I had a wonderful experience during my second stay at the hotel. The clean and modern design made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The area is perfect for taking pictures, and the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food. The staff was exceptional! Fast, attentive, and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The pools were well-maintained and clean, adding to the overall joy of our vacation. I also want to mention an improvement since my first visit. During my first stay, I was disappointed by the lack of direct access to the sea from the beach, so only a bridge was available. However, this time, I noticed that stairs were added to provide easy access to the sea in shallow waters, which was fantastic. It allowed me to go with my children without any difficulty, and I truly appreciated this thoughtful improvement.

My stay at White Hills Resort in Sharm El Sheikh was truly memorable. The resort’s elegant design, relaxing pool views, and welcoming atmosphere made it the perfect stay. The lively vibes around the resort, combined with the variety of activities and entertainment, created an enjoyable balance of relaxation and fun. From the moment I arrived, the staff were attentive and helpful, ensuring that every detail of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I loved how the hotel offered so many choices of delicious food and a wide range of activities for all ages, including fun things to do in the pool, on the beach, and exciting entertainment in the evenings. It was so convenient to have a machine inside the hotel where we could withdraw and exchange money, making everything easy and stress-free. The best part was how the staff made us feel like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where we truly felt at home. Our room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt so luxurious, with every detail designed for comfort and relaxation. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there were people working day and night to clean the hotel and keep every corner tidy and shining. Even the gardens were well maintained, with the grass trimmed quietly so we were never disturbed. The entire hotel felt elegant and high-class, with stunning interior design that made every moment special.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The facilities especially the pool and restaurant ,were excellent and made the stay very relaxing. Breakfast offered a great variety and high quality. The location was convenient and quiet, perfect for rest and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful six-night stay at Pickalbatros Aqua Blue in Sharm el-Sheikh. The staff were friendly and helpful from the start, our room was spacious and well-kept, and the facilities are amazing for families – lots of slides, fun entertainment, and even a new VR game room our kids loved every night. The food was excellent and varied, with plenty of options every day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return. Our stay at was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and ensured every detail of our stay was exceptional. The kids club was an absolute lifesaver! It was thoughtfully designed with a variety of engaging activities that kept our children entertained and happy throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at creating a safe and fun environment for kids. The heated pools were a highlight for our entire family. Whether it was a relaxing dip in the evening or hours of fun for the kids during the day, the pools were always clean and maintained at the perfect temperature, even on cooler days. For adventure seekers, the diving center was world-class. My spouse and I took the opportunity to explore the vibrant underwater world, and the professional instructors made the experience both safe and unforgettable. The equipment was top-notch, and the dive sites they recommended were breathtaking. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, the dining options were varied and delicious, and the overall ambiance of the hotel exuded elegance and relaxation. This is the perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone looking for a luxurious escape with plenty of activities for all ages.

The front desk staff were extremely welcoming — I was greeted with a refreshing drink and a cool towel. Their hospitality truly impressed me. One of the receptionists even speaks Chinese fluently, which was such a pleasant surprise! All the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is excellent and easy to get around. The beach is clean and beautiful, with a convenient shuttle running between the hotel and the beach — although the distance is short, it’s a nice touch. Since I was here for work, I really appreciated that the Wi-Fi covers the entire resort and is very fast — that’s something rare even in high-end hotels. The food was also amazing, especially the breakfast, which left a deep impression on me with its high quality and variety. It’s a pity that I didn’t have much time to enjoy the sun, sea, and diving because of work, but I hope to come back again with my family next time. This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Sharm El-Sheikh, and as someone who travels frequently, I can confidently rate it 10 out of 10.

I liked the high quality service of Mr. Karam at the reception. all staff and workers are great. a la carte restaurants are at a high level of quality. Water slides and rooms are great. animation team are great. beach party is amazing. food at bars are amazing. breakfast is outstanding. dinner is great. shuttle bus available 24 hours from beach to front and back. at night the resort is so romantic. at daylight it is amazing. everything is perfect. There was Ahmad Saad Party for free for guests on 22.8 at TAL Avenue and it was amazing. Thanks a lot.

I stayed at Sunrise Montemare last month, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere is relaxing and perfect for a vacation. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from every day. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and I really enjoyed trying different dishes throughout my stay. The service was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. I want to say a special thank you to Mohammad Mahdy for his exceptional hospitality and kindness. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Sunrise Montemare to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent food and top-notch service. I had a wonderful stay! The hotel was impeccably clean, and the rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. The Wi-Fi was impressively strong throughout all areas of the property. The sea jetty was a highlight—perfect for snorkeling and a lot of fun. The overall atmosphere was warm and cozy, making it easy to relax. The customer relations team and the manager were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Every comment or request was taken seriously, which made our stay even more pleasant and memorable.

