Junipine is a lovely resort in an absolutely gorgeous setting. We stayed two nights in one of the Creekside cabins and the view from the patio was magnificent. We loved watching the sun rise and set over the mountains. The room was a generous size for two people and the kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and we had a lot of privacy. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the restaurant, The Table, had delicious food (try the trout with brussel sprouts if they're on the menu) and friendly service. I only wish the restaurant had been open every day instead of being closed on Mondays and that they could have offered a breakfast menu. Since the resort is a 15 minute driving distance to downtown Sedona, the Table is really the only dining option near the resort so having better hours and breakfast would have greatly enhanced our stay. If you're looking to enjoy the natural beauty of Oak Creek Canyon in a quiet setting with friendly service, decent amenities, and good food (when available), Junipine Resort is a wonderful option. We will definitely be back!

The location was excellent, so close to the creek, close to the beautiful mountains, close to the wildlife and still be safe, it’s a beautiful place. It is comfortable, easy access to everything you desire, hiking, Sedona, the city, water, the state park. The restaurant was great to have close by, amazing friendly staff and good food. The villa was comfortable, and clean. The patios were amazing. We really had everything we wanted and desired. This is really a beautiful place. We will definitely return.

Location is fantastic -just a few minutes outside Sedona. Parking is reserved-one car per room. Our one bedroom villa had a loft, full kitchen and beautiful deck with the sounds of a a peaceful stream below and trees above. Bed was very comfy. Unit was generally very clean. Kitchen is well stocked for an at home dinner with dishes, flatware, pots n pans. There are common BBQs if your unit doesn’t have one but you need charcoal. There’s a real coffee pot so bring your preferred coffee (I missed that)! The lobby has a small supply of things you might need -very handy since all the groceries in Sedona are on the heavy traffic side of town. Restaurant on property is delicious (closed some nites). Lobby opened all hours (mostly).

The staff was excellent. They were friendly, attentive, and very professional. The "room" we got was actually a full one bedroom condo with 2 fireplaces, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. It also had a private hot tub and deck. The location is fantastic. 12 miles north of Sedona in Oak Creek Canyon. It was super quiet and had a great view of the canyon walls. The sound of the creek at night was really nice! The restaurant, while pricy, was absolutely amazing and service was excellent.

Amara is such a beautiful resort situated conveniently in uptown Sedona surrounded by restaurants and shops. The resort itself is tucked away enough to be serene and away from the hustle of town. They have a golfcart that can rake you uptown if you don’t want to walk the few minutes up the road. The rooms are spacious clean and modern complete with Illy coffee and mini bar. The grounds are well kept and gorgeous as with the views of the redrocks. Food is also top notch but quite expensive. We loved the pool area is very relaxing and we almost always had it to ourselves. I also loved the creek on the back which is so unique to have in the hotel. All the staff are very curteous and welcoming. Especially their vallet which gave great recommendations with restaurants. The only gripe i had was they charged me mistakenly with minibar item which i never took. I just saw a charge on my card. I emailed them immediately and they assured me that they would correct the mistake. All in all I would love to stay here again if I visit sedona.

Our stay at Amara Resort was fantastic! When we arrived there was a beautiful plate of macarons with a nice card waiting for us, what a great touch and one I’ve only ever experienced at the Ritz Carlton. The room was nice, clean and decorated in a fun modern style. The balcony with the creekside view was the icing on the cake. We spent a lot of time on that balcony! The golf cart rides up the hill are great and the valet guys were very quick and friendly. Our massages at the spa were amazing and so relaxing. Overall everything about The Amara was top tier!

I visited the Amara spa with some visiting colleagues after a ridiculously long week. We each did a massage and a facial. Everyone was incredibly nice, they got us all time fairly similar even though be booked like 48 hours before. The spa is beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Everything was so relaxing and the staff thought of everything to make it the most perfect afternoon. My massage therapist was amazing and worked out issued I hadn’t even told her where issues! Laura the lady who did my facial was amazing! She did such a nice job and answered so many questions for me on what I should add to my skin routine which was beyond helpful! Ended up buying a few products and am so happy with them! The day was perfect and Amara really made it for us!

We spent 6 days at Amara the week of Christmas. Pros: Amazing staff-- especially the valet staff who were always quick & courteous. Valet is included with your stay. We ate at Salt Rock twice & the servers were attentive & the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed brunch on Christmas Day. We had a ground floor suite with balconies facing Oak Creek. The views were lovely & it was great to enjoy coffee or tea while taking in sunrise or sunset. There's an Illy pod espresso maker, mini fridge, electric tea kettle, & they provide toiletry essentials like toothpaste, toothbrush, floss, swabs, etc. It's a quick uphill walk to the main street with all the uptown shops & restaurants. They offer golf cart rides up the hill for people with limited mobility, but we never needed it. The location was excellent. We even walked to Elote Cafe. Great communication & text reminders from housekeeping asking if you need anything if, like us, you keep the 'do not disturb' sign on during your stay. Kind & understanding reception staff who tried to remedy a noise problem.

A wonderful first time in Sedona at a 5 star resort with great amenities! We enjoyed exploring the area and coming back to our comfortable room and then dipping in jacuzzi.

We loved the views of the red rocks to the north and the jacuzzi.

The property is a really bid with various buildings of units. Each building had their own jacuzzi hot tub. There was also splash pads, pools, fitness and activity centre. For us, it was perfect to have a great hot tub after a long day of hiking.

The black guy that checked us in was superb! The other staff were friendly too. Room was clean but smaller than expected and a bit outdated. However we did enjoy our stay. The property grounds were in excellent condition and had plenty of hiking trails and amazing views. The pool's & jacuzzi were nice. The jacuzzi could be hotter. The hotel is near all the good hikes like Devil's Bridge, Cathedral Rock, etc. I give it 4 stars and would stay again!

Overall, the facility is beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay. Multitude of pools was very convenient. The view from the Infiniti Jacuzzi was out of this world! Only real downside was check-in where we won a special gift. Which means you have to sit for 90 minutes throughthe timeshare talk. They were a little aggressive in pursuing that. Absolutely love that they’re hiking trails right behind the facility. You are not directly in town. It’s a short 2 mile drive into uptown Sedona. It was a nice relaxing time.

The view!!! Amazing. Customer service was top notch. The young man was probably the most well spoken front desk staff I’ve encountered in the last ten years. I hope he gets this recognition. He is great at his job! The room is so new and updated. I found myself saying over and over this was clever. Look at this, wow they even thought about this etc. Room is clean, modern and FUNCTIONAL! The moment you walk in it smells clean, looks crisp and new. The bathrooms spacious and clean. Great products as well! Not some off brand that you’ve never heard of. Important to some. They provide small nook for your purse and directly across a full mini kitchenette. Microwave keurig and fridge. All tucked into a small alcove not taking up space on any counter. So clever! Then there is two long desks with hanger rods overhead for hanging up anything. Along with a big suitcase elevated section that easily fit our 3 suitcases. Then another long desk top area and this one not only had a rod to hang but also hooks for backpacks! So convenient and smart! Next to that is additional storage with a full size armoire and safe. I was completely impressed with this set up. All hotels need to follow suit. Beds are comfy, pool was warm and hot tub was actually hot. Not like others where it felt like bath water.

Good location tongo hiking and restaurants. Room with a view 1st floor facing parking lot but could see bell rock which was gorgeous!!! Beds and pillows comfortable and breakfast included was amazing!!! Hot and fresh everything you want in breakfast for everyone! Parking have to pay for nightly which was not told by expedia when booked so that was surprise! Halway carpets need replaced and smelled like smoking cigarettes-- bedrooms were nice and clean and no smell just hallways. Room with views are in front of building 133 to 125. Over all it was very good for the price and comfortable and pool and workout was clean and was good. Would stay again

First time to Sedona with a friend who has been several times and she suggested we stay in Oak Creek. We arrived in a slightly unseasonal snow storm having driven from Phoenix. The hotel was not fancy but it was warm and had a lot of nice features. The room was huge, bed was super comfortable with crisp fresh linen, bathroom was great. The buffet breakfast was excellent and among the sugary horrors there were a lot of healthier things such as eggs, good quality yoghurts and fresh fruit. The buffet area was clean and well looked after by lovely friendly staff. There were also “take out” bags encouraging you to pick up things to go. We used the gym and looked longingly at the pool but it was too cold. Some brave souls used the hot tub. Our only grumble was that our room was not serviced. We came back from being out all day to find it as we left it. When we enquired at reception they told us we should have asked for it to be serviced. When we left there were other rooms being serviced on our floor. Someone was sent up but they didn’t make the bed and left other things undone so we had to ask again. Apart from that it was a nice two night stay and it was amazing to wake up after the snow and see Bell Rock

We stayed here one night after a day of wine tasting and sightseeing. We booked last minute and wasn’t allot to pick from considering it was a holiday weekend and prices were high. The Holiday Inn Express not only provided a clean, safe place to sleep but was affordable and surprisingly clean. The bed was comfortable and not dated as some of the older hotels we’ve stayed at in Sedona. The property is clean and staff is very friendly with plenty of parking. You get free breakfast and there’s coffee, hot chocolate or tea in the lobby anytime of the day. Definitely will stay here again.

The jacuzzi was nice and the kitchen was ample and we'll equipped. The location is a the start of the scenic ride in a neighboring town to Sedona. It is a 20 minute beautiful ride.

We stayed in one of their renovated rooms and it was amazing! The room was very spacious with a full bath and a deep sit-in tub (not a jacuzzi tub) but it was sufficient. The kitchen was a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware. The room also had a fireplace and an amazing view of the red mountains.

The Hilton Vacation Club Ridge is located in the heart of Sedona. Personally the location could not be more perfect. And the whole complex is so well taken care of, clean, green. It is in touch with the beautiful nature - you see the "red rocks" at the sidewalks of the property. The room (well studio) was amazing! We got the newley renovated studio and were amazed how spacious, clean and comfy it was. Perfect for a couple! The staff was also amazing - the reception and consierge were nice & helpful. We will be back for sure!

It was a spacious one bedroom that had a Queen size let out couch as well as a full kitchen. The views was amazing from our balcony. It was peaceful and quiet. We were able to enjoy all the amenities and the facilities were very clean.

