The room was large and spacious and very clean. The jacuzzi tub and walkin shower with the amazing shower heads exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean from your first step in the door, the elevators and pool area. Will be back again!

We went with the king bed room and jacuzzi tub and we were very pleased. Our room was right by the elevators which is usually very noisy, but even with a full hotel the room was quiet. Staff was friendly.

We booked a suite for 5 days. On our Sunday arrival we were greeted by the friendly front desk staff. After checking in, we took a 'tour' of the facilities and saw that the pool and whirlpool were operating and no one was in them and one elevator was out of service and the 4th floor ice machine was not working. Through our stay, these items remained 'non functioning'. I was going to rate this hotel at 4 or 3 stars because of this but the staff more than made up for the short comings and I just put it down to 'bad timing' on our part. One outstanding example of the staff is, on our way out to the elevator(s), a staff member was vacuuming and when we approached, he turned the vacuum off! NICE touch. Everyone is most accommodating and helpful. As for the people who complain about the breakfast buffet... WTF! It's an 'on the go' breakfast for travelers. If you want a dinner plate, calorie filled breakfast, walk across the parking lot to one of the restaurants! The buffet is changed daily and there is.... muffins, bagels, toast, hash browns, sausages, bacon, scramble eggs, cheese omelets, three cereals, always full coffee pots, hot water, coffee creamer. This is the perfect 'on the go' breakfast for travelers. They also provide a 10% discount on the restaurants and a 50% discount from the fitness center across the parking lot. We will DEFINATELY stay here again.

I stayed there with family booked 3 rooms. I booked this hotel to attend a family wedding in Edmonton Canada. We have family that live just around the corner from the hotel so would be spending a lot of our time there. The check in was very easy and quick as the reception had all our details ready so we just needed to confirm who was staying in which rooms. The rooms were big and had 2 queen size beds in each one. Ours was clean and had a view over a little park and other houses the surrounded the park. The bath room had a shower over a bath and had a dispenser for gel and shampoo. A bit dated but clean. The hotel also had a swimming pool and hot pool. It was clean and welcoming. Towels were also provided for you. We went in quite a lot. The breakfast was a bit of a surprise with coming from the UK we were not expecting to eat breakfast from a paper plate, plastic cutlery and drink tea/coffee from a disposable cup. Saying that the breakfast was eatable. There was cereal bacon or sausage egg and toast that you did yourself. Also you could get pancakes using the pancake making machine. Fruit drinks and tea/coffee. The staff were very friendly and professional I would definitely stay there again when visiting Edmonton

So clean and fresh scented everywhere, even the elevator always smelled fresh, and that's rare. The room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy, loved the shower, and the bed and sofa were comfortable. As it was extremely cold out, having a heated underground to park in was a big win. Breakfast was really nice with good variety. We loved the buttermilk biscuits, the omelets, sausage, and hashbrowns, last but not least they make a decent cup of coffee and I am picky about my coffee and it's good enough for me to drink 4 cups at breakfast. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Big bathroom, with complimentary toiletries. Kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee/ tea maker, complimentary tea and coffee. Breakfast included in price and was very good indeed. Hotel a short drive from the West Edmonton Mall.

Amenities are superb. My kids had fun with the game room... wish there's more activities for kids like indoor playground. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms for both rooms (room 231/232). The location is great. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

We stay in July and October. Nice location at one end of the beach and busy strip. Check in was fine with nice friendly staff. We were able to stay in two types of room. The back ones face the parking lot and town and the front facing the lake and a big building which might block some rooms view of the lake. We had a decent partial view in Room 311. The hotel is across the road and a short walk to the beach. Also, a pharmacy and liquor store across the street. Room had everything we needed, microwave, TV, wifi, fridge, coffeemaker, sitting chair wit footstool, work desk, tub/shower, adequate amenities, all good. Included breakfast, the usual, eggs, sausage, potatoes, breads, cereals, yogurt, waffles, coffee/tea, fruit. Almost the same every day but sometimes might to try cereal or porridge. One day there was a French toast casserole, not my favourite, it was sweet and offered no protein. On days like that, some boiled eggs would be a nice alternative. Overall, nice hotel, included parking on site, good location with nice staff, have stayed twice and would stay again.

This is our go to place anytime we are in the area! The staff have always been professional and friendly, happy to help where they can. Simple and quick checkin and checkout routines help keep you on time. Good amenities including a small snack store, plug in parking for extreme cold, clean and friendly lobby area and well appointed rooms. They even have a lovely jar filled with milk bones for our four legged guests. The only small issue we have ever had was this last visit, the jetted tub needed to have the jets descaled and not just cleaned, leaving the water unpleasant. (I imagine from sitting dry for longer periods of time) The tub itself is long, deep, and comfortable for a good range of sizes. There is a good breakfast including eggs, bacon or sausages, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, and fresh fruit. They also offer nondairy milk options and can provide gluten-free muffins and/or bread items. The bacon and sausages are also gluten free. All of this was offered during a very slow time of year. The room area is super spacious. And everything is new and clean. My husband and I love the bathroom especially. The tub is huge and comes with jacuzzi. Staff is superb and helpful. Basement parking is excellent too.

Everything! From the minute we got there we were greeted with friendly staff who were all willing to go above and beyond for every single guest in the hotel. Room was exceptional! Super clean and a great size :) Pancini restaurant was AMAZING!!! The breakfast options that came with the room…DELICIOUS! I loved that it wasn’t a buffet and the bread bar was a hit with the whole group. Staff here - All fabulous, we did have 1 dinner here and received incredible service from every single person, every time…our drinks were always full, we were never left without everything we needed and the smiles made our stay happy & enjoyable. Underground parking - brilliant Kids eat free - totally a catch as it made the restaurant #1 on my gotta try while we’re here list. Refillable shampoos, lotions etc - SOOOOO smart!! Love it, no more samples for everyone to take home…but such a great cost effective idea! Hmmm Oh I almost forgot! Discount on zoo tickets…such a great idea! Most people are coming to do that anyway (imo) and it saved me time/money.

When I entered the hotel it was bright and clean. Agent was knowledgeable and friendly. The room was very clean and fresh smelling when I entered. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful and asking if I needed anything. The waterslide was fast and fun. I enjoyed the bread bar with my lasagna in the Pacini restaurant. I stayed on a cold snowy night and was thankful for the heated underground parking. This has been our best stay in a very long time and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel with it all.

Easy and friendly check-in, bed and pillows are super comfy, the restaurant and bar serves delicious food and lobby is spacious. Special praise to Maryna Kucukay (restaurant team) for her outstanding service and professionalism for our 2 night visit. We thought she was the manager.

Our room suite was spacious and immaculately clean. King bed was wonderfully comfortable with fresh linens making it even more comfy. Deluxe bathroom. We asked for a room with a view and were given one on 8th floor with lovely panoramic views over the airport. We asked for a microwave in our room and were quickly provided with one. Breakfast next morning was very enjoyable with a wide range of foods and beverages offered. We also enjoyed the hot chocolate offered upon first arrival coming in from the freezing cold. Hotel main lobby looked welcoming with a festive Christmas tree. We liked the decor throughout the hotel and the cleanliness in all areas. Staff we met were all very helpful and friendly. Management clearly cares about providing tip-top quality service to customers, making it a very pleasant stay.

My stay at the Hampton Inn was short and sweet. My flight got cancelled and WestJet booked me in this hotel. The free shuttle was a phone call away and picked me up within 20 min at gate 4 arrivals lot# 16. Check in was smooth. I asked for a quiet room on the top floor away from noise but the attendant was not able to accommodate my request. He gave me room 9007 beside a room with a constant loud barking dog! Yes,this hotel is pet friendly. I immediately returned downstairs and asked to change and this time he was able to accommodate me and give me a gorgeous room on floor 10 in 1007. Although I was told there were no microwaves in the rooms, this room had one as well as a fridge and coffee maker. My bed was super comfortable and the bedsheets and pillows smelled very clean. The room was not impeccably clean but for an overnight stay it was ok. I did not get to use the 24h gym as I was too tired. Coffee and tea was available in the lobby 24/7. They had my favourite Earl Grey tea! Breakfast was exceptional as they offered a variety of healthy options such as plain oatmeal, boiled eggs, whole wheat bagels, bananas and apples. I was impressed with this hotel. The only down part is the location. No stores or anything around but I would still highly recommend.

If you want to be near the Calgary airport this is the hotel to stay in. I stayed there twice on a recent trip to Banff and both visits exceeded my expectations. First of all the staff is just the nicest! From the people at reception to the shuttle drivers, breakfast room and room service staff-- everyone was so friendly and helpful. The room was really large and clean and so comfortable. The one time we ordered dinner from room service the food was surprisingly good. And finally, they have a complementary shuttle and we never waited more than a few minutes for it. When you arrive late or have to leave early (we did both!) this is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Loved the welcoming cookies and always available tea coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Accessible room worked well and within 2 minutes of calling the front desk they had a shower chair available for me ! Friendly staff. Bed was firm, good quality towels and bedding. The free breakfast buffet was good with lots of options: fresh fruit,muffins,banana bread ,toast,bagels,cereal,boiled eggs and egg white bites,potatoe wedges and the best part…cooking your own waffle! Whipping cream and berries would be a nice add on BTW. So close to the airport yet absolutely quiet. Gymn had a good choice of options: bikes, rowing machines free weights.

Daily housekeeping was very attentive and coffee was replaced daily. Unfortunately, they only supply only paper coffee cups. The beds were very comfortable. The only drawback for me was that windows do not open and the room gets a little stuffy at night. The staff was great and very helpful. The hotel has a pleasant restaurant in a bar setting. The food is good and portions are generous. There hotel has a small shop with soft drinks and snacks. There is a very good gym and a nice indoor pool. You will need a car as there is not much within walking distance of the hotel, but a short drive will take you to Walmart, Safeway, and restaurants. Car rentals in Edmonton are very easy, get off your flight and you will find car rentals across the street. West Edmonton Mall is only minutes away and you will also find a variety of restaurant options there. The mall is interesting but we found the shopping rather bland. Same stores as anywhere else. What makes up for the lack of Edmonton scenery are the very friendly natives, They are among the nicest people I have met anywhere. Everywhere we went people were so friendly that we went home with a very very good impression of the city.

I had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a delicious variety of fresh options. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 4 nights in a 1 bedroom suite. Checkin was easy and quick and friendly staff. The suite was super spacious, clean and quiet. There was even a sofa bed. There is also a restaurant on site for dinner and breakfast. Would definately recommend.

We loved the check in cookies, surprising ups ale menu in the restaurant and the relaxing bar/lounge. Services was attentive and friendly. Clean rooms and a comfortable bed.

Not my first or last time staying here. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. The public areas are also clean and in good condition. The food provided during the conference was quite good. The front desk staff were consistently professional but curt and not particularly friendly. The conference room chairs are extremely uncomfortable. If this were a less expensive hotel, I would give a higher rating.

I booked two rooms for my friend and me. We had an amazing stay! The room was very spacious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The only downside was the first night, which wasn’t great due to a group of teenagers who were very loud. The jacuzzi was fine, but the teenagers dominated it and stayed for more than 20 minutes. Our room was on the first floor, which was a disadvantage because we could hear the loud voices of the teenagers running and talking. Thankfully, by the second night, they were gone. Overall, it was a great experience. One thing they could improve: I wish they had a garbage bin by the sink, and providing bathrobes would be nice too.

We actually really enjoyed our stay thoughit started kindof odd. We walk in the Hotel and there was no one at the front desk at all to help check us in. We must have waited atleast 10 minutes before the lady came back to the desk and got us checked in. It had us wondering what kind of hotel we had booked ourselves into. ONce we got settled it was an enjoyable stay. We went down to the Hot Tub for around an hour but we found it wasn't getting hotter and was mor elike sitting in a warm bathtub than in a jacuzzi. Over all though the stay was good. The breakfast in the morning was very good!!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton in Lethbridge and had a great experience. From the time I arrived, the service at the front desk was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, efficient, and went out of their way to ensure my check-in process was smooth and quick. The room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a comfortable bed. The attention to detail in cleanliness really stood out, making it easy to settle in right away. Overall, I highly recommend the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton for anyone looking for excellent service and a clean, comfortable place to stay!

