Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in West Palm Beach

We loved this hotel, thanks to the location we never had to rent a car. A mall-like complex was within walking distance and the complimentary airport shuttle made coming here a breeze. The pool was beautiful, T-shaped, and the jacuzzi was very relaxing and enjoyable. That said, there were a few speed bumps. We used the app to book a room ahead of time only to be told the room had been taken by someone else when we arrive. Thankfully the front desk graciously upgraded us to a better room to compensate for the error. Second, one elevator wasn't working the second day - our key card wouldn't activate it (same with everyone else) and there was some confusion until it was re-set so that everyone could ride that elevator again. Lastly (and this isn't unique to the property), we really dislike the daily $15 "resort fee" that is slapped on everyone's bill that can only be reimbursed as a food or beverage credit. It's clearly meant to subsidize the hotel's food offerings but it's annoying to force your guests to spend $15 in the hotel every day whether they need something from there or not, lest they lose that $15. We were out sightseeing for most of the day and remembered at the last minute that we hadn't used the $15. So we hastily grabbed a bag of overpriced cashews and whatnot before going to bed. Nobody asked for this fee and reimburse scheme, just keep your standards high and your guests will use your food offerings naturally. Other that, we had a good stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach while attending IECSC, and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was welcoming, professional and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish and inviting. My room was spotless, spacious and well-appointed with clean, modern decor. I also had the opportunity to dine at Galley, the hotel's restaurant, and it was an excellent experience. My server, Jason(hope I remembered his name correctly!), was attentive and professional. The food and service were both outstanding. Special thanks to Dante at the front desk for his excellent service. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Franklin! Well, actually Chris Inman, who was very pleasant and thanked me for choosing Hilton. That thoughtful gesture truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

We’re having an amazing stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are spacious and well equipped. We have taken breakfast every morning in the Mezze restraunt, each morning we were looked after by Nickesha who was super attentive and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Her warm friendly personality matched the amazing freshly prepared breakfasts. Nickesha is a real credit to the hotel and she made our breakfast experience so enjoyable 💖. Thank you to the Hilton Team & especially Nickesha!

What a beautiful retreat we had at the Hilton West Palm Beach. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel employees were kind and attentive. The pool was amazing!!! We got to see out on the city, such a pretty view! We also loved the free airport and city shuttle! We went to the beach, to dinner and shopping on the shuttle! We also walked across the street to City Place with tons of restaurants. What a relaxing and pretty place to be for a conference!

Super clean..shower and sinks had great water pressure. Very quiet inside. Valet was prompt. Staff very professional and attentive. Can’t recommend enough!

The hotel was easy to locate, booking in was a breeze, the room was very clean the coffee machine was a plus we got a good rest the bed was very comfortable. the staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and attended to us promptly. There were multiple choices at the breakfast buffet table .the food was on point we enjoyed our anniversary we would visit again. I must say the manager he texted us constantly to check on us to see if everything was OK 👍I like that .I forgot his name that was very sweet of him.

Located near shopping, short drive (not walk) to downtown West Palm Beach, parking garage convenient with plenty of spaces. Room was on 9th floor, but elevators were speedy and responsive. Room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff was attentive, courteous, and professional. A great value, overall.

It was an absolutely nice stay, from front desk to my room, the breakfast. It was all nice and comfortable. I had a nice riom with a view. Breakfast was delicious, specially the bacons. The hotel is, walking distance to target and the outlet. Free safe parking. The only negative I will mention are, we were told that the pool closes at 8 pm, rather we were told by maintenance that it coses an hour early. That was a bummer. The shower pressure wasn't too strong, and the drainage was slow. Overall, my stay was very nice!

The staff was accommodating, professional, helpful. James at the front desk was very helpful. Michael at the bar/ restaurant was also very helpful.

We stayed for one night and did not have any issue. I selected this hotel for its location - it was close to everything we wanted to see at the West Palm beach. I booked the package with breakfast included, the selection is not a lot but is enough to get my day going. We most likely will not go to West Palm beach again; but I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind the view. (Our view was the parking lot so nothing really to see)

Stayed at this Embassy over the weekend with my family, as Hhonor members we always stay at Hilton hotels and pick Embassy Suites where available. Overall it was a good stay. The facility is within 10 min from both PBI and the downtown area both served by a very convenient hotel shuttle. The beach is also 15 min away by cab. Not much to do around the hotel otherwise. The property could use little makeovers but Overall is a good 3 stars hotel. The staff was cordial, especially Shameka at the front desk, she was amazing and a true reflection of great customer service, you can tell when someone loves what she does. Like all Embassy the suite was spacious and the balcony a great add on, thank you for the upgrade! Breakfast was good too, not a big variety in the breads area like I have seen elsewhere but still a big selection of options overall. The cook to order omelett was perfect! Unlike some other open bar evening reception we had at other locations, here you get 2 free alcoholic drinks per person, still enough for us, along with little snacks. We used the pool and the hot tub as well, the kids had a blast. It is a really big facility with lots of meeting areas as well. Overall I would have probaly preferred a hotel closer to the beach or in the city center due to the nature of our stay but since the shuttle was convenient and we love Embassy we had a good weekend, if back in the area will go back. Beautiful grand atrium where a complimentary evening reception is held; as well as a fantastic complimentary breakfast buffet is served, including made- to-order omelettes. The hotel was very clean in all areas; as well as the pool and deck. The room was spacious, had very comfortable beds and we appreciated having a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are attending a concert at the ITHINK Amphitheater. Otherwise it is a short drive to the public beach and nice downtown shopping district.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant. Afternoon cocktails are included with a nice snack table to include fresh vegetables and chips and dip. Breakfast had a nice variety of items including made to order eggs.

