The young lady at check- in was amazing. She was so welcoming and nice. The room was very clean and even smelled clean. The view on the third floor was beautiful, especially during a spectacular lightning storm. There was good parking, and close to the doors during the downpour. The pool and jacuzzi were very clean and plenty of fresh, clean towels.

This was our first stay in a Wingate by Wyndham hotel. We were quite impressed. The property is not new, but is well maintained and clean throughout. We had a standard king room and it was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and made up with good quality linens. The bathroom was quite spacious. The tub was a small, but the shower had good strong pressure. Breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. All the staff were nice. The lady in the breakfast area was specially kind and attentive. The pool was good and a reasonable size for lap swimming. We would stay here again.

Cordial front desk at check in. Very clean lobby, welcoming. Grounds are well kept. Lighted parking all around. The breakfast buffet was like most hotels. Woman working Breakfast kept everything well stocked, clean. I wish I had asked her name. Never stopped. Vacuuming, wiping, making sure all chairs lined up. Older woman, such a hard worker-God Bless her. Room was clean, comfortable and bed was nice. Shower, lots pressure. I would stay again.

Our room was pretty, comfortable, clean, and stocked with nice toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety. The area was constantly monitored by a nice lady who kept the area clean and food well stocked. We didn't use the pool/spa but it looked super nice. The front desk staff were friendly. We had dinner at the nearby Cactus Flower Mexican restaurant. Food was generous and delicious, and their margaritas were very good!

Our favorite hotel, we have stayed here for years when visiting family in this area. Always treated wonderful, clean, newly renovated, great hot breakfast. The staff is super, and many have worked here for years. It's like family, we always stay here for several nights' year-round. They are always busy, that tells you it's a perfect choice. Beds always comfortable, we like quiet so back side of hotel is less road noise, but front side has great views, especially if you like to see weather coming and city and landscape. Quality property.

It was clean, everything was operational. We didn’t realize it but we had stayed here before….nice grassy area for dogs. Great breakfast too. The employees were super friendly and helpful. There was a breakfast—it was ok but the coffee was A+

The room was perfect for our needs. Two Queen beds and the sitting area by the window was very useful and convenient. The housekeeping staff was excellent and we always had clean towels in the bathroom. The beds were maintained and the room was clean.

This place had the most amazing breakfast included we've had in a long time. The place was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful. The mattress was too hard for my taste and when my husband rolled, I rolled but I think that's just us. Iwould have liked to have seen the dog area cleaned up and some bags in the dispenser. But they allow 80# dogs and charge $40 so that was great. We will definitely return.

The staff is great(Matt was awesome he made you feel like you were special and he would accommodate you anyway he could) The rooms and facilities are very very clean and well maintained,they have a young man who makes omelets for breakfast each morning they were exceptional as well. I would highly recommend this stay it was above exceptional.

I stayed here last night. Very efficient check-in by a friendly person. The hotel is right dowtown so you can walk to nearby restaurants and bars. I highly recommend the Shamrock Brewery which was a 5 minute walk. My room was really nice. It had two separate areas. One with a couch and a TV. The second with a comfortable bed and a TV. Very clean throughout. They serve a nice hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, biscuits, yogurt, etc. Good coffee too. Lots of free parking right in front. I’d stay here again.

I was very happy with the size of the room, very spacious and lots of room for our whole family. I loved having the sofa bed as well. The bathroom was a good size and the shower had strong pressure, which was a plus. The pool was clean and a good size, and the exercise room had several treadmills so there was no waiting for a machine. Breakfast had many hot options and there was something for everyone. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, juice, coffee hot cocoa, and more. Overall friendly staff, ample parking and a good location.

We stayed one night on a road trip. Location was very convenient to the Interstate. Check-in was great-- Ronnie at the front desk was welcoming and hospitable. I'm a firm believer that the check-in sets the tone for the stay. Usually HIEs have one SLOW elevator. This property had 2 normal speed ones. The room was super clean and comfortable. Had a great breakfast. Sapphire, the breakfast attendant, went out of her way to be helpful. And the pancake machine worked. We have stayed at too many Holiday Inn Expresses lately with broken pancake machines. It was obvious that this is a well-managed property. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was brightly lit, and the staff was friendly: they paid attention to customers. The room was very clean and comfortable, and a good size. Also, no noise problems. I loved the breakfast -- some places, the accompanying breakfast buffet is not so hot. This one was really good -- including warm cinnamon rolls and a delicious juice.