Clean, spacious lobby and friendly, respectful staff who gave us ground floor room because of our mobility issues. Delicious breakfast in clean, bright room. Our room was warm and cozy and quiet to get good sleep at night. We would definitely return to this property.

We had a fantastic time at the Banff Park Lodge. Our renovated room was excellent. Walking distance to all shopping. Pool, hottub and steam room were great! Buffet breakfast was outstanding.

Great Location. Good Amenities. covered parking on site. Friendly service at Reception and Restaurants. The Italian food for dining and breakfast was good. Bike rental facilities are on site. Pool and Jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi setup was fun. Location is just near the downtown. Balcony view was good.

BPL was one of the first hotels we stayed at when I first came in 2016… I was so excited to see there were Reno’s and was over the moon thrilled! We rented the jacuzzi room and I found it so perfect and beautiful! It was my first time also dining at La Terazza and that was also a true highlight.

Everything was very convenient. Thank you for the delicious breakfast! I loved the staff – they were all so nice. The jacuzzi and pool were wonderful as well. The room was equipped with plenty of clean towels, fragrant toiletries, and a cozy warmth. The big beds were comfortable, and the TV with internet access was a great touch. I’m very happy with my stay. Also, the underground parking is a fantastic must-have.

Visiting during the off-season allowed us to take advantage of reduced rates, offering excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean. Despite the hotel being nearly at capacity, as indicated by the full underground parking lot, our room remained peaceful and quiet. The pool and hot tub were highlights of our stay—exceptionally clean and maintained at the perfect temperature. We found that visiting these amenities in the morning, while others were at breakfast, provided a more private and relaxing experience. The hotel’s prime location, just minutes from downtown, added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the city’s attractions. Overall, we were thoroughly pleased with the service and experience, and we highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness, and convenient location.

Wow, we had a great time here. And to think I almost canceled and booked elsewhere because of some negative reviews that I read. So glad that I stuck with my reservation and stayed here at the Best Western Plus. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in the room. It had plenty of good quality towels in the bathroom. A big screen TV. Very comfortable bed. I don’t know what else you’d need. Breakfast was also plentiful snd tasty. Staff was on hand in the morning breakfast area to keep things well stocked and cleaned up quickly. I am attaching photos to show. I would definitely stay here again. Free underground parking. Free WIFI. Great location within a 10 minute walk of all the downtown restaurants and shops.

Incredibly cheap for what I got. The king suit with the jacuzzi tub was 10/10 figured it was going to be a little dingy because of the price but I was astonished by what I got. Bed was comfy. Tub was spotless and the tv was nice and big.

We weren't pleasantly surprised when my colleague & I checked in & were advised that they had upgraded both of our rooms to a Jacuzzi king Suite & a Business king Suite. The rooms here are well equipped, spaceous & quiet & their are many restuarnats that are withn walking distance or just a short drive away. The fitness room is well equipped if one is looking at getting that on the road workout in & the have a great pool, waterslide & hot tub area for your personal or family relaxation in the evenings. The staff were all very helpful professional & very pleasant to deal & I highly recommend staying here if your travels take you to or through Rocky Mtn. House.

We upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite and were surprised to find a nice two person tub in the living room rather than the usual bubble jets in the bathroom tub. Definitely worth the extra few dollars especially on a cold night. While we were there it was a very cold night and we had some problems with the big rigs running all night and Diesel fumes entering our room and we had to unplug the heating system which is kind of strange a strange system as you can not turn it off. The free breakfast is decent for a Canadian hotel and worth going to; all-in-all this is the place we would continue to stay at when in Rocky Mountain House

Stayed in April for job related training. Location is perfect, centred between restaurants and coffee shops. Ample parking, and check in was a breeze. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Room was spotless and very clean. The beds were very soft. First night was great until an idling diesel truck backed up to the building created exhaust into the room. I was rudely awoken by stink. I asked the desk manager about the problem, and I was immediately moved to another room for the rest of my stay. Very attentive to the needs of the guests! The breakfast was hot and diverse, and the coffee tasted amazing! Next time I return I won’t stay anywhere else, this place is worth the price!

Look no further! This hotel had everything we prefer; the property is clean and well-maintained, there’s a kitchenette in the sleeping room, the staff are friendly and helpful. Even the housekeeping staff were cheerful and eager to please. Started the day with a nice swim in a small pool and dip in the hot tub. Breakfast was excellent! Great selection, cleanly presented, good coffee. A good sized area with tables. This property should be a teaching opportunity for others! There are restaurants in walking distance. Just down the road we went to Cucina for delicious Korean and Italian food. If we’re back this way we know where to stay!

Were there for a family event and couldn't have been more pleased about our stay. From booking (directly by phone) to checkout, the staff was friendly, prompt and very helpful & accommodating. Quiet, clean and modern (fresh), the amenities were on point and consistent with Best Western brand. Didn't spend much time in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. Pillows were a little lofty for sleeping but great for lounging and sitting up relaxing. Would definitely stay there again when coming to the Rocky Mtn House area. Very happy. Well worth it.

Great stay at Stoney Plain Best Western - clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. I would stay there again, when in the Edmonton area. We had breakfast in the hotel and it was fine. We ate dinner at a nearby fine dining/steakhouse (didn’t have steak), which was convenient to the hotel as a dining option. We needed a walkabout after a long drive,so didn’t consider the hotel restaurant/bar.

Upon arrival The Parking lot was a good size and close to the main doors which was very convenient. Every single staff member throughout our whole visit was just a pleasure to be around!!! “ Which I find is very rare nowadays “ The hotel was very clean as the staff were always working hard . oh and that waterfall… the wall display by the elevator just gorgeous. Check in was a breeze , room size good , beds comfortable, ac worked , our shower was huge . Nice warm hot tub, A good size pool ** WATERSLIDE IS EXTREMELY fun but FAST** some littles at the pool got hurt since you come fly’n down like a jet. Others loved it ! I guess it Depends on the person/age as it’s about a 6 ‘ drop at the end. “THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS MIND BLOWING” Our kids are picky eaters as well ,so having a lot of different choices they could each pick what they wanted was a true blessing all around !!!!

Very nice room, quiet and comfortable for our overnight. We arrived late and left early so not much to say about the amenities. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. The morning we were there they were serving fresh tasting scrambled eggs and plenty of house cooked bacon which is unusual. The check-in and check out was smooth. The room cost was reasonable and I would definitely recommend it. Our room was quiet as I had read some other reviews recommending a room on the top floor and away from the elevator. I don't know if other rooms were quiet.

This hotel is the best hotel in Lethbridge. Best in price as it’s a 5 star stay in my books. Pet and people friendly with lovely helpful staff from the front desk gentlemen tall with very dark hair who is superb!!! The lovely sweet housekeeping staff and Vince on the management staff. The hotel is extremely clean and has a beautiful tropical indoor garden, which is so welcoming in the winter months. The Italian Table restaurant is yummy and there is a superb breakfast!!! Conveniently located to the mall, breathtaking views and a short trip to all of the big box stores and quant downtown! I recommend this place for sure!!

Breakfast was delicious. But there could be more variety. Staff was amazing and coffee was fresh and hot. The atmosphere sitting around the pool area, surrounded by beautiful plants, made us feel like we were in the tropics. So peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again.

I stayed solo at this hotel last weekend for my daughter’s basketball tournament and so glad I picked this hotel. My room was huge. Comfy king bed with a huge sofa bed that I would love in my house. Both bed and sofa were very comfortable. I also worked part of this trip and the desk was set up great. There was free wifi but I didn’t use it. I had the garden view and loved it. Plenty of light and the garden with the pool, trees and restaurant was lovely. Plenty of coffee and tea in the main area for the moms to hang out. The girls liked their rooms and the pool.

Nice hotel with clean quiet rooms and within walking distance of shopping and dining. Comfortable beds, good daily cleaning service, very helpful and friendly staff. Paid parking is $20CAD, but we found parking on the streets for most of our stay. Jacuzzi is okay and saunas (steam and dry) work well.

A comfortable, clean and welcoming hotel. Early check in was arranged by request and everything was as pictured/described on website. Staff are very helpful and smiley. The room had a good layout and comfortable beds. I loved the cosy little lounge area with fire where you walk in. We got dinner from the restaurant, really nice pizzas, pasta and sides. Hotel is not too far from town and there are bus stops very near as well.

The restaurant was exquisite dinner was excellent and breakfast bar included well stocked with a good variety! The staff went over and above and were most enjoyable to visit with!

Utterly charming and authentic more than 100 year old lodge and beautiful true log cabins with fireplace and front porches in a pristine mountain setting away from the hustle bustle. Dinner was delicious but you definitely need a reservation because the restaurant is small but mighty with delightful local foods crafted into fine cuisine. Our cabin was cozy but romantic and you can park adjacent so there was no need to drag all of your bags inside. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. All in all, a lovely experience especially if you can take a break from wifi which we welcomed.

The cabin was cozy and comfortable. Everything was set up to make a fire. We were by the road and it was very noisy during the day. It got a little quieter at night but you could hear the big trucks going by. The restaurant and staff in the lodge were great. They were friendly and accommodating. Our dinner was excellent, wonderful chef! There were coffee and teas available in the lodge daily and nice things to eat. The area is convenient to several good hiking trails and a decent distance from Banff And Lake Louise.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Storm Mountain Lodge and Bungalows with an amazing multi-course gourmet dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff were helpful and welcoming and the cabin itself was cozy with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed a fire in the wood fireplace in our cabin in the evening. We also ordered the take-out breakfast and hiker's lunch the next morning.

We loved everything from the secluded quiet cabins to the friendly and helpful staff. Dinner was amazing. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and easy.

This place is in a great location with a super well-lit parking lot. The lobby is a spacious and inviting area with a cozy spot to watch TV. The staff at the front counter were really friendly and professional, and everything looked neat and tidy. My wife was thrilled to learn that they have laundry facilities on-site, with coin-operated machines. The swimming pool may be a bit small, but it’s still fun and the hot tub works great. They were happy to accommodate our request for two rooms side by side, and it was no problem at all. Rooms being on the second floor it was great the know they had elevators to make taking things up easier. The rooms were very clean, with plenty of storage space for our belongings and all the necessary amenities. The furniture looked brand new and in good condition, and the bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. The shower and tub were spotless from top to bottom, and the towels were super clean too.

My wife and I stayed here on a referral from the VCA Animal Care Hospital. Our dog was having surgery and this hotel offered a compassionate rate and was close to the clinic. We were VERY happy with our stay! We were in room 106 (pet friendly) on the main floor. It had a king size bed in a separate room with a pocket door, a TV, closet and dresser, then a kitchen area with sink, dishes, microwave, fridge, toaster, and kettle. There was also a separate living area with a small couch, 2 chairs, coffee tables, and a TV. The room was steps away from an ice machine, the pool and fitness centre, coin laundry, and a side entrance which was convenient to take our dog in and out. Everything was very clean! All hotel staff were friendly and professional. We ordered room service from Moxies one night and it was delicious and served fresh. We were so comfortable here for 3 nights. Walmart is across the parking lot so great to get some groceries and snacks. IKEA is across another road so easy to walk over for small items. We would definitely stay here again! It was our dog’s first time in a hotel and she settled in great.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel and were very pleased with both the service from staff and quality of our nice king suite with a kitchen and bedroom. We needed an early check in and later departure and were accommodated for both. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful and the room was clean and quiet. When we had a small issue with the toilet running, it was fixed quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed the on-site restaurants, all three of them! Our dog was welcomed as part of our family, too. I would recommend this conveniently located hotel for a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.

