This was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful always going above and beyond to make our stay special and to help with any requests. The facilities are WOW and beautifully maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety, and the complimentary daily afternoon tea was such a thoughtful and enjoyable touch. We booked the corner pool suite, and the room itself was absolutely beautiful and spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Although we didn’t end up using the pool much (it was mostly in the shade and attracted quite a few mosquitos), the room was still a highlight of our stay. Truly a fantastic experience all around can’t recommend it enough!

Very helpful and friendly staff, approachable and always eager to help. Special mention to 'Fang' from the reception and 'Best' from the restaurant. The daily breakfast at the restaurant was also tasty, the Lanna breakfast and the eggs benedict were well prepared and delicious. Rooms were spacious and beautiful, some come with private pool too. An excellent experience and we'll be back!

This property is so exceptional. Our room was stunning, the facilities were beautiful, breakfast was delicious and we had an amazing massage at the spa. It was really special and felt like such a treat. The shower was amazing, our bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was soo kind and helpful. We absolutely loved it.

Our room was just amazing, spacy with large and comfortable bed, clean bathroom and lovely bathtub at the balcony. All the food we had at this hotel was very delicious and we also appreciated swimming pool that was just perfect after exploring hot Chiang Mai. The location is very convenient.

All the staff were exceptionaly helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean place. Lovely pool. Excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Their chef is a genius. Free afternoon tea with wonderful cakes and smoothies etc. We had dinner here 3 times in our 1 week stay. Perfect place all round.

This is my husband and I third time to Thailand, before booking our resort we searched long and hard to try and make the perfect choice. Bo Phut met our desires! Perfect location just off the main strip so beach front is peaceful and quiet but still very close to all the restaurants. From the time of arrival to the time we left everything was perfect. The staff didn’t let us lift a finger, smiles and service 24hrs a day. Rooms were made up twice a day with fresh water bottles stacked every time, size was huge, shower and tub were amazing and bed was very comfortable. The resort itself is genuine Thailand with lush gardens everywhere, extremely well maintained and no sign of neglect from the covid period. Pool was great, the gym is all you need and facilities were on clean. We will definitely be returning to this resort!

The staff were exceptional, so kind, thoughtful and attentive in every respect. The hotel is beautiful, so tidy and clean. Garden’s immaculate. We were in a Junior suite with an amazing terrace and view of the vegetation. Large room and bed very comfortable. Bathroom perfect. Breakfast loads to choose from. Swimming pool clean, beds always available. Beach clean and had long walks. Partial sunset, so pretty with a very calming atmosphere. Very close to the Fishermen’s Village which is excellent. Perfect tranquility and area.

Everything was amazing. This was the perfect stay for the second part of our honeymoon. From start to finish, the staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double room with Spa bath. It was a very good size, plenty of room for us, always clean, comfortable and had all that we needed. The food was amazing with a great selection at breakfast. We ate evening meals a couple of times and everything was delicious. Other evenings we went and explored fisherman's village and the food market. We made good use of the spa and had several massages, which were fantastic and 100% relaxing. We also used the laundry service, no issues at all. We were surprised at how quick it was, we handed our stuff over in the morning and had it back late afternoon. We loved the hotel, great views, staff, pool, food and only a short walk to fishermans village. We can't wait to go back.

Exceptional service and support by the staff! Everyone was always very friendly and helpful, in particular Eak and Mai. The pool was very clean and the sunbeads were very comfortable, also a very clean beach. In addition, the breakfast had a good variety of options and everything was delicious. The hotel is very quiet and still quite central to reach Fishermen's Village by foot and Chaweng and other hotspots by scooter.

This is an excellent hotel, one of the very best I have stayed in and fully deserving of all the outstanding reviews. The staff are faultlessly helpful, the facilities are great and our rooms were fabulous. The whole site is a beautiful oasis of calm amidst the bustle of coastal Samui. We enjoyed the warm pool and good value drinks delivered to our loungers (but didn't try out any spa treatments). The onsite Thai restaurant was superb and the breakfast buffet had a very wide range of Thai and western options. The pool terrace has steps directly on to the beach and it is a short walk to the bars and restaurants of Fisherman's Village. Transport to/from airport and ferry was organised for us and our 3 night stay at the end of 3 weeks travelling round Thailand was a memorable and very relaxing one.

