Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Tällberg

We stayed here for two nights in an unusually snowy April. We were welcomed by very friendly and obliging staff who spoke excellent English, and also a lovely woodburning stove. It's a relatively small family-run hotel in a gorgeous village on the edge of a big lake. Great location to explore this part of Sweden - we wanted to see artist Carl Larsson's house in Sundborn, the Anders Zorn museum in Mora and also the village of Nusnas where they make the painted horses.These were all quite short journeys (an hour or less). Our room was in the main building and was comfortable and really spacious with a sitting area that included a sofa and armchairs, a small balcony - and a stunning view over the lake. There is also a bar and a very spacious seating area downstairs. The restaurant was excellent - very high quality food and charming service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a very wide choice. The decoration of the hotel is very traditional Swedish with some lovely antiques and generally rather quirky. Highly recommended.

This place exceeded my expectations for value and quality! We stayed right after Christmas on weekdays, so the price was super affordable. The location was easy walking distance to shops and cafes. The hotel itself was everything I would expect for a 19th century renovated farmhouse - with each room being totally unique in the building we stayed in. There were 6 of us, so we took 3 rooms. Our bathroom was a bit cramped but I totally didn't mind. The view of the lake from our room was beautiful, and we were blessed with several inches of fresh snow during our first night and all the next day! Breakfast was included and at a normal time of 8-10am with everything a person could want and SO very tasty. Dare I say the best hotel breakfast on the planet? They gladly accommodated our vegan in the group as well. Coffee and treats were offered through the day in the main lodge's cozy sitting area and were most welcome when coming in from playing in the snow! Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Very easy check in, and check out. Hope we have a chance to stay there again sometime!

the room looked very nice and cosy and was big and clean. the bed was comfortable. typical swedish shower (everything worked and there was hot water, but the water splashed all over the bathroom). the bathroom was clean but it could need a make over. staff is friendly and the hotel was calm and cosy. the breakfast was absolutly amazing!!! although there were only a few guest (after season) we had a very great buffet with a lot of cold and warm selection. we loved it!

What an amazing hotel. Fabulous service, cozy warm rooms and delicious food in a restaurant that has a gorgeous view of the lake. We couldn't have picked better. On arrival we were given another complementary room for the children (had booked a family suite), and a half bottle of champagne, which was a lovely gesture. We ate in the restaurant both nights and ordered exactly the same each night as we were so blown away with the meal. Breakfast is also excellent, a wide range of hot and cold, savoury and sweet. Altogether rather pleased with myself for picking this place! Will return, for sure.

What a treat we had visiting this delightful and charming hotel. My husband and I were offered our choice of two rooms in the main building both with balconies overlooking the lake. We selected 21 as 24 was just too large for a one night visit. We had a comfortable bed with tempurpedic pillows and a nice sitting area next to a large window. My mom adored room 18 with it's angled ceilings, nice bed and pleasing decor. The restaurant menu offered a wide range of food items prepared to perfection and the homemade ice cream was wonderful. At dinner we were treated to an amazing sunset with spectacular colors over Lake Siljan. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and freshly baked breads. The hotel has many rooms on the main level where you can sit and visit or quietly read a book. There is a large deck, however it was too cold during our early May visit to enjoy a coffee or wine outside. The people working at the hotel were true professionals and interesting to chat with. The owner was charming and engaging! We typically stay in large cities and large hotels so this was a new experience for us.......and one the we plan to repeat. Enjoy!

The staff was super nice, the room and bed clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast buffet and the bonus: sauna and jacuzzi! All in all a perfect (unfortunately very short) stay!

Free bikes to explore the town. Coffee & entertainment in hotel. Pool, table tennis, sauna & jacuzzi were nice things to do. Jakob was extremely kind to help us see the Lions rugby. Wonderful venue and very convenient for Dalhalla with the bus right outside

This is an excellent hotel for attending a concert at the Dalhalla! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and bar, restaurant and lounge areas were great too. The staff prepared some complimentary snacks after the concert and kept the bar open for us. The pool table and lounge were great for mingling with other guests too.

