Really kind and helpful staff. Great location, with a beautiful view from the breakfast terrace. The breakfast was excellent. My friends and I were surprised to receive a (delicious) evening tea directly to our room. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Clean and modern hotel with secure parking next door. Located on a large plaza and close to several bars and restaurants. Nice to see tea and coffee available in reception, and we also liked the complimentary fruit tea brought to our room in the evening with a small snack. Breakfast was the usual eggs, but the restaurant is on the top floor so nice views.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Greeted with coffee and cake when we checked in, and also had herbal tea and snacks waiting for when we returned from dinner. The room was great, clean, big, great shower and a hair dryer. There is a secure car park and breakfast was also very good.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well because the hotel was very quiet. The staff were friendly. They brought us tea and biscuits in the evening. Breakfast was good. This hotel is great value and perfect for a stopover in Pasto.

Room was comfortable and very clean. We had 2 large single beds. They gave us a room over looking the street but the traffic noise was a little too much so they gladly moved us to a quieter room. There was a night time tea and biscuits delivered to our room which was a nice touch . Car parking was fantastic and staff were excellent. Located in a good position to walk around town. Breakfast was served on a beautiful terrace. We arrived 30 minutes earlier than opening and they made up a yogurt muesli parfait , juice, scrambled egg ,coffee and banana. The buffet would have been better but we were in a hurry to travel to Ecuador.

I recently stayed at Hotel V1501 in Pasto and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, well-designed, and conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore Pasto’s attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, with good amenities such as a spacious bathroom, a comfortable bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining everything spotless during my stay. Hotel is beautifully and 100% recommended!!

Facilities are great. Breakfast is a buffet and very good. The restaurant is excellent.

Staff scarce but helpful. Unusual design for a provincial capital: colourful, even glitzy, clean lines. Everything works by QR code which is not always reliable. Room lighting chic but no decent reading light over the bed. Brilliant breakfast. (I especially recommend the chicken soup.)

This is one of the newer hotels in Pasto so the rooms and facilities do not have that dated or overused feel about them. The small details in the room that make your stay that much more enjoyable were all there. The bed was absolutely huge and the living room comfortable. We wished we could have stayed a few more days if only our scheduled allowed and I'm very sure we'll be back again to enjoy more of this hotel.

The location definitely. Breakfast spread was good. Spacious reception. fast check-in and check-out. Its the first time I found an electric kettle in a hotel in Colombia.

This hotel is in a great location, with easy walking access to the main squares of Pasto. The hotel itself is modern, safe, and comfortable. When we were offered a room literally right beside the front desk and entryway, we asked if they had a different room, and they upgraded us to their nicest suite. That kind of service really sets this hotel apart. Additionally, they have nice amenities, such as free "minibar" items (some cookies, sodas, and other snacks), mini-fridge, a tea at check-in, and an evening tea served in a thermos so it is still hot when you find it in the room. Breakfast has a few egg options, and was really delicious, as was the coffee. The front desk was super helpful with planning our daytrip to Ipiales to see Las Lajas, and they also helped us with getting to La Cocha, and organizing a taxi to the airport. The downsides to the hotel are that their restaurant isn't open for dinner on Sundays or festivos (and neither is anything in town). We had a really hard time finding a spot for dinner on a Sunday night, and felt that we should be able to count on our hotel to feed us when the whole city is shut down for the night. The other downside is that it is easy to hear what is going on in the hallways. We heard a lot of street noise as well. Not a problem for my friend, but as I am a light sleeper it was a bit frustrating. Still, the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Our stay at the LOFT Hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, upgrading our room without the need to request it and providing a nightly warm tea service that was an unexpected treat. The hotel is conveniently located in an excellent, safe shopping zone with many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated the covered, basement parking garage as we were able to keep our purchases right in the car. Breakfast in the onsite restaurant was original, with local flavors and impeccable service. Cleanliness was excellent. Honestly, I found myself asking why this was not classified as a four-star hotel. Without a doubt I would recommend this to friends and family and plan to return here if ever in the area again.

We stayed in this hotel after visiting Santuario de Las Lajas. The service was great, very attentive and accommodating. We ate dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed a great bottle of wine. Breakfast buffet was very nice. The beds and bedding were top quality. We would definitely stay there again.

Close to the main Pasto's Square and just in the middle of the Pasto's financial zone is located this nice hotel. Rooms are very comfortable, well equipped with color TV, cable connection, free Wi Fi signal and free "mini bar" (chips, water and juice). Breakfast is included into the daily rate and restaurant has variety and good prices. Own parking is also available and all personnel (front desk and support people) are friendly and easy to speak.