Simply lovely! This stay has been one of the best ones so far Ive been to, incredible architecture and accurately built area in and around the entire land covering every scenic area, incredible and mostly peaceful, quite and enjoyable to take a good rest from the busy world, and exceptional service and 24-hr buggy service is appreciated as it takes 2 mins to get to your villa on the buggy, so its very useful, Lovely long pool and the jacuzzi is the best one among what we got as we chose pool villa in other stays! Incredible and enjoyable stay!

This was the most perfect relaxed holiday i have ever had. The adults only vibe adds to the feeling of ease and the staff ore so beautiful. They will truly do anything for you with a smile and what seems love. You really do feel that they fully appreciate you as a guest and want to see you come back. Ivann taught us how to say thankyou which can be tricky depending on whether you are male or female. I still have his hand scrawled notes. The hotel itself sits on the coast with beach access. Beach walks are lovely with bars and restaurants on the beach which provide low key, no nonsense service. We enjoyed the benefits of a Luxury escapes package which really added value to our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, cool and modern. The restaurant and menu has something for everyone at very reasonable prices. The size of meals are very generous. The quality of food is also great. The wine is expensive. The red wine is served chilled which is an odd experience. The pool area is large and has space for everyone. The pool temp is warm, as is the ocean. The ocean was safe for swimming without any stingers at this time of the year. An unexpected delight were the gardens around the resort. They are so beautiful and constantly maintained. There is also fish ponds throughout which add to the tranquility of the garden experience. All in all a lovely experience which outperformed our expectations.

This hotel is in a lovely quite part of Koh Samui, away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The pool is exceptional with the most amazing view. Happy hour is 3pm every day and the hotel staff are absolutely lovely, always with a smile and a hello. The breakfast is also exceptional, with lots of choice, great coffee and fresh coconuts. The food at the hotel is lovely too and the view from our balcony in the deluxe suite was one of the best views we have had on our travels, we could see over to the other islands. Beds were very comfy and he hired a moped to get around the island. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quite, relaxing value for money hotel

I stayed in an ocean view room, although it wasn't exactly as pictured on the website. Rather than the long pool being in the foreground, it was the roofs of the villas. It didn't bother me, but I was a little surprised. The breakfast was great. Lots of options and you could order fresh egg dishes. The omelette was lovely. The western food was pretty much the same everyday, but there was changing Asian style dishes too. The location was right on the beach, but there's not much out on the street. I should have ventured out along the beach more, but I didn't. I had a couple of spa treatments. These were lovely. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and accommodating, especially the bar and restaurant staff. If you want to do a class, get in early to book. There is a swim up bar. Daily happy hour is great and there are special meal options most nights. No influencers when I went. Plenty of deck chairs by the pool, but although there are umbrellas, you need to move your chair back to stay under them as the sun moves. Nobody reserves chairs for ridiculous times. You can order food and drink from your chair. The pizza is amazing, as we're the Thai dishes. I used the work space, which was very handy. There's a shuttle bus to Fisherman’s Village. Many pubs along Chaweng Beach show major sports. I watched AFL.

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautifully run resort! I can't speak highly enough about our experience from beginning to end. The food was some of the best Thai food we have ever had. The cocktails were amazing and bar staff were professional. The staff were genuinely friendly and everyday went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. The pool was large and ideal for doing laps. The swim up bar was great. The free shuttle to fisherman's wharf was a nice added benefit. We participated in many of the free activities - the rum tasting, mixology, pizza making were all informative and fun. The fitness centre was great. This was the first time staying at an adults only resort and it definitely was a much more relaxing, serene vibe without children. Ideal for couples wanting to relax. Swimming at the beach was also a beautiful experience. I highly recommend, as other reviewers have said, to walk along the beach to the left and to the right of the hotel. There are many restaurants and things to do along the way. That said, we did not feel that we had to leave the resort as this place had absolutely everything we needed. We will definitely would not hesitate to staying here again!

My favorite place I stayed in Bangkok. I was so grateful for this clean, modern, and beautifully designed hotel . Bright sunny rooms, clean, comfortable, cute decor. The upstairs bar cocktails were delicious and the vibe was super fun. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect for walking to all of the good restaurants, way better than staying in central Old Town in my opinion. A lot cooler spots on this side of town. I wish I would have stayed here the whole time I was in Chiang Mai. It was lovely.

