This place is nice, good location, clean. This is the second time we stay here. The only complain I have is that the pool and jacuzzi were not working. The water was very cold even in the spa.

The Jacuzzi was out of order and there were no chairs or any seating area around the very small and dated pool. Rooms were comfortable. Location was good.

It was great staff were very accomodating and friendly except the pool and jacuzzi dirty beds need upgrade

How can I rate a Holiday Inn 5 stars? Well when you have staff that's extremely positive, helpful, and caring, then you get a major positive review. is this a 5 star hotel, the answer is no, but for the price, location, and warm welcome, it deserves it. Again, the front staff was amazing, fun, joking, and just a perfect fit during these times. The room is, well you know, just a room, but it didn't feel cramped. There was decent water pressure, and the water was hot quick. The breakfast is not in a paper bag, but what else can you expect? Coffee was decent, and they had flavored creamer, so that's a win. The a/c in the room, the dials were finicky, but again, I was looking for a place to crash after wine tasting. We did hit the jacuzzi, and I would say the water was around 101 degrees, so not a perfect 104 degrees, but it was quiet and nice. They brought out fresh towels for us, and it was a great way to end the staycation. I would recommend the street side as opposed to the freeway side, but it's up to you. I would also recommend walking to Mo's for breakfast, and living life a little. We used to stay at the Chiron Chateau, which included breakfast, but we might make this our new go-to combination. As the room is adequate and the food at Mo's is better, also it's about 50% off of what we were paying.

We had a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Temecula/Murrieta. Jenna greeted us and was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself seemed well taken care of. Clean. New. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Bathroom was clean as well. One of the nicer hotels I have stayed in the past several years and I have been traveling quite often. As an elite member, they accommodated us with the perks an elite member is entitled to, for example the late check out we needed. Jenna was also helpful when we needed the nearest UPS store or restaurant in Old Town Temecula. We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area. Great town with lots of restaurants and shops too! 10 out of 5 stars!

Pros: Very helpful and professional staff. The restaurant staff that worked the weekend of May 4-5 were OUTSTANDING! The amount of people they were able to accommodate was super impressive. Even the man working security made sure we were being helped. Lots of pantry options. Great breakfast choices. Nice lobby for dining and socializing. Rooms are clean and beds are really comfortable. We slept so well! Parking is a breeze. Great if you need to leave and come often. The pool area has a fire pit right outside of it. Just perfect for a late evening swim and socializing!! Cons: Gym is bare minimum. Some cardio and free weights.

The front desk girl was very helpful & very pleasant. Had a nice smile and very friendly. The room were super clean, comfortable bed, soft white towels. The free breakfast was delicious, with a variety of breads, yogurt, coffee & juices. It's like a 5 mins drive to some well known restaurants.

The property was clean and the staff was nice. Doris at the front desk was Amazing!! She was such a pleasure to work with!! She was so professional, friendly and extremely helpful at all times!! The complimentary breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was always well stocked and clean.

Doreese, the office manager, did an excellent job. She had a friendly disposition and worked hard to ensure that all the patrons were given the best service. The room was comfy and spacious. The breakfast in the morning was also tasty and clean. I would happily return for a follow-up stay. Excellent work, Doreese! They are lucky to have someone at their establishment who takes such pride in her work.

King bed with sofa room is spacious and clean. All my desired amenities of fridge, microwave and in-room coffee. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. I happily recommend for a comfortable budget stay.

I was a bit worried about staying here after reading all the bad reviews. We had a great experience. Every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The hotel property is massive. We were able to check in right away and recognized as Hilton Honors members. There was plenty of parking and it was only $10/night. Our room was on the smaller side for an Embassy Suites property but it was very clean and free of odors. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room looked updated. We were on the 5th floor facing the pool and had no problem with noise. The reception was wonderful, the bartender was super busy. They offered cheese and crackers and chips and salsa. Breakfast the next morning was delicious with homemade omlettes, pancakes, bacon and sausage. The bar and dining areas were smaller than I'm used to but there was over flow seating outside on the patio and in the bar and dining room areas. They don't offer digital keys, at least we didn't have it, but you can check out through the Hilton Honors app. I will definitely stay here again! We had a great time!

This was our second stay at Embassy Temecula…we liked it so much the first time. The front desk people were nice and courteous. The room was awesome. It was spacious, quiet, extremely comfortable and extremely clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. We loved the happy hour with the free cocktails and loved the delicious daily breakfast. One of the bartenders, Jennifer, was outstanding! She was fast, efficient, very friendly and made awesome drinks. The bartender on the second night was the total opposite. I didn’t catch his name, but he was not Jennifer. He was very slow and wasn’t friendly. We will, however, definitely stay at Embassy SuitesTemecula again.

The evening reception was fun and not rushed at all. Breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. The freshly prepared omelet was well cooked and served with a smile. The gentleman who attended on the breakfast service was also very friendly and helpful.

I was worried about my stay after reading the most recent reviews. That is why I felt it was important to write my experience in the hope that it helps someone else. This was an overnight stay on a Thursday in the Tempranillo Room which is located a short drive across the street from Europa Village. Check -in was quick and friendly with complimentary glasses of Sangria (really good). The room was newly remodeled, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a TV, loveseat, desk and chair, closet, robes, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, 2 nightstands and balcony with two chairs overlooking the vineyard. There is a communal TV area with a cozy couch and fireplace and dining area with a dining table, cute coffee bar, and refrigerator. Outside on the communal patio is a fire pit area and hot tub. In the morning, you can go to the coffee bar, make a cup and sit out on your balcony or relax in the communal area. We had amazing food and service at their restaurant, Bolero. We also had excellent service in the wine tasting room. The facility is expanding to include a spa, 40 additional rooms, and amphitheater so there is some construction going on. Since we stayed on the hill across the street, we were not bothered by this. Overall, my husband and I had an excellent, relaxing overnight get-away. I am definitely coming back .

