The architecture of the hotel is particularly beautiful: very generous halls and sitting facilities give a feeling of space and luxury. Everything is obviously very new and corresponds to the newest technical standard. The bedrooms are also large and comfortable. Large working desk, light, wifi etc also provide easy possibilities to work in the room, if wished. For my taste there is only one negative point: apparently all rooms have only showers (no bathtub!!!). For people who love having a bath this is, of course, annoying. The situation is worsened by the fact that in hotels on the American continent there is not even a hand-held shower. I knew this detail from U.S. hotels, but I was hoping to find something better in Mexico, since in my opinion Mexico has more in common with Europe than the U.S.A. I am afraid I was wrong in this point. The staff was very, very friendly and helped in every way. The breakfast buffet had a large variety of foods and drinks, including - of course - typical Mexican dishes. The hotel has its own parking garage (no charge), which is locked during the night. It is possible to park the car directly or request valet parking, your choice. Toluca has an elevation of 2660 m (8060 ft). In March at night it can get cold. I was pleased to find out that the thermostat in the bedroom functioned also as a heater and provided a pleasant temperature. I hope I will have the occasion to go again to the Doubletree in Toluca.

Comfy and quiet room, high quality beds. Perfect location of hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff - they helped us with boxes of Corona beers from car to appartment and offered umbrella during rainy days. Perfect cleaning service. Protected parking. Bar with alkoholo / soft drinks on reception.

My wife and I arrived an hour early. They let us have our room since it was ready. They were quick and kind. The place is huge with everything you need and more! Beautiful, modern yet traditional facility with large spaces. The dining was great as well! Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and clean. Great stay! Anytime I'm back in Toluca DoubleTree is my first pick everytime!

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days to relax. The gardens are gorgeous, the decoration is a beautiful traditional Mexican style with lots of Talavera. The rooms are very spacious, beds are very comfortable. The restaurant was very good too. We tried the spa and we enjoyed it. It has a covered pool and jacuzzi area. It also has a small playground for kids. All these at a very affordable price.

This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in! 15 minutes to Toluca airport & close to a cpl of very nice restaurants, which was nice as we arrived late on a Sunday & their restaurant was closed, but the delightful staff was quick to recommend options for us. There are multiple, tranquil gardens with fountains & benches. Also a beautiful chapel on site. The rooms are extremely spacious, very comfortable & spotless. We had room 322, king bed with sitting area & nice balcony overlooking one of the gardens. It was so quiet & peaceful you could hear a pin drop. The furnishings are elegant. Each floor offers a common sitting area with gorgeous furnishings.Sadly, we did not have time to explore the spa, pool or exercise area....next time for sure. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts in their restaurant & drinks in the lounge. The nicest,most helpful staff we've ever had the pleasure to meet. I wish we had more time to spend, which leaves room for a return visit. This hotel is an absolute must stay!! Highly recommended! Thank you Quinta del Rey.

The breakfast was average. Plates should be heated when serving warm food. Coffee could be better. Service was great with very friendly and attentive staff. View of the garden and ambiance in the restaurant was perfect. The soft background music made for a relaxing way to start the morning. The bar was very nice where I enjoyed a margarita and cappuccino. Comfortable seating and attentive staff.

Went to Toluca for a business trip and stayed here for four nights. Spacious and cosy room with view on Hotel own park garden. Friendly and always helpful staff. Breakfast with many cold and warm choices including eggs prepared to order, meat dishes, several bread options and fruit Restaurant with nice food. Supermarket about 10 minutes walk as well as an outstanding steak grill restaurant. Bottled water was provided for free while a beer at the bar was 35,- pesos. Taxis could be ordered at the desk at any time and were available within minutes.

The Quinta del Rey hotel is a comfortable spacious hacienda-style hotel at the highway 15 (Mexico City-Toluca) at the east end of the city. Built in Mexican hacienda style, two storeys only and decorated in typical style of the 19. century, it offers spacious and comfortable rooms, all with view to the green inner courtyards. Even the bathroom is decorated with taps like swans, snakes and dragons in bronze. Very polite and helpful staff, parking possibilities inside a hotel courtyard (guarded), wheelchair access to all rooms. Spacious restaurant with international cuisine. Food okay, but nothing special to remember. Piano player at most days in the restaurant.

