Right off i-95 and near stores/restaurants but quiet and backed up to woods. Immaculately clean. Immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. Lovely buffet dinner with full salad bar, fruit, steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, rolls, desserts, beverages (including alcohol) included with our stay from 5:30-7:00. They only offer that meal Mon-Wed. The room was huge, beds so comfortable. We had 2 queens and a sofa bed with a kitchen. The sofa had a chaise as well. There was a dining area off the buffet, lounge with games and a roku tv. A business center, a laundry room, fitness center, outdoor fun zone with large games, fire pit, pool complete with an accessible chair for those who may need it. Breakfast was another well appointed buffet of eggs, biscuits, gravy, meats, yogurt, bar, cereal, fruit, light veggies, bagels, muffins, coffee, juice, fresh Belgium waffles. All of this topped by the kindest, loveliest people working there that checked in with you, conversed and connected with you. It was the biggest shock to encounter such wonderful people. I didnt know hospitality like this actually existed. I traveled with my husband, teen daughter and 2 tween sons. We all woke up rested and were sad to get back to the road after such a wonderful stay. It was what you always hope a hotel experience will be like but it never actually happens....except this time, it did!

Easy access from I95 corridor. Warm friendly greeting upon arrival. Property amenities explained in detail. Room was HUGE. Full size fridge, dish washer, disposal, small cook top! King bed that was super comfy. Room was spotless! Sofa sectional. Lotsa hot water for the shower. One of the best stays in recent travels! Breakfast was delicious. Real eggs! Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt bar. Comfortable seating. This place was first rate. I have paid much , much more for far less. This was a GREAT value!

We loved everything about this property. It is a beautiful, immaculate hotel with an amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Great personnel - from the front desk, housekeepers, right down to the two sweet ladies working so hard in the breakfast room. Breakfast was also the best self service breakfast buffet I've ever experienced at any hotel. Rooms were beautiful and spacious with everything you need to be comfortable. This hotel has got it going on!!

It was excellent! Clean! Smelt amazing in every area of the hotel. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hot breakfast was delicious. Location was amazing so many shops and restaurants right outside the hotel. There is a movie theater next door.

My wife and I have stayed here three times, once also with my daughter, on our way from the northeast USA to Orlando Florida. This is a fantastic hotel, located just off route 95 and offers exceptional value, a friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable and if we have the need to travel from home to Orlando (or surrounding area) we will absolutely stay here again. They are also pet friendly which is a bonus if you're bringing your furry friends or if you just like to watch them filter in and out of the lobby.

The breakfast was nice. They have two waffle makers, cheese omelet, bacon, potatoes, and all the other usual stuff, like oatmeal, yogurt, etc. The gym was very nice, with all weights, and a good machine, mats, balls, Bosa ball, and several treadmills, all in working order. There was a bottle filling station, with a nice and cool water. There was abundance of green lawn to walk our dog around the hotel, with poop bags available. The parking was convenient and plentiful. When we checked in, they even gave us two complimentary bottles of water, and some treats for our dog (which he refused to eat, but I still appreciate the gesture :-) ) The staff was very attentive and helpful. During the breakfast, kitchen staff was constantly checking on us, and removing dirty dishes from our table, eager to help with any other questions. The room was nice and clean, no bad smell or anything. All sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The AC unit noise was moderate, and didn't wake us up during the night.

Location is excellent! Right off 95 and well lit. We checked in late about 8:30pm. Staff was wonderful. We hadn’t had dinner. The staff Recommended a Mexican restaurant right next door that was open until 10 and delicious. Room was very clean, pillows better than most and toiletries supplied higher quality than other hotels. Breakfast was the best out of the last 6 hotels I have stayed in two weeks. Waffles, homemade scramble eggs, sausage and biscuits. However the best was the two women who were preparing and managing breakfast. They deserve not only praise, but a raise!!! I have never encountered anyone more friendly. They put out superior food and were clearing plates while restocking. I would 100% recommend! Such a nice town!

This is a great place to stay. Pet friendly with a wonderful pool and gym. The beds and pillows are so comfy with extra large rooms! The rooms are super clean and the breakfast is hot with so many choices. The nice lady that works in the breakfast area is so friendly and helpful.

This was a last minute choice when we were too tired to continue our drive south — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. First, the “sleep”. We were initially sorry to have a room near the elevators, but the soundproofing was excellent and the beds were terrific, so no issue there. The room and bathroom were spotless. But the real game changer was the service. Wow. The two women at the front desk were helpful and cheerful and accommodating. And THEN there were the two women in charge of the waaay above average breakfast. The food they prepared and set out for us was varied and of very good quality. Fresh. Made with pride. And they were an absolute treat to start the day with. Another hotel guest said “it’s no act, I stay here often and they are always this cheerful and the food is always this good.” A good night’s sleep and a solid breakfast (with good coffee!) and we were on the road south, happy to have happened upon this place and vowing to stop here again

From check-in to check-out our overnight stay was wonderful. The room was extremely clean and the bed was firm. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and the ladies taking care of the breakfast area were so warm, friendly and helpful. I look forward to our next stay here when coming to Santee to golf and highly recommend it.

Staff was super nice. From the front desk at check in to check out they were very helpful. I forgot a jacket in the room and housekeeping gave it to the frontdesk and they called me to let me know they had it. Breakfast was Amazing!! She does a great job and everything was fresh and delicious. Eggs were soft and creamy, rosemary potatoes, amazing, bacon cooked perfect, grits delicious. Better than almost any breakfast I've had! Certainly in a long time. Hotel is nicely situated in town; Convenient to everything but it was the staff that made it extraordinary.

This is, bar none, the best Best Western hotel we have ever stayed at! From the moment you drive up you will see that this is no ordinary hotel. It is lovely, beautifully maintained and peaceful. It is literally steps away from downtown Beaufort, so there is no need to move your car. The staff is truly amazing, especially Catrina! If you can, ask for one of the 'back rooms'; the are larger and give an amazing view. The rooms are decorated with 'southern charm', not just typical hotel stuff. And the breakfast is the best we've ever had at any BW. Be sure to try the Hummingbird Scones or Cinnamon Rolls if they have them on the day you are there; they rotate their breakfast menus so you don't have the same thing every day. We have stayed there twice and will always return there on any return trips to Beaufort.

Breakfast was really good! Delicious home-made pumpkin bread, in addition to a full breakfast with eggs, sausage, grits fruit, etc. Room was spotless and recently renovated. Perfect location, convenient to everything, right on the water, but quiet and restful.

