Arome restaurant for breakfast. We regret not going there for dinner!

The location is good, particularly if your goal is to be near the Hull Hospital. There are convenient public transit links up and down St-Joseph,, grocery stores and pharmacies nearby, etc. some of the rooms have cozy Jacuzzi-style bathtubs. For the price, the rooms are surprisingly nice. The place isn't fancy -- Google Maps labels it as "unassuming" -- but it doesn't claim to be.

The room was clean and cozy. There was a good variety of food for breakfast in a clean room manned by a young lady who was constantly refreshing the dishes and keeping things clean and tidy. The fellow who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is small but very clean, quiet and convenient. I was on the top floor and the wifi wasn't great by any means and the shower pressure could have been stronger but these things are quite minor and certainly not a deal breaker. The free breakfast is quite good. I will certainly book here again.

Rooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. Despite being close to the elevator, our room was very quiet, which I really appreciated. The front desk and housekeeping staff are phenomenal; welcoming, helpful and attentive. The hotel is also conveniently located near major highways and within walking distance of plenty of shops and eateries. Another plus is the free on-site parking, which makes it easy and stress free for guests with cars.

Lovely quiet hotel and surrounding area. It was literally a couple of blocks from the main hub downtown. The hotel is hosted by the lovely owner who made us feel very welcome. The room 201 was clean and comfortable with a great walk in shower. Tea and coffee provided, I requested fresh milk which was given with a smile. Walkable to Bywater, railway station and restaurants. Would recommend

I LOVED this hotel. It felt like an ideal version of a small-hotel stay in Europe: clean, comfortable, not high luxury but run by owners who care and who fill the place with little well-thought out touches. There's coffee in the morning in a lovely common room or in the garden. It's a very central location, sandwiched between the heart of downtown and the university, in an old neighbourhood with Victorian-era houses and churches. Caveat: as an old neighbourhood, it is also home to a couple of homeless missions and social services - just in case the presence of the users of those services would be troubling to you. However, the hotel is a cozy treat, and the neighbourhood deserves to be appreciated for its history and beauty.

We spent 3 nights at the Swiss Hotel. The hotel had a nice European vibe with the communal sitting area where espresso beverages were available in the morning. The garden patio was a great space for a glass of wine in the evening. We stayed in a king room spa room. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable, impressive bed I've ever slept in! There is also glorious free standing tub and rain shower. The owner was most helpful and attentive. The location is great for the Byward market. The immediate area is a little run down but security is good at the hotel and we felt safe to walk to downtown.

I’ve just spent two nights here. This may be my favorite hotel ever. The owner is on site and always there. She’s a lovely lady. I felt like giving her a hug but wasn’t sure she was a ‘hugger’. The staff is lovely. The location is close to everything. So convenient. The room I was in was perfect. So comfortable and so clean! The building was built in the 1800s and has been very nicely renovated. It’s modern but maintains lovely traditional elements. Congrats to the architect/designer behind that project. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Ottawa!

The place was lovely. Had a wonderful energy about it. Warm, comfortable and relaxing. Spotlessly clean. Very nice modern looking room with everything that you may need during your stay including curling iron, bathrobs , nespresso machine and much more. I had a great sleep in a super comfy bed with beautiful duvet. There is also a gorgeous French style garden with lots of plants. The owner is very pleasant, welcoming and accomodating. Great location. Just a short walking distance to Byward Market.

the property actually exceeds my expectations as it is a 3 star hotel and relatively budget one, however it was very clean quiet, and seems to me like 5 stars (with no luxury items). Breakfast is OK, no hot meals, but more than enough. Also, Tim Hortons is just few steps away from the main gate which is very convenient in case you don't like the hotel's breakfast.

The breakfast was varied, fresh, very clean and well stocked. The lady looking after 5he breakfast was excellent. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was in good shape. The rooms and bathrooms are looking a bit tired .

Convenient to the airport, very clean and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was exceptional, with lots of variety, including several kinds of fresh fruits. Efforts to reduce waste by using 'real' cutlery and china was appreciated,

We love the breakfast and staff. Breakfast has a lot of food and the fruits are very fresh. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our flights were in the afternoon so we left our bags in the hotel and added another trip to Ottawa city, on our way back to Days Inn, it was raining and it had a traffic, but the shuttle driver was there waiting for us on time. We very appreciated the front desk service and the driver. They are the best!

