Everyone on staff provided absolutely outstanding customer service :-D I'm stingy with my stars but happy to let fellow travelers know they will have a wonderful stay here !!! Ed Thomas & Leticia at the front desk, friendly & welcoming, placed me in the "just right" room. Spacious & spotless, w/fridge/micro & in-room coffee. Slept well on super comfortable bed with lovely linens. Bathroom was absolutely sparkling. Best of all was the dinner! Restaurant quality. Offerings the night I was there were Pasta Alfredo w/chicken on the side, steamed veggies, fresh green salad, chili w/chips & nacho cheese, jalapeños & salsa, everything nicely presented & area kept clean, items refilled by sweet Jade. Next morning, breakfast was every bit as enticing & Emily kept everything topped off & tidy. Brittany, Ashley & Lynn behind the front desk, contagiously cheerful, sent me off with a smile. Worth every penny & I'd definitely stay here again!

Staff was friendly, room and facilities were clean!! And well maintained. Breakfast was amazing. The staff taking care of all the food and breakfast area were clean and constantly maintaining stock and supplies. Great options for hot breakfast!! Coffee was fresh… linens and bath towels were like new and fresh.

I rarely give reviews to the hotels i stay. This one made me write a review because it exceeded all my expectations. To Start with, the checkin process was a breeze. Especially Roxanne at the front desk was awesome!! She was warm and welcoming and explained everything with a smile. The room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet and the Supper Buffet was too good!! Especially the evening cocktail drinks were exceptional.. The helpers at the buffet were also so caring and warm. The heated pool was clean and maintained well. My kids didnt want to come back to the room. They loved the pool!! It was very near to St.Louis downtown and all other attractions.. Overall it was worth the visit!! Definitely would highly recommend to everyone!!

On a recent trip to Kansas City, we decided to stop and see The Gateway Arch and found this gem of a hotel just outside St. Louis across the river in Illinois. It was too late to visit The Arch when we arrived so we settled into our hotel, went to dinner, and planned to visit The Arch after checkout the next morning. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet and ours had an enormous walk-in shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside was customers smoking at the rear entrance and 2 of our party have asthma and COPD. An enforced smoking area away from the entry door would fix that. First time staying in a Drury Inn and would definitely consider them on our next trip.

We stay at this particular hotel quite often and I would say this was our best visit yet! The staff is always so friendly and helpful and the location is central to what we need when we are in town. Despite being on the first floor this time very close to the elevators and a set of exterior doors, things were quite quiet, which was very nice. Our room was absolutely spotless, which is the highest point for me because I value cleanliness so much when traveling. Breakfast was fresh, stocked, and clean and while I did not have any of the evening food choices, the Happy Hour drinks were great as always. We keep coming back to this property for a reason and this stay was another reminder why!

I had a great stay at the Drury Hotel in Brentwood, and would absolutely stay again! The location is good —conveniently situated near shops, restaurants, and major highways, making it a great base for exploring St. Louis. I absolutely loved this hotel and anytime we visit the St. louis area we will definitely come back! Very clean and friendly staff. I paid $200 to stay one night and I felt it was a very good deal considering what all comes with the price! We got the zoo package which provided adventure passes for 4 at the St. Louis zoo (about $60 in value!) along with free breakfast, free dinner AND each adult could get 3 free adult drinks as well! Free parking up front of hotel or there is a parking garage in the back. Breakfast & dinner offered a great variety of choices and was very tasty! The pool was neat how you can swim from inside to outside! The hot tub was the cleanest I have ever seen a hotel hot tub!! The pool did have several rough spots on the floor of the pool, my son did get cut on the bottom of it but nothing too bad. The only other complaint is lots of traffic outside so it didnt really quiet down until about midnight but the hotel itself was very quiet! I HIGHLY recommend staying here!!

I loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. Maid was super helpful and attentive for room 311 during our stay. Wish I remembered her name to give her kudos. Also, in the breakfast area, DJ was such a hard working young man. He never stopped and would graciously help when needed! The room was clean and well appointed. They have free breakfast with many choices. If you are gluten intolerant they had oatmeal, fruit, sausage and eggs. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Easy off and on interstate. Oh wait, free dinner from 5:30-7:00 pm every night. I couldn’t believe they did this and stay in business. We got there after driving all day too tired to go out again, and then didn’t have too! Popcorn and drinks in the breakfast area all day. They really are going the extra mile for their guests!

Great experience. We had never been to St. Louis so we wern't sure of the area.This hotel is in a great location. Close to everything and convenient. As with all big cities, there are "not so nice" areas. This hotel was in a nice area. Lots of shopping options nearby as well. As for the hotel itself, the stay was great.The room was clean and housekeeping gave me fresh towels and emptied the trash everyday. I love that the hotel has a laundry area. That was a huge help. There is an indoor and outdoor pool and a hot tub. There were no issues with cleanliness or availability of pool towels as I have experienced at other hotels. Everything was great. Breakfast was hot and as expected- scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, yogurt, juice, etc. The dinner time kickback was a very nice addition also. The eating areas were clean. All of the staff at the front desk were so nice anytime I needed anything. I especially want to mention John and Nelson. They were both very friendly and helpful during our stay. This was one of the best hotel stay experiences my family has had. Highly recommend!

This Drury Inn is very much on brand, in a good way. I was only there overnight and didn't use wifi, have breakfast, swim, or use the exercise room. But the room was clean and comfortable. The bath had a bathtub and shower; it was clean with nice hot water. A safe area of St. Louis and well situated to getting just about anywhere in the city. Highly recommended.

the location was great! the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. the jacuzzi was nice but quite crowded. the price was very affordable.

My friends and I loved the hotel. We do wish there was a two-hour period from 10:00 p.m. -12:00 a.m. for adults only in the pool / jacuzzi area.

Room, Pool and jacuzzi area and dinig areas were great. Access to the buildings front door was problematic. Visitors to the hotel need to be provided with a detailed explanation of accessing the parking area and how the parking can be accessed from inside the hotel.

Service, cleanliness, amazing decor in the amazingly restored lobby. Solid marble and brass fittings everywhere. Excellent rooftop observation platform to see the Gateway Arch. Located about 150 metres from the Arch. Excellent pool and jacuzzi, Gym was very good. The evening meal, drinks and breakfast all topped off an excellent experience.

The hotel is at the perfect location in between the arch and ballpark village everyone is friendly and the hotel is very secure The key is needed to access the main elevators and there is security inside the hotel every single member is very friendly The Jacuzzi by the pool was warm and very clean you can go outside to pull area and see the city you are on the 8th floor , also they have a free breakfast buffet and free dinner with three adult beverages if you want I definitely recommend this to anyone that's heading to St Louis or even if you live there and you want to break away from your house.