We had a very good experience here. Having stayed at hotels in Banff, Lake Louise and Canmore we stayed here for a couple of nights as our trip came to an end. The rooms are clean and modern, beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was alright, though the shower was quite loud and the drainage on the sinks and shower was a bit slow so you ended up paddling if you didn't shut the shower off quickly. The staff were all helpful and friendly, we found that the Table restaurant inside was fantastic, with good food and excellent service. We visited for dinner on the first night and we were impressed with the quality of the food, our server was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout and we had a pleasant experience. We also visited twice for breakfast, and on both occasions our servers were once again very upbeat, friendly and attentive. Definitely a great experience. The servers we had were a credit to the restaurant. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the main centre of the town, though you can easily access Spring Creek from the location which gives a nice scenic walk into the town. Overall a great stop off on our trip.

The service was top notch - the staff was always friendly, polite and ready to help with any questions. I would especially like to mention the restaurant: the food was excellent, especially the breakfasts - delicious, varied and prepared using fresh ingredients. I was also pleased with the additional amenities: a swimming pool, a gym and convenient parking. A pleasant bonus was the proximity of the hotel to various attractions and walking routes. My family and I stayed at the hotel for three nights at the end of July. We were very happy with the room and the restaurant. It felt warm and homey. The front desk staff was friendly, patient, and kind. They helped us finding shuttle bus service information and providing kettle. The hotel was quiet and safe. It is close to the town of Canmore and has good transportation options. The pick-up point for the travel service I booked was at the hotel. The travel agency mentioned that many tourists, like me, choose this hotel as their first stop before going to Banff. I had planned to visit the Columbia Icefield and Jasper on the 23rd and return to the Coast Hotel on the 24th. The front desk staff informed me about the wildfire causing traffic congestion and showed me how to check real-time news online. Because of their advice, I decided to return to Toronto early. I did not cancel the accommodation for the night of the 24th in time, so I received an email about a deduction. After talking with the hotel manager, Mr. Burhan Aldamen, he kindly processed a full refund for me. I am grateful for his help. If I visit Banff again or if my friends plan a trip there, I will recommend this hotel. The facilities are comfortable, the bed is cozy, and most important the service is attentive and kind. I want to thank to all the front desk staff at Coast Hotel. I really impressive in Canmore during those three days in this amazing hotel.

I did not like the fact that I thought breakfast was included. In fact it wasn’t. I had a voucher for $25 for two people for the restaurant and the cheapest thing at the restaurant was 1399+ taxes plus coffee so I still had to pay breakfast out of my pocket for breakfast could have found different hotel couch is horrible. You need to get a foam for it I forget the lady who I felt wit for correcting my booking and the same lady checking me in She was black and extremely awesome The only reason I didn’t cancel that’s how good her customer service was great job!!!

There’s a top notch, friendly crew working here - from the front desk to the bar to the kitchen! They’re the reason I’d come back and stay here again. Not to give the hotel itself short shrift - my room was clean, the service at the bar and restaurant exceptional and the food was good. Location was good - only a couple blocks from the downtown area (shopping and restaurants). There are homeless in Calgary and in the 5 days I was there, I never had an ounce of trouble with any of them. There’s a tram that runs beside the hotel - grab a room on the other side and you’ll never hear it. Park across the street - much cheaper. All in all, a great hotel with an even greater staff! Job well done!

I liked it's proximity to the telus center. I loved that there was a more cost effective parkade right beside the building that they work with. We have been staying at this hotel every few months for the past 6 years. Our son literally learned how to swim in this pool! Our daughters first time ever in a pool was here at the little splash area they have. This place is perfect for families!! All ages can enjoy the pool, there's three hot tubs on site and a pretty good work out area that is always kept clean. Mo is always here, checking guests in with a big smile. We come for my sons birthday every year and he always sneaks him special chocolate. The kids are always excited to see him, and we are always greeted well! The front desk staff are helpful and pleasant to deal with, no matter what you need. They have helped us with airport shuttles, last minute bookings, etc. The rooms are exactly what you'd expect for a hotel of this age and price range. We've stayed in every one haha, the king suite with the jetted tub is fantastic! They have pool side rooms with little eating areas that are perfect for families that hang out at the pool a lot, like us. The beds are comfortable, the showers functional. The restaurant is actually pretty good, and the fact that room service will deliver your draft beer is super convenient for when the kids fall asleep. The hotels location is excellent and easily accessible, close to everything you need. Right across from the flight museum, which is super cool BTW. Down the street from monster golf. Surrounded by restaurants. You'll definitely enjoy staying here!

After our arrival in Calgary, by air, the hotel was located fairly near the airport, just a short drive after we picked up our rental car. Upon arrival, the gentleman that we dealt with was very friendly and helpful, I think his name was Mo, and as per my request via Booking.com we were allocated a lovely room on the 6th floor, with a fabulous view of the Calgary skyline and the Rocky Mountains in the distance. The room was spotlessly clean, and the two queen beds that me and my wife used were exceptionally comfortable. 😊 Ensuring that after a long journey from the UK we have had three great night's sleep 😴 The hotel itself is very well equipped, with a lovely restaurant and bar that during our 3 night's stay served us two absolutely delicious meals at a reasonable price. If ever I come back to Calgary, I would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again! Thanks guys for a lovely stay. 😊

Hotel was clean and friendly. Pool heater was down for a few days, but was back up and running the day before we left. Some the the gym equipment was missing attachments so that kind of sucked. Breakfast buffet was basic but good, and coffee was always hot and delicious. If going to attractions (calaway park/zoo etc) check woth the front desk for reduced admisson tickets. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Fridges are quite small and freeze up easily so dont plan of storing groceries for long periods of time. You could wind up with frozen apples like we did! All in all a great stay.

This was one of the best hotels that ibe ever stayed in. The customer service was phenomenal over the 3 nights we stayed. The on-site restraunt and bar had excellent breakfast and dinner options, which tasted amazing. The pool was clean and well monitered. We travelled as a family of 6 and the room was spacious enough that we didnt feel cramped or on top of each other. Overall, this hotel has become our hotel of choice going forward qhen staying in Calgary.

But the staff get a 10 from us they were always answering over question when we had a concern as what to do they came up with a solution that worked perfect. The rooms are awesome! Comfy, quiet, well appointed, clean, and updated. Huge modern TVs. Lots of USB plugs and great lighting and decor. Supremely comfy bed! The hotel common areas, however, have seen better days. Staff are friendly, patient and helpful. Parking has plugs available for winter (for block heaters). Great location near a major mall. Despite the shabbiness of the common areas and the frequent smell of cigarette smoke in the entries and hallways, I’d stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located across from the awesome Kingsway Mall and just a close Uber ride away to the Rogers Place! In the hotel we had the family suite and it was a good size for us. We tried out the hot tub and it was a good area too. The staff was excellent in all areas. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, early dinner and late night snacks….the snacks we took back to our room. It was my birthday so I even got a free piece of cheesecake with my dinner which was delish. Between all of us we tried the standard breakfast, French toast, pizza, nachos and all of it was so good! The staff at the restaurant were a 10/10. The checkin was quick as they sent a form via text which contains the information they ask you usually at checkin. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We were able to get a very late and last-minute booking at the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite, which was very much appreciated, as we had to spend time in the hotel room waiting for our next-day flight out. Thank you! We have stayed here many times, as it is convenient to the airport, with a free shuttle running every 30 minutes. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Breakfast has a good selection, starts early, and includes take-away cups for coffee. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable.

Stayed here on our way to and from Mexico. Parked our car for $60 for the week which is so convenient. Staff is extra friendly and helpful. Beds comfy and quiet everything is clean and well looked after. Breakfast was not fabulous which I gave a lower rating. Eggs and sausage were over salted but toast, pancakes and yogurt were fine. Coffee tasted like the paper cups you had to use. Wooden cutlery sucks. But this is a fantastic, and affordable little gem by the airport and I highly recommend it.

It was a late arrival after travelling to the airport from Jasper, but staff were friendly and helpful from the start. I'd emailed the hotel in advance to ask about how best to get there from the airport which was my drop-off point, and the information sent through was clear. The shuttle arrived soon after I called the hotel, and a few minutes later was at the hotel. Front of house team were welcoming and helpful, and the breakfast options included were great - suited me for a quick grab and go before getting back to the airport to fly home. Room and bed was clean and comfortable, and although I didn't use it the pool and gym area looked good to. Would stay again if needing a Calgary hotel airport.

This hotel is clean, quiet (even on a full night) and very cozy. The beds are comfy and the room was spacious and clean. We checked in very late and Avnita at the front desk was so welcoming, helpful and kind. She made a late night much more relaxing.

This was a perfect hotel to come to after a long day of travelling! Staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was even nicer than anticipated, super quiet rooms, and tons of breakfast options! Location was convenient being so close to the highway (though we never heard any noise outside or even our neighbors) and WEM. Would recommend this hotel 10 times over!

Very happy with our stay here. Good lighting in bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Very nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Pool area was very clean and had comfortable loungers and water dispenser. Also pool toys! Breakfast was adequate, 24-hour coffee machine in lobby was also very nice. Fitness centre was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely modern spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast food was basic (met expectations) but the real plates and cutlery is nice touch and the dining area is very comfortable. Did not try the pool. Plenty of parking, sorry convenient location. I will definitely come back.

Our first impression was a strong stale smell in the room. We were disappointed to find we couldn’t open a window. But the view from the 13th floor was amazing. There’s an uncomfortably located vent in the shower which wasn’t a duct or fan. I checked as well as I was able for cameras or other unwelcome things in there. The shower needed more cleaning attention. Build up on the grout etc. the beds and pillows were very comfortable. They could stand to clean the carpet in the hall. When we arrived, there was one person at the desk and a line up of people waiting to check in. When we went to checkout in the morning, there were 3 people at the desk and we were the only ones there. I would stay here again. I just would prefer they handle the issues I listed above. We were able to walk to restaurants across the street. And the route to the westerner was very convenient.

This is an excellent hotel with great value for the money. The room is large and specious. The bed is comfortable. Upon check in, the room AC unit was so noisy we had to change rooms, as it made so much noise it was like sleeping inside of a jet engine. After that it was fine. The hot breakfast and the dedicated 9th floor lounge for it are excellent. Selection and variety are excellent. The breakfast staff (i.e. Patricia and Kay) are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole breakfast and lounge experience memorable. They are two superb ambassadors for the hotel. They deserve to be congratulated for a job well done.

We had a great stay. We arrived a little early and asked if we could check in knowing that this may not be possible but the staff were really good and got us into a room so we could start enjoying our stay straight away. The room was a little dated but it was comfortable. We took the option to add access to the executive lounge which had drinks and a few snack available all day and in the evening and morning a selection of food was made available. The food was good and tge lounge staff very friendly and welcoming. We had a meal in the bar near reception which was very nice. We went to the casino in the evening which was good fun. We have only been to a casino once before so wondered what this one would be like and it was great. Again the staff were very friendly and it had a good atmosphere, it was intimating, just chilled vibes. Highly recommend this resort.

This is my wife and my getaway spot, even though we live in Red Deer we love coming here for a night either events or the casino or both (like this stay) The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The facility is always welcoming, clean and fun. This particular stay though set the bar beyond the already 10/10 🌟 that it always does. I had made a comment when booking that this was our first outing of the year and if possibly we could get early check in and late checkout. No issues at all with that they were beyond accommodating. We get into the room and it took the 10/10 to a new level. Thank you so much!! This is why there is never a thought to stay anywhere else.

Very nice hotel with a very welcoming gentleman on the desk. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Nice view over some of Red Deer. There is also a pool and boutique shops. Breakfast was very good and filling to set us up for the day. The hotel is being renovated to make it even better. Highly recommended.