Clean and friendly. This is probably the friendliest staff we’ve encountered. Plus the whole hotel was so clean and so was our room. There is a huge Walmart within walking distance plus shopping. Dillard’s, Home Depot, Ross to name a few. Texas Roadhouse is close by. It’s a newer development area. The hidden Gem here is Helen. She is hospitality extraordinaire. She prepares the breakfast and it is all very good. She even scrambled me an egg. Everything is hot and clean. She even comes and clears your table for you. Very welcoming. Great place to stay. We lucked out.

Just what you want - a quiet, clean, comfortable place for the night. Our room had a small living area which was really nice since we had our college-aged daughter and her friend along for the trip - gave us some extra room so we weren’t all on top of each other. Our fridge didn’t seem very cold and someone responded immediately when we called the front desk. Friendly front desk employee gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations for dinner. Nice experience.

My husband and I are residents of Pueblo, but we reserved the room with the garden tub for a romantic birthday getaway. The room was great. It was clean and had everything we expected and more. The little kitchenette setup was a surprise and would have been helpful if we stayed an extra night. The shower was also a surprise, not the standard hotel shower, it was very roomy. The garden tub was an amazing feature, and we highly recommend it for a romantic stay. The market in the lobby for snacks and drinks was a nice touch. The hotel was quiet, and we spent a good hour alone in the pool/ hot tub. Being local residents, I was a little nervous about the location being right off highway 50, but the hotel is set back far enough that traffic and people were not a bother. We found the location to be convenient as we could easily travel to a nice restaurant for dinner and to the grocery store across the road for other needs. The staff were polite, and the room was reasonably priced. The hotel offered breakfast, which seemed standard and okay, but we opted to visit another local restaurant instead.

My wife and I were visiting Pueblo, CO and decided to try the new COURTYARD MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN PUEBLO. It was a great experience! Our room was attractive, roomy, and very comfortable, with lots of available parking spaces. We were in easy walking distance to Riverwalk activities, restaurants and shops, as well as to dozens of other Pueblo restaurants, shops, museums, etc. – perfect location! The Courtyard Marriott service was wonderful also: we had some questions when we arrived, and Front Desk Agent BRIANNA immediately responded with answers, pamphlets, and solutions; she made our stay in Pueblo exceptional, and she is an outstanding representative of excellent Marriott customer service! Also, the snack bar provides very high quality options for breakfast and Happy Hour. Bottom Line: this MARRIOTT is definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Pueblo, CO

If you're attending an event at the Pueblo Convention Center, you can't beat this place for convenience. Our room was comfy, quiet and reasonably clean. We liked having the option to request no maid service during our three day stay due to equipment stored in the room. Helpful front desk provided extra coffee supplies when we asked. Great location that enabled us to enjoy the riverwalk and the cute shops/cafes on the main walking streets leading to the historic train depot. Only major complaint is the woefully understaffed restaurant. The cheerful folks at the coffee counter provide service with a smile, but during a busy breakfast time for conventioneers there's one overworked young lady taking all the orders and then relaying them back to a distant kitchen, where someone else is supposed to find your table and bring the food. We got food all right, but no silverware to be seen and I even tried poking my head into the seemingly deserted kitchen to ask. By the time we got the silverware, our food was cold. I get it that companies are cutting back or maybe not finding enough workers, but Marriott can do better at this location.

Hotel is conveniently located and easy to find off i25. It was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced. Checkin was quick and assistance with baggage was friendly and helpful. We felt safe and comfortable in our double Queen room. We ate burgers at the bistro one evening and had made to order breakfasts two mornings. The food was good despite the limited menu.

Enjoyed how amazing the staff was. The whole hotel plus the rooms were so amazingly clean! Outside hotel felt safe and clean as well! One thing is when booking the hotel make sure not to list “breakfast includes” as people think that means FREE breakfast and it was not free.

This property is either new or very well maintained. I would almost call it luxurious. Our king suite was spacious and gorgeous, with lots of great features like electronic shades and curtains, two shower heads, a sweet 55" TV on a swivel, and a full kitchen. All the staff was super nice and friendly. The hot breakfast had so many wonderful options.

Staff is very friendly, and helpful…. Room was clean and cozy…. I always stay at Days Inn and have never had a bad experience at any of my stays… they are very quick to accommodate guests of most requests…

I booked a smoking room, and I usually expect a neglected room with damaged furniture & cigarette burns everywhere but this one was nice and clean and comfortable. Compared to the room I had the previous night further north in Colorado this was 100% better. Guests were quiet, staff was friendly, and check in was quick & easy. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff here was also so nice. The room was cean and spacious, the pool, and hottub was awesome. The breakfast was amazing and a savings all in itself. Any trip we make to Pueblo this will be only hotel we stay!