Visited Ottawa as a tourist for 4 days. The Arc located within walking distance to several Ottawa destinations like Capital Hill, Byward Market and the National Gallery. There are many restaurants close by, especially if you don't mind a short walk to Bank Street. The room was clean and smelled fresh. We asked for down/feather bedding to be removed prior to arrival and it was. We only ate breakfast in the Arc Lounge Restaurant, and it was fresh, well prepared and delicious. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and attentive. Our room faced the street, and at times there was alot of traffic noise, sometimes disrupting sleep - earplugs were the answer! The bathroom was very small - functional and clean, just not much room for toiletries and to hang towels. Overall an excellent stay and good value for the price.

It was central and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff we met were all friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! It was convenient to have the restaurant onsite especially for breakfast. We enjoyed our meals.

The hotel is an older hotel thats been renovated, but the rooms are very nice , well decorated and quiet even though we were right on the street side. The hotel staff was great and the doorman was fantastic and very personable. We ate in the restaurant for breakfast and the food was good and the price was a great. The waitress was again very friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for the price, right downtown, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and coffee shops. Parking garage behind property and an outside lot for larger trucks (extra $25 per night). Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are a bit dated, but clean. Bed was comfy and clean, so were the towels and bath robes :)

It was clean and staff friendly restaurant it was nice have a restaurant on site. We went to other restaurants for breakfast but found that our hotel the best food and service.

The room are spacious, clean. The bed is fantastic. The bathroom is clean. It is a nice place to stay. Though quite expensive but it worth it. My challenge is the don't have a restaurant and there is no complementary breakfast even with the high cost of the room. I will recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Ottawa.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to my race, to the sights, and to the eatery/bar rows. Complimentary brewed coffee was good. Free cable too. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The exterior of the hotel needs to be updated, however, the rooms were very clean, renovated and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were all excellent, we lucked out having such an a amazing young lady at the front desk who was so friendly and very accommodating. My son had a hockey tournament in Ottawa and it’s fair to say we have stayed in many many hotels, this was the most convenient, comfortable stay.

The room was clean and bigger than expected. Front desk was more than helpful and the restaurant attached had a really good breakfast.

Property was clean, rooms were clean and spacious, staff was friendly. However, more supervision or overlooking should be required put in place in pool area to make sure guests are following safety rules (while we were there with our kids several others were there as well but not following basic safety rules) Also, we asked for extra pillows at around 3pm. At 9pm when all of us were about to fall asleep and my young son was already asleep we recieved a call about the extra pillows waking up certain guests in our room

The night desk woman was AMAZING. We had an unplanned stay, called at 1:30 am, she was the only person who would accommodate us. She provided us with a fantastic room, excellent price, and made me feel so much better in the midst of a stressful evening. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the stay was quiet. I wish we had time to take advantage of the facilities but we were on our way early the next morning.

Very quiet rooms being right next to the airport modern clean and comfortable bed the room felt quite empty when we came in maybe a nice comfortable chair or warm lighting would help feels cold and unwelcoming in the room. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful and the 2 minute drive to the airport was perfect nice views of the airport runway too

Everything! The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the amenities in the room were amazing. My room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the towels were thick and soft. The breakfast was really nice, even had fresh fruit. The staff was really friendly and the front desk was appropriately staffed.

We booked because of Anime Ottawa happening next door. We were three to share the room. As we were cosplaying, we came with a lot of luggage (costumes, wigs, accessories, makeup, etc). The room was very spacious and even with our stuff piled everywhere, there was still a lot of room to walk around and sit. Our room was also fitted with a small kitchenette with a sink, three large mirrors, and multiple power outlets, all if which were super helpful as we didn't get too much into each others' way as we got into costume. The ventilation in the room was very good and the bathroom is equipped with a fan. The room had a large window overlooking the EY center, so it was great to see people coming in and out of the convention hall. Shower is huge and there was a lot of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in our package, and there was a very good variety of items such as eggs, sausages, beans, hash browns, 4 different fruits, milk and oat milk, yogurt, cereal, muffins, crossants, toasts, english muffins, oatmeal, coffee, tea, and juices. Foods were different from one day to another, so you won't get tired of eating the same thing if you stay multiple days like we did. There was a lot of parking space when we stayed. Within a 10 minute drive, you can also go to Costco and T&T, and are close to many good restaurants without having to go to downtown Ottawa. And even if the hotel is next to the airport, we didn't hear a single thing from our room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Highly recommend!