On our recent Midwest road trip we stayed in four Drury hotels. It was our first experience with this chain and we were amazed. Beautifully designed with quality finishes. Extremely comfortable bedding. Friendly staff. Option not to have daily cleaning. BUT beyond that they offer self serve sodas most of the day, popcorn, a wide selection of breakfast food both hot and cold AND a buffet dinner at night AND bar offerings of beer, wine and cocktails. These were either complimentary or inexpensive depending on state regulations. After a tiring day, it was heaven to come "home" and wind down with comfort food and a drink. This particular location is terrific for tourists. It's quiet and convenient. Right next to The Hill, the famous Italian neighborhood with lots of noted restaurants. Very close to the zoo, botanical garden, art museum, and basilica. Close to the highway that gets you to the Arch and other sites. Enjoy Saint Louis!

The staff, especially Famous Amos! He is super kind and so full of joy! The location is convenient to the highway. It was our first time at a Drury and we were pleasantly surprised by the cocktail/dinner, and lovely breakfast…not your ordinary powdered eggs, toast, etc…free breakfast!!! The room was comfortable and clean. The bed is super cozy! We loved this Drury!

Room was huge--plenty of space for my husband, teenaged son, and me in both the living/sleeping area and bathroom--and very clean. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and kickback food/drinks were both well stocked and had a number of good options for all tastes. The cabernet red wine was especially good. We didn't use the pool or whirlpool, but went in and looked at them--both looked clean and well maintained, and we appreciated that there were towels down by the pool. Underground parking was quiet and convenient as well. About five minutes driving to the zoo and 15 minutes (with normal traffic) to the must-see City Museum.

Everything - location right off highway with proximity to botanical garden etc. Easy Uber ride $18 into city for Arch etc ( don’t drive in on a day the cards have a game) The pool is indoor/outdoor and there’s a hot tub CLEAN. There’s a nice gym and laundry. Big perks include breakfast with lots of options. Popcorn fresh popped available anytime in lobby along with happy hour 5:30 -7 You get three free drinks and lots of food options all free and it’s really dinner. There’s a good restaurant adjacent that had a band playing live music if you time it right. We were there on a weekend for two nights. Staff are wonderful and this place is Kid friendly. Good choice for families. Bathroom was big and good shower.

We stayed at one of the premium hotels the night before and would not satisfied at all multiple issues including a tremendous amount of noise. A family member referred us to The Drury inn in the old train station building. What a pleasant experience the hotel looked like a museum but it was clean and modern with updates everywhere. Yesterday we're he announced that he's taking the city back for all Americans to come and petition a room had modern appliances they all worked well they were all clean all the furniture look like museum pieces but they had obviously been recovered and they were clean and like new I'm. Bathroom have been completely remodeled the shower was wonderful. Our bed was every bit as good as the premium hotel. And we're very thankful that you came on tonight the breakfast the next morning was worth eating with proteins as well as large variety of choices. We were there for a family emergency and mentioned it to the staff and they offered us a hospital discount. We have never stayed at Drury inns before but we will call them in the future. Went just about everything that could go wrong with her our trip had gone wrong it was nice to be able to check into a safe and clean hotel that was run professionally and have a a surprisingly uneventful stay. Thank you for just a nice quiet safe and clean place to stay.

We stayed at the Drury in union Station which is right across the street from the sky wheel, the view is beautiful... staff was professional kind and very thorough especially about all the amenities included so all my questions was answered with out having to ask... LOVED the biscuits n gravy for breakfast beats cold cereal and honey buns not to mention the kick backs u receive free dinner plus a free cocktail kicks the evening off and more enjoyable parking was by far the cheapest private parking in the area The room was a bit small for 2adult and 2 teenagers however that won't keep us from coming back... iv stayed at few down town hotels in st louis the pricing is all about the same give or take however Drury Inn is worth every dollar spent starts off with $20 private parking garage connected stright to the building from check in to check out, kick backs free dinner and 1 free cocktail from the bar, enjoy your evening crossing the street right into union Station and sky wheel to waking up to a variety of hot or cold breakfast and coffee to get the day started.... No other hotel in the down town area of st louis is giving u your money's worth like the Drury is...

In town for the NCAA Tournament with my son. Staff was friendly, and attentive. Breakfast was honesty the best hotel free breakfast I have had in 5 years if travel hockey. The parking garage is secured after dark to protect your cars and personal safety coming and going into the hotel. The area around the hotel is clean, well lit, and feels safe. It is downtown in a major city, so be smart. However there was no feeling of threats. Work out room was small, but clean with free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes. Pool was large, clean, and not overcrowded when we were there. Hot tub was hot, clean and relaxing. The tub is in an area where people walking from above can see you. Housekeeping, did a fine job with the rooms. One complaint would be that housekeeper knocked on our door at 8:30am to ask if we wanted towels or to refill anything in the bathroom. I don't think housekeeping should knock on someone's door at 8:30 in the morning. Overall I would stay at the hotel again.

First time to St. Louis and really loved this location as I felt there would be more to do here than closer to Arch Park (1.3 mile walk up Market St). The building sits across street from Union Station, Aquarium, Wheel etc. It is nostalgic and apparently at one time housed Train personnel. Old Union Station photos and tile adorn the walls and floor. Room and bath was clean,bed and pillows comfy. All staff were pleasant and willing to please. Shout out to "Isabel" who was interning and was seen at the Front desk, Bartending, cleaning breakfast tables and socializing with patrons. She was very outgoing and friendly. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors. . The bonus was each morning there was a hot breakfast buffet, cereals, waffle station and fruit served on real plates with silver. Shout out to "Shirley" who was also friendly and outgoing. Midday, fresh popcorn popped in lobby and each night, there was lite fare buffet and cocktails all included in your stay. It was a nice place to stay and pass the time before and after siteseeing. Enjoy!

Every year we go to Mexico and every year we stay here on our way. This is not a “Luxuy” hotel but it is the cleanest, well-run hotel that you will ever stay at. I feel like I’m a “clean freak” but this hotel amazes me. It is not anyways near a new hotel (which makes it way harder to keep clean) but it is clean, clean, clean! The rooms are not large but they are well-throughout and comfortable. The bathrooms are not large but they are clean and ample. If you want a great place to stay the night before you fly on the cheap, this is it. It serves a killer breakfast and evening snack also. However, right next door about 100 steps away is a killer Bandana’s Restaurant to boot! You can’t beat it folks. If you will notice it is in the top 6 of St. Louis and the ones above it are all way more expensive but this one comes in at about $100 a night. Amazing!!! The staff is amazing, too! Everyone knows what they are doing and does it!!! They have long-term parking, too, right behind the hotel, so convenient. And airport buses all night. What more can I say?!? Crazy cheap for what you get!

Where do I even begin? First of all, management is fantastic! VICTORIA G. was incredible helpful and accomodating of my special room requests. The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. There was a mini fridge. Shower products in bathroom. Bed was clean and comfortable. A/C worked well. FREE hot breakfast. FREE airport shuttle. Secure, gated parking lot. Outdoor pool. Workout room. Sundry shop. Small office area with printer. Guest laundry facilities. 3 minutes from Terminal 1 at airport. 2 minutes from rental car return. And yet the hotel was exceptionally quiet! I never heard a single plane. I would definately stay here again!