This hotel is in a superb location and is well designed and appointed. Parking is easy and the reception staff were very helpful and professional. The terrace has superb views over Lake Siljan and is ideal for a pre dinner drink. The only downside is the restaurant. The staff are willing but there is no organisation. The queues to be seated were far too long. The a la carte menu is pricey and the food underwhelming with poor attention to seasoning. The shrimp sandwich served in the bar is a tastier alternative. The breakfast buffet was high in variety but low in quality

The Hotel is well maintained both inside and out. The is a lot of dark wood paneling and nice public rooms. It is worthwhile to pay extra for a room with a view of Lake Siljan. Breakfast was excellent. The only minor downsides are the shower water pressure is low in AM amd bathroom floor could have been cleaned better

Sometimes you just need to get away and to relax all by your self. This has been a perfect stay with good food, good service and an excellent time in the Spa. Love being able to sit in the hot tub outside with snow all around. Will suggested a good wine to suit my dinner, many thanks.

We stopped here on our way up north and it was perfect for the night. Cozy hotel during the winter time with lights in all the windows, a fire place, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our children had fun playing ping-pong, billiards and we visited the relax area with a bubble pool and sauna, you can book for 1 hour exclusively. The restaurant had excellent food! Beds were comfortable and our family room was nice and spacious. The only room for improvement would be bathroom renovations.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is calm and relaxed and so relaxing with lots of places to sit and enjoy the ambiance! The spa was also really relaxing and simple. The food is excellent quality in the restaurant and the breakfast exceptionally good!

Clean, comfortable, great location, quiet, beautiful old buildings and garden, excellent breakfast and wifi, great service, good parking, great spa with heated outside pool! Excellent value! We also were given a free upgrade.

The hotel is very cute & comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice too. The restaurant staff was lovely and took great care of us too, both in the mornings and evenings. Finally, we booked hot stone massages at the spa, which were super relaxing. Alexandra did both of our treatments and she was very attentive and made sure we walked out of there in a halo of relaxation and bliss 😁. There was also a gym, which I really appreciated after a few days of not being able to work out while traveling! All in all, there is clearly a lot of care put into the hotel, which we appreciated.

We liked everything about this very pleasant hotel. Check-in takes place inside the American Diner that the hotel is linked to. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful throughout, answering all our queries and gave us so much local information too. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The one minor negative was that the room did feel quite warm when we got in (something we noticed in other hotels in Sweden) but you could also open the window, so it really wasn't an issue at all. The facilities throughout the room were fine, nice bathroom and shower area, plenty of towels, plus usual selection of teas and coffees. Breakfast was included in our very reasonably priced two night stay, plenty to choose from with options for vegetarians and also non-dairy alternatives for those who don't do milk. Decaffeinated coffee is almost non-existent in Sweden, so that's one to note, should that be an issue for you. The hotel is 250 yards from the small train station, but you don't notice the trains that much (our room overlooked that side of the hotel). Plenty of little eatieries close by, plus the diner downstairs (the food was excellent here). One lovely touch the hotel provided for concert goers to Dalhalla ~ food and drink for hotel guests who'd been to the gig at Dalhalla had some post-show sandwiches and drink (non-alcoholic) when we arrived back. Never seen that before anywhere ~ so thoughtful. Highly recommend a stay at the Hotel Rättvik.

Great location, comfortable bed, helpful staff. Very good breakfast, minus juice. Tasty American pancakes and a chocolate fountain as a special treat. Siljan at Rättvik has a nice sandy beach, shallow waters and a long dock for good walk and view and a proper dip.

A hotel with a very interesting character as it is above a 60's American diner, smack bang in the middle of Sweden! It is a perfect home base for visiting concerts at Dalhalla as the bus to Dalhalla stops almost in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a room on the road side of the hotel and could not sleep at night as it was a hot day but got moved to lake side by a very friendly representative of the hotel, making the rest of our days a pleasure. The breakfast is really nice, and having a burger in the American diner is a must!

We only stayed one night. The hotel was really good, not very big but had everything that we wanted. A big free carpark, lovely comfy bed and nice bathroom and very clean everywhere. The American diner underneath the hotel was a great feature and definitely different. We did try it and enjoyed the fast food style, it made a nice change. Also breakfast in the diner had lots of choice so we didn’t go hungry.