The hotel was well kept and very clean. The room was clean and spacious with air conditioning and our bed was very comfortable, made daily, and clean towels were supplied daily. Breakfast was delicious with many options. I will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our hotel stay. It appeared brand new, was astoundingly clean, had kind staff, and breakfast was delicious. We did hear train horns here and there, but it didn't affect our sleep or our enjoyment of the hotel. Did I mention the beautiful, covered courtyard garden? All the rooms had a gorgeous view of this perfectly maintained feature.

Breakfast is awesome! Authentic Mexican food. The staff is friendly and always looking to better suit all your needs. I always stay at this hotel when I visit Toluca, it is cozy, convenient and provides exceptional customer service.

What a sparkling clean hotel! What an amazing customer service delivered from each of the employees. This hotel exceeded my expectations, I've stayed in several hotels since 13 years ago and this one was wonderful. The housekeeping team is doing an excellent job keeping the rooms clean. The hotel hallways smells really pleasant. Patricia, Teresa and all the reception staff were very friendly and showing professionals attitude, helpful team!. Breakfast was good as well (I loved the omelette). A pharmacy (crossing the street), 2 gas station and a restaurant within a walking distance. Thank you very much for everything and I would love to stay there again on my next Toluca visit.

I got a great deal with this hotel app & received a nice, clean hotel room. The staff was amazing. The breakfast buffet was great. The gym & pool were very nice and clean. The water was warm. The hot water was very nice & the water stream was strong. A/C & heating was awesome. Great WiFi connection too. The only con was the beds were full-size (too small) for 4 ppl. And the view from our window was obstructed by the a/c machinery. But wasn’t an issue for the price we paid.

It was very nice. Rooms are large. The bed was comfortable but could have been a little softer. There are snacks in the hallway by elevator and coffee and a few breakfast things in the morning.

Overall a good hotel. We had a minor issue with our room (were given a wrong one initially) which was promptly fixed. Very clean, quiet, breakfast is good.

We love this hotel and look forward to staying here when in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is well maintained and always has a welcoming clean smell. The staff at the breakfast buffet is amazing, specifically Bruno and Gina who go above and beyond to satisfy guests. They offer many more choices than any other HIE we have visited throughout the US or Mexico. Highly recommend this location!!

The hotel is a very nice,clean hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are big, and the shower was very comfortable. The hotel has a very modern look, and a great location. It is located in front of Galerias Metepec. The only problem was the service. It was not bad, it was slow and the front desk was not very welcoming, but that was the only thing that they could improve. In conclusion this hotel is great for business or otherwise highly recommend it. It has to improve but no hotel is perfect.

I loved the room layout, its modern and confrotable, it has a heater system that works perfectly, it was a very cold night. It was very clean. The free breakfast buffet has a lot of options, fruit, cereal, eggs, beans, coffee, tea, juices. The only drawback is that is next to the hotel is a bar or karaoke bar and its loud until very late. But it didnt bother us, we were on the other side. (Or you can go and have some drinks)

Check in No problems and the front desk clerk was helpful and spoke english. The lobby is very cool and modern looking. Room Nice and updated. Large and had a desk. My one problem is the lighting is very dim. It was hard to make it bright in my room, but it really wasn't a huge problem. What was great is the window has a sliding door and not a curtain so it was very dark at night. Bed Nice bed with 2 sets of firm and soft pillows. TV They have a decent amount of channels but it takes a long time to navigate. FYI For english speakers there are a few english language news channels. They rest are all spanish. Internet Kind of poor. Its very hard to actually connect. Half of the group wasn't able to connect at all. When you do connect the speeds are decent. Breakfast As someone stated in an earlier review the breakfast is very large and good. I was very please and the service was very friendly. The attendant even tried to teach me some spanish. Bathroom No problems with hot water and had it quick. It a nice large stand up shower with no tub. Area There are a few restaurant right in the complex. There is also an Oxxo and mall right across the street. Overall I was very pleased with the hotel and would be happy to stay there again.

