Rooms were very spacious clean and ready for check in .. shower was great .. very quiet hotel with good free breakfast and ok kick back dinner! Free drinks n popcorn , pool was overcrowded but wasn’t a big deal used jacuzzi instead!

Free airport shuttle, breakfast grab and go as I had to leave early before breakfast service. Comfortable room, modern style, pool and jacuzzi and Katie the receptionist very accommodating!

I loved the cleanliness and the breakfast and 5:30 kickback! We loved the room the bedding was super comfortable and of course the jacuzzi was awesome!

Drury, is an exceptional inn-chain. Big and clean room. Silent AC, big restroom and heated pool and jacuzzi.

Really nice hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. I booked a low cost twin. No window/view but that really doesn’t matter in reality, unless you’re staying somewhere with a view worth looking at. Two large comfortable beds, clean bedding and nice pillows. Bathroom clean and well stocked, and shower over bath was powerful. Room featured free wi-fi, tv, good coffee making facility and air/con. Had a good nights sleep, not much noise from other rooms or the corridor. Gym seemed good and I did have a swim in the shower, and used the hot tub. Plenty of towels, but no shower / changing facility, so had to dry off and return to room in trunks a t-shirt; which was fine. I liked the rooftop patio area, with good views over Pittsburgh. I picked up a nearby pizza and ate there, which was very pleasant. Breakfast was great choice with breads and pastries, cooked selection, cereals and more. I was particularly happy that they were able to look after my luggage whilst I spent the day exploring Pittsburgh ahead of a late flight home. Only 1 minor criticism; the girl on reception sent me to wrong place to catch the AirPort Express X28 bus - in a mild panic I still caught it, but would be really good addition if the hotel had a little map of local amenities including directions to the bus. Oh, and the lady who took my luggage was really helpful in suggesting things to see whilst in the city. Pittsburgh- better than I had expected, and Drury Plaza a great base to explore from.

Great stay - 3 night family getaway during spring break. Check in was quick and received a warm welcome with insight regarding the hotel amenities / tourism options. Valet parking was easy. $40 a night, with in and out privileges. Daughter loved the pool. Hot tub was a plus. Rooftop patio with seating and view of the city. It’s a renovated federal bank. Liked the aesthetic and how they kept the vaults on the lower level for guests to explore. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice. Interesting that they offer breakfast and dinner buffet. Food was good. Many options. Same breakfast each day, dinner varied, but hot dogs and nachos if the kiddos are not feeling the main options. Will return.

I was in Pittsburgh for a conference in March 2025, and stayed a week at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Had a great stay, the hotel has many nice facilities, including the gym and a terrace with a wonderful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It's clean and comfortable, and the room is spacious. Location is amazing, a minute walk to the conference venue. Both breakfast and dinner were included, which was a great addition.

Excellent hotel! We chose it for the location and were not disappointed. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The staff were awesome - from the front desk to housekeeping to food service to valet. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and smiling. The hotel itself is quite interesting, being a former branch of the federal reserve bank. You have to check out the lower level where you can view the vault doors. Our room was large, clean, and quiet. The free breakfast and dinner were a welcome surprise. The staff who worked the food service was amazing. The food choices were great. We also enjoyed their "happy hour $5 dessert" offering. They have a berry dessert that was spectacular. I highly recommend this hotel. It was our first time at a Drury Hotel but it won't be our last!

Very large clean and quiet room on 9th floor. Beds are really comfortable and I am fussy. The best thing is the quiet Air Conditioning. Most hotels don’t have this and honestly I slept better than in most hotels I’ve stayed in for this reason. I liked how much bigger the room felt because of the high ceilings. Staff are very friendly. Only had a small bit of breakfast so can’t comment only that they seemed to have the regular breakfast big hotels offer. I’m not a big breakfast person but I know Americans like their eggs and bacon! Quiet area with lots of guests coming and going.

What an amazing all around experience from check in to check out during our week stay here. First of all it’s in a great location you are surrounded by restaurants, stores (Sam’s right next door, Walmart,target etc.) This property is very well maintained,clean and very friendly staff GM Jason, *Stephanie(Floater) Susie & cook(breakfast) Elana (Housekeeping) and Debbie(Front desk) exceptional 5star service. The studio kitchenette was a plus we’ll equipped with dishwasher,microwave,stove top regular size refrigerator!(just needs more utencils), Bed was very comfortable I requested xtra pillows and it was there when I checked in, linens was clean and fresh. Bathrooms very clean.I travel quite often and stay in many hotel rooms I must say this is one of the best experience I had yet!!! I highly recommend staying here.

This was an EXCELLENT choice for our little mini getaway vacation to Pittsburgh. The hotel was clean and modern. The room was very spacious and comfortable (even if the mattress was a bit too hard for my liking). The full kitchen and large bathroom made it very homey for our 6 night stay. The breakfast choices were AMAZING and the morning staff was so friendly. We really appreciated the fresh homemade choices they offered - far better than typical hotel breakfast fare. It was clear that these ladies took pride in their work and made the guests feel like family. The location of the hotel was close enough to the city to pop in every day for sightseeing, and close enough to the airport to pick up a family member who joined us mid-stay. Surrounding the hotel was every kind of shopping you could ever need. There was no 'view' to speak of, but the sunsets out our west facing window were beautiful! If the hotel is reading this review - I would recommend a wall shelf for towels over the toilet and a hook for towel/robe next to the shower (to make up for the limited counter space in the otherwise large bathroom). Otherwise, we are very pleased with our stay here and would absolutely choose it again and recommend it to others.

Breakfast was great, attendants were so kind and very helpful. Hotel was very clean, breakfast area was clean. Room was beautiful and very clean, loved the free popcorn in the room! Beds were very comfy. Love the Dove products in the shower! Was "Fully booked" but never heard any other guests while sleeping. Close enough to Pittsburgh Steelers Stadium. Staff was very friendly. Many areas to "hang out", other than the room. Lobby area, and the back patio area were very clean and nice. Workout room was great, very clean and equipment seemed newer.