Absolutely worth the stay! This place was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how super clean and well maintained everything was. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable — great beds, good TV, and all the little touches that make a big difference. The views are simply breathtaking, whether you're waking up to the sunrise or relaxing under the stars at night — both morning and night views were amazing. The pool and hot tub were also sparkling clean and very relaxing. One small downside is the $25 charge for parking, which feels unnecessary, but honestly, with everything else being so great, it’s not a dealbreaker. The location is perfect — close to everything and easy to access. There’s also laundry, food available on-site, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this hotel is a solid 5 out of 5. It’s rare to find a place that offers great value, comfort, cleanliness, modern amenities, and incredible views all in one. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone passing by. Worth every single penny!

Courtyard Marriott Sedona is a beautiful hotel with great views of the area. It is a very clean hotel. Beds are comfortable and very plush. The pillows are a bit too soft. The front desk staff are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the area (all but one young man who worked the desk, he wasn’t helpful or knowledgeable at all). We ate at the cafe a few times for breakfast and the food was good and staff super friendly. The pool was nice and refreshing after the hot Arizona days. Could have used a little more cleaning. There were quite a few dead bugs on the bottom. But overall nice area with lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas. The hotel was doing mandatory cleaning while we were there and the cleaning staff needed access to your room between 8:30-5 anytime during the entire week of our stay. Once it was cleaned then they wouldn’t need to get back in but they couldn’t give you a day or time during the week that they would be in the room. They were also updating the tv service while we were there. The maintenance staff needed to access the room again to update. If they didn’t come in then the tv didn’t work. I didn’t feel comfortable with so many random workers in the room while we’re weren’t there. Overall, a great hotel and I would stay again if I was in the area. Some inconveniences but a lovely hotel.

The breakfast and restaurant were great. We are foodies, but didn't visit Sedona for the food, we crammed a lot into each day and restaurants were closed in the evening, and we didn't want to spend the time eating at a restaurant in the morning. The hotel restaurant was a perfect substitute for going elsewhere to eat, healthy options, simple but good, not your average hotel breakfast. The quality of the food was much better than expected for a small restaurant in a hotel, and the convenience was the best, open early, open late. :) Patio Dining options by the pool. One of the best features of the hotel.

The hotel and room were clean and updated. It is located in a great part of Sedona just enough out of town so you don’t get the traffic, but close enough to go into town to dine or shop. The pool is a good size with just enough chaises. We never ate at the hotel, so can’t comment on that. The couple things that could have been better… The pool was not very clean. There were tons of dead bugs and even bandaids on the bottom of the pool. Hopefully they can address this and get someone to clean a couple times a day. There also is no complimentary coffee or water bottles. (There is coffee in the room). Very nice area. The room was new. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The bed was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I wish there were a hair dryer in the bathroom. I liked the shower in the very clean and well-lit bathroom.

The roomwas very clean and refrigerator and coffee machine are both very clean,as well as the glasses and mugs. I needed some extra coffee so I sent a text message to the frontdesk. And I got an answer within 2 minutes! Soon after that the coffee and cream, sugar was delivered. Really love these people!

Hilton Ridge is located in the quieter more picteresque side of Sedona. Each room has a kitchenette and full size fridge. Beautiful mountain views. Upper pool has a lovely views. Staff is friendly and helpful. I plan to stay again next time i visit.

I loved the view of the golf course and red rocks. It was located outside the main city which helped it be serene. But the plus is when driving into the city you get the amazing, breathtaking views there and back. If you stay in the city, you miss this beautiful drive each and every day. We will always stay at this resort. Very comfortable, our unit was updated which was needed, and minus a few housekeeping issues, which they immediately fixed, everything was good. Unit was warm and cozy and a nice place to come back to.

Our room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was welcoming and very responsive. The grounds are beautiful and the scenery was amazing. It was walkable to some restaurants and shops. The heater in one of the pools was not working during our stay, but other than that, it was great.

HOWEVER, Oak Creek Canyon is gorgeous, easy drive to Sedona, such a beautiful location.

It was a bit pricey, but the property was lovely, quiet, and clean. The staff were all responsive and friendly. The food and food service at the property restaurant were fantastic. My advice to travelers who need good morning coffee is to come prepared. The in-unit Kuering was awful, and there was no other coffee available on site in the morning.

Pros: Spacious room consisting of living room, full kitchen, loft area, 2 wood burning fireplaces and a separate bedroom. Wonderful wrap around deck. Very clean. Peaceful environment. Cons: Mattress was not comfortable for me and possibly needed replacing. Restaurant for lunch and dinner was good but limited in choice and quite expensive. (Just in case you haven't brought your own food)

Our room was absolutely incredible nice,clean and comfortable and the property was well maintained. The restaurant was very good and our waitress was excellent however the bartender was completely rude unfriendly and dismissive which kind of killed our little vacation vibe but thankfully the rest of the staff was awesome and the food was delicious, wish there was more choices on the menu but the risotto was unbelievable.

We visited from Chicago for a 2-night stay with our two small kids, and we absolutely loved our time at the Hilton Sedona Resort. From the moment we arrived, Maddy went above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions about the area and giving great tips on what to do (especially since it was raining when we checked in). When we had a small issue with our room, she quickly resolved it and moved us without hesitation. Michelle and Michael were also kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Siren at the bar—she was so patient and welcoming, even with little ones in tow! The property itself is adorable and feels freshly renovated. The location is ideal, and we loved the bonus of being able to take a golf cart to nearby restaurants. There are plenty of cozy fire pits for chilly desert evenings, and you can even grab s’mores kits to enjoy. The pool setup is perfect for families, with a kid-friendly pool and a separate adult pool. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and every staff member we interacted with was genuinely kind and helpful. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in Sedona!

I’m a Hilton Hotel fan and usually try to stay at their properties. We were happy with our stay. Upon arrival we were welcomed by Ricardo and this is a gentleman that Hilton should be very proud to have! He was so helpful, kind and gave us a few tips while visiting. Front desk was also kind and check-in was fast. We stayed in a one bedroom suite room #2022. The view was nice for setting on the balcony and it was very quiet. The room has a small dining table with 4 chairs, a very nice leather(ish) couch with a lounger on one end. The television is huge in both living and bedroom. There is a small refrigerator, a microwave and a small sink in the kitchen area. The bathroom has a nice shower with a supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It has a nice separate sink area. The bedroom has a nice chest of drawers and as stated above, a huge television. One side bed table has a wireless charging station and there is a small safe in the closet. In the lobby area there is an Starbucks at the bar. We had room service one night and although delicious, it was very pricey. We ordered two Bloody Mary’s at the bar and the cost was $31.00. There is a eating area outside and also bubble tents where you can eat. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend if looking for a well priced hotel in Sedona. ALSO, there is an electric fireplace!

The hotel met our needs pretty well. Staff was friendly on arrival. Only negative impression on arrival was a strong, floral, perfume type smell that pervades the lobby. However, lobby was very comfortable with family activities while we waited for our room (arrived early). King suite functional and easily accommodated family of three. Floor plan just small and awkwardly shaped, and felt closed in. Furnishings and decor were on dark, drab side, not particularly upscale in line with hotel brand. Still, king bed soft and comfy with large pillows (though short on extra pillows during busy week). Bathroom large, with separate vanity and shower areas. Our shower door leaked onto floor but could be easily fixed. Food and service staff all pleasant, but seemed like struggling on staffing, e.g., trying to find someone I could communicate with to make dinner reservation first night (could not reach by phone, so went downstairs and was told person I needed to speak with was out). Breakfast area has a coffee area, which most customers will probably be satisfied with, though muffin was still frozen so swapped for a burrito. Found the athletic center on our last day, very nice and very large, tennis courts and Olympic pool, etc., and would elevate overall impression of this property if people knew about. Most people probably are unaware of this (it's a long walk) so hospitality staff should promote this more as a resort type feature.

Had a wonderful two night stay here. We had a two bed suite with fire bowl. Very spacious and the outdoor space is an added benefit. The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of the world. There is a shop close by which is great. The only things missing are plates and cutlery in the rooms. Toiletries supplied are very nice. Plenty of areas for eating at the restaurant, inside or out. Easy to get to many walks and trails in the area. The pool at the spa is adults only and very peaceful. You can purchase a s’mores kit for the fire bowl. This was such fun (although we bought our own Lindt chocolate as we don’t like Hersheys). Shower/changing facilities at the spa are very good and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. Stargazing demonstration was an added bonus, fantastic.

Such a serene, romantic, wonderfully furnished property. Our room had a fireplace and jacuzzi tub with our own private balcony complete with a trickling fountain right outside. Loved the rooftop area of the Inn as well. Breakfast was fantastic -we ate next to the fireplace in the breakfast room.

The facility is beautiful. Very quiet! Rooms were nice and clean! Loved that there was a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and shower in room. Amenities in kitchen were great and coffee was awesome!

This property is absolutely beautiful. We loved our room and our own little patio. The jacuzzi was great and the upstairs terrace was perfect for stargazing. The best part was having so much freedom on the property, going into the kitchen at night to grab tea and cookies was so fun.

Such an amazing stay at Casa Sedona! It was perfect in so many ways. We loved the staff, the comfortable bed, 3 different shower head shower, breakfast and service was top notch! We enjoyed watching the sunrise from our beautiful patio. I used the jacuzzi every morning. The location was perfect as well! Close to Thunder Mountain, Stupa, shopping and all the recommendations from the staff were well received. I highly recommend.

The location was picturesque and convenient to hiking trails. The grounds, pool and hottub were very well maintained. Having the firepit every evening gave the opportunity to meet other travellers.

First off they were so kind an helpful. The chalets are amazing with a BEAUTIFUL view! If you would like to stay in and cook dinner there is a full kitchen. My family thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit. They also have a jacuzzi and heated pool. The walking trail behind the resort is acceptable for all ages, dogs, and bikes. Also there is plenty of spots on the trail to take great photos.

Amazing. I highly recommend staying here. -check in was easy. Workers were amazing. -The most amazing part is the view and privacy. You are right in front of the mountain, no buildings to look at, no people walking around. Pure privacy. -The pool helped after being in the heat all day -Location is perfect, everything is right there -You have a kitchen and BBQ’s so we were able to make breakfast, freeze water (which is a must in the heat), and at night we could BBQ dinner. -Waking up and eating dinner to that view was amazing. -There are trails a few feet from our door -Every night they give you s’mores for the fire pit I mean, what else can I say. Simply amazing. We drove around and both agree that this is the only place we would have wanted to stay! Book it you wont regret it!!!!