We stayed here early March, with a group, looking for nice ice to skate on. Unfortunately, the winter of 2013/2014, like in the rest of Europe, was not very promising. Therefore, our 2 night stay in family owned Villa Langbers was a bliss. The hotel facilities are beautiful, very old style Swedish. The food is good. The breakfast best. The staff is friendly and you'll be greeted as old friends, returning after a long time gone. The pool and sauna are great, but the outside Jacuzzi is a perfect place to celebrate! It was, in other words, a very Swedish welcome, making us all feel at home.

This place was very beautiful on top of the hill overlooking the lake. The hotel is well maintained and everybody was polite. The reason I didn't give it 5-star is that nobody told us the breakfast was included. We slept in and missed breakfast and we heard their breakfast is one of the highlights on this hotel. My wife, baby and I stayed in July for 4 nights. It was an extremely relaxing and pleasant time. We asked for a room with a lake view and were not disappointed. The view was wonderful, particularly watching the sunset and the changing colours of the lake. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. In some cases the small details were a bit lacking, like loose door handles or old furnishings. The restaurant at the hotel serves delicious dinners and has a very good breakfast selection. The staff are friendly and helpful. When we asked if there was a DVD player that we could use to watch a movie, they directed us to the hotel lounge, which had quite a good TV and sound system. This is also a very good location to base yourself if you are exploring the Dalarna area, which is what we did.

Love this hotel! We didnt expect there is such a lovely, clean and modern place in such a location. The room is clean and tidy with cute decor. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was awesome, and they even have paper bag for you to pack your lunch from the breakfast buffet. The restaurant and the outdoor area overlook lake Sijian and it was magnificent. You can go there at night after your long day trip and just make yourself a coffee/hot chocolate from their coffee corner and sit and chill and just enjoy the serenity. It is a must stay in Lake Sijian!!!

Breathtaking view of Siljan, very nice/modern rooms and a broad variety of assortments in the breakfast buffet. The restaurant is very good and definitely worth its price. Free evening coffee/tea and you were also offered a small bag, as I understood it, with your choices from the breakfast menu as a light meal for the day. Appreciated. The staff is very nice, however it seemed that one of the staff was new and not trained as a waiter, so we didn't get the wine we ordered and we had to wait for the main course for >1,5h, despite several reminders. I'm sure this was an isolated case and that the management consider training as a crucial part of the introduction process of new staff

My husband and I could not be happier about our stay at Klockargården!!! We feel extremely fortunate to have been able to be here for a week and hope to be able to come again. Everyone has been really wonderful, friendly, helpful, and attentive!

I loved staying here for 3 nights. It is a large complex right next to the Lake with it's own lake access. It has many communal rooms for sitting, and using the tables, a large library, a lounge and balcony with views over the lake. It also has a sauna, gym and laundry facilities. Located right next to the old church in Rattvik and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The breakfast was buffet style and exceptional. They served lunch at a reasonable price. It is a charitable religious community and they support families and people in need to stay here. No alcohol is allowed on site.

The grounds were really beautiful, with lots to explore. Room was very comfortable. There were also lots of lounge areas/libraries with good views of the lake. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff were very welcoming and told me about the local area and hikes to do.

We loved the location and it's beautiful surroundings.With the old church and lakes literally outside your window. Step out of the building and into pure fresh air. We loved the food and simply wanted to stay. There is coffee on tap, once you find the machine, or tea, etc and after a long walk to be able to sit in the gardens was sublime. We really were pleased that our coach to Dalhalla came right to the hotel door. That was unexpected but very thoughtful

The lodge was in a fantastic location. Our room faced beautiful Lake Siljan and was less than a one-minute walk to the breakfast hall. The on-site café was convenient and stayed open until 10 PM. The lodge is also just a two-minute walk from a petrol station, which is ideal for those on a road trip. There’s a small gift shop connected to the reception area, perfect for souvenirs. Breakfast included halal-friendly and vegetarian options, and the host kindly asked about our dietary preferences in advance, which we really appreciated. The lodge is close to several attractions such as Dössberget, Långbryggan, Styggforsen, and Rättvik Church. It’s also only about 40 minutes from Mora, where you can stop for photos at Vasaloppet’s start and finish points, visit the Zorn Museum, and explore the charming town.

