From the moment we arrived and got our key from the security lady (who was fun, friendly and informative) we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. We loved the cosy accommodation and the views from the lounge area. We were impressed with the built in buetooth sound system, which was a nice surprise. The site had really good entertainment, cafe and bar facilities and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Special thanks go to Reece and Chloe T in Sands Bistro, who were excellent. The food in the Bistro was marvellous, good sized portions and very tasty. The steak was ordered medium rare and was cooked to perfection. The fajitas had just the right level of spice and the desserts were decadently delicious. The entertainment team in the Dynamite bar were also really good fun. The singer,Jess, was full of energy, even though there wasn't the largest audience left by the time she came on. We had a really enjoyable Friday night playing the classics of bingo and a free race night (which was a laugh) All in all, we had a lovely time.

Loved every second of our stay- so much so we booked for next year and again for the end of this month. We stayed in the value chalet and it was well worth it - clean - quiet - nice size everything you need for a stay. The park Is lovely - the beach is stunning and the walks you can do are amazing - staff are lovely and welcoming. It’s a great location. Honestly can’t rate it enough. We have upgraded accommodation for next year. I would highly recommend St Ives Bay. The park was clean to no litter nothing. We will return ever year now.

The caravans range from basic to luxurious, we had a medium 'comfort' caravan which was perfect for our needs. The site was clean, the staff friendly, the pub food tasty and evening entertainment great fro me and my son. Best of all the incredible beach was only a couple of sand dunes away. We body surfed in lovely rolling waves over beautiful golden sand. Perfect.

1. Great location for south and west coast Cornwall 2. Near to beach - (although my cabin was the other side of the resort) still good to be so close it was 10 min walk to beach from my chet (resort is quite large!) (it is uphill from the beach though! But lots of places in Cornwall are the same) 3. near main roads to be able to get around Cornwall easily 4. Very good value for money My Chalet (46) was near to the bar and the shop and guest services and resort entrance 5. Chalet was clean and smelled really nice it had clearly been cleaned very well before my stay Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay It felt very safe for me as solo traveller

The location is just breath taking, an amazing seaside and beautiful dunes. The swimming pool is huge and safe with dedicated lifeguards. There are two parking lots when visiting swimming pool, seaside or the beach restaurant. Well organised entertainment, different activities for kids and adults everyday. Staff friendly and professional. The holiday park is well kept and clean. Plenty of playgrounds, sports fields, parking spots in front of the accommodation. The shop is small but well stocked with the essentials.

Everything was really beautiful, we had a lovely evening on the terrace and in the jacuzzi, the amazing weather helped, of course. Hoping to come back some time.

Clean room, great bed and jacuzzi was perfect!!

We had the best time! Firstly the lodge was absolutely beautiful, spacious and modern. The location was on point, it had warm cozy pubs, the beach and nature walks near by. There was so much for the children to do, they enjoyed archery, laser tag, clip and climb and visiting the animals at the farm. Aiden (one of the staff members) was absolutely brilliant with the children! The restaurant was lovely, we enjoyed a meal there, not too expensive and nice cocktails. We finished our stay off with a sauna, swim and jacuzzi! Absolutely perfect!

I loved how peaceful and quiet the location was, we could see the sea in the distance but felt we had our own pocket of luxury all to our own. For a relatively small lodge, we had all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay - not to mention the tea, coffee, milk etc that was left for us! The bed was the perfect size for a good night's sleep, and the hot tub was simply divine! The staff were so attentive with room service and cleaning the hot tub etc. The room service food was delicious and served promptly, yet fresh and hot. We enjoyed the tennis court and gym, as well as the ideal location to drive out and down to St Ives and Falmouth.

Staff was very friendly, the location is fab, really close to the beach. Great facilities, and delicious food at the restaurant Most importantly lots to do for our toddler. The soft play and pirate themed playground was a huge hit and loved visiting the animals on site. We'll be definitely back. (Rooms were big and comfy, 2 bathrooms in our pet friendly lodge, stairgate to keep children and pets safe, spacious kitchen and living room.)