Good service from cheerful staff throughout. Community style breakfast included with a very welcoming cook/host and freshly baked local products meant that we chatted to other guests which made us feel welcome. Clean pool with towels provided, sunny till mid-afternoon. Helpful reception with free coffee and cold drink always available. Convenient car parking with lots of shade. Large room (a little dark though) freshly decorated with a recently refurbished excellent bath/shower room. Location is fantastically convenient for all the main attractions of Beaufort including Main Street, the waterfront park and museums.

I arrived on Friday morning District Manager, Lisa Kassuba and her team were dealing with a water main broke in the area. She paused for a minute to make sure I was okay and did her best to make sure that I was taken care of and comfortable, They made sure every person that they came in contact with, felt important and that they were taken care of. Our rooms, were clean and fresh. The breakfast meal that they offered each morning was very good the fruit was nice and fresh. The breakfast area was very clean. It was a self serve set up, but they didn't mind coming over and asking you, did you need anything. The District Manager Lisa Kassuba and her Team at the BW Sea Island Inn on 1015 Bay Street were phenomenal especially Katrina. The moment I Called on the phone and made my reservations almost a year ago to the day I stepped in the office to start my stay, until the morning I checked out, it was great. My sister and I felt like we were apart of a big family, while we were enjoying our stay and the Gullah Festival. I highly recommend the Best Western Sea Island and I can not wait to return.

The Jacuzzi Tub was absolutely amazing. Breakfast dinner and free drinks.. absolutely wonderful. I loved my whole experience as did my partner.

Comfortable beds, quiet room, good breakfast! The inn gave us a quiet room, as asked for, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was a large buffet and the food was good. The pool & jacuzzi were good. Pool a little cloudy, but extended both indoor/outdoor. Too many young kids in jacuzzi, although it was Father's Day weekend, so must have had a special going on which we did not get. Expensive.

We love absolutely everything about our stay. When we want a peaceful relaxing weekend, we come here! The staff is very professional and friendly. The free meals and free drinks at happy hour is a bonus. The location to restaurants and shopping is perfect. Also, the indoor pool and jacuzzi is our fav 🥰

We enjoyed our stay at The Mills House and had a great visit. The property was clean and the service was friendly. We thought the location was perfect…. We were able to walk everywhere needed. We had a corner room with a partial view. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was definitely updated, and the bathroom had a walk in tile shower which was very nice. The room had a coffee area and robes. We will definitely stay at this Hilton again. The pool area is nice….. the only thing that is needed is a hot tub and fire pit in the pool area. They have a coffee house on property, restaurants and at least two bars. We didn’t get to try the restaurant for breakfast or dinner because we were always on the move, but that will be the next time we visit. Thank you for a really great visit and a fun city. If management does happen to read this, you do have a burned out light above one of your front doors…. The doors between the two dog statues…. Just happened to notice that this morning at 3 AM waiting for our Uber.

This is a great hotel and we loved everything about it. We stayed here as a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. It is stylish and comfortable with a great location. There is a great bar and restaurant, and the coffee shop/market is fantastic. The location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. We swam and lounged every day at the pool and had plenty of drinks from the poolside bar as well. The hotel was bustling but never felt overly busy. The property is very well-decorated, clean, and well-maintained. Our second-floor room was perfect with vaulted ceilings and and a balcony overlooking the side street and Poogan's Porch restaurant. It was a great place for a drink, morning coffee, and the free smells coming from the restaurant across the street (be sure to eat and Poogan's). We will definitely stay here next time we are Charleston.

Went with friends for my wife’s 40th. The hotel provided an exceptional stay, particularly highlighting its well-maintained and vibrant pool area and a lively outdoor bar that we took advantage of the first day unfortunalty the weather did not cooperate the rest of the stay. Lucky for us the Iorn Rose bar was open and the bar tenders were friendly. The hotel staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was modern and welcoming, making it a place guests would be eager to return to. The hotel was also a short walk to a lot of popular restaurants and shops.

The Mills House is a wonderful, historic hotel situated in the heart of Old Charleston. It's one of the oldest hotels in Charleston, but it's been beautifully updated. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. We were happy to see large, fluffy towels and soft plush bathrobes in the room. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Service here is A+. There is a restaurant on site, with indoor and outdoor seating. The food and drinks are good. There is also a cafe that has snacks, coffee, tea, pastries, etc. The pool area is lovely. There is a champaign reception in the late afternoon and in the early evening, rest your sore feet while you roast a marshmallow on the patio and make a s'more. So much fun. King Street (great, but very expensive shopping) is just one block over. The Charleston Market is 2 blocks away. Just a 10 minute walk in two directions lands you at the water's edge. Good food is abundant in any direction. Take a historical carriage ride, or a ghost tour if you dare. We enjoyed a secret food tour and a haunted carriage ride. The only downsides are the $30 resort fee (you get $10 credit in the hotel bars and stores per day) and the $50+ parking fee if you have a car, both of which are not an anomaly in a popular place. Splurge a little and treat yourself to a wonderful slice of Charleston history while you explore this amazing city!

The hotel was even better than pictured. The beautifully preserved history with new modern finishes was the perfect Charleston feel for this family trip. We are already looking forward to our next trip. Staff was so polite and helpful. Our waitress in the restaurant Maddy mad sure we had the most perfect first night of our trip. We ran into the hotel from a fast moving thunderstorm and were swiftly placed at one of her tables. She was wonderful to my children and took immediate genuine interest in their excitement for our trip. When discussing our plans and asking for her favorite local places she went above and beyond. At the end of dinner she brought an order ticket to us with a list of places to take the kids, have brunch, best sweet treats and coffee, sights to see and places to shop. It took so much stress off of me searching and googling to give my family options. We went right to Maddy’s list daily to pick our plans. The chef at the restaurant also must have the highest standards and hospitality! A bit of our meal was delayed, honestly not even an issue because we were enjoying our time, but he sent out the tuna tartare on him and did not bill us for our salad that was a bit behind our meals. Every bit of food we ate was perfection and we ended our first night feeling as if we picked the most perfect place to spend the week.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, nice breakfast, room was spacious and comfortable, bed was comfy. Felt very safe. Joel was especially welcoming and helpful (front desk). Nice touch having complementary water in the lobby to go. Also was nice having hot water to make tea and hot chocolate 24/7.

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious, and the location was very convenient just minutes from the Tanger Outlets and Bonefish Grill. The staff were welcoming, professional, and provided helpful information throughout my stay. I also appreciated the complimentary parking and breakfast, which added to the overall value. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and quality stay.

The breakfast was excellent with eggs, breakfast meats, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit. There was something for everyone's needs. We did not have to eat lunch because the breakfast was so filling. The desk personnel were very helpful and hospitable. The lobby had a nice, clean and welcoming aroma. Everything was clean and orderly.

