The rooms were wonderful with fill kitchen and gas fireplace. Great location at the base of the lift. Super friendly staff. Great rooftop jacuzzi that you reserve for 40 minutes. We loved the coffee service in the lobby and they provided free detergent for the laundry.

Had a great stay at the Sundial! The rooms were spotless and we got a lot of use out of the kitchen space and the hottub. We were there for short engagement getaway and guest services helped make the stay even better. We'll definitely be coming back.

- The location - close to the town centre, grocery store, bike paths… - Very quiet! Away from crowds. - Private and hidden from view jacuzzi - much appreciated, it was a perfect addition to our stay. - Property had all the necessary basic utilities for a week.

The location was amazing. Whistler Village and the medical center were across the street. The size of the unit was perfect for five of us. The sem-private hottub was perfect after running a half marathon.

Lovely compound with good proximity to the main village, a hot enough jacuzzi which is very enjoyable, Trevor had been most helpful for our stay.

First time staying at Village Gate House and it was just perfect. Great location at the Village, walking distance to everything. We loved our 1 bed plus loft with jacuzzi room. So spacious with full kitchen. Definitely going back there.

This little gem is tucked away in the heart of Whistler Village (our unit had a balcony view of the bridge and Cow’s ice cream). It can be a bit hard to find but the management team provided great directions. Check in was touchless and easy, we were always able to reach a live person for any special requests, and the unit had all the comforts of home. Now for the cons: No A/C - I personally enjoyed this and with windows open, fans going all was well. Noise: being in the middle of everything you will hear music and revelers until 2 or 3 am. Didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to anyone looking for a spacious rental in a great location. Shower was hot and powerful, kitchen was spotless. Fun fact: our unit had a private hot tub and a massive shower with dual rainfall showerheads.

Great for a slice of Whistler life experience. Village Gate House is right in the Village, and the units are huge and comfortable. We had a personal, private hot tub and a delicious steam tap installed in our master shower. Whistler Village is right outside your door and the condos are very low maintenance, secure and mostly quiet considering Whistler is a party town, so expect a few hoots and hollers extending well into the wee hours. Great for a getaway even in the off- season when the Village is slightly less bustle than usual. $15 per day resort fee is reasonable considering the free parking and all the amenities. Loved the recycling/compost bins and the reminders to be environmentally responsible. This is more like a homestay rather than a resort, so do not expect housekeeping or room service. Check- in is in Creekside, a little way down the road before you reach the Village, so take note of that! Very easy and comfortable. Coming again when we can.

perfect location in the middle of town . walk to mountain and all the restaurants. Easy to find . clean open concept . Great Shower with stream room which was a pleasant surprise. Good support when we needed it.

ALL the Whiski Jack booking staff and property management were EXCELLENT! Very caring and helpful in all requests always a pleasure talking to them! The lobby, elevators and floor areas need a “major" professionally cleaning!! replacing the carpet with something that could be washed clean would be good solution and make a huge difference with the first impression that was not good. Location was great and suite was very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. Yes, we would book with the great staff of Whiski Jack again. Thanks again for making our stay enjoyable.

Excellent upscale property. We had a large balcony, jacuzzi hottub, kitchen. refrigerator, microwave, dining table, couch, chair, great comfortable bed and it was a really clean modern room.

I always stay here as the location is great and the prices are the best around. The rooms are super cozy and clean with comfortable beds, fireplaces, and jacuzzi soaker tubs. Front desk is friendly and helpful. Both restaurants right next door are top notch as well.

Our room was spacious and clean. Comfy beds, nice balcony. Service was excellent. Pool and hot tub were nice. Our only complaint is that the in-room jacuzzi had a weird smell that wafted throughout the room

The rooms are very large and comfortable. It was really nice having a kitchenette as well as a jacuzzi tub. We had two patios in our room. It was very quiet.

The only time we have ever had a jacuzzi bath IN our bedroom!!! Amazing view, comfortable beds, even a mini kitchen to boot! Oh and a swimming pool outside too, what's not to like?!

our stay was amazing. since it was offseason we were upgraded to a suite with a kitchen, dining area, sunken living room, fireplace, jacuzzi, and sauna. what a bargain. it also had a view of the ski hill.

Location excellent. Good value compared to others in area. Staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment was clean and roomy, the fire was good and helped to heat the room quickly. The pool and jacuzzi were a definite plus. We didn’t use the sauna but saw a lot of people who did.

Centrally located close to amenities like the museum and art gallery. Staff were friendly and helpful and secured parking. There is a pool, Jacuzzi and a Sauna. Restaurants are just walking distance and you can see the mountains ideal for skiers and mountain bike goers.

Wonderful location steps away from the main village walk and a quick stroll to the base of the gondolas. Lovely room with friendly staff. Pool and hottub were a very nice touch. Price wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either. Would stay again but not as a first choice.

We had a great stay and the village location was so central, you really couldn’t beat that! We didn’t know that the pool/hottub was actually at their sister hotel on the mountain side so I would say that could’ve been more public prior to booking - just cause walking in the rain in our robes to another hotel wasn’t ideal haha!

Absolutely perfect. Room was clean and comfortable. Very cozy. Kind and very helpful staff. Ideal location, very central. Easy parking. Safe area, quiet and close to everything. Would 100% return when we'll come back to Whistler. Thank you so very much for making our stay so special!