Sonder Rideau is conveniently located! Lots of restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Check in instructions were pretty straight forward! Throughout our stay we were in and out a lot and noticed there was a plate of food with meat right at the entrance! Nobody bothered to move it, the unit itself is huge, well lit. The heating can be controlled and it worked. The kitchen was nice, bathroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable, the roku tv worked good! The hallway was nice and the staff was super friendly! The overall building is clean and well maintained! The biggest drawback was the furniture specially the velvet couch and chairs had white drops and stains and gave me an ick with in 3 secs! So we sat on the leather chairs through out our stay, which are good but not for netflix and chilling! And the walls are really thin so there is a lot of noise through out the day right from the morning! They know it too which is why they provided ear plugs right next to your bed! Noise is something you can still work around but the couch and velvet furniture is nasty so if they can change that! I’ll be back cause it spacious and budget friendly!

The suite is perfect for three of us, like a small apartment, sufficient for our relaxing and activities. Bedding and beds are clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the dinning area are clean and homey. We like most is the location. Locating right in thd downtown which allow us to be able to walk to everywhere, but surprisingly so quiet at night. Staff are friendly and helpful - directed us to the city hall parking which is close and cheap...only 5 mins walk from the hotel, and just $25 for a 4-days parking!

We loved the Sonder Rideau. It was a ten minute walk to Parliament Hill and only a few minutes more to Byward Market. The apartment is huge and was so clean. Nice finishes. Very modern and the bed was so comfortable with tons of pillows! We couldn’t believe how well stocked it was with a fully functioning kitchen with yummy coffee, living room to relax and massive washroom and bathroom. The staff in the lobby were always happy, friendly and super helpful.

We had a wonderful stay. The suite was so clean, the sheets and pillows felt fresh and new. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. My teen daughter loved that we could play ping pong and basketball. The sofa bed was pretty comfortable and the main room with king size bed was bright and comfortable. The staff was warm, friendly and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend and will be booking more stays at Sonder hotels after this experience

The Sonder Rideau was in a good location. Only a short walk to restaurants, shops and Parliament Hill. The Sonder had large luggage lockers that could be used prior to check- in, which was convenient. The room, which contained a bed, sofa and kitchenette was spacious, modern and clean. Having washers and dryers on each floor was a bonus. Would stay here again.

We would stay two nights in a comfortable clean one-bedroom suite located close to restaurants, the airport and a short drive to the downtown area. The suite was modern with USB charging portals and modern amenities. The staff(s) are incredibly personable and accommodating from check-in and housekeeping to the lady breakfast attendant who greets everyone one cheerfully every day and works tirelessly to make sure dishes are replenished and clean-up is performed as soon as guests leave – a necessary duty as the breakfast area has limited seating and can get very busy! Breakfast is standard RI tasteless hot and cold fare consistent throughout the chain, meaning more than a few days of RI breaky fare per month is too much! The gym is bright and airy consisting of a pair of treadmills, weights and a single multipurpose weight machine – all in modern well-maintained condition. Off the breakfast area is a nice patio located next to parking offering a nice area to enjoy a bit of fresh air over a summer drink or dinner cooked on the hotel BBQ! Thanks everyone for a positive and inviting stay!

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful; the suite was a good size with everything we could want. Comfy beds, well-appointed, pleasant lobby area, and a most enjoyable breakfast set-up. Everything from waffles to eggs to fresh and dried fruit, oatmeal, cereals and a toast bar. And good coffee - being a bit of coffee snob, that was a definite bonus! I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Ottawa.

It was very clean, modern, spacious. The room was perfect for what we needed. The staff were friendly and informative. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had quite the variety. Even the food staff were overly nice and helpful (I find they tend to be the grumpiest). Overall, a great experience!

The hotel is very clean, and there is feee coffee in the lobby. The rooms are clean, roomy, well lit, and have plenty of power outlets. The shower was excellent, and our room was remarkably quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, so the stay was a wonderful one.