Staff was great! Special shout out to Jill and Chickie, who went the extra mile to be welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Jill helped us with recommendations for food and activities. (Great little Italian Restaurant “Valentours” about 15 min away, pierogi pizza at Country Style Pizza, and Raccoon Creek State Park to beat the heat!). Chickie made a delicious breakfast both days with choices ranging from cinnamon bread French toast and basted eggs to sausage, hash browns, and freshly baked blueberry scones hot out of the oven. Both ladies made sure we had a great stay, and were genuinely nice people. Everything was clean and convenient, check in was seamless, coffee was delicious and available all day. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

We stayed at Staybridge Suites – Pittsburgh Airport from August 8 to 10, 2025, and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, modern, and large enough to move around with ease. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise — plenty of options, tasty, and fresh. Parking was never an issue, as they have ample spaces available. Overall, this hotel delivered comfort, cleanliness, and convenience, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was absolutely beautiful and homey! Jacuzzi was excellent as well as the size of the room! I will stay here in the future.

This Hampton Inn is in an ideal location - right across from the Heinz Museum ("the Smithsonian's Home in Pittsburgh"), near the Convention Center and in the Strip District. It offers free parking, free breakfast, and easy access to the Allegheny River and the Three Rivers Heritage Trail, which runs behind the hotel. We stayed on the 6th floor, and our room was well-appointed with comfortable beds, a desk, a large hallway mirror, plenty of power outlets and two Qi chargers on the nightstand and desk. The room also included a microwave, mini fridge (no freezer), safe, ironing board/iron, and hair dryer. The bathroom featured a spacious counter and excellent water pressure. I especially appreciated the bathtub/shower combination with a curtain - much preferred over glass stalls. Breakfast runs until 10am and includes a make-your-own waffle station, eggs, breakfast meats, and even a pot of oatmeal, which I loved. Coffee thermoses are conveniently available at the front desk. The hotel also provides plenty of amenities for business travelers, with small seating areas equipped with outlets and printers. The best part of our stay was the staff - both those at the front desk and behind the scenes. Everyone we encountered was professional, patient and courteous. Tip: Even if you check in online, you'll still have to stop by the front desk to pick up your parking tag and access card for the lot gates.

We were promptly greeted at the front desk by Holly with a warm smile. She was very friendly and welcoming. When asked about local restaurants she provided the list and gave perso al suggestions. She also recommended the Heinze history museum. We choose the restaurant she suggested and enjoyed our lunch. The museum was outstanding! We had a busy day sightseeing and exploring the city. Our room was very clean and comfortable. In the morning we enjoyed the waffles and coffee. The breakfast area was clean with a great selection. Netty was friendly and smiling while making sure the area was clean and stocked. We will be sure to stay at this Hampton Inn on our next stay.

My stays here are usually great. The rooms are clean, the location is extremely convenient and the hotel has a modern, updated feel. There's no room service and it's hard to get things sent to your room, but that sort of thing doesn't bother me too much. Very close to great restaurants and coffee shops just a few blocks away. It's a fun area to walk around, and a short uber ride pretty much anywhere in the city. The hotel itself feels safe, and the rooms are quiet. I never heard my neighbors. Overall, a good standard stay. It's not luxury, but it's clean and modern.

What a lovely hotel in a great location. We stayed there to go to a Pirates game. It was an easy walk on a beautiful bike/walking path along the river from the hotel to the stadium. The Hampton Inn was immaculately clean and the staff was delightful. Mary at the front desk is delightful—she welcomed us with her beautiful smile and lovely personality. She heard it was our wedding anniversary, she upgraded us to a fabulous corner room and had wine and chocolates sent to our room. The next morning when we came down for breakfast, Mary was back at work again, greeting us like we were old friends. And when we had problems with our room key, James, also at the front desk, immediately came up to our room and changed the battery in our door lock. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and friendly, as well. The Hampton Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is a gem. The staff is kind and friendly, the hotel is immaculate, with lovely views of the river and downtown, and the breakfast was wonderful.

Really liked the location, great looking lobby and bar area with a nice river and city view. Room was clean and housekeeping did a nice job every day. Bed and pillows are comfortable, good size TV, small in room fridge and complimentary bottled water. Starbucks in the lobby was convenient. I wanted to give 5 stars but there were a few misses. Shower water pressure was pretty weak. There is a sign in the bathroom warning that missing towels would result in a room charge, ok but one day housekeeping forgot to replace our bath towels, had to confirm with the front desk that we wouldn’t incur a charge for the error. One night we were at the busy bar with a large wedding party when the bartender announced that everyone had to leave the bar area as they were closing, take your drinks elsewhere.. strange. There is an upstairs balcony with a beautiful view of the city so we took our drinks outside, after 5 minutes a hotel employee came out and asked how we got out there. Well, the door was open and we really like the view, she says it’s even better during the day when it’s not closed. Not sure how we are supposed to know it’s closed when the door is unlocked and no sign indicating hours, thought she was bit aggressive over the whole situation and left a bad taste.

My daughter, granddaughter and I were recently in Pittsburgh for a basketball tournament. We stayed at the Sheraton at Station Square and had an amazing stay. The desk staff were terrific. We were checked in quickly and my daughter's room was right down the hall from mine, as I had requested! The rooms were great! I haven't stayed in a hotel recently where the room was cleaned during my stay but both rooms were cleaned while we were there which was wonderful! The rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable. Additionally we had three meals at the Factory - the on-site restaurant. The breakfast buffet was delicious and every offering freshly made. Our one dinner there was very good. The prices for the meals were reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Pittsburgh. It was an easy drive to the convention center (or anything else downtown) and if you are in better shape than me - probably walkable! If we head to the tournament again next year we plan to again book at the Sheraton!

Clean, modern property, nicely decorated, staff was very welcoming and helpful, excellent view of downtown in the river view rooms. The bar had great service and was open late. Property is right next to a pedestrian path that runs along river. We we here for a concert at PPG Paints Arena and it was an easy walk back to the hotel from the arena. We would definitely stay here again.

