Everything was amazing. The view from the balcony, the sunset from the jacuzzi. The modern style of the house. They were flexible and kind, because we arrived earlier than the check-in time.

The amazing view, the tranquility of the place and the perfectly maintained garden. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We stayed for one night on our way to Italy and decided to book again in our return. After a tiring day it's the perfect place to retire. Close to the high way. There a very good restaurant in Kutina, 7 km away. The host was very nice and offered us a lot of intimacy. The bungalow is located on a pretty steep hill and it's challenging to carry suitcases so if you are not used to trekking or climbing you had better not book the place. It didn't bother us but the couple next to us had difficulty walking the hill. But it's worth doing it just for the amazing sunset and the serenity of the place.

The location on top of a hill is spectacular; the sunset alone made the price worth this stop. I'm doing a series of articles on cycling in Europe, and was taking a break from campgrounds. Room wasn't huge, would be perfect for 1-2 people; especially for those looking for a quiet, romantic getaway. Everything clean, modern, stylish. Nice lounge chairs to enjoy the sunset. Good Wi-Fi and TV (but who really wants to watch TV with a natural setting like this!). Bed was comfortable. Just relaxing in a 'nutshell'.

what a lovely little property, is a little bungalow set on a hill, overlooking the town below and beyond,bungalow is two apartments it was clean, modern and comfortable and had a nice log burning fire all fired up by the owners for our arrival. Bathroom is nice, all tiles with nice vanity unit, and shower was nice and warm as it has its own boiler staff were very welcoming, and help us up the hill with our luggage It was dark when we arrived, but the view in the morning was lovely, property grounds have vines and trees,it will be lovely in the summer they allowed our dog to stay too.... perfect

The place is perfect for relaxation and a peaceful escape from the city. It’s close to the highway, making it very convenient for a stopover during a long trip — just as we did. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, with plenty of space for children to play and unwind. The hosts are extremely helpful and always smiling, which makes the stay even more enjoyable.

The host was very kind and helpful, and answered all our questions quickly and willingly. The jacuzzi was perfectly clean, it was a real pleasure to use it. The rooms were nice and tidy, although a bit cold, but luckily there was air conditioning so we could easily set a comfortable temperature. The spaces were large and spacious, we had plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well. The parking was secure, our car was in a monitored area, which gave us peace of mind. Overall, we had a great time, and we’re planning to come back with my husband in the summer :)

Host received us extremely friendly. The view. Perfect pool. Superb Privacy. Airco. 2 terraces plus different seating spots in the garden. Even a separate grill/bbq place! Home fully equipped with almost everything you can think off. Restaurants in Petrinja also good.

Everything — beautiful views, great amenities, and a helpful host.

Very quiet and beautiful place.It’s unique with all the storks around.There was a net just above the window of our room and the storks also use to land on the lawn just metres from the tables of the restaurant.There is a nice river nearby .The house is beautiful and well maintained.It’s restored old traditional for the area house. Overall it’s beautiful place to stay(even though we was just for one night).The breakfast and coffee were very good.The hosts are nice friendly people with very good English.I hope that we will have the chance to be guests in the house again in the future.

We stayed in the little self catering apartment in a separate wooden building opposite the main house. It has one single & one double bed, a small but adequately equipped kitchen/dining area (we didn't use it anyway). The bedroom is spacious and the bed VERY comfortable. The weather was unusually hot for the time of year but the rooms stayed cool thanks to small windows and cool night time temperatures, although there's an air conditioning unit and a woodburning stove to cover all weather. The owners were really friendly & helpful & spent some time chatting with us as we explained we were looking at property in the area. The food was delicious, we had a mixed meat and cheese plate as a starter followed by a plate of mixed local fish grilled and fried. We couldn't eat it all! For the next night we pre-ordered lamb cooked in a traditional peka in the fire, this was also delicious and very large! The main building is also an old wooden house, very charming and full of rustic decorations, it also has a storks nest on the roof.