Staff was amazing! Everyone I encountered was polite and welcoming. Cathy in the “restaurant” area was the best!! She made breakfast a joy (as I don’t normally eat breakfast). Great conversation and interaction. Front desk was helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable.

Super easy check in; Landon was awesome and did a quick check in to we could take part in the happy hour. Really great special touch. He also recommended the Bandanna’s BBQ restaurant right next door and it was a great meal. The room was really nice, comfy bed and good shower. I liked the divide between toilet/shower and the sink, made the getting ready the next moray lot faster for our group. Breakfast was very tasty and the servers were super friendly and helpful. Overall a stellar experience and we will be using Pear Tree and Drury more in the future

We booked very last minute for a Spring Break getaway. I was worried about the location so close to the airport but it was very quiet and clean. The staff is amazingly kind and friendly and we loved the shuttle to the airport to hop on the train downtown. One small thing is we picked a place that had breakfast included, but we didn’t realize the breakfast was the exact same every day. Other hotels have just the smallest variety. But overall it was a great value with genuinely helpful staff (for instance, someone opened up the milk for the breakfast bar at 9:30 pm for my son because he was so tired of soda - that was above and beyond for a kid) and we were pleasantly surprised.

The location is awesome. The dinner menu was great. Very helpful and friendly staff. The valets were all very nice and helpful. The room was great. High ceilings, huge window overlooking the city, bathroom was clean. The lobby is nice. Perfect for baseball games. The restaurant choices are great. Walking around is safe. Staff extremely knowledgeable. We ordered take-out for dinner the 2nd night. All around great experience. The hotel steakhouse was delicious, they had fresh oysters that were very tasty. I was shocked they had fresh oysters. The brussel sprouts were great. The Amish chicken was awesome! Dinner at the hotel was a highlight. It was also quite casual, yet refined. The TV situation in the lounge was great! The bar was busy but not overworked or rowdy. It was a calm environment, it seemed to accommodate families with young children and no children equally well. I would say it seemed more focused on serving the relaxation needs of guests than business needs of guests, but I was there for baseball, not business. So, I can only guess on that. It was a classy and respectable environment focused on serving our needs with a professional and courteous staff. 100% going to stay there again!

Great hotel! Super convenient to the ballpark, bars, restaurants, Gateway Arch and more. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Rooms are nice size with great trendy decor and fantastic views. Fantastic restaurant located inside and nice bar.

Great hotel. Location is outstanding, across the street from Busch Stadium, steps from all the restaurants, bars & fun of Ballpark Village and a short walk from the Gateway Arch National Park. Parking is convenient and safe but pricey, which serms to be typical for the area. Rooms are large & cleam as are the modern ensuite bathrooms.

Every staff member, that I came in contact with, was very friendly and helpful. The valet, check in attendant, phone customer service agent, and bartender were able to shine in their specialties. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was spacious, and the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay here again

The property has an excellent location. The amenities are great which include the evening kickback (three complimentary alcoholic beverages, hot food, soda, popcorn), hot breakfast, pool/jacuzzi, workout room, free private parking. The room was great! Rooms are quiet. Everything is clean.

The service was excellent. The Shuttle to the airport runs 24/7. Diner and 3 complimentary alcoholic beverages and the food quality was excellent. ATM and fully stocked pantry on the premises. Pool and jacuzzi. Clean rooms. Breakfast starts 3am for early travelers. Quiet rooms Desk in the room and tables to work in the lobby. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The Drury family knows the trade and treats their guests well even at a 3 star hotel.

The staff was very friendly and cordial. The lobby and breakfast areas were well illuminated and clean and had a modern feel to them. The room is a bit on the older side with some rust seen on the metal closet door, outdated furniture and tan colored light switches. There was some dust on the bathroom door as well as around the window curtains. However, the bathroom and bed were both clean. Bed was comfortable with minimal noise heard in the evening. Breakfast had an array of options and both coffee/food were good. I traveled for work on my own but felt very safe during my stay.

This is a fantasric location when flying in/out of Lambert field. Great shuttle services and on-site parking available at a reasonable rate so you can leave your car in a protected lot while on vacation. The desk staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The Drury always has an excellent breakfast.

I loved the amenities. The breakfast was good. The dinner and snacks were unexpected but good. The pool and spa was clean and functional. The rooms were clean and quiet. The location for us never being in this city before was away from what we wanted to do but it was our own fault for picking a location without looking at the places we were going. It was easy to get to and find out destinations from despite this oversight on my own part. I love the friendly staff. I like the key card entrance to the parking lot.

On a quick weekend trip, I opted for a stay close to the airport and the metrolink. It was my first trip to the river city, and all went well. This hotel was perfect. Comfortable room (great shower, excellent bed), coffee in the lobby, breakfast that filled me up, and a quick and reliable shuttle to the very nearby airport. As a single female traveler, I felt perfectly safe and welcome here. Everyone, from the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, to the breakfast chefs, to housekeeping, were great! Bonus; a fabulous BBQ joint is a short stroll away!

Location was perfect, a one minute drive to the airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle service that is why I booked and was pleasantly surprised how close it was. The hotel is VERY clean. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was the best one that I had on the trip. Very clean and the staff was filling all the items. Large area to dine in and coffee was available at all times.

The staff ws very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They checked us in within 5 minutes. The continental breakfast was tasty with eggs and sausage,waffles,bagels and so much more.. he room was quiet and comfortable and clean.

I choose this place for the price and also due to the prior reviews. We stayed on a Saturday night when there was a cheer competition we attended nearby. There was also high school tournaments in St louis so all the motels I checked were either sold out or booked at 80% capacity. I got the last room open here. It was very windy and cold and we had a 2 year old in our group of 4 so when we couldn't find a parking spot and had to park on the far side of the motel next door it was no fun walking so far in the freezing cold! Other than that I was pleased with the room. It was right next to the airport & interstate yet we heard no outside noise. The beds & pillows were comfy. The room was very clean, I always check behind the headboards where there's usually tons of dust but this place was dust free! There was plenty of hot water for the 4 of us and 1 person in our group took a bath the night we arrived and again the next morning. I was shocked that the maid gave us extra towels & soap with a smile, considering this place was completely booked! Breakfast was a good selection of hot & cold foods, but the kitchen lady needed help keeping it stocked due to the crowd. All the staff here is very nice & friendly, the price was fantastic at 108 + tax. The rooms are kinda small, for example between the beds and the dresser only one person at a time can walk but that was fine for us. The rooms are very clean and too comfy. I'd definitely stay here again.

the room was nice and comfortable, the carpet could use a cleaning though. the employees were nice and helpful. the food selection in their little store was not great and I had to go next door to purchase wine. I took tbe first airport shuttle for my early flight so no breakfast or coffee was available either. Breakfast bar & Coffee or juice would have been a nice touch

We were super happy with our stay at this Drury in. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was impeccably clean and it was quiet at night. We had other plans so we didn’t make it to the free happy hour (food, two free drink tickets), but the breakfast buffet was really good, plenty of comfortable seating in the breakfast room. Very convenient location right off the interstate.