Always stay at Sheraton at station square when I travel to Pittsburgh for work. Never got disappointed. The Factory restaurant inside the hotel is amazing! Great food and very friendly staff! This time I also used the gym and everything was so clean and there was quality equipment there. The beds are so comfortable, the rooms are very clean. Front desk is also so friendly. We stayed at 8th level corner rooms and the view was beautiful!

Good service, friendly and helpful staff, rooms are nice and modern and location is convenient. I stayed for 3 nights for a conference event, situated in the hotel. Can't comment on food as i was room only, but nothing to fault. Room was spacious and comfy. Nice view of the river, but you can get some noise from the train line which is right alongside the hotel, but its not awful.

We came in for a quick weekend visit and loved our stay! We are a family of 3 with a 4 yr old, but typically like to stay in chic boutique hotels and Hotel Monaco was perfect! We had a suite, which was awesome for our daughter to have her own room. The bathtub was luxurious. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. Every staff member was helpful and kind. Everything was perfect and helped us to have a relaxing, fun weekend together. We’ll be back for our next stay in Pittsburgh!

We were in town on Easter to visit our daughter who attends the University of Pittsburgh. The hotel is trendy and gorgeously decorated. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We were in walking distance to many restaurants and the restaurant and bar at the hotel was very fun and delicious. They have a free happy hour every night which was a lot of fun! We loved this hotel!

The hotel is in a convenient location that met our needs. The check-in staff were quick, friendly and helpful. The hotel has an attached restaurant (The Commoner) and dinner and brunch were excellent. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of our Friday night waitress but she was fantastic. She was super friendly and her recommendations were excellent. Drinks couldn't have been better. The parking attendants were fast - getting our car in and out was easy even when the hotel was busy. Kimpton Hotel's are always the best!

Eclectic and stylish. All the staff were helpful and welcoming. The valet service providers are challenged because of road repairs and garage distance from the hotel. There did not appear to be self-parking options. Our one bedroom suite was beautiful. It colorful and comfortable. The bathroom was great and the furnishings were beautiful. It is in the middle of town so there are no views as the building is locked within other buildings. Nice wine reception early evening. The restaurant fare was above average. Our stay happened to have overlapped with some family events so there were loud and unsupervised children running around in the restaurant. We had to ask the staff to request parental control (uncomfortable!) Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kimpton Monaco yesterday, The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we appreciated how welcoming they were both to us and to our dog. The central location made it easy to explore the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Ok, we travel a lot! The renaissance hotel in Pittsburgh was absolutely amazing because of TANESHA! Parking is great in a garage directly across the street. We were going to a show at the benedum theater. The hotel was a block away. There was so much to do within walking distance. Market square was fun! All the coffee places, convenient stores and MANY fabulous restaurants are all within a block! The Clemente bridge was across the street which was a great place to walk and enjoy the sights of the city! Safety was felt at all times of the day and night. The room was so clean, quiet and comfortable. The restaurant on the property had the best food, French onion soup was beyond delicious! But back to Tanesha! Checking in,EARLY, she ask why we were in town. It was my birthday. And she made it the best I ever had! She upgraded us to a club floor which included hors d’oeuvres and breakfast. Once on the 14th floor we were greeted by another gem, Judy! She had the energy and zeal to make everyone feel valued and seen! Tanesha continue to talk to us and recommend things to do each time we were in the lobby. First time staying in Pittsburgh but it won’t be the last with a staff like the renaissance has the privilege to have! Thank you!

The river view room was amazing - best view in the city. Staff was friendly and helpful - especially Joey at the front desk and Tom for morning coffee. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

Excellent staff, breathtaking atmosphere and luxurious comfort make this my favorite hotel in Pittsburgh! I love a modern take on a historic building and the Renaissance Hotel has withstood the test of time. Booking: We had booked a different hotel but the hotel staff “couldn’t locate our reservation,” despite my confirmation email. At the very last minute, I called the Renaissance. I should’ve started there! We spoke with Katie and she checked their availability. She booked us a room with two queen beds and offered us an early check in so we could get ready for our dinner reservations. Score! Check in: We arrived a few minutes later. Valet warmly greeted us and took the time to answer our questions. We arrived inside to the gorgeous lobby. Upon checking in, Tenisha informed us Katie upgraded us to a club level room with king bed and free breakfast at the Braddock’s Rebellion. I could’ve cried I was so happy! The room: We were in a cozy king bed room with a spacious bathroom, plenty of closet space, a desk and the highlight: the remarkably comfortable bed! Overall: I love this hotel. It’s my favorite in Pittsburgh. It has historic charm, an excellent location and great value! We spent $298 including fees and valet. We WILL be back!

The Renaissance Pittsburgh is a lovely property, which I would return to in future travels. Rooms: + They are spacious. This is the opposite of New York City sized properties. In a standard room, I felt like I had more than enough space to spread out. Service: + Everyone I came in contact with was helpful. For example, in the morning, the Elite club lounge was not open at the promised time. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask if they had any more information, and they immediately comped a breakfast at the restaurant. For Platinum + elites, the club lounge provides heavy appetizers for dinner that would likely be sufficient for dinner if you stretch it. Open the rest of the day with access to water/soda.

Spent a nice weekend at this hotel with a great view of the river. Excellent location within a block of two theaters, a jazz club, and numerous restaurants, including an excellent one in the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I used the public parking garage, which is directly across the street and very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I return.

I came to Pittsburgh with my friend to attend the renowned Anthrocon—the largest convention of its kind. Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown was just a 5-minute walk from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, making it an ideal choice for our extended stay during the event. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and incredibly welcoming. My friend and I felt truly appreciated when we checked in and mentioned we were visiting as 'furries' and tourists. We were very happy with our room—it was spacious, spotless, and quiet, offering the perfect environment to relax after long, exciting days at the convention. The housekeeping team was attentive and kind, consistently keeping our room clean and comfortable. The Bistro on-site served a variety of nutritious breakfasts and delicious coffee. I appreciated the range of choices and thoroughly enjoyed every meal there.

