Good location - about two blocks from I-90/I-94, a few miles from The Loop. Very clean and well-maintained. High level of security. Large room, with comfortable beds, couch and desk. Great view of the city - floor-to-ceiling windows.All staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast included. Rooftop restaurant and bar with great views of the city. No self-parking - Valet parking only. But valet staff were very friendly and helpful. They retrieved our car quickly, and offered to help with loading/unloading onto baggage carts. In-and-out parking for the daily fee. This was our second visit to this hotel. We recommend it.

We had a nice stay here. It was clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful staff, it felt safe, good wifi, comfortable bed, nice workout facility, great rooftop lounge/bar/restaurant, and walking distance to Milwaukee Ave. It’s a $20 Lyft to other fun neighborhoods, but you can also walk, too. Nice location! The bottles of water and coffee in the room, and Granny Smith apples in the hallway, were a nice little touch. We will definitely consider it again!

Loved the room, very quiet and clean. Plenty of outlets for chargers and laptop. Mini fridge, coffee maker. Great desk area for working, nice livingroom area for relaxing. Breakfast better than most with plenty of options but would like longer hours. 9am is early to end breakfast when on vacation. Beautiful views from breakfast area. Nice view from 4th floor room.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Hyatt Place Wicker Park in Chicago in June 2025!!! I came to Chicago to celebrate my late husband's life on what would have been our 30th year wedding anniversary and was thrilled with the beautiful Hyatt Place at Wicker Park!!!! My husband always stayed at the Hyatt Place hotels because they are consistently first class, affordable, and conveniently located no matter where you travel. And, Hyatt Place Wicker Park was incredible!!! Everything first class: Clean, fresh hotel and room - beautifully decorated, incredible buffet breakfast, and the BEST Rooftop Patio and Bar!!!!!!! Just Wow!!!! Best hotel view of the Chicago Skyline no doubt!!!! Lastly, we were able to take the transit bus right outside of the hotel and it was so convenient and safe!! Thank you, Hyatt Place, you NEVER disappoint and can ALWAYS be trusted!!!!!! We will be back for more adventures!!!!! God Bless!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Place Wicker Park. First, the gym had an amazing selection of cardio equipment and free weights, and it was kept extremely clean with the nice touch of towels on all the cardio machines. Second, the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable (I prefer a softer mattress and down pillow). Third, the breakfast selection had great variety (lots of hot items, cold items, and many types of milk for coffee). Lastly, the hotel restaurant/bar has great food and cocktails. I would happily stay here again, especially for the price, so don't change a thing!

Clean room. Clean hallways and breakfast area. Breakfast was superb. Kind staff at front desk and breakfast mornings. Two night stay, breakfast both mornings = highly recommended. Pool is smaller but nice. Towels are thin and shower curtain was very short. Toilet paper offered is Angel Soft Professional and very thin. Very soft bed and comfy pillows. The air conditioner seemed to be off at night or maybe it was our unit. We keep the room super cold. Our room 415 had a few minor problems: TV remote didn’t work, shower head needed replaced, conditioner needed refilled, but #1 thing = the outlets were in bad condition. Plastic slide covers missing and difficult to keep items plugged in without falling out.

We stayed in a dozen different hotels during our recent trip to the U.S. and Hampton Inn & Suites Chicago Schaumburg was far and away the very best. The location -- near to the adjacent Woodfield mall and just 25 minutes to O'Hare -- is excellent! The check-in was friendly and helpful (albeit a little slow). The entire hotel is refreshingly bright throughout (hallways, lobby, rooms, bathroom, etc.). Our room was large and comfortable, with a convenient work desk. Everything was super clean! The bed and linens were luxurious. Room was fully equipped with fridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron, and more. The complimentary breakfast was good, but we'd prefer if they offered pork sausages rather than the bland chicken sausages (be decadent while away from home!). All-in-all, a really nice hotel and very pleasant stay!

The place was comfortable, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The place where it is established is very quiet, relaxed, and clean. Breakfast was delicious 😋 and has a lot of variety. When we arrived at reception, the person who welcomed us was very friendly and gave us some bottles of water. The lady in the kitchen helped us with the waffle maker, she had everything very clean and with food made instantly she was very kind. When we checked out, the receptionist kindly asked me if I needed a copy of my stay and thanked me for staying with them. We did not have the pleasure of using the pool, but we will definitely return to enjoy the entire establishment. Thank you!! 🙏

Clean rooms, comfy beds, quiet AC, helpful front desk employees. Easy free parking. Anthony in particular was super friendly and went out of his way to help us out. My coworker ended up having to take an overnight flight and arrived at the hotel an hour before we had to head to our event. Anthony went out of his way to get him checked in early so that he could get a nap and a shower before heading to work which was amazingly helpful. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold items. Hotel and rooms was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful Beds were comfy. King room was roomy. Good water pressure in the shower and sink. Large mall and plenty of restaurants and stores near by.

We have stayed at The Rose multiple times and have always had a blissful and seamless stay. The team is always gracious and welcoming ( Imelda, Angie, Alejandro!) and it’s our go-to in the Chicagoland area. The rooms are spotless with the incredibly comfy Hilton Serenity beds . Lots of outlets for charging and a small refrigerator for convenience. The rooms are simple with fun and funky touches and the bathroom is well stocked and the shower is roomy and relaxing. The in-house bar and restaurant (The Thorn) offers a creative and solid menu with brunch and breakfast until 3 PM! Two words: smashed potatoes!