The hotel was very clean and all staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. We only ate breakfast there twice. The first time the scrambled eggs were not really edible I had a fresh batch). The second time, the omelets were excellent, but the potatoes were not quite cooked all the way when they brought out the second or third batch. I had some from an earlier batch and they were cooked thoroughly. My daughter ate later and hers were not. For us, these were minor issues. There were alternatives for the food we chose so we could have found something different if we really wanted a full breakfast. I would definitely stay there again if I returned to Pueblo for a visit.

Exactly what I expected. Hampton has a standard and reputation that they maintained for years . Best bed we have had all week. Comfort level was on point. Appreciate their environmental approach to the shampoo/conditioner/soaps … good quality and refillable. Would have been nice to have bottles of water. And I did go to write something down while I was on my phone…and there was no pen and paper… ? Is this a thing now ? Front desk clerk was AWESOME! ! She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and overall just delightful! Hotel started filling up in the morning as a snow storm was rolling in. Husband had the breakfast. Said it was good average a lot of carbs but they did have scrambled eggs and sausage which is a lot more than many hotels do.

the location was great, it was clean, breakfast was included. I liked that the property remains locked 24/7 and you need a key to enter or the staff start to recognize you and open the doors for you. breakfast was great and changed up the two days I was there! it was a hot and cold breakfast with some variety each day.

Stopped for a quick stay and good nights sleep! It was perfect. Only thing kind of odd was the shower had body lotion but no conditioner! Great breakfast and good coffee!

We enjoy staying at this hotel. It's comfortable, quiet, and a nice location. The Continental breakfast serves standard fare. The area feels safe, and there is close proximity to the reservoir, which is great for our dog (as well as general recreation). The rooms are always clean and comfortable. Fridge and microwave are an added bonus. The property is very accommodating, and the staff is friendly. We like staying here with our dog, as there is space to walk around outside, and the environment isn't overstimulating. They even provide doggy sheets for comfort in the room, and doggy treats at the front desk. (People treats too!) They are located near some restaurants, which is an added bonus.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean. Bed very comfortable. Pool and Spa were clean. Spa was warm and had great Jets. TV had lots of choice. Internet was very fast. Breakfast was really good. Had sausage patties and sausages. Scrambled eggs hash browns. Biscuits and gravy. Plus all the other usual cold items. Great value. Highly recommend this place. Will come back again.

This was my second time staying here. The first time I was overcharged and I had to call and email to get it fixed. This time was not that way. I paid right away, and the room was fine. But what really got me was the breakfast! Fresh, and delicious. The chili made the breakfast that much better. You just need to add tortillas!

Wonderful, accommodating and welcoming staff! There are many hotels in the area I picked this one because previous reviews said it was clean and the staff was nice. Very accurate. The check in was smooth, breakfast was great and hotel was pretty quiet. I was a little worried to even stay in Pueblo, but we had no issues. See you next week!

I recently stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Pueblo for two nights and had an outstanding experience. The family room with two queen beds was spacious, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hotel's amenities, including a well-maintained pool, gym, and an amazing breakfast with a variety of options like fresh fruits, yogurt, breads, bagels, and coffee, greatly enhanced our stay. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, making us feel truly welcome. A special touch was the hotel’s pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our cats, a rare find in the city. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend La Quinta by Wyndham Pueblo to anyone visiting the area.

Convenient, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were incredibly soft. Housekeeping is by request which I really appreciate. Toiletries were good. I had to clean a handful of hair out of the tub drain to get it to drain. We own vacation rentals and this is part of our routine cleaning. We were a band in Pueblo for state competition; they knew what time we were arriving. There were other bands arriving as well. There was only one person at the checkin desk. They opened up a meeting room to accommodate the number of people for breakfast. Great customer service. Breakfast was just ok but included. Sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is new and the public areas and room are super clean. The beds were very comfortable with clean, white linens and fluffy pillows. One caution is that the beds were quite high which would be luxurious for most, but not great for older guests who have to climb up into them. The kitchenette was a nice surprise and really convenient. Front desk person was super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a bit sparse but honestly, for the price, we can hardly complain. Honestly, the nicest hotel we've ever stayed in at this price point - by far! We were very impressed at the quality for such an affordable price. We will be back again and will recommend to all our friends who come to Pueblo.