Locarion was "out in the wild" in a pozitive way.. right nexr to the Sava river in an area filled with storks. The rooms are very rustic looking on the outside but nicely transformed on the inside to include modern needs: AC, wc,hot water, etc. There was a restaurant there and we had dinner even if we arrived quite late in the evening and breakfast was GREAT! A lovely, well appointed place in the middle of nature in which to get aquainted with the local storks and to rest up after a day touring on the motorcycle. The very friendly staff made you feel very welcome. The restaurant was very good and the breakfast was exceptional. The apartment was cosy and had everything we needed.

Like in a fairytale. An idyllic old wooden house with storks on the roof and a meadow for resting around it. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast is plentiful and excellent, the staff is extremely friendly. We also took dinner: venison goulash and fish paprikash, both were very tasty.

The host is such a warm and welcoming person. The whole apartment is modern, clean and has a lot of utilities (smart tv, a lots of light, microwave etc.). The bed is super comfortable as well as the pillows and a great sleep is guaranteed. Not far away from the center, especially if you are with car. Definitely recommend!

Host Suzana was super kind and flexible and has the perfect apartment. It has everything you need and more and decorated with a lot of care for detail. We cooked dinner and the kitchen even had basics like condiments, herbs and spices. Plus super bonus: a large bowl of fresh fruit.

I liked everything at this hotel. The staff was so nice and friendly. Big, confortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast and a nice terrace where we enjoied a savorous dinner. Free parking was also available. I would certainly be back there.

A little bit off the main road but with signs along the road so fairly easy to find. It was in a neighborhood of beautiful large farmhouses, from new to abandoned wood houses and near a nature park. THe house itself was out of a fairytale, new and rustic with handmade details and artwork. A few animals on the premises and a vegetable garden near the house.THe host was very nice and drove us to the nature park so we could walk back before dinner. Our room was quiet with a comfortable bed. Dinner in the attached restaurant, which was a la carte, was delicious, with salad from the garden and homemade pastry for dessert. Breakfast (included) was enormous. We just needed a place to stay enroute to our destination and were very pleasantly surprised.

The owner is very kind and welcoming. We arrived late, but he prepared for us very quickly delicious dinner. There is a private parking, free. The room was big enough for our family. Everywhere was clean and cosy.

Very welcoming, great location and host was friendly and very nice. Extremely clean, comfortable bedroom we were working by the cockerel crowing. We had dinner there which was very nice. The only reason we have given this a 9 not 10 is that it was cash only, but that was not advertised on booking.com, the just was very accommodating and took euros & sterling.

Wide, absolutely clean and very well equipped room, comfortable bed and a large terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is situated on a calm and quiet place but not far away from the mean street, where you can find nice restaurants.

It was clean and comfortable. We made reservation a couple hours before arrival. Everything in house was perfect prepared.

Staff were excellant. Friendly and helpful. Their restaurant does not allow dogs , however they served us an excellant dinner in the bar area. The waiter and reception staff were most helpful Parking was good and within view of the reception.

In the Booking.com reviews, there is a gentleman by the name of Sven. He described this hotel and its amenities perfectly. Follow Sven's advice. We took his recommendation and we were very pleased, so thank you Sven and thank you to the lovely staff of Hotel Kutina. We regularly travel this route to see family and this was a perfect stopping point for safe, clean, comfortable, convenient night's rest. Good value. Breakfast included and enough to get you started for an early drive. One of the better towns to stop in that is very close to the highway. Very dog friendly. Well executed value hotel on all fronts ✅

Good size apartment room with adequate facilities including a balcony, fridge, comfortable settee and bed. Good size bathroom. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good location for walking around Kutina.

Nice place to have a rest - it was just a stop along the journey from Bulgaria to Italy and for this purpose was absolutely perfect. We couldn't see much of the hotel as we were dead tired after 8 hours of driving (and 4 more at the customs) and left right after the breakfast. The breakfast was nice.

Excellent hotel in eastern Croatia, close to the highway, and right in the center of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple, but good. Shopping locations are nearby.