1. Friendly staff specially Mary & Dina. Amjed & Ahmed from concierge. Also buggy drivers were nice. 2. Premium king sea view was nice sea view with sunrise from behind the Sanafeer Strain. Lovely view !! 3. Diving center (Sinai Blue) was very fun with so many activities and friendly staff: Firas, Nick, Hanah and diver Omar & Francisca and all the helping staff. Even though it is a bit pricey but the diving experience was exceptional amazing corals. Ras Nasira RIB dive was more interesting than House Reef dive. 4. It was my birthday and the birthday cake surprise sent to my room was very pleasant and warm. Thank you from my heart. 5. Reef Grill restraunt : was delicious high quality food, excellent staff, and amazing sea view. Also, they celebrated my birthday with a complementary cake which was very kind of them. 6. The Premium King Sea View experience was much nicer than the private pool experience (since no pool privacy and the pool needed engineering for lights and heater) 6. Breakfast was very nice and near the pond at (Zaitona).

The service is most thing that surprised us it’s extremely amazing specially at the beach and pool. The housekeeping super visor Mr. Samir was so gentle and helpful and his team are professional. All four seasons staff were professional and so friendly. Golf car service was indeed helpful and all the drivers were so friendly and nice with my family. Food in the resort was great very good breakfast. Security is controlled, safe. Taxi available outside all the time. Location is good near the airport and 20 minutes to the old market by car. This resort is the best staff service I have ever seen in my all experience for hotels and resorts. Room was perfect and bed was comfortable, bathroom is fully equipped. Luxury resort. Fast checked in and out. Everything was just amazing in this resort. Will come again for sure

Superb hotel, incredible service, amazing food - just outstanding. From the moment you arrive at the resort - the level of detail and service is unreal. Every member of staff is super friendly and always willing to do whatever is needed to make your stay even better. So many options for breakfast, although does become a little repetitive as it's the same everyday. The restaurants around the resort are excellent - a favourite of mine was the Asian and the black cod and sushi is just beautiful. Our daughters took advantage of the complimentary golf buggies everywhere with a quick call! I would recommend downloading the four seasons app as the chat function is brilliant as very responsive and super helpful. It was our second stay and I do wish we'd stayed on the newer side as the restaurants and gym etc are so modern in comparison. On the gym note - this was excellent, huge range of kit available and open 24/7 - and is very quiet so we usually had the facilities all to ourselves. Spa is beautiful and massages highly recommended. Although not a huge fan of being outside the resort - there is plenty to do within so you don't need to venture out, although the soho square just outside is also brilliant to visit and very safe. We've travelled many countries and the service and experience of this hotel is just a different level.

The room was generous, big balcony, huge super comfy bed and pillows (there’s a pillow menu!). Big bathroom with a double sink, both shower and bathtub. The soundproofing on this place is amazing. You can’t hear a beep once you’ve closed the door. Heated pools and jacuzzi but the highlight of the pool area was Ahmed the lifeguard/pool attendant - we felt pampered and well taken care of, always with a smile :) The property overall looks very good, great colours, textures. The staff was so nice and helpful! Great for snorkeling, sunrise and moonrise.

We chose the hotel for our honeymoon. The in-room jacuzzi was our top pick. Its proximity to the airport and the availability of a shuttle service were nice. Its proximity to Soho Square also added a touch of vibrancy to the hotel. It's especially fun to have a good time here at night. The hotel was perfect in every way. The cleanliness and room service were excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a wide variety of food, beverages, and restaurants. They catered to every taste. From the moment we arrived at the Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheikh, we truly felt like royalty. The welcome was warm and personal, with George and the front desk team making check-in smooth and stress-free. The restaurants are simply exceptional. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, with the chefs preparing the most delicious omelettes and surprising us with little treats. The variety in Soho Square is amazing – from fresh seafood at the beachfront restaurant to Italian at Rosmarino, Chinese at Zen, and the fun Hot Rock dining. Every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff are what make this place truly special. Mina at the Adalar restaurant and beach bar is always smiling and such a pleasure to meet. The guest relations team checked in daily to ensure everything was perfect. At breakfast, George Jaries made our mornings brighter, and at dinner, Chef Samir, Medhat, and all the staff provided excellent service. On the beach and by the pool, Ahmed, Mahmoud, Mostafa, and George were constantly attentive, bringing towels, drinks, and snacks. Housekeeping by Mahmoud and Mohamed kept our room spotless, with thoughtful extras every day. If you want luxury, top-quality dining, and the warmest service in Sharm, the Royal Savoy is unbeatable. We will definitely be returning!