We stayed here with a park and ride airport shuttle bus package. The hotel is well kept and beautiful. Nice outdoor seating area and within walking distance to a few restaurants. Rooms were very clean and the complimentary coffee and tea were much appreciated. I deducted one star for the breakfast buffet, the powdered eggs are terrible but sadly standard fare at most hotels that offer an included breakfast buffet.

The fire pit, the fitness room, the free bottled water and coffee, the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping—not to mention the ease of access to lovely downtown Charleston. The hallways and our room were very quiet and clean. And the breakfast was less junky than the last time we stayed here—still no oat milk or almond milk, still an emphasis on waffles, Froot Loops and grits but with more variety and a little fresh fruit.

Location is perfect when just going out to different areas, central to everything. Breakfast was good. The evening snacks were a real treat. Met quite a few people listened to Jazz . But the star of the show is the room, very clean and up to date with a full size refrigerator, microwave, cooktop and a dishwasher, also had a full size coffee maker that you can wash yourself to make sure It’s clean. Their coffee in the rooms is quite good. Bed is very comfortable.

We loved everything about our stay here!! Very clean, even had a kitchenette in the room. The staff was always friendly and welcoming! They offer a great breakfast in the morning with great coffee!!The location was perfect because we did several things in Mt Pleasant and went downtown (approx 10min drive) several times too. Plus we had a beach day at Isle of Palms which was only 25min away. Definitely recommend this hotel!! 5 stars!!!

The staff were great! Nathan and the rest of the reception were wonderful, welcoming and efficient. The staff in the restaurant were friendly, so helpful, fun and professional. The hotel is comfortable and spacious.

Great option for a quick weekend getaway. The location is PERFECT distance to the beaches, restaurants, breweries and downtown Charleston. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only thing keeping us from posting a full 5 *'s is the size of the pool. When we arrived after the beach it was a bit cramped with so many folks enjoying the pool. But overall, breakfast was great, helpful staff and the rooms were perfect!!!

This location is ideal for quick access to historic Charleston, Patriots Point and other area attractions. Heading east from Charleston over the Arthur Ravenel Jr. Bridge, the hotel is literally the first building to at the end of the bridge. Even though it is right by the highway, there was no traffic noise inside the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room clean, the breakfast fresh and delicious and the staff friendly and helpful. Honestly, I was very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented a 2 bed, 2 bath suite for almost a week. It was the perfect size for a family of 5. Loved the decor colors! The rooms and bathrooms were well stocked and extremely clean. What made this hotel was the staff. This is an amazing staff. They were friendly, helpful with recommendations and engaging. Customer service at its finest. The coffee area was always well stocked and clean. That coffee was a heavenly treat after being out in the rain. It was a super easy process to get new towels when needed. This was probably the quietest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Perfect stay! The only downside is the parking. If you come back later in the evening, you will be in the overflow parking across the street. That didn't bother us though.

Very friendly, attentive, dog friendly staff at this Candlewood Suites. The staff checked in with us periodically to see how things were going which I appreciated. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, the room was ample size with storage for clothing , shoes, etc. The flat screen tv was large with many stations to choose from. Loved the always available free hot coffee in the lobby. Mount Pleasant Park was a 15 minute walk from the hotel, a great place to walk our dog to and take in the sunset. My only issue with our stay was lack of hot water to our kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and to the shower. My shower at 5 am started out lukewarm and switched to cold. My husband had no issue with his shower at 8 am. One would think the hot water might run out at 8,not 5! Never got hot water in the bathroom sink, sometimes had wam water from the kitchen sink.

We spent 9 days with Candlewood. It was centrally located and easy to use as a temporary home. It was super clean. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Parking was free. The fully equipped kitchen was brand new and the furniture appeared to be so, as well. The bathroom was modern and very clean. We're very picky when it comes to bathrooms. Although they offer room clean up services only once a week, we could exchange as many towels and sheets as we wanted. We had an amazing time there and we felt very safe , no matter what hour of the day or night. We will definitely go back as we will be returning annually. We usually stay at an Airbnb but we will definitely return to Candlewood instead from now on.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is great, just a short drive over the bridge to Charleston. You can reach downtown in approx. 13 min. Staff was nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities such as microwave, dishwasher and lots of dishes and utensils for cooking. The bathroom was a bit on the smaller side, but definitely manageable. Parking was safe and convenient. The hotel is also close to some restaurants and a grocery store, which iOS very convenient. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything was great, especially the attention to small details that really make a difference. Unlike many other places I’ve stayed at, they didn’t use paper or plastic dishes — everything was proper, which made meals feel more comfortable and pleasant. The room was truly clean — not just on the surface, but you could tell they care about hygiene. Even the corners and the bathroom were spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely come back again!

Clean and convenient hotel. We were in town for business at the Citadal and the Highwater Festival. The hotel was convenient to both. One of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. You could hear people walking down the hall pretty loudly, but it was quiet at night, and we slept well. Staff was great, very responsive to requests. Breakfast is included and was ok, pretty standard hotel fare. Not many allergy friendly foods, I would have loved some fresh fruit and hard boiled eggs as an option. Coffee was ok, but we weren't expecting much. There is a coffee shop close by and a Starbucks a mile away if you want better coffee options. Will stay again next time we are in Charleston.

Pillows and beds were too soft for my liking. If you like a soft bed and pillows you can find it at the Hyatt House. Good breakfast and everything was clean. The workers kept the breakfast area clean and stocked during the breakfast time. Lobby was clean and neat when you arrived. Rooms were clean. I would recommend Hyatt House if you are in the area.

The people at the front desk were warm, welcoming, & helpful no matter what time of day it was. Everything in the room was modern & clean. Air conditioning was excellent & the room smelled amazing. LOVED all the available outlets and USB ports. Awesome shower & super comfy bed. Will absolutely stay here again. 😊

This was the best hotel breakfast ever! Three days in a row it was great. The staff on every shift was so friendly and helpful. The places was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect to get you the tennis tournament and into Charlestown to sightsee.

Rooms were perfect, loved the little kitchen area . Sitting area with pull out couch very accommodating. Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Staff very friendly and welcoming . Clean hallways, fresh smell ! It was perfect! We are very happy with our stay

This was one of the best facilities I’ve ever stayed in! Very clean, well equipped with an excellent breakfast and well located near a large Walmart as well as a couple of good restaurants. The staff was friendly, and Miss Trish, the manager went out of her way to make us feel very welcome and every respect. Every employee we encountered was super friendly, regardless of their role at the hotel. I would personally recommend this hotel very highly for anyone who is looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay that is at a very good location!