This cozy hotel is located within the Old city and nearby countless amounts of cafes, restaurants, & key landmarks, perfect for a quick stroll or to venture the streets & alleys casually. Not only is it peaceful and relaxing with amazing hospitality from the staff, the food served at their restaurant & bar is very tasty & cozy. I would like to give a shout out to Dragon, one of their staff members who not only helped us have a seamless check in experience but made sure we were good to go even at checkout by helping with luggage and finding proper transportation to the airport. Any questions to be asked, he is quick to help. If you want a relaxing, peaceful hotel to stay at while exploring Old city, this is the place to be.

This hotel was an incredible stay. We booked it for my birthday and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, they even welcomed us with a bday dessert! The hotel room was clean and well taken care of, will definitely be staying here again when we come back to Chiang Mai. The pool was lovely and heated, the gym was small but just what you need. The cocktail bar was nice, a little bit expensive but the menu was very cool! Breakfast in the morning was different each day which made it fun, all the options we tried were amazing! The location was a great spot too, walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Nothing bad to say about this hotel apart from definitely stay here! Thank you for making my birthday stay so special!

Our experience at this unique resort was amazing. We felt 100% comfortable and happy. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, always smiling, and promptly attended to our requests. Additionally, the resort is quiet and perfect for those seeking relaxation away from the city's noise. The beach view was beautiful, the room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the essentials, and the bed provided a peaceful night's sleep. The private pool was also special, with a view facing the beach. The hotel offers free kayaking and has two restaurants: an Italian one and a Thai one. If I have the opportunity, I will definitely visit this resort again.

Beach panoramic view is amazing at Tubkaak beach. Breakfast offers a lot of options, and of course vegan friendly. They were pretty much delicious, unfortunately didn't get chance to try them all. Staffs are well trained and friendly service. Location is pretty far from centre and Ao Nang, luckily I drove my own car there so it wasn't an issue but for most of visitors might have to prepare for it. However, this beach is known for its beautiful view and tranquility. So as you already travel there, you probably don't want to look for something outside while staying.

Wow, it is a very luxury resort by the white sand beach. We stayed for 5 nightsit and weather is perfect; it is lovely experience. The location is perfect for relaxing, in particular for those who are looking for some romantic experience. Watching sunset with happy hour drinks on white sand beach or sitting in restaurant next to the beach is unforgetable experience. All staff members are super nice and kind. The privite longtail boat trip to the Hong Island is highly recommended. The trip to the Ao Nang night market with transfer arranged by the resort (Tue and Thu only) is also great experience.

Everything was incredible. The grounds are beautiful on a quiet secluded beach. Best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Amazing cooking station, the chef made some of the best omelettes and roti we have had. We wish we had longer here. The restaurant for dinner was on the more expensive end but it’s great quality food and your paying for the amazing location and the live entertainment, was a really good atmosphere. Saxophone player was awesome!

The resort is absolutely beautiful. So much nature all around, and the beach is stunning too. We stayed in a pool villa and it was perfect, with its own pool- the pool was a really good size and also had an outdoor bath. The room was well equipped with a decent hairdryer, excellent shower, two sinks, large vanity unit in the bathroom, plenty of toiletries and towels. The bedroom was also spacious with a good sized bed, large TV, kettle, plenty of bottled water every day. The staff are so polite and helpful and so professional. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, the lady cooking at the egg station is very talented

One of the most memorable stays of my life. I‘ve lived and traveled in Thailand extensively, but combining a luxury experience with such authentic and loving service, is an exceptional combination, one rarely ever experiences. The staff is so kind and nice, not just to guests, but they work so flawlessly with each other, it feels like a big family. Service is a 20/10 The biggest surprise was the food, oftentimes in Thailand if something is served in a very pretty way, it is not as tasty as the countrystyle version of the dish. Here they deliver on flavor and presentation. Also, what I truly love - if you say you want it Southern Thai spicy - you get it - and not some toned down Farang version - although of course you can have everything as spicy or not as you like. The breakfast was also exceptional, rather than relying on a boring buffet, everything is made to order - fresh and tasty, a fantastic start in the day. Don‘t even get me started on the view, it is breathtaking. Pool is fantastic, everything is clean! We did a long tail boat trip - which worked flawlessly - and was spectacular! Very very rarely do I visit the same hotel twice - but here - I can’t wait! Btw. The gym - with its view - is sooooo cool!!! The complementary minibar with fresh coconut rounds up the thoughtfulness that goes into the hospitality here. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable and the AC worked well and is ideally placed, not directly hitting you in the face in your sleep.