- All staff are so friendly and welcoming. - Fantastic Location in the heart of SOHO Square. - Awesome beach with beautiful corals and fish, in my point of view, this beach is the best beach along sharks bay for snorkelling and diving. - SOHO Square is the most funniest square in Sharm. - Fabulous swimming pools especially the main pool. - Pool and beach bar is one of the most refreshing place while you are swimming. - The food in general was excellent, delicious and high quality. - Most of the sea activities are provided on the beach which is an advantage for the resort. Finally, I have enjoyed every single moment in the resort and l strongly recommend this outstanding luxurious resort. 10 star hotel. This resort at the red sea is the best you can imagine. Everything and everyone made our holiday amazing. This is my second stay here, and it was even better then befor. The beautiful surroundings, our sea view room, the delicious food, spotless clean. The people are so kind and friendly. Starting from the reception, the restaurant, the beach bars, lifeguards, room cleaners, managing team. They are not staff, they became are are friends and new family for life. Everyday we went snorkeling at the house reef ras nasrani. It's so stunning and healthy corals and marine life. We felt safe and welcome everywhere. Excellent 2nd stay . In a jacuzzi room in block 1 with amazing views over the beach and Titan Island . Food lovely with plenty of choice . There is evening entertainment however we prefer chilled evenings with a drink after dinner then watching a bit of tv . We prefer getting up early to see the sunrise so are usually in bed by around 22.30! We saw so much more sea life than in March … blue spotted rays and lion fish in the shallow waters . We mixed up pool days and beach days . Staff are a credit to the resort . Mohammed Ashraf in the lobby bar for early morning coffee served with a smile and Sherif at the pool bar . Can’t wait to return . !

The Italian restaurant is good especially the grilled salmon and the soup. The Marhaba restaurant was very good especially the mix grilled sea food and the tajin and the fattet shawerma but the portion of the mix grill is really small and not enough at all for one person The American restaurant is very distinct by the dish of Sirilion Steak which was very exceptional and delicious, I asked and know that it is done by the special steak Chef Mr Ahmed Moheb, also the restaurant manager Mr Reda was very welcoming and helpful and rapid in serving and cooperative. Captain Samy at the snorkeling is very professional and cooperative and respectful. The pools and aqua are very clean and the rescue team are excellent

This is a wonderful review in a beautiful setting. The staff are excellent, and the food is amazing as well. We spent most of our town on the beach and used the adult's beach bar. Malak who works on adult beach bar does the most amazing cocktails. The buffet restaurant staff were also amazing and our room attendant Mohammed who always called me by my first name which was a nice touch. He was very friendly and did an amazing job. The manager of the buffet restaurant also spoke to me after a bad experience, which I appreciated very much.

Another fantastic stay at this hotel, 3rd time this year and 16th in total, lots of returning guests purely for the staff who we class as friends who are just so helpful, friendly and can’t do enough for you even though they work very long hours they always have a smile on there face. Food is great, lots of variety and different restaurants to choose from which is made to order. Clean and well kept throughout the hotel.Lots of entertainment going on in season and a few different acts a couple of nights a week on the terrace bar. Special thanks to Mr Baseem the bar manager who always asks about your day and has time to talk.Bar staff Monaem,Tamer,Romany,Ahmed,Mohammed and Shady.All never let you be without a drink and seevd great cocktails. Lifeguards Monaim and Hersham. Only slight criticism I have is that the newly refurbished terrace looks great and modern but lacks the comfort in the low chairs. Rooms have plenty of space but lack plug sockets and we didn’t always get are beach towels changed so a better system could be implemented, the shower area lacked a shelf so everything was on the floor and the complimentary shower gel etc could be more environmentally friendly by having dispensers. Went for 11 nights but could have stayed another week, we will be back again before the end of the year.

First time to this resort but have used other holiday villages. First off the staff through out work extremely hard and interact with you and the family, was a real nice personal touch. Acomidation was good rooms very spacious we had a swim up room, the terrace was good and waiter service was a bonus. Pools were great and clean plenty of sun beds and activities through out the day for the whole family to get involved. Private beach clean, with toilets and bar and snack area. Food there is always plenty of choice and there's several restaurants to choose from and you can see alot of the food being made fresh, shout out to faris the egg chef, and mohamed the tea and coffee man. Kids club and activity staff very good, kids loved using these to try things like high ropes, archery and the inflatable obstacle course. Always felt safe and had fun. Few things we passed on to the hotel to improve, non slip mats round the splash pool as we saw a few nasty slips due to excess water from the water sprays, childrens cutlery as there wasn't any like there is at other holiday villages, the gym was dated but was told it is planned to be refurbished and upgraded, they are just minor things that could improve things. All in all a great place for a family holiday, with the added bonus of being able to use the waterpark across the road. Would highly recommend. The staff do really make this holiday.