This is the best hotel in Ottawa. Everyone is very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and everything you would need for an enjoyable is available. Full fridge and kitchenette in the room which is convenient for longer stays. Also breakfast is provided to get you day started! 😁

A beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. the room was well decorated with a very comfortable easy chair with footstool by the windows, plenty of outlets and good lighting. very comfortable bed with cozy woolen rug next to it and good shower. Initially seemed a bit strange having shower (etched glass walls) essentially in the middle of the room but was fine and the bathroom area was spacious and the underfloor heating is wonderful. Molton Brown products are always a plus! The minibar was well stocked and good to have kettle as well as Nespresso machine (and real milk). staff very prompt in replying to requests and providing extra coffee capsules and tea. Norca restaurant was excellent, we had a wonderful dinner our first night with lovely servers, delicious cocktails, wine (good selection) and food (elk chaussons were melt-in-the mouth yummy) …. but not cheap!

We almost cancelled our trip to Ottawa as the Via train was cancelled and flights were backed up due to a problem in Toronto. We are so glad that we continued with our plan to enjoy a long weekend in Ottawa, celebrating a birthday and meeting friends and our son. The reception staff was so warm and welcoming. Our room was beautiful, spacious and clean and the location suited us well. Great for a skate on the Rideau. We took advantage of the restaurant, bar and cafe and found the food creative and delicious. The blueberry Dutch Baby at breakfast was so good! The staff were beyond helpful when we had to extend our stay at the last minute. We have already recommended this hotel to friends and family.

Beautiful room, lots of space, a comfy bed and an impressive view of Ottawa. Valet Parking was seamless. Front staff were helpful. Special requests were handled well. The restaurant served delicious cocktails, wine and food. Restaurant servers were especially thoughtful and made great suggestions. We will definitely return to Le Germain in the future.

This is a very nice hotel close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Our room on the 9th floor was spacious and comfortable but our only gripes would be the toilet doesn’t have a sink in it and the light turns on automatically. The bathroom door also clunks so all of these issues are a nuisance and disturbs partners during the night. We accept these irritations cannot be changed. Breakfast which we had included was generous and tasty. As it was raining on the last night of our stay we used the Hôtel restaurant, Norca, and the food was first class. The staff in all areas of the hotel are very pleasant and attentive.

Le Germain Ottawa Downtown opened in 2018 and has the feel of being “new”… Le Germain is a Canadian family-owned hotel and the attentive and always above-and-beyond helpful staff give a personal touch to visits… the craftsmanship in the modern design and mixture of wood, stone, glass and updated colour scheme and curating of wall art is clearly apparent… the rooms are spacious and very clean and comfortable with under-floor heating… every power and data connection is conveniently located around the room… Le Germain Ottawa Downtown is an easy walk to Parliament Hill, the Rogers Centre and shopping and is always my go-to first call for booking a room in Ottawa…

Now it’s very religious but it’s not like they pulled you aside to have a conversation about finding Jesus, but if the Bible being put, verses and the such being around bothers you then just think of the full free breakfast and room rate. I personally found the ‘Vatican’ type music flowing through the hallway and lobby quite soothing!! Very quiet stay and was able to sleep in peace. Loved the shampoos, lotions, etc supplied. Nice scent! The room was incredibly clean although, I am wondering if the carpeting was just cleaned because it was a bit ‘damp’? Or was it like that because the room was cool? I turned the heat on and it was fine. Again very clean, quiet, full breakfast, reasonable, good parking and friendly check-in and check-out. Oh I wish I had the coffee make too!!!

Spacious, clean room with comfy bed (we sleep well), quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was great with selections of cold and hot food. There’s a water refilling station, various teas and a coffee machine offering a selection coffees in the lobby. Staff were helpful and friendly. Ample free parking too. We’ll stay here again for sure!

This hotel provided a very comfortable, safe and kind space where my family and I spent the best 4 nights of our life! The hotel is christian centered which makes it very calming and pleasant to be in! The personnel were very kind and friendly, allowing us to get a late check out at 12:30pm, as well as cleaning the room everyday, and being very kind by giving us some free cookies left over from breakfast! They provide hot and cold water, many tea options as well as coffee for free 24/7 and have a snack menu with nice options for purchase! The breakfast has so many options, and there was always something new everyday! The location was good with many parks and playgrounds around and quickly accessible stores near by. The room was very clean and comfortable and a pleasure to stay in! Everything was wonderful and I recommend this place to anyone staying in Ottawa! Will definitely be going back!