Can not say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. If every experience with Drury is like them then I have been missing out. First, the hotel is in a great location to the city - 25 min drive in. There is lots of parking in the front, side, and front. The whole building is clean and inviting as well as the staff. Breakfast attendants, maintenance, cleaners, everyone all said hi and checked on you. There is plenty of lounge seating for individuals and groups. In the evening, the hotel hosts a dinner with a lot of options for kiddos and adults. In the morning, breakfast had lots of options as well. Everything was delicious. The coffee was fresh and food was warm and kept stocked! Our room was clean and everything was great quality. We also had a tornado warning during our stay and every single staff member was on top of their game checking on guests, updating everyone, keeping everything under control, etc. They all deserve a huge bonus!! Definitely choose this hotel for your stay!!

Very friendly staff, comfortable and relatively quiet rooms, great hot breakfast, free drinks and dinner snacks, convenient location, in all a very good stay. My only issue was the room had something sticky brown and splattered on the wallpaper next to the bed and lip/hand prints and splatter all over the doors and window and refrigerator/microwave giving the room a sticky nasty unclean feel even though we had a clean bathroom and clean bed. The hotel itself and the landscaping felt a little shabby/worn.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet location right off Highway 64. Incredibly quiet for the location. Ample parking, great car park lighting (safe!!), great sized rooms with everything a business traveller passing through could need. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection of restaurants within walking distance for lunch or an evening meal. A great example of a Drury Inn Property. Congratulations!!

Nice hotel with good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. There is plenty of close-by parking in their well-lit parking lot. The grounds and outdoor areas are well maintained. Plus, I love the breakfast and dinner buffets--they make the hotel and even better value.

A solid place to stay in St. Louis. Located at the convention center, it is so central to walk to The Arch, the Cardinals' Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village and even Union Station. Rooms were simple, but comfortable. Nice to have the standard Drury Inn amenities like breakfast and evening snacks. Breakfast had a large variety of hand boiled and scrambled eggs, hash browns, biscuits, cereals, oatmeal and D-stamped waffles. Juices, coffee, tea and milk available as well as a basket of fresh fruit. Dinner options included chicken breast strips, baked potatoes, spring salad mix, nachos, mixed vegetables, soups and chili. Hot dogs also are available for the kids and kids at heart. Thanks to Angelo for the fun mock-tails and to Demarcus and Tommy for the great service and movie styled popcorn. Safety first!! Gated parking is also available. Keycard needed to enter the building from both the street level as well as the parking garage and elevators. Nice place to stay near the convention center, The Arch and the Cardinals' Busch Stadium in St. Louis.

I loved this place. Clean, friendly, comfy and safe. We never stayed at that that chain of hotels before and because of it it’s the only place my boyfriend now wants to stay. It was a truly great experience very friendly staff and very clean hotel. I felt extremely safe there along with my car being parked in the parking deck. It was just a wonderful wonderful time that we even extended our stay an extra day.

My wife and I loved staying at the Pear Tree Inn. It was conveniently located near the Arch, within walking distance of many historical places of interest. Staff members acted in a professional manner, and were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and had very comfy beds. Great breakfast, too!

Introduction: I recently stayed at the Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Convention Center for a conference at the adjacent convention center, and I was thoroughly impressed by its unique charm and convenient location. The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable for anyone attending events at the convention center. Stepping outside, you're literally steps away from the entrance, making it incredibly easy to pop back to your room between sessions or after a long day. The proximity saved me valuable time and energy. This is not your typical cookie-cutter hotel. The beautiful old building exudes character. The gathering room was a true highlight. It was designed to resemble a courtyard, with natural light & comfortable seating. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and inviting, perfect for unwinding or having informal meetings. It was a lovely oasis within the city. Pear Tree Inn St. Louis Convention Center offers a unique and delightful experience. The combination of its prime location, historic charm, and the wonderful gathering room made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and convenient stay, especially those attending events at the convention center. I would definitely stay here again.

A nice place to stay. Bed was super comfy, rainwater shower and nice big bathtub were great. Decent TV in the room. My main gripes would be lack of vending machines (had to pay ballpark prices for a couple Pepsis from the gift shop. Is super handy if seeing a Cardinals game at Busch; it was an easy walk to the stadium and into the Champions Club. Staff was friendly, and we had an amazing view of the front of the ballpark. Would have been nice if they had at least a small pool or hotub, after hours if you did not want to go and exercise there, there is not much to do. There is also not much to eat around there but bars and the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. Noplace to really buy anything nearby, either except to have Doordash or someone deliver it as there is not much downtown for shopping.

As a Platinum Elite for Life, I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this one delivered. Lexi and JJ at the front desk were fantastic—welcoming, professional, and they set me up with a beautiful room upgrade that made the stay extra comfortable. The location is hard to beat: Cardinals’ stadium right across the street, good restaurants within steps, and if you’re up for it, the Arch is a 15-minute walk through downtown. Yes, I ate at the hotel restaurant. Go ahead and roll your eyes, but the food was genuinely tasty. The bar staff sealed the deal—Dawn in particular was sweet, attentive, and made sure I was well taken care of. All in all, a really good stay.

We loved the Westin! We had a corner room with a view of Busch Stadium, and the location was excellent for our event at Enterprise Center. We were walking distance to the Arch, a short drive from Forest Park, and had plenty of great restaurants nearby! The room was so nice, and we were pleasantly surprised by the size and facilities. It had a separate large bathtub and shower, comfy bed, and it was probably the biggest hotel room I've ever stayed in. Everyone we talked to on staff was helpful and friendly.

Great atmosphere! Great location for a Cardinals game, Busch stadium is across the street! Rooms are big and clean! Bed is comfortable! Bar had a great atmosphere and great selection of drinks. Bartender, Dawn, was amazing! She was smiling all evening and super friendly, she was making everyone have a great time! Food was great, had the tater tot nachos and pizza for dinner. Breakfast- biscuits and gravy and omelette- huge servings! Will definitely stay here again!

I always have excellent service at drury hotels! The staff are always kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything was great. The hot tub jets were a little weird and did more spraying all over than creating a jacuzzi but that is really my only complaint.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They also have a great complimentary breakfast spread, coffee and soda all day, and popcorn in the afternoons/evening. Room had both a fridge and microwave. And the pool has a hottub. All in all, great amenities. And very convenient to soccer games or events at the train station.