An amazing experience!!!! It is dated yet very well maintained with a mind to catering to people's needs. The staff, very helpful and professional. I have stayed in so many hotels over the years, yet this is the first to just call the room a few minutes in just to check if we were settled in OK. The cleanness was on a whole new level. 10/10 does not do it justice. Most newer/newish hotels mask dirt behind their newer/modern facilities. This hotel was spotless. ALERT!!! Parents …GO HERE!!! Here’s why!! 1: amenities We have all travelled and had our shampoo spill in our luggage right? Well, worry no more! This hotel offers a huge shampo, conditioner and body wash! I still don’t know why all hotels don’t do this… but it made us meet our weight requirements to get here!!! Breakfast Breakfast is good and is mostly geared to children. Waffles, cereal - that they will actually eat!! Okay, so let’s talk coffee… they have a coffee called Spirit Bear… it’s the BEST COFFEE IVE EVER HAD! Or maybe because I haven’t drank coffee in a while but it was so smooth and no heavy bitter taste at the end!!! SWIMMING!!! How many of us moms cringe during pool time because we don’t want to get our hair wet? Well the water height is PERFECT!! I’m 5’ 2 and it was about to me knee in the shallow part and around the 1 meter at its deepest point great for ages 6 and up Hot tub is AMAZING!!! It’s right beside the pool and positioned at a great vantage point to see the kiddos!! Staff were friendly if I needed anything I never had to wait long to receive any aid required All in all, my children had a BLAST here and loved this hotel very much. Which makes every parent proud and happy they made the right choice. Make the right choice too! Choose this establishment!

We received exceptional care, with our numerous request handled promptly by the hotel staff, who consistently exhibit a courteous and professional attitude. The hotel room is immaculately clean, with bedsheets that are extremely comfortable, fresh, and clean ensuring a comfortable sleeping experience, Breakfast is of exceptional quality with replenishment made promptly whenever necessary.

The hotel is in a great location close to the Henday, great for getting around the city. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was a decent size and price. The complementary breakfast was delicious with food variety. The pool is and hot tub was ok a little wear and tear but was clean and has lots of seating and the water slide was fun. The staff were really amazing, I left behind my coat in the room. I called the front desk they sent someone right up to the room to get my coat and held it at the front desk until I was able to get back to pick it up.

First time staying at this Holiday Inn Express and couldn't be happier with my stay. I stayed from Aug 29th to 30th, and the staff I interacted with provided exemplary customer service. I got the upgraded king suite being a platinum IHG member, which they recognize when you check in. The room was very spacious, well stocked, very comfortable, and relatively quiet, even with a busy road just outside the back. The pool was clean, well kept, and fun. I used the slide several times because it was pretty fun to use. The gym was small, but was clean and had the basics to keep your body moving while traveling. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and tasty. It's a small breakfast room, but the food was great. Overall, great stay at this location and I would stay here again in the future, given how positive my stay was.

This hotel was good for the airport. It was clean and felt safe. There was a breakfast buffet bar and a fridge and coffee machine / microwave in the room, along with a spotlessly clean bathroom. There was no evening restaurant, but the staff were happy for me to order food to the hotel. There is a free shuttle between the airport and this hotel, which I didn't realise on the way, so had a taxi to the hotel from airport. Booking the shuttle from the hotel is very easy and the shuttle runs even if you are the only person booked on it. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional and I would stay here again. Can't comment on the parking as didn't drive here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality and value of this hotel. The rooms are clean and the bedding super comfortable, the pool, and especially the water slide, were super fun for our family, and the hot breakfast buffet in the morning was plentiful and delicious. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were accommodating and kind. The shuttle was unavailable when we arrived at the airport, so the staff advised us to take a taxi and obtain a voucher for the driver on arrival at the hotel, which was very convenient! The scheduled airport shuttle on check out was prompt and efficient. This is a perfect hotel if you need a short stay close to the airport in Calgary!

Nice Clean pool and hot tub. My son daughter loved the waterslide! Staff was very friendly That has not been my experience at other hotels Unfortunately. Overall clean And comfortable beds and pillows. Appreciated the smart TV also. Definitely would stay at this hotel again !! This hotel is truly amazing! It’s impeccably clean and incredibly comfy. I’m already planning my next visit because I had such a fantastic experience here. The atmosphere is just perfect. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful place again soon😃❤️

Very friendly and professional staff. My room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was layed out like a buffet. So many breakfast choices! The breakfast foods were so yummy! I will definitely stay there again if ever I visit Hinton again!

Keerthi was very helpful and accommodating during our entire stay. We came up from Edmonton to do some biking in the trails at Hinton . One of our worries was leaving our expensive e-bikes in our truck overnight so we asked Keerthi if there is a place where we can safely store them for the night . Keerthi told us not to worry and took good care of our bikes for the night . His customer service is out of this world, very funny guy , and even greeted us at breakfast time. This Is the best service we have ever experienced at any hotel , we would 100% come back the next time we visit Hinton. The breakfast was amazing , lots of different options. And the food was fresh. The beds are comfy and the rooms have lots of space. Would recommend this hotel to everyone .

The room was spacious & clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good; shampoo, conditioner & soap provided, but no body lotion. I have plenty at home, but assumed the hotel would provide this as most do. Continental breakfast was great; lots of choices, fresh fruit, yogurt, breads, muffins, waffles, cereal, coffee/tea, apple & orange juice.

The front desk staff were professional and welcoming. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Nicely renovated. The only issue encountered was a terribly noisy bathroom fan, but it wasn’t enough to request another room for the night. Had we been planning for a longer stay I probably would have requested a move. The complimentary breakfast was a good start to the day. Highly recommend it as a reasonably priced accommodation close to many sports facilities and UofC in northwest Calgary.

There was plenty of parking. The hotel looks as if it is located in a safe area. Staff on reception ere so lovely and helpful, I have completely forgotten her name, but thank you. Our dog was welcomed. The room was lovely, with a microwave, fridge and large flat screen tv. The bed was so comfy and we had a road-side facing window and the room was still very quiet. The breakfast was nice, the fresh waffles were a bonus.

We got upgraded to a King Suite. The room was obviously newly renovated, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a full rain shower and bench in the shower. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Best part was, we had to stay here overnight, on our way back to BC, and the hotel is directly on Hwy 1 West. Leave the parking lot, turn right, and the next stop is Banff!

We had our pet with us and were happy our room was on the main floor close to a side door exit. Our room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately the Hottub was not in working order. The breakfast was fine…sausages were a bit too salty… We chose this hotel as we used the Calgary Train and it was very close walking distance

The room is clean,but not until my daughter got rashes all over the expose skin and they did their part and gave us a free 1night stay to observe my daughter's situation and change the beddings right away, and so far the rashes a bit gone, and the pool is great the kids love and enjoying the pool, just a little sadness that the Jacuzzi is under reno... and the front desk are so kind both shifts. The free breakfast is okay but hoping for more food choices to eat (veggies/salad). But, overall is great and this our second time here and i will always chose to stay here again and again. Good for Family...and soooo Friendly. Thank you so much everyone!!!!

The staff at the hotel were helpful & friendly & the check-in/out process was quick & easy. The hot breakfast was great. The hotel room was clean & comfortable, however a couple of things stood out as strange. There was only one pod each of regular coffee, decaf & tea in the room, but all three of us staying in the room wanted regular coffee in the morning. We didn’t think to check how many coffee pods were available until we were getting up in the morning & since we had to leave before 6:30 am, we didn’t have time to call down to the front desk for more. It would’ve been nice if there had been a more pods available in the room as we each would’ve had at least two cups since the servings are so tiny. We asked for more when we returned to the hotel for the second night though & we’re readily provided with more for the following morning. The other thing that was strange was that there were no ice buckets available in the room & when we asked someone if we could have one, she said they didn’t have ice buckets, only the plastic bags. We put the plastic bag of ice in the freezer so it wouldn’t melt over night & make a mess, but it was odd that they didn’t provide the buckets… I’ve never seen that in a hotel before. Overall, our stay was very pleasant & we would absolutely stay there again.

We were welcomed upon arrival and Ellen was wonderful to deal with. She was friendly and helpful in getting settled into our stay. All of the staff was friendly. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were upgraded to a suite as the room wasn’t ready which was great!

Friendly staff, quick and easy check in/out, very clean, updated rooms and free laundry, close to west Edmonton mall and lots of other malls, restaurants, shops. Perfect for long stays, we stayed for 10 days while visiting Alberta. The 24/7 little convince store is a great touch for morning coffee, drinks or late night snacks and some little essentials. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect choice for longer stays. Bed is extremely comfortable, bathroom/shower is great, BBQ grills are a nice touch and we used often. Huge refrigerator, microwave, and dual hotplate makes in-room cooking a breeze. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for longer stays

Underground parking for those cold weather nights . Swimming pool and hot tub are great also for a relaxing soak.

Fantastic Stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport We had a wonderful experience during our stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary-Airport. The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for our family, providing us with all the comfort we needed after a long day of travel. The kids especially enjoyed the decent-sized pool, which gave them a fun way to unwind. The location was also very convenient for getting to downtown Calgary, making it easy for us to explore the city while still being close to the airport. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was very quiet, allowing us to relax and rest well. The hot buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious and offered a wide variety of options. Special thanks to Karen in the buffet area, who was so accommodating and made sure everything was running smoothly. Her warm and friendly service truly stood out. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job of keeping our room spotless throughout our stay, which added to the comfort and overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great amenities, a quiet atmosphere, and top-notch service near Calgary Airport!

We spent 4 nights at this location awaiting a tour. Everyone who was working here, we came in contact with, was friendly, happy, diligent and caring! (Unusual in a large complex area, perhaps the difference of Canadians Vs USA cities?) My focus is Breakfast. We travel a lot for “ disabled older adults “. Hilton hotels always are our locations we choose. So, we have experienced ”free Breakfast “ around the USA over our years! It’s gotten so bad… we just bring / buy yogurt and skip the “free”! But!!! This hotel has a great fresh “free”. Breakfast you don’t want to skip! There are (3) hard working, focused women , working there!!! (Karen, Virginia, Mira) Why different? 1. Fresh choices turkey sausage, or pork sausage or bacon, and pulled pork! Replenished until close of kitchen!!! ( you know the empty look of the usual Available choices )at 30 minutes before breakfast is shut down)Fruit ( apples, oranges, bananas) available even at 9:30…. (Usually it’s 1 green apple there… in fresh fruit choices) tables clean, butter! Half and Half!!!! Not in pkgs!!! Real food! Choices of juice, coffee is actually very good! ( usually we dump chocolate pkgs in to kill the taste) Great place to stay near the airport in Calgary. Please, hand the breakfast people a tip!!!! They desThis Hotel administration should feel proud about how well they are treating the guests here!

I recently stayed at the Homewood Suites Calgary Airport and had a great experience overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms are large, relatively well-equipped, and perfect for both short and extended stays. The staff really stood out; everyone I encountered was friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The complimentary breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of hot and cold options, and the free airport shuttle made travel super convenient. Special shout out to Karen, you’re very good at your job! While the location is great for easy airport access, it’s worth noting that there aren’t any restaurants or shops within walking distance. However, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel, and the front desk offers a selection of drinks, snacks, and essentials for purchase. My only real suggestion would be to allow the windows to open for some fresh air, but otherwise, everything was great. Thanks a lot Homewood by Hilton.

Great for what we needed: 1 night close to the airport before we flew home very early the next day. Very friendly and helpful staff (Thank you Madison!), extremely spacious & clean suite with comfortable bed & linens, great heat and A/C unit with a constant fan for white noise so we could not hear the airport. With our very early flight we had to skip the free hot breakfast but they provided us “grab and go” bags for breakfast that were just fine as the suite had everything we needed to heat things up and make coffee/tea in the morning. There’s also a decent restaurant at the Hampton Inn next door; it’s literally connected via a hallway so you don’t even have to walk outside. Reasonably price too. Highly recommended and we’d stay here again.