Hands down one of the best and most stunning hotels in Thailand with spectacular views and full of lush greenery. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket but close enough to get to easily. Sametnangshe Boutique is a remarkable hotel that offers an exceptional and unique experience. The beautiful and breathtaking views of the majestic limestone cliffs and tranquil waters of Phang Nga Bay create a spectacular picturesque setting, making it a memorable and worthwhile visit especially when the staff took careful consideration and efforts to make my stay both cosy and luxurious. They greet you with warm smiles and offer a complimentary drink at reception and the hotel amenities which lived up to the expectation. The friendly, helpful and excellent service and cleanliness are absolutely impeccable. The staff create a warm, caring atmosphere that makes you feel completely at home. Thank you sooo much for your friendly and warm hospitality in accommodating myself during my stay. I sincerely appreciate the courteous, friendly, helpful and excellent service provided throughout my visit especially from the lovely staff at reception and restaurant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, particularly the beautiful and breathtaking views and the lovely breakfast offerings. We stayed in villa 16 and the view from the floor to ceiling bay window was jaw dropping. We spent 2 days just relaxing and looking at this view. The room was large, had 2 large double beds. The bathroom and walk in wardrobe were super. The small dip pool was such a bonus. The minibar items (soft drinks, tea / coffee, snacks were all free). The staff were amazing, nothing was too much trouble. I cannot speak highly enough of this place, the food was exceptional, breakfast was al a carte and buffet and as much as you wanted. The dinner, although you are captured was beautiful and great selections, pricey compared to rest of Thailand but not compared to hotel prices. Most mains were approx 400-500 baht and huge portions. The cafe at the top was also exceptional and had even better views. We got the villa on a deal and paid about £340 a night and was pricey but so worth it.

Such a beautiful hotel with the most incredible view. The staff make this hotel exceptional. From the moment you arrive they make you feel so welcome, always so kind, helpful and lovely. We only stayed one night whilst travelling around the South of Thailand with my grown up daughter. Our room was quite small for a daughter & mother, but the view was incredible. We had a bath on our balcony, which was amazing and the lady came and filled it with bubbles and petals. It was one of my highlights of our travels relaxing in a beautiful bath with the most stunning view. The restaurant was outstanding and the food incredible and again the staff were fantastic. The hotel organised a complimentary boat trip in the morning which was beautiful. The staff made our visit so perfect and I will never forget that incredible view. The photos speak for themselves - the view and surrounding area of this property are nothing short of spectacular! However, I think what makes this place a 10/10 is the staff! They are seriously the BEST! They are constantly going above and beyond for guests, lots of complimentary water, juices, fruit plates, etc. They are constantly anticipating the needs of the guests and always smiling/friendly. The hotel also provides a complimentary boat tour of the surrounding islands which I would highly recommend (we also got to explore a cave during the boat tour). Complimentary yoga is offered Sunday mornings which was so pretty with the sunrise. There is a gym onsite as well so you can work out with a view. The cocktails, smoothies and juices are sublime - we kept raving about how fresh the mango was. We also got a free room upgrade our second night which was a wonderful surprise! The staff answered all our questions and requests in person or via WhatsApp (very convenient and easy). Wifi worked great throughout the property. They will order a taxi for you for transfer to/from the airport. Their restaurant has both Thai and American/Italian food options. This place is a perfect peaceful getaway!

From breakfast, to accommodation, ad lib has very well trained stuff and exclusive breakfast. The rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious. The gym is sufficiently equipped and we had nice jacuzzi in our terrace room .