The front desk staff are amazing. The housekeeping staff are very courteous. The rooms are very clean and spacious and well lit. The location is perfect if you have something to do downtown Pittsburgh. The strip with dozens of cool stores and cafes is just a 10 minute walk away and there are so many nice restaurants, along with the convention center and bendum center just next to the hotel. There is good coffee for money you can buy at the hotel bar.

My adult son and I took a last minute baseball trip for the Yankees - Pirates series. Looked at several locations downtown with price being a factor. After looking at several options (cheaper)...based on reviews we went with Courtyard Pittsburgh Downtown despite higher price. Worth the cost! Clean, friendly hotel in great location. Walked to everything from PNC Park to Ephiphany Church (Catholic) to Market Square and other locations. Used workout facility each day and was super nice, clean and spacious. Everyone that worked at this hotel were friendly and helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting downtown PGH!

Our room was an accessible king, at the end of the hall -- very quiet, clean, comfortable, and spacious, nicely appointed. The window blind system was great, allowing for either translucent or opaque window coverings. We had a light evening meal on the rooftop. Our server was friendly and helpful. Our bed was comfy. The location was near lots of restaurants and shops. There was an in-room safe.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, and spotless, with all the amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast, in particular, was great. The location was another huge plus, as it was conveniently close to the beach. I forgot my pillow (that my mom gave me) I called, and they saved it so my friend could go there to pick it up. Now I have my pillow. Thank you, guys,

The hotel is situated within walking distance for exploring all the strip district has to offer. We enjoyed our overnight stay. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds with black-out blinds make for a cozy sleep. The rooftop bar was a huge bonus. Bartender Ben was working hard behind the bar, but still attentive and friendly. We will definitely stay again when visiting Pittsburgh.

Very cool place. Fun to stay here with our family. Rooftop Bar is the BEST! The view of the city is unmatched. Central location. Close to everything. Many good restaurants are walkable. Beds comfortable. Only bad thing is the sliding doors for bathrooms don’t provide enough privacy.

The place was beautiful and I think $150 is a better price on the hotel stay, didn’t have a hot tub or jacuzzi, went there for my anniversary with my wife and the Hyatt didn’t offer any types of special services such as champagne, chocolate strawberries or a jacuzzi room or a hot tub. That would be a real nice option to make your hotel top notch besides that had a great stay besides that!

Rooms were nice, very quiet. Beds comfortable. Shower water pressure and temperature were good. Nice layout. Convenient location to a variety of things to do, very walkable. The decor was nice. The included breakfast was good, lots of variety of foods. Staff was very friendly. Nice bar to relax with a cocktail after a long day.

Real good property. The staff was excellent, no matter what question we asked, they were always available and happy to help. We liked the seating options around the lobby to gather for conversations, share a pizza etc rather than going up to rooms. Exercise room and equipment was excellent.The only negative we had was the free breakfast buffet. We couldn't cut into the pancakes and tried a couple of other options and then walked over to one of several good nearby restaurants and "on the go" options. We found the area safe and easy to walk to stores and restaurants and really liked that. There is an expansive dog park across the street and the river behind is great for a stroll or run. It is a U shape property. We were inside the "U" so we had a view of the river but at night had to keep the shades closed for privacy. Just chat with the front desk to help you choose a room if this is concerning, I think they really want to make sure you are comfortable. Good stay!

I was visiting Pittsburgh for a wedding. I arrived early and was able to check in to my room, I was so happy that I could rest from a red eye flight. The check in staff were friendly and informative. Rooms are nice and spacious with blackout shades. Beautiful views of the river. The free breakfast was standard. Parking spaces were a little awkward. It was easy to walk to several restaurants, a Rite Aid and Aldi were also walkable in minutes. The hotel was mostly quiet except for a heavy footed guest above me and some people were loud my second night.

Clean, efficient hotel with tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable and spacious, with great views of the neighboring park and neighborhood area. Peloton bike in the gym worked well, and all areas of the hotel were kept clean and tidy. Self parking $24 per night keyed on your room key, very easy to get in and out of the property in a car.

The room was clean & comfortable & the hotel offered one of the best free breakfasts we have had with fresh fruit, great coffee & a great selection of breakfast options. A down side is the dearth of restaurants open on a Sunday night within walking distance. The list provided by hotel staff was not helpful.

So glad we found this hotel to use as our new go-to when visiting our daughter at Pitt. The Shadyside location is quiet and the ease of parking makes this a superior choice over the city hotels we’ve stayed at. Didn’t realize there was an indoor pool-would have taken advantage of that, for sure next time. But having the kitchen and spacious room was amazing and the room was very clean. Front desk was helpful and the free breakfast makes this a no-brainer. You won’t regret staying here.

We highly recommend this Hyatt House hotel especially if you need an ADA Accessible room (roll-in shower, king size bed, etc.). Staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable immediately. Breakfast was hot, delicious and great variety. Pool was a perfect temperature and very clean. We had a wonderful stay and vacation in Pittsburgh. The Packers and Steelers game was awesome too!! GO PACK GO!!!

No sooner had my Lyft driver handed off my luggage to me than the welcoming and efficient Christopher whisked me into the lobby where I was quickly checked in. I was impressed by being offered a bottle of water by Chris before he handed me off to the front desk. I was tired after a long travel day and all this was very much appreciated. On my way out the next afternoon, Chris was pleasantly manning the door again. He is just the kind of person you want to be greeted by. This was my second time at the Fairmont. A great location, especially for the Heinz Hall concert I was attending. A short walk to Market Square which had its Christmas Market in full swing. Steps away from a bus stop if Oakland is on your agenda and a couple of blocks from the T which will take you to the North Shore: stadiums, Science Museum, Casino. The room was clean and comfortable. Throughout my stay the carpeted hallway was kept clean. A nice assortment of teas and coffee. The safe standard size, iron and ironing board, robes and slippers. I especially like the tub/shower set up if you need both. Nice big towels. The room did show some signs of wear which I photographed. I would have liked a luggage rack and a few more hangers; there were enough for one but not two. I also like an alarm clock in case my phone dies, so I missed having one. Room was quiet and had a nice view. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Your hotel is fantastic. Great location to everything; very, very clean; the bathrooms are fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. Your hotel surpassed all of my expectations. Great restaurant and bar area. The Starbucks on the first floor is awesome. The check in staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check out was a breeze.