Friendly, helpful bilingual staff, Eduardo was great, at front desk. Well appointed rooms, free parking, great breakfast buffet. Location is great with malls, restaurants, clubs close by in walking distance. Gay friendly.

Very clean, huge comfy bed and large TV with netflix etc. Also a very nice hot shower and free toiletries.

Muy mal, me dieron una habitación que tenía un aparato en e exterior que hizo ruido todo el tiempo y los cajones de estacionamiento son muy pequeños e incómodos. No fué una buena experiencia pero no fue culpa del personal. Por lo demás, bien.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, limpio, agua caliente, servicio a la habitación muy amable, y cómodo. Lo único que me incomodó fue que uno de los recepcionistas estaba jugando con su teléfono y no me gustó su atención

We reserved two rooms at Microtel Toluca and everyone had a wonderful 3 night stay. The hotel and rooms are super clean, the beds are very comfortable; the breakfast was great; and staff was friendly. I was a bit hesitant since the price was so good, but everything was great. We stayed on the 2nd floor rooms 220 and 214. The elevators were super quick. The breakfast opens at 6:30am, not a minute sooner, but they had real plates and silverware (contrary to a review I had read). It included fresh fruit, yogurt and granola; cereals; fresh juice; eggs and meat; breads; coffee; tea. Everything was delicious and filling. We didn’t have any issues finding seating space for breakfast. In the evenings they had coffee, tea, and water always available by the lobby. We had to ask for a hand towel, but bath towels were there. They also brought us an iron upon request. There are no safes in the room, but the cleaning lady seemed very trustworthy and did a magnificent job cleaning our room daily. The soap bar was great. There is no free shuttle to the airport; but we were able to reserve an inexpensive Uber pick up at a specified time 7:00am and the Uber driver arrived a few minutes early (with our Uber app). The hotel is maybe 10 min from the airport with normal traffic, so very convenient. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this hotel and definitely look forward to our next visit here

The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean, everything looks new, its great. The hotel its located right next to a big "mall" where you can find a supermarket, shopping stores and a food court. Its close to the airport, and the hotel offers you free transport, but you have to book it 24 hours early. I used it to go to an artisanal town called Metepec, also to go to Atenco, the last one was horrible and i dont recommend to go there :) The breakfast is delicious and its a buffet. They offer happy hour Mon-Thu i think, and free coffee (normal or decaf) at any hour you like. The place doesn't have a restaurant but you can order room service from a near restaurant. One little bad thing is that the pool is not heated, and Toluca is a forever cold city, i mean: in mid July i was freezing with a long sleeve and a pea coat, so you can never get in the pool i think. My experience in this hotel was very nice.

The hotel is not fancy but very comfortable, clean and with friendly service. Free breakfast is very good, and the the hotel is well appointed with pool and exercise facility. The best feature is the adjacent location in easy walking distance to Sandero Mall where there is a Starbucks, many restaurants, a supermarket, banks, and many retail shops. I have stayed in more luxurious properties such as the Crowne Plaza Toluca, but this Holiday Inn Express has a far superior location and I will choose this property again.

My room (it was not a suite) was clean and adequate. The staff in front desk are helpful and friendly. Hotel provides free shuttle service to and from airport if it's within reasonable hours. They can even provide you shuttle to work if the distance is within a commuting distance. (Don't forget to tip your driver!) Breakfast is ok, mostly catered towards Mexican taste. The pool is much smaller than the picture leads you to believe. Plenty of TV channels in Spanish and English. Hotel is next to a shopping mall and grocery store. The area within close proximity of the hotel is fairly safe. There is also SCOTIA bank ATM in front of the mall. If you have account in Bank of America, you can withdraw money without paying an ATM or exchange FEE! Airport is about 10 minutes from this place and it should cost you any where from 50 to 90 peso (4 to 7 dollars) depending where your starting point is. If you are on business for short duration it's good place to stay.