The ambience, atmosphere, and decor. It felt like stepping back in time into a more gracious and less rushed age. There was something very special about this hotel which I liked very much. The views towards Lake Siljan were lovely also. In addition, I liked the many black and white photos from the past, the comfortable and spacious lounge, the piano, and the coffee room with the selection of icecreams.

We enjoyed our stay here - the building is lovely and historic, just outside town. As we arrived after 6pm check in was closed but the details were left on the desk. Breakfast was good, although the restaurant was closed in the evening. Paying was quite problematic if you don't have a Swedish bank account - had to transfer the balance on returning home!

It's a historic hotel, very beautiful inside and outside. The local area is picturesque too, made lovely by a great number of wooden Swedish huts in walking distance. It's quiet and relaxing outside. I had a wonderful time walking around the hotel in the warm summer evening at sunset, taking pictures and enjoying fresh air. Inside, the reception area serves as a bar, and the sofas in the reception room are cosy for reading or sipping a cocktail. The lounge room next door is even better: the furniture is all historic and chosen with taste. The staff wears traditional Swedish dresses, which adds a nice touch. I would stay there again.

A perfect place to stay while visiting Dalarna and exploring the area. A charming, cozy and beautiful hotel with a fantastic view over Tällberg and Lake Siljan. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant offers fine dining while serving traditional Swedish cuisine. The deluxe rooms with a balcony and view over the lake are well worth the extra money.

This is such a wonderful and very picturesque place. Staff is friendly and it just adds to the atmosphere that they wear beautiful traditional costumes. We had a vegetarian dinner there and the food was amazing and service great. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I used the pool and sauna and found it very cozy.

Rummet var utmärkt bra, nyligen renoverad och fräsch. Men den saknade wifi, vilket framgick inte i information på Hotels.com. Wifi fanns bara på allmänna utrymmen vilket är opraktiskt! Säng var bra. Gym var stökig och delvis trasig. Pool och duschrum nedslitna, men härligt ha 20m pool. För middag var bara buffé, men salladsbord var väldigt bra! Omgivning är kanonfin, många stigar, utsökta vyer över Siljan.

Rummet: Jag bodde i enkelrum 233, 2-9 augusti, 7 nätter för 6615 kr. Rummet var stort med en stor och skön dubbelsäng, 2 sängbord, -lampor, litet skrivbord, skrivbordslampa och -stol i bra höjd och skick, två fåtöljer, ett soffbord och en fungerande tv. Stora fönster och altandörr med gardiner att dra för. Egen uteplats med utemöbler! Eget badrum; mycket skön dusch, draperi, generösa avlastningsytor, många krokar, stor och dundereffektiv handdukstork. Hall; generöst utrymme för skor, krokar för ytterkläder, helspegel, sitt-/avlastningsyta och skohorn. 2 garderober med stång, galgar och utdragbara lådor. Städat och fräscht. Mycet tyst trots bullriga raggare och festande ungdomar bredvid/ovanför. Det bästa hotellrum jag nånsin bott i. Mycket prisvärt! Wifi funkade sådär. Golven var kalla trots sommar. Hotellet: Mycket vackert läge, utsikt över Siljan från restaurangen. Inomhusbassäng helt ok behövde inte bokas och kostade inget extra. Spa och gym tyvärr stängt pga personalbrist. Mycket trevlig, välkomnande och hjälpsam personal. Mycket fina allmänutrymmen både inom- och utomhus. Kaffe/te med mjölk och fika fanns vid receptionen 2 av dagarna. Restaurang: FANTASTISK frukostbuffé, stort utbud, mycket bra kvalité, tydligt ordnat och fräscht. Middagsbuffen ok, stort utbud men ibland rörig. Personalbrist märktes då man fick vänta fastän man bokat bord och restaurangen var tom. Överlag är jag mycket nöjd och återkommer gärna!