The location was amazing. Given a room with a perfect view of PNC Park. Short walk to Market Square and good selection of restaurants. Came back to hotel and had drinks at the bar. Service was exceptional!

It's so spacious and the location is soooo good, right out is the Market Square. The room can only see half of the river view, the other half is the skyscrapers. The kettle was not working when I was trying to get hot water. Sparkling water is 6d/bottle; The bathroom supplies are from Le Labo Rose 31, surprisingly fancy!! Big bathroom with a bathtub!!! The yoga and gym room is on the 3rd, bar is on the 2nd. I stayed here for my birthday with a friend who is visiting. I would come back for the spacious room!!!

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice living room. Could not get the A/C or heat regulated for comfort. The A/C was very close to the bed and blew on one side of the bed. The bathroom sink was separate from the tub/toilet area which was very nice. Pet friendly was a plus. Small bar area just off the front desk. To-go order Friday night took exceptionally long to receive - Personal pizza and wings. The Front desk staff could not have been more pleasant or helpful. 1 block from PNC Park. Exceptional location to a number of restaurants and bars. Would certainly stay here again

Breakfast was very good. Many healthy options and fresh. More than I expected for a free continental breakfast. Location was amazing, especially if you are attending a Pirates or Steelers game. Hotel is in a fun area with lots of restaurants. Easy to walk to most places in nice weather. The check-in was easy and efficient. Room was clean with nice amenities and a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the extra space, refrigerator and coffee maker. My only slight disappointment was that housekeeping did not come to tidy our room while we were gone all day.

Perfect location for a Pirates game! The hotel parking was convenient and easy for touring around Pittsburgh then having a space despite the baseball game. Location was perfect for walking to and from the Pirates game! The room was quiet despite the loud traffic outside. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Pool was clean and fun! We loved this hotel and look forward to returning!

Our stay was the best, the room was absolutely amazing, just the general decor was very nice we liked it a lot. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get out until the last minute. The grandkids wanted to stay at our hotel after seeing it and since the couch was also a pull out bed they were able to with now problem! The walk-in shower was also impressive, the temperature and water pressure was perfect! We were already extremely happy with the stay but the delicious complimentary breakfast really sealed the deal. They had fresh fruit, Juice, coffee, bagels, sausage, eggs, and hash browns. It was so good!!

This was our first visit to Hyatt Place. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable and great air conditioning. The breakfast offered more than most hotels including some healthy options. A small bar in lobby is a nice option and serves a limited food menu. We absolutely loved the location as it situated between both the baseball and football stadiums. Two blocks in either direction. plenty of great bar and food options within a multi block radius. The staff was extremely helpful and professional!

My husband had an unexpected health emergency resulting in open heart surgery and multi week stay at a hospital in Oakland. It was a very stressful time and I needed a place close to the hospital. I called several of the hotels in the area. Caroline, at the Hilton Garden Inn on Forbes Avenue was so kind. She took the time to answer my many questions and was so very patient. HGI was affordable and offered a hospital rate. I could walk to the hospital. The hotel has a very inexpensive and clean laundry room with laundry supplies available for purchase at the front desk. The rooms are clean and comfortable with mini fridge and microwave. The hotel also has a lovely bar and restaurant open until 10. Very friendly staff and delicious food helped to relieve some of the stress of long ICU days. Special thanks to Brian and Lindsay who helped when I had a question about my bill. A great staff begins with good managers. The management of this Hilton Garden Inn believe in hospitality and it shows in all areas of service. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn on Forbes Avenue. I will look forward to staying there with my husband for a fun weekend sometime. There are many museums, restaurants and historical landmarks in the area. I am grateful to the wonderful staff at HGI. You helped carry me through a very difficult time. God bless and keep you.

The front desk clerks were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I added breakfast to my room and it was hot and delicious and included a fruit bar, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and sausage and bacon, a toaster, muffins and sausage gravy.

I booked this room due to my father having a major surgery at UPMC Presbyterian. It is very close and convenient to the hospital. It was also a bonus that there was a restaurant and bar within the hotel. There were no free self park options at the hotel, but that was not unexpected for the location. The only reason I do not give 5 stars is due to cleanliness. In no way an I saying the hotel was dirty, but it was what I describe as "dingy". It could have been much cleaner. The floors were not completely clean, the table had obviously not been wiped down recently, the chair had suspicious white spots on it (never good in a hotel), and some of the fixtures had obviously not been wiped down in some time. While it wasn't perfect, it wasn't bad enough that I wouldn't stay again. The most pleasantly surprising part was the restaurant and bar inside the hotel. After a long day at the hospital, I did not feel like going out to eat and did not have high expectations from the restaurant. However, my food was excellent and so was my service. Even though there was only one waitress working, she was excellent and so was the food.

I stayed here because of its proximity to Trees pool at PITT becacause I was participating in Senior Olympics. This hotel was VERY accommodating to all of us who stayed here, offering discounts on food in the restaurant and maps of how to get to the pool. ( It was a very short and uncomplicated walk up “cardiac hill”) This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are comfortable and quiet, large bathroom. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was $16.00. There is a nice restaurant with a limited menu. Staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Parking is not free.

Came for a July 4th weekend visit. Alexis was my biggest help using chat prior to trip going above and beyond answering all my questions in the app chat. We arrived late(after midnight). Vehicle was too big for valet but he did park it oversized lot for me and brought me the keys. Parking is $35 a day. Room was clean, comfortable and everything we needed. My wife is a Pitt grad and we had a view of the Cathedral. Many restaurants near by including one in house. Walking distance to the University as well as hospital if you need it. Big shower. Nice Bed. Definitely my first pick for staying in the Oakland area of Pittsburgh again. Thanks again Alexis for all your help.