I had an eye appointment in the area and this was the perfect location. Room was great with a kitchenette. Good hot water and very clean. The only thing I wish they had was a coffee pot kept in the room. Yes, you could order a coffee pot, but to us is as necessary as a fridge and microwave. We get it, but just saying. Also they provided a grab-n-go breakfast. No hot breakfast as of yet. We will return!

Bed was clean and comfortable. Loved the studio room with mini kitchenette. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The front desk gal saw that my husband left his phone case/wallet in a lobby chair he was sitting in. She picked it up and immediately called us to let us know as we had already left the hotel on our way to dinner. She remembered us! So nice to see there are still people with honesty and integrity! We'll absolutely stay here again!!

Nice newer modernized property. We espcially love the size of the room with the kitchenette which provided extra counter space and storage for our needs. Bed was comfy with extra pillows. Room looked very clean except we did notice a layer of dust on the shelf above kitchenette counter. Towels are also very skimpy. Just know if you need anything extra (ie. Cups, toiletries) will need to request front desk. Breakfast is truly grab and go - granola bars and yogurt. No fruits. Overall we would stay again as we enjoyed the room/location itself.

I was staying there while on call at the hospital but bc they don’t start breakfast until 0630, I wasn’t able to take advantage of that offering.

We stayed here for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating if needed anything. The room was a good size. The fridge and microwave worked fine. A/C worked well. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. They have a fairly good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The listing said, "breakfast included," but breakfast turned out to be just Nature Valley granola bars, little containers of yogurt, and cans of orange juice. Nothing bad there, but I think the listing should have said something like "limited selection of cold breakfast items."

My experience was awesome! I had one of the newly renovated rooms. I felt safe at all times, I was able to catch up on some Lifetime Christmas Movies. Tina one of the front desk ladies was very Kind, Friendly and helpful. I will plan on staying here on my next visit . I might add I stayed 3 Nights and 4 Days. My only drawback was parking, it fills up fast before 5:30 pm.

The Santa Fe Inn is a charming hotel within walking distance to the Plaza and restaurants. Attention to small details such as a carafe of water in a cute tin bucket, warm cookies (happened to get them fresh out of the oven as we left!), beautiful plants and flowers adorn the property and surround cozy and comfy outdoor seating areas. The bed was comfortable, the room clean with all the amenities needed. It rained almost the entire time we were there, but that did not stop us from enjoying our morning coffee in the chairs right outside of our room.

Clean, relaxing, in downtown with great views at night. Enjoyable experience with great location in Pueblo,CO. Located in downtown Pueblo Colorado. Pueblo offers guided tours car rentals,Pueblo Memorial Airport, a Vietnam War Memorial to remember our troops, and a historic river walk for our medal of honor awarded.

It's not fancy but the room was clean and comfortable. It was a quiet hotel. The staff were down to earth and friendly. One even took time to have a conversation. The area is walkable if you don't want to rent a car.

The Clarion Inn is a low-key, clean hotel/event center that has exceeded my expectations every time I’ve stayed here. The employees were kind and professional. I stayed for a week for a conference and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service & flexibility of the staff in accommodating requests, providing recommendations, and making me feel at home during my stay in southern Colorado. I stayed a second time as a base for a weekend hiking trip. The highlights of the Clarion are as follows: Location: convenient for access to I-25, local parks (essential for anyone who enjoys exercising on the go), and restaurants. Security is top-notch. The hotel keeps up-to-date door locks, multiple security guards on-site at all times, and effective infrastructure (i.e., fences) for privacy from the outside world. Rooms/Amenities: The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the amenities listed are accurate to everything listed (pool, gym, breakfast, etc.). All this at a no-frills price? When I return to Pueblo, I know where I’ll be staying because the location, the security, and, most importantly, the employees make it worth it.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Clarion Inn. As soon as I walked into the hotel, everything was super neat and very clean. Then, I got to my room and it was just as clean. The beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom was nice, and the floor wasn't too bad either. The employees were nice and super helpful. The location was very convenient. There was easy access to and from the highway, and there were many food options nearby as well. As someone who enjoys nature, it was nice to have a variety of parks within a short driving distance. Overall, I loved my stay and I would recommend it to anyone else staying in Pueblo.