We came to Bangkok for medical testing and treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital. It turns out, Ad Lib is practically connected to the hospital. It couldn’t possibly be more convenient. The hotel and especially staff, are extraordinary. Everyone greets you with a smile and hands clasped in prayer, in accordance with tradition. The design and greenery are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is on another level. Delicious fresh pastries and something for every international pallet. Fresh fruit and the most delicious coconut water, along with world class coffee. I just can’t say enough about the quality of this spread. We normally don’t rave about hotel restaurants but this became our favorite. Traditional Thai dishes, blended with wagu steaks and even top notch Italian pastas. We tried pretty much everything and it was all great. My favorite was the Holy basil with either Wagu beef or minced chicken. Fresh herbs and spices, really done right! It’s hard to pick a favorite because all of the staff are extraordinary. Special shout out though to beautiful Ann, who personally delivered dinner to my wife in her room!! Above, beyond and deeply appreciated! We will be back!

I go to Bangkok several times a year and always struggle with where to stay. I've tried dozens of places, but none really appealed to me...until I found Ad Lib. It will be my choice from now on. The staff was wonderful and the entire place is gorgeous, with fresh flowers everywhere, a nice bar, a comfortable sitting areas in the lobby, and a lovely outdoor dining area. Their breakfast buffet is delicious, with many options for vegetarians like me, and it runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. My room was very spacious and super clean. They even have a private tuk-tuk that will take you out to the main road. Although it is in an extremely busy area of Bangkok, it's tucked away on a back street, so it's peaceful and quiet. The wi-fi was excellent and I also thought the price, although not budget, was a good value.

Amazing little hotel hidden in a very quiet sidestreet, such nice interior design with lots of plants, beautiful tree in front of the hotel, very nice pool area, amazing and very fresh breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and modern rooms, we loved to stay there

Luckily we found Outrigger after searching the usual beach hotels. I specifically was looking for high feedback ratings, reasonable prices and proximity to a nice beach. The place was perfect for us: peaceful area opposite the quiet Surin beach with a good selection of restaurants, shops and massage places where you would want to visit again and again. On our last day we walked to the longer Bang Tao beach which was also very pleasant. On the island tour we passed by the popular resorts and were happy that we selected Surin! As to the resort experience, we had stayed at Outrigger in Fiji many years ago and remember that well. It is not easy to get satisfaction ratings of 10 and we weren’t disappointed. The staff are ever so helpful and cheery, the design of the building is unique and inspiring, restaurant has good variety of breakfasts every day. We also tried the massage. There is a taxi stand opposite so it’s easy to travel around. I was surprised there weren’t any insect problems as i was expecting that in a tropical climate. Wifi was great! So HIGHLY recommended if you want a peaceful break in a friendly area. Just sitting on the beach, in the shade, all day long was super-special. The water wad slightly on the rough side but enjoyable none the less. We would visit here again, love it!!

The hotel is new, clean and very well maintained. The rooms are big and super cozy, the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is only one restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the dinner, but the food was fantastic! I definitely recommend the hotel for a quiet vacation it offers nice cozy environment and relaxing atmosphere. It’s an amazing hotel for its price, highly recommended for those who don’t like crowds

This hotel is awesome. First of all the people who work in the hotel are amazing, all of them are super professional and always try to help you. We had a problem in the bedroom and they solved it promptly. We had the suite bedroom and it was super cool. The hotel is very well located, close to many restaurants, 7-Eleven, and shops which is helpful. Additionally, it is super close to the beach. The breakfast is standard. The hotel is clean and the bedrooms too. We had dinner for 2 nights at the restaurant; it was a great time and the dinner was so delicious!

The staff was super friendly and attentive. The beach is 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel, beautiful beach, peaceful and not crowded. The area is more relax, good for families. The room was spacious, modern, clean and nice. Food is very nice, prices are ok compare with the area. Nice and clean pool, water temperature was perfect. Nice peaceful boutique hotel.

The room downstairs was spacios and very comfy with amazing sofa and a balcony, where we sit and enjoyed bottle of wine till late midnight. :) The bedroom upstairs has a huge bed accompanied with many pillows, so you can suite yourself very comfortably. Aircon on both floors were a bit noisy, but doesn't bother us much. Breakfasts are decent, I used to order egg florentini with bacon almost every day. Small lifehack for the breakfast - if you don't like coffee from coffee machine, you can ask any coffee from the bar for free. Like iced cappuccino, cafe-latte, etc. The location of the hotel is just perfect - 3 mins across the road to the center of Surin Beach. 200 thb and you have two sun-beds and umbrella for the whole day. Will come back for sure.