Enjoyed a quick 1-night stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton Calgary Airport last week so thought I'd share a quick update. Room #901 is a north facing 1 Bedroom King bed suite with TV's in both the living room & bedroom, a large kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dining table with 2 chairs plus cups, plates & utensils. A nice welcome bag with 2 water bottles & the manager's business card greeted this Silver member. The living room has a full size sofa & armchair. The bedroom has a comfy King, vanity outside the bathroom, and a tub/shower combo with that has to be one of the shallowest tubs I've seen in my travels. I would've preferred a shower stall with nicer shower head but for a short stay it was more than adequate. Water pressure in the shower was fine although the water temperature was cooler than I liked despite leaving the water to run for a minute or two. Not much of a view room the higher floor room but there's not much in this area just north of YYC beyond light industrial. Enjoyed the full buffet breakfast (sorry no photos) but ran out of time for a dip in the indoor pool. Parking was in ground level stalls which were almost full when I arrived later on a Fri. night. As I drove from Edmonton, I didn't use the airport shuttle. Overall, the free parking & hot breakfast plus excellent value of this Homewood Suites is what attracted me and it more than delivered so would return again.

We were very happy with our stay here. The desk clerk was very friendly and cheerful. We had been assigned a 2nd floor room, but my husband has trouble with stairs and there is no elevator. The desk clerk was able to switch us to a first floor room and we were very grateful for the extra effort he took to accommodate us. The room was very spacious, nicely decorated and clean. The free breakfast was excellent. It consisted of eggs, breakfast meat, fruit, cereal, yogurt and pastries. The breakfast room was well stocked, clean and had plenty of seating. My only complaint is that there was only one chair in the room, so one of us had to sit on the bed to read/watch TV. A second chair would have been much appreciated.

Location, surrounding area with diners and restaurants even at walking distance. Hotel had clean, spacious rooms. Kitchenette was great for actual cooking and had cutlery that was enough. Beds were the most clean and comfortable. Had great sleep. Breakfast was included and enough stuff to fill you till Lunch. Overall great stay with visiting friends. Not a bad drive distance from Jasper..

The staff here are amazing. I was having problems rearranging flights and also worrying about the situation during the Air Canada strike. The staff, on a moments notice, were able to arrange for me to have free shuttles to and from the airport. I went a number of times to talk with the Air Canada workers at the airport. The staff and the shuttle drivers were amazingly accommodating. This was my major standout feature of this trip, the helpfulness of the staff. Along with that, the room was extremely quiet. I really try to focus on having a quiet hotel room and this one did not disappoint at all. I slept extremely well. In fact one of the reasons I chose this hotel is because I saw that customers staying in hotels in the city complained about noise issues so I decided to stay slightly outside the city. Having said that, it was quite cheap and quick to get Uber rides into the city centre in order to go on a Banff Park tour and on a walking tour. The food in the lounge and in the restaurant at breakfast are also quite good, with some nice options. The staff there are friendly and lovely.

I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle driver. He was so kind and helpful. The girl at the front desk had a little trouble finding my reservation but once located was very efficient. My room was spotless and fresh smelling. The bed was very comfortable the bathroom was also very clean. In the morning I was driven back to the airport by an extremely helpful driver. All in all my expectations were more than met at this location.

This hotel was amazing it was super clean and modern very family friendly the staff was kind and welcoming the hot tub and pool were awesome but a bit slippery. Our room was awesome and breakfast was fantastic! The waffles are unreal good and the pineapple coconut water qas delicious. I wish they had flavoured watwr available all day like the tea and coffee set up but all in all fantastic stay!

I stayed here on the night of the 28th and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed—it had a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff checked in on us whenever we were coming and going, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to use the pool or gym this time, but I’ll definitely try them on my next visit. One small improvement could be expanding the breakfast options and add some more items. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Edmonton!

Our stay was an enjoyable one. Check-in was smooth. Friendly staff. Location of the hotel is good with restaurants just a walking distance or, just a short drive. Parking is not a problem. The room was clean and spacious. Their breakfast have plenty of choice. Overall, our experience was very good. The only suggestion to the hotel management is to remind the guests that if they have children, they should be made aware that should be running in their rooms and in the hallways past 11:00 as guests also want to rest and enjoy a good sleep. But we would still come back and stay in this hotel

This was our second time at this hotel we enjoy it a lot. Beds are comfortable, always so clean & the staff are always amazing. We always book the 2 queen suite for our 5 person family and it’s such a great room and so much space for everyone. A few dinner options in walking distance, Mr mikes attached to the hotel & gas station right beside it. Easy to find. Breakfast was good, handful of options. Pool was nice clean and not to cold.Will definitely be back

I had an amazing stay at Staybridge Suites in Edmonton! From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff were so present and welcoming—it really made a difference. My room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable, which was perfect since I had school assignments to work on. Even though I brought my own breakfast, the hotel’s spread smelled absolutely delicious every morning! One small thing—I accidentally left two anklets in the pool area, and while the cleaning crew tidied up, they didn’t bring them to the front desk as I had expected. But honestly, I appreciate that they keep everything so clean, and since the anklets weren’t real gold, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Parking was decent, and while the hotel is open to anyone before midnight, I never felt unsafe. Once I locked my door, I was completely at ease. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back again!

We stay 1 night and from the beginning I felt a good vibe with the place. Reception lady was so friendly! The room was clean and cozy. All the residents in the hotel were friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. And what made it more special was the breakfast, omg it was delicious, the bacon was crispy the fruits were sweet……. Our stay was so pleasant I would recommended. Thank you for making us safe and happy.

Had a great stay-comfy spacious and really felt more like a home than hotel. Everyone was friendly and everything was super clean. Pool -no hot tub but nice fitness area. Breakfast was more basic but usually cooked eggs, a meat, toast, waffles and yogurt bar. Great laundry pay for soap (or use your own) and machines were free. Appetizers Monday-Friday with snack snd drinks for free.

The hotel is conveniently located to both the city and West Edmonton Mall. Reception was friendly and efficient. The suite was large and well equipped. The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioner was quiet and effective. Breakfast was satisfactory but the dining room was too small. We took our breakfast back to our room. Excellent Indian restaurant located next door.

This was a great hotel! Very new, modern, and clean. There is coffee, water, juice, and milk available 24/7 from the breakfast room. The breakfast was always well stocked and hot. They have a fancy coffee machine that makes specialty coffees on demand. I booked a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi worked well and was very clean. Nothing negative to report actually!

Rooms very clean and does not smelled like chemicals cleaning, just fresh. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was a big variety and very tasty. Only shampoo and conditioner bottles very small for a clean hotel . ( big plastic waste) . Also the Print on this bottles so small, you need a glasses to read what you use in the shower.

Wonderful hotel! I stayed for one night with my 6yr old son, and it was a great experience. As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly, checked in quickly and told the important info we needed. The entire hotel is very clean, you can tell they take this very seriously. They have a cute little concession where I bought my son a bag of chips for the night, with other essentials if you happen to forget toothpaste, Tylenol etc. The room we had was on the 3rd floor facing the field which was a great view, and the room was spotless ( housekeeping lady named Dawn had our room, fantastic job!!) and was a very comfortable temperature upon entering, I didn't need to adjust anything. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. We went and played at the pool, which was also very clean and had lots of towels available. We used the stairwell to return to our room from the pool and even they were spotless, which often gets overlooked in other hotels as it isn't an area that guests often use. Good job! The breakfast was great, it had hot items as well as cold items, and we loved the perfectly cooked bacon and the waffle area. It has a great assortment of items to choose from, I think this is the absolute best breakfast I have ever had included in a hotel stay in my life. Well done Canalta, I will definitely stay here if I am in the area again, and highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was one of the most comfortable, relaxing stays we've ever had anywhere in the world. We walked in the door and were immediately greeted by the delicious aroma of popcorn and friendly smiles. General manager, Birdie, and the rest of the staff were very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was huge, clean, and very comfortable, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub in the evening, and the assortment of hot and cold foods and drinks for breakfast were quite satisfying. There was even the option of a custom-made omelette. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway, near lots of shopping and restaurants, but we didn't notice any noise at all.

An excellent place to stay on the edge of Camrose AB but close to all amenities. We received a friendly and professional greeting and a smooth book-in. The room was spacious with a view over open country (see photos). Although close to a main highway it was quiet. All staff were very helpful and provided us with good advice and directions for a visit to Edmonton. Our stay included a Monday night which meant we were provided with a e evening but complimentary evening meal. There was also fresh popcorn available throughout our stay. I would defy anyone to be able to leave hungry as there was an excellent choice of both hot and cold breakfast available. We only managed to make use of the pool on onwe had it to ourselves for most of the hour or so we spent there.

Everything. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with pillows and coffee. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I had trouble with the iron in the room and they brought me another one and even tested it first. The hot breakfast buffet is delicious. We always love our stay.

All in all the motel met my expectations. The front lobby area is currently under construction, little unsightly but overall was a pleasant experience. The jacuzzi room was very nice . I would stay at the facility again, and do recommend others to stay there .

Staff, were all very helpful and very kind as well. Check-in was done quickly and professionally. Pool and hot tub were a nice addition. my room also had a jacuzzi tub, so being that it was a weekend and fairly busy, the second night of my stay, I decided to use it instead of going down stairs to the hot tub.

Check-in was quick and easy, which was a great start. We were given spacious rooms—definitely appreciated! The beds were a bit too soft for my taste, but comfy enough for a one-night stay. The toiletries and shower products were surprisingly nice, a step up from the usual hotel basics. The location was convenient—really close to a mall. We drove back and forth, but it’s totally walkable if you’re up for it. Oh, and my nieces absolutely loved the pool—major win there!

This hotel was perfect for our stay over Christmas. We were very close to the family and friends that we were celebrating with. The hotel was clean and the services were all available. Our grandchildren totally enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The breakfast was decent and got you going early morning.There was an attention to cleanliness, even though the hotel was under a bit of renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had an amazing and comfortable stay at the Sandman hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly cozy. I also appreciated the little touches, like quality toiletries and a quiet atmosphere, which made the whole experience feel extra relaxing. I booked my stay here due to an environmental issue at my home apartment. The room I originally booked was small and rather plain, so I called guest services to inquire about a bigger room and they upgraded myself and my wife to a king suite for free. Thank-you! The new suite was spacious and clean with the only issue being were some footprint stains in the carpet from someone's muddy work boots which didn't clean up, but it was a minor detail really. The staff was friendly and accommodating. There's plenty of shopping and restaurants close by.

I definitely recommend this hotel, it is by far the BEST hotel I have stayed in, the staff, each & every one are amazing, friendly, helpful, people people, they treat you like you are special. Walk into the lobby, the smell is amazing, they have an infuser with the most amazing scents going, during the day there is always a water jug filled with different fruit & a variety of mixes to add to it, fruit in a bowl, in the evenings there is fresh coffee, hot chocolate or tea available with some kind of different cookies or pastries. The rooms, again, amazing, either a king size bed or 2 double beds available, fridges & microwaves in all, clean, well maintained, & a fresh new smell to them as well as the hallways, always a pleasant fragrance. The breakfast room is huge, well stocked & with very friendly personnel, a very lovely lady there at least 5 days a week, with I am sure another lovely helpful person on the weekends. I highly recommend this hotel to stay in when your headed down on Highway 43 south. Kudos to this hotel

We enjoyed everything about Timber ridge from the amazing breakfast to the complementary dinner they had on for the nights we stayed the staff were amazing and very kind room was amazing and was very clean and well presented. The General Manager that greated us was very helpful and friendly and let us know all about Fox Creek and its history and what it has to offer. All in all an amazing experience and will definitely be going back there to stay on our next adventure north.