This motel was exceptional. From the time you walk in the door, you know something is different. Everything is spotless: lobby, stairs corridors, rooms, bathrooms. Even the breakfast room had someone checking the food and ensuring that everything was in order. Breakfast was more typical - eggs, bacon, cereals, the usual selection of bread items to toast, and a couple of good types of coffee. The staff was always smiling and friendly and very helpful for a tourist. Internet was strong, at least in our room. Bed was very comfortable, and the side chairs had castors!

This hotel provided a very pleasant and accommodating experience. The free underground parking was convenient and made arrival and departure stress-free. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping ensured everything was spotless and ready to use. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the hotel is. It was wonderful to find that they not only welcomed pets but also had treats available at the front desk. I was very satisfied with my stay. I traveled with my 9-month-old baby and felt very comfortable. The room had a small kitchenette area where I could easily wash bottles in the sink. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and always hot. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The playpen provided for my baby was very useful. I also really appreciated the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby. The hotel was quiet, clean, and perfect for families. Its location close to downtown was also a big plus.

Loved: -room (decor, beds/linens, desk, comfy chair by window with reading light, large clean washroom, extra sink in room with kitchen items, dark window blind) Normally when I stay in a hotel, I find a few things that are broken/need attention like a cracked lamp shade, dirty curtains, loose drawer handle, etc, but we stayed in this room for 6 days and I didn’t find a single thing that needed attention. Kudos to the maintenance department for keeping up with every detail! -the parking (included, clean, indoor, large spaces, secure) -the facility (great breakfast, warm pool, fitness room, guest laundry, lots of ice machines, quiet hallways, convenient location) -the price (extremely reasonable for the quality and included breakfast and parking) -the staff (everyone I encountered was super friendly greeting us every time, pointing out a parking spot, helping at breakfast, etc)

Very clean, modern and spacious. My grandmother and I received a warm welcome, and we were very impressed by the hotel. I don’t recall ever staying in a hotel this clean, with rooms as large as our was. Not to mention, the breakfast was great! I’ve worked hotel breakfast buffets, so I understand how difficult it can be to keep them clean and well stocked, but the staff here did not disappoint and they were so friendly despite the rush.

Room was unexpectedly large and modern. Nice big, modern TV. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast. Convenient to highway. Small kitchen was an added bonus. Easy check in and check out. Front desk staff gave us a extensive list of restaurants to visit, as close as next door walk and as far away as a 15 minute drive. Underground parking was spacious, convenient and free. :)

This is a fine place to stay.  The facilities are clean and in good condition.  The staff is friendly and helpful.  However, there are a few odd things.The beds are too high (the man checking in ahead of me asked for the step that was provided during his last visit so that his wife could get onto the bed) while the toilet seating is low.  The breakfast room is very nice with high ceilings, lots of light and a variety of seating options.  However the "hot" breakfast items (eggs, sausage, potatoes) were lukewarm.  The coffee in the rooms is terrible while the dark roast coffee in the breakfast room is above average.  Better to get dressed and head downstairs for a coffee than make some in your room. The fitness room featured some high end equipment, like a Peloton bike, but it was not connected to a network so the features could not be used.  The foot pads for the elliptical machine travel on rails so there is no actual elliptical motion. The fitness room also had some VERY heavy hand weights which will likely never be used by anyone who is not a serious bodybuilder.  Better to have skipped the heavy weights and bought a useful elliptical machine.A nice hotel, but many odd choices/priorities.

Our family of 5 slept well, the whole hotel is very clean and kept up. We were happy to have an assortment of breakfast options, and our kids enjoyed the pool. Room service is now done every other day, so if you need fresh (dry) towels, you will have to request those separately. The lovely showerhead (perfect pressure), clean shower stall, and Zero% shower products (nice fragrance) were one of my favourite parts of my stay. Service was always kind and professional. Thank you!