The breakfast had a nice selection, the gravy for the biscuits was a little too bland for my liking and the coffee was too week for me I like a bold coffee. I loved the extra room that was made available for the breakfast it was nice and roomy and very quiet. We enjoyed the 5:30 snack of wine beer and chips, that was a great snack and we enjoyed being there. The parking was easy and very convenient especially with a soccer and hockey game going on simultaneously, it was very easy and convenient to access. The room was clean we loved the shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The heat was a little difficult to control the unit didn’t get hot enough so we had to set the heat up high, might want to check the heater in 1009. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was one of the best that we have stayed at. It was clean and quiet. Every employee we spoke to was friendly and seemed to enjoy the guests that they interacted with. We loved the happy hour service that we had never experienced before at any other hotel. It ran very smoothly, and the employee in charge on the night we went had a great sense of humor, all while he enforced rules. We really liked that there was a restaurant attached to the hotel, allowing us not to have to explore the city just to eat dinner. That restaurant had great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel had a great selection of food and drinks. We were very happy that we could walk to Union Station from the hotel. The city is a very walkable city, from what we could tell during our stay. The room itself was comfortable, had a great view of Union Station, and the curtains actually blocked out the city lights.

The location of this hotel is phenomenal. I was able to walk to everything I wanted to see in the downtown area. They also offer a shuttle to and from the stadium if you’re seeing a game! The staff was all extremely friendly and accommodating. I arrived at 10am and luckily was able to do an early check in. The room is very spacious, and has a full length mirror! The linens and towels were all clean and fresh, but there were set-in old stains all over the carpet, walls, and chair. The shower head was amazing, but the floor of the tub was scary, bring shower shoes!! The room itself just needs a deep deep clean. The bed was comfortable. The room overlooked the indoor pool, which stays open until 10pm so I just heard kids yelling all night. I’d say for the location, the price can not be beat!

I hesitate writing this because I feel once this artsy, high tech, fun hotel is discovered by more people it may be more crowded. However, it must be shared. Its location is directly across from Powell Symphony Hall, currently under renovation. It is a block from the Fabulous Fox. Just down Grand is St Louis University. And we went for the jazz - a 5 min walk to St Louis Jazz!! It is part of Hilton and easy booking. From the minute you enter, you know it's not just an ordinary hotel- but an experience, as the multicolored luggage sculpture greets you. Check- in is 12 th floor and above that is the trendy rooftop bar with almost a 360 view of downtown St Louis! Amazing views, especially at night! They have small plates and cocktails. Downstairs is another full service bar with great dining and offers a scrumptious breakfast . Spacious workout area but no pool. The cozy room - called cozy is just that. Not small but cool and comfortable, complete with phone controls if you desire, rain shower , terricloth robe, rock salt lamp, frig, coffeemaker, and an available microwave down the hall. Each floor has a color! We loved it!

The staff was excellent at check-in and in the bar upstairs. Housekeeping checked in on us and made sure we had plenty of coffee and towels. Our room was spotless, air conditioning was nice and cold, and we both slept well in the bed. I especially liked how quiet our room was with very little hall noise, and despite being across from the elevator, we never heard anything. I dread hallway noise, light, and there was absolutely none. The rooftop bar and DJ were so cool and a great way to hang out with friends after dinner to celebrate my birthday. Very diverse crowd with some people dressed more casual and some more formal. Drinks were great. I had a lavender and gin drink that I wish I had again right now. Friendly bar staff and quick service.

The location is close to our favorite bbq spot and in a cool neighborhood. I loved all the statues and neat art work in the area. The building itself is amazing, there was plenty to explore and beautiful art work everywhere. It was like staying in an art museum but a really laid back vibe. The roof top bar had a great view& comfortable seating to enjoy your drinks. There is a purple lounge area on the same level as the lobby with really pretty art work and comfy spots to curl up with a book or a board game. Our room was quiet, even with the thunderstorms that went through. Overall just very relaxing and fun place to stay.

My husband and I stayed at the Angad Arts Hotel in St Louis in September and had a lovely experience. Our green-room one-bedroom suite was extremely spacious, comfortable, and just the right amount of quirky. It was exceptional. Also exceptional was the service provided by Wesley at the front desk. He was very accommodating and made us want to return to this gem of a hotel the next time we are in St. Louis. Also of note was the food and service in the restaurant and the atmosphere on the rooftop bar, which affords a panoramic view of the city, including the arch. Parking was right next door, in a fenced, key-access-only lot.

The hotel is unique and fun. The artwork is whimsical and everywhere. Our room was nostalgic and beautiful we had the blue queen room. The bathroom was modern sparkling clean and the shower huge and lots of hot water. The Kuerig coffee and creamers were a perfect start to our morning. We were seeing a concert at the Fox, parked my vehicle in the gated lot and walked across the street to the Fox and 1 block to our chosen restaurant. I will stay at the Angad everytime we come to STL for the shows.

Amazing hotel, incredible amenities, excellent service and awesome location! We stayed here during our family weekend in St. Louis and it was the perfect hotel! Sander at the front desk was so friendly and helpful - as were all the hotel staff. The manager's reception was delicious - chips n salsa, fresh veggies, cheese and crackers and fantastic drinks! The bartender was so nice and made my kids fancy Shirley Temples. The indoor pool was terrific - so much bigger than what the picture shows. The breakfast was outstanding - so many options and my kids loved the donuts and waffle bar - with whipped cream and chocolate syrup. We walked 10 minutes to the arch and it was so safe and clean. Such an incredible value! Thank you Embassy Suites!!!

Very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful. By far the nicest place we have ever stayed. It was prime location to get to the cardinals game and not to far from other places we went. Loved that the room was separate from the living room area so my husband and I could have privacy and our daughter could be in her own space. The breakfast was exceptional. I have never stayed anywhere that had a breakfast that nice. We would have loved to been able to go to the bar but with our daughter with us it made it difficult. It’s is awesome that it is part of the stay.

The hotel overall was clean. My room was clean. My room being on the 4th floor was nice and convenient for me to go to the hotel restaurant. The free breakfast buffet every morning was nice. The hotel was in a great location relative to the convention center and downtown St Louis. The dollar store being across the street was very convenient. Overall a very positive experience and I look forward to coming back!

The property was in a perfect location- central to a lot downtown. Every staff member was kind, professional and helpful. Valet was wonderful too! The complimentary made to order breakfast, in addition to the traditional breakfast bar and the evening cool down with free drinks and snacks was a very welcome amenity. The bartender was more than generous to indulge our daughter with non alcoholic mixes too. No one was excluded.

This hotel is a gem across the street from the St.Louis Convention Center. The hotel is 1 block from the light rail station, and near restaurants and other attractions. The hotel offers a complimentary full breakfast with made-to-order omelettes. I am amazed with the skill and speed of the chef, and enjoyed watching him work every morning. There is also an afternoon happy hour. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again if I return to St.Louis.