The receptionist checking us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was extremely nice. Check out was easy. The location was close to the interstate and had several fast-food restaurants close by. Would 10/10 recommend staying at this hotel.

Basically perfect. CLEAN, Courteous, Comfortable, & Quiet. Room was outstanding. Breakfast bar was very good, with very helpful & polite staff. Best hotel experience I've had in a LONG time! 100% recommend! I'll be staying here, when in the area, moving forward. This place knocked it out of the park!

Great staff! We were greeted by Allegra at check-in. She was very helpful and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The next morning, we noticed the refrigerator in our room was broken, and the desk clerk immediately arranged for Carlos, the maintenance man, to swap it out. He was very friendly and offered some tips about the local restaurants. We had a very nice stay, and the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We came here after leaving our originally booked hotel which was dirty, and very uncomfortable. The staff was so welcoming, kind, and apologetic for our luck. The location was perfect. 10m from the beach and downtown. They let us check in early, and made sure we were comfortable after having trouble with our first hotel. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Front lobby was our favorite part. So many comfy spots to relax, a pool table, and refreshments. The pool was clean, and well kept.

We arrived later at night and usually check in can be a pain late. This one was great, no issues and staff was nice. The hotel is nice, modern, and over all well kept. Our room was clean, with the exception of the desk. It was sticky and looked like something spilled on it. I carry wipes, so I simply wiped it myself. Otherwise, all clean, and smelled fine. The bed was very comfortable too. The AC worked great, and the shower water was plenty hot. The shower pressure was average, but the size of the stall made up for that. There were plenty of towels and such as well. Breakfast was decent, efficient. Overall I’d recommend. I’d stay here again for sure.

This was my 3rd stay. I went on a whim to get a break from an uncomfortable longterm rental I am in, nearby. This hotel is still very clean, well organized, pleasant. Room was also clean, bed comfortable, bed linens immaculate, bathroom convenient, well lit, bright. It was quiet in the room altho the room was on front of hotel overlooking parking lot. Decent coffee in lobby, I didn't sample breakfast. The hallways are in good condition, which I noticed because so many hotels allow scuff marks and dings in hall wallpaper to stay. These folks are paying attention to maintenance. I do wish the rooms had a microwave oven too. I will stay here again.

We are snowbirds traveling south to our FL winter home. We just wanted a clean, safe, inexpensive place to rest our heads overnight. Tru was so much more and a terrific value. We didn't use the fitness center but thought it was very nice. The staff was really nice, and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, we had a pleasant, easy, inexpensive dinner at Ye OleFashioned Ice Cream Cafe, a mile or so away. Mmmmm! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel close to Charlestown. Stayed one night with family. Hotel seems new. Rooms clean with comfortable bed and nice bathroom shower. Flooring in room was nice no carpet . Front desk staff nice and helpful with dinner recommendations. Good breakfast. Only negative if you want to call it that was there was a small group of tweens using the pool table that had no respect for other guests. There were many guests trying to enjoy the lobby. They were extremely loud , I had to step outside to take a call . They were dropping the pool table balls on the floor. We even saw a couple waiting to use the table but they wouldn't let them have a turn. Front desk needs to step up and supervise table. It's a nice touch but surely won't last long with guests that don't respect others and property.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Hampton RiverPlace and how we were able to easily park on Friday and not have to drive anywhere again until we checked out on Monday. The location is perfect for walking to the Falls, the Peace Center, coffee shops, restaurants (both casual and fancier), shops and a drug store. Every staff member we talked to was friendly, helpful and would remember something about us when we saw them again. Breakfast was surprisingly good - don’t miss the Western omelets! - with lots of options including eggs, sausages, potatoes, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. It was so good we ended up cancelling one of our brunch reservations! We had a riverview king room and the view was amazing with windows in two directions to watch people and dogs walk by the river, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was great, with really nice amenities. We can’t wait to come back!

Overall much nicer than average Hampton Inn. Microwave & mini fridge in room, coffee maker, iron and board. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, hairdryer. Shower, no tub, no room safe. Plenty of bathroom, counterspace (amazing for today's hotels). Lots of towel bars in the bathroom (also amazing). Blackout curtains Lots of electrical outlets and USB ports Quiet -no outside, corridor, or room-to-room noise. Tiny fitness room but does have a Pelaton bike. Valet parking only. Nearby city self-parking pay structures. Great location on Reedy River walk. Lots of great restaurants in walkable distance.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family and exploring the downtown area. The hotel is perfectly situated along the Reedy River in the heart of downtown. Our room (double queen) was spacious, tastefully decorated and bright. Beds and pillows were most comfortable. The modern bathroom featured a large wall-in shower. The included buffet breakfast was very good - lots of hot and cold options with plenty of healthy items on offer. Staff replenished items in a timely manner and kept the dining area spotless. Front desk staff were most welcoming and professional. Parking is either valet or self-park in the underground, secure garage.

The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Location was perfect for walking everywhere we needed to go. Having the parking garage located adjacent to the property was so convenient. Our room was clean and spacious and the balcony view of the river and Peace Center was just what we hoped for. The only complaint would be that the bed was extremely firm, not allowing for a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Clean room, comfortable bed and ideal location for visiting Falls Park and the surrounding area. Very walkable to restaurants, shops and Falls Park itself is just steps away from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is a cookie cutter hotel and the rooms align with a meet the Hampton Inn standards and overall Hilton family expectations for a hotel of this type. Breakfast is typical Hampton Inn, self serve, Oatmeal, Cereals, Make your own waffles, yogurt, breads, muffins, fruit. Not fancy but certainly sufficient

The only thing we didnt like was it didnt have an indoor pool or jacuzzi. No vending machines. Better breakfast. Otherwise excellent very accommodating.

First Off I love how clean it was. Me being a germaphobe I appreciate the cleanliness. Second everyone was so nice. Especially Mel & Sierra! Great Staff! Very attentive and accommodating. They answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. Looked up close restaurant/bars/clubs so I can have A good time. Pool area was very clean! 15 min from Downtown Charleston which is amazing. Rooms were clean, beds were really comfortable. Very difficult getting up every morning for breakfast. Lol. Breakfast was delicious! Will be returning for sure!