Perfect stay in every way. Very clean, very modern. Plug-ins available. Room was spacious, and very conveniently located to multiple shopping & eateries. Breakfast each morning was hot and GREAT. Very convenient business center also, located at the edge of the dining area. I was able to conduct an online meeting there during breakfast. Beds were great, and plenty of long pillows. The elevators worked perfectly. All the parking was convenient to a door. There was a nice-looking exercise room and pool also. I would re-book here in a heart-beat if coming back. It's also near the spring-training MLB stadium, although I didn't have a chance to go there.

For our purpose, being close to JFK North Hospital, it was a very good location. It was also close to a Cracker Barrel restaurant. The hotel was new looking, the beds were comfortable, wifi was good and they had a good breakfast. The lady who was in charge of the breakfast was especially friendly and helpful.

I thought the location was very nice. The management staff was exceptional, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. The manager Frank went out of his way to make sure that we were Fully accommodated. The night staff Bentley, and the other young man was Amazing. The breakfast was hot and good and was ready before it was time to go to the port.

The General Manager Michelle Coleus and her team were always ready to answer our questions and assist in every way possible, which made our stay a very happy and unforgettable one.

We stayed here while attending the Barrett Jackson Auto Auction. The hotel is close to I-95, yet it is very quiet and in a beautiful location. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. Good breakfast bar, pretty much the same as all HIE. Great stay!!

The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast every morning, which had a great variety of fresh options.

I like it was near the port of palm beach and some really great restaurants and other local businesses. The hotel itself was beautiful, tastefully decorated. My room was clean and comfortable, very relaxing, comfortable bed. I had a great night sleep.

The front desk and valet staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel appeared clean and had a pleasant scent. Our room was mostly tidy, but I noticed the floors could have used a better mopping, and the rug under the bed wasn’t vacuumed. However, the linens and towels looked and smelled fresh. My wife and I felt that the management's execution of their ideas could use some improvement. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon for one night, and we chose this hotel partly because it features two bars/restaurants. Unfortunately, the restaurant near the lobby was closed until dinner, leaving us with only the rooftop bar for cocktails. Although it was only 2 PM and not very busy, the indoor DJ was far too loud for the space, making it impossible to have a conversation. It felt more like a nightclub in Vegas than a relaxing bar, although both bartenders were friendly and welcoming. Our experience was different when we returned for breakfast the next morning, as the bartenders were less inviting. We walked by the pool a few times, but it didn’t look inviting. It was crowded with high-top tables and chairs, while the lounge chairs were cramped together on one side, all occupied. To make the most of our stay, we decided to explore downtown, which is conveniently walkable from the hotel. The hotel also offers a golf cart service to transport guests around the area, which is definitely a highlight.

The Canopy is beautiful! We had a wonderful time! We got off the Brightline train and walked just a few nice blocks to check in. They held our luggage since we were early and we explored City place on bikes for lunch and shopping. When we came back to check in, they had already put our luggage in our room... nice touch. The room was large and clean and super comfortable with a great view of the city. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which has a connected restaurant and bar. The walkway around the pool is narrow, but the seating was adequate. There is a view of the ocean in the distance on one side. The Service was 7 out of 10. I only say that because we had to ask 4 times for pool towels. We ate breakfast in the downstairs restaurant, that is created to be like underground, like under a huge tree, in a cool way. Food was delicious and they had healthy options. We always look for Canopy hotels wherever we travel.

There was a lot to love- comfortable beds, wonderful shower and toiletries, very clean, great views, extremely attentive and helpful front desk staff. Also loved the ride service to downtown area. Breakfast was also delicious. Mike, the bartender at Treehouse, was also very attentive.

I love the artwork on display and the fresh vibe. As soon as you walk in, the art pops, and the rest of the lobby is minimal and not fussy. The valet is great, and you can tip on the app, which, for me, was a huge plus. It helps to make tipping convenient and prevents you from having to scramble for cash or ask for a Venmo account. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room is clean and minimal. There is great lighting, although the bathroom could use a lighted vanity mirror. One important feature is that the shower is designed correctly. You can turn it on without getting doused by the shower because it is on the shower wall opposite the showerhead. It's the little things like that that score high ratings for me. The closet is open and has a large flat surface for an open suitcase, so it doesn't need to be on the bed or floor. I'd stay here again over other properties because of these features. Also, the restaurant food was excellent.

Upgraded to a beautiful spacious suite upon arrival. Nice dinner al fresco at the rooftop restaurant/lounge with beautiful views and gorgeous rooftop pool. The main restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner on Monday. Will definitely stay here again.