This is my third stay at this amazing airport hotel. The rooms are immaculate, toiletries are high-end, and the linens are pristine. The towels are luxurious and very white and so is the bedding. The beds are excellent, as I had two different rooms from two stays. The front desk is very helpful and very kind. They welcome you as soon as you walk in the door even if they’ve seen you many times. I had two meals at the restaurant and each meal was excellent. The service was prompt and the menu offerings were abundant. They also have an exceptional wine menu, and featured cocktails. I utilized their shuttle service, and Richard, their shuttle driver was amazing. He thanked me for being a Hilton honors member and was very knowledgeable on the hotel, and the timing for airport arrivals. He was very accurate on his recommendation that I leave the hotel at 5:30 AM for an 8 AM boarding. I had time to spare, and I was so grateful to have taken his advice. ORD is not very organized, and the lines were long. I was glad I took his recommendation, and had plenty of time. This hotel is quiet, immaculate, and very well run. You can tell that their management Takes training, seriously, and hires the right people. I stayed a total of five nights over the course of 10 days. I stayed at another Hilton property in downtown Chicago, and was so disappointed. I ended up moving back and making the commute and it was perfect. I will return again and again.

This hotel was very enjoyable. The staff was very welcoming, especially those working at the in house restaurant! Very engaging group of individuals. My son and I got in late and our driver for the shuttle service was very apologetic and committed to getting us to our hotel asap so we could grab a bite to eat or drink at the restaurant to relax. The rooms very clean and the beds were very comfortable! My teenage son enjoyed the exercise room and all the available equipment. Usually stay downtown at the Canopy Hotel or The Virgin Hotel, but will definitely stay here again when I prefer to be in a relaxing atmosphere and close to airport or Fashion Outlets! Also appreciated the Beekman 1802 products that were available.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze and ensuring that I needed nothing. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was equipped with newer weights and look well maintained. The location was a perfect distance from the Allstate Arena. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I will definitely be returning next time I’m in the area.

I needed a place to stay near O'Hare for a one-night stopover on my way to somewhere else. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It runs an airport shuttle that makes regular trips from the hotel, but you have to call ahead if you want to get picked up at the airport. I stood in the cold for about half an hour before I called and found that out. My bad, but I didn't see that on the website. The staff were all courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a bloody mary in the restaurant that was great, along with a sandwich that was pretty awful. The next morning I ordered breakfast to my room that included a cup of coffee that was great, and a breakfast sandwich that was pretty awful. I didn't eat anything else there, so maybe it's just the sandwiches that fall short.

The staff welcomed my family with great customer service.. The hotel was very clean and near many restaurant options.. My children loved everything about the pool/jacuzzi area.. Breakfast was a plus and each morning there were different hot options..

I recently attended a convention at the Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois. This hotel turned out to be the perfect place to stay. It is very modern and clean. Parking is available both in an outdoor lot and in an adjacent parking garage. There are several fast food eateries within easy walking distance of the hotel including a Mcdonald's restaurant. Getting to the convention center was a 25 minute walk, driving there takes about 10 minutes depending on traffic . A breakfast buffet is available every morning and serves the basic breakfast staples such as bagels, scrambled eggs, etc. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. After I checked out of the hotel on my last day, I was allowed to keep my car in the parking garage until my convention was over later that day.

Staff was exceptional in response to requests, from check-in to after check-out. I realized I left my coat in the closet and the same lady who checked me in was so helpful in getting it shipped to me. Every request to the front desk was efficiently handled with a smile. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was great and kept stocked with healthy and tasty food and beverages. The fitness center was clean and well-stocked. For me this was an ideal location between downtown Chicago and Elgin where I was visiting family, and so very close to the expressway and airport. Free parking in small lot or attached garage. I felt very safe

My daughter felt safe loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Breakfast was great and the staff was amazing...

The room was spacious, clean and had good facilities. I enjoyed the bathtub. I used the fitness room, which had a good selection of weights and other machines. I didn't use the pool or hottub but they looked very nice, and I would have if I had had time. Close to restaurants and other things to do, plus obviously close to the airport and free shuttle with very nice drivers. I was impressed with the selection of foods, snacks and beverages available for purchase at the front desk.

Love the location, 10 minutes away from O’Hare airport & rental cars drop off was about 6 minutes away.. the complementary breakfast was good, jacuzzi was nice & hot my kids loved it ..many restaurants and fast food places to eat.. there is also a nearby Dollar General and Family Dollar and Walmart..

I have to say that this place surprised us. Location across from O’Hare and curb appeal set us back a bit, BUT, a big but, don’t let the outside fool you! Digital room key was ready two hours early. Side door was locked and digital key worked (no smelly ashtray at the door that seems to be the norm these days). Hallway was clean and fresh. Updated decor. Room was very clean and I have never seen so many working USB outlets in a room before. In our 18 hour stay we heard 1 airplane taking off across the street at O’Hare. Pantry next to front desk was well stocked with plenty of options of drink including premixed cocktails. Front desk was attentive. Breakfast bar was clean, well stocked and smelled of coffee and waffles naturally. Price was right. Zero complaints.

The location is close to O'Hare, 294, & I-90. Parking is safe, well-lit, and FREE! The staff is exceptional and the lobby has places to gather with your group, including a cozy area to watch TV. The pool looked inviting & the fitness center quite adequate. The room was very comfy, updated, and clean. Super comfy bed & pillows with a fridge & microwave & everything you need. If not, just call the front desk & they will deliver! FREE unlimited bottled water is included. We loved the high-end shampoo, conditioner, & liquid soap in refillable dispensers (no little bottles!). The FREE breakfast included hot eggs, potatoes, & chicken sausage. Also, two waffle makers (large & 4 minis) & hot oatmeal, fresh melon, etc. Again, wonderful stuff re-stocking & cleaning. Breakfast available until 10am every day!