I'm European, and honestly, my past experiences with budget-friendly American hotels haven't been great. The biggest issue for me has always been cleanliness - dirty carpets, not-so-fresh rooms, and let's not even talk about the breakfasts. But this hotel totally changed my mind! It was super clean, which is the most important thing for me. The room felt fresh and well-kept, and that made a huge difference. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise too - scrambled eggs, turkey sausages, Canadian bacon, fruits, and even waffles. Such a nice touch! If I had to mention a downside, the A/C was a bit loud, and the iron didn’t really work. But honestly, the room was so clean that I’d happily deal with the A/C again. I’d definitely stay here again without a second thought! Big thanks to Caroline at the front desk - she was so friendly and helpful during check-in. Really appreciated that warm welcome!

The staff was amazing! They were friendly and very welcoming. The hotel itself was fresh and clean. Spacious room, comfortable beds,and not too far from downtown. The cute pool was a delightful escape from the Charleston heat!! This hotel checked all the boxes for our weekend stay😊

She was unbelievably amazing—her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly set the tone for our entire visit. Shekira went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it honestly felt like she treated us as family. She is a true gem, and the hotel is so lucky to have her! The rooms were super spacious and spotless, giving our family plenty of comfort. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options, and it made mornings so easy. If I had to mention one small opportunity for improvement, it would be that the pool is quite small. However, everything else far outweighed that, and it didn’t take away from our overall experience. Thank you, SpringHill Suites, and especially Shekira, for making our stay so memorable. We’ll absolutely be back!

Didn't have breakfast there room was spacious and comfortable and jacuzzi tub was great .It was very relaxing and quiet and places to eat and go were close bye. Great getaway.

Heated pool and Jacuzzi's were amazing. Best feeling to wind down for the day. Will be back. I give it 15/10! My husband and daughter's were very impressed. Gave it a home- vibe. Very spacious, amenities were great, even the appliances were spotless!

M’y suite was absolutely amazing. My baby enjoyed his birthday weekend it was super relaxing and clean. The air was so crisp. The jacuzzi was a plus plus. We WILL return.

The room was lovely. The fitness center was nice with quality equipment. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The room had both a glass shower and a jacuzzi.

The location was great close to anything you would need. The hotel was really clean and feel this as you walk in you can see it in the lobby all the way to the rooms also. The room itself was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and sheets felt actually clean. The room overall was perfect. Breakfast was great the cook was very helpful and would always make sure everyone knew what and where everything was, and made sure you were good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We even had to extend our stay by one night and the lady on day shift was very kind and made that happen for us. The pool was nice and clean also. This location was the best hotel experience we have had yet and we would definitely recommend and stay again!

Room very spacious and clean. Beds super comfortable. Location is amazing. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Just a short .7 miles from convention center. They serve a great hot breakfast for free with numerous options.

Not sure how old the hotel is, but very nicely kept up. Room was clean, bed and pillows were great. The breakfast was good and changed up every day. The young couple who keeps the area has it well stocked and cleaned. They are super friendly and a credit to the Holiday Inn. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. Close enough to downtown. There are restaurants within end walking distance. This is just me but they have nice big Samsung TV but you can't access the HDMI to plug in your computer. Its the bule clean remotes they use that are not programmed to allow control. Although the wi-fi was good and works all the time on my computer it dropped off my iPhone all the time. I had to open the browser and go to the IHG website to make it work each time. I highly recommend this hotel, with one exception, the $13 a day parking fee. They have limited space, but the garage they hooked up is just across the street if their lot is full. The way I would work this is to give your customers the garage pass and if used then bill the $13, but if we find a space in the lot then there would be no fee. It's not like they are in the middle of downtown. They just didn't or couldn't get enough space for parking when the hotel was built. It's next to the Police station so it should one of the safest places around.

I absolutely loved everything! The rooms were not stuffy and so clean. I have never felt so safe sleeping in a hotel bed as far as cleanliness. The bed was fresh and extremely comfortable. Oh, and let’s talk about the #1 major attractions…the STAFF! They were so helpful and quick to help with anything that we needed. Oh, and that is the best complimentary breakfast that I have ever seen in a hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. We had booked for a one night stay just to see a concert. I did not want to spend a lot of money I just needed a place to stay for the night, however I ended up loving this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It was super clean & quiet. It was about 10 minutes from our concert venue, the area was surrounded by restaurants and things to do. It was dog friendly with dog treats waiting for our pup right at check in. I did not realize when we booked the hotel is situated right on Lake Harbison its beautiful area with nature and walking trails, a pool side with outside tables and chairs. It was so comfortable. The stay included free breakfast, with so many food options. I really enjoyed the stay! Highly recommend!

The employee who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was so clean you could smell the purified air in the elevator and the air was on full blast in the hallway! Everything was very clean and comfortable. And thank you Gloria for cleaning our room! The complimentary breakfast was standard but everything was freshly made, and the employee was friendly and eager to assist us with whatever was needed. Checkout was a breeze and the employees were friendly. I liked that they had little brown bags filled with goodies to take with you on the road. I put this hotel on my favorites because we are definitely coming back here next time we are driving through this area!!

The entire facility was clean. When entering my room the fragrance was lovely . The bed was linen fresh and clean . Very helpful staff and continental breakfast was tasty. Would stay again very comfortable surroundings .

Had a very enjoyable stay. We arrived at around midnight and the employee at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean. I love the white bedding and towels. A few things I didn’t like was the carpeting. This chain of hotels should eliminate it. I don’t think people nowadays like carpets anymore. In addition. It’s not very sanitary. The other issue was the tub needed a little caulking and the bathroom needs an exhaust fan. Breakfast was great, a variety of foods to choose from. The staff was very attentive. One lady came out of the kitchen area to wish us a Happy Valentines Day and ask how we were doing. We were just passing through (1 night) and the location was great for us right off of I-26. We liked it so much we booked another night at another Hampton in Cleveland before we get to our final destination.

I didn't really know what to expect but everything about this Hampton Inn was wonderful. The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold food choices. The area around the hotel was clean and really nice to walk our dog.

Amazing, pet-friendly hotel in downtown Greenvillle, 5-10 minute walk to Falls Park and beautiful downtown Greenville. Every staff member that we encountered was very friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was delicious and $11 for all you can eat buffet style. Rooms were updated, large and clean. The bed was comfortable.

First time in Greenville and the overall stay was fantastic! Walter was our first friendly face and he had hospitality the second he greeted us. Since we were celebrating our anniversary he even gifted us a small Moscato bottle. ( It actually was flavorful and sweet). A wonderful surprise. The king size room was spacious, clean and very modern. The shower was massive and the water pressure was strong. ( I know that seems unusual to write but after dozens of hotel stays alot of hotel showers have weak pressure and as an outdoor lady I need high pressure). The breakfast buffet was small but mighty. Everyday it changes but provides a variety of options such as bacon, waffles, bagels, juice and even a milk alternative( oat). That was thoughtful. The distance from main street to the hotel itself was literally a four minute walk. Main street goes both ways and from there you can access all the hops, restaurants, cafés and swamp rabbit trail. The entire staff was friendly and communicative.