The room was beautiful and very clean. Pool area was spotless, and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The location was good, as well, because it's away from the more crowded areas of Sedona. Very pleasant views from the rooms as well.

The room was beautiful - had a fireplace and a ceiling fan. Every room had a little balcony as well. We met the owner when checking out and she was wonderful. There is a pool and hottub but we did not use them.

I loved the stay here. Property was clean, safe, with very nice amenities. The pool and pool area were especially a nice bonus. Just a little refuge to hang out and read a book and dip in the pool. The property was quiet, and convenient to local sites, hikes, and restaurants. Local Juicery in particular is a great spot, and just a block's walk away. The staff onsite were very helpful and courteous. Room had a spacious shower and bathroom, very comfortable beds, and the fridge and TV were excellent. No complaints, great value and lovely place to stay while visiting Sedona.

This place was incredible! Not only is it off the beaten path and quiet in the back but, the service is phenomenal. Everyone that works there is friendly and helpful. They even give you a list of places they recommend to see or do. The first night that we were there, they booked a massage for us last minute. I also really love how clean everything was. The breakfast was incredible as well. Everyday was something unique and southwestern inspired. If not, you could get some eggs and toast. The views and the jacuzzi really made it a great experience for us when we would come back from hikes.

The bedroom was excellent; nicely decorated and well maintained. The beautiful garden and separate pool area with jacuzzi provided a real sense of serenity. The reason for the 4/5 rating is solely down to the rather disappointing breakfast - virtually no buffet choice and the food brought to the table was mediocre - given the hefty price of rooms, it was quite surprising. Otherwise an excellent stay and close to some outstanding restaurants.

Spent 6nts here in early April 2025. Was very happy with our choice and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Pros: - Great location. Convenient for dry creek hiking, upper Sedona, and Bell Rock hiking. Sedona can be very busy, but this location was quite peaceful. - Airport Mesa Loop Trail can be hiked from the property. Great trail. Highly recommend. - Staff was very friendly. - Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed view from patio out front. Room had a small refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Made takeout very easy. - Breakfast was filling and the alternative choice (eggs, meat, bread) was good. - Enjoyed the firepit in the courtyard. Very comfortable and gave us a chance to talk to other guests. Cons: - As many have noted, sheets were rough on our skin. Definitely noticed that. - Don't even think of using the coffee in the room. Bring/buy your own for the drip coffee maker provided. - Breakfast was 8-9:30am. If you want to hike, you need to be at the trailhead well before then and the times we did that, we could not get back in time for breakfast. So the breakfast time isn't ideal for those who want to hike. - Rooms 1-8 do share a common patio area (2 lounge type chairs) with dividers between rooms, but there is some guest traffic going by. They also sit above a public park which wasn't overly quiet at times. We didn't mind, but some might.

A great “home base” for exploring Sedona. With a nice little kitchenette (with a 5 cup coffee pot that has filters to bring your own coffee or use their packs of coffee) and a great balcony and view. Spacious room that would work well for up to a week or two so of storage depending on the season. The breakfast was just fine, with a daily special or eggs, meat and toast was an option. Service was attentive and drinks and cereal was at a self serve bar. The location seemed to be just a couple of minutes to every spot in Sedona we wanted to go so perfect on that. I would say definitely a place we will strongly consider staying again if we are in Sedona!

Owner greeted me at front desk for check in, provided excellent recommendations for my stay based on my preferences. I really appreciated the ability to communicate at any time with any concerns or issues, if I had any. My favorite part was how peaceful, quiet and calm the stay and room were. There were ample quiet spaces throughout property to relax with privacy, however, I recommend mosquito repellent in evening hours. I stayed in the Queen room which is smallest of all, but as a solo traveler it was perfect for my needs, space did not feel small-was quaint, and bed was comfortable. (This unit has its own private patio spacious seating area with fire pit) A/C was ultra quiet and also had use of ceiling fan. The bathroom was spacious, plenty of towels, excellent water pressure, and heated air if you want it. Keurig coffee maker with good quality coffee, water in refrigerator, teas, and even ice cubes in freezer. Variety of entertainment on TV. I loved that it felt secure, best sleep, ample parking accessible. Despite being in west Sedona, breakfast place was walking across the street, and close to shopping, other restaurants too. Owner is great. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

This is a perfect boutique hotel for a romantic getaway. It is full of trees, greenery, a decorative stream, decorative iron gates and fences with foliage, flowers, and hummingbirds; small sculptural fountains; and atmospheric night lighting. Nearly even few rooms has a semi-private outside seating area in the greenery, with a decorative gas fire pit. -- Every few rooms have a different layout. My room décor was contemporary Southwestern style with driftwood color tile flooring, with a fully tiled bathroom and shower, microwave, refrigerator stocked with beverages for a fee, Keurig coffee maker with free coffee pods, and a four-poster bed. Some rooms have ensuite kitchen sinks, as well as sliding glass doors to the patios outdoors. The staff is friendly and responsive, as well as helpful about points of interests, attractions, and local restaurants. -- Note: Breakfast is not available, but many places are close by and even walkable. -- Highly recommended. We will be back when we visit Sedona.

Location was very convenient to restaurants, uptown, golf course and hiking trails. We were able to walk to the Wine Bar and the Italian Restaurant where we had dinner. Beds were super comfortable, room and bathroom were sparkling clean and the addition of Fridge, microwave and Keurig was helpful. We booked 2 King rooms and were assigned 111 & 112 which are in their own section and have porches which overlooked the main garden with lovely outdoor furniture and a gas fire-pit. Check-in and check out was easy and staff member was very friendly and helpful. Great value for the price - highly recommend!

I liked how the environment was quiet and romantic. There were no children, it was peaceful. I love the outside setting with the hammocks, fireplaces, how there are lights to light it up at night, it was like a serenity spa. We met the owner by accident, and he introduced himself. He was really nice so down-to-earth I didn't even know he was the owner. We were very pleased with our one- night stay at Oak Terrace. Easy check in and check out, clean, ac worked great, fireplace was cozy, jacuzzi tub was perfect after a long day of hiking.

The jacuzzi tub is divine. The bed is comfortable. The room is clean. The fireplace really adds a nice cozy feel. The whole property is stunning and I loved the private creek access. A little haven tucked away in the mountains.

Beautiful property with a caring and gracious staff. Our room was small but comfortable. The shower in our bathroom was tiny, but the Jacuzzi tub was great. The bed was a little softer than we prefer. The setting is lovely and convenient to all Sedona has to offer.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided each morning was excellent, and the location provided great access to the rest of Sedona. The bed was very comfortable, and the free snacks and refreshments provided were a pleasant surprise. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was very relaxing.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was tasty, and the B&B provides several items complimentary, including a small selection of snacks (apples, bags of nuts, granola bars, and microwave popcorn) and had an excellent binder of information in the room, which we used for the restaurant and hike information. The views were unparalleled from our balcony and the location convenient. I’d definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! Our room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the views were incredible. We loved being close to everything Sedona has to offer while also being tucked away in a peaceful and quiet location. The staff was very friendly and made us feel right at home. It was such a treat to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the patio while gazing at the famous red rocks. We will definitely stay here the next time we come in town.

The location is great - unless that is you really enjoy the traffic of Sedona - Oak Creek is quiet, close to lots of great hiking trails and allows for a true get away. The staff is friendly and helpful - willing to call for reservations for dinner or provide helpful suggestions for what to do. The breakfasts, the evening hors d'oeuvres and the nightly cookies are all very delicious. The grounds are beautiful as is the swimming pool. And the rooms are well furnished and include nice touches like fireplaces. Altogether an exceptional property and an exceptional experience!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The chef (breakfast - B&B) was amazing. I'm vegan and she did an amazing job providing, not only a delicious vegan breakfast, but also provided vegan snacks. Our room was comfortable, and we had a beautiful view of Bell Rock out our patio door. Based on our experience, my wife and I now plan to travel to the Canyon Villa every year. We highly recommend this B&B.

Les and Peg have raised the bar on inn keeping to a whole new level. Everything about Canyon Villa Inn is perfect. Les is a quintessential host: warm, friendly and welcoming. The views are to die for. The inn has a front row seat to the splendors of the red rocks. The breakfasts and evening snacks are so delicious. The gardens and pool make a lovely oasis in the desert. The inn is clean and quiet tucked into a residential area. I would return to Sedona just to stay at this property.

This B & B is absolutely beautiful. We were greeted by a very sweet woman who showed us all around - breakfast area, library with computer, pool, and large common area. Everyone is so nice here and very accommodating. I have to eat gluten free and they kept very good care of me. They even left 3 homemade gluten free cookies in a special box by our door the first night. They give each room a large insulated pitcher of cold water for your day and evening. They have complimentary appetizers each evening. If you have left overs from a restaurant there are 2 mini fridges you can use. They will heat them up whenever you want to eat. The breakfast is served in an elegant manner and they have alternative options if you don't like what they are serving. The room is spacious (we stayed in the Spanish Bayonet room) with gorgeous views from the bed and balcony. The owners and employees are all extremely helpful and nice. All in all, a wonderful choice for your stay in beautiful Sedona.

Great location and views, Staff was exceptional offering great reoomendations and making all arrangements plus food was wonderful including breakfast, appetizers and evening treats. Relaxing & quiet. Artisan water is offered daily, lovely pool, private patio, fireplace and cozy den filled with all the info you'd need to plan activities & view menus. Appreciated the free parking! The restaurant has good menu.

We really loved our stay here. The staff are exceptional, from housekeeping, to the spa, to the restaurant, to the front desk. Our room was so cozy. And the breakfast at Rascal was sooo good! I got the lemon ricotta pancakes two mornings in a row. We got a couples massage at the end of our stay, and it was divine. It’s hard for me to relax, but I felt amazing afterward. It did get a little noisy the last night we were there, but the front desk staff was so quick to get on it, and we were able to enjoy a quiet night. If you want to eat dinner at Rascal, though, be sure to make a reservation.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming hotel! It had a beautiful bohemian vibe with eclectic decor, cozy nooks, and lush greenery that made it feel like a hidden oasis. The attention to detail was incredible, from the stylish rooms to the welcoming common spaces. The amenities were top-notch—great coffee, a relaxing pool, and even yoga classes! The staff were warm and helpful, making the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a unique, relaxing getaway with plenty of character, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely amazing stay! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The hotel team was incredibly detail-focused, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They surprised us with a personally written "Happy Engagement" note, which added such a special touch. The hotel itself is stunning, and our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The linens were luxurious and so comfortable, adding to an overall sense of relaxation and elegance. Highly recommend this place – they truly made us feel celebrated and taken care of in every way. Can't wait to come back!