We found this place after feeling very uncomfortable in a different place we'd booked. This place is a little haven of luxury. Staff are so welcoming and helpful and the place is spotlessly clean and charming. We stayed in a heritage suite which was so comfortable and spacious and catered for everything we needed after our very bad experience elsewhere in Chiang Mai. My husband used the gym which had all essential equipment. The pool looked clean and was busy but not overcrowded ever - although we didn't use this facility due to times etc. Laundry service quick and easy with complimentary items as we stayed over 2 days. Breakfast was decent and the presentation of the cooked breakfasts was top quality! Be careful what you order though or how you ask for it - I asked for fried eggs and got five eggs. (But that must have been my accent) Staff are fabulous. They even wrapped my husband's breakfast up for him as our lift arrived early. Definitely a place we'd recommend and would certainly visit again if ee venture back here. Only negative would be the dogs barking/howling intermittently from 530am from neighbouring site. The hotel do have a court order in place to address this and it certainly wouldn't be a limiting factor for anyone looking to book! Old Town Chiang Mai Hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. Everything feels so luxurious. The location is ideal — walking distance to night markets, amazing restaurants, cafes, and temples. We always felt very safe exploring the area, even late at night. It’s also just a short drive to airport. Special shoutout to the ladies at the spa — they are so kind, talented, and genuinely care about making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely the best massages we had in all of Thailand! The front desk team is incredibly helpful and accommodating — always ready with a smile and great recommendations. We can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Chiang Mai!

This was an amazing hotel experience, one of our favorites in Asia. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location is perfect for walking around Old Town. The breakfasts are great... with made to order dishes, and great coffee drinks. We enjoyed the pool in the afternoon after sightseeing and tours. The hotel staff was very helpful in arranging transportation to and from the airport for us--and a huge bonus is it is a very short distance away. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is just great. The staff are exceptionally accommodating and attentive, helpful and very friendly. The breakfast is exceptionally tasty (we tried all the Thai breakfast options - delicious!). The hotel grounds are beautiful and very tastefully furnished. The rooms are large, very clean and just great for relaxing. The spa offers great treatments.

This is my second time in Thailand so I’ve stayed in my fair share of hotels across the country, and this was by far and away the best place I’ve ever stayed. The staff is warm and accommodating. They were able to help us book all the things we wanted to do easily, and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend having a soak in the bathtub! The breakfast is delicious, and the lunch and dinner is not bad either if you dont feel like leaving. There are tons of extra amenities like happy hour and the pool that we did not take advantage of but looked incredible. This is a great hotel in the heart of old town. Would absolutely stay here again.

I really enjoyed the 7 nights i stayed here, comfortable bed, great breakfast, i loved the jacuzzi on the balcony. Great location also, not to noisy being central. Alex was specially my faviourite staff very friendly. Definetly highly reccomend this hotel Annamaria

Utter comfort! The bed, the jacuzzi and pool access, the buffet breakfast. All fantastic! The location is also wonderful, quiet lane and close to Tharpae Gate. Beautiful smiling staff also.

The pool area is beautiful, very well kept and clean, great views out to the beach and sea! Really felt special! The white sand beach is perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning. All of the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. We thought there was a great selection for breakfast (fresh pancakes and waffles were delicious!). Dinner in the upstairs terrace was very romantic with the night time view over the sea. Dinner a little over priced, but delicious. There is a fitness gym which is very well equipped and air conditioned, something we didn’t find in many hotels in Thailand so a definite bonus! All staff were friendly and quick in helping us with anything we needed. Being able to WhatsApp reception was very useful too.

The staff were fantastic, so welcoming and helpful. We have never experienced such exceptional service before. The pool and restaurant/bar were relaxing and comfortable. The food was delicious, with a good selection of Thai and western options. Breakfast was incredible. Such great value. Our room was lovely, the bed was very comfortable. The beach was clean and the views out to sea were amazing. The location was great, close enough to Lamai Beach to enjoy all the excitement but far enough away that you felt private and a little bit secluded. You really didn’t have to leave (and we barely did). Loved it!!!!