Clean comfortable room and helpful staff. The pool was relaxing and the fitness center has a lot of options. I did not eat breakfast, but from what I saw, the food looked amazing. The hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and bars.

I ended up at The Hyatt Place Downtown Greensboro ,N.C. Due to my daughter’s orientation at NCA&T. Upon entering the lobby we were warmly greeted by Amarii at the front desk who desk. She was professional and advised us all the amenities and options the hotel had to offer. As you can tell checkin was a breeze. Being that we traveled all day from Los Angeles we were starving! Amarii turned us onto Nattie Greenes which had a great menu as well as various beers! (Buckshot) was my favorite! Upon returning to our room we were met with an updated room that was clean and comfortable! The bathroom and shower was up to par. Day 2 I decided to go to the hotel bar for a drink and food due to serious thunderstorms and serious rain there I met Servonna of course she is a student at NCA&T and works as a bartender pursuing her PhD. She serves a legit cocktail and offers great conversation. I also met Kerrigan at the front desk who was helpful in helping me navigate the hotel and the surrounding area. I will definitely stay here again and appreciate meeting such dedicated people! This was truly a great experience! Thanks ladies!

I have in the past thought of Hyatt Place as a functional business Clientele focused hotel, but the Hyatt Place Greenville Downtown delighted my senses with luxurious touches. The lobby has ultra high ceiling, large windows frames by white linen panels, vast area yet thoughtfully laid out with groups of sitting, each forms comfortable, some times intimate, private enclaves. The modern, linear basalt brick adorned the lower part of the building, river rock adorned the mildly sloped ground. Horizontal wood feel panels clad part of exterior wall and the same material carried though to the inside. Selection of all the finishing material is thoughtful. The subtly textured, soft colored wall covering is seen in the bathroom. It is finished cleanly against an adjacent material. Wide window sill allows you to sit and enjoy a book or a street scene world world in the mix of a modern city. Location is appx 2 traffic light from the bustling Main street that are lined with restaurants, coffee shops, independent book stores and the other side of Main street you walk towards the epicenter of Fall Park on the Reedy. This hotel seems to have elevated Hyatt Place to a new standard.

My husband and I stayed here for the Cooper Bridge Run in April 2025. We booked our 2 night stay online. Before we arrived I called the hotel directly as I had some questions. Carrie was super helpful with not only hotel questions but gave me info on the upcoming race as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Our check-in was quick and easy. Our room was spotless and fresh. The king bed was super comfy and the linens soft and snuggly. The pillows were fluffy. We slept really well. The lobby area is beautiful as is the breakfast area. This all overlooks the outdoor pool. We did not use the laundry or workout rooms but they looked nice. We wished there had been a safe in the room but it was not big deal. On race day the hotel was prepared for those of us leaving the hotel prior to the start of breakfast and had a table set up in the lobby with waters, gatorade, fruit and various breakfast bars....how nice! We did not use the pool as the water was a bit chilly for us but kids were enjoying it. We did walk to Trader Joes one evening---it is literally next door! We met Carrie and she was just as delightful in person as she was on the phone. All staff we came in contact with were helpful, polite and engaged in our conversations. We will definitely stay here again when our travels bring us to the Charleston area.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room, the lobby, and pool area were spotless. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had plenty of home cooked and delicious options to choose from, and I just can’t say enough that the staff was exceptional. The location was fantastic. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby and the Isle of Palms beach was a straight shot.

Lovely hotel, so happy we were able to stay here to spend Thanksgiving with friends. Beware that the rooms you reserve online may not be available at the hotel. We have a special circumstance in that we need a roll-in shower accessible room connected to another room, which is what I though we reserved, however, found upon arrival that the roll-in shower accessible room does not connect to the room we requested. What could have been a disaster, was handled with professionalism from everyone, specifically Mary, who ensured that our needs were met, even if not in the way we had planned, still in a way that worked for us. Mary was generous with her time and desire to make it right for us. The entire staff was friendly and helpful while we were there, and the hotel was very comfortable. It is an older property, but it is well kept and charming. In a fantastic location, walkable to shopping and restaurants. This hotel was the 2nd of 3 Hilton properties we stayed on this trip, and by far was the most friendly.

Everything!! We wish that we stayed more than one night and are excited to return for a much longer stay! The room was clean and spacious, breakfast was delicious and had more options than most. Alayne at the front desk was incredible!! She helped us have an amazing first time in Charleston! We stay in Santee as a stop anytime we drive down to Florida and we will definitely make this our hotel from now on! It was 2 seconds off the highway so perfect location for an overnight stop. When arrived, check-in was super quick with the friendliest greeting I've ever gotten at a hotel. I wish I remembered her name (Dee?). The hotel is super clean - room and all general public areas. They have a market there in the lobby with plenty of drinks/snacks if you forgot anything (even alcohol at a reasonable price). Lobby was expansive with plenty of areas to congregate or spots for being alone to work/read plus a pool table for fun. There is an indoor pool. It's somewhat small with very little area to sit around but all you really need. Fitness room has the basics. Free laundry room was nice. The room was small but so efficient it didn't matter. They have a small refrigerator and no microwave as noted in a separate review, but refrigerator is all we needed. Very modern/european feel to the room. At check-out and at breakfast, again SUPER friendly staff. Breakfast was very well laid out and again spotless. Basic continental breakfast items - nothing special. Husband complained coffee was just brown water, but that's only complaint I can come up with. Truly a nice stay!

Great overnight stay. Clean and very comfortable. We stayed in room 224. Pros: There is a covered area for unloading and check in. Super friendly staff on check in and check out. Lots of parking. The lobby has a small 24 hour sundry and snack/beverage area for purchases including adult beverages. There is no microwave in the room so if you want food warmed use the lobby microwave. The rooms have mini fridges. Fitness and pool are 24 hours. There is also a billiards table and multiple TVs in the lobby. We had a king room. I loved that there was no carpet. Very efficient heat. No closet. There is an ironing board and a small area with a few hangers and a bench for a suitcase. A small desk and chair. We had a parking lot view with blackout shades. Modern decor. King bed was extremely comfortable with super soft linens. Small efficient bathroom. Great shower. Trash cans are split for trash/recycling. The bath products smell amazing. 24/7 coffee and hot water are available in the lobby. Neutral: Every other day towel and trash unless requested. Bed linens are very thin but the softness makes up for it. Cons: Minimum number of towels for 2 people. If you generally use more towels than 1 of each per person, get some on your way up.