Wow! What an amazing hotel! Came to Fox Creek to work at a local school. From the booking of the room to the final check out this was a first rate experience. Here are some of the highlights. 1) Entire staff - Friendly, accommodating, willing to do whatever it takes to ensure your stay is fantastic. 2) Breakfast - Different every morning and so creative. Potato waffles, sausages. baked beans, egg stir fry (OK maybe it was called something else but it was awesome). The best part was Agnes' banana bread. So delicious. 3) Evening meal - Spaghetti one night, fried chicken one night, variety of salads. Loved coming "home" to have dinner every night. 4) Cleanliness - Staff worked tirelessly to keep the place sparkling clean. Amazing experience! Theyre not giving up on amenities through covid like some other hotels Ive stayed in, this is the only hotel Ive been to that still does a hot delish breakfast during covid! (Take away to your room of course). There was also great coffee and occassional treats in the lobby for guests. My husband would start his truck in the mornings and go get a coffee while it warmed up. Super friendly staff, they double checked if I needed another night the morning I was checking out, because the weather had been bad. Very clean halls and rooms! With really nice shampoos and such as well (I had forgotten mine).

This hotel has become one of my favorites when I'm in the Calgary area. It's even easier to get around the entire city now that the ring road is fully completed, and this hotel is located only a few blocks from the ring road access. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was endless. There were 4 shower towels in the room, which is a rarity in hotels these days. The bed was a perfect firmness for me, and I slept like a stone. The staff are welcoming and efficient. When I checked out early in the morning, Kevin made it quick and easy for me. This is one of my favorite places for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Denis the manager was so helpful and accommodating. He made sure check in was smooth. Also when we checked out he was helpful with next time we book.The staff at the restaurant got to know us and made the dining experience enjoyable. The gym was clean and had all the equipment one needed. The pool was spotless.

I had a really good experience at the hotel. At first, I booked a room for a day earlier than my actual trip by mistake and Denis at the counter was so helpful and cancelled this booking with no penalties so I can rebook for the next day. And I did. Hotel has a convenient indoor entrance to Dennys Restaurant to have breakfast there. I recommend this hotel. All clean and in a secured area.

This hotel was perfect for our day trip to Calaway park. It was clean and quiet with friendly staff. Lots of fast food options in walking distance of the hotel, and a Denny’s right downstairs. Our kids also had fun in the pool, although it’s pretty basic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

My only complaint was that there was not enough parking around the hotel, so we ended up across the road in a vacant lot that they use for overflow. There was no lighting or security on the overflow so I wasnt too happy about leaving my car there overnight, and it was extremely icy walking from there to the hotel.

Great property, clean and well maintained. Safe was super friendly and helpful. The only issue was staying on the 2nd floor, our view was obstructed.

We spent two nights here. It’s a great place to stay, especially with small kids. The fitness room is bright with a view of the pool. The kids enjoyed the waterslide. The rooms are excellent. The bathrooms were clean and modern, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and overall it’s good value.

Check in was quick and simple. Found it easily off the highway. Room was clean and luxurious. Loved the bathroom products and coffee station. Common areas were tidy and clean.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The towels smelled very bad. I felt like I was drying off with a dirty towel. I didn’t take a shower our second night because they smelled so bad. Other than the towels it was great.

My hotel room had all the necessary amenities and was super comfortable and clean. The room had a slight musty odor upon entry (likely the carpet) but was clean, and cleaned daily. Note that they provide bar soap (no shower gel), and small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and even body lotion. I like that many hotels these day have moved to using refillable dispensers to cut down on having to provide multiple small bottles and the waste generated thereafter. Ramada should consider this sustainability practice. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The hotel breakfast options were standard. The area includes many eateries for breakfast alternatives, along with other types of restaurants, all within walking distance. I would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Calgary! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to walk around, grab food, and explore the city. We also really loved having a balcony to enjoy the city views and fresh air. The valet parking was such a great convenience, and the valet attendant who helped us when we arrived around 4–5pm was extremely nice and welcoming (wish I remembered his name!). The front desk staff were also fantastic—especially the kind Korean lady who gave us helpful tips on how to get around the city and make the most of our stay. For the price, this hotel is a great value. The room is clean and comfortable, Overall, Ramada Calgary is a great choice if you want a comfortable stay, excellent value, and outstanding staff service in the middle of downtown. I’d definitely stay here again!

Convenient downtown location, large, clean room, efficient and friendly service, hot breakfast buffet (for an extra charge, but it's about what a decent hot breakfast would cost anywhere else downtown, and you can load up for the day!) Very close to light rail. Great value for the money: nothing fancy, decor is somewhat outdated, not a lot of default extras--but everything you need, clean and working. For example, there isn't a fridge in every room--but when I asked for one it was provided promptly. I would 100% stay here again.

Three night stay in March 2025. Property was clean, room was clean, and everything seemed to be in good repair and maintained well. Pool and spa were both great. Overall the property and room were good! Continental breakfast was awesome. Not your regular muffins and cereal bar. Every morning there was a different menu, including hot and fresh eggs, sausage, waffles and much more! Lastly I cannot say enough nice things about the staff. Everyone was super friendly, super helpful and fantastic to talk to! 10/10 would recommend this property.

The hotel was very nice and clean - staff were great - so friendly and accommodating -breakfast was good lots of options - I guess the only thing that wasn't great was that there were no good restaurants near by - only fast food the hotel was trying out a dinner menu - choices were limited - but if you didn't want to go out after a long day - that was handy but portions were small and food was mediocre. It was handy - but not really tasty! If they stepped that up just a bit it would have been great!

Everything was clean, all the staff was friendly, the pool had decent hours (7am - 10pm) and the big spiral slide was fun and fast. The free breaky started early, 630 I think, it was great, so much to choose from: make your own waffles in 3min, eggs and sausage, cereals, fruit, juices, pancakes, bagels… excellent. The a/c was just right, easy to switch from cool to hot as needed. Clean bathroom, quiet room, tv w/netflix and prime. Grocery store, starbucks, tims, across the street, winners and mcds one block over. Enjoyed our stay for sure!

Lovely hotel, small but with everything you want like you would find in a large more expensive hotel. Near EVERYTHING you need. Excellent breakfast. Clean facility. Pool was relaxing and very enjoyable. Ate at some local restaurants which were #1. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This is a fantastic hotel. Quiet and very comfortable. Large room. Comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and the staff are super friendly. Hot tub and gym area were clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking. Pub next door and walkable to oaks or Cattle Baron. We were in the area for a medical procedure and originally booked at the Super 8 on the other side of McLeod. After two nights there we realized we made a mistake and moved hotels. I wish we had spent the entire time at the Wyndham. So much better. So much cleaner. And so much more comfortable. If you are choosing between the two this is the better option hands down. Will stay here for any future appointments.

We used our 15000 points for a free stay. Great amenities pool with a water slide hot breakfast. Clean room and hotel. Up to date furnishings. Clean comfortable room. Soft pillows bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast too. Close to shopping centres but in a quiet secluded area of town.

Our second time staying this year. My lover drove from Calgary and we spent time with Family in Edmonton. Kids came for a swim to burn some energy. No issues! Great free breakfast and parking. Loved watching a movie from the Jacuzzi tub! Comfy beds. No complaints!

This was our 3rd stay at this place. My boyfriend and I are long distance and from out of town and we like to meet up here and enjoy a weekend together. Watching shows in the Jacuzzi tub is a real treat, we love it. The bed and pillows are very comfy. It’s Nice and quiet. Food within walking distance. Great free breakfast too! A little something for everyone.

Loved watching TV from the Jacuzzi King suite with my man. We had family children come visit and join us in the warm pool and hot hot tub. Was nice not to be hassled about having guests. Bed and pillows were comfy cozy! Free parking was appreciated and free Breakfast was better than many other hotels. Would def recommend and stay again.

Came to Edmonton for my mothers funeral. Got there around noon and they were fantastic at getting us into a room right away. No waiting until 3 pm! Was given all discounts available from Military, to Government to AMA. First room was on the 2nd floor and unbeknownst to us, there was a dance competition going on in the city. That meant there were all kinds of young girls and coaches running around. It was quite noisy so we asked if another room was available. Without hesitation, we were changed to a suite on the 6th floor at the end of a hallway where it was beautifully quiet! All the time the staff was courteous, professional and friendly and served us with a big smile on their faces. The room was exceptionally comfortable. Bed was very comfortable with nice clean, white sheets. Pillows were just the right fluffiness so my neck wasn’t sore in the morning. The shower had great water pressure and I thoroughly enjoying my bubble bath in the tub before bed. I would recommend this wonderful place to everyone! However, the Raddisson at the airport will not be getting such a rave review!

We booked an overnight stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites West Edmonton (11330 170 St NW) in a corner jacuzzi suite. We found the room to be spacious and clean overall with good adherence to COVID-19 protocols. What was particularly lovely was the bathroom which had ample space including a large walk-in shower, double sink and the jacuzzi which allowed us to relax and wind down in. The quality of sleep was satisfactory and the stay overall reflected the TripAdvisor rating average to date. It won't rock your world but it is a solid offering. The accommodations was of very good value for price paid. Being in an industrial zone, the area does not particularly have a ton of interesting amenities within walking distance, but with a vehicle it was convenient to access attractions further away. Please be aware not to confuse this location with the Holiday Inn Express & Suites West Edmonton at 18520 100 Ave NW as the names of the properties are similar and they are within 5km of each other. Please indicate if you found this review to be helpful as it will help me get a better sense where to focus my review efforts in the future. Thanks and stay safe all.

I thought I should write an updated review of this location. We checked into the jacuzzi suite Mar 15 - 17. Hotel staff are freindly, helpful and just awesome. The hotel is very clean and well kept. We checked into the room, and were immediatly shocked at the space, the bathroom was 18x8. I've stayed at New York hotels that were smaller than this bathroom. Very clean room, and spotless. Two large tvs, Kuerig machine, actual glassware, plates and stoneware coffee mugs (my biggest bug in hotels is paper cups only, they have both here). Plenty of towels. I have no complaints about this location and will definately stay here from now on when we come to Edmonton again.

Room 518 Check in was warm and welcoming. Very efficient. Hotel well located and clean. Room was very clean and well equipped. Bed was semi soft and comfy. Sheets clean and soft. Room was very quiet and dark. Bathroom was clean and had quality products. Towels large and soft. One con was stepping into the shower, floor was VERY slippery but they provide a shower mat, I advise using it. Other than that, it was a great place to stop. I recommend. As there is no breakfast at this hotel, Ricky's is attached and has good food and service.

Hotel had mostly friendly staff. A couple who made errors during my stay (did not provide all food vouchers at check in, did not add the confirmed guest (that I confirmed months ago by email) to the registry and a restaurant staff who accepted a voucher with a wrong date by accident then another that wouldn't accept the one I had left in the end) and gave a little bit of attitude but others who were super friendly and accommodating. The errors made were rectified in the end. Pool and hot tub were convenient with great hours. Both a bit small and in need of a drain and clean/repair by my visit in Sept (end of season). Hotel rooms were a little dated but super clean and the beds were soft and sheets and towels fresh. Cleaning staff did an excellent job. Immediate surrounds don't have much for tourists except food but there is a bus stop right outside and the bus goes right to the West Edmonton Mall and the hotel is in convenient driving distance to many attractions.

We stayed here overnight. The hotel was convenient and easy access as we had a truck and trailer. Check in was quick and easy with no wait time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. What more could you ask for.

The property is great and the breakfast is excellent. I had to ask to have the bed changed completely because there was the aroma of other humans on it. They don't use bleach so that could be part of the problem. Once it was done, my stay was perfect. Super spacious room and comfortable bed. Very quiet. Staff are all excellent and kind.

The Landing Hotel in St Paul NEVER fails to thoroughly impress. A shout out to Zach for making my daughters day, and to all the staff who make this place feel like our home away from home. The pool is warm and has an awesome slide, the breakfast was hot, the coffee fantastic, and the rooms comfortable and clean, as always. We'll be back!