We LOVED this hotel! The history of the building and its fascinating architectural details was so interesting. But it was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The staff in restaurants and front desk were amazing - wonderfully helpful. The food was very good. They made adjustments when we asked for this or that. It was quiet and peaceful. At first, we had a view of a brick wall, but upon our request, they moved us to a room with a view of a park - we loved that! The light show is spectacular - I expected a 'light show' ho hum... but this is something else! We will be coming back, and probably bring friends!

The old St. Louis Union train station has been repurposed to this amazing hotel with an array of things to do within. The hotel is very beautiful, the grounds are well kept, the lake is awesome, most of the restaurants are excellent, and the beds were quite comfortable. I broke my leg a couple of months before the convention that we planned to attend at this hotel. They were very accommodating when I called to request a mobility unit instead the room we had reserved. I will say that most of the areas were wheelchair accessible, one way or another. There was plenty of room for the convention (Optimist International) activities. There were several attached restaurants, plus the one in the hotel. As an aside, the open area next to the front desk had a bar with conversational seating and a light show on the hour. Nice place to relax after a day of meetings. There were two good breakfast buffets, one a full breakfast and the other a continental style. Also you could order off of the menu. All of our servers were super both with taking care of our needs and accommodating the electric scooter I used during the convention. My only complaint was the way the bed was made up. Most times the convers were just pulled up and not really remade or straightened. Did I mention that there is an Aquarium and an amusement park on the ground? If we are ever back in St. Louis, I would like to stay here again. Without a wheelchair this time!

I stayed here with my friend for a recent photography conference and I'm glad we did. We had a double queen executive room which meant we had access to the executive lounge for breakfast each morning which was substantial and delicious. Our room was large with very comfortable beds and bedding. Good sized bathroom with plenty of counter space for both of us. The hotel itself is spectacular, the main hall and general architecture was like nowhere I've stayed before, very unique. Every employee we had interaction with was genuinely helpful and polite and the food from the restaurant and sports bar was plentiful and delicious. Can't wait to come back next year!

Was really pleasantly surprised by how well this hotel accommodates a large professional conference. Spacious and comfortable, with a historical feel. (Note that the main hotel has the history. The hotel rooms are train-themed but not historic.) Best feature: The Grand Hall is inviting, with lots of comfortable conversation areas and a nice bar. And I liked the brick walls of some Midway conference rooms. Quibbles: It is confusing to figure out how to find various rooms and spaces. It would be really helpful if there was signage helping people find their way to the front desk from the Metrolink station. And the valet and bell staff at the front door were often absent or oblivious to what was going on.

By far the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed in! Comfy room, amazing architecture and design of the main areas, there’s a lot of history in this building! Breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate our needs and questions :) This is a fancy stay for sure! Location was perfect for our short stay.

Beautiful hotel all the staff was friendly and very very helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast downstairs don’t remember the restaurant name but I had the avocado toast and it was delicious. I also enjoyed the food at Ruth Chris and the bar staff was friendly and helpful and also recommended the cheesecake omg it was delicious and the food was AMAZING AND VERY DELICIOUS . 10/10 I would recommend your hotel .

Everything about my experience was fantastic! The dinner offerings were delicious and set a great tone for the day. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which is always a plus. The hotel itself is modern and clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. There’s plenty of shopping and stores nearby, making it convenient for any last-minute needs. Access to local attractions was phenomenal, making my trip even more enjoyable. I would give this hotel ten stars if I could! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

My husband and I wanted to get away to celebrate his birthday. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and helped us unload our bags Jeremiah was very helpful and friendly. There were a lot of people checking in (there was a conference going on) but the line went quickly. We did not have to wait on our bags. In fact they showed up the same time we did to our room. The room was clean and a nice size. We had a great view of the Arch and river. The hotel has a nice selection of restaurants and bars. The cons: we were on the 17th floor and at night the noise outside was still pretty loud. Sounded like drag racing was going on. The bathroom lighting could be much better it was pretty dim, but other than than it was a great stay. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We will re-visit the Hyatt by the Arch.

Hyatt is “The Best” location and access to the Gateway Arch and downtown venues. Very close to the Busch Stadium with about a 12 to 15 min walk. Hotel is only 20 to 25 min from Airport (about $32 Uber Ride). Very clean great views and a friendly staffed hotel with very reasonable room rates. Great Sports Bar Restaurant and in-house breakfast dining area with very friendly fast service. Very large lobby area offered easy come-and-go access to and from the Hyatt to enjoy the St. Louis experience! This Hyatt will be our first choice hotel to stay at in St. Louis in the future!

Overall, this is a nice hotel with a spacious lobby that includes several restaurants and bars. The location is fantastic, offering a great view of the Arch. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. While the hotel feels a bit dated and could use a refresh, it still worked well for our needs and provided a pleasant stay.

This was a great 2 night stay in the downtown area for a Cardinals game and sightseeing. The hotel is walking distance from the stadium and the Gateway Arch and all that is around it, including the beautiful and historic St. Louis Cathedral. I was most impressed by the size of the room (2 Queen beds) which had a large living area and almost felt like a small apartment! We were on the 24th floor (out of 25), and it was quiet and the elevators worked great and not too busy. The room was very modern, comfortable, clean, and had a great view. It felt like we were in a ‘Penthouse Suite’! There were plenty of eating places around and Ballpark Village, across the street from the stadium, had lots of fun stuff to do with great nightlife and after game activities. The self parking was $35 per night and about 1/2 block away. You can pull up to the Valet parking ($45/nt if choose to go that route) to unload and then go self park…same garage for both. The main entrance is on the side of the hotel rather than the front which seemed a little odd to me. We did not use the restaurant nor hung out at the lobby, but it all looked good. It was a very conveniently located place to stay. I would stay again.

The staff at this hotel are above and beyond fantastic, friendly and helpful!!! Special recognition to Kyle and Jacob who helped check me and our friends in, get us into our rooms early and make sure we had rooms near eachother! And Jacob was so amazing and helpful our entire stay. He was everywhere and did everything, I nicknamed him a “Jacob of all trades”. He also remembered exactly what we were doing each day and followed up when he saw us to see how our day went! Amazing customer service!!! As for the hotel itself, it’s an absolutely perfect location if you’re at the convention center (we were there for a volleyball tournament). Good food options around and a safe part of town!

This hotel was adorable! I loved my room. It was like a chic little apartment. Loved the bed, extra blankets in the closet, and big tv with lots of options. Great pillows, nice city view from my room. The front staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and cozy. Starbucks was across the street. Perfection. There was a karaoke bar very close by too which was fun entertainment for us one night. Close enough to just walk to even when it was cold.

Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center. I had a really good stay. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was super helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.I would highly recommend the Courtyard St. Louis Downtown/Convention Center to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in downtown St. Louis. It's a great option for both business and leisure travelers.