On arriving at the hotel after being delayed in Manchester we did not get to the hotel till 1.00am. Quick & service at check in. We stayed in Room 10216 & our daughter/husband & 2 children in 10215. Room was fab. Everything that you need. In a very good spot. Just a few feet away from the terrace bar which was great in the evening & not noisy. We had a small walk to the beach& pool. We are beach people but noticed that the sea was always out & you had to go off a jetty. The sand is all crushed coral. A small beach bar as you get off. Nice walk to break up the day. Dinner hall was quiet if you went 7.00am which we thought was a good time. Opulent amount of food to choose from. Very clean, even with lazy families who just send their kids to choose there own food there was always someone behind the kids to clean up there mess. 5 Al A Cart - Indian, Greet, American Diner,Chinese & Italian. All very impressed with. The staff can’t do enough for you. At the pool bar. Mohammad served us every day and was extremely polite. He was on fire as some days we would not even ask & he just brought what we liked. Entertaining at night was a bit of a let down but did not spoil our stay. To be honest I have not one bad word to say about this trip apart from excellen and I should have come back to Egypt sooner and not left it 17 years!! 😂😂 Thank you to you all for making our family holiday one to remember- I will certainly be back! 👏👏👏👏

We recently stayed at Coral Sea Holiday Village and had an absolutely wonderful experience. One of the standout highlights of our trip was the exceptional service we received from the staff especially at the main buffet restaurant and from our room housekeeper. The staff were amazing. They were welcoming, attentive, and always had smiles on their faces. Nothing was too much trouble from helping us find a table, remembering our drink preferences and doing so in such a friendly manor. Their friendliness and professionalism made every meal a proper pleasure Our room housekeeper was equally top notch.. He kept our room spotless throughout our stay and was incredibly helpful and kind, Mohamed is a legend! The staff took pride in their work and we really appreciated the little touches and attention to detail that made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Overall coral sea holiday village delivered a fantastic holiday experience. The hotel itself is beautiful but its the people who truly made special, hats off to all the staff. A Big thank you to all the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We hope to see you again in future x

Absolutely loved our stay here in March hotel is great & staff are amazing, so friendly & helpful. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing. Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate. Ramadan our room man keeps everything spotless. Food is excellent at all the restaurants & waiters very friendly & attentive. Essam does the best eggs & bacon for breakfast. Loved drinking at the bars & the guys have been great & had really good laugh. Special mention for Shady, Michael & Mohamed Aymeh. Would highly recommend hotel & plan to return.

Sunrise Diamond is just that, a well polished and sparkling diamond. This was our second March time visit for some sun after a long miserable winter and it exceeded our first visit. We upgraded to a jacuzzi suite and there is nothing about our room that wasn't bang on point, including the ever cheerful, wonderfully efficient Ahmed who left our room spotless with amazing bed art every day. The team, from gardeners right up to the general manager work tirelessly to ensure the surroundings and service are top class. Mahmoud Adly and Amr at the adult pool were first class and the team in all the restaurants were fabulous, Mohammed, Gamal and Amr to name just a few and Tarek and Hany coordinating are effortlessly proessional. This is a hotel that understands how to deliver customer service, it's exceptional. I have never had any issue with the food, always beautifully presented, expertly cooked and caused no ill effects of any kind, even having drinks with ice!!! I actually cannot wait to return to this hotel, it's that good. Well done Team Sunrise Diamond Beach, you are the best.

Our stay in Sunrise Diamond beach. Before check in we went for breakfast. Buffet has large selection and different options of food. Waiters welcomed us at restaurant. Variety there for each taste: eggs, waffles, porridge, yogurt, fruit and more. There a lot pools where we had incredible time. For lunch always choose main restaurant. Taste meat, different fish, good view from the terrace, fresh vegetables, clean tables. Some days they serve grill salmon - it always delicious. For dinner we prefer main restaurant as daily menu related for some of theme. Our favourite was Egyption night with coshari, samosas and spring rols. Wifi available at all territory. In all restaurants. As well there some ala carte restaurants which possibly to visit for dinner. Very tasty Indian with spices different than usual to us you feel new spectacular taste of food there. We like it so much.tasty food, good service, a lot ala carte restaurants with varieted menu, clean rooms, tasty snack in lobby, internet at all hotel, good selection in main restaurant of meat, fish, fruits and dessert. Our kids love swim i sea but we prefer quiet pools. We met with all family only for dinner and it always was with big table of tasty different food. Somtimes we had grilled salmon. Somtimes choice quet terrace with large selection of delicious dessert. Sometimes seat inside in middle of everyone and choice lost of fresh taste from life station. Very taste pasta prepared on your eyes. We waiting time to come back

Amazing hotel and holiday! The facilities at this hotel are brilliant and the location is great. There is a big pool and small water park for children but we spent most of our time around the very peaceful adults only pool. The staff around this pool made the experience amazing. Amr (bartender) made excellent drinks, especially his cocktails! He was very attentive and always remembered what drinks we wanted at different parts of the day, as well as all of the other people around the adult pool. Mahmoud (lifeguard) was fantastic, and more than just a lifeguard. He kept the area very clean, regularly checking if everyone was okay. He would make sure our sun beds were facing the sun when we arrived in the morning and after lunch and offered to clean our sunglasses when needed. Amr and Mahmoud were the best! All other members of staff are extremely friendly and helpful too, from the cleaning staff, reception staff, gardeners, restaurant staff etc. The cleaning staff kept the whole hotel and rooms spotless, and also made lovely decorations in the rooms out of flowers and towels. We did not have any bad experiences. There are plenty of restaurants and a buffet restaurant which all had fantastic food. There are a few bars which were all nice, but Latitude was a great spot in the evening for music and cocktails. The beach is nice and has an adult only section. There’s plenty of entertainment, but also plenty of quieter places to relax. Overall fantastic hotel and holiday! 10/10