Staff were incredibly polite, helpful and patient. If I decide to go to the con in the area again I will choose this hotel in a heartbeat!!! Extremely good hotel for the price I had paid, comfortable and clean rooms. When checking out alone a staff member let me know I was welcome to ask for help and when asked sided me in carrying my luggage from my room to the area to check out. Kind staff helped me get a dolly to load everything into my rides car. Overall, for my first time ever booking and staying at a hotel without my family’s aid it was an incredible experience. Thank you to the staff at the hotel for making me feel safe and comfortable. And thank you to the staff in their restaurant as well!! They all were very sweet. If I’m ever in the rose mount area in general, this will absolutely be the hotel of my choice to stay at. Unfortunately I didn’t take more pictures then the one shown, the bathrooms in the rooms are honestly amazing!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and it is situated in an ideal location next to the airport. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated daily, and very upscale/advanced. Definitely work the buck your paying for. There is a Starbucks downstairs and a beautiful gift shop. The restaurant serves a breakfast buffet for about 20 bucks and it's absolutely delicious! Anything you order can be charged to your room and they allow you to take your drinks upstairs. Very clean facility and beautiful ballrooms! I really enjoyed my first trip to Illinois especially attending the dance event I was in on property. It was a wonderful location to host this event and I cannot wait to return.

I’m a traveler, I’ve been to 5 stars hotel including st Regis, ritz, Waldorf, cosmo in Vegas, langham, trump and many many more exclusive hotels and boutique privately owned etc and etc. when I’m staying near the airport and have a flight next day I want to be comfortable but not just that, I want it to luxurious! Well this is the place by ORD! They have shuttle to airport, a great easy restaurant, In room dining and Starbucks! I love how the hallway is beautifully lit up and the rooms lighting makes it very welcoming. The staff is very welcoming which is very important!! I never usually leave a review, but this hotel caught me by surprise! What an enjoyable heavenly one night stay! Thank you Westin, see you soon!

Stayed 2 nights with my family. Room very clean, AC worked great. Shuttle pick up was very smooth as well. For super early flight, the first shuttle goes at 4:40am so if your flight is earlier than that, Uber or Lyft is about $15 to the airport. Two employees went above and beyond. Joey and the gentleman from Mexico (im sorry I forgot his name) working breakfast on Saturday 5/7 were amazing at the Benchmark restaurant. Titanium got me 2 buffet breakfast per day. Quality of food was excellent in the morning.

Westin is a great hotel, clean, feels modern even though I think it’s an older hotel. It was also a great location, just over a block to the L station and not too terribly far from the convention center, which was the reason we were there. It’s a good hike though, so if you have any mobility issues and you’re trying to walk to the convention center it might be too much of a hike. Other than that, I just had two issues with it: - you’re not able to control whether or not you have “heat” or “cool” running. We were there in winter and the room was too hot, made it really hard to sleep. We could only get the temp down to 65 and there was no way to turn the “cool” option on. Ok fine, we tried turning it off…it got unbearably stuffy. We tried opening the window to get fresh air in…it’s in the direct path of landing airplanes at O’Hare so having the window open was incredibly loud any time a plane went over. Not too much of a problem for me as I’m a heavy sleeper once I’m asleep, but it kept my partner awake until we had to close it…then we were both kept awake because of how hot it got in the room. -the shower floor has no grip and was incredibly slippery. I ended up having to put a towel down inside the shower while I showered so I wouldn’t slip. Maybe add a rubber mat to the bathroom so people don’t slip in the shower. Again overall this was a great hotel, just not sure if we’d stay there again because of the temperature issues.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was larger than expected and very comfortable. It was very clean and the temperature was perfect (there is a control to set the temperature but I found I didn’t need to change it). The bar in the lobby where you order food took some time to get a staff member, but they were very friendly as well. The burger was huge and delicious, as were the fries. The only complaint I have is the pillows started out very fluffy, but by the middle of the night they were basically flat, also, the ice machine on my floor didn’t work, but the one on 4 was working fine so that wasn’t much of an issue. Neither “complaint” was enough to give anything less than 5 stars. I almost forgot, the breakfast selection is generous and quite tasty!

This hotel by far is the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff are amazing and so helpful. They make you feel like family. The cleaning staff are exceptional, they clean your room to perfection. Everyone at this hotel are amazing. I have stayed at many hotels and this hotel has been the best. The hotel is spotless. They have a great breakfast which is included in the price and the kitchen help are so nice. They have a large breakfast display and you can order your own omelet which is always done perfectly. The front desk staff are so kind and extremely helpful. I can go on and on about this hotel. You will not be disappointed if you stay here. I will be back next time I am in the area.

Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful as soon as we walked in. Anytime we needed anything, the staff was happy to help. Our room was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and we had a huge couch that made the whole room feel more homie. Breakfast had many varieties, pool area was clean with lots of seating, and the parking lot was clean and easy to use.

Very comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. We’ve stayed here 5 times now and will always stay here when we are in the area. Beds were very nice and comfortable, pillows perfect lol. Shower was exceptional. One of the elevators were not working tho so we had to take the stairs one time and the others was atleast 4-5 minute wait for it.