Tru is a very modern type of property. Pros: Amazing blackout shade that actually slides down into a track so no light sneaks around! Nice firm bed. Adequate room size for us (but I guess some people like more spacious rooms). Nice clean bathroom and a shower with awesome water pressure. **Breakfast was fabulous!!! Their automatic pancake machine you simply wave at was so cool. (I’ve read that those are only at Tru by Hilton.) There were also omelettes, sausage, oatmeal, toast, cereal, plenty of fresh fruit, juices, etc. Cons: I think we hit a rush time at breakfast, and there was only one lady to replenish the large coffee pots and food, wipe down tables, etc. Everyone was very patient, though, as she was doing the best she could.

New hotel. Pet friendly ($75 fee). Everything was clean except trash was overflowing at every public receptacle (including the dog poop station) and at breakfast. Sparse rooms but comfy beds and bedding. Surprisingly quiet for a packed hotel. There is a fridge but no microwave in the room (microwave for use in the lobby). Big empty space where I guess a chair should/could be? We felt like our room was missing furniture. I loved the hooks on the wall. Perfect for hanging coats, bags, etc. Easy off and on 95. Armando's Mexican restaurant 1/2 mile away was good and quick. Perfect overnight stop when traveling on 95.

Nice place - clean, friendly (while not being overly so), quiet despite being close to 95. Many decent restaurants within a very short drive. Only complaints 1- there was not a lot left at the breakfast bar when we got there at 9:30 (breakfast was until 10 :( ) but what was there was real food, actual hardboiled eggs and sausages if real meat not filler. 2- the windows in the rooms don’t open for fresh air (this drives me bananas, esp after the pandemic, but it seems to be what all the hotels are doing these days). Would stay again.

This is partly a review of Tru and also this location since this was my first Tru experience: Tru: A true budget hotel Everything comes in a dispenser: soaps, lotions in the room - even yogurt at breakfast! But it’s a full breakfast The decor is definitely IKEA style and utilitarian Lots of knobs for hanging things, outlets and workspace areas in the lobby for the business traveler You will not get shower cap, q tips or anything aside from soaps as amenities. Housekeeping only comes every other day but the towels were nice and fluffy and enough to get by for that amount of time. I like that there is coffee all day, the decor is happy, free parking and easy to navigate The bed was very comfortable and lots of pillows of different depth - nice and comfy There is no “bar” like you may find in an Aloft - just some bottled wine or beer for purchase in the lobby. This property: Absolutely spotless! (New?) The staff is very helpful and lots of smiles Located next to an Applebees and small mall with a Kohls next door and a good Thai restaurant next door too. But that’s it folks! The walls are a little thin- I didn’t hear my neighbors but did hear traffic starting up outside early in the morning. Net-net - cleanliness is king in my book. Box checked.

I had never stayed at a Tru but its rates were amon the most competitive in the best reviewed/rated Spartanburg area. The rooms were clean, the linens fresh and the bed comfortable. They were quiet and even though they were sold out for the night, we never heard noise at all. Fronst desk staff exceptionally friendly and helpful at check-in and checkout. Breakfast was the typical fare that you get at a Hampton but there were ample spaces for everyone to fit! Multiple outlets set up for charging. The coffee was Lavaza and superb! The one minor complaint is that for the smallness of the room, the ac unit is too large. Without the ac on,it got stuffy and warm pretty quickly but then when the ac would come on, it would all but blow you out of the room! And yes, I would stay at a Tru again.

Interesting place. Breakfast area is welcoming and comfortable, especially the sofa seating with great view of TV. Food was good for a hotel breakfast. No carpeting in the rooms certainly makes the floors easier to keep clean, but you will hear every step made above you. The room darkening shade works 100%! Set an alarm. When we arrived, after 4:00, our room had not been cleaned and made up. Never had that happen before and it was soon taken care of. No ice machine on our floor, but on the first floor, right by the elevator, there is an ice machine and a proximity sensing water dispenser. Really helpful for keeping water bottles full. The price was right, the bed was comfy.

Stay here, travelers! I stayed in Spartanburg last year and, although nice, the other hotel was nothing compared to this place. The property is clean and well-maintained. On walking through the front doors, we found the area to be inviting and comfortable. The front desk people are so friendly. We were even very cheerfully greeted on our return from the event we attended. I was so impressed! The room was incredibly spacious and very clean. We were both in awe. I’ve stayed at the Crowne and it’s got nothing on this place! Everything is cheerfully and tastefully decorated. Even the beds were comfy! I will return for an event in 2025, just for the opportunity to enjoy more time at this lovely place. It was worth the drive from NC. I look forward to seeing you again soon! TTFN! ✌️

LOVED the Tru by Hilton. The staff was friendly and the hotel was exceptionally clean. I liked that there was laminate flooring in the room instead of sketchy carpeting. Spacious shower with mounted body wash, shampoo & conditoner. Very clean white sheets, fluffy pillows and large 55 inch flatscreen. Great hot breakfast buffet. This was our first stay at a TRU. We will return.

wonderful breakfast, great view of the Ravenal bridge, quick walk to memorial waterfront park and pier. only complaint is the view from my corner room with harbor view. I was on the 4th floor, and the view of the harbor is terrible, you need to be on the 6th or 7th floor to have a view. We requested an early check in, and I realize they can't always accommodate that request, however our room wasn't ready until 4:45. with that being said our stay here was wonderful, the property was beautiful, the staff friendly, the proximity to Isle of palms beach, and many restaurants, and Shem Creek was great. we plan to return in September , and would highly recommend this property.

Very nice facility, restaurant was great for dinner if you didnt want to get out along with the bar area, had a free evening snack and drink time from 5:30 to 7pm everyday and the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of great choices. Staff was super friendly and very helpful, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this facility to our friends and family.

The hotel it’s self is lovely, If your looking for quiet and relaxed and to stay in the hotel for food it’s perfect. We didn’t look on the map correctly as we didn’t realise to Charleston its self it’s a 14 minute drive which doesn’t seem a lot but if we knew we would of tried to stay closer to the town ( that’s our fault for not looking). The lady who spoke to us at reception was nice, helpful and approvable which is always good :) If your going to choose a hotel to see Charleston as it’s best, your better off staying closer into the town. But if you would like quiet, relaxed and don’t mind the drive then this hotel is perfect!! The view of the bridge from the front of the hotel is outstanding!! The rooms are big, beds were pretty comfy, well I slept great :)

Wonderful hotel. Wonderful room. Amazing view from the window! Delicious food in the restaurant. At 5 pm compliments - drinks, cheese, cookies - it's very nice. Quiet, very quiet and beautiful area. I liked everything!