11 Night Stay at this Amazing Hotel – A Perfect Reset after a challenging year! Just returned from an unforgettable 11-night holiday at this incredible hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed! From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. From start to finish everyone was amazing. The Animation Team especially Joseph Wow- what can I say so so fun and full of smiles and fun all the time. The animation group was the highlight of our stay. They were full of energy, friendly, and always ready to keep guests entertained, whether it was during poolside activities, evening shows, or fun games. They had such a positive vibe and made the atmosphere feel lively and engaging without being over the top. The staff here is impeccable. Every single person was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely made you feel likes. Whether at the front desk, in the restaurants they always had a smile on their face and were eager to assist with The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, fantastic views of If you're looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and escape from the everyday hustle, this is it. The ambiance is calm and peaceful, with just the right balance of fun and relaxation. It truly felt like the perfect environment to reset and feel refreshed. Overall, my family and I can’t rave about this hotel enough. We will be back.

5/5 Pros - service!.All around the resort - the staff can't do enough for you - Special mention though for Hossan - who everynight in the Sky Bar looked after us with beer and special G&T's (Crystal GT was great) always with a smile of his face. A real credit to the resort. Room - we had a swim up room. So glad we did - they are fantastic and would definately recommend! Massive and very comfortable bed and as for the service - you still get that personal service with drinks brought to you as you relax outside your room. Reef/snorkeling - my first time snorkeling and it was a superb experience. Loads of fish in and around the reef. Highly recommend brings snorkeling gear - or the resort will lend full face snorkel masks from the towel desk at the pier. Food - Buffet has a large selection and there will be something for everyone. Always a live fish cooking station and meat grill - large selection of salads and dips etc as you would expect. Of the restaurants - Italian was the only disappointment - Egyptian was good with the mixed grill being the highlight and the Mongolian being good. Indian was our favorite. Didn't do any of the pay for restaurants. We took breakfast in the Egyptian restaurant which is right beside sea so great setting for breakfast. Overall- highly recommend and would certainly come back - of note - there's an ATM in the lobby that exchanges sterling notes into Egyptian pounds if needed.

The aesthetics of the property are beautiful. The resort is on the beach w/plenty of sunbeds to relax & easy access to the water w/great space to do some snorkeling. There are 3 pools to pick from, our favorite was Utopia-an infinity pool that looks right into the sea. We booked a jacuzzi room & it was fun, but lacked a bit of privacy as the rooms next & above you can see/hear everything. Quite a few dining options, but our favorite was the Italian. They do activities throughout the day, but they aren't announced anywhere & the hotel app was not working. It would be great to have a WhatsApp group where guests can receive daily updates on the property during our stay. The hotel is NEW, & most of the staff is friendly, but the support staff is NOT fully prepared to provide appropriate service for this property type, so that needs to improve greatly. The supervisory/management staff is superb, & they are doing their best. We had a few mishaps during our stay, but they did step in to help ease everything. We visited during a special event, & it was fun. We had an all-inclusive package, & it was a bit of a let-down that liquor was only during certain hours (10 AM-12midnight?) They say there is a surcharge outside of those hours, but we didn't try as we had stock from duty-free. (Many other resorts in the area don't have these restrictions). Overall the stay was okay. We enjoyed the amenities but wished the overall service would have been better.

I stayed at Meraki Resort in Sharm El Sheikh from October 29th to November 3rd, and it was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. The location is absolutely stunning right on a beautiful beach with crystal-clear water and amazing views that make every moment feel special. The atmosphere throughout the resort is vibrant yet relaxing, creating the perfect mix of fun and serenity. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a pleasant stay. In terms of cleanliness, the resort exceeded expectations; everything was spotless and well taken care of. Despite being lively with music and activities, the noise level was never disturbing I could always find peaceful spots to unwind. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Staff were always available, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. The animation team deserves special praise for their energy, creativity, and entertaining performances that added a lot of joy to the experience. The amenities offered from beach facilities to dining options were excellent and contributed to a very comfortable stay. Overall, Meraki Resort offers great value for money. It’s a place where you can relax, have fun, and enjoy top-notch hospitality in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh and I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently spent a wonderful week at the Meraki Resort Hotel, and I had extremely positive impressions! Service: From the very moment of our arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff who did their best to make our stay comfortable. The guys at the reception are always ready to help with any questions and requests. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean and cozy. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea, which added a special charm to our vacation. Comfortable beds and modern equipment made our stay even more enjoyable. Infrastructure: The hotel offers a variety of entertainment options: swimming pools, sports fields, animation programs and spa treatments. We also enjoyed the beach with clean sand and clear water, an ideal place for swimming and snorkeling. Location: Meraki Resort is located in a convenient location, close to the main attractions of Sharm el Sheikh. We easily got to interesting places and sightseeing programs.

