The staff were very helpful from the reception, spa staff and restaurant. Loved the spa, booked my husband a massage which he really enjoyed and the pool, sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi were lovely. The food was great in the evening and a good choice at breakfast too.

We received a warm welcome from the male receptionist. We arrived at 13.00 and our room was ready, which was great. We unpacked had a light lunch, then enjoyed an hour in the spa. We were so relaxed we could have fallen asleep, but we soldiered on. We had our 29th wedding anniversary to enjoy. We got ready and headed to the bar for some pre dinner drinks. The staff were young, friendly and good at their job. The restaurant was full and very loud! The lighting was a bit harsh, too, but that's the only negatives. I ordered breads to start, which were delicious, then the sirloin with brandy peppercorn sauce. Excellent! Cooked how I like it. We couldn't handle a dessert, so we took our bottle of wine to our room and enjoyed a good night's sleep in a comfy bed. The shower was great with the added bonus of a bath. I enjoyed a long soak with some bath oil I bought for the occasion. Woke up refreshed. Took a pre breakfast walk which was invigorating and set us up for brekkie. The breakfast buffet was amazing. So much choice. Good fresh ingredients. I'd highly recommend this hotel. Wish we could have stayed another night but had to head home. Thank you

Beautiful hotel, all staff had a smile on their faces and always greeted us. It made the experience great being made to feel so welcome. Food (Breakfast and Dinner) absolutely delicious and although expensive was definitely worth it. Did have a slight issue with having a few hard pieces in my Venison croquette which did slightly spoil my starter- the waiter was very polite and was very sorry, but I do think a refund for that dish would have been more appropriate. Lamb dish for main was one of the most tasteful dishes I've eaten in a very long time, 10*. Spa area is very clean and relaxing, not over booked with guests so plenty of space to use all facilities. I added extras to my room ballon, rose petals, 'Happy birthday' brownies, all were really well presented and made the stay extra special. Buffet style hot breakfast perfect for us as we could just select what we like. Overall amazing experience with beautiful views and ideal location- will 100% definitely be back! Extra note; Reception team couldn't do enough to help you, my phone charger broke during stay and they were very happy to let me borrow one. Very kind staff.

Very friendly staff and felt very well looked after. Facilities were amazing, got a free upgrade on arrival to a nicer room, very spacious and large spotless bathroom. View from the balcony was amazing. Breakfast included and was brilliant, plenty of food options for everyone and attentive service. Spa facilities included with the stay were wonderfully relaxing!

Overall, the hotel and spa were outstanding. Beautiful location with panoramic sea views from our room. No 12. The food was exceptionally good and well presented. Well done chef and catering staff. The young man who was our server unfortunately didn't get his name was absolutely lovely. We met him in the evening and for our breakfast in the morning. All staff were friendly and helpful. Bar staff in the downstairs cocktail bar were exceptionally lovely also. Would definitely return to this wonderful place. How lovely also we were able to see a wedding there. . Reception staff all friendly and welcoming. Thanks to cleaning staff for all their hard work which must also have a mention. 'Well Done ALL' Thank you so much. lovely quiet place, perfect for myself and my daughters, the location is amazing, 7 min drive to folly farm, 10 min drive to Tenby beach and town. The caravan was spacious, comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay.

First impression was totally amazing with the warm and friendly welcome by the receptionist. Young lady at the reception was very helpful. Very impressed. Well done to her! We were even offered to check in slightly earlier than indicated time on the booking. Kids were allowed to use the pool before we physically check in as pool was closing 5pm. That was a real bonus to keep kids entertained. Accommodation was amazing despite it was right under a train line bridge. (bit of a surprise when you hear a train for the fist time - it was entertaining afterwards.. lol) Otherwise the park was very quiet and clean. Comfy beds too. We found everything we needed to spend our short break in the park. I would go back again.

Staff were very helpful on arrival, entertainment in the evening was amazing, good mix of kids and adult entertainment, food was great and the staff were amazing, caravan was very clean and spacious, we had a great time and will definitely visit again.