After driving from Acapulco our group was exhausted when we pulled into the Holiday Inn Express Aeropuerto Toluca. It was super clean, our rooms were good sized, and the mattresses were wonderful, big fluffy pillows, a/c, tv, and a nice big bathroom with hot shower. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast that was included was actually pretty good. Location is great being walking distance to restaurants and indoor mall with a grocery store attached.

I like the property’s efforts to become a more sustainable company. The staff was great and attentive. My favorite part of the stay was the high quality toilet paper that’s really rare to find in Mexico. I suppose it’s becuase of their drainage systems, but at least this toilet paper did not dissolve at the touch. The only issue we had was the design of the shower. The showerhead shoots straight out into the bathroom floor and the curtain isn’t long enough to stop the bathroom from becoming a safety hazard. Your best bet is to lay down a towel and try to block the water with your body. There was a heating unit/ac in the room which was amazing to have since its been chilly. Unfortunately we didn’t wake up in time for breakfast but there is free coffee and tea in the lobby. There is also a vending machine with a variety of items: chips, razors, shampoo, in case you forgot something. Next door you will find an OXXO convenience store for snacks. And about two miles away is a small shopping plaza. I would definitely come back again.

by paying less than 60 dollars, you can't expect much. it's a small hotel with just the necessary, including the American breakfast (hot breakfast is not included), hot water, and air conditioner. the rooms are tight but clean. you get what you pay for.

I have seen several reviews describing this property as outdated and the service bad, especially in the restaurant. Neither could be further from the truth. The facility looks and feels new. Every staff person I met was courteous and friendly. The room with king bed was clean and comfortable, although the tv remote seemed unnecessarily complicated. Cigarette smoke infiltrated the room one night. The breakfast buffet was meh, and I didn’t know till too late you could order from the menu. I had a delicious club sandwich one night that was served promptly and friendly. The location close to several industries and the Galerías Mall is perfect.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The facilities were well maintained and clean. The room had wood or wood-look floors, no carpet. It had all the basic stuff, king bed, desk, TV, nice chair and ottoman, shampoo/conditioner-one, shower gel, bottle of water, and plenty of towels. No snack bar or alcohol in the room. The restaurant was first rate, but the menu was only available in Spanish. I had to ask for help to understand the menu. Help came very easily. Received a complimentary VIP beverage! Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful. Only negative during my short stay was the bad gassy smell I woke up to. The city smells bad in the morning. Not the hotel's fault at all.

This hotel is beautiful and clean, rooms are modern. All the personnel greet you in a very friendly manner. The restaurant located inside the hotel was great.Service was top notch.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The rooms are large and comfortable. Its a little dated but great value for money. The reception was incredibly helpful.

We needed a hotel close to Toluca airport and this was our find. We had 2 couples in 2 rooms and the rooms were perfectly designed for a short stay with every thing one might need - good bed, bathroom completely supplied, hot water, laundry available, free breakfast, free airport transportation and only one mile from the airport entrance. We felt that parking was safe. Staff was helpful to provide a wake-up call for an early flight time. We found the facility very clean and the staff very accommodating. A large shopping center is less that 10 minutes away on the same street with plenty of restaurants for a good evening meal.

We wanted a hotel close to the Toluca airport with a late check-out time as our flight was in the afternoon. Amenities were not important. We only needed a place to sleep and to eat breakfast. This hotel fit the bill. Our room was very clean and functional. It was interesting to see how they had used the space to its best advantage. The breakfast was more than we expected. There was a good selection of quality fruits, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee/tea, as well as cold cereal, toast, sweet buns and scrambled eggs with an accompanying tomatillo sauce and tostadas., The airport shuttle arrived on time and it was a short trip to the airport. The only drawback to this hotel is that there are no nearby restaurants (as far as I could tell). If you needed to eat supper, it looked as if a car was needed.

Modern hotel with interior and rooms à la IKEA...stark modern Scandinavian design (not for those who want classic or rustic Mexicana). Excellent breakfast included. No restaurants or bars are located nearby...only ideal if you have your own car or enjoy taking a taxi.