I cannot recommend El Portal enough for those who want a cozy, homey eclectic and non-commercial warmly personal experience! I just stayed there solo over Christmas and it’s very challenging to find a situation during a time people usually spend together, with enough privacy yet amenities, atmosphere, activities and beauty that for me, it was a the best solo Christmas ever! I stayed 5 nights in #10 the Greene and Greene room. It was bigger and more beautiful than the site photos can depict. Everything from the soft blue/ green stucco walls to the private deck fire pit to the jetted tub and the sound of the fountain outside made staying inside lovely as well as a short walk across to Tlaquapaque and a central location from which to drive to hiking and the landscape just perfect for me. The lovely touches such as the lobby fireplace lit, the morning coffee made early and the goodies in the 24 hour area for guests made the welcome feel even warmer. First time to Sedona but the hosts were amazing in providing everything to help orient and give helpful info from tours to restaurants and the in room guides really helped. Mostly I’d like to give a warm hug and big thank you to Shelly, Terry and the three lovely housekeeping ladies as well as Kyle who carried my very heavy suitcase upstairs, to the owners Steve and Connie for the perfect stay. I loved my experience so much that I booked 8 nights for next year in the same room before I left!

Having stayed at many places, this is on my list of most memorable. Best way I can describe is that it feels like the comfort and relaxed vibe of a bed and breakfast but with the privacy and quiet elegance of an upscale hotel . The bed was so comfortable, the shower better than at home ! I loved being able to grab a coffee or snack at anytime- I feel this was very considerate and generous on the part of the owners . The staff/ owners were so helpful and gave us the best tips . When we finished our hikes and outings, it felt like coming home ! My only wish is that we had more time to just relax and bum around in the hotel for a day so I could admire all the beautiful artwork ! Just beautiful and loved seeing the dogs . Loved all of Sedona but staying here really made our trip special.

If you are looking for a relaxed, romantic, secluded yet accessible location in Sedona, there is no better option than El Portal Sedona. Care and attention to details are what sets El Portal apart even from other boutique inns. El Porto Sedona is quiet, equipped with a fireplace, a fire pit, a shower for two, a bathtub for two, 24 hour food and drink lounge/area, friendly and attentive owners and staff, in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, open garden patio area for sunlight and birds, a specifically designed room you would want to stay in during the day and simply a place where time seems to last forever.

The location is absolutely perfect; easy walking distance of many nice restaurants and a lot of shopping areas. Steve Segner, the owner, who is heavily involved in the operation every day, and his knowledge and tips were invaluable. He gave us a route to the Grand Canyon that avoided much of the overabundance of tourists (like us!). He also directed us to the best and most scenic areas around Sedona, so we wasted very little time searching for things. The hotel itself is amazing, containing an unbelievable amount to art work, period furniture and antiques. Steve and his wife, Connie, have been collecting all their lives, and their collection is amazing. The hotel itself is a re-creation of a century-old inn, built around a central garden and fire pit and done so well that one would never know it is only 20+ years old. We spend a good deal of time just enjoying the hotel and its surroundings. Complimentary, snacks, sodas, excellent coffee, a very nice continental breakfast, etc.; there really wasn't much of anything we'd want done differently. You will love this place!

Best accommodation for our entire trip. What a gem. The owners were incredibly friendly, we truly enjoyed our stay. You can tell they take exceptional care to all the fine details to make sure your stay in Sedona is wonderful (how could it not be?). The first day we showed up the property was hosting a historical society event we were attended (with great food). We loved the honesty bar with s’mores and sat outside both nights and enjoyed the fire. My son loved the fish, the chocolates, breakfast muffins, and we spent hours at the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We couldn’t have picked a better stay all around.

The location was so perfect! It was central, easy to get around the town. The view was exceptional!!!!! Waking up every morning to the mountains was to die for! The room was just the right size for two. The balcony was great to sit outside and watch the world go by. The jacuzzi and pool were so romantic and clean. Towels were there and we managed several times to have it all to ourselves. The use of Beekman products was a pleasant suprise. We will definitely stay at the Matterhorn again...

Truly everything. We stayed in the separate CHALET building. It was newly renovated and felt so CLEAN. The little details for comfort: large, thick towels, effective black out curtains, effective air conditioning, nice patio furniture, kitchen fully stocked with cookware, new pots/pans, great water pressure in the shower, washer/dryer for hiking clothes, and comfortable beds. Location exceeded our expectations: we had our own parking spot in the driveway, easy walk to heated pool/jacuzzi, shops, and a coffeeshop. We had a view of the mountains from our deck. It felt quiet and private away from the main drag, and like a residential neighborhood. It would be perfect for a family with young kids or 2 families, as there are 2 living rooms with very large couches/pull out beds.

We had such a great stay at AGV! We stayed in Cactus Flower for 4 nights. The villa is beautiful, including 2 gas fireplaces, balcony, mini-kitchen, jacuzzi tub, shower, king bed, and a sleeping nook for our 10-yr old. The breakfasts were all fantastic - including the to-go breakfast they packed for us when we had a 7 am tour. The fresh baked bread filled our villa with delicious aroma to greet us after our days of hiking/site-seeing. Amazing staff, and beautiful grounds. Will stay again on our next trip to Sedona.

We travel a lot and stay in luxury accommodations, but Adobe Grand Villas really was over the top in accommodations and service. Although the pictures on their websites of all the different and unique villas were very nice, being there was spectacular. There were so many thoughtful touches including a Happy Anniversary balloon and candle, complimentary bottled water and soft drinks, complimentary mini-bar snacks and fruit basket and the wonderful fresh baked bread made in our in-villa bread making machine (which can be re-ordered every day). The staff arranged for roses upon arrival which were gorgeous. We had a 2-person jacuzzi tub in our room with adjoining fireplace as well as a big fireplace in the bedroom. The villas are HUGE and the local southwestern luxury decor is very comfy and soothing. The location of Adobe Grand Villas is very convenient to everything (there's even a Medicine Wheel and Labyrinth across the street). There are great restaurants close by and hiking trails. The daily breakfast (included) was always top-notch and the overall service from everyone was very friendly and super accommodating. The pool and jacuzzi are also very nice and a great temperature. We have nothing but great things to say about our stay and look forward to returning. If you're reading this, don't look to book anywhere else - this place is worth every penny, by far.

Very nice and charming hotel, large rooms, good breakfast and wonderful pool and jacuzzi. We loved our stay!

The resort was perfect. The room was so comfortable, spacious, had a fireplace, comfy bed. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The cooks running the complimentary breakfast are a husband and wife duo, and their breakfasts were outstanding. The location of the resort was perfect, too. Located just outside the city of Sedona allowed us to be out of the traffic and noise, ensuring perfect views of the sky and stars in peace and relaxation. After long days out hiking in the mind-blowing scenery and mountains, evenings spent relaxing in the jacuzzi were perfect. Can not wait to go back.

Breakfast was fantastic and the folks in charge of morning breakfast were wonderful, engaging, and very accommodating! Without asking they made a special breakfast just for our dog! So kind! Overall the room was fantastic and cozy with a very comfortable bed, a mood setting fireplace, a great TV that allowed us to access our streaming accounts to decompress watch movies after a long hot soak in the tub. The jacuzzi and pool were great too! All the staff were great and we had everything we needed for our stay.

The suites are newly-renovated, large, and beautiful. We loved all the space we had and the gas fireplace in the room. Lots of extra small thoughtful touches throughout the room and the property that really make the place seem extra luxurious and welcoming. It’s a small boutique hotel which feels very intimate. Staff was very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Free breakfast was cooked to order, tasted great, and was very convenient to have on site. Location is in the Village of Oak Creek about a 15 minute drive from Sedona. This is perfect because Sedona is too busy and crowded. Plenty of good restaurants in the Village of Oak Creek and some of the hikes are nearby. The hot tub (jacuzzi) and sauna were amazing and we used them every night (they are open until 10pm). Perfect way to relax after a day of hiking. We loved our stay and would highly recommend Las Posadas if you’re visiting the Sedona area.

The room wad confortable and parking is easy pretty much infront of your room. The pool is at the right temperature and there is a nice jacuzzi by the pool.

I recently stayed at Mountain Modern Sedona and had a fantastic experience. I booked the King Suite with the patio, and it was exactly what I hoped for—spacious, spotless, and clearly recently updated. The modern mountain-themed décor gave it a warm and stylish vibe, perfect for a Sedona getaway. The staff were attentive and genuinely friendly throughout my stay. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with pool towels. One of the highlights was The Den, the on-site restaurant and lounge. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day, and in the evenings, they serve appetizers and drinks that ypu can purrchace in a cozy atmosphere. The hotel’s location is also ideal—close to hiking trails, local shops, and restaurants. Plus, it’s dog-friendly, which is always a huge bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-appointed place to stay in Sedona!

My husband and I stayed at Mountain Modern in Sedona for three nights, and our experience was wonderful. When we checked in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. They took the time to suggest some restaurants that they personally enjoy. We originally booked the King Suite but were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the King Suite with a balcony. The room was spacious, cozy, and spotless. The fireplace added a romantic vibe, and the whole atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, exactly what we needed for this trip. The hotel also has a restaurant and hosts live music on certain nights. They offer various activities like yoga and meditation depending on the day, and the staff make sure to share what’s happening during your stay. Overall, we absolutely loved our time and would definitely stay here again. If you’re thinking about booking, just do it.

We absolutely love this place location was perfect in the middle of town close to everything esp restaurants, bars, jeep rentals, and shops. We loved the comfortable king size beds room was large spacious plenty of sitting areas, bed was very comfortable, bathroom had plenty of towels and lovely shower. We love the mini fridge/microwave and little treats such as Reeses and Hersheys Yum! Easy checkin with key pad. We loved the courtyard with BBQ although we didn't get to use it, (maybe next time) plenty of chairs to sit, ice machine, fire pit and pretty waterfall wall, we loved everything about this place. We definitely want to come back and stay here again! Beautiful hidden gem!!!!