The room, restaurant, entrance and hallways were neat, clean and well maintained. I had two issues one was the elevator door was not functioning properly and the other was street noise.

When I arrived to the property, I was greeted by friendly staff. Since the room that I had booked was not available, I was given a complimentary upgrade. My booking offered a complimentary breakfast, which was excellent. The breakfast was a buffet style which included scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes and hash browns - along with coffee, tea, juice and yogurt. The pool area was quite small. Also, there didn't seem to be enough parking available for all of the guests. Overall, I was pleased with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

Elevator in one of the wings (where our room was) was down the entire weekend - no repair until Monday (repair person had to come from Edmonton). Not really their fault - so stairs it was! Not a buffet breakfast meal like many other BW's - Select 3 options drink (bacon/sausages, pancakes/hashbrowns, eggs, coffee/juice). Wasn't bad, but preferred the buffet option with more selection that I've had elsewhere. Lots of parking in front and behind the hotel. Quick travel to Kinoso Beach and the provincial park nearby by car, would really recommend. First room smelled like smoke, so were moved to a 2nd floor room without any issues. Front of house staff were great!

Great experience! The staff is so friendly and kind. Room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast at the attached Sawmill restaurant was a bonus. Indoor pool and slide was nice as we were there to see the grandkid. It was a pleasure to stay in your hotel while in cold lake for a family visit!

The lobby was beautiful with balls of fairy lights from the ceiling and comfortable seating areas. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and courteous. However, it would have been better if more than 2 sets of condiments , tea/ coffee were provided in the room as we had more than 2 people staying in the room.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Easy reservation and room was exactly the way we imaged it would be. Comfortable and very clean. Thank you for making my romantic weekend special.

Stayed in ALOT of hotels in my years, across Canada. Training, family, business, etc. There is none better in this price range. Room was excellent. High quality furnishings, extremely comfortable beds and pillows and sheets. Well thought out and planned. The Café is A BIT pricey, and the portions reasonable, but the QUALITY of the offered food was stellar. And OMG! If you like good strong delicious coffee, they have it in spades! There is a great whirlpool, waterslide and nice pool, exercise room, AND.... A less talked about HIDDEN GEM. The Skywalk And ATRIUM . This Hotel may not be the absolute in opulence and luxurious atmosphere, but it is dam good. And as a bonus, when you consider the QUALITY of the included breakfast, which is a real breakfast, not a buffet full of mass produced slop, this becomes an AMAZING place to stop. And who drives all of this? Its the AMAZING ans super helpful and courtesy driven staff! THANK YOU! Will be back. Will recommend.

We had an amazing time staying at the Delta Calgary South. First of all, the staff was very friendly and went above and beyond for our requests. My daughter slipped in the pool and got a small cut - when I went to front desk for a bandaid they were quite concerned and wanted to know if there was anything else they could do for her. Any staff we met in the hall greeted us with a smile and friendly hello - some even stopped to ask my daughters questions about our vacation. Second, our room was very clean and was quite spacious (atrium room). We were lucky enough to use both pools and they were both very well-kept. Third, the on-sight restaurant was fabulous- everything was made with fresh ingredients and above quality standards! This was one of THE MOST family-friendly hotels I have ever been to. My girls (9 and 11) are trying to plan another stay soon!!

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Calgary South, and was very pleased with my experience. Despite arriving during a massive snowstorm, the hotel made everything easy and stress-free. The room was well-maintained, and the bed was quite comfortable, which is what I need to unwinding after a long day. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The Amenities were excellent. The pool was a great size, ideal for both relaxation and a bit of exercise. Breakfast fresh, delicious, and included with the room, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, my stay was smooth and enjoyable, even under challenging weather conditions. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

This was our first time at this hotel and we will be back. The hotel is in two sections connected by a sky bridge. We stayed in the newer part and the room was a suite with a sitting area. We also had included access to the Club Lounge, located on our floor which included drinks, snacks, breakfast. Despite being on a busy street, MacLeod Trail and Southland Drive the room was quiet and the AC was soundless and worked perfectly. Sevinj checked us out and gave us free breakfast coupons for the Sage restaurant. Close to Southcentre Mall, Wellington’s restaurant, Highway 2 and Deerfoot Trail this is an easy location to find and to get through Calgary. The room, bed, shower, AC, location were perfect. Staff in the check on area seemed new and, though efficient, had no knowledge of the area or roads. Highly recommend!

Have stayed a few times. Always pleasant at Best Western Fort Saskatchewan. Fast, easy, friendly check in. Clean, comfortable room. We had the jacuzzi room and it was great. Asked for a couple extra towels and got them no problem. Breakfast is great with hot options like sausage, eggs, potatoes, along with the cereal, yogurt, toast, etc options. Fast, easy check out. From the minute we arrived, I was greeted at the front by a very professional male clerk. we were checked in in minutes/the facility was clean/fresh. my husband had changed us to this hotel/unannounced to me instead of another over by the prison. I figured it was him choosing a cheaper hotel of lesser quality- it turned out this hotel had a higher quality rating and not by a prison the pool was clean /fresh, the gym was clean fresh overall a delightful 4 day's stay The continental breakfast area was clean and tidy and the selection was great except for the fruit salad / and fresh fruit selection / close to restaurants and shopping.

Loved the selection for breakfast, the pool was warm and so inviting, the hot tub was wonderful and actually not. The beds and pillows were super cozy and comfy. The room was big and spacious. The lady who worked 3-11 was beyond exceptional and ensured we had everything we needed for a great stay. House keeping is 10/10 very throughly, clean and friendly. Also they actually had a mini crib for the baby with a great mattress for baby. It was literally a home away from home.

Been staying here since late 2022 up to late 2023 and Suranga Darmakeerthi has been able to get me a room whenever I need it. Always available, huge help and works with my requests when I have them The hotel is nice, typical IHG hotel. However the hottub has been out of service since late 2022 and has yet to be fixed since my last being there in October of 2023.

Best hotel to stay in! Excellent staff/service (very friendly staff at the front desk when I called to make my reservation, as well as excellent staff in housekeeping and working in the dining area). My co-workers and I thought the rooms were nice, clean, and spacious and breakfast was included which was very convenient for our business trip!! Because I am celiac (gluten allergy), I couldn't eat the bread/pastry items that were part of the breakfast. Nicole was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about gluten allergies and heated up gluten free waffles and toasted gluten free bread for me in the oven (taking precautions against cross-contamination). She also knew which items had gluten (e.g. sausage) and needed to be avoided by me. There was a great selection of items for me to eat including tasty mini omelettes, gf toast, gf waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit etc. Would definitely stay here again!!

This hotel is excellent in every way. Super clean and comfortable , quiet peaceful atmosphere, great breakfast ( breakfast lady does an awesome job keeping food full & fresh) , Excellent front end staff that go above & beyond to accommodate. This is the hotel of choice when I travel to Edson regularly for business. On my previous trip however I needed to bring my dog and had to choose a dog friendly hotel as he Express does not accommodate dogs. What I learned from that experience is that I took for granted what this hotel has to offer! Checking in was excellent. Staff was professional and courteous. My room was spacious with cleanliness rated 10/10. The only issue I had was that the bed and pillows were of such quality that I had a hard time getting up in the morning. Then there was the continental breakfast. OMG fresh cheese egg omelettes with Hash browns and sausage patties was a bonus. The coffee was so good that I took a cup to go. To top off my holiday express stay I had the opportunity to be checked out by the manager who was so personable and accommodating. Overall, I have learnt that by staying in a lower quality hotel in Edson I can now better appreciate what this hotel has to offer. I’ve learnt my lesson and will not settle for less service than what this hotel offers.

The pool and water slide looked inviting and fun, but, alas, there was no time to enjoy it. I did, however, use the fitness room and was pleased that the equipment was modern and functional and well-maintained. The breakfast was standard fare for Holiday Inn Express, which is to say it had a pretty good offering of both hot and cold items, ranging from healthy to indulgent. I appreciate that the property allows pets. I'm not fond of "pet fees" but I recognize the reality that they are now the de facto standard in the lodging industry . . . and accordingly I will not feel guilty about offering my dog some food from the complimentary breakfast (she loves eggs). Having a room on the first floor near the side door was especially convenient for a dog. All in all, it was a very nice stay. I don't expect I'll ever visit Medicine Hat again, but the property gives me a favorable impression of the city and if I ever did return, I would probably choose to stay here.

Our first impression was that it was a bit unkempt with the leftover gravel from winter still on the parking lot and the front doors were dirty. In fact I wondered if we had accidentally come in the back. However the front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was clean. We stayed two nights on the way to and from a family wedding. Both rooms were clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The breakfast had quite a few options but very limited for those with dietary restrictions so we just had a snack before finding another option.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Medicine Hat in room 306 and I was very impressed by the reception staff. She was friendly, helpful, and professional. She greeted me warmly when I arrived and checked me in quickly. Her name was Khush and she also gave me some useful information about the hotel amenities and the nearby attractions. She answered all my questions and made me feel welcome. Khush also went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. She helped me book a taxi to the airport, arranged a late checkout for me, and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. She was always smiling and courteous, and she made sure I had everything I needed. I would like to thank Khush for her excellent service and hospitality. She is a great asset to the hotel and she deserves recognition and appreciation. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medicine Hat.

The best night stay of our 4 week holiday travelling from Ontario to Alberta. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. After my husband and I checked in I asked the staff if our son and family could visit for a couple of hours. The staff cheerfully replied no problem and we had the most wonderful evening with our family. The next morning we required some copies of documents and Aiden, the front desk attendant, went out of his way to print the papers we needed. The cleaning staff and maintenance staff were also very friendly and went out of their way to be sure we were enjoying our visit. The hotel was spotless, the pool and slide amazing and breakfast was good. We can’t recommend this hotel more highly and our daughter-in-law made the comment that it should be classified as a 5 star hotel!

We were pleasantly surprised by this Holiday Inn Express. The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to approach and were genuinely interested in helping you. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast supplied with the room was more than adequate. And you are in walking or short drive distance to many fast food or sit down restaurants and fun shopping. We will stay there again on our next visit.

A very basic dated motel. But the price is incredibly affordable especially considering the location. So I didn’t expect anything fancy. The front desk staff was lovely and kind; a real highlight. Breakfast is served in the lobby, no area to eat it so just bring to your room. The bathrooms are newly renovated, the rest of the rooms are very clean but dated. The mattresses are fine but very old. The pillows are comfortable. The attached restaurant is amazing and very convenient. Little touches like a microwave, fridge and a keurig are great. Totally fine place to stay for cost, especially if you don’t plan on being in the room much.

We booked a room with a jetted tub (Suite, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, Jetted Tub). The room was fantastic, super spacious and clean as a whistle. The jetted tub was beautiful and has plenty of room for two people. Our room was a great price and comes with a buffet breakfast - they had the niftiest little pancake machine as part of the breakfast buffet - all included in room price. Centrally located, a great spot to stay when visiting the local attractions.

We can’t say enough about having our reception and dance at this venue. Debrah and Patty were exceptional to deal with for everything. We were able to go in the day before to set up . We choose the Canadian Buffet for our meal. The food was exceptional, the bbq chicken and the roast beef were delicious. Our guests went back for seconds and so did we!! The pie desserts were also great. We danced all night and our bar tender was amazing. They supplied 2 security guards just to make sure no one tried to wander in to our reception. The next morning we booked The sunshine room for a huge family breakfast buffet, it was so nice to have this space for all of us to meet and enjoy time together. We were able to leave everything after the party and pick up the decorations on Sunday which was awesome. Totally recommend this venue to anyone planning a celebration!!!!!

Traveling along the Alaska Highway and was happy to find a familiar hotel. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant attached which made a quick dinner before bed convenient. Pricing was as expected in Canada.