Our experience at Clarion Inn and Events Center was highlighted by the incredibly friendly staff and the secure, clean environment. I think this hotel may have been hit hard by the pandemic. Used to have lounge/restaurant/event center...now the overall property needs some TLC. The rooms were comfortable and clean, fridge and micro. Rooms updated. Bathroom tiny-if you are a large person, it would be hard to get in the bathroom and shut the door. Consider asking if the handicapped room has large bathroom. Had full breakfast, but ran out before the time was up, so we didn't get much...staff was fine. Elevators work so don't have to lug suitcases up stairs. A bit sketchy in the area, but I think that's what Pueblo is dealing with. Pool was gorgeous and long enough to do laps. I would stay there again. Check different price listings before you book!

Staff were amazing. Service was great. Rooms were clean. Sadly though, it didn't feel safe. Couldn't tell the difference between the guests and the homeless. Saw someone carry car parts into rhe hotel. Not small parts but full bumpers and stuff. I didn't see any security cameras anywhere in the back. Dining room was dirty. My husband and I had taken our son to go swimming. He had an amazing time. Thats what mattered most is that he got to enjoy himself.

We have been going there for over 15 years, price, dog friendly for dog shows in Pueblo, safe.

Motel 6 is still the best option for travelers who are on a budget. They made my trip possible with their inclusive dog policy and the room is clean, the beds are clean and the staff are wonderful people. They give you a parking permit and there is mobile security that patrols the building. Having a place to stay that gives you a sense of safety makes a difference.

Check in was smooth, room was pretty clean, found a few hairballs on the ground but that’s sorta to be expected. Lotta interesting characters hang around here but anyone that’s a nuisance is kicked off the property by security pretty quickly (witnessed this firsthand). Pretty average stay but the front desk staff definitely made it better.

My family and I spent one night at the Orman Mansion on our way back to Denver from Carlsbad. We were contacted with check-in instructions early in the day and were able to arrange a later than normal check-in time. When we arrived we were greeted by one of the owner's of the property and told we had the whole place to ourselves and were able to explore the open areas. My children (ages 10 & 12) enjoyed exploring the house and properly. The house is gorgeous and the owners have made it feel like it would have a century ago (with the addition of modern electricity and wi-fi). We enjoyed looking at each room and the details of art, historical books, historical toys, etc. really added to the experience. The owners shared information with us on local restaurants and included a coupon for breakfast at a local establishment. This was our first trip to Pueblo, so this was incredibly convenient as our dinner and breakfast were both amazing. My family and I enjoy the boutique hotel experience and the Orman Mansion was absolute an amazing stay and worth the additional cost of a standard hotel room.

This was a wonderful step back into the elegant home life in the mansion of colorado governors of the late 1800s and early 1900s. This is not just a place to stay, it's a moment to experience. I would rate the ambiance with that of the historic Beaumont Hotel in Ouray, Colorado. Ironically, there is a shop just minutes away called "Somewhere In Time" (the movie buffs will recognize the title and the correlation of stepping back into another era). The arrival started with personal greeting and tour by Joe. The cozy common shared areas are beautifully kept in period while the 3rd floor has been upgraded to accommodate more recent amenities. The room was even better than I had expected. Although they have updated the HVAC system, they still provide personal heaters and fans which made the temperature of the room comfortable. The mattress was firm and the sheets super soft. There are some amenities that have been brought to a more modern era, that although they might not have been perfect to the style of the period, they were a welcome upgrade. While relaxing in the sitting rooms, you can help but to wonder if the rich history that this grand building has been part of.

The house was beautiful and located very centrally. They have done an amazing job to restore this mansion, to give it a historical feeling. The rooms and shared areas are very comfortable and clean. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and requests, and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. There was a large kitchen for us to store food and cook, as necessary. Plus, we were provided breakfast at a local cafe in the morning. The rooms are unique and fun. Each room / suite is very different from the rest. The first floor is common areas. The second floor has two King-bed suites and a few Queen-bed options. And the third floor is a family suite, with three bedrooms and a lounge area in the middle.

We only live about 40 minutes outside of Pueblo, and decided to do a little staycation for a night. Holy cow, we were blown away by the beauty, history, attention to detail, and utter majesty of this property. The family that cares for it has done a tremendous job keeping the place clean, welcoming, and so very comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless, the rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Seriously, everywhere you look there is a beautifully preserved or restored historical detail, the tile floors, the stone outside, the furniture, everywhere. We will ABSOLUTELY be coming back, and recommending this place far and wide. Thank you!

Lovely restored mansion. Spacious room with a huge marble bathroom. Quiet location, not far from downtown restaurants. Coffee provided, although no breakfast served, guests can use the kitchen to make their own breakfast.