What a great experience for our families! We were able to stay on the same floor and had a beautiful view of the River and PNC Park. The front desk personnel were so very accommodating and helpful - right from our check-in. In our extremely well-appointed spacious king-size suite, the walk-in shower was amazing, and the bed was oh so comfy. There was absolutely no outside noise at all! and the room darkening shades sure did the trick! The hotel was clean, the elevators were easy to access and quick. The layout of the rooms on each floor was great so didn't feel crowded. The only downside was the breakfast for which staff apologized profusely. Since there had been 2 holidays on their ordering days, the stock was rather depleted. But we made the best with what they did offer, and again the staff apologized for the lack of choices. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we would not hesitate to return.

Staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Pittsburg was an absolute pleasure! From check-in to check-out, the staff was helpful and friendly. The room was super clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable. A well equipped gym, nice indoor pool and a delicious complimentary breakfast made this a topnotch stay. It’s clear that this hotel truly cares about its guests. Can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect location for sightseeing! The city view at night was breathtaking and walking across the lighted bridges into the city was magical. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean and the staff at the hotel were all very kind and accomodating. Even though the parking (which is gated) is next door in a lot under the highway, it was actually much appreciated to have a clean car to get into after a snowfall. All in all, great hotel and beautiful city. Recommend the Duquesne incline at sunset, the views are beautiful!

The hotel is in a excellent location right by the Pirates and easy walk to Steelers and Penguins. There are bars right by the hotel and parking under the over pass right by the hotel. The free breakfast is very good, 2 egg options, 2 sausage options, potatoes and assortment of bread and pastries. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and worth the price.

Stayed last night and had an excellent experience. So helpful that the 7-11 is right next to the hotel for any snack/ATM needs. Carrington checked me in and was friendly, professional and so helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed, Crabtree and Evelyn soap and shampoo are a very nice touch. Bed and linens and room were clean. Pool was not chilly, just warm enough for a swim on a cold January day. Recommend it here, and yes, the free signature chocolate chip cookie was also excellent!

Great location across the street from light rail station and nice view into downtown from the room. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and bed super comfortable. Great restaurant (Bigelow Grille) with tasty food and a nice drink selection.

The location was perfect. We had dinner at a steakhouse, saw a show at the cathedral & grabbed drinks on our walk back. Everything was easily walkable. The shower was clean & the room was comfortable & quiet. (Also, love the cookies!)

Very close to free public transportation (subway entrance was right across the street). Heated pool was very nice, but no hot tub. Rooms were dated and not recently refurbished compared to other DoubleTrees I have stayed at recently. Restaurant had a good breakfast buffet, but was a little expensive at $22 / person. Other DoubleTrees I have been to had breakast buffet for $18, but with more options to chosse from. Dinner time at the restaurant needed more wait staff. The restaurant was half empty, but long waits for drinks and food, and the food order was not correct. They forgot my appetizer and when I reminded them, it was brought out after my meal was served.

Love the location and size/layout of room. Check in went smoothly and pleasantly, the only snag was we were told we didn’t need reservations for in house restaurant, however, when we showed up at opening time, we in fact did. The restaurant itself is lacking in menu options and food is barely ok especially for price….breakfast buffet was only option and it was marginal as far as quality, but way overpriced. Employees are all very friendly and helpful, will definitely stay again, but won’t eat at restaurant in hotel.

I’ve stayed here before. Great location in the d/t area, but easy access out if need be. Most of my work is in the Canonsburg area. The hotel itself is older, but all the modern amenities. Good restaurant and bar. Mtg rooms. Price is reasonable. The room I had was on the 19th floor, nice view. The room was, that I was upgraded to - a king suite - fancy- was big and roomy, too much for me, but nice for a long stay or with family. A/C is so cold. Bed was comfy. Bathroom a bit small and they do need to upgrade the toilet - short round old style. I’m tall a short toilet is a real issue. But that said, a nice room. There is a mini fridge and microwave but randomly sitting in a vacant spot in the room. They could step that up as the room is big. The one issue I did have was I got here on Labor Day. The restaurant and bar were closed for the holiday. That was a bit of an issue as I planned on eating in and having a drink at the bar. Additionally, my room came with a $30 credit for bar and restaurant, but they were closed so nothing to do with the credit. And couldn’t use it on parking. But these are mgmt issues, not the comfort. Just make plans if it’s a holiday. I’ll stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at the DoubleTree and I would recommend it for a convenient place to stay just outside the city of Pittsburgh and right off 376. The 2 double room room had comfortable beds, a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The bathroom is small and we never received a full supply of bath and hand towels and wash cloths. But there were large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Also a hair dryer and iron. The supply of coffee was low, but I was able to get some from the front desk and housekeeping. The ice machines on floors 4,5, and 6 were not working but found some on 7, although very inconvenient. The hotel was busy with events and parking was pretty full, but available at a little distance. There's a nice bar, restaurant and Bistro. Breakfast buffet is $18. Also a fitness center and indoor and outdoor pool that was heated and had plenty of seating. Pool towels are also supplied.

We loved everything about our stay. We arrived and checked in. I asked about the indoor pool since we knew they had one and my nephew was excited to use it. Unfortunately it was closed due to maintenance. Then the room we were supposed to have with a tub did not have one. And the check in host let me know and she saw we were disappointed. She immediately upgraded our room. I mean like really upgraded. I've never seen such an amazing room. Our jaws literally hit the floor . The room had 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, master bedroom, working area. It was stunning. All the staff we ran into and talked to were super friendly. The hotel and the restaurant were super cleaned. We really loved our stay and will probably be booking again soon. Hopefully the pool will be open. But my wife and nephew and I were very happy. So thanks..

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Water bottles and coffee makers in the rooms are convenient. The renovated rooms are lovely. If visiting Pitt, it's the most convenient location possible!