Antonious provided extraordinary valet service! He was extremely friendly and helpful when I checked in and throughout my stay. Another valet that was helpful was Rodney. He was prompt and friendly. The entire valet team was very helpful and greeted us every time we walked past the valet stand. They always opened the doors for us and greeted us with a smile.,

The service has been excellent -- beginning with parking logistics & managing my luggage; & continuing throughout my stay, including help with locating a misplaced pair of glasses. The room is large & comfortable with a fabulous shower; and our dining experience has been a great treat -- a light, late-dinner Caesar which was delicious and a perfect old fashioned. Breakfast was just as good -- a nicely turned omelette with a side of perfect melon & blueberries. All in all -- a wonderful stay.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend at the end of March. If you’re headed to St Louis to see The Arch, this is a great place to stay! It’s a super easy walk, just a couple blocks away from The Arch and the river. The hotel was nicely decorated with a bar and a restaurant-though they never seemed to be active and when we did stop in to see if they had tea one afternoon they did not. The room was spacious and the facilities in the bathroom were very nice and it was very clean. We had breakfast included and the food was really good and the service was great but it took an hour one morning to get our food, so beware if you are on a time crunch you may want to ask what the wait is before you sit down and order. There were other restaurants in walking distance, Carmines was great, Brewhouse was ehhh… All in all, the hotel was very nice and we would stay here again if we found ourselves in St Louis.

I traveled here with my 7 month old son for a weekend trip. We arrived 2 hours early after a pretty long car ride.. upon seeing that it was just me and my baby, the hotel receptionist(sadly, I did not catch his name) immediately requested that someone clean my room next so we could get checked in. He was extremely friendly, went out of his way to try to occupy and entertain my son, periodically checked on us every time we came in and out of the lobby. Just very personable. Key cards are required to access elevators so that provided extra comfort. The restaurant/bar and lobby was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and maintained. I don't think I used the hotel's parking garage(bad at finding them) but I ended up parking at a "Quik Park" across the street for $21, I was told hotel parking was $38. The room was perfectly set up, very nice!!! We really enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The accommodation were great, location to restaurants and attractions were outstanding. I felt extremely safe. I was very disappointed with the service on Friday night at the bar and Saturday and Sunday morning in the breakfast area. It took over 30 minutes to get my full order and the other portion came out 20 minutes later after I asked. Getting a cup of coffee was just as bad both days. I ended up eating at the Hyatt for breakfast on Sunday.

Quiet and clean rooms. Water pressure in the shower was top tier and the pillows were amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Just overall excellent experience. Will be staying here again.

We were very happy to get reservations at the Renaissance that also included parking for our one week trip to Mexico. With snow threatening we were able to drive into St. Louis and check into our hotel room by 2:30.. The rooms were very nice and clean two queen beds were really very very comfortable. I would like to own the mattress that they use. We had a very early flight the next morning so we ate our late lunch and early dinner in the bar. The selection of food was really quite good being advertised as “ bar food“ but we enjoyed a super delicious turkey sandwich with a side salad, the barbecue hot wings were delicious and plentiful. And then I had the flatbread with pepperoni and sausage. Tall beer was about $10 and a good pour of white wine was $17. But to top it all off we had an absolutely fantastic wait person named Candace. She has worked there for 10 years. She was patient ,remembered everything that we ordered and was a pleasure to interact with. Two thumbs up for Candace.

My flight got delayed trying to get home. The shuttle van was perfect. The driver who picked me up was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The driver who took me back the next day was adequate, but not very friendly. I was disappointed that there wasn't a free breakfast. I had to pay 21$ for mediocre food. I should've saved my money and had something better at the airport. Room was nice. Shower was great! I love the rain shower head. Overall it was good stay. A little overpriced especially without free br

The room want clean sheet sparkling white pillows very soft. You have to pay for breakfast you can charge it to the room that area was clean as well . The were doing reconstruction but still very clean and no noise the I heard I was on the 6th floor. There is an out door pool which was a nice size and there is an indoor heated pool which to me was a lil too small! But they had a sitting area by the indoor pool which was very nice and spacious

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at the Magnolia Hotel in St. Louis. The hotel’s boutique charm, blending historic elegance with modern comforts, made for a welcoming and cozy experience in the heart of downtown. The location is perfect, just steps away from iconic spots like the Gateway Arch and vibrant dining options along Washington Avenue. The staff truly stood out as a highlight. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. A special shoutout to Claudio with the valet service - he was quick, professional, and went above and beyond to make parking seamless. The room was clean, comfortable, and stylish, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the complimentary evening reception, which was a nice way to unwind after a busy day.

The early 20th century elegance of the Magnolia reminded me of Paris hotels we have stayed at. Yet, the property was much better maintained and spacious than those in Paris. I love that they have chosen not to change the furniture and decor from its 50’s-60’s heyday. Only the upholstered chaise showed signs of wear, but to be expected since it is the main seating if watching TV. The dinner at the on site restaurant was delicious, offered good choices and was convenient. The location is a 15 min walk to the Arch and sports stadium, and Randy at the front desk could not have been nicer and helpful with all questions. He also sought us out in the billiard room to announce fresh baked cookies and milk were ready, a custom at the Magnolia. You cannot go wrong with this hotel choice, unless your preference is for modern decor.

Food was great at both dinner and breakfast, valets were friendly, prompt, and helpful, staff at the desk and in the restaurant were helpful, friendly, and good humored... Great ambiance and decor throughout

Beautiful historic hotel in downtown and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Actually the hotel restaurant serves excellent food. Make sure that you order the pork chop with sweet potato mash and broccoli. Best pork chop in years. Please ask for Bridget when visiting the hotel bar. Bridget makes the best cocktails. The bed was super comfy and I had a great night sleep before my meetings. Highly recommended. The staff was wonderful.

Super convenient to the America's Center. The bed, blanket, and sheets were so comfortable to slip into after a long day, it was really nice. The king room is bigger than a lot of studio apartments. Staff are friendly, and the bar/restaurant has good food and cocktails.

This is a beautiful hotel. It's older but the bathroom is very nicely modern. The king room is huge. The bathroom has a double bed vanity with an extra large walk-in shower. Everything is extremely comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. The restaurant and breakfast buffet are excellent.

Check in was great, quick and explained just about everything at that time. Spent 3 nights, said houskeeping will be there everyday, which they were. I asked front desk prior to housekeepings 1st visit if I can get extra creamer for the morning. They said they would let housekeeping know. Never recieved extra creamer, lids for coffee cups or 2 bottles of water as was told by concierge when checking in. Providence food was really good our first night there, second night we ordered room service and one dinner had no fries as ordered and the french dip beef was WAY OVERCOOKED, not a pleasant sandwich. It was more than 20 hrs before anyone picked up tray left in hall. They said theres a TV guide on the menu of the TV but no information of what was on any channels. Also, I think if you're staying a few days they could put a small fridge in the room and possibly microwave in the room or somewhere centrally located to use. Friday morning looking for coffee, I asked a waitress and she did get me a cup of coffee. I asked if I could go in the dining room to get cream and sugar, she said "No, its closed but you didn't ask me for any otherwise I would have grabbed it. She never asked if I needed any, I thought she would have directed me somewhere for coffee, before I could ask she walked in the back and brought me luke warm coffee. Epic failure... also the paeking lot should have designated areas for those staying and different areas for those there for the Murder Mystery dinner.