My family and I spent a night at the Hampton Inn in West Palm Beach near the airport. The hotel was very clean and very well maintained. When I arrived at the property I approached the reception counter and the staff member who helped me was very professional and I was checked in efficiently. Soon we were on our way up to our room. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. The room and the bathroom were clean and everything was well-maintained. There was a nice TV with a good selection of channels. In the morning we enjoyed the free breakfast. There were waffle makers which is always nice. There was also toast, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal with toppings like brown sugar and raisins, dry cereal, milk, and juices. It was a good breakfast and the breakfast area was well-maintained and well stocked. I can recommend this Hampton Inn.

What a great hotel! We arrived after midnight, our room was ready and the clerk that checked us in was delightful. Our room was on the third floor, a room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean and comfortable with one of the largest bathrooms I've ever had in a chain hotel. The only issue we had was the shampoo bottle was empty. It is a large bottle so not sure how how housekeeping missed this but we advised them at check out so the next guest can wash their hair. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices and everything was SPOTLESS in the breakfast room. The young man handling everything was excellent. Supplies were well stocked, nothing ran out. When we checked out, the girl checking us out was also friendly and helpful. Great find near the airport.

Located close to the I95 and West Palm Beach airport, the hotel was easy to find. The staff were very welcoming. Both the room and bathroom were clean and very spacious. The bed was particularly comfortable. The buffet style breakfast offered a fair variety of items including self made waffles. The hotel overall appeared to be in good condition. There were signs of wear in some places it wasn’t tired looking.

The room and bathroom were spacious, quiet, clean , and comfortable . Comfy beds and pillows. Their shuttle picked us up from the airport at midnight, and drove us back the next morning to pick up a rental car. Plenty of tables in the breakfast area. Breakfast offerings were just ok.

The desk clerks both on check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The room and bathroom were both spotless. (It would be helpful to have a few more towel bars and/or clothes-hooks to hang clothes on while showering and wet towels after showering.) The breakfast buffet had a fairly decent selection, but we got there about 15 minutes before closing time and there were missing food items that were not replenished.

I'm a diamond member, and I was treated fantastic at this hotel. This is an older hotel but well cared for. The hotel is an average hilton, but what makes this hotel special are the employees. I was greeted by a very friendly front desk clerk denoya, she allowed me to check early and explained the hotel and my benefits to me and my wife, everytime I walked through the lobby and she was at the front desk she greeted me and asked if my stay was good. The food and beverage manager, young man,excellent was waiting g tables in the italian restaurant at night and clearing tables helping the waitress and waiter in the breakfast room. Also, check on guests' needs in the breakfast room. Michael made a great omelet and was very friendly. Waitress Nelson and Melody in the evening were very nice, helpful, and friendly. Hotel ac cold Shower hot and strong Wifi good Location very close to airport and have free shuttle. This was the only hotel available when we were evacuated from St. Augustine, I didn't pick it up, but I'm glad I came here. The restaurant is fantastic italian food. I would stop there just to eat it is so good. Great stay, thanks, hilton PBI

We love coming to the Hilton staff amazing it was our sons Birthday. We had a wonderful time. Hotel clean , staff amazing and philip at the bar the best so friendly and hard working he keeps us coming back. The food was amazing as well everything we ordered off menu so tasty. We enjoy hotel as well we can bring our jet ski boat ramp 5 minutes away.

Erick is very helpful, warm-hearted, and excellent person. Whenever we needed help, he assisted us with both transportation and city recommendations. We didn’t have any problems with the hotel also, and the staff in the breakfast area were very attentive and kind. They approached minor issues with a solution-oriented attitude and ensured we weren’t inconvenienced. Amazing service from Phillip at the Tiki Bar, Paul at Breakfast, Tiffany at the front desk, Nicole at the bar, and Orlando at luggage! Will go back again because of these great people!! The food was great, questions answered, and had a restful and relaxing time!

If you’re heading to Palm Beach, this is the place to stay. First of all it’s a lovely property and from check in with Jay and the great valet staff to check out with Kiersten, you will enjoy every moment of your stay. We received a complimentary upgrade because of our Marriott Bonvoy status and the front desk staff helped us find the most memorable and fun things to do. Definitely download the Circuit app that takes you all over the area for free. We enjoyed the breakfast immensely and the eggs were spectacular. The area is kept so clean and well stocked (even had gf toast!). The gym is well equipped and stocked nicely and the pool is delightful. There is great shopping nearby at the Square and don’t miss the rooftop restaurant at renovation hardware. Definitely not just a hardware store anymore! Spruzzo was the best nightlife at their rooftop bar with amazing views and music. The front desk staff also recommended a huge farmers market just a few streets away. Don’t miss it in season. You will be so glad you stayed here. I’m definitely coming back. Thanks again to everyone who helped us.

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart to downtown. Very clean and the staff was welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast was complementary and was nice not to have to go and stop somewhere before you start work or day at the beach. The Valet staff was exceptional....If You needed any info regarding restaurants or bars...they would recommend only the best. Tony and his team would go out of their way to ensure each guest was welcomed and felt at home. Great hotel for a great price.