Location was perfect, a quick walk to shops and restaurants. The suite was clean, cozy with homelike comforts, kitchnette that includes a full fridge, stove microwave, coffemaker, dishwasher including cookware, dishes and utinsels. The Kingsized bed slept perfectly. Ability to adjust your room temperature and the TV was mounted to adjust to which ever direction you desired. Bonus was the cozy patio for morning coffee. We loved the cozy vIlla vibe. This is definately our spot to stay when in Sedona

My teenager and I only stayed one night but we loved the location and feel of Sedona Uptown Suites. It was a perfect location walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was clean, pretty, and very functional with a well equipped small kitchen. My only complaint is that I personally like a firmer bed but I think mostly would find the bed very comfortable. We hope to come back for a longer stay next time!

The Suites complex was ideally located within uptown Sedona, and was well-designed with easy parking and a lovely garden area in the back. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and the staff with whom we interacted were most helpful and considerate. The room was well-equipped, and the presence of a "breakfast bar" and fridge was most appreciated.

Alec at the front desk was friendly, welcoming and informative. Apparently the property had been recently renovated top to bottom and everything was very modern and CLEAN. A great value for the money- a bit on the outskirts of Sedona but some very good casual bar/grill restaurants very nearby if you don’t want to drive further into Sedona. Would recommend to friends.

This Best Western if filled with little surprises that will be great for all ages. The staff including Amber, Melody, Holly, Cherry, Jackie and Micah were so helpful with dining and hiking suggestions. The breakfast had the delicious pastries that were in a warmer almond with standard breakfast fare in a wonderful indoor/outdoor setting with a fire pit that runs in the am and also pm. Coffee and tea are also available 24 hours. Did I mention the complimentary soda service with that great crunchy ice? Uh, yes please!!! The boutique hotel also has a heated pool which was great after hiking one day and all areas were clean. We are not big bicyclists but there is a great area for repairing, locking up and putting air in your tires if needed. I also used one of their two massage chairs (complimentary to hotel guest) and that was relaxing too! The rooms are standard but very clean and comfortable with balconies that overlook the amazing mountains and rock formations. This spot is a friendly and welcoming winner and a great location. Take it from a graduate of hotel administration and former meeting planner. If you are wanting value and do not want to pay for a high end resort, this place feels like a sweet neighborly home away from home!

Good breakfast with real scrambled eggs or cheese stuffed fried eggs and choice of sausages. The chocolate stuffed or almond croissant were exceptional, loved the zucchini bread and a whole slew of other pastries to choose from along with bagels, breads, spreads. Choice of coffee, tea, juices, fresh fruits. Location was close to every place to visit, shop, restaurants grocery stores, very convenient. Lots of free parking , clean well stocked facilities, well maintained location that’s staffed with friendly, patient, helpful professionals. Everything were logically functional and aesthetically pleasing. Looking forward to staying at this hotel next time in Sedona and would highly recommend Aiden to friends and family.

Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Coffee machine in the room was great. Breakfast was unexpectedly great for the value. Lots of pastry choices and yogurt/milk/fresh fruits. Coffee is free 24/7 next to front desk and breakfast area. There is also outdoor seating for breakfast area that includes a gas fire pit, which was pretty cool for the cold weather. Plenty of parking. Close to nearby restaurants and Safeway grocery store is a 5 min walk north. There is even a swimming pool and meditation room! Liked this hotel and would definitely stay again. One thing I’d suggest is to sign up for their rewards program prior to booking it, so if you stay 2 nights you get 1 night free. I saw this in their front desk/lobby, but it was too late.

This was a awesome stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the location has plenty of restaurants nearby. Try the fig jam and prosciutto pizza at gerardos a short walk away. The staff is friendly and greet you whenever they see you. The breakfast was amazing. There are so many choices. There were eggs, sausage, fresh fruit and lots of pastries and breads. The yogurt machine with all the toppings was tasty. There are choices for everyone. The view from our room was real nice. If you are looking for a good day of hiking and finding beautiful rocks look up AZ Rockhound Expeditions on Facebook for a great adventure.

The front desk attendant, Melodie, was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was fantastic, and included delicious French pastries... The room was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Staff was friendly and ready to help. There is a convenient, fenced dog relief area that our pups enjoyed. We will definitely return to this beautiful hotel!

They provided great recommendations for where to grab food at that time, which was so thoughtful. The suite was outstanding—spacious, cozy, and equipped with a charming fireplace that added so much to the ambiance. Traveling with a large dog can sometimes be tricky, but the Lodge made it seamless. They provided a huge, comfy dog blanket, and the pet-friendly amenities were top-notch. The location was absolutely perfect, nestled near Bell Rock with breathtaking views and access to stunning hiking trails. We loved being so close to nature, surrounded by wildlife and the serene beauty of Sedona. The vibe, the location, the attentive and friendly staff—it all made for an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend the Sedona Village Lodge to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like a home away from home. Can't wait to return!

we appreciate privacy. as we opened the door we saw the microwave / refrigerator nook. the bed was around a corner. all the little touches that reminded us we were on an adventure! the map for the trails (available at check in) in Sedona. the vortex that was willed into forever accessibility. the decor with native American touches & southwest touches. the little details matter to us. available parking close to the room is so helpful when taking everything into the room. plenty of available parking & a bar & a restaurant are steps from the rooms. the shower head needs some attention & on the plus side the water pressure was great. plenty of bath towels available. unfortunately I needed to adjust the shower temperature several times while showering. I can only guess there may be a limit to the number of rooms that may shower at the same time. the bathroom & bedroom were clean. the walls of the room were thin. the bed was comfortable. the temperature of the room was controlled with a quiet system that I never heard engage. we would stay here again

What is there not to like, the room exceeded what we expected for sure. The room was decorated very nicely with art, spacious as well as not too cramped, the bed was comfy with nice thick blankets and the room included a fridge and microwave too. The bathroom had a big bathtub, a nice shower with good water pressure and temperature, and a decent amount of towels upon arrival. The air conditioner worked great and we visited during a super hot week so we needed it. There is a nice window but the view from our room faces a wall but they do have rooms with balconies that have a great view of the rocks and sunset. This hotel allows dogs, and there is a dog-friendly restaurant, Colts, across the street which has some really good desserts. The staff was really friendly and had good recommendations for places to visit. The hotel is also located close to Bell Rock and a bunch of hiking trails. The hotel is about twenty minutes to Sedona's downtown shopping. Great stay.

The price is affordable. The facilities are clean; not immaculate, but clean. The staff are amazing and friendly and accommodating both on the phone and in person. The rooms are spacious enough. The location (for our needs) is perfect! It is close to restaurants, coffee and bike rental shops and within walking distance of all those amenities and right by the hiking/biking trails we love. And, if you pay cash for the room, you get a discount. Bonus!!! We've stayed there at least four times.

It felt like an Airbnb, full kitchen stocked with dishes and cookware , washer//dryer, central heat/ air conditioning, two balconies. Half bath downstairs and bathroom upstairs that has a jacuzzi tub that fits two people nicely! Location was quiet and well located! Facilities were great too!

The Facility was clean and tide. So many pool and Jacuzzi as well indoor pool.

Everything we needed, great to have a pool and jacuzzi nearby. Especially liked the proximity to restaurants and many hiking trails.

We arrived in the evening and still got the chance to use the outdoor jacuzzi, which was very needed after a long day of driving and exploring. The owner was very nice and helpful which made us feel so welcomed.

Easy location with lots of restaurants nearby. The check-in was easy, and they were super friendly, providing us nice dinner options. The room was a bit dated and needs some upgrades. The bathroom sink faucet was so loose, and it was really hard to switch the bathtub faucet to shower because it was old. Took almost 10 minutes to get the shower hot. Room fridge barely is cold. We used the jacuzzi every night, which was a nice way to end the day.

Liked everything at The Views! Great Red Rock views and short drive to some of the best hikes. Short walk to several restaurants and coffee shops, grocery store, convenience stores … everything we wanted for our 3 day stay. Food and drinks at Písa Lisa were excellent! we ate dinner there twice! Hotel is very clean and neat both inside and out. Plenty of fluffy towels. Comfortable bed and pillows AC worked well. Staff all very pleasant and helpful offering tips on hikes and local restaurants. Highly recommend The Views. Great location and good value

Front desk staff was so friendly, welcoming and full of information. Loved our comfy suite, the pool and especially the jacuzzi with strong jets.

Spacious one bedroom unit with kitchenette and patio with private jacuzzi. Unit was roughly 700 sq ft (very large). Kitchen well stocked. Pool, tennis/pickle ball and fitness areas also were very nice.

The location is just so perfect…. close to everything; like shopping, dining, different views of Sedona. The heated pool with a jacuzzi and minigolf were also added treats👍

Loved the staff, Carson on grounds & maintenance was very helpful when I couldn't understand the hottub plug. The gym and classes and pool were all great.

Room is great clean and comfortable, very pleasantly surprised, was a nice large room with plenty of seating, location is out of town, quiet area which is nice, but just a short drive to town centre, and the supermarket, this motel has a pool an a jacuzzi which was great.

Place was clean and very quiet. Perfect area, the place is right in the middle of everything. Has pool and jacuzzi. Had enough parking. Plus you can’t beat the price. Will definitely come back again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hottub. We were even able to do an easy hike close to the motel. Had an amazing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Location was exceptional, rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The jacuzzi after a hike was a highlight of the trip. Coffee and treats in the morning was an added bonus.

We loved the warm, friendly staff, made to order, fresh cooked breakfast choices, and the very comfortable, spacious room. It is conveniently located in Uptown Sedona within walking distance of many fine shops and restaurants. The view of Sedona’s majestic red rocks from the dining room and porch areas were magnificent. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay at Whispering Creek Bed & Breakfast. Cheryl and her staff made us feel like special guests in their house during our visit and we already miss our “home away from home”. We are really looking forward to our next stay at Whispering Creek Bed & Breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable Sedona vacation, with beautiful views, a great location, and a delicious, homemade breakfast to start the day. . The breakfast was absolutely delicious!!!! One morning we went on an early morning hike and thought we would be back in time for breakfast. We ran late but she still made our breakfast and saved it for us to have when we finally returned. Also, we really appreciated the parfaits that she put in our room fridge the night before our early morning hike so that we would have something to eat before we left early the next morning. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants, with Elote Cafe being around a 5 minute walk. One of our favorite things was sitting on the deck and relaxing while drinking our morning coffee and enjoying the amazing view and the hummingbirds. It was so peaceful. Finally, the room was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for the perfect stay in Sedona! I would absolutely want to stay here again the next time I am in Sedona.