Lovely room, great pool, very nice breakfast, and holy moly… the shower! Plus free parking, a very safe neighborhood and easy access to restaurants, shopping districts, and highways. But the best part of the stay was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly

My flight arrived late due to weather and I missed my connection. I made a quick reservation at the Sheraton Suites using the Bonvoy App and was not in the best mood because I was stranded on Friday night I have to say, the staff at this hotel improved my mood. Everyone was professional, friendly and really seemed to want to make sure every guest had a great stay. - I messaged about the shuttle and they responded super quickly with clear concise instructions on how to catch the shuttle - The shuttle arrived right on schedule and the driver was pleasant (so was the one the next mort). The shuttle itself was comfortable, spacious and easy to get on and off - relative to other hotel buses I have been on. It’s not luxury, but this was better than most - Check in was quick and friendly. Also easily answered all my questions about the hotel, breakfast, room service, shuttle etc. - The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom has clearly been updated with a nice walk in shower. - Great sleep, the room was quiet, bed was comfortable. I also appreciated that they had added outlets on top of nightstand - Ordered room service, food was good. Especially want to call out the server who brought the food, who was great. Overall, it would have been impossible to ask for more from an airport hotel. The fact that they were able to make me feel better about being stuck overnight at O’Hare says it all -

My wife and I recently returned from an 18-hour international flight from Asia and needed to stay overnight near Chicago O’Hare Airport before flying home to Florida the next morning. The Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare turned out to be the perfect choice for us. Located just 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle service, it was both convenient and accessible. The hotel itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff were happy, energetic, and incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely choose this hotel again for any future stays near O’Hare Airport.

Really enjoyed my stay. Spacous room, modern Walk in shower. Very comfortable bed with proper duvet and comfy pillows. Bottled water and a tea and coffee maker are in the room. Wifi is strong in the room and was free. Good Choice for breakfast and dinner Friendly Service everywhere

Overnight stay before flight. Room was ready when we arrived so smooth checkin. We had a large room wth separate lounge and bedroom. The bed was comfy and good shower pressure. We had dinner and breakfast downstairs at Flight. Both meals were enjoyable and the staff helpful. The shuttle to the airport was efficient and friendly.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and quick, and the property offers great amenities that made everything convenient and enjoyable. The location is ideal, especially being close to the airport, which made our travel plans much easier. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience — their kindness and attention to detail really stood out. Overall, it was a perfect stay, and we’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in the area!

I loved how clean it was. It smelled so clean. The water felt so clean and typically at most hotels the water can be hard. But the water was so clean and soft. I will definitely be staying here again. Loved the jacuzzi.

I really liked that they had a pool area for smaller kids to play in. Also it was nice to have a working Jacuzzi to relax in. I was shocked for the number of people there, it was fairly quiet. I barely heard anyone later in the night.

Staff were very polite and professional. Even during the peak time, a staff member helped grab a blanket from the back room for us. The room was clean and had no smell or dirt. There was a microwave and fridge in the room so it was convenient for our leftover meals the next morning. Parking is 22/night. There is a $100 dollar safety deposit and the parking will be taken out of it and the rest will be refunded after checkout. Hallways were clean. The room had good noise cancellation. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The shower tub was very clean and the shower head had good water pressure and was clean with no calcium buildup. Pillows and blankets were well "fluffed". I will come back to the Hilton next time.

Clean, well managed property. Noise insulation is pretty decent, with 294 on the west side and Des Plaines River road on the east (pick the east side). Friendly and helpful staff. Gated parking ($22-not included in room fee) with in-and-out privileges. Very decent restaurant and bar; meeting rooms. Breakfast not included, but one of the best I've encountered in a long time. Shuttle to ORD available.

We stayed here the night before flying out of O’Hare to go to Disneyworld. What a perfect start to our trip. The room was impeccably clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. We left too early to eat breakfast but it smelled delicious. The coffee was hot and yummy. I highly recommend this gem that’s close to the airport and a perfect start to your trip or a perfect place to stay at when coming to Chicago.

Property very clean & updated, breakfast was wonderful w/many options for all dietary needs. New 24hr coffee in lobby is good - cld have a few more fixing options though & I believe they had tea bags but I don’t recall seeing hot water @ the station. Parking lot is very large & feel that it could’ve been free to park instead of $20/day! I chose this hotel for its location to airport rental car drop & if you are also looking for that this would be the hotel for you - it took under 5 minutes from leaving hotel to exit the rental & head into train area! The only reason I gave this facility a good & not wonderful was for 2 reasons. 1st- front desk clerk @ check-in could’ve been friendlier, more courteous & informative (seemed like I was interrupting him from doing nothing). 2nd- updated step in shower looked so inviting but shower head SUCKED!!! We could not find a good setting & hot water pressure was much weaker than if you wanted to take a cold shower - this needs to be fixed because I was very unhappy when I had to settle for a soft mist which made it impossible to remove soap/shampoo! If those 2 things were corrected it would get 5 stars im my opinion!

The room was modern and up to date. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The beds had both soft and firm pillows with labeled embroidery. Hotel provides Dove body and hair products. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was amazing. The hotel is conveniently located close to highway, airport, and restaurants.

This Holiday Inn is a solid airport hotel. Clean, fresh, up-to-date, eco-conscious, which a friendly, knowledgable staff. It shares a parking lot with a gas station for a quick fill-up before returning a rental car, as well as a couple of restaurants. After a long day on the road, I enjoyed a safe 3min walk to a Panera Bread. Easy, breezy.

Everything including breakfast. The staff is friendly, the room and the bathroom are very clean and have a coffee machine, microwave and a refrigerator. The Jacuzzi was amazing 👏

I had an amazing stay at the Best Western Plus Hawthorne Terrace! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free, making everything so convenient. As someone traveling alone, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. The room was cozy and perfect for a solo traveler like myself. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay in Chicago!

Quiet comfortable rooms, could open windows at night, clean and good working shower. Breakfast sufficient and can be taken in the lovely outside garden (good coffee, had cinnamon bun, fresh banana and apple), for us perfect location in Boystown with all venues nearby, such as Wang's pre dinner drink and Wilde restaurant.

This property is beautiful! It is charming with a boutique feel. The location is perfect if you want to walk to/from Wrigley for a game or to the lake. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The daily breakfast options were perfect for what my family needed. There are also lots of great restaurants on Broadway - all within walking distance. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Good location to restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Relaxing outdoor front terrace to enjoy the tastey breakfast or a glass of wine midday. Very safe and walkable neighborhood!