We checked in on Friday, June 30, and stayed until Sunday, July 2. Everyone from the valet to the front desk crew was very friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed in a King Suite. Very clean. Room to spread out. Nice shower. Location was very convenient. Never needed our car. We brought our bikes. Everything was either walkable or easy biking. We will stay here again.

One of the best hotel experiences we've had and we're old and have traveled to some of the finest. First of all, the employees were amazing. Starting with Antone who listened to my needs over the phone and made sure he could accommodate them (better than I could have ever hoped) to Kristin, Ned, (wish I could remember more names) the people who worked in the kitchen, the women who cleaned our room- everyone friendly and more than helpful. Our room(s) were spotless and filled with everything one would need on vacation. The location is wonderful, walking distance to great restaurants, stores etc. We really look forward to returning next year. A big thank you to the entire team- well done!

For the price that we paid per night, it was perfect stay but it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel. It’s like a regular 3 star Hilton hotel. Location is perfect to airport, downtown and the beach. They have a shuttle van that could take you to airport and downtown if reserved a little ahead. Lyft was $8 each way to downtown, Uber was$10. Parking is $5 per night. Safe location right of I-95. Room was standing size with comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was tiny. A/c worked fine. Pool was ok but no hot tub. Front desk girls were all nice and friendly. We stayed 3 nights and there was no housekeeping all 3 nights which was perfect for us. If we can get the same price per night, Will definitely come back when traveling to West Palm Beach.

I have stayed at this property multiple times in the last month. As a Hilton diamond member, it is one of my favorite properties that I have visited. The customer service is absolutely incredible, the rooms are new and updated, the bar area is beautiful, and the Breakfast and dining options are great. Some absolute highlights of the property are the staff members. Specifically Yasmin and Antonio. They are so accommodating, so friendly, so welcoming, and so knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are a part of their family. They have gotten to know me as I have been traveling and staying at that hotel frequently in the last few months and always ask how my business is going and how I’m doing. It is very rare to get that kind of treatment these days as customer service seems to have slipped by the wayside with most companies. On top of that, they have an amazing leader in Stacy. She has trained everyone on her staff to provide the customer with the best experience possible. Her dedication, incredible skill set, bedside manner, and loyalty to the brand are extremely evident in a variety of ways. If you are looking for a great Hilton property to stay at in West Palm Beach, look no further.

Very close to the airport and clean. If you're looking to spend the night during a layover, this place is ideal with its airport shuttle. Quiet and secluded. With that said, there aren’t much for shopping or restaurants within comfortable walking distance. Uber and DoorDash are required if you want to get around or miss the restaurant opening hours.

My stay was wonderful and relaxing thanks to the amazing staff! From the front desk staff, Joseph who was very knowledgeable and professional as well as kind! Greg, the F & B Manager and the restaurants staff were kind and very accommodating. My mini vacation was made memorable because of your hospitality! Joseph you're a rock star!

Breakfast was wonderful. Make sure you have your voucher for the free breakfast otherwise you must pay about 18.00 per plate it’s a buffet. Server was very nice. Rooms clean and renovated.

Perfect overnight stop for Margaritaville at Sea cruise the next morning. My family and I got in at 10 p.m., I got checked in within two minutes. The first thing my mom said when getting into our room was “we need to stay at SpringHill Suites more often.” Room was spacious and we had an entire separate area for our luggage. Comfy beds and shower/sink area was great. Breakfast was AMAZING. Plenty of delicious options and well-managed. Don’t know when I’ll be back in West Palm again, but SpringHill Suites will be my go-to.

I had a wonderful experience on my 5 person family vacation. Upon arrival I did all major room checks for bugs, cameras, sheets, etc. Good on all those yay! I had a small issue with the sofa bed it was a little dirty. With no problems and a smile on her beautiful face, the front desk receptionist had the mattress replaced ASAP. The microwave gave me a problem on day 2, and it was replaced (drum roll please) with a brand new one out the box! Thank you !! I received room service the next day, a clean room, towels and more. They have towels by the pool, a fitness room, laundry area, with great breakfast with a wonderful staff to help you, WIFI with paid upgrade if needed. I mean for a family vacation stay I would say this was an amazing find. Whether I was on a budget or not, I would still stay at the Springhill Suites Marriott West Palm Beach.

We stayed at Springhill Suites as evacuees from Sarasota during Hurricane Milton. The staff was very curteous - and they were dealing with nervous people. The lobby area was spacious doubling as a relaxing spot, as well as breakfast area. It was kept clean. The food was restocked often. Overall, the staff was helpful during a difficult time. Well done!

The staff were amazing and so incredibly helpful!! Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Only two downsides, the pool was very dirty and the shower didn’t drain well at all. Those two things didn’t change how I felt about the hotel as a whole and would stay here again

The staff at the Spring Hill Suites were attentive and friendly. The Hotel itself was very clean. The breakfast selections were plentiful. Convenient access to Interstate 95 and a short ride to most major attractions. Overall a great stay.

Place was ok! Outside needs work. However the inside was nice. No breakfast and you even pay for coffee in the make shift restaurant and bar. Also the restaurant and bar are very expensive for a hotel lobby, restaurant and bar. It is more of a concession stand type restaurant bar. So if you really need to go and eat there be warned it’s expensive. If not within about 6 miles there’s plenty of nice restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was amazing. Everything was clean the shower was a little confusing and we didn’t care for the breakfast but everything else was amazing.