The guy on reception was fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. Good location, close to saundersfoot beach. Hot tub was amazing and was ready for our arrival, which was much earlier than expected. Nice quiet site with the exception of the odd train passing.

What a great find, the hotel and staff were excellent.Everyone made you feel so welcome and valued , our room ( no 4) was great, nice big comfy bed with a great choice of teas and coffee and bottled water. The added bonus of the spa facilities was also great and the pool , jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were more than welcoming after a long drive and days work. The restaurant and bar are also good , the food was delicious!. We were initially booked for one night and enquired about extending for another night, initially our room was booked for the next day but after half an hour we got a call to say they could accommodate us, what great service. We will definitely return on our next trip to Wales , Thank you to all the team

I feel so lucky to have found this Gem. I enjoyed it so much I even booked on another night. Me and my 6 year old son had the most amazing weekend. The facilities are fantastic. Swimming pool, park, sauna, spa, gym and hot tub! Elizabeth, Rachael and Reagan were absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. We even got a private show of how they milk the cows! Which made my little boys day. I didn’t want to leave, it was pure paradise. We ate at the hotel at every given opportunity. The food was amazing. One of the best meals I have ever tasted was the pan fried chicken. Now you might think this sounds boring. But it was out of this world tasty. The rooms were huge, with a lovely modern shower and toilet. Very clean, warm and cosy. We both felt very much at home and if we could have moved in. We would! Thanks again to Elizabeth, Rachael and Reagan. We look forward to our next visit.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they notified me straight away when I left my washbag and even offered to post it back to me for a small fee (fortunately i was still in the area) The room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. When hotels leave water in the room this is always a big bonus for me and the litre bottle of local spring water was well received, as was the box of Welsh short bread (Yes an actual box, I couldn’t believe it) they even left an individual bottle of hand sanitiser. The restaurant food was also stunning, I had the pork cheeks which I highly recommend. If I'm in the area again I will definitely re-book

We booked here last minute and was not disappointed, we were looking for a venue with a pool&spa, really good standard clean, staff helpful and friendly. And tbh we stayed the following night at the cliffs hotel in cardigan and we found the facilities far superior at your beautiful guest house in st clears. Had a really interesting chat with the owner and looked at the renovation photography for such a beautiful old building. 5 stars 🌟 guys amazing 👏 job

A lovely long weekend spent in Llety Cynin. A truly warm Welsh welcome. Every aspect was pleasing, and the staff went out of their way to help. Room was superbly clean, comfortable and uniqely decorated. A lovely, if wet walk along the valley, clearly signposted. The breakfast was superb - tasty local produce! And the pool and facilities were a wlcome bonus. We look forward to returning

What a lovely place quiet, leafy & green, it was a last minute booking and I have to say it was a great choice. Sunnyvale is family & solo friendly, a great place to getaway to. The park spotless as was the caravan. It was very comfortable especially the bed and the kitchen had everything I needed. The staff were really nice & friendly. Being outside of Saundersfoot it was a very pleasant 30 minute stroll down the green lane directly to the beach. A taxi back is my recommendation £6:50) as it's up hill

Very clean and comfortable caravan and grounds couldn’t fault nothing except the weather but didn’t care about it much. The food was awesome better than homemade. Everyone was friendly and welcoming nothing was too much trouble. The caravan was very clean and the beds were made up too and very warm. Would highly recommend caravan number 7 that’s what we stayed in. Overall one very happy couple and dog 😀

The mobile home was modern and very clean. Super value for money. Situated in a lovely area, close to beaches and Tenby. Our children loved the kids club and bingo in the bar every evening. Staff were fantastic. Pool was lovely. Site was quiet and relaxing.

Really nice park, great area, the static was big enough for a family of 5, really clean on arrival. Evening bingo and entertainment was fun and bar food was yummy and value for money

Friendly staff, room was a good size with comfortable bed. The shower and jacuzzi are lovely, just what you need to start the day or relax after a long day sightseeing. Nice touch not only having a hair dryer but hair straightener as well. Also the bookshelf of books and dvds are a great idea.