We were staying for a wedding which was at another venue although this property is also a wedding venue. The property is still in the development phase, but while we were there it was not disruptive. We stayed in one of the casitas in the lower area of the property. The room had an enclosed patio’ floor to ceiling doors/windows looking onto the patio. The room had a large flat screen, Kurig coffe maker, cozy robes, the bed was comfy, linens and towels were comfortable, shower was large with perfect water pressure. There is a small refrigerator and honor bar. Our room included breakfast which we enjoyed. Lovely breakfast with helpful and friendly service. Oh yes Erica checked us in and offered a welcoming sangria. The casitas were not view rooms but were very quite. Other friends stayed at the hilltop location which had very nice views but I would opt for the casitas

This was a very pleasant to stay for two nights. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and had a balcony with a panoramic view over the street and hillsides. Breakfast was superb--two carefully prepared dishes, one sweet with fresh fruit and one savory, delivered fresh from the kitchen along with coffee and fruit juice.

Spent 2 nights in the En Vie suite and a lovely time. The room itself was quaint, but very clean, comfortable, and quiet. There was a private balcony with a comfortable loveseat, big coffee table, and great views. Service was pleasant all around Europa Village, especially Mae in Guest Services who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

It was a good experience at this hotel. It is well located with plenty of dining options within walking distance. There is strip mall across the street. It can be a good option to visit the local wineries in the region. The room was clean and linens were fresh. Parking is free. The front desk is friendly and the morning breakfast is served. This was great stay! The front desk staff was welcoming and informative. The laundry area was convenient since we had to wash sports uniforms that needed to be used the following morning. The complimentary breakfast was great — hot food was available (not just boxes of cereal and bagels) and the staff kept the dining areas clean and fresh. Will definitely stay here again.

They also had a nice, but small gym, but just enough for me to enjoy a quick workout. They also had a swimming pool and jacuzzi. Their staff was friendly and accommodating. Great place for the price!

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. My friend and I were comfortable checking in and out. We also enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious. I had eggs and pastries with juice and coffee. The eating area was clean and comfortable. I love the location too. A lot of stores in the area and right off the freeway. My friend and I shall return.

The bed was comfortable and our room was very clean. Hallways were clean and quiet. The hot breakfast buffet was very tasty and there was a nice selection of food.

I was apprehensive to stay here after seeing the other reviews, but was pleased to have a good experience. The hotel is new, clean and convenient, located just off the highway. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was what you’d expect for a new holiday inn, plenty of room and in good shape. The beds were very comfortable. We asked for a room off the highway, and found it to be quiet. Breakfast was ok, standard hotel fare but plenty of it. Only complaints: for some reason the outlet beside the bed would turn on and off throughout the night, which would click the clock on and off, and the hot tub was out of service. For a quick one night stay on our way to the coast, this served our purposes very well.

Stayed for 4 nights. Roadside room you can hear the traffic. The reception area and breakfast area are spacious and functional. The shower 316 was amazing, so powerful . Rooms clean and the breakfast was spot on for what you need. Cereal, juice, eggs, bacon, turkey burger, omelette etc . Gym was small but very well kept and a small outside pool that we didn’t use. Comfortable bed

My family decided to stay in this hotel after a wrestling tournament. At arrival the staff was friendly and it was a quick check in. The lobby was clean and very inviting, even offering coffee, water. We checked into our room which was nicely decorated and spacious. We especially liked the large refrigerator. We went to dinner at O C B which was amazing and brought leftovers (which we warmed in the microwave). There were dishes for us to use and everything was very convenient. Breakfast was waffles, sandwiches, and yogurt/cereal. It was good. I would have liked fresh fruit but not complaining. The beds are soft and the pillows make for a great night sleep. I especially liked the hot shower which had a lot of water pressure. Overall my family and I were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay again!! Very close to Old Town as well.

I looked at hotels in the area and this hotel was not next to Interstate 15. It's definitely a quiet and safe location. All the employees we had interacted with during our stay were friendly and professional. There was 24 hour coffee & hot tea available. Our rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed for our needs. They have a heated(80°) saline pool that unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use. But, hotel guests were enjoying it. There is a gym on-site and washing machines/dryers. There is a small marketplace that sells non-perishable items, drinks, including wine, beer and hard seltzer, next to the front desk. Breakfast had hot and cold items. Check out was at 11a.m.. After asking the front desk, he let us hang out in their lobby for a bit due to checking into a resort hotel holding an event we were attending in the evening. When we were hanging out in the lobby, I had enjoyed their variety of music they played. My dad was happy that he could watch ESPN or a Sunday football game on the 2 flat-screen TVs. We would definitely stay here again when we are visiting Temecula.

TLDR: Recommended. 2 rooms, one Saturday night stay. Helpful, friendly staff without exception. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Newish with minor wear and tear. Bathroom spotless and generously stocked with linens. Kitchenette not used but was very clean and looked to be completely functional. Free breakfast was very good. Staff worked hard restocking to keep up with heavy demand with only short waits for freshly cooked eggs and bacon. Cost for a single Saturday night stay was high at all nearby properties; H2S was in the middle of the pack on price but at the top for amenities and, I reckon, for service and quality. Well done.