The chalet was amazing, well presented, 3 TVs (on in each bedroom and lounge), all the facilities we needed for a week away. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were great. Lots of activities in the locality, beeches, walks, etc with Penzance, Polperro, and Lands End not too fare away

We recently spent five wonderful days at this beautiful property in St Ives, Cornwall, and could not have been more pleased with our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were taken by the charm and comfort of the caravan, which was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and provided all the amenities we needed for a relaxing break. The views of the surrounding area were simply breathtaking, and the location was ideal – just a short walk from the beach and local attractions, yet peaceful enough to enjoy some quiet downtime. Each day was a joy, as we explored the stunning coastline, quaint streets, and local shops, knowing we had such a lovely home to return to at the end of the day. The outdoor space was a real highlight, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, with views that made every moment feel special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in St Ives. It offered the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty, making our stay truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and we all felt very welcome, we arrived after a long drive from the midlands and went into holiday mode straight away. The facilities were just what we needed, our accommodation was very clean and stocked up with fresh bed linen. We had a quiet stay but went into the bar on the first night, again the staff were very friendly and there was a variety of things to do, sadly we missed the karaoke :-) In addition I would like to thank the reception staff for helping with some urgent medication that had been left at home, without it my sister in law would not have been able to stay and has been through brutal cancer treatment and able to enjoy her first mini holiday making memories, you were so understanding and thank you!! Finally location to St Ives is a short drive as was Penzance so in summary we had a very lovely little retreat with our children and would definitely recommend this accommodation for great value for money, exceptionally friendly staff and very nice food. The farm shop just down the road has amazing fresh scones and treats.

The property had every amenity, and was very clean with a modern finish. The surroundings were amidst beautiful lush foliage and amazing trees to make for a magical setting. Fabulous woodland walks with lots of different trails, excellent for dog walking. The restaurant provided a well priced, varied menu. The location is perfect for getting to St Ives with regular bus service. St Ives offers plenty of restaurants, shops and bars and some gorgeous shops to boot. Excellent location

Quiet, clean friendly staff. Lovely for the price we have paid. Yes, there were some minor cosmetic things if we wanted to be picky like the odd rusty hinge or a bit of chipped paint but overall the van was lovely, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in a silver pet friendly and it was inkeeping with our expectations.

Leaving today after a lovely restful 2 night break in a junior suite. Room was lovely and spacious, roll top bath a plus. Hotel staff have been lovely friendly & helpful. Especially.Vic in the hotel during breakfast & room service. Also Maxine in the beach restaurant. Enjoyed using the spa pool Jacuzzi and sauna. Views are amazing. Lovely waking up with a Seaview listening to the waves. We have been so lucky with the weather. We at a both restaurants Walter’s 7/10 food & atmosphere & the beach 8/10. Yes I Would recommend a stay here :)

- Location is phenomenal with the view, beach and short walk to St Ives - Facilities such as the gym, pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great; never too busy that we couldn’t use - Staff were friendly - Even though it was a breakfast menu, staff accommodated changes so that was perfect OUTSIDE THE HOTEL: - Scones at the Ugly Butterfly were to die for - Great that the beach had a time slot for dogs - Some good little spots to eat around this location

I found the Carbis Bay hotel pods very late at night after arriving at a disappointing airbnb for a short but much needed break . We needed to accommodate our dog and 4 guests ! I rang the hotel early Friday morning , Cara was extremely helpful on reception, even said the pod would be ready for 12 o’clock , earlier than normal knowing our situation ! We visited the Deli cafe which looks out over the beautiful Carbis Bay & beyond … Vicky served us cheerily with refreshments , several times after too , thank you Vicky .. great relaxed vibe in the Deli ! Evening meal was at the Beach club , again relaxed with warm and welcoming staff .. ! The Pod we stayed in was a delight , a hideaway about 10 minutes from the hotel/beach … furnished to a high standard , so welcoming , we were guided there by Tyler who gave us much information for our stay , he provided us with a dog bed and goody bag for Jasper , we on the other hand were welcomed with milk, orange juice , bread , butter, ham cheese, salmon , granola & even marshmallows for toasting in the fire oven in our private outdoor area complete with Jacuzzi , over the way was a sauna and ice plunge pool and massage room !! Heavenly place with extremely friendly helpful staff .. many thanks for turning a disappointment into a special occasion for us all .. we didn’t want .to leave but will be back . A gem of a place ! We had another amazing stay! The team at Carbis Bay have always looked after us so well. It is an amazing bolt hole away from home with endless luxurious touches and a phenomenal setting. Everyone was brilliantly welcoming and friendly, from the moment Troy welcomed us at the front desk through to our check out. A particular shout out to Troy who went out of his way to ensure we were settled in and knew the layout of our accommodation. We loved the room (spotlessly clean), the Spa (it is the best spa we have ever been in!), the seals just off the beach, the breakfast, the friendly staff and all the little extra touches. We stayed in the beach view junior suite which had the most incredible view and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. We watched the seals bob around the bay all weekend. A fab weekend all round. Thank you again for making our time off together so special.