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and we had a good experience overall. The room was really nice, spacious, and super clean. We had a private pool, which was amazing. The bathroom has a shower and toilet in open space (some people might not like that, but we loved it). The bed was pretty comfortable overall. We slept well most nights. There are many birds in the resort, and you can hear them mostly at night. If you're a light sleeper, this might be an issue. We didn't have any issues with the mosquitos. We had a couple of diffusers, which helped us a lot. We appreciated the vibe of this resort. Many couples just relaxed at the pool, minding their business. This is not a resort for families with children, mostly because there are no activities for children. The breakfast was just average. There was an egg,waffle, and noodle bar, which was nice, but the eggs were undercooked every time. There were some options for fruits, bread, fruit juices, and not enough fresh fruits. Too many options for currys and other heavy foods that are not suitable for breakfast . The location of the hotel is okay, you have to walk a bit to the restaurants, but if you're looking for a place to relax, it's great. I wasn't too impressed with the food at the restaurant either, the prices were a bit high for what they offer, you can choose a restaurant in Lamai for lunch/dinner there. The staff was super nice and friendly and again, the housekeeping was the best .

The pool was amazing, longest pool I’ve ever swam in, plus the jacuzzi features. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was also very friendly and the restaurant food is amazing value for money!

Fabulous location opposite Wat Arun, we had a jacuzzi suite which was perfect to watch the sunset. Close to all the attractions. The restaurant was amazing. Great quality food. Staff were all very friendly. The jacuzzi suite was stunning. Well worth paying extra for.

Very romantic, amazing feeling at the river, the room with the jacuzzi is just phenomenal, perfect for honeymoon or romantic time for couples. The restaurant on the too roof is very nice and food excellent. The whole crew is extremely kind, thanks to all of you for such tremendous memory!

Spacious room with the biggest jacuzzi tub! There are activities within the premise such as eletric bike, fitness and games (I played bingo during my stay) with prize. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially those who stanby near the pool. Cheesecake was amazing. Would definitely want to return!

Great breakfast! Big swimming pool, amazing design and room, loved the theme. I had a jacuzzi in my room! Great service as well to deliver breakfast to the room. Loved the bathrobes and golf cart service. And the onsen, sauna were absolutely amazing facilities!

If you want luxury at an affordable price this hotel is a must stay i stopped only one night in a jacuzzi room it's was so big and so clean all the staff and facilities where amazing keep up the good work I will return definitely hopefully very soon

I personally liked the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the busy city. The hotel was nicely built and renovated. The room with jacuzzi that I booked was big and clean.

The staff greets us with welcome drinks while checking in. The bell boys are very friendly and introduce us the amenities of the resort. The room is specious and with jacuzzi or pool.

Location was amazing so picturesque. I did originally book a jacuzzi room but upgraded to a beach villa with pool and it was exceptional, I should have booked that from the start.

Calm and quiet location, surrounded by nature, beautiful surroundings. Very good breakfast and excellent thai food at restaurant. Very nice hotellrooms, including nice, big batthroom with jacuzzi. The staff was kind and attentive and we felt welcomed.

We had the most incredible time on the island, we genuinely couldn’t be happier with our stay. The views and rooms are to die for! We had our own jacuzzi and it was divine. Thank you so much to all the team, especially the staff at the bar! We can’t wait to come back in the future:)

Beautiful setting. Really friendly staff. Jacuzzi room was incredible and totally worth the upgrade from standard room. View from the bed/room was brilliant. Lots of nature to watch and enjoy the sunrise from bed. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and lots of veggie options. Private beach is lovely, also very clean. Swimming pool was great (if a little deep!). Evening meal setting was lovely (Al Fresco restaurant). We enjoyed kayaking included with our stay. Beach is lovely, warm and water is shallow for a good while. Then it turns corally but very calm and great for swimming. We received an activity/information letter detailing the tides and activities available for the next day which was very helpful. All toiletries are provided and are citronella scented, which was great for mosquitoes.