As a solo female traveler, I liked that this property felt comfortable and safe. It's far enough from the freeway where its not noisy or sketchy, and the parking lot was well lit. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The complimentary breakfast had great variety and is convenient for anyone with a busy morning schedule. Food options included a waffle maker, toaster for bread/bagels, breakfast sandwiches similar to starbucks, egg/cheese omelettes, yogurts, cereals/granola, fruit juices, coffee (which I believe is available 24/7 in the lobby). Definitely would book here again or look into other home2 suites properties.

Villas are a good size and comfortable. Very private and romantic. Large jacuzzi tub and separate shower with a private water closet a.k.a. tiolet area.

I love this property! It has everything dining, spa services, pool jacuzzi and I especially love the villa rooms. More private and we had beautiful view of the vineyard. It was like being in the middle of it.

The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my family. The surroundings were beautiful.

The Pool area was nice comfortable, lots of lounge chairs (needed more shade via umbrella's due to the lack of mature trees.) The tasting room staff was friendly and knowledgeable, wines were really nice. Grapevines all around us, felt like we were worlds away and only an hour from home ;) The villa's are equipped with a jacuzzi bathtub which was nice, and double heads in the shower, and double sinks. It was quiet, even though there was lots of activity on the property.

One of the nicest resorts on winery road. They make outstanding wine right there on their property. The room was very upperclass, not your typical hotel room. Front desk is outstanding staff and the pool offers drink and snack items brought to you. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice but the pool and area needs some outdated maintenance.

The view was amazing and so was the room. Very comfortable. Loved the breakfast options. Made a great start to our day. The pool and jacuzzi were great to relax in after a day of wine tastings.

Amazing property in the middle of a vineyard. Beautiful room, very spacious with a pleasant patio overlooking the vineyard. Nice pool and hottub for a post wine tasting soak.

The room was spacious and very clean with an absolutely beautiful view and direct access to the vineyards right out our French doors, the bathroom had a large walk in shower w/twin showers and also included a large jacuzzi tub. The continental breakfast had great selections to choose from and was delivered to your door every morning at your designated time.

The property was well maintained and clean. The breakfast was adequate. The jacuzzi was very refreshing. The location was very close to Old Town and near to shopping centers. It was a relaxing vacation.

The hotel was newly remodeled with a retro vibe. Everything was clean and new. Plenty of parking and it was walking distance to downtown. The breakfast was a standard motel breakfast: fresh fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, toast, bagels, cereal, waffles, coffee, tea, and juice. Next to the highway but we didn't hear traffic noise. Occasionally, we heard people walking by our room, but for the most part it was a quiet motel. Staff was friendly, check in and out was easy.

Fun motel, with mid-century modern decor and design. Clean, well-maintained, quiet and close to Old Town. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

This was my 3rd stay at this facility (the first one was good, the second one awful, this one was terrific). The tone is set at check in, where we were greeted by Ellie at the front desk who made us feel welcomed. We stayed in a King room (mini-suite type room) on the 3rd floor. Spacious room with a mini fridge, microwave and safe. Pullout couch. Plenty of USB ports, at the desk as well as on both sides of the bed. Nice touch with the bedside reading lights, so you can read in bed if your partner is sleeping. Really comfortable bed and pillows. Extra blanket in closet. Iron and ironing board. Alarm clock. In room coffee maker (pods). Spacious bathroom (the counter is a bit small) with a quite large shower with a rain shower head. Large fluffy towels, hairdryer. Very quiet air conditioning. The breakfast area is clean and inviting, with a wide variety of food and beverage offerings, with both indoor and outdoor dining areas. ) Plenty of parking. Easy walk to Old Town and if you're a little more adventurous, you can even walk to Longhorn Steakhouse or the brewery by the duck pond. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

Our room was cozy and small, really nice. Clean and with the usual amenities of any hotel. Reception people are nice and welcoming. The bathroom is clean and good. We didn't have a chance to get into the pool, we just noticed it was inside and not in an open space, I think it's ok for the area. Breakfast was fantastic! Just perfect and delicious! Well organized, and the area is clean. I have orange juice, a combination of two coffees, scrambled eggs with veggies, small square potatoes, bacon (the bacon tastes really good), and a really delicious small waffle. I didn't see fruit. But all was so good that I wish I could have more now. They let me keep our suitcase after our check out in the front office, like in any hotel, and some chopping bags that I got from the old town, and they take care of them until I return. Everything was in a safe room, and nothing got lost, so I appreciate it that they didn't break our trust. We had a great experience, there were tiny things that maybe we didn't like, but nothing cannot get fixed or that it wasn't on their hands.

This is a really well run property. We have stayed here numerous times since this property opened and this time was the best experience overall. From early check in (thank you, Nori!) to the nicely appointed room, to the clean and well stocked breakfast area, it was terrific from start to finish. I would love it even more if this property had an outdoor pool (the small pool is indoors, although there is a nice little area to sit right outside it). The King room has everything you need - Keurig coffee, safe, microwave, refrigerator, couch and coffee table, plenty of USB ports, extremely spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and the super long counter (love it!) with lots of fluffy towels. They have expanded the handicapped parking area and added 2 EV charging stations, so it's nearly impossible to get a parking space in the covered area. Not a deal breaker, but in hot & sunny Temecula, covered parking was a nice perk. Overall, nice clean property with friendly, helpful staff. It's our go-to place for our trips to Temecula wine country.