Staff was great. So friendly. Place convenient to airport. Bar if want a drink and little shop for munchies. . Little noisy because of location to airport. Other than that it is very safe, clean and rooms good. It would be nice if had shuttle. Even shared one w other hotels. There was like 5 of us waiting for Ubers.

This hotel was convenient to the airport, I was disappointed that there was no shuttle; however, the fantastic service from Paris and Collin was all that i needed. They accommodated my early check-in request and were very friendly. I will be staying again in July when i return. The room was clean and spacious.

Great overnight get away. The room was on the smaller side, but big enough for two people. Everything was very clean the bathroom very clean the grounds the pool the sitting in public areas was very nice. Looked very upscale and everything was very clean. We ate breakfast at the bistro and the food was fantastic for breakfast eggs cooked exactly the way you wanted them. The amenities in the bathroom very very high-quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Very conveniently located things to do within walking distance and the outlets are about 2 miles away although I wouldn’t walk there because the neighborhood as you get up that way is not the best. Felt very safe at the hotel. Everybody was super friendly would definitely stay again

Great place walkable to the downtown area bars and restaurants. We had a very nice room with a view of the lake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We love the area and will stay here again!

We stayed one night in February, with two adults and two teenagers. The front desk staff were extremely helpful, nice and even upgraded us to a newly renovated room on the top floor (Marriott Bonvoy member), which doesn't happen very often anymore! We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport and although the shuttle was fully booked for the morning (we had some flight troubles so drove from Miami to West Palm for an early morning flight), we were easily able to order an Uber for a 4:00am pickup. I would definitely stay again. We were able to have a glass of wine on the outside courtyard, which was decorated tastefully and comfortably. Once the mosquitos arrived, we were comfortable in the lobby. The restaurant onsite is good too.

I don’t always look forward to a standard business hotel but the west Palm beach Marriott is fit for purpose. It’s clean , spacious and has loads of amenities - even a view of water if you are in a room with an even number. Best of all you receive the best welcome from Princess who has a huge smile and is totally welcoming and efficient. Thank you Princess.

I work in corporate aviation so being in a hotel is the name of the game, The West Palm Beach is home away from home. The team is exceptional and very accommodating. Everyone who works there will say hello when they walk by. Bill who works at the front desk is very efficient and understands what it takes to make each guest feel special. I had an amazing encounter with Kabnal from housekeeping, Somehow I got my room number incorrect. He noticed me in the hallway, and immediately went into action. He took my name, checked his iPad and called the front desk to figure which room I was assigned. He escorted me to the room so I wouldn’t have to walk back to the front desk with my luggage. Now that is SERVICE! The hotel is also conveniently located and there is ample parking. The restaurant food is decent and moderately priced.

This hotel was nice it wasnt fancy and it could stand to be updated. But it was clean, the beds were comfy and blanets were nice. The pillows were ok you get 3 pillows but they were kind of small and some were a little lumpy. This hotel was in a good location it was right down the street from factory outlet mall and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We had dogs and the hotel was very welcoming. The pool was nice and furniture was nice too. It wasnt crowded at all. The pool was handicap assessible also. The breakfast was really nice. They have waffles, eggs, cereal, toast, bagels, microwave sandwiches and muffins. It was kept clean and nice. The breakfast staff was friendly, the front desk friendly, and maids were very helpful and nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. They told me they are remodeling this summer so i cant wait to check it out again next year.

Hotel was good for our stay, we had 2 rooms as a family group and were given adjoining rooms as we requested. Fairly basic hotel, very clean and comfortable beds and the breakfast was quick and easy. Nice touch that the coffee machine at Breakfast is left on 24 hours, so we were able to get hot drinks when we returned late at night before tucking in. Only stayed for 3 nights, but would certainly recommend, and we will be back in a couple of years next time we are in the area. Ample free parking is also provided, and very friendly staff which is always appreciated.

Very nice and clean property with comfortable beds…stuff is very professional and helpful(they helped me retrieve phone that was left in taxi)…breakfast was nice and fresh with several options…close to shopping and dining…will definitely stay again!!!

I wanted to have a get away with my wife away from work and household chores to relax and reconnect, La Quinta gave me just that a quiet space to spend with my wife aware from the stress of work and other things, it was more that what I expected for it to be even thou the building is an old building the atmosphere of the place was peaceful. Everything was clean with fresh smell the staff were polite and helpful very close to common areas to shop more than enough for what I was looking for I left the place relaxed and refreshed definitely would return.

I just need d a night to stay to not drive home after my plane landed. It was quiet, affordable, and clean. If you're looking for Bella and whistles, this ain't it. Id you want a comfortable clean place to stay with a lil something something breakfast, this is your place.