All I can say about this hotel is wow. I arrived without a reservation. People in the front desk where incredible! I order some food from TacoInn, the food was delivered within 20 minutes and the delivery guy even brought a credit card terminal. The lobby offers 25/7 coffee and tea at no aditional charge. They also have a vending machine. The room was so clean... The bed is really comfortable. Breakfast is really good, eggs, orange juice and a mexican variation: highly recommended!

Good hotel very near to aeropuerto. Wonderful, helpful, friendly efficient staff. The staff was the highlight of the stay. Small, clean, efficient rooms for short stay. Shuttle to airport. Very good breakfast. Would stay there again if traveling to/through Toluca.

Great location, very central. Walking distance to everything downtown. Oxxo and some restaurants right around the corner. Parking is very safe. Staff were friendly and room was comfortable.

Location is a block from the busy arches in the historic center but is more peaceful. Our room faced the street but was quiet at night. Carpet was new, bed was comfortable, bedding was nice. There was a small place to hang clothes and 3 large drawers. Tile and condition of the bathroom was good with an odd window for venting that looked into a space between rooms and some water pipes. Hand and bath soaps were in dispensers on the wall with bottles of lotion and mouth wash. The shower was just lukewarm for me, better for my husband. Drinking water, hot and cold, was on the floor near the elevator with paper cone cups plus one plastic cup provided in the room. Front desk and cleaning staff were cheery and helpful.

We were quit impressed with the hotel and location overall. The room was spotless and modernized. We are already plannng to go back next year. The staff was quite friendly and helpful.

The hotel is dated but very clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet.

The parking was fine and the room was OK despite being a bit jaded. It's a big place and needs more guests! Plenty of hot water. The room did get relatively hot due to the large window and it's exposure. The hotel has a large restaurant/cafe which seems to be permanently closed which is a shame as it means a walk for breakfast. The centre of town is only 15minutes walk and is well worth visiting. The hotel has good parking, potentially good facilities and plumbing that works. It just needs the investment to make it tops.

I went to Mexico for my brothers wedding. His fiance booked us rooms at the City Express in Toluca. The service was amazing! The hotel was very clean, spacious rooms, and everyone was very friendly. They have had staff that speak very good English. This was surprising because Toluca is not a tourist place. Every morning breakfast was served fresh and was very delicious and also had great healty options. They went out of their way to take us where we needed and to satisfy our needs. The location is great too, there is a shopping mall right next door with great restaurants, stores and a great salon. I will definitely return and stay there!

The staff was very friendly and helpful at check-in and arranging a courtesy shuttle. The room was clean and everything worked fine. They have computers for use in case you aren't traveling with one and give a modest continental breakfast. I felt safe and it's adjacent to shopping center with several restaurants. The only criticism is that the hallway rugs were stained in many places and seemed dirty which detracted which detracted from my otherwise favorable impression.

Beautiful rooms, reservations from USA were Fantastic. Clean rooms, liked the shower colors, floor and carpet, all brand new. Room service was very needed at night. it was fine. Personal service excellent, breakfast included excellent and good very good choice of food. liked that you recycle. Transportation and transactions very smooth. Very clean. Thank you. Very nice hotel and friendly staff. They did great cleaning my room. The breakfast served is nice but the menu is the same everyday. Perhaps they can change the menu. The room is very clean and well maintained.

The room was clean, breakfast was provided daily, and the hotel was close to the airport plus you get free wifi.

The hotel was good for what I needed if for. Stayed only one night, the breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and provided excellent service, they helped me order a takeout dinner late at night when I did the check-in. The location is very Industrial and lots of traffic, but the was closed by the company I was visiting.

I had no issues with my room. Everything was clean and space was enough. I was told my reservation was canceled upon arrival and had to pay a higher price which I did not like. Breakfast really didn't have many options. Had coffee and toast.

Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a bit small and there is no face cloths in the bathrooms. Not sure if this is a norm in Mexico.

This hotel is rather old, however Radisson did a great job by making the rooms very comfortable. Rooms are spacious - even gave me a upgrade to the rooms on the corridor. With a jacuzzi. Nice indoor garden. Restaurant food is good, but only thing is missing is a nice comfy bar.