This hotel was amazing, conveniently located right at the beginning of Old Town Temecula, with lots of restaurants within walking distance. WiFi, free parking, and breakfast is included😋😋😋 We stayed two nights in a spacious, clean, large room with comfortable beds. Our room had two queen beds and a double sofa sleeper, huge shower, no tub, one sink but plenty of counter space for us ladies. The usual amenities were also provided: microwave, small fridge, single pod coffee maker, etc…… There is an indoor pool and an exercise room. The building has three floors with elevators. We only had one slight problem: ants in the bathroom; nothing major. Shout out to the staff, especially Ellie! She was fantastic, from check-in to check- out. I would love to stay there again❤️

great place to stay for a simple, clean and friendly stay in the heart of old town temecula. Felt safe and secured parking in the evening because of only one way in and out, and secured door to lobby entrance. Walking distance to Old Town and nice simple breakfast option. Clean and tidy. Nice room plenty of space, modern looking and clean with plenty of storage. Large nice bathroom too.

The grounds are lovely and the golf course beautiful and straight forward, with very nice, cushy golf carts. The rooms are clean and large, with double sinks and private toilet, but more on the rustic side, not luxury. The bath products were nice. The bed was very comfy, but like most hotels these days, the pillows are lumpy foam/fake feather. Not horrible, but we drove, so luckily brought our own feather pillows. One important complaint is although the TV remote has a Netflix and Amazon button, neither are available, it is not a smart TV, only local channels and HBO (but whatever is on, not streaming). Also, we were charged a $21 resort fee, but there isn't a pool or jacuzzi, just a tiny butterfly garden (when in season). You must pay for the golf, so not sure what the resort fee is even for! The restaurant is very nice looking...request a booth by the window. The food and drinks are very pricey, but I liked the food (the calamari appetizer and burrata appetizer were delish). The pasta short rib ragu was good, but not enough sauce or any depth of flavor. My husband had the hangar steak which is said was 'okay'. The server asked if he'd like to make it 'surf and turf' by adding shrimp or scallops. He opted for the scallops, not realizing the upcharge was additional $22 for two scallops on top the $42 steak...we should have asked, but truly the server should have offered that information. All in all, we had a lovely time, albeit a $750 one night getaway.

The staff at the resort welcomed us with a glass of wine when we checked in..win! My best friend and I were celebrating our birthdays and the resort surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco, the most delicious snickerdoodle cookies and a nice card in our room! The room was perfect. Comfy Beds, mini fridge, large vanity area which is great for 2 women getting ready, and a nice patio with a view that we enjoyed coffee in the morning. We had a lower level room and parked right outside our door. The restaurant, Cork Fire was exceptional! We enjoyed a relaxing dinner with amazing drinks overlooking the golf course. The hostess, the bartender and server were great! Perfect location to access freeway, Temecula, casino, shopping, restaurants & wine country

Beautiful resort. Service across the board was outstanding. Corner king room was exceptional - large, clean, comfy and great wrap around balcony with gorgeous views. Restaurant and bar had amazing food drinks and service. Pool and hot tub clean and fun. Casino shuttle a nice plus. Would definitely recommend and stay again at this amazing hotel!

I gave this a four for for property condition and facilities…Only to bring your attention. This is an older property that has been maintained quite well. There are a few things that could use some fine-tuning. The look of the resort is older yet we found that part special. I could picture Bob Hope, Bing Crosby and countless others walking around this property playing golf or just hanging out by the pool. The rooms were huge, the bathrooms spacious, the bed super comfortable. The room service, timely, and the amenities just perfect. You will not be disappointed staying here yet if you are looking for a place that looks like the Taj Mahal, this is not it yet if you were looking for a place that’s comfortable, quiet, has amazing views, and truly creates a space where you can relax and let the staff take care of you and this is your place. We will come back again.

Beautiful property, clean comfortable rooms and every staff member I encountered was awesome. Especially the night guys at the front desk, very helpful and polite. Good breakfast options, and the bar was open late. Fires to sit by outside and unwind. Amazing shower, clean spacious bathrooms, comfortable pillows and beds, nice spacious rooms with a safe, fridge and a nice closet. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Very clean, comfortable, modern, and quiet! Staff was friendly, polite, and professional. Check-in and parking were convenient. Room had all the amenities needed and I liked the Neutrogena bath products.

We stayed for one night. The staff was friendly and even provided complimentary bottled water, which was appreciated. The room was clean, and the hotel was quiet and conveniently located within 5 miles of Thornton Winery, where we attended a concert. There’s no full-service restaurant on-site, and the limited “breakfast” set up that was offered was basic continental style that didn’t look very appealing, so we opted to eat at a nearby local restaurant. The cost for the room was a bit high given the limited amenities. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location—it’s also near Old Front Street, which we enjoy exploring the shops and boutiques.

This was our 2nd stay. Great location, friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and good breakfast. Underground parking is nice. Pool and patio area look nice, hopefully will have time for those next visit. Very convenient location to wineries, old Town, etc.

Our room was comfortable and very clean. Shower had additional jets and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious with comfortable seating area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They do allow pets. We were able to travel with our cats with no issue.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable beds, room and breakfast was great. Very quiet rooms and rooms had blackout curtains for a good nights rest. Shower was hot and water pressure was nice. Would stay here again.