The "breakfast" was the equivalent to a 5-star restaurant. Your cooks/hosts, Elaine and Barbara, make the breakfast choices to your liking and everything is fresh, fresh, fresh. They are also very knowledgeable about the area and suggestions to visit. We were blown away by the attention to detail at Whispering Creek. They also make complimentary drinks and home-baked goods available as part of your stay. The room had every amenity you can need/want, the grounds are lovely and relaxing and the location is in a super quiet street within walking distance to uptown! ALSO, though we were visited in "off-peak" season, the other guests we met were all wonderful people with whom we shared lovely conversations at the breakfast table (though you can choose to have breakfast in your room too.) The innkeepers and staff go OVER AND ABOVE to make you feel comfortable and very well taken care of. We feel so fortunate to have found this place and we plan to go back again and again.

Best possible location in Sedona. Based in Uptown Sedona within walkable distance to the busy area, but itself located in the quiet dark sky neighbourhood. The road connects to plenty of hiking trails. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Everything is clean. Innkeepers are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with local activities. They provide a to-do and FAQ folder for the region. Breakfast is delicious, fresh and supports a healthy diet. Wouldn’t stay another place upon a future visit.

Waking to see a blanket of snow - while tucked in a nice cozy room - was a treat. Restaurant just across the parking lot has good food ~And if you want breakfast (full menu) delivered to your room - it is available. Bathroom was small but perfectly fine. The outer area across from double sinks hosted a small refrigerator and small microwave ~ just right for a short stay. Would definitely return.

Absolutely LOVED our stay. We wish we booked longer than 1 night. Kat at the Front Desk was absolutely beautiful and gave us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a fire place and an extra pull out bed for our daughter. She was so friendly and accomodating to us. Our room was so spacious and had the most stunning view. The room was clean and had a small kitchenette. Not long after we checked in housekeeping came around gave us a small bag of cookies and asked if we needed anything which I thought was so lovely. Free parking and Wifi was fabulous. Upon checkout in the morning I noticed coffee, fruit and muffin bars in the lobby for a quick to go breakfast which I thought was such a kind gesture. Absolutely love this hotel and can’t wait to stay here again! Walking distance of less than 2 mins to the Main Street of Sedona which is the most beautiful little town.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing private view of the red rocks. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The location was amazingly convenient for walking to shops and restaurants. The onsite restaurant, Agave 89 has amazing breakfast and dinner options! This is my 4th time staying here and I look forward to the next!

The property was perfect for a short casual Sedona getaway. Convenient location. Right in the heart of the town with many shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. The staff was super nice and they offered a continental breakfast with unlimited supply of snacks and water in the lobby. There’s also a good Mexican restaurant as part of the hotel premises. The room was comfortable and had everything we need, with an incredible view from the balcony. It was just right for our little family getaway!

The view and location was amazing, we had our own balcony overlooking the amazing red rocks. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, we were on the ground level so easy to get in and out of, parking was easy and convenient, and staff was very nice and welcoming.

View and location were both exceptional. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was also a nice extra that we enjoyed. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with directions and recommendations to attractions.

Nice accommodation, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. We were 2 couples one celebrating their 39th wedding anniversary, so they stayed in the ensuite master bedroom, but the other ensuite bedroom was quite adequate. The kitchen was well equiped, we didn't do any cooking but used the dish washer which worked fine, we didn't use the washing machine. We had an issue with the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom not being clean, we cleaned it ourselves, but complained about it & got the car parking charges ($15 per day per car) removed from our final bill, which was a nice rsponse from the hotel.

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and this was our first time in Sedona. Our stay at the Best Western was great! Staff was friendly, prime location in walking distance to all of Uptown Sedona, the room was clean, bed comfy, provided toiletries were nice, and our view was unbelievable! Some reviews complained about it being "out dated" - it actually looks like most the hotels in the area. It's exactly what we expected it to be. The morning breakfast was really good - especially the daily frittatas! We probably saved about $50 / day just by eating breakfast at the hotel! So if you're complaining about the price for the room, factor in how much money you'll save on daily breakfast. The restaurants in the area is average $20-$30/per person for everything. After a long hike, we enjoyed using the hot tub in the club house.. which is only maybe a 3 minute walk from the hotel. We absolutely loved the Nescafe coffee machine in the lobby - we drank latte's every morning and they had a water machine so we can fill up our water bottles several times a day! If you want a "resort" with access to hotel restaurant and spend lots of money for coffee & breakfast every morning & spa days, then maybe this isn't the hotel for you. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with amazing views, great breakfast, & friendly staff - this is for you!

Breakfast was adequate with all the continental offerings plus hot breakfast sandwiches. Grounds were lovely. Only feedback. Suggest Breakfast time to start at 7am. Lots of folks start early. The two person jacuzzi tub is also the shower. Although a bar/handle is provided, I must admit, it was awkward to get in and out. I say this as a caution. I would definitely recommend those traveling to Sedona to stay here.

First, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was lots of natural light. There is a parking lot, so parking was easy. We stayed on the second floor. There is no elevator, so we did have to drag our luggage up the stairs. No one offered to help with luggage except when we were departing, but at that point, we had brought everything downstairs. Our room did not have a balcony, but there is a nice sized balcony off the downstairs lobby with several tables and chairs that is available to all who stay there. We sat outside several times during our stay as the weather was great. We skipped the breakfast at the inn and drove to Sedonuts which is wonderful. It was an average hotel breakfast offering with muffins and bagels and coffee. We liked that there were a number of restaurants for dinner within walking distance. Some of the restaurant parking lots are small, so walking was the best option. The one big downside to this hotel was the toilet and shower. I am not sure why hotels put in low toilets. I have bad knees and trying to lower myself on a toilet near the floor is difficult. The bathroom had a jetted tub, and trying to climb in to take a shower was not easy. I liked the location of the inn, and it was very quiet. I would stay again when visiting Sedona.

Discovered this little gem on a last minute trip with my husband for a work weekend. Loved everything about it! Rich at the desk was very pleasant to chat with and gave us a very warm welcome. Check in was done in a flash and we were very pleased with our room. It was impeccably clean and fresh with comfy pillows and linens. Our coffee on the deck was perfect--although I am not a fan of Keurig type machines, it was just fine for a morning start. The continental breakfast looked good with fresh muffins, fruit, yogurt and snack bars. We ate breakfast out since we were on our way home but it would have worked if we had eaten in.

This is now one of our favorite hotels. The inn could probably be classified as a bed and breakfast. Walking distant to many restaurants and shops. We were checked in by Rich, who goes above and beyond his job. He is kind and very friendly. Rich also helped us with our luggage as well as recommended places to eat dinner. Note there is no elevator if your room is on the second floor. Gorgeous and peaceful grounds by the creek. Our room 7 was perfect for us. Small balcony with no creek views but really peaceful. We could barely hear the cars on the road. Great place! We will be back!

A Perfect Anniversary Getaway My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at The Inn Above Oak Creek, and it was nothing short of amazing. We initially booked another place but had a poor experience, so we found this gem at the last minute on Expedia—and we’re so glad we did! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for. The other guests were also friendly, which added to the warm, homey atmosphere. Staying here felt like being at our parents’ house—cozy, familiar, and comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful sound of the water was incredibly soothing. Coupled with Sedona’s perfect weather, it made for an unforgettable experience. The location was also ideal, allowing us to walk to several great destinations. We highly recommend dining at Creekside American Bistro, indulging in treats at Sedona Fudge Company, and enjoying ice cream at Sedona Black Cow Cafe. We loved it so much that we decided to extend our stay. We can’t wait to return in the near future—it’s truly a special place!

The view and scenery was lovely, having a restaraunt & bar was convienant. Also a 5 minute drive from in town to the shops. Rooms were very comfortable, loved the patio to sit outside, spacious room with fireplace, and jacuzzi tub. I felt very relaxed on this trip.

The staff was wonderful and it was a great first stay in Sedona! The rooms had everything we needed. The shuttles were a bit tricky but they had an AMAZING driver available named Becky. She was phenomenal and made everything convenient. Such a nice view from the jacuzzi and I enjoyed a wonderful hot stone massage from Patricia at the spa. We loved everything and will be back!

The room: We were in a very spacious and clean, well appointed premium king room with a deep Jacuzzi style tub, couch, wet bar and fireplace. This was a villa style room and there was nobody above us and only one room adjacent. It felt private and quiet. The back patio overlooked the lovely green grounds and had a table and chairs to enjoy your coffee or wine outside. The stars above at night were spectacular! You can adjust the Room AC to get nice and chilly, and believe me when I say that's darn important in AZ in August! If you are able to I definitely recommend spending the extra money for this style of room, it's worthwhile. The location: Close to everything awesome in this beautiful town, hiking, dining, all super accessible. Gorgeous views. Easy parking and entry/exit to and from the resort. Close to town without being right in the hugely congested Sedona uptown or main drag, which we appreciated. The hotel restaurant was comfy and the food was delicious, very nicely done, nice outside patio dining area, very relaxing. The staff: All super friendly and hospitable. Great bar with a modern vibe, great cocktail and wine list. Shout out to bartender extraordinaire Big Tony, he was absolutely terrific! Mr. Mario, aka Super Mario, who was serving in the restaurant is joyful and kind and made us feel very special the whole time we were there. Hats off to you my friend and thank you, we'll be back to say hi one day. You are exceptional in every way!

Resort location was in a quiet area out of the way from main shopping areas but a short drive to them. All the Staff was attentive and friendly. From check in, wish I could member his name, to our server at Willows Restaurant, Destiny, were exceptional,. Very engaging, recommendations in the area and very personable. And kudos to the kitchen staff for breakfast. Excellent. Our room a King premium which was in the 600 section area was perfect for us. From the Firplace, Views, setting, clean. Quiet Grounds, Restaurant and Wine bar. Will stay again but longer.