This hotel was clean, quiet and in a unique location. I would definitely stay here again. It was within walkable distance to Starbucks, coffee shops and other restaurants but very quiet with pretty views.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Gentlemen at the front desk were great!. Jermaine checked us out and had me laughing at 630am- which is hard to do, especially when there is no coffee in my system yet :). I do not remember the name of the man who checked us in, but he was equally as helpful and funny! The workers at the bar were wonderful, too! Nicholas and the other two younger bartenders ensured that we were well taken care of the two nights we came down for drinks. We were able to laugh and have a good time sitting there, which we really enjoyed. The two ladies who made my coffee in the morning were equally as pleasant and extremely helpful. I'm sorry I can't remember everyone's name from our stay, but they were all absolutely amazing!

The stay was very comfortable and the gym facilities and breakfast bar area were above average. The room was clean, safe, and provided a good nights sleep. The parking garage facility was right next door and allowed for unlimited entrance and exit. The staff was extremely polished. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5... our bathroom was not okay. Rusted shower fixtures and patched walls and ceilings indicated water damage from the bathroom above. We were on floor 3. Regardless of the bathroom, I've stayed at this location before and would book again. But I also hope that Marriott does some facility improvements soon before guest bathrooms start to feel run down.

I grew up in Mt. Lebanon, but not having returned in years, I had no idea where to find a room for one night for me, my sister, and my 90-year old mom. We were only in town for one night, but needed a comfortable, clean, quiet place to stay. We chose this hotel for its location and hoped for the best. It was the perfect choice. We had one snafu upon check-in, but the staff quickly moved us to a more appropriate room (and graciously kept the charge the same.) The room was spacious, with excellent accessibility for those with mobility issues. The decor is minimalistic and soothing. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. The view from the 7th floor was stunning. One warning… it was almost impossible to locate the entrance to the underground parking. Thank you to the gentleman who stayed on the phone with me as I drove around until I found it!

This is the best hotel we have ever repeatedly stayed in when coming to Pittsburgh. The staff bends over backwards to accommodate. The hotel is extremely clean. Amenities are spotless. Pool and exercise room is immaculate. The breakfast is delicious. Bonnie snd Cheng make everyone feel welcome in the morning during breakfast serving. Desk clerks cannot be more helpful. The location is perfect, on a main road with many places to walk to for drinks, dinner, lunch & shopping. The transit rail is right behind the hotel to get into Pittsburgh to events or out to the suburbs to shop. Love Love Love this place!!!

The property seems like it was recently renovated and looks good. The room was big enough for 2 adults and teenagers. Modern, clean and updated. They have onsite parking in the basement. It was a bit small and needed getting used to. The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The daily included breakfast was much appreciated. It included hot/cold options. The gym/pool was on the small side. The property location was very close(walking distance) to bars, restaurants and shops. Overall, we had a great experience.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel. I was happy that they had parking with a 7’ height clearance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a great view of the town. They have a Happy Hour which is nice. Breakfast was okay. They had hot and cold offerings. The eating area is spacious. The location is perfect on the main road near everything. They have an exercise area and pool.

I have a very pleasant stay check in was very easy and the room was clean and well set up the linens smelled fresh and clean and very comfortable .I missed breakfast but the check out was easy as well the staff were very helpful

Our room was quite large. The hotel was convenient for us location-wise since it was walking distance to where our family lives. There was a nice variety of items to choose from for breakfast - cereals, pancakes, eggs, etc. Coffee was ok. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Exquisitely clean accessible room--well designed. Every staff member including maintenance were friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet-good selection, and unique-state of the art hands-free pancake machine. You've got to see it! Also close to bridge over to the city.

Breakfast was good. They had old fashioned oatmeal. Overall we thought the staff was friendly and the woman who was on duty during breakfast was very observant as to what needed to be refilled etc. Before there wasn't anyone who did that. For us the location is good. It's quiet, clean and convenient and that is what we want when we are in that area.

Older looking hotel but clean and comfortable guest room. Hallway had a heavy smoke smell, but it didn't carry into the room. Good breakfast options. Staff were pleasant. Good location of hotel, was a quiet area and felt safe. Overall a good value hotel. We would stay again.

We only stayed the one night but it was very comfortable. It's not really near anything dpevisl but suited us as we were passing through pittsburgh on our travels. It is fairly near the washington junction park and ride light rail stop for getting into the city easily. The room were special in that there was Dove brand soap, shower gel, shampoo etc. A nice luxury touch. Breakfast was ok.

This is a really great hotel! The staff at check in was friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in. Our room was spacious and very clean and included a ton of USB charging ports which is always nice cause I have several devices to charge. The beds were super comfy with down pillows and of course very clean. The shower was big too and included all natural hygiene and skin care products. Breakfast was amazing they actually have a proper kitchen/restaurant at this hotel which made things very convenient! I was able to enjoy a proper a night cap at the bar before bed. After breakfast I crushed a workout in their state of the art fitness center and then bobbed around in the out door pool for a while, the pool was super clean and the water was perfect! This hotel is right across from a huge shopping mall as well as serval excellent restaurant and fast food options, the location is ideal! I will definitely be staying here again!

Clean and well kept. Large parking lot adjacent to hotel. Comfortable roomy king suite. Included breakfast was much nicer than what we were used to. Nice workout room. Spacious lobby with strong Wi-Fi signal was a great place to read, meet, or catch up on emails. Hotel staff were all friendly and provided prompt and friendly service. Mall with several nice stores and restaurants right across street.

The hotel has apparently been around for years, but is in pretty good shape. It was very conveniently located for the event we were in Bethel Park to attend. Our room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast there one morning. The food was ok, but we didn’t think it was worth $18 per person. The next morning we had breakfast at the Eat n’ Park that was 2 minutes down the road. Despite our disappointment with breakfast, we’d stay there again.