The price point was excellent for the services provided. $90 for a comfortable king size bed in a spacious room for me and my wife. Bathroom was clean and spacious as well. Shower head needed a little attention to but nothing that stops an excellent rating. Breakfast was included with a variety of hot and cold items including but not limited to waffles, eggs, sausages and an assortment of hot and cold drinks. Check in and out were efficient.

Overall, we always have a pleasant experience at La Quinta properties. One downside here was the wall unit air con/ heater let out foul air, so probably needs the filter cleaned. The work around was just turning it off. The free breakfast "buffet" could use a few more options for people of various needs. (The two times I have stayed here, I have only seen bread, waffles, apples, oranges, and one type of granola bar. There has been coffee, some kind of juice, and packets of green tea. ) However, compared to other properties in the area, you're still getting a good room rate even if you cannot take advantage of the breakfast.

My husband and I stayed at the Ponte Vineyard Inn from a Monday - Wednesday in November 2023. The hotel was very quiet with not many guests and there was adequate parking. We planned our stay around booking a hot air balloon ride. Our room was located in the newer building. It was nicely decorated and included a large balcony overlooking the vineyard with partial pool view. One morning while having coffee on the balcony, we saw a hot air balloon landing in the distance! We did have a few issues including that the heater was not working efficiently and not having our room cleaned although we did make the request upon check in. We did see the cleaners on our floor and they were happy to provide fresh towels and amenities, but could not service the room since it was not included on their list for that day. We had breakfast both mornings at the outdoor cafe and the food was excellent. The cafe service was a little bit on the slower side, but staff were very friendly and professional. We walked the hotel grounds, and all of the landscaping and buildings are immaculate! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel.

Our family stayed her for a wedding and had a fantastic time. The hotel has a very relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and very clean and well maintained. You always saw team members around tending to the grounds and enhancing the property. The pool area was great with lots of shade. They had table tennis and putting green which my son enjoyed. 1 of the days for over an hour we had the entire pool to ourselves. Dinning options were a little limited during the morning and early afternoon mid week, but otherwise were pretty good. Big shout out to Samantha at the front desk who was able to find my wife’s wedding ring we left behind and had them at the front desk when we came back and a big thank you to Kayla at the bouquet restaurant in the mornings for always being so friendly, inviting and attentive. We really enjoyed our time here at this hidden gem in Temecula.

Fabulous Birthday Weekend for my wife. A short hours drive from our home in the desert, the Ponte Winery Resort was fabulous. The facilities are beautiful, rooms spacious, clean, well appointed, and quiet. The three restaurants are staffed with friendly and attentive staff. The food is delicious and the portions enough for two. If you are thinking of planning a wedding, the facilities are spectacular. The only downside is that for our tastes, the wine is pedestrian. Nothing stood out as saying, Buy me, and take me home! On the other hand, we did buy two bottles from the South Coast Winery next door. This has been a wonderful and memorable weekend outing, and one to be repeated.

My husband and I went for our anniversary and stayed 2 nights, we were amazed! The room was comfortable and cute, the grounds were kept so clean and had lots of greenery, and the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The pool area was very clean and poolside drinks were amazing. The food ar every restaurant was so fresh and good, we will be returning.

This place is awesome! We have stayed at the Inn a few times and have been wine club members at Ponte Winery for about 18 years. The winery, the hotel and the restaurants were just as good as they have always been. Our room with a view into the vineyards was beautiful and the bedding was extremely comfortable. We especially want to give extra kudos to Jackie in the Restaurant at Ponte and Macy in the Cellar Bar for their great service. Phenomenal service, great food and great wines made our most recent Valentines week stay very memorable. We look forward to our next visit to Ponte!

We had a very one night short stay, but loved every minute! What a beautiful resort. The rooms are amazing. Extremely modern and clean. Every amenity you could think of. Nice spacious modern clean room. The bathroom is beautiful. Extra blanket and pillow in the closet. Keurig coffee pot. Nice size refrigerator. The decor is modern and classy. This resort could easily compete with a Vegas hotel. What brought it home for us was the pools. OMG it’s like 6 pools/Jacuzzis built in to sections. Tempered saltwater. The whole pool area spotless. The loungers and umbrella’s were clean and ultra modern. They have coolers all over the pool area stocked with ice and bottled waters. The pool bar was lovely and the staff were SUPER attentive and friendly. A few of the pools have plastic swivel loungers that you can sun bathe and swivel around to catch the sun and still be in the pool. They also serve food at the pool but we didn’t try but the prices for food and drinks were reasonable. We are from NY, we were booked at Harrahs So.Cal and checked out a day early because their pools and pool area was run down and dirty that we were so disappointed. We booked Pala for our last night. Best decision ever. We were so happy with that choice we wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend and will be returning!!

This is a fantastic local casino hotel! All of the great restaurants and amenities of a larger casino, in a great local casino. Beautiful pool area with bar and wait services. Rooms are big, comfortable bed, large bathrooms and they are impeccably clean. Luxurious bedding and towels, in room coffee bar and complimentary bottled water. Loads of restaurant options on site mean you never need to leave. This is our new go-to Cali casino.

Our stay was comfortable. Room was large, clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants on site in which to eat or get a snack. The casino has a large non-smoking area in addition to the smoking area. Machines are well laid out and there are many choices of games and amounts required to play them. This venue is quiet and comfortable compared to some other casino/hotels we visited. Only negative is they charge a resort fee but the pool was closed and there was no entertainment the day we were there.