Friendly staff at front desk. I shopped around for an affordable accommodation & found this. Very reasonably price for what you get. I used the washing machine room. Got coins from the store next door. You can park your car right in front of your villa. There is a huge tv in the living room. Another in master bedroom. Fantastic bed, pillow, & sheets. We loved the ample kitchen amenities. Recommend for sure.

Beautiful 2 bed plus bed settee villa, lovely pool and jacuzzi right behind the villa. Easy check-in, lovely front desk staff, Great value for money, a 5 minute drive outside the main town centre. Lots of restaurants and shops close by, very accessible, on site parking right outside the villa. Very comfortable, had everything you could possibly need, even provided pol towels.

This property was very family friendly. The pool area was close to most rooms it seemed. The kitchen and living area were great. One of outlets had only one of the two working in the kitchen near the coffee machine but moved the toaster to another outlet and worked fine. They had separate towels for the pool in the room which was amazingly convenient. When we had issues with the keys the office staff was amazing and came to our door to fix the issue. The little fenced area outside was great for drying pool items. It was very close to safe way which was great as well. Would definitely stay here again! The Murphy bed was comfortable and so was main bed- but beware a blow up mattress is more comfortable than the pull out couch if you need to use - we did not but tried it out to see which was more comfortable the Murphy/couch. Definitely will stay here again in future. Great place to stay! We absolutely loved it!

The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. The apartment was very quiet and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable.

My husband and i stayed at the sister villa last year and decided to come back and try the Villas of Sedona.. We love coming back from a long hike and soaking in the hot tub then enjoying the evening by the fireplace. The units are very spacious, clean and have everything you need to cook your breakfast, lunch or dinner! There’s also plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a grocery store! They have gas grills located throughout the property if you choose to grill out! We will definitely come back again!

I would rate our overall stay at 4.5 stars, not 5 for some small issues that a 5 star would not have. Tub wall too high because it used to be a jacuzzi tub but now the jets have been glassed over, carpet needs cleaning(not vacuuming), couch was very hard but it was a pullout bed. Staff is outstanding, grounds are beautiful and extremely well maintained. Location is just outside Sedona so it would be great during those busier times of year. Will absolutely book this place again.

I loved having my own tiny house! It was very peaceful, had enough towels in the room. Came with a laundry basket with dryer sheets and detergent. On-site laundromat, main pool, three jacuzzis on property, an activity center. Well maintained and kept clean, Italian restaurant located by the main office.

Very cozy and clean. The property had a lot of amenities that were useful. I'll definitely want to stay here again when back in town. Check in & out were quick & efficient. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Clean safe fun activities. Just a heads up there will be a short sales pitch for local attractions and the Italian restaurant is really good but pricey. Small things did not take away from the experience. Still 10 stars

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pet friendly, and it was a quiet location, despite being right off the main road. It was really easy to go into town or get to many hiking trails. There was always parking available, but it's a smaller lot, so that may be an issue in the busy season (or it may not). I would definitely return here on my next trip to Sedona.

Everything was perfect, it was in a great spot, for a great price, everything was clean and cozy. The room was beautiful and the view was too, it was perfect for our 2 night stay and really close to some great restaurants and within walking distance from some of the best crepes and country fries steak ive ever eaten. It's right next to a gas station which was very fortunate and I would definitely return for another stay.

Wife and I had a wonderful experience while staying in Sedona for a hiking trip. Hotel is in close proximity to Boyton canyon trailhead and local restaurants. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. The grounds were beautiful. The facility was quiet. The food (we had breakfast there most days) was delicious. We were most impressed, however, by the staff. Extremely friendly and courteous and accommodating. In particular, the restaurant hostess, Lily, was exceptionally nice. The parking attendant / shuttle driver, Natalie, was extremely personable, a genuine delight, and has god taste in music. All the staff at the check-in desk at the lobby, including Adam and Jordan, were wonderfully friendly and helpful. There was also an exceptional job done by the room cleaning staff, especially the unnamed person who cleaned our room after our second night there. The reasons for the slight issue with property condition and facilities were as follows. The door to the outdoor shower was jammed, there was a very slight spider web above the bath tub, and one of the sinks drained slowly. All of these issues were taken care of immediately by staff and were not major problems or inconveniences , it is just that the expectation was that there would not be any issues if any kind. All who took care of these things were friendly, efficient, and prompt. Again, kudos for a great staff. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is such a peaceful little oasis in Sedona. My husband and I went the first week of June to do some hiking and L'Auberge was the perfect place to unwind. We scheduled three couples massages at the Apothecary Spa to relax after our hikes and they were exactly what we needed. The spa is quiet and the services are heavenly. After our massages we grabbed some snacks and tea and relaxed on the outdoor patio under the trees. We stayed in a creekside cottage and the front porch provided the perfect setting for some quiet reading. The room was spacious and well furnished and the outdoor shower was a nice surprise. We dined at Cress for breakfast and a couple of dinners. The servers were all polite and just the right amount of attentive. The food was both beautiful in presentation and flavourful. Our day of departure, we stayed t our breakfast table well after we finished our meal just soaking up the sounds of the water and the birds. We cannot wait to go back.

From the moment we entered our suite it felt like being in a little cottage, even though we had the suite room only. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the little gifts left for us to enjoy were so thoughtful and added a special touch to our stay. We did the Introduction to Sound Healing, which was so relaxing and I recommend that. The view of the creek from the restaurant and bar is so tranquil to observe. The little duck beach is perfect for meditating and listening to the creek is so peaceful. The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants and most of the trails.

The hotel location is in cottages along the creek. It was very quiet and relaxing. The cottage was very nice and the daily services were excellent. Your car is normally parked on site. The valets will bring it around if you desire to go further than a mile or so from the hotel. The valets were very helpful taking us on golf type carts to several restaurants within their service radius. Making sure we had enough water as it was very warm. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The spa treatment was very nice. The Cress restaurant at creekside is five stars. The ambiance in the evening is wonderful. Our cottage had an outdoor shower that is attached by a door from the bathroom. This is great. Coming back from a guided tour and feeling very hot and sweaty, the outdoor shower was so nice.

Quiet and serene, location is great as a solo guest, convenient to trailheads, restaurants, coffee, multiple grocery stores yet far enough away from the madness. Room was comfortable, nothing fancy but served me just perfect! Also the cleanest room I’ve stayed in for quite some time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. One of the standout features of this hotel is its great location. It is conveniently walkable to a health food market and a variety of delicious restaurants, making it easy to enjoy local culinary offerings. Additionally, the parking lot is safe and easily accessible, which was a definite plus for our stay. However, I did encounter a few drawbacks during my visit. The bed was a bit too soft for my personal comfort, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. I also would have appreciated having a hot water kettle in the room for convenience. Unfortunately, the noise from the female neighbors next door was quite disruptive, making it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully at times. On a positive note, I was pleased to find the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, which greatly added to the overall comfort of our stay. Lastly, I want to extend my appreciation to the staff for their prompt communication regarding our check-in details. Their professionalism and efficiency were commendable. This place is a gem! We stayed here with our teenage daughters for a week. So much space we were not on top of each other. The sofa bed was surprisingly very very comfortable. We loved that it is close enough to walk to Bell Rock and other hiking trails. It’s a super mellow location unlike uptown Sedona. Walking to restaurants and stores is easy. Super quiet area. Had laundry facilities, two pools, a hot tub, and the kitchenette was important for us. The only confusion for us was we didn’t know they don’t have daily room cleaning service. However once we learned, it was not a problem. They leave a cart outside the rooms daily that has towels, soaps, extra sheets if you need, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, etc. You can also request a cleaning if you need it. Will absolutely stay here again when we return to Sedona- no question about it.

From the moment you check in until you check out the staff is amazing. The property is clean, comfortable, and we'll maintained. The pool is a great area to relax, and it's an easy walk to great food options. Being that close to Bell Rock and surrounded by natural beauty is the star of the show here.

This property is a bit dated but very spacious and you can't beat the price in the Sedona area. I would definately rebook here if in the area. Enjoyed some quiet time at the outdoor pool as well. Room clean. Bed comfortable.

Decent, clean room. We just needed a place for one night. The owner was friendly, room was clean, good shower pressure. Nice place to eat across the street. No frills, no issues for us. We had wi-fi, tv, refrigerator, windiw unit AC that worked fine. It was a quiet, peaceful setting.

We have stayed here a few times before, and our room was nice and comfortable. It looked as if it had recently been remodeled. We had a nice patio that backed up to the pines. Our only problems were: (1) No one was staffing the office. When we arrived, the door was locked, and we had to use the filthy phone outside to call someone. They arrived quickly. When we had trouble getting into our room, I had to call using that phone again. (2) The second problem was not their fault. The only restaurant in town serving breakfast decided to be closed on Wednesdays. We were there on a Wednesday and had expected to eat breakfast there. The closest breakfast place is about 20 miles away in Flagstaff. Other than those two items, the stay was pleasant.

The room clean and well equipped ( fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker). The memory foam mattresses were very comfortable but the pillows were the let down for me personally for being small and hard upon compression. For this reason I didn’t sleep. Next door is a bar and a taco truck ( which serves other food too). Since it was game night for the Cardinals, the small bar was packed so there was nowhere to sit so we left. Some of our group bought food from the truck which they said was good.

Found this motel by accident. Stopped for gas south of Flagstaff and saw this motel in the trees. I didn't see it from the interstate. Talk about a great find. Excellent room. Clean and remodeled. Exterior of motel extremely well maintained and charming. Owner very prideful and showed us several rooms. They are all beautiful. They are also pet friendly. If you want to stay somewhere where you can breathe fresh mountain air and not be in the middle of a city, this is an outstanding place. Thanks to the owners for making our stay great.

The large 1 bdrm + adjoining studio for our 23 y/o was perfect for our family of 3. The jacuzzi bathtub was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. Loved eating lunch on the balcony with Snoopy Rock in full view. Well appointed kitchen, and spacious dining area. Wish we stayed longer to take advantage of it all.

We asked if we could have something different and they were very nice about the request, changed our room. Wide open views on both sides. Honestly, very nice staff. Also, everything is extra including $35 per day for parking which is just another way of adding a fee that is not disclosed at booking. Nice breakfast, added cost $22. There are many other hotels in Sedona that don’t have added parking charge and breakfast included all of which have the same views. Overall experience and value is good but not great. My thoughts to the hotel is just add about $100 to the booking price and drop the parking & buffet charges.