First I want to say the front desk staff are OUTSTANDING! Very helpful and definitely go above and beyond. The airline lost part of our luggage and they provided all the necessary toiletries on the spot. At checkout there were no carts and they secured the first free one and brought it to our room. Kudos to the front desk staff!! The coffee maker in our room was hard wired to the power and did not work. Couldn’t move it to try another power source because it was hard wired. Went downstairs to get coffee and the breakfast staff was rude and curt about there not being coffee available. Now I get that it runs out and I might have to wait but to be rude and walk away from me was not cool. The shower water was not a consistent temperature so it was overly hot or cold during the showers. Now, normally I would not note these items but we paid a premium to stay here instead of other less expensive hotels in the area so I would have expected better.

The chef made fresh omelet, with my choice of peppers, onions & cheese. Fresh fruit slices for breakfast. The dining hall was kept in clean condition. Always removed the plats and cutleries once we finish eating, so there is no dirty dishes left on the table, while we ate. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was large with plenty desk space if needed for work. Bed & pillows were soft and comfy. Very clean and quiet safe location. Walking distance to Target. Free shuttle to and from airport. If you just want an affordable clean comfy place to stay with no pool or hottub. This place is perfect.

Pet friendly. This was one of the biggest reasons we chose to stay here. As it turns out, their kitchen made our trip to Pittsburgh a lot cheaper. Whether we were reheating leftovers from one of the many nearby restaurant or cooking food from the nearby grocery stores (they have an Aldi nearby. I love Aldi.) it was really convenient. The shower head (an important thing for me) gave decent water pressure but really good water dispersal. The room as a whole was spacious and comfortable for my wife, myself, and our cat. The bed was very inviting as you lay down but I won't claim one of the best nights ever. It was comfortable enough. The free to borrow movies were a fun addition as well. Maybe not the most amazing collection, but a large enough that you should be able to find at least two that you like. The hotel is a very nice, quick drive away from Pittsburgh. When going from the hotel to the city, you get to view the much talked about entrance to the city. All in all we enjoyed our stay. I nearly gave it four stars but then I remembered the great deal we got on the room. For that price, five stars.

My wife and I stayed one night and it was a very pleasant stay. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and all amenities were there - kitchen was clean and the weight room and kitchen was clean and well maintained. Parking was adequate. In a safe area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Target is within walking distance. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a comfortable and agreeable stay.

First time staying at a Red Lion/Sonesta brand. Very clean, very quiet room. I did not notice any funny smells other than people cooking as some reviews have mentioned pet odors. Remember it is designed as an extended stay with limited service, no breakfast provided. There were many cars in the lot and I did not hear any noise at all. It was also very large, and I only reserved a queen efficiency. So I could only assume the 1br are even more spacious and well designed. The room was immaculate with not a speck of dirt anywhere. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel room. The water pressure was outstanding and plenty of hot water. Free laundry, exercise room and grab and go stuff for a cost at the front desk area. This is essentially a Candlewood Suites with a new name on the door only. Target is adjacent if you need anything. As well as literally hundreds of restaurants within a couple mile radius.

I've visited Pittsburgh several times during the first year my son was @ DU.. stayed at various hotels downtown & by airport, a couple of AirBnBs Sonesta Suites was by far THE best one yet overall !! GREAT location, super clean (I'm such a clean snob), awesome staff, had all the amenities I could wish for PLUS more...(Basic, but a clean comfy bed is all I need) free parking and most importantly, affordable. Honestly, you can't beat all that! Stocked kitchen where I could cook my kids favorites, a free laundry room where my son did his laundry while I cooked, a Target right across the street to go shopping.... This place had it all. And did I mention CLEAN? A lot of folks want to stay downtown to be close to campus, but this wasn't too far away (less than 20 mins and we were on campus) and for the price different, WELL worth the short drive. My son is in Pittburgh for three more years... has lots more concerts, family weekends, birthdays and whatever else draws me to Pittsburgh. I have found THE spot to be. Already booked two more stays. Definitely two thumbs up!!

I have stayed here 3 times since 2020 ... the first stay during covid the staff were a little rude however since then i have had a great experience with every other aspect of each stay. on the other occasions staff were welcoming and friendly rooms are clean and very quiet with free strong wifi and most feature a nice view of mount Washington ,station square and the incline. the free breakfast is great and has a very large selection of food and drink as well as a comfortable seating area if you choose to eat there. if you are a guest the hotel will hold your luggage before/ after check out if you need a place to store them. and all public transit is walking distance A incidental fee of 20/30 is taken off your credit or debit card which is very reasonable compared to other hotels of this quality. will return again for sure

Property is modern and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and had a wonderful view of the river, bridge and incline. It is an easy 15 minute walk to the PPG Arena. Two things to note, which is the case for most major cities: the parking is expensive $42 and on the corner there are tents of homeless people.

Just came back from a single day stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites, Pittsburgh downtown and found nothing to complain about. Location was great, amazing view toward the Monongahela river (higher floors recommended), friendly front desk & staff, good breakfast, clean and spacious room and bathroom. That's why I recommend this hotel and definitely I will come back again.

The staff, especially the doorman whose Dad was an architect, were just so friendly. The room was spacious and the breakfast generous. Loved the balcony with views over the river. SUCH a convenient location for everywhere in Pittsburgh.

Very convenient for our concert venue (walkable), place very clean and quiet ,staff very friendly and helpful, included breakfast a step above the usual faire.

We had a river view room and it was quiet. The door blocked sound well. Go early for breakfast, because they didn't do more oatmeal, when it ran out by 9AM and they don't offer instant oatmeal packs. Also they started taking food away at around 9:30am, even though breakfast is from 6-10am every day. The breakfast serving and dining area was kept clean.

Property was nicely maintained. Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly. View was beautiful and location to things was excellent. The room was also very clean upon arrival.

We had a river view and the way the sun hit the trees across the river was breath taking. I will stay here again. Breakfast was delicious. Also, there is much to do on the waterfront and one can walk over there, shop and or eat at a variety of places. I would like to shout out to one employee Madison. She is a gem!

Loved the view we had from our room, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious and staff was amazing.