We came to the breakers for a surprise girls trip and to celebrate my daughter’s 36th birthday. Everyone at the resort went out of their way to ensure that her weekend was special. From housekeeping to valet parking, including the front desk and servers in the restaurant, the service was incredible. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The only two things I would even consider changing is the takeout lunch order from the seafood bar. Then nachos were completely soggy after sitting under their heat lamp with the lobster on top. I would simply suggest put the chips to the side and serve them separately. And the bar area outside of the lobby on Saturday night seemed, a little less desirable and more like a meat market. The bar area definitely did not live up to the standards And expectations I would have perceived for such a fine resort. Overall, I am looking forward to revisiting the breakers and enjoying the beautiful facility. The spa was great and Echo Restaurant was divine. The meal at the steak house was really nice but it was so loud inside it was difficult to have a normal conversation without talking over everyone else. The Breakers Brunch was absolutely fantastic and worth the price. You won’t be disappointed! can’t wait to revisit the Breakers!

The stunning architecture, rich history, and beautiful art of this hotel captivated me and were the reasons I chose to stay here. It truly felt like I was transported back in time to another era. The landscaping was a gardener's dream, and the security at the front gate, as well as throughout the property, were always vigilant, doing an excellent job. The only downsides were the construction happening next to the hotel beach and the absence of a coffee machine in our room; we had to request one, which seemed unusual given the price of the stay. Additionally, the beach furniture and towels could use a refresher. Other than that, the hotel was immaculate, and the staff were both professional and friendly, providing exceptional service. The HMF restaurant surpassed our expectations, with the food being an absolute delight.

I have Ben coming for many many years and many many t8mes with my family and I thoug( the breakfast was so much improved and such a great feeling tos start the day eating week and it’s included with the room charged. I though the beach restaurant is TOO expensive for tacos and chips and burgers and it’s not right for families and kids to do that. One restaurant at the pool should be cheaper and accessible for average price. Room sand service of the rooms were great. Sea food reastaurant amazing even if expensive.

Exceptional service, the room was clean, the restaurants are very high end. Checking in was less than 5 minutes and the same went for checking out. We took the shuttle service to go to Flagler Steakhouse. We did a couples massage which we will absolutely do again. Enjoyed their private beach on the last day we were there. Highly recommended for a couple’s getaway

We really enjoyed our one night stay at the Breakers. Customer service from front desk to restaurant staff was top notch. It was beautiful walking around the resort and the view of the beach was breathtaking. We also loved the chocolate gift box after the check in and it was a nice touch to welcoming guest.

Wow! We loved this hotel. Location was great, walking distance to all the nightlife and dining. View of the ocean. Amazing rooftop bar and restaurant. Staff was so great, even got us our room in the morning so we could rest after a night of traveling. Restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and has a coffee bar. Rooms were amazing. We stayed at the Four Seasons after this hotel and both agreed that The Ben was better. We even went back to take friends to the rooftop a few nights after checking out. Books available to borrow, bicycles available to use. Nespresso in room. Complimentary waters in room. They even had a car that could take you to and from local spots. Can’t wait to visit The Ben again!!

We have been so many times, it is our favorite hotel (not just in West Palm)! This hotel is a destination in itself.. nestled in between so many restaurants and shops, but you don’t need to go anywhere as the restaurants here are GREAT!! The Grit downstairs has amazing breakfast and coffee. Thank you Ruth and Juan for taking care of us. Upstairs the rooftop pool is amazing. The cocktails and the food are delicious. Michael at the front door is very welcoming. The Ben is the place to be!!

This is my new favorite local resort. Valet parking is prompt and easy. The lobby is a good size and has interesting art. It also has various comfortable seating areas. All the staff were pleasant to work with. Our room was large and overlooking the marina. Everything in the room is clean and functional. They may have skimped a little on the bathroom (especially the lighting) but it works, plus there is this cool hidden sliding door between the bed and the shower. It was great to sit on the balcony and watch sunrise and the activity at the marina. Then up to rooftop pool. Pretty chill mid-week. We declined housekeeping on the first day. On the second day we did not decline, and were out a few hours but our room was not serviced. The hotel said that our door had a Do Not Disturb sign on it after noon, and my phone says we had left the room and taken the sign down at about 11 to walk to lunch. Housekeeping offered to make this right by bringing towels and coffee. Those did not materialize. The area is fairly walkable with a variety of shops and restaurants. We did not eat in the hotel so I can’t comment on the food. The rooftop bar was doing a brisk business each evening. Nice selection of wines and a positive atmosphere. This place does not exclude children, but I only saw one when I was there. It has a more grown-up vibe. No issues with excessive noise from the bar or other rooms.

Had an amazing time! The hotel is just an amazing visual treat. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The beds are super comfy. Every time I stay at a Marriott I wish I had one of their mattress's. Overly sized step in shower with rain head. Such a lovely group of employees. I really appreciated the cashless tipping structure they offer. Most of the time we didn’t have cash in our pockets so this was a great way to acknowledge and tip the great service. Kudos to the chef at Proper Grit! Outstanding food, and the Key lime dessert bar with blueberry compote was amazing!!!

We stayed at The Ben Autograph Hotel. Loved the room. Staff was fantastic from valet, front desk to the restaurant. Had lunch on the rooftop day 1 which was delicious as well as the drinks. We had breakfast there and the hostess Ruth was just lovely, very friendly. Food was delicious and the service from our server Juan was great. We had breakfast there 2 days and on day 2 Juan knew how we liked our coffee and no meat for the eggs Benedict, lol. Would definitely go again. Great food and staff.