The Graduate is very reasonably priced for the area, with a short walk to the lakefront and also to Evanston's city center. I have stayed there twice now, and find the rooms to be classy and comfortable. I love the hair and body products stocked in the bathrooms too. They have bicycles you can grab for free (if available, and if not you can find ride-share bikes all around town). The Homestead Room is a top notch restaurant and bar with an elegant old school feel. Wooden rockers on the front patio are a nice way to relax for a bit, in between visits to the beach, to cultural experiences that are offered by Northwestern University or the City of Evanston, or to the roof top deck at Five & Dime restaurant a short walk away. You can hop on the Metra for an easy ride to downtown Chicago, and the water taxis are up and running again to get down the river to the Magnificent Mile. I recommend driving north to visit the Chicago Botanic Garden as well, which includes a free 35 minute electric tram ride to give you a bird's eye view of this amazing 385 acre curated garden, science center, rooftop lawns, a play area for children, greenhouses, and more.

The location is perfect, close to northwestern, beach, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is nice and clean. The hotel is tastefully decorated, with friendly staff. Room is also nicely decorated, beds are clean and comfortable, bathroom sparkling clean as well. The rooms have decent soundproofing. However for light sleepers, you may want a room away from the elevator. During our stay, there is only one working elevator which can only hold 4 people comfortably. As a result, it runs almost continuously in the morning. There are free street parking from 9pm to 9 am. Out of that window there is a 2 hour limit. We are out and about during the day, so street parking worked for us. Otherwise guests can self park in the public garages nearby or use valet parking.

The facility was beautifully renovated, a really tasteful combination of old and new. It maintained the charm of the original with modern comfort and convenience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great: comfortable bed, nice linens, great shower. The bar is charming.

We stayed in Evanston for 2 nights, and I preferred this hotel over the other large chain option because of its boutique feel. The check-in process was smooth, though as a tiered Hilton Honors member, I had to remind them about an amenity they initially overlooked. Our room was perfectly located on the 6th floor at the far end, away from street noise, which guaranteed a peaceful night's sleep. The room was nicely furnished and refreshingly cool when we arrived. The only hiccup was the thermostat, which seemed to have a mind of its own. No matter what temperature we set, it appeared to revert to some preset memory that overrode our preferences. What we absolutely loved: the spacious bathroom, elegant decor, and thoughtful amenities like the in-room safe, mini-fridge, and coffee maker. The fireplace was a particularly cozy touch that made the room feel special. The location is unbeatable! It is less than a 10-minute walk to both downtown Evanston and the beach. They even offer on-site bike rentals, which is a nice bonus for exploring the area. I'd highly recommend The Graduate for business or leisure stays. The boutique atmosphere and prime location make it a winner.

Breakfast was great but expensive. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Pool/ jacuzzi and gym are the largest and best equipped I’ve seen. Location was great, slightly off the beaten path and quiet.

It was an amazing and relaxing experience. A hidden gem! Will definitely be staying here a lot more often! The jacuzzi was amazing, the property is beautiful. What a great hotel to stay at if you're lookimg to relax.

The architecture and gardens of the Hyatt Lodge at Oak Brook are outstanding and a revelation. When it is not too busy, the expansive swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi, and sauna facilities are top notch. Thank you to the helpful and plentiful staff personnel at all hours of the day.

It was very comfortable and safe. Everyone was incredibly friendly and nice. From the front desk staff, breakfast staff, cleaning staff… every person we encountered was so nice! Even other guests were in such good moods and pleasant which says a lot about their experience being positive also. The hotel was quiet and calm. Great breakfast also! The shower was hot with great water pressure. We had a mini fridge and coffee maker and other helpful accessories. It was a great stay, highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience for my daughter’s 11th birthday. We booked this location due to the affordable price and amenities. The pool is one of the best we’ve been to at a hotel and the staff was beyond friendly. Nicole at the front desk was very accommodating and she made sure our stay was pleasant. She took very good care of us and she’s honestly the biggest reason we are planning on coming back. Breakfast buffet was also delicious. Rooms were clean, spacious and perfect for our family of 4.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room appeared to be very clean. The whole hotel smelled good and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was pleasant. Traveling and wanted to find a reasonably priced hotel. This was perfect. Room sizes were generous with separate sitting area, clean, mini frig, very quiet. The staff was friendly. Free breakfast was delicious an great way to start our day. Not too far from downtown Chicago.

We had a great stay! The staff was very friendly! Easy access to shops and restaurants. Property was clean and safe. Breakfast buffet was nice with a lot of variety. Indoor pool was nice too! Would stay again next time we are in the area.

Stayed during the July 4th week for 6 days. Great location to lots of restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean, nice, smelled fresh but could use some updates in the bathroom. One thing is for sure you can’t get anyone to answer phones at the front desk or lobby area. I needed help with our luggage and tried calling for 20 minutes but no one ever answered. Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. They acted like it was a hassle to answer questions or ask for stuff. Parking was great until a huge wedding came in but at least the parking was free. The executive lounge was decent. The staff were very friendly but I feel like they need a better variety of breakfast and snacks. Same almost everyday. Executive lounge was closed for 2 days while we’ve there and they offered us $15 voucher per day for 2 people to use at the marketplace which was ridiculous. We could only get 1 coffee and fruit for that price. Not worth it! We were on the 18th floor which had great views. Did not use the pool but it looked nice. We never got bottled water restocked in our room which should be done daily.

My family and I stayed at The Westin Lombard over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, and we were thoroughly impressed with both the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the team members we interacted with. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. We also enjoyed the in-room dining, which consistently met our expectations. My two day stay was amazing! Comfortable, clean, and great hospitality. Charles, the driver, was the best!! He took our group every where we needed to go without hesitation. He was very friendly and helpful with his suggestions for dinner and things to do in Chicago!