We chose this hotel for an overnight stay because of its good reputation and the fact that it is just a short taxi ride away from the bus station. When we arrived the hotel, we found it was even nicer than expected. It is a well maintained property and the rooms are spacious and very clean. We had dinner at their onsite restaurant and found the food to be well prepared and tasty. (We chose Mexican specialties.). The service in both the restaurant and bar, and also at the front desk, was friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

The staff was not friendly. They were obviously not happy to see me arrive at the property on a bicycle. The only thing they could say to welcome me was that bicycles are not allowed in the rooms. The bike is actually a pretty expensive and after a discussion with the manager, they reluctantly allowed me to take it in. I've been traveling all through Mexico on the bike. No other places I stayed at had an issue with me putting the bike in the room. The rooms at this Hotel were nicer than average but nothing special to give justification against bicyclist. The other thing was the shower. There were 4 knobs and not one of them supplied hot water. After fussing with it for 30 minutes I settled for a tolerably cold and abbreviated shower. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet included with the room was very nice. They served several hot dishes, fruit juices and eggs cooked to order. But they were not fully set up until a half hour after they opened. Anyone needing to get an early start (before 8am) should probably skip the breakfast. Also, the wifi in the room worked very well. In summary though, I almost certainly would seek out a different hotel for my next visit to Toluca.

Was there recently for the wedding of a friend as well as spending the night. Very big and has all that one will need whether one is in Toluca as a tourist, on business, renting one of the many huge conference rooms or just to relax. The courtyard is really nice and relaxing. The rooms are a good size, have air conditioning, free wifi and there is also a swimming pool. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet and menu as a whole. The hotel is nicley located with east access to Toluca or the nearby shopping mall of Galerias Toluca which also has cafes and restaurants. Inside the hotel there is also a Punto del Cielo coffee shop and there is also a vending machine for soft drinks as well as an ice machine. The must see Toluca sight is more or less across the road.................... Torres Bicentenario

Just did an overnight here. The room and whole hotel were clean, spacious and had all expected facilities/supplies one expects at a Radisson—except no hair dryer—which would have been useful after the lovely early morning swim I had in the heated pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did not use the dining room (there’s a Starbucks next door). The location is OK—easy taxi to the center or airport but not walking distance to anywhere and hemmed in by highways. The room was quiet.

Fantastic place, very attentive employees, best breakfast during our whole trip, great Dinner and Drinks. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, from checking in, during the whole stay and until we left. The pool is heated, big and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I highly recommend the Archeological site (see pictures) it is the only round Pyramid we saw on our trip, dedicated to the god of the wind.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!

Wonderful stay for a total of 8 nights. Hotel is super clean, especially enjoyed the awesome water pressure and lots of hot water and the firm and comfortable bed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, especially Carlos Evan Gicomo. Loved the included breakfast, lots of choices and the Sunday buffet was overwhelming. The restaurant staff was wonderful especially our lovely hostess Judich Hernandez.

We found this dog friendly hotel at the last minute after a very long drive. Suites inn checked all we needed for the night, was very affordable, had great reviews and allowed us to check in past midnight. It was very quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing, even offering a Dog Kit with bed, bowls. The rooms are huge, comfortable and spotless, all the amenities and even have pool, spa, etc...We had breakfast in the lobby because i had my dog, and they even brought a dog bed for her, a heater for us. I'm very grateful to the staff 🙏. Thank you.

My room was big, comfortable, updated and extremely clean. Jorge, at the front desk, was personable and professional, I appreciated his personal attention to ensuring my stay was perfect. The onsite restaurant was a plus as well as having room service available 24/7. Thank you.

Excellent food and service, anything you'd order will be delicious. I don't recall the name of my waiter at the restaurant but he was awesome, he was foreign I think. Everyone were kind and my room was pretty spacious and modern. receptionist María was incredible and helpful.