The room was very clean and I certainly appreciated that. Also, I was happy to find the bathroom was of the same standard of cleanliness with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The bed linen also was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only negative I had was that the bed was extremely high and I am a person of short stature. I had to use the computer chair to climb up onto the bed. No big deal but a small footstool provided would have been very helpful. The breakfast provided was excellent, I wasn't expecting a fully cooked breakfast so it was a pleasant surprise but being a sleepy head I barely left enough time to eat but I did enjoy everything. I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites again. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Reception were friendly and efficient. The dining area itself was comfortable and bright. Room was very comfortable and clean. The shower was great and better than the shallow tubs some hotels offer. Public areas were clean and bright.was clean and bright.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The place was very nice, with clean and tidy rooms that made my stay comfortable. The amenities were great, including a well-equipped gym and a refreshing swimming pool, which added to the relaxation of my trip. The complementary breakfast was amazing, offering a variety of delicious options. However, I did encounter an issue with the staff. They weren't very welcoming and failed to explain the hotel policy and charges clearly. This was a bit disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay. Rating: ★★★★☆

My wife and I decided to take an overnight getaway to explore Ottawa and celebrate our anniversary. We chose the ByWard Blue due to its nearby nature to a number of restaurants and other local attractions in central Ottawa. Arriving, we were welcomed by a very friendly attendant who checked us in quickly and efficiently. The only downside is they have very limited parking (maybe 10 spots) and they’re not included. If they are out of parking, there is a public lot that is immediately next door and easy to get your belongings to/from the car. We parked in Nextdoor lot due to spots being taken. The room was like the rest of the hotel and was very clean and neatly arranged. It is obvious that cleanliness and maintenance are a focal point of the ByWard Blue. Counters, floor, caulk, shower, etc…all were very clean and in absolutely top form. I would venture to say this is probably the most well maintained hotel I’ve stayed in. Our room had a small kitchen area that had a microwave, mini fridge, as well as dishes, glassware, silverware, and supplies to clean the kitchenware. The bed area was simple but very nice and comfortable and the bed itself was cozy without the mattress being overly firm. Breakfast was very nice. Great selection including eggs, potatoes, sausage, sandwiches, bread for toast, pastries, coffee, tea, etc. Fantastic value overall for the price. 100% would come back here next time we stay in Ottawa.

Staff was welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The hotel is beautiful, inviting and homey, enhanced with original artwork throughout. The room is designed for comfortable living with furniture that is available for relaxing, morning coffee, etc.. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was lovely. Everything was clean, well-lit, aesthetically pleasing and functional. Breakfast was amazing!

Great location near Byward Market. The room was simple but adequate, clean and comfortable, with microwave and frog. Balcony was a nice feature. No hand towels. No extra blankets or pillows. Front desk staff was helpful, although they didn’t offer to help us with our bags up the front steps. Breakfast ample but nothing special. Breakfast room was very clean. Breakfast staff was very nice. Mediocre coffee. Parking garage extremely convenient, $57 for 3 days.

The location was perfect. We were very close to the ByWard Market and Parliament Hill. The staff were very warm and welcoming and communicated with me when I sent a message about parking. They reserved a spot for us in the underground parking. The breakfast provided in the morning was quite delicious - the best hotel breakfast we’ve had on our trip. They have maximized the space within the hotel. The halls are quite narrow but our room was perfectly spacious for just the two of us (the bathroom was a bit small but still totally fine.) We were impressed with how well maintained everything was in the whole building. It smelled clean as soon as we entered the hotel, both from the front lobby as well as the hallway and stairwell from the underground parking. We paid slightly extra for a little balcony and it was nice to have that outdoor space. There is clearly pride of ownership and the employees, from cleaning staff to food service to front desk are doing a great job.

This hotel is in a perfect location with his easy walking distance of all the sites in Ottawa. Aaron was quiet facing the front of the hotel with a large terrace with table and chairs on and a lovely large comfortable room with a kitchenette. The shower was good and the bathroom well stocked with shampoo conditioner, body wash and hand wash. The staff are friendly and pleasant. We really enjoyed our breakfast of fruit, cereals, eggs, potatoes, tea, coffee, cold press juice, yoghurts. Everything we needed. If we come back here, we will definitely look to stay here again.

It was all good, maybe a steam, sauna or jacuzzi would be better after a long day of walking the city.