The employees were very nice and very helpful. All the way from check in to having dinner at their restaurants and breakfast at their cafe. They have a new italian restaurant.That is very beautiful and yeah, we didn't get a chance to eat there, but it sure looked nice from outside and the menu was great. We had a great stay at Pala. The rooms are spacious, clean, newly remodeled and convenient to get to. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The dealers at the table games in the Caisno were engaging, but professional. The only negative aspect was the strong odor of cigarette smoke throughout the Casino, but we expected that.

The front desk staff was always very nice. The pillows in the room were lumpy and uncomfortable. The jacuzzi was open, but the jets didn't work and the water was barely warm. That was very disappointing. The continental breakfast was excellent. The pillows were the biggest downside.

Stayed for a couple of nights. Room was clean and comfortable, as was the property in general. They have a beautiful swimming pool and jacuzzi. I was particularly delighted that the laundry room was open 24/7 as it saved me the trouble of having to find a laundromat while on the road. I have a medical condition (CIRS) that is aggravated by molds and other biotoxins in the air, but I had no issues here at all; a big relief! There were a few small maintenance issues in the room that I reported on the way out, but nothing serious. A terrific stay, would happily return. Highly recommend this place to others.

The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, the room was nice and clean, nice amenities, including the fridge, breakfast was the best in the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. The text from the staff checking on me was an extra special touch.

Very safe area and great for families and you can walk to many stores for incidentals right down the street which is also the beginning of "Old Town" area and you can leave your while exploring the whole street for restaurants and bars, live music sometimes and one of the reasons they're always busy.

Rooms are all very clean and comfortable with just the right amount of furnishings for your needs. Samsung TV's, clean sheets and linens. Bed and pillows very soft and great to get a good night's sleep in. Hot water on the faucet for shaving and always plenty of towels. Ice machines and microwave centrally located to all the rooms. Staff friendly and helpful all the time. Easy access to I-15 and all main roads for shopping and eateries. Right in Old Town for all the events. Easily one of my favorite places to stay in Temecula. Even the parking is plentiful and well lit at night. Safe area for families to walk around.

I love that it's near the city bus lines so if you're using public transportation that's a plus! There's a great taco shop and Denny's restaurant within walking distance. Literally 2 minutes up the street from the hotel. The area was surprisingly quiet and I felt safe while walking with my children. Staff was amazing and friendly, would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay. We were celebrating my friend's 79th birthday. We don't get to see each other a lot since I moved to Murrieta 6 yrs ago. She loved the quiet location and the fact that she felt safe taking walks in the area. The room was clean.The beds were comfy. We loved all the beautiful landscaping around the pool. Everyone in the office was so nice and friendly. We will absolutely be back.

The location is great, we walked to the Old Town, very clean, smells very clean, the staff very friendly, coffee in the lobby is amazing, very quietly at night and the price very reasonable. We staying again here in the future and highly recommended.

I'd heard great things about the spa at Murietta Hot Springs so I booked a Serious Sleep Massage with Tony. I am not exaggerating when I say that this was one of the best massages I have ever had. It was the perfect combination of relaxing and pressure to relieve sore muscles. Tony is a gifted massage therapist, and my only regret is not booking a longer massage. I will be booking again. The entire spa was lovely. The spa manager Angie was there to make sure everything was perfect and she was so kind and really takes pride in the spa. Elsie at the front was extremely helpful and welcoming. Since I had never been before they gave the rundown on how to check in in the bathhouse and where the private spa pools were. It is definitely worth buying a spa service, as you get free admission to the hot springs pools, which is normally $90. Getting a spa service also gives you access to a robe and a large locker, which makes it a pretty awesome value. The staff at the front of the bathhouse is also very kind and helpful. They set me up with my wristbands and a locker. The pools are great and there is tons of space to spread out and everything was clean and tidy. There were some gorgeous swans on property, and they were friendly and really fun to watch. I can't wait to come back. It was a lovely experience.

We had the most wonderful stay at Murrieta Hot Springs Resort! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcomed—they were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, and we really enjoyed exploring all the amenities the resort has to offer. The location is also a big plus—peaceful and relaxing, yet just a short drive from great local restaurants and shops. But the true highlight for me was the aqua yoga class—it was such a unique, calming experience and an absolute must for anyone visiting. I also loved the mud therapy session, which left me feeling refreshed and renewed. My husband especially enjoyed the cold plunges, which were invigorating and a great contrast to the warm mineral pools. We also dined at Talia Kitchen, where we found a great variety of delicious dishes and some of the friendliest staff we’ve met on a trip. Everything about this place was thoughtful and restorative. We can’t wait to come back!