What an amazing experience at this resort! I must mention JJ, the bartender, and Keele at the guest desk. Both of them made me want to return. After a tiring 3.5-hour drive from Phoenix, I expressed my frustration and exhaustion to Keele. She empathetically listened and provided me with a free parking pass for my stay along with a complimentary drink, all accompanied by a warm smile—a wonderful start to the trip. Braden, whom I met at the bar the first night, somehow remembered it was my 60th birthday two days later, even though I hadn't mentioned it again. He was fantastic. Having frequented bars for many decades, JJ stood out as the bartender I want to visit again. Despite my nightly indulgence, she was attentive, efficient, and polite not only with me but with everyone. Despite her busy schedule ensuring every guest had an awesome experience, she kept the bar and tables spotless, yet always gave the impression of undivided attention. Her exceptional service alone makes the resort worth visiting. Beyond the staff, the breathtaking view of the red rocks from the deck, combined with the nightly and morning music, makes this place truly special. I can't wait to return. Special thanks to the morning lady and young Hispanic man who provided great service each morning before 7am!. JJ and Keele have me eager to return ASAP

Breakfast was Great. The hotel gave a food credit of 18.00 per person per day so that was a nice bonus! The main thing is the incredible views on the hotel bar/restaurant patio with firepits and the open balcony from our room overlooking the rocks. Sunsets were spectacular to view right off the balcony. Mark, the bartender was super great. Live music was awesome on the weekends. Concierge was knowledgeable and very friendly.

This hotel was perfect in every way, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was food and a bar that were easy to access. The room we stayed at was one of many that had a huge patio with the most incredible views of Sedona. We brought our small poodle pup and it was extremely pet friendly, she was welcome everywhere and there was an amazing walking path right next to our room! I was blown away by every aspect of this hotel!!

Amazing location with amazing views and friendly staff. The lobby is keenly decorated in an artsy fashion, with an amethyst crystal rock wall both behind the front desk and the bar. Very quaint property with a nice pool and ample parking. Great central Sedona location. My husband and I enjoyed all of the amenities, most notably, the amazing Sound Bath that was complimentary with our stay. (Also enjoyed the am YOGA classes!) If you can carry your own luggage upstairs, highly recommend getting an upper floor room, as the views of the red rocks are worth it. Family member, with a cane, had no problem with lower floor. Many outside areas to sit & enjoy your coffee, cocktail or other renters company. 1 parking space assigned to each room. Sedona is a dark sky city, so a short walk to a back parking lot behind the arts building offers great viewing of the sky, so bring your flashlight for the walk & binoculars for sky viewing. We enjoyed the rustic charm & would stay here again.

The room was spacious, with a view looking on to greener, with mountains behind. The bed was very comfortable. There was a deck too. The location was ideal for us - at the ‘rural’ and quiet end of Uptown, and, yet, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Parking was easy.

The property is in an excellent location with an amazing view of the mountains and walking distance to everything. The staff is great and the amenities are clean and comfortable with ample outdoor seating, open and spacious.

Spent one night at the property with 2 of our friends in an additional room. It was in the perfect location, right between the main drag of shops and restaurants and the Tlaquepaque shopping village. I would definitely stay at this property again while visiting Sedona. It's not fancy, but it has what you need (a comfortable bed, bathroom, coffee machine, fridge, free parking, and lovely staff) and is clean and convenient. We didn't have time to visit a vortex while in Sedona, but walking through Tlaquepaque felt otherworldly and gave us a fantastic feeling of entering another time. It was great. Don't miss it.

Staff was friendly, and room was nice. Very clean. It's an older motel, but our room had been remodeled and was fine. As others have said, bed was firm memory foam mattress, but was very comfortable. I have no complaints about the room or the motel. Keep in mind that this is not a "resort hotel" and it's really just a nice, clean, and comfortable place to sleep. As far as the location, it was OK but not what I would consider the center of activity. Parking was easy, but one minor complaint was that there were two metal signs blocking a big portion of the entrance, placed there to prevent people from turning around in their parking lot. But these were in the way entering and exiting. They need to find a better way to fix the problem! Might mention that the motel is across the street from The Hideaway House Italian restaurant, which we found to be excellent!

The location was perfect to be within walking distance of Tlaquepaque and other restaurants and stores. Uptown Sedona was maybe a 6 minute walk. The rooms were basic, but clean and very comfortable. The room had a sizeable mini-fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. I had read complaints about the lack of a working ice maker, but that was no issue. You can walk across the street to the Hideaway restaurant and get a cup of ice, or the liquor store to get a bag of ice. The hotel was between the Ritz Carlton and a Red Roof Inn. If we go to Sedona again, we would happily stay here again.

We like that it wasn't like any other ordinary hotel we are normally used to ,i know it says resort, and yes, it did have a feel of it, but also, it felt more like home. Family friendly , kids enjoyed it. The place was clean, and we made sure to leave it spotless as well. Had fridge ,stove, microwave ,laundry, you name it. We felt comfortable, and we will definitely come back when we're back in Arizona doing a family trip . Staff is very nice as well . The ones I encounter with when checking in and out they made the stay even better, friendly, and helpful answered any question we had. so keep up the good work.

Our plans in Sedona were unexpectedly changed due to snow, but honestly, we couldn’t have been stuck in a better place! The location is perfect—everything we needed was within walking distance, making it super convenient. Our room was cute, quiet, and exceptionally clean, which made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Communication for check-in was seamless, and everything about the experience was smooth and welcoming. The only minor downside was that some guests would gather right outside our door to sort out their check-in, and unfortunately, the door and windows aren’t very soundproof. It wasn’t a huge issue, but a small sign reminding guests to be mindful of others could be a nice touch. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. The Star Motel was a cozy and convenient spot that made our unexpected change of plans much more enjoyable!

We had a street facing room so we heard cars driving by and could hear our neighbors from time to time, but overall very quiet for a motel. I was a little hesitant with “motel” and some room pics with brick walls, but was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the room was. The bed was more comfortable than many 4-5 star hotels, sheets and bedding felt higher end, and thankfully an electric water pit for coffee instead of the dreaded keurig machines. Even had organic tea. Bathroom is small but clean and shower is better than most hotels for pressure. Absolutely perfect location for walking to shop and eat - the Vault is delicious and not too far from the motel. Definitely a win for a last minute 1-night stay in Sedona and will definitely stay again next trip to town.

Pros - excellent location, right in town and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Cute little retro-vibe motel and responsive staff. Easy check in/out with a code (no staffed front desk). Cons- room is dark - only one dim lamp, and limited lighting generally. Floor wasn't clean -- our feet and socks were black with dirt from walking on the floor. No coffee maker or real coffee in room (just packets of instant coffee, which was surprising). It's hard to find drip coffee early AM in Sedona, so a coffee maker or Keurig machine would have been greatly appreciated.

Yes, it is a motel so nothing fancy, but the location is in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and places to book your fun weekend activities. In addition, hiking trails are within a 10-15 min drive. The cleanliness of this motel is amazing! Nothing is dirty, it truly is the cleanest motel we have ever visited. The bed is super comfortable, with soft and firm pillows so you have a choice of which is your preference. There is a mini-fridge, microwave and hot water kettle as well as a very large new TV. It is also very quiet, the only thing that woke us up were the birds who start singing at sunrise. Do yourself a favor and stay here!

I lived in uptown Sedona many years ago. We try to come back every year. The Star Motel is in the perfect location! Convenient to everything. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable! Although this is a basic motel, the location is outstanding! Clean, quiet and safe. A wonderful spot to stay in Sedona! Parking right outside of your room and included with your rate. Highly recommend this spot!

Loved my stay here. These are basically small condos/time share units that are the perfect vacation getaway. Location is West Sedona, close to all the beautiful trails with a view. Very quiet. Staff make this beyond a five star experience. They text you about check in and are always available. A great synergy between them- you can tell they enjoy their team and their customers. Great COVID measures. Enjoyed booking jacuzzi to myself after long day of hiking. While there are older furnishings- bed is very comfortable and the all important pillows are excellent. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay! Highly recommended!

Our room and the property itself was very clean and well maintained. (Construction was going on in a unit across the way from us.) The unit that we stayed in was very comfortable and spacious and had some beautiful views from the bedrooms. However, there was a large tree directly in front of the balcony of our unit that blocked a lot of natural light and made the balcony seem cave-like. The only negatives were: 1. During check in a nice lady kept trying to get us to buy packages/coupons/experiences when all we wanted to do was get our keys and get to our room. (This should be an optional available service, not a mandatory and awkward conversation.) 2. Due to COVID-19 the pool and hot tub hours were significantly cut back from what was advertised during booking, and could only be used by making a reservation when checking in. We were not able to use the hot tub in the evenings during our stay because it was always booked up - this was a real bummer. But otherwise - it was a very nice stay.

The only problem was traffic-it was easier to take a right and go to the next light to turn around and go to the left. The highway was busy at all times of the day! But I would still stay there again if in the area and would highly recommend others stay there, too!

Friendly staff and comfortable stay. The hotel overall could use a cosmetic upgrade but the rooms were comfortable and kept us close to many Sedona businesses. A little on the worn out side but it was clean and smelled clean too (for a pet friendly hotel). The lighting and counter space in the room was terrible so it wasn't easy to apply contact lenses or makeup. Also, the hair dryer was pretty weak so I was happy I brought my own. We enjoyed the amenities like the free breakfast and gym. The gym had two mats, a Peleton (2 lb weights), elliptical and a treadmill. They also had weighted balls. Small but enough space for get a workout in. The food is your typical basic "American" fare. A hot egg dish that changes daily, hard boiled eggs, Oatmeal daily, breads, waffle machine, cereals, packaged yogurt and fruits (albeit mealy apples and canned fruit). Great to get a basic breakfast if you want to save money for other parts of the trip. However, if premium or healthier food is of importance there is a Whole Foods down the street and your room may have a mini fridge and microwave. There is a pool as well, but we did not use it. Parking was an additional $17/day. Would I return, maybe. I may try to find something else a little more updated but I would return and recommend it as a basic place to stay.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The hotel room was space and clean. The location is great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a nice variety. The lobby common room was inviting for relaxing as well as a comfortable place to work remotely. I did not notice while booking that parking is $17 per day. The information is shown on the website but I overlooked it. I hate paying for parking. Plus, it was totally unnecessary as there was plenty of parking.