The room, amazing view of the harbor and the Yorktown carrier. Easy access to downtown and eats. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff was amazing.

Our stay was absolutely Amazing! The Grand Bohemian is absolutely Beautiful. I am convinced my husband and I had the best room with the best view in the house. The view of the waterfalls were beautiful and so relaxing. Its Very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I didn’t know what to expect because they do welcome pets and sometimes it’s not as pleasant. This was not the issue here. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on site Between the Trees service and food was amazing definitely different but it was good. It was the perfect location to walk around for food and nightly strolls. The fact that it overlooked the Falls Reedy Park was a plus. We will definitely comeback.

We had two rooms, 5th floor, for two nights on points, looking over driveway and toward town. Pros: Location can not be beat! Rooms were quiet (which was shocking as hotel was packed) and well appointed with fun art. Did not hear any hallway noise and we were next to elevators. Because we are platinum they were able to provide 4pm checkout, grateful! Dinner and breakfast were both tasty. Recommend walking everywhere, great shopping and eating town (Indaco, Camp and Nose Dive all enjoyable), History museum was fun. Areas to improve: checkin was not helpful nor welcoming, no info on hotel nor stay in Greenville, instead gathered items as we walked around town. Curtains in one room opened and closed on their own each day. One room not cleaned, other one was, had to call down at 430 to get it taken care of. 4pm checkout still resulted in keys being turned off (requiring return to front desk) and actual checkout of one room requiring check back in. Broken hairdryer showed lack of attention to detail and agree with other posts on slippery showers. If I had points I would stay again, if not there are other well situated hotels in town, all walkable. F

After spending a few days in Nashville at a less than stellar but similarly priced hotel, we checked in to The Grand Bohemian in Greenville, SC. What a treat! I booked the room 13 which is down low close to the falls with an amazing balcony overlooking g the falls and park and subtle statues placed around the property. This room is absolutely beautiful, welcoming and warm with a dining area and full size refrigerator, microwave and coffee bar, a movie room with two plush lounge sofas and fur/velvet blankets that feel like they may be a bit weighted. There is a living room with a comfortable sofa and large tv to watch your favorite games or stream a movie. A full bath and a 1/2 bath for guests, we entertained a few friends for a private dinner and drinks in our room. The service from check in to check out has been exactly what I love about Greenville and wish Nashville could duplicate. Kind, welcoming, thoughtful, warm people who make you feel like you are staying at your rich cousins giant home. Every detail in this hotel deserves special mention. The buffalo head coins in the elevators with the textured walls, the crystals around the property, the art, the carpeting…simply beautiful. E

The Grand Bohemian Lodge - Greenville is a magical place and in a perfect location right along the park and waterfalls. Loved the decor and the spicy scent of the property. The room are excellent - if you enjoy the outdoors, make sure you get a room with a balcony, it’s easy to sit for hours among the trees and the sound of the waterfalls. Pure magic. The bathroom was gorgeous - just be careful as the shower floor is VERY slippery! Room had great amenities, even slippers which is a nice touch. The location is unbeatable - you’re a short walk from all the downtown restaurants and shopping and sightseeing as well as a beautiful park. The hotel restaurant is good (not great) for breakfast. Sit outside if it’s not too hot. Server was wonderful. Keep in mind, valet parking is the only option at the property. Valets were friendly and efficient though the employee at check in was inexplicably cold and not very welcoming! While expensive, the hotel is well worth it and I would love to stay again if I’m in town.

The wifey and I were on a tour of Greenville prior to my BMW racing course. We decided to stay in the Grand Bohemian for recommendations. It's definitely a beautiful hotel and a great location. We had great challenges in checking in because they have limited capability for large crowds in that process. That being said every aspect of the hotel was amazing once we did check in. Our room was clean and exceptionally comfortable. The restaurants were amazing. The staff was exceptional and the views were perfect. We would definitely stay here again, but perhaps choose a different time to check in so it was more seamless.

I felt safe staying here as a solo traveler. The hotel was always well staffed. The personnel were friendly and attentive. I love that the hotel is pet friendly. My dog was pretty quiet and content most of our stay. We were placed on a lower floor which made it easier to take the dog for walks. I love that the hotel provides a list of restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and had modern touches. The breakfast was a great bonus.

Staff was very welcoming and the lobby is beautiful. Complementary breakfast was amazing. There were so many options and food was plentiful. The room was amazing. Very clean and spacious for my needs. It was also very quiet and peaceful the entire stay. Hotel is in a convenient location for shopping and food.

This was a great location walking distance to the convention center. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The beds were comfortable. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The breakfast bar had a variety and was good hot food.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The front desk staff is amazing. They go above and beyond and will help you in any way possible. The room was clean yet a bit dated. The couch really needed a deep clean. The beds were comfy. The room was quite large. The shower, well the shower, it took literally 5 minutes of wasted water to get it to be even warm. There was no pressure so it took a bit to get the soap off! The breakfast, while lots of choices, was a bit odd. All of the hot food was quite lukewarm to even cool.

Never heard anything outside of our room! So quiet (even being so close to the airport/within the city). Staff members were amazing. Friendly environment. Great value (with parking and breakfast) for price compared to other listings we looked at. Not too far from anything. I’m not a big breakfast person but there was a big variety of breakfast foods. Would definitely stay again!!

Room was new and very big, lobby is nice, jacuzzi is very hot and clean. We chose Orangeburg as a stop towards Asheville, right by the main road, so location is decent.

Nice hotel with an indoor pool. Staff very friendly. Myeasia helped make our stay perfect! They offer a small but hot breakfast and a gym is available to use. The room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would use this hotel again.

Stayed in 8 different hotels in 9 nights. Saw the worst and best and this was the best! Front desk worker was quick and ready for our group when we arrived--7 rooms (although I wish she had stood up and greeted us rather than staying seated...a little awkward). Rooms were immaculately clean, spacious and cool. Breakfast was hot, tasty, and fresh, and the workout room was nicely appointed for a smaller hotel. This is ideal for a business traveler or couple. Might be a little tough for families because the light in the bathroom isn't blocked by a solid door--it lets light into the room. Still, I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again!

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and professional, and the breakfast was good. A special thanks to Kela Haigler who works the front desk. I was in town for a funeral and Kela took the time to tie my tie for me because I couldn't figure it out. I also enjoyed the bar in the lobby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This property was beautiful and clean! The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with a lot to choose from. The room was beautiful also. A nice layout and everything looked new and super clean. Just a wonderful experience overall, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