Every aspect of the experience was excellent apart from the water coming into the jacuzzi bath being rather dirty. However I was at fault for not reporting this. My husband and I had gone away for a break and didn't have the energy to complain. Every other aspect of the stsy was brilliant and I'm confident had we complained the matter would of been sorted.

This property described the bedroom as the “Sumptuous Room” I can confirm beyond any shadow of doubt that sumptuous it was. Extremely comfortable, clean, warm, well presented, well decorated, modern fixtures and fittings with loads of space available. The building is a bespoke self-contained modern and well-built Bed & Breakfast facility with a reception area, dining room, bar and kitchen with the perfect surrounding views of the Canaston Bridge area all around the dining room from a whole host of large panoramic windows. Loads of safe/secure off-road parking on site, quite and tranquil for a good night’s sleep. The perfect stay for anyone considering touring/visiting the Pembroke area of West Wales. Perfect location almost central of Pembroke to tour/visit North, South, and West of Pembroke County. Emma and her team deserve nothing but praise for this extremely well-presented property. This place is a real gem. It is quiet with lovely views and a woodland walk but an ideal base for visiting Narbeth and Tenby. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was exceptional . The accommodation was spotlessly clean . We stayed in number 10 which has a seating area looking over the fields with a mini kitchen for tea an and coffee. The shower was really great . My partner and I go away on lots of overnight stays and the shower is nearly always a problem but here it was a fab high powered walk in shower. Lovely after a tiring day sightseeing . We would have loved to have stayed longer so not booking 2nights was a mistake but we will be back for sure .. probably take my parents who are elderly away as this place is suitable for all ages .Just a fabulous place all round !!! Five stars !

Fantastic room with conservatory and terrace, definitely 5* level, as everything was of the greatest quality, including the very tasty breakfast. Both the English cooked breakfast and the salmon were very nice. Plus, there's a buffet breakfast bar with breads, sweet pieces, juice, different muesli and fruit. Very nice. We also brought our dog, it was warmly welcomed, and there were a dog bed, treats and food and water bowls, which was great! Emma, the owner, was also very helpful and nice. We can highly recommend this B&B and would definitely stay there again. Everything was perfect and very enjoyable and nice!

The owners were exceptionally welcoming, very polite and friendly , very clean and comfortable stay, the hottub was beautiful, the owners get it ready for whatever time you wish, the decorations received upon arrival were lovely, great location, we had a really lovely time

Hosts were wonderful and welcoming, the location is perfect to access the local town, beach and historic sites. The cottage is relaxing, decorated beautifully and has everything you need. Feels like you in a fairytale, hot tube is relaxing and enjoyable after a day of activities. The property where the cabin is located is closed off, you have your own garden and view of friendly donkeys and ducks. Perfect spot for a small family and our puppy loved it too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, if we ever went back to Wales we’d certainly go back here.

Cute farm getaway for people who want a break from the norm. My partner and I went with a ‘no social media’ get away and this place was perfect for us. Farm animals right outside your door and the donkeys have amazing personalities. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful and the mornings are beautiful. We didn’t get woken up from any I needed noise Cabin was cute and cosy space was used efficiently. If I was to have any negative the sofa was extremely low and squishy - but that’s just down to personal preference. The village the farm is located in was small and clean, people were friendly and the local shop owner was great Hot tub every night even in the rain - owners must have thought we were weird 😂. Very helpful and kind with any questions we had during our stay and provided us with complete privacy Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing & dog friendly! Felt so welcome and was made sure we had everything we needed. Hot tub warmed up ready for us both nights with fresh robes and towels. Cute lights outside which really added to it all. Lush view of the stars in the nights. Was a lovely quiet grass area that we were able to let the dog out whenever we needed to as gated and secure. Loved visiting the donkeys in the field opposite! The pod was soo cosy and comfy, heating was amazing and all facilities were 10/10. We can’t wait to come back already! Felt so relaxed the whole time, beautiful place - hidden gem!

Our stay was amazing. The pod is perfect and has everything you need - it was also more specious than expected. The hosts were brilliant, friendly and welcoming - always on hand to help with anything. We took our dog - having a gated garden area was great as it meant we did not need to keep her on the lead constantly. Stunning views and really peaceful. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the future!