Location,  starting when you walk in you smell clean smells and you walk into a very nice bright, updated modern place with smiling faces bellhops and Starbucks in another restaurant  the rooms are pretty comfortable  Our room could use a little bit of paint touchup, but it was quite clean and comfortable with definitely stay again.  The pool, hot tub and fitness area was excellent. They even had locker rooms and a  sauna  complementary robes in the closet and lavender pillow. Roll-on was a nice touch.  Oh, and I liked my name being on the TV. That was a nice personal touch. I appreciated that staff was also wonderful. They wouldn’t give me a few minutes later on my check out but that’s OK. The stuff is still great.

Love the location and the design of the room - simple, comfortable and clean. Great views back to the city. Breakfast in Cafe Robey was fab. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Oh, and the cocktails by the splash pool in the sunshine, and rooftop cocktails before heading out for an evening - these are a must!!

Our stay at The Robey in Chicago lasted just one night, as we came to the city to attend a Denzel Curry concert at the nearby venue, The Salt Shed. The hotel turned out to be an excellent choice – mainly due to its convenient location and proximity to the Blue Line train station, which provides easy access to both the city center and the airport. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with information – something that means a lot when visiting a city for the first time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay with great connections and welcoming service.

Room was cool layout, very nice, clean, spacious, nice view. Enjoyed the cafe and especially the rooftop bar. Great cocktails and amazing view.

Good restaurant on the first floor and a great bar on the 6th floor rooftop bar with great views of the city. The staff were very good and helpful. Our bed was comfortable and our room was very clean. The hotel is adjacent to the elevated train and the hotel had a noise machine provided in the room. There was a DJ playing music close by that Saturday evening, so the sound machine came in handy.

The Robey is an experience in itself. The rooms are amazing, the beds so comfortable, friendly staff, good restaurants, and great location. Unfortunately when our room was cleaned the coffee and cups, cream, etc…was not restocked. I called to the front desk but finally just went downstairs to the lobby and brought it up to the room. The only other issue we had was the tv did not work, not sure if it was the remote or the tv itself. I just think for $400+ a night there should not be issues. Regardless, it’s an amazing hotel and I would absolutely stay there again.

Overall property was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very attentive about keeping the breakfast area stocked and clean. The room needed some care. Our lampshades were burnt and melted which didn't make us feel great. Another wall lamp looked like it was falling off the wall. Beyond these things, the room was comfortable.

We needed a hotel close to a music venue we were attending. The hotel was very nice, quiet, very comfortable quiet room. Complimentary breakfast was great offering more than cereal, hot drinks and bagels. They provided scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, pancakes, fresh fruit, yogurt and other normal breakfast options.

This property is well maintained and very well run. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed the the modern, clean lines. Also very quiet, nobody running up and down the halls or slamming doors. Breakfast was OK but NO bacon 9nly turkey sausage. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at the Residence Inn was truly exceptional, providing the perfect blend of comfort and convenience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The breakfast experience was a highlight, thanks to an incredibly efficient worker who ensured everything was fresh and plentiful, even right up until closing. It was such a treat to be able to enjoy a hot, delicious meal just 15 minutes before they wrapped up, a testament to their dedication! We truly appreciated that attention to detail. The only tiny hiccup in an otherwise perfect stay was the lack of luggage carts in our specific building, as we weren't in the main one. Having those readily available for both arrival and departure would be a fantastic improvement. But honestly, that's a minor note in what was an overwhelmingly positive and comfortable experience. We absolutely loved our time at the Residence Inn and can't wait to return!

Excellent stay for our pre-flight evening, everything was as advertised. From the front desk attendant to the shuttle driver and breakfast room person, everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, the towels were fluffy and the bed comfy. We found plenty of restaurants within a short walk from the hotel which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and I would stay here again.

If you are going to an event at the All state Arena this is the place to stay as it is just a few minutes to walk there. The location is quiet with free shuttle service from the airport and lots of eating choices just across from the property. The room was so clean and spacious and the curtains completely close over the windows making for a fantastic night sleep along with the very comfy bed. The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of choices. Last but not least, the staff are all so friendly and helpful and kind! Can't wait for the next trip so I can stay here again!

I stayed here with my boyfriend while we attended Anime Central (ACen), also in Rosemont. Our room was in the 130s, and it was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and polite. The bathroom in our room was a bit old, and the sink drained slowly, but those are by no means major issues. Breakfast was good, notably the cheddar biscuits. Overall a very good stay. Thanks to the staff.

We loved the studio apartment feel. liked having the microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Very comfortable bed and couch. The room was clean and very close to Allstate Arena so we could walk to the concert we were there to see. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was great with a wide variety of items to choose from. I will definitely would choose this place again.

I cant wait to vist schaumburg again and stay at the sonesta. The room was spotless and fresh smelling. I liked the full kitchen with utensils but i did not cook anything, as i was on vacation and did not want too much domestic stuff to do :) breakfast every morning was good, lots to choose from every day and the coffee was delicious! Grubhub was my savior for tasty lunches and all was delivered within minutes. The bed was very comfortable i slept very well. The front desk staff was amazing both in and out. Five stars all around. One thing to please fix, the weather stripping seal around the door could be replaced/repaired, thank you!

Antonio, at the front desk, was a friendly and accommodating young man. I extended my stay because the bed was so comfortable and it was quiet. My room was like a 1 bedroom apt! The fridge had an ice maker. My room was clean, and the floor was clean and larger than I expected. I stayed at another major hotel chain, and the floor was dirty. I will definitely recommend it to others. The breakfast was delicious.

Friendly, attentive and helpful staff. The one bedroom suite was clean, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. The suite was perfect for one person to stay for several months. Nice breakfast with many options.