Very quiet. Good nights rest after border crossing from Ecuador. A modern room with comfortable bed, clean linen, and functional hot shower. Sunday night, so the town centre was practically closed but able to explore the plaza area and get a new SIM card etc. Next morning after breakfast, the kind reception person assisted me in flagging down a taxi (in the rain) and directing the driver to my destination of the bus terminal.

It's a very nice hotel. The restaurant/bar are in the hotel but are a separate business so the costs are not billed to your room. The people who work at both are very nice and helpful. The room was bigger than expected and the bathroom as well. Both are well appointed. There is hot water from the rain shower head. The location is good in the center of the city just 2 blocks or so from the main plaza. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. It's definitely a hotel I would stay in again.

The rooms are clean and safe. The staff is kind. They have a great social zone with a restaurant and a pub. Food is delicious and drinks are pretty good. The hotel is in the downtown of Pasto, so is really easy to get a cab

I was surprised by the condition of the property. Everything looked brand new and everything worked properly. In a city that is pleasant during the day but a bit sketchy at night, it is secure and the in-house restaurant is a perfect antidote for those whose night bus departure was delayed 3 hours. That, and the best hot shower after 6 weeks of travel in Colombia.

The hotel has a great creative vibe. Central location. The staff were the best part of our stay, they were exceptional.

Ok stay, the bellboy that greeted us was very friendly and helpful he was also in the restaurant later and was very cheerful. Cafe on site was friendly and food in restaurant was okay for a night stop not much else nearby. Parking was off site but secure. Breakfast was a little grim with no options offered and waiter not very friendly.

The staff at the hotel were excellent - friendly and very helpful. We visited during the mayhem of Carnaval, and they went out of their way to ensure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was simple but delicious. We were very well situated for the festivities that took over the town - central but not right on top of the action. Our balcony room was excellent value.

Close to the city centre but not a lot of restaurants to choose from around the city. The staff is really nice and friendly. The food at the hotel restaurant is average or below. The room is clean and spacious except for the bathroom which is very small. We were on the third floor, no elevator. Not a problem for us but it could be for some people. Toiletries are poor. Chek in was very slow. The bed and pillows were very confortable.

A gem in the VERY busy heart of Pasto. Set in the middle of the bustling shops and people of calle 17. The first impression of the hotel is a narrow and tall glass frontage. Opening directly onto calle 17, along hall takes you to reception. The whole feel of the decor and state of repair of the Xilon suggests that it is a new hotel, although I never asked if this was the case. All cool tiles and mirrors the reception is quiet and calm, the staff welcoming, quick and ready to assist with maps and general orientation, something I always do first when in a new town. Whisked up to my room, budget single but as usual it has a comfortable double bed and nice private bathroom. The view from my window was a wall but a view is not what I paid for and in retrospect I didn't ask for ! Quiet nights after the distant bustle and noise of the street has stopped. No bar or restaurant that I can recall but you can eat like the locals....locally or grab a cheap taxi to the Central shopping mall and use the food court there, tip...go late when you stand a chance of getting a seat !! because there are more Pasto locals eating here than anywhere else in town ! This hotel was my last stop before crossing the border into Ecuador and it thoroughly relaxed me. Highly recommended.

Rooms are great, comfortable and cosy furnished - and there are furniture ! Bathrooms are real big sized also ! All staff are max friendly and helpful and try to solve every problem. Also on Sunday they found time to escort me to a moneychanger with quite good rates ! Perfect place for moto riders, they have a comfortable garage in 50m distance !

The rooms appeared new, spacey, with a great bathroom, TV, safe, and good beds. The hotel is very centrally placed, and the staff very friendly. The breakfast was very rudimentary, and they need to learn how to make a proper coffee. The rooms could need a water heater so guests can make their own coffee and tea. The Hotel does not have a parking but do pay for a private parking lot.

I stayed here more than a week in the end, the ace really grew on me. Great breakfast with a view of the mountains, friendly and helpful staff, room was very comfy and clean with a very descent shower.

Wonderful staff! Clean, cozy and comfortable room. Very nice bathroom. Nice lobby area with couches and fresh coffee available 24/7. Secure parking for our motorcycles at the premises. Located in a small charming and quiet neighborhood. The basket - you'll know what I mean when you get there :)

We appreciated our time in this hotel. It is a bit far from the city centre, but taxi ride to the city centre cost only a few thousands COP. The room was clean and offer all the basic amenities of a proper hotel. The front desk was polite and helpful if we had any questions or request. The breakfast was decent in size and tasty.