It has a very convenient location. It is near West Palm Beach airport, shopping malls, restaurants and the iThink Financial Amphitheatre. Our main reason to travel was to go to a concert at the Amphitheatre and the location was very convenient. The facilities were very good, breakfast was good. Our room was very spacious and it had one of the most complete kitchenette I've seen at a hotel. It had silverware, microwave, a nice refrigerator with fridge, a kitchen cabinet and sink. It was amazing. The pool is nice and we had fun at it. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Our stay was great. Clean , spacious room for our 6 night stay. The bed was great. Sofa was not comfortable. Breakfast choices were good. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and airport. Sits next to Pop Stroke and across the street from Drive Shaft. Mathias, Felecia and Rashad provided excellent service during our stay. They were very attentive to our needs and made us feel appreciated. Shout out to you guys. We appreciate them!!

The room were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff went the extra mile to provide us a pack and play for our little one. The breakfast was delicious: they offered a variety of food including waffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee/milk/tea and jam/nutella to spread. Definitely a must try!

This was a nice and clean hotel that I stayed in the staff members was nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the bathroom. Everything was organized. The breakfast was good and delicious also. I have a good time staying at this hotel. Will definitely book this Hotel again.

The hotel is very well located in the city and suited our needs. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. The room was very comfortable, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious, and the kitchen was very organized with everything you needed to spend a few days. The hotel also has many areas, including a gym, a very spacious breakfast room, and a bar area if you want to spend a few hours. It also has a pool, which was very clean and beautiful. The water was very warm, so we had a great time enjoying it with the kids. We went as a family, and everything was to our liking.

We had a two bedroom suite and we were surprised about how large the rooms were. The suite was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies and the bathroom was very clean. The furniture and decor is a bit dated but everything was very functional and the beds were very, very comfortable. We heard a little road traffic but overall the hotel was quiet and our sleep very good. The breakfast was very nice and there was a person actually helping dish out the hot food. There were plenty of tables. We also got a 10 % discount at BJs restaurant which was about a 1/2 mile away and that was a good family friendly restaurant because we were staying at the Hawthorn. The staff were friendly. Mark was very nice as we checked out.

I LOVED my stay at Hawthorne and have every intention of returning! Walking in, there is a fresh scent and friendly face ready to welcome you anytime of day or night! The place is clean, well decorated and has an air of class. My suite was wonderful, giving apartment feels with the nearly full kitchen. The only thing missing was an actual oven. The room was fully stocked in the typical hotel fashion and anything additional needed was just an ask away or available in their convenience shop. The breakfast was perfect and was fully attended to by the nicest staff. I utilized the laundry room in my 7 day stay without issue, the gym room is open 24/7 as is the business center. There is a pond out front that has a walking path around it, I walked it most of my 7 day stay and met an iguana and a crane! I additionally enjoyed a few hours of pure calm rendition a lounger by the pool. The Tanger outlets are walkable For shopping and eats as well. The property was a five minute drive to PBI. This was simply a wonderful place to be for my trip and I felt well taken care of! Thanks Hawthorn, you will be seeing me again!

We reserved a particular type of suite, and when we arrived and that was not available, the staff upgraded to another suite with the similar accessibility features. Really appreciated that accommodation at no extra charge. Also, the suite was very comfortable and clean, the beds were exceptionally so. Breakfast was also very good with a served buffet. Although they ran out of some hot items at a busy time, they replenished within a reasonable time. Facility overall is well appointed with high ceilings, wide hallways and quiet rooms.

Great hotel in a business park close to the highway and airport. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious and some have balconies facing the courtyard. Beds are comfy but could use a thicker comforter. New carpet appears to be in place throughout rooms and hallways and the amenities (pool, exercise room, laundry) are kept up nicely. The lobby has a nice lower level area - booths with TVs for enjoying a drink or snack. I was most impressed with the staff - everyone in front desk to housekeeping to Bistro was great. All very friendly and helpful, from the gentleman in the cool letterman's jacket up front to Carrlyn in the Bistro. The Bistro menu is limited and were out of a few items but was OK for cocktails or snacks. We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit sparse in choices. Pollo Tropical and Cracker Barrel are nearby for lunch/dinner options. Our stay was five days and we were completely satisfied. Good job Marriott, especially with staff.

My mom and I stayed at the Courtyard West Palm Beach last week for a one night stay before our cruise on Margaritaville at Sea. This hotel was easily located off of I-95. Upon our arrival, the grounds of the hotel were very well kept. The lobby was super quiet and welcoming. Check-in took 5 minutes and staff on duty was friendly and accommodating. I booked a King bed room, in which the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and plentiful channels on the TV for entertainment. There were many stores and restaurants nearby for us to get a quick dinner without having to go far. The hotel is located 7 minutes from the port for easy access. I have no complaints and would definitely book this hotel again for our next cruise stay.