We stayed 1 night. Charlotte checked us in and she was very welcoming,friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Queen loft room,it was good having a seperate seating area downstairs with bedroom upstairs. Bed was comfortable and unit was clean. Room does face main village, while it was quiet while we were there, it would be noisy in busy times. Convenient location and our stay was good.

The hotel was well-located in the center of the village near all services, shops, and facilities. The suite (a queen studio, which faced out the back of the hotel onto greenery) was clean, comfortable, private, and quiet at night, which was a big plus in an often-noisy village center. The suite was smallish, but well-designed with good kitchen facilities for light cooking. The bathroom was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The bed and sheets were crisp and comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again.

This lovely boutique hotel is perfectly located close to all the amenities, great restaurants and within a 5 minute walk of the Whistler gondola. It has a cozy atmosphere and is right next door to a great Italian restaurant IL Caminetto. The room was exceptionally clean and was appointed with a well equipped kitchenette. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the easy contactless check in and check out process. I would definitely stay there again.

The facilities of this hotel are brilliant. The pool is really nice for a quick dip or just to lay about and catch some sun. The bar is excellent. Watched the football and played some pool. The staff across the board were very good. Extremely polite and helpful which as tourists was extremely appreciated. The location of the hotel is perfect for Whistler village and the gondolas. The room we had was very specious. Nice little balcony and jacuzzi type bath tub. If I wanted to be over the top critical then id say the room we stayed in could have done with a little bit of updating but nothing major. Another great Hilton hotel! Thank you all

This hotel is centrally located in the village of Whistler. Spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. The bathroom provided all expected amenities. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail-making experience in the bar. The breakfast buffet provides a good range of food. Notably, I received exceptional service from Caelee in the restaurant. I have life-threatening allergies, and Cealee discussed dining options with the chef to ensure I could be catered to. After serving the meal, she came back to the table several times to ensure I was ok and if I required anything further. Her pleasant and reassuring nature was very much appreciated.

Stayed here for 4 nights. 2 interconnecting rooms for 4 adults. One premier studio with a kitchen and a room with two double beds. Rooms themselves were good - we didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it was useful to have a large fridge and the ability to prepare sandwiches to take out for lunch. The only downside was the view - our rooms overlooked the service road - that was a bit disappointing as a hilton gold member. Breakfast was good - had the buffet and were able to use the gold f&b credit for 2 guests. Lots of choice. The staff were able to provide gluten free toast for my wife too. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Theu happliy sorted out a slightly later check out on one of the rooms. We also made use of the hotel complementary bike hire to explore a bit - that was a nice touch. We also used the gym and the pool - both of which were good. And it was useful to be able to use the washing and drying facilities to get some clothes cleaned mid holiday. The location was a positive - right in the heart of the village so close to the lifts and the restaurants etc. Parking in the basement was easy too. The only reason for the rating of 4 rather than 5 was the view from the room. Otherwise a really good stay.

The team at Hilton Whistler Resort, from my telephone call to ask about applying my Hilton Rewards Card number to selecting my room at check in, to the friendly barista I bought coffee from to the spa/pool attendant were so kind, helpful and friendly. The property has large beautiful rooms. Everything was clean and welcoming in the lobby. I want to return soon. My new favourite hotel.

The Hilton is a few steps from the whistler gondola (pro tip- skip the line and take the lift instead of the gondola). We were able to book on points and the rooms were less here than other similarly situated properties, which is how we ended up here. But, we enjoyed it and would come back! We've stayed in this part of the village twice now and it's just bustling. The bar here is busy and noisy. You can expect to wait in long lines to check in and deal with the valet. Better to self-park although the price difference is only about $4. EV's note that they only have one functioning charger in the self-park area. If you need to charge, better to valet and it's still first come first-served but we were able to charge that way at least. It took forever to get our car out of valet so we self-parked the second day but that was also a hassle. I will say, we much preferred the Hilton to the Crystal Lodge and overall found our room to be quiet and comfy. There is a nice little kitchenette set-up that I don't think we knew about when we booked. Love being able to stock some of my own food. The ski valet is literally about 5 steps from the door to the gondola line. The hot tub is spacious and outdoor. The room is a standard hotel room but was fine. Rooms were decently quiet. Would stay here again. Especially if I could pay with points.

Great location, large space, hottub ensuite with mountain view

This was exactly what we needed! We have a family of five attending a dance competition at the Westin which is next door. We needed space to spread out, eat, use as a home base while everyone did their thing. It is quite a huge suite, lots of space, well-setup kitchen and living area. Kids slept in the spare room and pullout couches (yes there are two), we enjoyed the crazy indoor hottub, did puzzles and explored the village and trails. Only complaint is the crazy parking situation - it looks sketchy on arrival, and was a bit difficult to find, and then we had to enter a back elevator and pass down a hallway at the back of a couple of restaurants. It felt kind of sketchy entering codes at doors (which we couldn't decipher without confirming with the office over phone) but once we arrived at the place and discovered the door down to the street/village, all was well. Definitely worth it, great value for location and money and size. Will stay here again for sure.

Fantastoc location - in the heart of Whistler Village. Very convenient because there are coffee shops, dining places literally 1 or 2 min away from the place. The place is very well organized and spacious - 8 people can stay without being cramped in. Clear instructions as to how to use tv, wifi, and door lock. The only downside is finding the place at first time, as its kind of like a maze - and you have to go though 5 doors and an elevator. Bit then, once you find it you know how to get there.

This property was clean and comfortable. Vocation was amazing located in the village with easy walking everywhere! The beds were especially comfortable table! I will look for this property when I return and will recommend it highly.