Amazing experience from the word go, amazing warm welcome from the recepetion team. All the staff work so hard to make your stay enjoyable and perfect, really nice that the management team make a daily tour of the resort to make sure eveything is ok and if they can help in anway. There were stand out staff member that need praise. Akmed and Ayman at Velocity Bar, genuine wqrm and funny people, who we got on really well with. Fraes & Osama at Munchery for their smiles and wonderful service at breakfast and dinner. Hasan the main pool bar man, who was amazing and attentive, every morning a warm smile and greeting, and lovely touch that each sunbed pair got an ice coolbox with water, soft drinks and beers. Moufassa the life guard who helped put up the parasols and even noticed if getting a bit to much sun and walked round and adjusted them for people. And the two lovely ladies that work at Velocity who were charming and lovely - Nourhan and Yomna. All the staff deserve the upmost praise for making you feel like the most important person in the world 24/7

We had a memorable experience at the luxurious White Hills within Posh Club, where outstanding service and dedicated staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone, from eveyone at the posh club and also at the buffet service restaurant including the chefs, to the friendly drivers of the mini golf bus, to the kind and attentive butler Ahmed. Special recognition to the new club manager, Samir, the enthusiastic young staff at breakfast including Ramandan and Abdulhman, they are providing a high level of attention at same level a palace hotel in some of the best hotels in the worlds. Thank you to the incredible yoga teacher, Iulia, who is very talented. The animation team was very cool, bringing fun to the luxe environment, you can tell they also love their jobs , surpassing even the renowned Club Med in Europe. A shoutout to Mohamed, the talented bartender at Posh Club, always ready to bring you something special and it’s open 24/7. We loved our junior swim up room, makes the trip even more special. The impeccable service, fantastic facilities, and delicious, fresh food truly make this place a dream destination.

The beach has direct access to the sea with a few ladders, and corals are as good as you can see on very deserted areas, with full of sardines, trevally and even some barracudas were there. It was not so crowded during our stay so doing freediving and scuba was great, we had a very good scuba instructor (Shawky) and the staff was very talented at the diving center. While booking it was stated as breakfast included but they serve as all inclusive property and drinks, dinner, lunch and snacks are all included. There are many different pools and bars, A La Carte restaurants that you can try both international and local cuisines. Sun beds are very efficient and block the sun from your face, early checkin option, airport shuttle and a warm welcoming despite arriving there very late and welcome drinks at the reception was great.

Great stay and location, employees were very attentive and helpful. Delicious and clean food, clean hotel, much better than most of the luxurious hotele at Sharm Al Shiekh. This was my third Sharm trip with knowledge of more than a couple more hotels. Me and my family had a great time. Close to the airport and Soho, which is very convenient and also reasonable distance to the Old Market and Naama Bay. You can arrange your airport shuttles from the hotel too, with fair price.

I've stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but White Hills truly stands out. Honestly, it’s even better than Rixos Sharm – and that says a lot. The service? Just wow. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to the amazing front desk team – Hamza, Gamal, and Mohamed – for their warm welcome and outstanding care. In the dining area, Ahmad, Shadi, and Fadi were beyond professional – always smiling, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed. And by the pool, Mohamed and Mahmoud kept the vibe alive – super friendly and always around to help with a smile. This place is not just a hotel – it's an experience. Can’t wait to come back!

A great surprise of a hotel. 5 star service from a very good team. Very good restaurant food with a lot of variety (the deserts are pure art) and a great personal service (a special thanks to Mina for his smile and professionalism) as well as to all the rest of the super friendly team and the ever present food and beverages manager who is doing an excellent job, particularly for the amazing Xmas eve gala and dinner! Marina in guest relations is also always there to help and assist - thank you! Really liked the huge room, the super equiped gym and the heated jacuzzi pool as well as the rest of the hotel grounds and the option to visit by mini van the sister hotel on the beach.

Just back from a lovely weeks stay here. The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay the best. The room was perfect and although I didn’t get his name, the guy doing our rooms would make up beautiful towel features and with flowers, and the food I had was all lovely especially the omelettes they make for you every morning. The rum cocktails were delicious too 😊 at the pool bar Eslan would happily fill mine and my mums large cups we took with us saving a few trips and always a lovely friendly smile 😁 there is a lovely guy who goes around and will take your order if you preferred to stay where you were though and also Ali in the bar in main restaurant was lovely and friendly too and helped me and my mum get milk for our room. Also lifeguard Achmed and another whose name I didn’t get would go above and beyond saving our loungers and getting the towels and when my mum fell by the pool they were as quick as a flash to help and do first aid on her knee. I can’t big the staff up enough 😊 the weather was beautiful too at 30 degrees all week. Can’t fault anything about hotel and staff 😁 absolutely loved the place 😁

Great Holiday !!! Staff did all they could to make our stay enjoyable, too many good people to mention Amr, Ahmed, Mohammed just to name a few. Animation Team equally as good especially Anastasia & Sofia. Best Hotel Reef we have ever stayed at (and we have done a few in this area) - you can tell by the amount of boat trips that moor up near the hotel's pontoon. Great food at the A la carte restaurants and the kids loved the food menu served at the beach bar. Will definitely go back !!!!