The Murrieta Hot Springs Resort is a beautiful property with many amenities for relaxing and rejuvenating. The adult only pool and cabana were spectacular. Mineral pools were amazing and the cold plunge was invigorating. A busy day but never felt crowded. Our cabana server Ahnee was very attentive and personable. She provided us with first class customer service. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The bar service was exceptional and our club sandwich was delicious. If you have not been to the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort, you are missing out. I highly recommend this fabulous resort.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday here and had a fantastic time! Starting at check in! Front desk took the time to explain the resort! Went over what was included and offered and outlined the property map! Our room was fresh and clean and the mid century decor was such a new touch. The resort is a wellness dream with a state of the art fitness center and offers many classes. The pools and hot springs and clean and very well maintained. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is alot of information posted thru out to explain the health benefits of all that is offered. We did a guided sound bath with Em who also guided us thru a cold plunge. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Talia the on site restaurant was also a gorgeous mid century dream. Andy our waiter was awesome and the food was so delicious. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

These are the nights I am so happy for Trip Advisor! Not sure I would've opted for this non-chain motel without the great reviews. It completely lived up to my expectations! This is a no frills motel, but has everything I expected and required. Very clean, great bed & pillows, microwave/fridge/coffee pot in room, good tv with many channels (including ESPN & sports channels, not sure what that other guy was talking about), decent free WiFi, well-maintained, decent sized King room with desk & sitting chair, lots of outlet plug-ins, good customer service at front desk & fairly quiet despite being conveniently located right off the highway. An extra perk is that you are 0.4 miles from Old Town Temecula which has nightly music, pubs, restaurants and unique, independent shops. I am right next to the Best Western which cost $80 more per night. Denny's & Alberto's right across the street, but I recommend walking to Old Town for a variety of eats, shopping & music.

I'm glad to have stopped in Temecula for a quick one night stay working my way to Palm Springs after a long conference in San Diego. Rancho California was a no fuss, quiet, comfortable and conveniently located hotel just off the freeway. The room I stayed in was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I walked to dinner and breakfast in Old Town. Had a brief but lovely stay -- next time I'm in the area I will try to check out the wineries everyone is talking about!

The property is in a good state, it is clean and the owners were friendly and helpful, it is close to a few restaurants that sell breakfast which is convenient.

Stayed here with Bonvoy points to go to a jazz concert at Thornton Winersy. Just off freeway exit, walking distance to Old Town, about ten minutes from wineries. Room was clean, quiet. Staff very friendly and helptul. Shower with gallons of hot water; apparently no drought in Temecula. Comfortable bed. A bit of an odd room layout with sliding doors for separate toilet and shower compartments. Not a lot of storage space but there was a microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge. Like a lot of "modern" hotel rooms there just wasn't enough light. Reading lights over the bed were good but not enough light in the bathroom for my wife to put on makeup. Breakfast was good with complete selection of eggs, sausage, waffles, baked goods, fruit juuices, and cereal.

Very comfortable room, especially the bed, spacious and clean. We loved the free coffee, breakfast in the morning with make your own waffle, and the indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel was located exactly 2 minute drive from downtown Temecula, where the action is.It felt very safe and welcoming to my little boy and I when we stay there.

This hotel exceeded expectations based on the reviews. Despite many writing about a lack of cleanliness/condition, the hotel has seemingly been renovated since then. There are aspects that feel dated, but overall, really pleasant experience. Breakfast was one of the better breakfast experiences I have had at a Springhill Suites. Staff was all really helpful and friendly. Location is ideal to get to the Old Town area and a quick drive to wineries up the road. Really everything you could want is within a 10 minute drive as far as restaurants, pharmacies, grocery, etc. Don't let older reviews deter you!

We had a first floor room on the freeway side, and I was worried it would be noisy because of some other reviews, but it didn’t bother us at all. Loved the high ceilings on the first floor, loved the modern design aesthetic. Bed was comfy, everything was clean. Breakfast was good enough to get us going in the morning. Location was pretty good, we did a wine tasting tour that had optional hotel pickup and this place was on the list. Staff was friendly, we had a little issue at check in with a fridge that was making a strange noise and I reported it to the Front Desk on our way out to dinner, it was fixed when we got back. We had a great trip, glad we decided to stay here instead of at one of the wineries.

Part of the hotel was under construction while we were there, but our room was already renovated. Very nice, clean and comfortable. We liked using the gym and the pool. The staff were also really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great.

Upon arriving the hotel receptionist, Abby, was very accommodating in trying to find us the two rooms we booked. Since we arrived early, she said she’d call call me immediately when available. Seeing I was with seniors, she kindly offered the coffee and tea in the cozy lobby, but I told her we would be back after I took them on a little wine tasting ride. As we were literally pulling out, she called and told me that the rooms were ready. I told her we would be back very soon and check in after we were done. Wonderful young man at the front desk, who’s name I didn’t catch upon return did a great job in accommodating us on the first floor, also seeing that I was traveling with my elderly folks and their relatives. Breakfast had many options, but I came so early that the oatmeal was barely getting warmed up. The options for vanilla or blueberry waffle mix were too good to pass up and cool thing about the waffle makers was that one was big and one was made for four little ones which I thought was convenient if families travel with children. There were three types of juices, muffins, breads, bagels, many condiments. They also had scrambled eggs as well as sausages. I really wish the chain hotels would have some fresh fruit available for guests even if it’s just oranges, apples, and bananas. I understand it’s hard after the pandemic, but I really wish they would give the option to the guests. They had a wonderful laundry facility and gym on the first floor where we were staying on.

This was a great hotel. Would stay here again if back in Temecula. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and the location was perfect! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast room was comfortable.

Lovely stay with friendly staff and clean and comfortable rooms. Nice to have coffee and breakfast waiting too. Air conditioning was excellent, which was great as this was a very hot weekend.