Carbis Bay Hotel & Estate is a very special place. From the moment we arrived, Sam and his team went above and beyond to deliver a highly personalised service and ensure our stay was truly memorable. Our spacious beach lodge was stunning - luxurious and comfortable in equal measure - with sea vistas from every room and direct beach access. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully arranged amenities showed a commitment to quality and guest comfort, including the welcome Lemon Drizzle cake which will be remembered as the best ever! Morning ocean dips, hearty breakfasts, and leisurely coastal walks set a relaxed tone for our break. While afternoons were spent enjoying the hotel’s facilities, including the spa, infinity pool, and dining options, which were all top-notch. The hotel has several beachside restaurants, although The Beach Club became our favourite evening retreat with gorgeous views, friendly staff, and fabulous food (the prawn starter a particular highlight). We had the most magical few days here, the location is truly exceptional, and we’re planning a return visit very soon!

I had a very enjoyable stay, the standard double room (room #7) was rather spacious, very clean, with new good furniture and comfy bed. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a walk in shower. It was very warm and quiet as it was facing the inner courtyard. Yes there was no good view but it was explicitly mentioned in the room description and to be honest, you don't really need it as you are only a few steps away from the beach. The staff was very professional and friendly, my suitcase which I left at the reception in the morning of the arrival day was already in the room when I checked in. I asked for a take away breakfast on the day of departure and it was also prepared for me. It was a very good value for money and I will definitely consider staying here again.

Fab location in Marazion. Right opposite the beach and the ferry for St Michael’s Mount. We had room No.5 which had views of the sea and the Mount from our windows. The room was lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. Access to the property was easy - with an electronic key. Alternatively, during the day, you could come through the restaurant/bar. The Cutty Sark restaurant was delicious. Giant portions and great value. Staff were really friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was served in the Cutty Sark, and was equally tasty. Access to places like St Ives and Penzance was easy.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was cosy and cheerful. The chefs were very good - you won't be disappointed with the food! The specials changed regularly and the fish was always fresh. Breakfast was hearty and the team were very friendly and helpful. Alterations to the breakfast menu were not a problem and top-ups readily available. The room was compact but clean and tidy. It should accommodate your basic needs (we mostly used it as a base). The en suite bathroom looked brand new; the shower was hot and had strong water pressure. Marazion itself has a village atmosphere, with a small selection of shops / places to eat and a calm ambiance. If you want evening entertainment, however, you'll need to travel further afield. In general, the hotel caters best to adults / couples, as there is no specific entertainment for children. The location on the coast is a short walk from St. Michael's Mount. All in all, a wonderful romantic stay!

We had a wonderful weekend away at the Marazion hotel. It was a quiet weekend in December so Karen kindly upgraded us to her favourite and best room in the hotel. The room was stunning, great views of St Michael’s mount, really comfortable bed and lovely hot shower after a blustery day out. The lounge is beautifully decorated and so cosy, the perfect place to sink into one of the comfortable chairs with a book or G&T by the fire. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast every morning and had a fabulously tasty meal in the Cutty Sark Restaurant; the steak pie is to die for! Highly recommend the Marazion Hotel, we’ll definitely be back!

We spent 3 nights here in mid-August and stayed in a standard double room, Room 11, which was a smaller en-suite double room on the top floor. It’s honestly hard to fault anything about our time at the Marazion Hotel from start to finish. Karen and her team are exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and there’s also a lovely relaxing lounge area where we spent time enjoying their comfy sofas and drinks from the bar! Parking was easy and the location is right in the heart of Marazion, so you can easily walk to St Michael’s Mount. A fantastic hotel which I’d thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again.