4 out of 5! Easy to check in. Convenient location. The room numbers are a little hidden but we found our spot. These are upper/lower townhouse style units with an outdoor flight of stairs. We were able to park close and did not mind carrying luggage up one flight of exterior stairs. Beds comfortable. Lots of hangers. Kitchen and beds clean. There is a coffeemaker in the room. We were able to pick up extra towels and coffee at front desk. They provide breakfast in the main building. Saturday morning breakfast was very good. Sunday was not good. They ran out of milk and said “it would be delivered tomorrow”. Really? This left all guests disappointed with flavored coffee creamer and dry cereal. The manager should have gone to the store and bought milk. Overall good experience for the price. We would stay again.

If you have ever stayed at a Sonesta Extended Stay, you already know they have great service, staff that goes out of their way to accommodate you and a general feeling of, “Welcome Home!” The 1 & 2 bedroom suites are true suites, they include private baths, a galley kitchen, dining and living room. All very well furnished & maintained. The Sonesta ES in Schaumburg is all these things and more. The property is superbly maintained, staff from the housekeepers to the GM just go out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience even under the “covid” conditions. Rooms & public areas are CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Looking forward to seeing operations without restrictions as they clearly have a great lounge, business center, BBQ & patio as well as scattered picnic tables, basketball court & swimming pool. It’s centrally located, easy access to ORD, trains, restaurants and amusements. I stay in hotels 300+ nights annually and believe me, I can stay anywhere I want.. when I am in Chicago, the Sonesta ES Schaumburg is always going to be my top pick.

Clean,clean,clean! This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Room was immaculate. Front desk gentleman who checked us in was warm and welcoming. Breakfast was continental with a large chafing dish of scrambled eggs and a breakfast meat selection each morning. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours a day. Shower was great, good water pressure and full sized shampoo, conditioner, and body wash attached to the shower wall. Revlon blowdryer in the bathroom( so much better than the standard cheapy hotel blowdryers ). Ironing board and iron in the room worked well. Large tv, microwave and mini fridge in each room. There are several good restaurants nearby, a nicer pizza burger place in the same parking lot as the hotel which is open for dinner ( lunch on weekends), Korean BBQ across the street which had a line out the door in the evenings. We enjoyed an awesome brunch/lunch and the nice atmosphere at Elly’s Pancake house. Surrounding area is definitely one of the nicer parts of Illinois. This is a smaller hotel with ample/convenient parking. We will definitely stay at this gem again in the future.

We got a voucher for this hotel from United after we missed a connecting flight at O’Hare and are so happy we did. The hotel looks totally new, the rooms are very comfy and modern and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. When we arrived via their shuttle to check in around 9:30 pm, tired and hungry, the reception person had menus for a place that did late food delivery all ready for us. There are several other restaurants within walking distance. Basic usual motel breakfast was included with good coffee.

property was great. Nice location, Very clean. Clean room, clean bathroom, very comfy mattress. My only complain is that the shower was too slow, takes longer time to bath(speaking for my room though). Breakfast was ok ( waffle, scrambled egg, cereals, bagel, coffee etc...), but they can improve on proteins, not everyone eats pork. Overall experience was great because clealiness is my top priority.

This was our second stay here. Prices are reasonable. Safe, clean, and comfy beds. Co-incidentally we got the same room twice - would have liked to try a different room. Breakfast is decent and a comfy area. It’s our new go-to place where we know our stay is going to be safe and clean with no problems. Good value.

First time staying at this Best Western - which was newly renovated and reasonably priced. Close to O’Hara Airport and with 45 minutes of Wrigley, our three night stay was all we could ask for and more. However, Maria our morning breakfast manager was amazing. As the only staff member each morning, she handled the dining area better than most well-staffed restaurants. Food was tasty, well-stocked and the counters and table were kept clean for the 2 12 hour serving sessions each of time we entered (7:45 am, 8:30 am and 6:30 am respectively).

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. Clean, safe, great staff, and decorated beautifully. Room was clean and nice smelling. Comfortable bed, great shower and an AMAZING tv. I think it was a 50 inch. Shower was great. Amazing sink and amazing backlit mirror.

While not a luxurious hotel (They don't advertise as one) they are a great excellent location hotel. Staff are nice and accommodating. Rooms are spotless clean. Love their cute pool which is not fancy, but clean, well maintained and is part indoor and part outdoor. Towels soft and plush, and everyone is just very helpful. I have stayed here many times and it's my #1 hotel when in Chicago. TY! And Keep up the good work

The room was clean, nice and very quiet. The shower is very large and clean with excellent water pressure. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I could change anything I would say the hallways need to be a bit brighter.

Friendliest and most helpful hotel staff in all of Chicago. My room was also immaculate. The gym is great for workouts, and having a first class restaurant, Jameson’s, on the premises makes this spot unbeatable. Great bar. Steaks. And tasty breakfast.

We stayed here one night while attending Brickworld Chicago and it was very convenient for that purpose. Our room was clean and quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The fridge was cold and the shower was hot. We LOVED the breakfast - especially me, since they had vegetarian options such as oatmeal with various toppings and eggs; along with meat for husband. The staff were friendly. This was very convenient to the convention center, only a 5 minute drive away, as well as IKEA across the road, and Costco down the road. Would recommend! The parking lot was safe and secure with a nice pond and ducks out front.

Hotel is very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh with many options. The room was clean and sheets and towels fresh and clean, though the towels are thin and not as thick and plushy as Hyatt hotel towels. Beds were moderately comfortable but my adult daughter and I both had a hard time finding comfort with the pillow options. A/C worked great. My only complaint is enough to take off one star. Our room phone rang at 9:15. We had gotten into bed already after 3 long days. I got out of bed and called the front desk. The person said she called just to see how our stay was so far. We had only been checked in a few hours. The call was unnecessary, especially at 9:15 at night. I was completely annoyed by having gotten out of bed for that checkup. It seemed a bit scammish to me. I disconnected the phone after that. If this is Hyatt's practice, it was a turnoff for me.