Jag bokade 5 fem inför en kommande begravning. Vi skulle få en trevligt och kärleks full stund dagen innan. Ulrika i reception hjälpte till med det mesta och var så omtänksam. Senare på kvällen fick vi en sån otrolig varm å fin service av Restaurangchefen Johanna. Vilken kvinna till service mind ! Hon gjorde verkligen vår vistelse på Gylle Hornet till den bästa. Jättefin utsikt över Siljan och delar byn. Maten var super god! Allt va toppen!! Kocken kom även ut och var hjälpsam till vårt sällskap. Stort tack till alla ni på Gylle hornet! Kommer lätt tillbaka !!

Vi hade en toppenbra vistelse med barn och barnbarn då vi firade mamma/mormor/gammelmormor 90 år. Jättefin pool som låg nära de fina familjerummen. Rymliga, fina gemensamma utrymmen. Jättebra lek- och pysselrum, det fanns även en mini biosalong. Verkligen barnvänligt! Djurtillåtet rum med vattenskål, tom bajspåsar, som uppskattades av hunden. Vänlig, tillmötesgående personal som uppfyllde våra speciella önskemål! Kan varmt rekommenderas! Några av upplevde sängarna som lite i mjukaste laget.

Trevligt välkomnande av en man/kille som arbetade kväll 15 juni. Honom får ni försöka ha kvar. Superserviceminded👌👍🤩💫✨. Han kollade att allt var bra, vände sig till mina barn och berättade vad de kunde göra. Ett mycket bra ansikte utåt. Poolen älskade barnen. Fin miljö. Bra frukost. Fanns kaffe och te att ta under dagen. Vi var mer än nöjda. Fattades bara wi-fi på rummet.

Absolutely wonderful ❣️ I chose this B&B because it had a view of Lake Siljan in Vikarbyn Sweden. This area is known for the Midsummer festival, which was very high on my list of things to do whilst in Sweden. It did not disappoint. The evening of the Maypole celebration was just a short walk from the B&B, and our hosts were very involved in the celebration, which made our experience extra special. Our room was very comfortable with a shared bath, which was not a problem at all. There were more than one to choose from. We were on the second floor which had its own kitchen with a refrigerator and microwave, plus a table for seating. There was a balcony/porch to sit on with a beautiful view of the lake. It was so peaceful and quiet. The main dining area was on the first floor. The variety of food to choose from was wonderful, which included delicious homemade breads and jams. It was the only place we stayed in Sweden which also included homemade lefse, a Scandinavian specialty. Lefse is a flat bread , similar to tortillas, which most Americans are familiar with, but made with riced potatoes. My family always served lefse for Thanksgiving and Christmas, so this was extra special for me. Parking was onsite. There was a grocery store very close by, so you could buy food to make for lunch and/or dinner. There were a few shops nearby within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here immensely. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Everything was wonderful—from the warm and welcoming couple who own the property, to the cozy and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was simple yet delightful, and the stunning view of the lake made the experience unforgettable.

stayed in the split apartment view was amazing and the immediate surrounding area very serene! Kitchen had the basics required to pull together an easy breakfast. the property was spotlessly clean and check in was very smooth. Staff were incredibly warm and full of smiles upon arrival. Beds were comfy.

Spent one night on way to Nusnas, basic b&b with very comfortable beds, friendly and helpful owner and had good cold buffet breakfast in nice enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Bathroom was not en-suite if that is an issue, was not for us.

So friendly and service minded, clean, affordable and amazing breakfast!

Beautiful location, spacious accommodation and an excellent breakfast. Facilities for charging of an electric car was very much appreciated.

Lovely breakfast Nice big room with tasteful decor

The property was safe, clean and cozy. The staff member at reception was great, they really helped me out with getting to Dalhalla because I was unprepared, with no transportation pre-booked. Much appreciated that they went beyond what was their responsibility to help me out.

Very clean and well equipped hostel. The town is also very nice and lovely to walk around in. The lady at the reception was very friendly and welcoming.

The place looks lovely and is fairly easy to find. It's very clean and the decoration, although minimal, is cute. The staff was great and welcoming. I liked that there was a sink and a mirror in the bedroom.

We wanted to stay in the town of Rattvik and this seemed like a good choice for our party of 4. We are well past the youth hostel stage in our traveling, but our quad room was perfect for our one night stay. There were many Swedish families and adults staying there and the experience was way better than we feared from a "hostel". Highly recommend it.