Convenient location, within 15 minutes drive from the airport. Very quiet, nice atmosphere, beautiful reef and sea life available from the jetty. Attentive staff, wide selection of trips and water attractions. Clean, well equipped rooms. Wide selection of food for all meals.

Overall fine place to stay. The room was clean but very sparsely furnished with random pieces that all seemed secondhand. All-inclusive doesn’t mean all-inclusive. You must pay for alcohol after 5pm, which is dumb and weird. Food was okay, but not great. And not ready on time. Check-in took longer than any other check-in I think I’ve ever had. Staff was friendly.

We loved everything at the Steigenberger Alcazar. The rooms are spacious, modern, clean, and tasteful. The food at all of the restaurants was excellent quality. There were numerous restaurant choices with the all inclusive concept (just book in advance, and it is easy to do). All staff members are professional, friendly, responsive, and customer-service oriented. This included everyone from reception, guest relations, room care, restaurants, and transportation. Their common goal is to make your stay enjoyable. The grounds and pools are beautiful and so clean. There is an adult only pool and two large family friendly pools. The beach is spacious and a walk along the jetty is so enjoyable to look at the colorful fish in the shallow areas. The gym is clean and has everything you need. WiFi coverage was available everywhere. The spa is amazing, and I look forward to the massages with the professional spa staff. If you don’t fancy walking the full grounds or want to get somewhere quickly on the grounds, it was easy and fast to get a golf cart ride. This is the second vacation we took at Steigenberger over two consecutive years, and we will definitely be back soon.

The resort is in a great shape, staff is amazing, and although the beach is turned to the east and we were out of sun around 16h, it was amazing to swim there. They have entertainment every night and the team is fully engaged in providing guests with nice shows. The facilities provide for several restaurants, cafes and bars and there's plenty of choice. Our room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The AC worked perfectly, but sometimes it was difficult to set the shower at a warm temperature. It was very often either too cold or too hot. There are many pool options, including for adults only. Those are always clean and have a lifeguard in case of emergency. They also have a first aid clinic and the doctor and nurses are very kind and helpful. We always had bottled water in the room and in every bar. Food is varied, although more vegetarian options would be beneficial. The bread is AMAZING. Special thanks to Raouf who helped us have a great time in our tours to Ra's Mohamed (diving) and Cairo. He made sure we were safe and well treated and helped us throughout the way. Also thanks to Aziz from the buffet for the constant concern, kindness and good mood and a special thanks as well to Mohamed who always surprised us with towel sculptures in our bedroom. Also thanks to Nada who provided us with some fun nightlife entertainment options. These people really made our stay special and deserve praise! You'll be missed.

I had an amazing stay at Sunrise Arabia Resort. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience special. • The beach is beautiful and very well organized. • My room had a wonderful view and was very comfortable. • I stayed in the Posh Club, which was above my expectations. • The food was delicious with a good variety. • Everything was managed with excellent organization. Special thanks to Hanna and Paulo who were always helpful, smiling, and friendly—they really made my stay even better. Highlights I loved: • Abo Ali Café is a great spot to relax. • Tahi Restaurant was very nice with tasty food. • I also enjoyed the cabana experience—one day complimentary and another day rented, both wonderful. Overall, Sunrise Arabia Resort exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The hotel truly offers a high-quality all-inclusive experience. The breakfast and dinner options were quite varied and of good quality. The Nora restaurant is excellent, and the outdoor grill area is also very good. The Egyptian bread was a nice touch as well. Overall, we were very satisfied and enjoyed the food. The live music shows in the restaurant added a lovely atmosphere to the evenings. The room was spacious and very quiet. The pools were great, with enjoyable entertainment, and there are plenty of them to choose from. The water slide area is excellent — fun for both adults and children. It’s not a full water park, but it’s more than enough for a young child to enjoy. There are à la carte restaurants available, but we didn’t try them this time since the buffet was already excellent — maybe next time! The snorkeling area is outstanding — truly breathtaking. The hotel itself is very beautiful, with elegant architecture and a refined style. A special thanks to Mr. Gamal Salah, who was always attentive and did everything to ensure we had an excellent stay.