Everything!! Adored this hotel in Ottawa. From the musical ambience at the entrance to the comfort of our room. In summary: - Excellent location in the heart of downtown. - Public transport access (metro & bus) around the corner from the hotel. - The hotel offers a restaurant (food for purchase), a bar and a café on site. Street restaurants, cafés, grocery shops, and pharmacy at walking distance from the hotel. - Smiley and helpful staff. - Room (Queen room): Mattress, bed linen, and pillows were incredibly comfortable and delicious. Nespresso machine with complementary pods replenished daily. Tea, sugar, and coffee mate pods too. Bella Pella high quality products (hand liquid soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hydrating body milk!) are a smart and great touch to the room. Hair dryer, flat screen smart TV, alarm clock. - Ensuite bathroom: clean and comfortable shower, WC, and sink. Efficient water system providing hot water in 2 seconds - another super plus! Alt Hotel Ottawa has a small and well equipped gym, ice machines (levels 7 & 12), complementary computers with Internet access, and beautiful lounge area in the lobby.

The Alt is part of the upscale Le Germain Canadian chain and the high quality design and staffing shows here: information requests were answered virtually immediately, and the room design and comfort were both high quality. The location is quite central to government office buildings and tourist sites, all walkable, as well as to public transit through the O-train. There's a Nespresso machine in the room, a fridge (in most), and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, though the lighting is a bit dark. The room had a desk with work chair and a comfy chair for reading, though there was no light directly above the chair. The biggest downside of our room was that it looked directly onto another building, even on the 9th floor -- so staying in the room to chill makes it seem a bit cell-like, despite it being comfortable (prospective visitors might want to ask specifically for a room with some kind of view other than a wall). If having indoor parking on-site is important, note that the lot across the street is covered (though not indoors) and it's pricey, with no in/out privileges. The location is convenient to coffee shops like the excellent Little Victories, Thali for Indian food, and all the restaurant and bar spots on Bank and Elgin

Travelled in May 2025 for work. Hotel is in a great location. If you are travelling to Ottawa for pleasure it is close to many tourist attractions, such as the parliament buildings and mint museum. Restaurants are also close by and the transit is accessible with a short walk. The hotel features a modern esthetic, but it is subtle in so much that it isn't full of itself. There is a lobby bar with seating that appeared to be enjoyed by many. I did not use it myself, but they appeared to have coffee and espresso available as well. The room was well appointed. A keycard is required to activate the lights and air conditioning. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The hotel is concrete and this leads it to be very quiet, which is nice. There is a TV in the room with around 70 cable channels. An HDMI port is available on the wall to hook up your own device, and there are instructions on how to cast your device wirelessly if you so choose. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. And a Nespresso machine with the Nespresso pods available. There is no kettle for hot water, but they are available upon request according to the information in the room. I had to catch up on some work while in the room, and the internet was fast and reliable. The only downside I found was there was no in room safe. Other than I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back in the future!

A totally enjoyable and centrally-located downtown hotel. Modern "industrial" vibe, stylish furnishings, pool table, lounge and work spaces and a caffe/bar. Spacious room with queen-size bed, comfy mattress/duvet/pillows, sitting area, ample lighting, closet with hangers, desk, large TV, coffee-maker, small fridge, large bathroom with nice towels and toiletries. Super-friendly and helpful reception and staff members.

Kokomo Inn was an excellent place to stay and John and Parissa were delightful hosts. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast delicious. There were also cozy nooks outside of our room to sit and drink wine, read or chat. The Inn is in a wonderful location, directly across the street from the river and bike path with a lovely view. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with many restaurants within walking distance. it is also close to Gatineau Park which is just a beautiful place to visit. It is only a 15 minute drive across the river to downtown Ottawa as well. We highly recommend Kokomo Inn!

The property is located on the quiet side of the river in Gatineau. It was easy to drive into Ottawa or you could take the ferry. Restaurants were walkable and the view of the river was nice. There were many places around the property to relax around a fire pit, lounge over looking the river. It was very comfortable and homey. The breakfast options were phenomenal! Eggs, pastries, breads, freshly cut fruit, yogurt, cereal. Our room, Aruba, was small but comfortable. Thank you John for a wonderful stay!