This is the second time I've stayed at this lovely B&B. On this occasion we stayed in the family room on the ground floor. The room came with a decent sized-table & chairs where we could choose to have breakfast and it also had access to the garden which was nice. The room was comfortable and quiet, the shower was hot and the towels very big and fluffy. We had a restful night sleep. Tea, coffee and biscuits were available in the room. WIFI very good. Breakfast was plentiful and varied - continental style. I love the breakfast room - light, airy, sea view and wonderfully decorated with inspirational quotes and signs. The quirky teapots are fun. Free parking on site and off-road. Lovely central location - a short walk to convenience shops, a pharmacy, restaurants and a 10/15mins walk to Carbis Bay beach. Train station close by. Adrian is super friendly, welcoming and is a great host! Highly recommend.

The location was fab, 10minutes stroll into StIves town & porthminster beach,or a 5/8 minute walk to carbis bay beach. The room was spotless & had everything we needed, clean linen, clean towels, kettle, tea & coffee,milk sugar + cookies 😍. complimentary toiletries. The host was lovely, very friendly & accomodating but not in your face which for me is important 🙈..breakfast time was 👌🏻 and had a wide choice of selection, fresh fruit, cereal, toast, crumpets, pancakes, ham eggs fresh juices, yoghurts, tea & coffee, i could go on for ever with breakfast choices. I will definately return and i would recommend this B&B to anyone wanting a comfortable & quiet stay in a beautiful location.

Perfect location (1 min walk to the bus stop if you want to get to the city centre, or if you just want to go to the beach- no need to go to the city centre, just walk down the hill and you will find yourself in a less busy Carbis Bay beach) If you are coming on a train-stop at Carbis Bay beach and then walk up the hill ~7 min, at the junction with the main road turn right, 1 min walk and you will reach the "Green apple" B&B. 10min walk to Tesco/1 min walk (opposite direction) to the local supermarket and pharmacy. Delicious continental breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Comfortable beds. View to the sea from the front garden (also we were lucky to see the sea through our window). Very friendly host. Just ask and he will give you the best advice on how to find a secret most beautiful path to the beach or how to navigate the city centre.

Owner, Adrian really friendly & helpful. Happy to answer any query about ways in to St Ives, local beach and places to eat locally. Room adequate size, clean & bed comfortable with partial sea view. Breakfast had good selection of 'continental' style food; such as boiled eggs, nice ham,cheese, fresh fruit salad, croissants, fruit juices & proper filtered coffee. All help yourself but Adrian on hand if required + 'top ups'. Rooms not serviced daily unless needed but did not pose a problem for a 3 night stay. Guests able to replenish milk etc for the room. B&B near bus stop or 15minute walk to local lovely beach, need good mobilty for walk through beautiful wooded path, however there is a road/ pavement route. Would definitely return to stay at B&B!

We stayed in this lovely b&b for 4 nights at short notice. Adrian was so kind and accommodating, finding a room for us on the very day! The room was great, perfect views, soft cosy bed and a nice bathroom with powerful shower perfect for washing off all that sand! The breakfast buffet is perfect being mostly vegetarian /vegan to cover all bases. Alpro yogurts and milk, tea, coffee, juice, cereals, toast with all spreads, fruit and pastries all set you up for a day of discovering the beautiful surroundings. Couldn't have asked for more from a bed and breakfast. I would stay here again without a doubt!

The hotel is warm and welcoming and is well located in the heart of Porth Leven. The staff were all brilliant, entirely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We had a harbour view room the first night. A nice view but the room was uncomfortably small. We were in a different room the following night, we had made a mistake with our booking, and our next room was very comfortable and spacious and we didn't miss the view at all. I think we would choose the larger room without the view if we stay again.

Loved everything about this stay. The location is beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was so comfortable, had everything you could want and more. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. All the little touches were great and it was spotlessly clean! The food in the restaurant was incredible for both dinner and breakfast. I would highly recommend and this will be our go to place for any date night or special occasion in the future. Thank you.

We booked a harbour view room and I’m so glad we did. It was beautifully decorated and the window alcove with chairs was the perfect spot for watching all the harbour activities. The room had a mini fridge and a great selection of teas and coffee. Fresh milk is always a bonus! The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was fabulous. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely gorgeous. The quality of food was brilliant and there was lots to choose from.

The room was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The location was perfect being right on the harbour side.

Clean, comfy and cosy. Nice little touches like Nespresso coffee machine and bedside radio and modern large TV. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly. Well done 👍