This is not my first visit to the hotel or to Sunrise group in general, and as usual, they never fail to impress me. From the warm welcome and quick check-in with a room upgrade, everything was seamless. Mr. Gamal Salah even contacted me the night before to ask about my arrival time and whether I had any special requests regarding the rooms. He is quite attentive and accomadating. The food quality is very good, with plenty of variety in the snacks. The restaurant staff are extremely helpful, especially Mr. Abdo and Ms. Fatima. I also fell in love with Om Ahmed “Sahar’s” freshly baked bread. The Basilico Restaurant snacks are outstanding, and Mr. Mohamed Ayman and Mr. Saadawy were very helpful and attentive. The beach is beautiful with a spectacular snorkeling spot, and the pool is wide and spotless. The animation team is friendly and engaging. Special thanks to Mostafa and Essam from housekeeping for their great service. Last but not least, I would like to thank Mr. Mohamed Younis, the General Manager. The hotel wouldn’t be the same without him. He is the most dedicated manager I have ever met—you can see him moving throughout the hotel all day long. I even saw him at the restaurant helping the waiters get the tables ready! He even noticed us checking out of the hotel and insisted on preparing lunch boxes for the kids. I was incredibly impressed with the variety and quality of the food, which was available well into the evening — a real treat. Everything I tried was delicious, and if you have a sweet tooth, you’ll definitely leave happy. The hotel itself is pristine and clean, with attentive and warm staff who go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. Shout out to Mohammed Farag - he was amazing! There are daily entertainment activities that keep things lively and fun, adding to the overall experience. The beachfront is absolutely breathtaking, with crystal-clear waters and plenty of sea creatures swimming right up to the shore — perfect for snorkeling lovers. Also they have a PADI diving center with great instructor (Ask for Edris Mo).

It was an absolutely amazing experience starting from the moment we arrived till we left! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly specially Mr.Adly from the reception. He was so friendly and helpful , always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with stunning views of the sea, pool, and gardens. The food was delicious and varied to suit different people from different cultures. Whether at the main restaurant or the specialty dining options, the quality and service were top-notch. The beach and pool areas are well organized, beautiful, and relaxing, with plenty of sunbeds and a calm, peaceful, and breath taking atmosphere. Charmillion truly exceeded our expectations. We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. Ahmed at reception greeted us with a smile and made check-in quick and easy, and he was always happy to answer any questions during our stay. The food was great every day — fresh, tasty, and with lots of variety, so there was always something to enjoy. The pool area was one of our favorite spots. It was always clean, well-kept, and the perfect place to relax. Big thanks to the lifeguards, Eslam and Mohammed, who were always friendly, professional, and keeping an eye out to make sure everyone was safe and having a good time. The water park was a big hit with the kids — lots of fun for them to enjoy themselves for hours. Our room was spotless the whole time thanks to Motasem, who did an amazing job with housekeeping. Everything felt fresh and comfortable, and we also had a stunning view from our room, which made waking up each morning extra special. Another bonus is that the hotel is close to the airport, which made getting there and back super easy and stress-free. Overall, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and it’s clear they really care about their guests. We left with so many good memories and will definitely be coming back.

The hotel staff were professional nice and helpful in every situation. Check-in went smoothly, and Abdo kindly explained how to use the hotel services. He was always available on WhatsApp, responding 24/7 and sharing useful information about hotel events. He also assisted us whenever we needed help. There was a great variety of food, and the staff were very attentive — they constantly replaced empty trays, so everything was always freshly stocked. The dining area itself was spacious and well-organized. The drinks were local, and the bars offered several cocktails like Cosmopolitan and Long Island Iced Tea. The service was fast, and there were almost no queues. The beach was large and clean, with plenty of available sunbeds, so there was no need to reserve them early in the morning. There was also a quieter, more distant area with sun loungers, which we really liked. We also visited the aqua park, which was fun — barely any queues at the slides. The room itself was clean, with a nice balcony view Overall, the hotel staff spoke many languages — we heard Russian, Italian, and English — and they made our stay very pleasant.

The location is wonderful: right outside the hotel there’s a beautiful coral reef, easily reachable from the pier, perfect for snorkeling lovers. A true paradise! 🐠🌊 The pools are amazing — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. The resort itself is huge, a fully equipped and very well-kept village, spotless in every detail and offering excellent services. A big shout-out to the animation team, always cheerful and engaging but never intrusive. In short: sea, relaxation, fun, and perfect hospitality. We decided to go with the all-inclusive package, and I'm so glad we did! The main buffet near the reception had an amazing selection for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—there was something for everyone. We absolutely loved the huge pool and the nearby beach, plus the easy access to the coral reef for snorkeling was a fantastic bonus! The 24-hour bar was great too, and our room was really spacious and comfy. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my birthday special by bringing me a cake! Overall, I would say it was a wonderful experience and an excellent value for the money. We were also offered a late check out free of charge, including breakfast, lunch and dinner on our last day, which is awesome, as we had our flight in the evening. We also went on a boat snorkelling trip that we arranged with one of the resort staff right on the beach, and it was just brilliant!