Staff is very helpful, Carlos, Jorge, Luis, Anas, Mari, Frida were really helpful throughout my stay. The room is beautiful and the house cleaning service is very satisfactory. Overall my stay was amazing with the help of friendly staff who would help me at any hour since I did not speak Spanish.

This was a great hotel experience. The staff worked hard to accommodate us and we're very happy to help. The room was very clean, the bar was a great time with an enthusiastic bartender and the restaurant food was delicious.

I was here for a quick one night stay and it was perfect for that. The room was clean and comfortable although the bathroom is a little small. The location was perfect to see everything that Toluca has to offer.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They do not speak English but were patient with our limited spanish and always tried to assist anyway they could. The location is ideal for walking around the historic centre. Very clean and spacious.

Fantastic location right in the middle of everything so much to do eat see, very comfortable room, very friendly staff. Decently comfortable bed, huge towels, plenty of storage even an entire closet. At this price point I didn't expect it but the staff came in and cleaned the room and changed the towels and stuff for a 2 night stay.

Super central, you can walk to all touristic spot and many restaurants around.

We only stayed here one night so unfortunately our experience was limited as a result and we didn’t get to make use of the facilities provided. Breakfast wasn’t included so we decided before leaving (After checking out) we’d try somewhere nearby. There’s a fantastic place across the road to the left which was delicious and very well priced. Pity we weren’t staying longer as we loved to have tried there for dinner. The hotel was very clean and tidy, hand sanitizers were installed on walls and in the elevator. Check in was very swift and polite. The room itself was a little small but wasn’t an issue. Our room faced to the front of the building onto the road but this also wasn’t an issue at all, no noise throughout the night. The WiFi connection was decent and the tv service was good (huge tv). The bathroom was really nice and the shower was very good and hot. They have a car park under the hotel which is 50pesos a night, pretty good. It’s a bit tight and small to get around and we had some difficulties being in a very long large older car. The ramps are very steep so the underneath got scraped going in and out unfortunately. Though being able to park the car there was very handy. There’s also a car park across the road l, not connected to the hotel if you needed it. All in all, our short stay was good and comfortable. We didn’t get to try the restaurant unfortunately so can’t say if it’s good value etc. But the hotel and its staff are warm and friendly.

The Fiesta Inn is just a few meters away from the history city center of Toluca. The Hotel is located in a small side road - which is for Mexican city centers pretty silent. The hotel has guarded car parking for 50MXP the night. The rooms are in very good and clean condition. The interior seems very new. There is room service for acceptable pricing. Breakfast in the restaurant is buffet or a la carte. There is also a Bar in the lobby, which closes at 11pm. In general the staff is very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay there

Comfortable, normal hotel. Clean and convenient with good a breakfast buffet. It is not an overpriced luxury hotel. It is just what I need when I go to Toluca. I stay often at this hotel.

The hotel was centrally located and close to restaurants,museums and the main plaza. It was clean and modern and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, especially Rodrigo. We did have an issue with the air conditioning but it was promptly repaired. Our reservation included one buffet breakfast and the food was good. Overall, a good experience and we would stay here again.

I was there on business trip 4 nights. Good choice to stay there in downtown Toluca. You find restaurants, bars and something for sightseeing in walking distance. The hotel got parking place. The rooms are clean and clear. The breakfast is amazing and the staff always friendly. I’ll come back next trip. Greatz SFI

Was really happy with the quality of the room and hotel for the price. Staff was always present and dinning staff were always fast to come see you with fresh fruit and coffee when you sit down . Noise does travel easy through the hallways so if guests are loud returning to their rooms you hear it. Would like to see face cloths in the rooms and better shower heads that don’t spray in different directions. Maybe 2-3 English Channel options

The only thing I didn't like was the view (not big deal), I had to view another hotel room.

I spent a whole week there, the staff and the hotel were great but not excellent. Wifi doesnt work on third floor and it barely works on their restaurant. There is no freaking elevator so if you come back late while drunk or with a lot of heavy stuff be aware, no elevator

Good Hotel, stayed for 1 night for business. Clean and good service. For sleep over was perfect.

Only thing was wifi signal to poor. But ok to spend the night on business trip.