The property was on the river with lovely views, although I'm not sure any of the guest rooms have a full view. John & Parrisa were great hosts, gave us lots of information about walks, restaurants, etc. The breakfasts were excellent. Our queen suite room was clean and nicely furnished, although it was a little small for a 3 night stay. The shower room was again clean but quite small. I would fully recommend a stay here but perhaps choose a bigger room if staying more than one night. As we enjoy walking we were able to walk along the river to the main road and then through the parkland to the city, it took about 1 hour 15 minutes. There is also a bus service no 67 (double check that)

The hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly. They have big kitchen and at any time you can help yourself to drinks and snacks. They provide an excellent breakfast. Our room was well equipped, the fridge was a plus. Everywhere was very clean. There was plenty of onsite parking. The B&B is well located, overlooking the river. there are several restaurants located nearby. It was a short journey by car into central Ottawa.

The Komomo Inn was a perfect location. Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. We loved being on the bike path and the river. The hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. Very well stocked and delicious breakfast.

Very clean room with all appliances in perfect working order. A/c was easy to adjust to the required temperature. Rather average free breakfast. Unfortunately, when large groups of sport teams arrive, only paper plates and plastic knives and forks are supplied, which are very flimsy. In-room kitchens are clean, functional and well accessorized (fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher). Beds are comfortable, sheets and bathrooms very clean and updated. The only issue I would have would be the shower supplies: the shampoo is a bit too strong (conditioner helps), and the shower gel is very difficult to rinse off. The hand/body lotion when fully absorbed made my hands feel very dry. Parking was free although without the privileged hotel membership one had to park across the street or behind the building.

This was a fantastic stay with a very comfortable and spacious room. It was very comfortable and generously furnished. The room had a stove, full sized fridge and even a dishwasher with soap! Lots of clean towels and all the things that make a room comfortable. I really loved the hospitality and the kindness of the staff as well. They were particularly helpful and friendly. I dropped my coffee on the way outside. And the staff said please come back inside and get another cup. Really out of their way niceness. This is a well managed facility!

Front Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff that we met around the hotel were friendly. Room was spacious and overall clean. Shower could have used extra cleaning as there was some small amounts of pink "mould". One elevator was out-of-order so that made waiting for the other remaining elevator longer...especially in the morning. It was shared with the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was spacious for seating but food area was crowded with people trying to get food or through the area. Could be better laid out for easier flow. Overall, I would recommend and would stay here again.

Modern hotel with refreshed rooms. The free parking is definitely a plus. The beds are comfortable and the employees are kind and welcoming. The room is very clean and super spacious, perfect for big groups or families. There are a lot of restaurants around, very practical. I have to say that the breakfast is OK, there are no waffle machines (which is supposed to be a standard for Hilton hotels).

Staff was welcoming and attentive to your needs. Room was clean and had all the base necessities to make one comfortable and happy such as coffee maker, large fridge, full kitchenette included utensils. Breakfast was great.

The Homewood Suites was a wonderful experience. The hotel is bright and modern, the staff were helpful and courteous, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We ordered some excellent food from the restaurant downstairs which we enjoyed in our room with a beautiful view of downtown Ottawa. The bed was super comfortable, a great night sleep. The breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options which were all very tasty. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Our room was HUGE and kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. We had a great view (river, QC, etc). There were a lot of options in the breakfast buffet—the coffee was very good. LRT stop a block away.

The hotel was spacious and the staff very courteous! Very well located downtown walking distance to restaurants and points of interests! The onsite restaurant was perfect for a quiet dinner! The buffet breakfast has a good selection! Definitely recommend it!

This is a lovely hotel and one of the nicest we have stayed at during our many years of travel. Beautiful decor. Our room was very spacious with a nice sitting area. The kitchenette space was well equipped although we actually only used the refrigerator. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and the dining room was quite spacious. Even though it was very busy, we could always find a space to sit. Great location- only a few minutes walk to Sparks street- the pedestrian mall and about 10 minutes from the Parliament Buildings. Staff were very helpful pleasant. We did not use the pool or laundry facilities but both areas looked clean and larger than in many hotels.

Location was very nice. Central to everything youd need. Overnight parking available - expensive but felt safe leaving the car there. If you have a large vehicle the height within the garage entrance/ exit may be an issue. Buffet was average at best. Didn’t really have much of a variety/ change throughout the stay. Restaurant in the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and quiet. Great view from the upper floors