The rooms are in two story buildings with outdoor hallways and parking outside the doors. The resort is very quiet with a nice layout by the golf course. They are currently remodeling the rooms with a nice modern farm decor. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were closed for remodeling. The beds are comfortable, with nice large windows with view of the golf course, and thick light block out curtains. The bathroom has a beautiful barn door that unfortunately has a bit noisy locking mechanism. If one needs to close the door, it might wake the other sleeping room mates. The restaurant lounge is newly remodeled. They had a great band playing during a long happy hour on Friday evening, while serving tasty drinks and dishes. Overall a nice resort, I would not hesitate to return and enjoy the full renovation.

Room was very nice. Clean and spacious and very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Staff was very efficient and friendly. We needed an early check in to get ready for a wedding and they were very accommodating. Enjoyed both the breakfast at their restaurant and the outdoor deli. We have some special dietary needs and they were very accommodating with that as well. Free wifi was nice too.

We really enjoyed how much privacy there is. The resort is really big, and having the golf course as our view was really nice. The room was spacious, (2) Queen comfortable beds, a table and a lounge chair. The bathroom was clean and stocked, the placement of the shower and knob was interesting but helpful when you have small children.

The recently renovated rooms are spacious and clean with nice amenities. The staff is very nice overall. They’re not flexible on the check-in time even though it was barely half-full when we were there. The course is in excellent shape. The restaurant can’t decide whether it’s a sports bar or brewpub. Loud music and sports ticker tapes are not inviting for a nice dining experience. They’d capture a lot more business from guests and locals if they upgraded the menu and chef position like Temecula Creek Inn did a few years ago. TCI’s heads above them in this regard.

When I arrive I encounter a very polite and nice gentleman, I asked him if I could check in early, my check in time was at 3, he said yes. The property was so closed to everything, the room smelled good is the first thing I noticed, I liked the wooden floor and everything was very cleaned. I felt safe. The place was very quiet. I also asked for a late check out and they gave me an extra hour. The bed was clean and very comfortable. The room has everything you need, refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, iron ironing board and iron, it has shampoo in the shower but I always carry my own stuff to I didn’t need anything. Over all I was very happy and I would go back for sure.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Rodeway Inn Old Town Temecula, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Nestled in the heart of charming Old Town Temecula, this cozy inn perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and affordability. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional staff. Check-in was a breeze, and they were more than happy to provide recommendations for local dining and attractions, which was greatly appreciated. Their welcoming demeanor set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The location is right on Front St which is the main part of Old Town where you can literally walk to restaurants, bars, and places to shop. Very trendy and busy during events kind of place. The rooms are large. Beds comfortable. Plenty of pillows and tv screen sharp and proportional to the room. Plenty of linens and nice towels. Micro and fridge in the room and staff is always courteous and helpful with any questions. One of the best places to stay in Temecula and priced right.

Private, spacious suite with closet, desk, dresser, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, bed was comfortable, own parking space, clean. Facilities are older, but I appreciated all the things that I got for the price which was very good. Friendly staff.

I walked into this big spacious room that felt even bigger as the back wall had a floor to ceiling sliding glass door with a balcony. Simulated marble countertops everywhere. frid and microwave. It had that simulated wood floor that was really tile. But it was so clean I actually felt comfortable in my bare feet roaming around. I fell asleep in front of their 42 inch TV.

Got there for a wedding and we knew that it was one of the cheaper options so we knew what to expect, arrived early and it was a $10 early check in which is reasonable. I needed to shower before and get ready as my wife had gotten ready prior, no hot water, which isnt really a problem for me but i knew it would be for my wife when we returned. Contemplated finding another hotel but time would not have allowed. When we returned hot water was restored. For the price I believe it was good overall so long as you know what to expect, its not a 5 star resort. When we left we had had a good breakfast at the restaurant next door, while we were dining we recieved a call that we had left our pillows, which was nice because we were next door and were able ro retrieve our pillows no problem. Owners/Staff were nice and friendly. Booked the wrong daye through hotels.com and they were not agreeable to switch dates so that sucked but it was my mistake so while not ideal I understood.

Staff is nice. Conveniently located next to the main thorough fare, but that means traffic noise. Newly painted, but over old and broken wood trim, doors, and walls. Squeaky floors. Good hot water but loose plumbing fixture handles and missing drain plugs. Shower head just the right height for somebody 5’-4” tall. Linen clean, but thread bare. Clean everywhere, except behind the furniture. WiFi connects but Internet doesn’t work. Hey, you get what you pay for and nothing more.

I frequently stay at extended stay temecula sometimes for a long time I always enjoy my stay here the staff is always helpful with my stay the room is always nice and clean it's close to grocery stores and restaurants and few miles from casino and winery grocery store less than a mile Costco to Ithe staff is always nice and happy to see me they all know me by name appreciate all of them hildathe manager also susan Laura flunecce and the rest of the front desk staff also housekeeping always helpful and the maintenance staff helpful me when I need anything

The host that evening was an elderly woman. She was very patient, kind and professional. She met all my requests with what the hotel had to offer. I liked the cleanliness of the room. It smelled clean. Non smoking is the best! The area around the facility is clean, quiet and peaceful.

I like staying at this place when I need a place to stay. Staff is always friendly and take care of any needs or concerns that I may have. I feel safe here. Clean and comfortable rooms with a full size kitchen. Makes me feel like home with the studio rooms they have.

This hotel is great. Clean and spacious rooms. The price is terrific and pet friendly. The staff is very nice and helpful...They treat you like family. Would definitely tell my family and friends to stay here. Thank you too all staff especially Hilda and Flunecc for making our stay a great one

The breakfast was set up very nicely. Lots of muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal, coffee and instant decaf coffee.