Just walking into the Lobby of the Hilton Frontenac you can see that they have put a lot of effort into creating a feel of luxury. Especially this lobby area is very nice. The whole building feels a little bit on the dated size, but the staff is super friendly and everything seems very clean and in place. The only complaint I might have was stepping out of the Elevator on the 2nd floor the was a very odorous smell, it smelled like ammonia, or whatever cleaner they had used in the hallway. This smell lingered in the hall during our entire 24 hour stay. However, upon entering into our room we didn't have any smell lingering within the room. Our room was super nice and comfortable. One of my favorite little touches that they have done at the Frontenac is that all of the AC units are hidden in side of little wood boxes which make them look like an end-table is setting in front of the window and you don't have this big AC Unit just sticking out. It's a nice aesthetic touch. The front desk staff was also super helpful. Upon leaving the house we forgot our toiletry bag, but the front desk was nice enough to provide a set of toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as a travel razor, and shaving cream. If you're looking for a place to stay that feels a little on the luxurious side, but doesn't cost an arm and a leg... this is your place. I did wish the pool was indoors, but in a month or so it won't batter.

We liked this hotel. It has an feel of a past generation but unlike most hotels today, has personality and we thought it was cool, especially our kids. The lobby is impressive and the check in folks were friendly. I think they must have a lot events here. Grand pianos in every building. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the TV huge for watching movies after a long day. They also service your room everyday which is hit or miss since covid. We were in the annex building in a 1 bedroom King suite. The fold out sofa was a queen, which our kids slept in. The workout room was large and well apportioned with newer equipment and full free weights. The bathrooms near the ballroom in the annex were so nice. The atrium was lovely. We ate the restaurant for breakfast one day and dinner another. My husband decided to get a haircut at the onsite barber, which I was not in favor of, and it actually turned out very well! Its very conveniently located near the interstate with easy access to downtown and airport. We would stay here again.

The hotel staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The fitness facility was very nice, clean and had great updated equipment. The suana was a bonus. The rooms were clean and my sister and I felt safe.

My stay at TownePlace Suites Brentwood was exceptional. The suite was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen which made it very convenient for a longer stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring my needs were met. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast area; it offered a nice selection of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot items, making mornings very pleasant. The location is perfect, close to the Saint Louis Galleria and several restaurants. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed hotel that made my visit to Saint Louis enjoyable.

My stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable, and one of the highlights was the breakfast service. Every morning the buffet was fresh, well-organized, and had plenty of options to choose from. What made the experience even better was Christian, who works in the breakfast area. He greeted us with a big smile each day and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. He was attentive, quick to help, and very professional, which made us feel valued as guests. Christian’s warm attitude created such a positive start to our mornings, and it really made a difference in our stay. When hotel staff show genuine care, it sets the whole place apart, and Christian is a perfect example of that. Thanks to his excellent service, I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic location. Ladies at the check in desk were very friendly, and helpful in telling me restaurants and things to do in the area. Hotel itself was very clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable. Great to have refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Cleaning staff very nice, and didn't make you feel rushed to leave. My room was actually cleaned while I was out, which is a rarity these days. So many places to eat, all within 5 minutes of the hotel.

We Loved our stay.The room was very clean and large. Breakfast in the morning was a very good hot breakfast that had a variety of foods that they changed everyday. Staff was exceptional. All were very friendly and willing to do whatever was needed to make our stay fun and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again. If you go say Hi to Julie, she works during the day!

My experience in the breakfast area was exceptional, thanks to Christian's excellent service. Everything went well from start to finish. Christian was very professional and attentive, making sure I was satisfied with my order. The breakfast was incredible, with varied and delicious options. I loved the presentation and flavor of each dish. Christian has a knack for making you feel at home, I definitely recommend him. His kindness and efficiency make it worth visiting this place. We were in town for a Dodgers game. The hotel is only a few blocks away from Busch Stadium, so it was very convenient as we parked in the Marriott parking garage and walked to the game. There were a few different conferences being held at the hotel over the weekend, so it was very busy. However, the staff we encountered throughout our stay were very friendly and helpful despite what must have been a stressful work weekend for them. Our room was clean and spacious enough, but it did seem a bit outdated. The food we had from the hotel was delicious.

bed was superbly comfortable, I slept pretty well, loved the coffee service and room. Kuna at the bar was the BEST waitress every personal, fun and spot on with her service. She's amazing

I stayed here for 4 nights for a conference. The room was modern and clean. The front desk was friendly and helpful. And you can’t beat the location for the convention center. The Starbucks off of the lobby got incredibly busy (it took me close to 30 mins to get a latte). Also Busch Stadium is walkable but it doesn’t feel like the safest walk unless you are with a group. Lots of abandoned buildings along the way.

The bell service was the highlight of this visit. Helping me as if I was a personal friend. Very kind! The room was beautiful with great views, bed was comfortable. Everything was clean. The bathroom was large, comfortable and the shower was nice.

Very friendly staff. Cleanliness was excellant. Room size was ok. Beds were very comfortable. Parking was in a deck about 1/2 block from entrance but easy walk easy in and out. They had a well stock breakfast buffet with an omelet station. 15 min walk to the ballpark . Would stay again

Hotel is well-run, clean and affordable. A small bar and restaurant in basement was convenient and had a good open layout. I thought the food was good, hearty midwestern style, with fresh salad and thoroughly cooked veggies. No problem there. There is an outdoor pool, but I was there in winter, so pool not open. Slightly odd building layout means that there is one elevator for floors LL (Lower Level) to 4, and about 20 yards away, another elevator from floors LL to 5. Not a big problem, just a little odd. Anyway, the room was tidy and comfortable, looked like a recent retrofit with spacious and modern plumbing fixtures, and everything worked. The area is very close to the airport, with mixed industrial & commercial neighbors, but not close enough to be affected by air traffic noise. Next door is a failed former hotel/motel property, neither abandoned nor currently under construction, so like many areas of St. Louis, this district has seen gradual economic decline, but is surviving. I did not see any signs of crime or abandoned property in the area, so my assessment of safety was about average. Staff was friendly, effective and helpful to me during my 2-day stay. There are some conference rooms (all in the basement) and a small workout room. The convenience factor for me was largely due to close proximity to the STL airport.

This is probably my own misunderstanding, but I did not realize that we had to buy breakfast. We had somewhere to be early. We rushed down to eat at 6:00 AM. The breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast that you get at most hotels for free. Scrambled eggs, bacon, and French toast sticks with no syrup. There was also fresh fruit. They were late getting it put out, but we still got out in time. As we were walking away, they stopped us and asked us to pay. If I would have known we had to pay, I would have eaten a better breakfast somewhere else. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly.