For the price we booked this at, it was a lot nicer than I expected. We had a separate seating area, and although the sofa wasn't that comfortable, it was a nice place to sit and eat. The room was clean and comfortable. If I had to complain about anything, it's that the bathroom door is hard to open and close because the shower and toilet are so close. You have to wedge yourself in between the two to make room to swing the door. If that's not a problem, then there there might not be anything at all wrong with the room. The breakfast surpassed expectations of an included breakfast. Very impressed with the whole property, we will be returnng when in town next.

The room was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, we had no issue getting to sleep. The bathroom was very clean and the shower had great water pressure also. The free breakfast was also nice, they had several different options to choose from. There was an indoor pool but we didn’t have time to use it.

Beautifully maintained hotel with exceptional customer hospitality, and centrally located near various restaurants. The hotel offers complimentary continental breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. I highly recommend Hyatt Place Chicago/Schaumburg. If I'm ever in the area again, I will choose this hotel.

Our group of 120 arrived at SpringHill Suites by Marriott (8101 W Higgins Rd, Chicago, IL) during an already busy time at the front desk. Despite the challenge, Magda Kowal went above and beyond—coming in from home and resolving a complex issue with our visitor list within just 20 minutes. From check-in to check-out, we received outstanding, professional service from the entire hotel staff. The rooms were impeccably clean, the hotel was well-maintained, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. We stayed for several days, and the staff's recommendations and local insights were incredibly helpful. Their hospitality truly made our stay feel effortless and enjoyable. As one of the last members of our group to receive a room, I can confidently say the experience was excellent from beginning to end. This review reflects my personal opinion, but I’m certain the rest of our 120-person group would wholeheartedly agree. Airport shuttle service is truly a great bonus! Daily buffet breakfast is a blessing to have. Space of the room is more than sufficient for a couple like us. The staff from the reception area, kitchen staff, and shuttle driver are all pleasant, kind, and very understanding. The generous good coffee is something I appreciate so much. We also loved the quiet neighborhood coz it made us feel safe. Distance to the airport is a jackpot coz you don't need to worry about being late. Lastly, the view from our room is beautiful... Special mention to Magda who is endlessly helpful and sweet!.. and the lady at the reception during the Chicago Marathon day around 5:10am (Oct 12) who gave us an apple for energy and lots of good energy to run the race... we truly appreciate you, ladies! Lastly, sending so much gratitude to the ladies assigned at the buffet breakfast... always kind and smiling and would even share a quick conversation even if they're so busy... gracias, Amiga!

The shuttle service from the airport was easy to find. The driver was helpful and polite. The staff in the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. Breakfast was lovely, a great variety and serving times meant we were able to eat really early before we set off on the shuttle back yo the airport. Again the free shuttle service to the airport was amazing, we were dropped outside our airlines doors as we were asked on entering who we were flying with. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I had an excellent overnight stay before flying out of O'Hare. Everything about this hotel was top-shelf, including the comfortable, spacious suite, excellent breakfast served in a spacious area, fast and reliable wi-fi, free airport shuttle, warm indoor pool, and friendly staff. About a 10 minute walk from the L. My only concern about this hotel was the shortage of nearby restaurants, but I highly recommend Spuntino's - low-key pizza, pasta, sandwich restaurant with excellent food, engaging owner, and very reasonable prices.

I highly recommend this hotel. It’s convenient to transportation and the staff there are the kindest people. No pool or jacuzzi which I think some photos show there actually is.

My professional continuing education meeting was held here this past weekend. The hotel is a beautiful property with a very unique design. My room was above average with a very large flat screen TV and comfortable bed. The bathroom was average and dated. It was a tub/shower that is older. However, overall I was comfortable and had all my needs covered. What I want to really speak about was the bar/restaurant called RED! The staff was very attentive, the meals I had were excellent (potstickers, steak sandwich, miso sweet chili shrimp and a peach/blue cheese/hot honey flatbread were some of the best I’ve ever had. Our food service for our meeting entailed breakfast and lunch. The offerings are wide and varied but all very fresh and excellently prepared. Kudos to the food and beverage team on an excellent weekend of food during my stay!

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries. The amenities were top-notch — The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I especially enjoyed the cozy lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a day of training. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay.

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago was fantastic! The hotel's proximity to the airport made it super convenient, and the complimentary shuttle service was a major plus. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable, offering great views and quiet nights despite being near the airport. The staff was professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs.

Breakfast was delicious & hot and had many options even to go.. the pool and jacuzzi was clean & excellent. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable.

So close to woodfield mall and to all the restaurant. Yummy breakfast plus room and the whole hotel are clean. We will be back for sure. We love the swimming pool plus jacuzzi is very clean.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. The shower walls and tubs were very clean. We really liked that the sink was separated from the shower and toilet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very quiet, family-friendly hotel.

Breakfast was super good. Lots of options. Pool/hot tub area was clean and relaxing. Had the whole hot tub to myself in the morning after breakfast. Room was spacious and clean. Check out is at noon which was amazing. I was able to have breakfast, take a dip in the pool and still relax in my room for a bit before packing. For someone who is not a morning person, this was great.

Very clean and spacious room. Cozy bed and nice clean sheets. It's close to Woodfields mall, and there is a whole food nearby. Friendly staff. It's definitely worth the money. Breakfast was alright. There's a microwave in the room, which was very convenient. They provide shuttle service to nearby places within 5 miles.