Cannot fault this place. From the moment we arrived at the Yacht Haven Marina the paradise experience had began. The transfer was smooth and hassle free (worth the price) and we were greeted at the hotel pier by the guest relation manager for a welcome drink. We’d booked a jacuzzi studio, but I checked the room prices on the way to the pier and found that the rates had been slashed in half since we booked. It was now only £12 per night extra (from what we’d already paid) to upgrade to a deluxe studio with plunge pool, so I phoned to ask about this and the hotel were happy to oblige. The upgrade was definitely worth it! Our upgraded room wasn’t ready when we arrived, so we were taken to our original room to freshen up for an hour. I think I’d have been a bit disappointed if we’d had to stay in that room. The new room absolutely blew us away! We also particularly enjoyed the yoga class and not trip included in the price, as well as kayaking, a spa trip, and batik painting. The whole four days were very relaxing and romantic but still with plenty to do. It is a lovely touch that a newsletter is delivered to your room each evening too giving you tomorrow’s weather, a spa promotion, and a fact about the hotel (eg. 80% of staff are local, the resident lizards are called Emil and Emily!).

This whole stay was beautiful - the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, interactive with our children and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds and the views were fabulous. The room was spacious and well equipped we had a room which included a bathtub overlooking the ocean which was a perfect addition to our stay. They even provide a beach bag for you to use as you stay with them. We were bed and breakfast and the breakfast was amazing - loads of choice and really fresh - they made you fresh smoothies, made to order egg stations, fresh coconuts, anything you could think of they had it! I was sad to leave! Thank you for a perfect stay.

We stayed for 15 nights in the Presidential Villa, which was likely one of the best options for villa type of property stay in Samui with a family. It offers a split bed-and-living room. Both are huge and in extreme good condition. The view and the pool are simply "WOW. And so, the outdoor bath and shower. With all amenities that you can ask for and a private butler. With whom the communication was flawless btw. All staff is up and top professional and even the management very accessible. The Hyatt resort is amazing, it's kept utterly clean, offers a lot facilities plus activities and amazing views from every angle. Where the kids club (incl activities) and kids pool were adored by the kids. The food is great, especially the Indian food I must admit. You can decide to have breakfast at 3x different places, with the beach breakfast mostly not being very busy. And the lounge is a nice add, even though we did not visit it a lot. We loved hanging around the beach and drink fresh coconuts, where there was enough to discover for the young kids and to just relax even when the sea is not "that" accessible. You can still swim into the sea via the little water bridge the water is clear and no jellyfish etc. Transport is very well organized, we never had to wait long for a buggy but walking over the resort is very doable and Chaweng/Central at a 10 mins drive. We'd come back again.... ps: they have the best fireshow in Samui. It's the extended version, we've never seen anywhere else!

We had an amazing 11-night stay at the Hyatt Koh Samui! From start to finish, the service was (family-) friendly, thoughtful, and very guest-focused. We stayed in one of their villas, which was good for our family of four (with kids aged 5 and 7). They added a cot next to the sofa and the kids slept comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The private pool was definitely a highlight and we spent our entire days swimming! The food across the resort was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff showed incredible care when one of us felt a little under the weather — something we truly appreciated. Highly recommend this resort for families looking for a beautiful, welcoming, and luxurious getaway. We would love to return someday!

Hyatt Regency Koh Samui is the perfect place to stay on the island! Conveniently located close to the airport, it made our trip so easy. I traveled with my bestie and booked a twin room — it was spacious, modern, and offered a stunning, picture-perfect view. The resort has three beautiful swimming pools and a relaxing beachfront where you can soak up the sunshine. The staff were super friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! 🌴☀️

In Samui, I have visited several times, and the Hyatt Regency Hotel is one of the best choices for accommodation. The hotel is maintained at a high level in terms of hotel service and gastronomy. Room service is very professional, and the rooms are impeccably clean. The hotel complex is so extensive and well thought out that families with children can find entertainment and diversion here. Those who seek a peaceful oasis for relaxation can also find it without disturbance. The breakfasts are so rich that even during a longer stay, I could eat diversely and healthily. The breakfast staff made each morning much brighter for me. They were all so professional, helpful, and attentive that I would like to express my sincere thanks to them once again. I wish the hotel management and its employees many satisfied clients who, like me, will be happy to return.

Comfortable rooms, nice pool, good daily breakfast and helpful staff. Large room with balcony overlooking the pool, king sized bed, and bathroom including a large jacuzzi tub. We didn’t use the tub. Relaxed afternoons around the pool were very refreshing. Recommended!