Every single person had outstanding customer service. We stayed there for 12 days because my husband was having surgery. They were so accommodating, kind, caring and went above and beyond the entire time. Lauren at the Pub, Makayla, Lindsey, John, Roberto were outstanding. We have to come back a couple times in the near future & I can’t wait! The grounds are beautiful, clean and private. Inside is squeaky clean & smells so good. They have Starbucks and breakfast menu for morning. However if you aren’t there by 9am you won’t get coffee ☕️ or breakfast. That’s a downfall. Pub opens at 5pm. Yummy food, wine and cocktails. They have nights where they do s’mores, walking taco night, ice cream sundae bar and etc. wonderful seating areas. Pictures doesn’t do this beautifully done hotel justice. Thank you everyone.

Nice Property, clean and comfortable. Only con us that you can really hear the highway from the pool and balcony. Good location and we'll maintained. Most staff were friendly but the guy on the night desk was rude and when we came back late on new Year's he would not let my 11 yr old in the building without a key card. Ok fine but she put up her finger to say just one second and he decided she was giving him the finger. Still just a misunderstanding but when we came in he stopped her and tried to discipline her. She's 11 and did nothing wry. She was terrified. If she had given him the finger (which she would never do) I would have been happy to discipline her if he had spoken to me. Unacceptable. Not to let this spoil the otherwise excellent service and clean, comfortable rooms though.

Very clean, close to main I-95 about 2 miles from interstate, in nice property and safe well lit area. Room was modern, clean, ample lobby with Bistro, Starbucks products. Buy room w breakfast included otherwise bistro can be pricey. Very ultra clean and close to all shopping.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Place in West Palm Beach, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, with easy access to downtown attractions and beautiful beaches. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I especially appreciated the delicious breakfast options and the on-site bar, which provided a great place to unwind in the evenings. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Huge, clean room in excellent condition. Great breakfast buffet included in the room rate. Wonderful, helpful staff. Perfect location. Inviting, spacious lobby. Even the happy hour was nice. Will stay there the next time I'm visiting West Palm Beach.

Stayed 5 nights for a conference. I can’t say enough good about this hotel. I was disappointed that I was not able to stay onsite where my conference was held but it ended up being a great thing! The Hyatt Place was excellent. Great location, spacious room, great amenities, fantastic staff at check in. The breakfast is very good with lots of options. It was nice to have a living room area separate from the bedroom area. Small fridge and spacious bar which was nice to have for a longer stay. The shower was AMAZING! I have never stayed at a hotel with such awesome water pressure and very hot water. There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. I attend this conference every year and I will be returning to stay at the Hyatt Place going forward!

Loved our stay! We have stayed here multiple times for events at PBAU. The rooms are spacious and clean and the location was perfect for us. The staff is always friendly and the breakfast buffet was above expectations. I would recommend this hotel very highly.

We traveled as two adults and four children from Orlando to Clearwater, Naples, Marco Island, Miami, West Palm Beach and back to Orlando. Out of all the places we stayed during this journey, Best Western Palm Beach Lakes was without a doubt the best. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was a big hit with the kids. They absolutely loved it. This hotel is truly family friendly. What really stood out was the staff. They were kind, attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their service made this stay exceptional. Another big plus is the location. Right outside the hotel you will find plenty of stores and shopping options, which made everything even more convenient. We would gladly come back. Highly recommended.

Best Western Palm Beach Lakes is a hidden gem in South Florida. Like many hotels, the rooms are clean, the free breakfast in tasty and the hospitality is friendly and professional. Another great feature is the pool and pool area. Many hotels have pools in a boxed area, surrounded by 15 foot walls with no ambience. Not BW Palm Beach Lakes, the pool is surrounded by numerous beach chairs and a little further away are chairs under an umbrella where people can talk, read, listen to music or anything else. The grounds are immaculate. I have been there many times and look forward to being there very soon.

I live the pool & Tiki bar area with the big flat screen tv & I loved my cold comfy room & bed !!!! & BEST OF ALL IS THE BREAKFAST!!!!!!!! OW MY GOODNESS IT'S THE BREAKFAST EVER !!!!!!!! LIKE A FULL RESTAURANT, WITH THE TABLES TOO & VERY VERY COMFORTABLE CHAIRS TO SIT IN TO ENJOY OUR BREAKFAST!!!!!!

The room was very clean, the bed super comfortable, and it was central to a lot of restaurants and shopping. We were there for a funeral with family and were able to get rooms right next to each other. It was hard to figure out the TV remote, and we like to relax late at night watching it. I know, not a biggy. What was a biggy was NO HOT WATER. That was extremely uncomfortable and my husband called down to the desk (it was after 9pm) and they were not helpful at all. No service order put in when I checked the next morning. I had to rinse off with cold water, which wasn't pleasant. The shower head was over 6 ft high, so I needed to stand on the side of the tub to redirect it, as I am only 5'2", lol. Those 3 things would not keep me from staying here though, as the front desk upon check in was very friendly and even managed to get us in early.

Excellent location and friendly customer service. Rooms are simple and clean. Excellent variety at breakfast and restocked throughout breakfast time. Plenty of indoor and outdoor tables for breakfast. Beautiful gardens around pool and well maintained. Pool is clean and warm. Excellent shuttle service to and from airport. Target within walking distance right next door. Cable tv and internet work very well.