I booked a night stay here to break up a trip when picking up our new puppy. My 5yo son & I stayed in a room with a king and I found everything about our short stay very enjoyable. The hotel was modern and nicely appointed. Our room was cozy and spacious. The entire building was immaculately clean. Check-in was a breeze and the breakfast was really quite good. We enjoyed the pool and found the building was nice and quiet. Will be gravitating towards Holiday Inn for my next hotel stay.

Location was easy to find and in walking distance to the store, breakfast had a variety of choice, the staff keep it very clean and supplied they aways greeted with us with a smile and said good morning. Elevator always smelled clean like that fresh vacuum clean smell. Very well-maintained hotel and friendly staff - house keepers always asked if we needed anything and greeted us with a smile. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This is a hotel located just off the hwy. It's clean, quiet and safe. The rooms are a good size with everything you need. The hotel has lots to dinner in or if feeling adventurous there are options either a short drive or walk from the hotel. Shopping is a short drive to the outlet mall and various stores in Leduc. Overall a nice comfy hotel to stay.

Great hotel. I stay here every year when I come to Edmonton. Near the airport but also near Nature reserve/park. Rooms have been modernized, especially the bathroom!! Staff is friendly and helpful; very professional. Breakfast is no longer free; you may be better off going for breakfast elsewhere.

We checked in on Sept 29th for a two night stay. Check in was great and the lady was very friendly. Our room smelled fresh and was very clean, the bed is very comfortable with great pillows. The bathroom was very clean. You can see that the housekeepers are good at what they do. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection. Overall it was a fantastic stay staff are super friendly and the room was great. We will definitely come back and stay at this amazing hotel.

We arrived quite late but the front staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for the night. In the morning we went for breakfast which had many delicious options to choose from. Both the staff at the breakfast bar and the front desk were once again very friendly to deal with. The room we had was clean and quite spacious. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping as well. We will definitely stay there again.

Holiday Inn Express on 50 Ave Red Deer is a good location. Across the street is the mall and Moxie’s restaurant is just 3 minutes walk. Suite was very clean and king size bed was comfortable. Good air conditioning too. Filipino attentive receptionists were kind and friendly. Shoutout to Marlon and Jamie for the amazing breakfast. One thing I dislike about was you can hear the conversations from the people walking by my suite. Otherwise it’s a good stay experience.

Great Older Holiday Inn, but will friendly staff, larger rooms, spa, pool and gym. Close to shopping, restaurants and recreation centre. Very quiet, clean room, great beds. Bathroom was dated but ok. Might do with a reno. Breakfast was great, changed up the mains every morning, lots of coffee, fresh and hot. Mainly it was the friendliness of all the staff. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at the Ramada South in Edmonton on the evening of January 9, 2025. We were treated with kindness and professionalism by the staff at the front desk especially the gentleman that checked us in ( as I checked in online but needed to get the plastic door keys) . Our room was clean, especially the bathroom and the beds. The beds had a wonderful assortment of the most comfortable pillows ever. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Had a wonderful sleep and headed downstairs to Len Steve’s restaurant for a wonderful breakfast of pancakes as sausage with a coffee and my husband had scrambled eggs, 2 sausages, 2 bacon , potatoes and toast . Absolutely delightful staff and great service. Food was delicious as always. Definitely recommend. Check out was quick and efficient. No issues at all.

I had a great stay. Nice hotel, very clean and up to date, friendly and helpful staff, great rooms and the best of all comfy beds and pillows! Restaurant in the hotel is super convenient and has great food. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend, very reasonably priced!

The hotel was clean and was 100 percent non smoking. The room was large with coffee making facilities and a microwave. The bed was comfortable with good pillows. The air conditioning worked but the room had a balcony with a fly screen so you didn’t have to use the air conditioning. Attached to the hotel was a restaurant

The room had a work desk and chair, microwave, fridge, TV, decent lights, sitting chair with foot stool, coffee maker, balcony and all the regular bathroom stuff. The room was re-done in the recent past and was fine. Included parking on site. The internet was included but unreliable in Room 6660, dropping off and especially one the morning. Good location with Superstore (food, gas, liquor), Tim’s and McDonalds nearby. Overall good hotel and would stay again.

Lovely front desk staff - very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is a bit dated and the breakfast area needs a makeover, but the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Parking cost an extra $10 but is convenient.

Nice spacious suite. The two queen beds were very comfortable but the hide-a-bed mattress was much too thin even for our 10 year olds to sleep comfortably on. We ended up sleeping 3 in one bed just so we could sleep. Fun pool, slide and hot tub area. Free breakfast was delicious. Clean and comfortable stay over all. I wouldn’t spend the money on the larger suite next time though as the hide-a-bed wasn’t useable.

Breakfast was good hot and cold selection of self service but had to wait for the next carafe of coffee (brewed), for a fairly long time. There was a k pod option available but I wanted brewed.. Also seemed each time we went to the check in/out desk we had to wait at least 5 minutes or more for the service person to get off the phone. Overall however, our stay was very satisfactory and we would definitely stay there again.

Holiday Inn has been my overnight place to stay for years. All what I can say is a great front desk crew always nice and helpful. The rooms are very well maintained and clean which makes my stay feel like at home. There is activitis room where I like to spend my time. Also, the restaurant makes best eggs and backen in the town so, I call it my favorite hotel. In general, Holiday Inn is a very good place to stay. Amazing front desk people, high standard clean rooms,free wifi, swimming pool, hot tub and the lovely restaurant.

We had a great stay this past weekend! The Front Desk staff Francis and the Housekeeping staff Cynthia were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable, and my kids had a wonderful time enjoying the pool. The hotel was quiet and relaxing, which made for a pleasant stay. The outside areas and parking lot were also well-maintained and clean. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again!

Comfy Stay with Outstanding Service! I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn Lloydminster—exactly what I look for in a hotel! The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. A special shoutout to Donna at the front desk—her warm welcome, bright smile, and excellent service set the tone for a great visit. She’s truly an asset to the team! While the hotel has only one elevator, it wasn’t a major issue but another one is highly needed specifically during busy days. The property is well-maintained, and the cleanliness throughout impressed me. Though breakfast isn’t included, there’s Smittys on the main floor, but they open late! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lloydminster—I’d gladly stay here again!

I was in need of last-minute accommodations in Grande Prairie for three nights last week, and the Sandman staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind. Within minutes Joanne at the front desk had booked me a lovely queen suite and a secure spot to store my bags till my room was ready. At the end of a long day though, I got back to the hotel to discover that my bags had been very kindly taken to my room for me, where there was also a lovely little gift basket and a hand written card welcoming me to their property. The room was spotlessly clean, the rainfall shower head was a treat, the bed was comfy, and I'd say the only downside would be the noisy AC unit, but that's not a deal breaker for me. I'd book again here in a heartbeat. I stay in hotels regularly, this experience stands out as one of the most welcoming! If you're wanting a hotel within walking distance of almost anything in downtown GP, I can highly HIGHLY recommend the Sandman.

The hotel is super comfortable and clean. I missed some breakfast. But Ramona's service at the reception is impeccable. She is an extremely polite, respectful and attentive person. Sometimes we miss people with good education working in front of a hotel, but this is not the case! If you want to be well attended, look for her, she is amazing! Super smiling. And there is nothing more pleasurable in life than being well served by someone who is providing services. I loved this girl!

The room was clean & spacious, the facilities and amenities were excellent, great selection for breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

There was a breakfast buffet in the morning which had a bit of something for everyone. The evening was very quiet and we were very comfortable. Room was more spacious than expected.

This was our second time staying here - this time was just spouse and I, last time was with the kids. Each time the staff and hotel in general have been welcoming. The place is well-kept and maintained, and rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Great amenities and awesome location - it's across the road from Mr Mike's. The pool here (and slide) is great - big and deep.

The breakfast was excellent, the room was newly renovated and very nice, staff was fun and competent. Great stay. Will definitely be back again.

I have read a lot of negative reviews on this hotel but I am going to give my honest opinion. Was it a 5 star hotel, no. But I would stay there again and again. The price was very budget friendly. The staff was exceptional. They were extremely friendly and helpful, always a pleasure speaking to all the staff we encountered. We ate at the connected restaurant for 3 meals and they were some of the best meals we all have ever eaten. The service was a bit slow for getting our food for Sunday supper, but when the meals came there were 0 complaints. The staff in the restaurant were also super friendly and helpful. The pool was good too, clean and fun. My only complaint there would be the hot tub could have been hotter. The hotel itself is quite old, but they are working at making it nice. The rooms you could tell were renovated, somewhat cheaply I would say. like instead of replacing the doors, they just changed out the locks and painted them, so you could see all the old bolt holes and such. the paint job itself wasn't the greatest, and that goes for the whole room. nothing was high end, that is for sure, but I think that is how they can keep the costs down. I felt safe there, very quiet for sleep, beds were clean. I would reccomend it to anyone.

Our family stayed here for two days. The kids loved the pool, and we really enjoyed the authentic supper at the on-site restaurant. Speccially Eastern cuisine which was exceptional! Everywhere was clean and tidy. Common areas were in really nice condition with a brilliant fitness center and All the amenities you could wish for. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Excellent staff, very helpful, nothing is too much for them. Thank you for making my stay so very welcoming and comfortable. Didn't expect that kind of service in medicine hat. Special thanks to manager Ritesh. Really humble man.

I am giving Clarion a 5 star recommendation due to their cleanliness. I rarely give five stars. I was in Medicine Hat because of my son‘s illness. I was there for three weeks.The hotel is older, but they keep it in excellent condition. The rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are sparkling clean. The workout room is everything you need! Morning breakfast (complementary) is amazing. Kudos to their chef. The service was exceptional. I thank you,Manika. The hotel is close to the hospital, gas services,live theatre, fast food, excellent restaurants, such as their own, and Rustic Kitchen. All within walking distance. Importantly for me, it was very quiet at night.

Arrived suppertime, tired from a long drive, to a great welcome. Enjoyed a clean, comfortable, quiet, refurbished ground floor room which allowed the window to be slightly left open all night. One would think the hotel was abandoned closed down if you never went in front of the building. Not sure why the owner didn’t feel this amazing little establishment should be neglected like this. I for one would have certainly show cased my establishment with material that would have been more pleasing to the visual eye. Perhaps investing into material that would have made this place pop siding or stucco better options. When you walk inside it’s immaculately clean, staff are super friendly eager to please their guest, the rooms beautifully spacious and the dining experience amazing great tasting food! Message to the owner you have a gold mind here with amazing staff invest in your outside property don’t get petty because the city isn’t helping you with the exterior issues. Instead rise above it and look for alternative ways to showcase your property so your customers feel comfortable and safe staying in your establishment.

Hotel is really nice. The rooms are great and very clean and spacious. The bar is beautiful and the bar staff were outstanding. The breakfast buffet was OK. There was one particular staff member that was a little aggressive and abrupt. The area is a little sketchy. Walking around the area was not the most comfortable experience. One side of the building is boarded up and I am not quite sure what that was all about.

We really enjoyed staying here. Room was spacious and clean. Great price. The restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great service. They had a free pizza/beer night when I arrived because they showed their customer appreciation. The room was quiet and clean. The lounge was friendly and restaurant was great free breakfast was a voucher that could be used all day. I thought that was awesome.

Hotel staff are pleasant and professional. Wednesdays are great because of the free pizza and beer for customer appreciation night. The complimentary breakfast is also great. It is an actual breakfast not like most places where you just get continental breakfast.

I had a great time at the Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake. The staff made me feel welcome and important right away. The staff at the front desk were friendly and professional, and they did everything they could to make sure that check-in went smoothly and that I had a comfortable stay. The room was very clean, big, and had everything I needed, like a comfortable bed with fresh linens, a good desk to work at, and fast Wi-Fi. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was great. There were a lot of hot and cold choices. The best thing about the hotel was the great service and hospitality from everyone. You can really tell that the management cares about keeping the place clean, safe, and focused on the guests. The location is great because it's close to restaurants, stores, and main roads, but it's still quiet and peaceful. Anyone going to the area for business or pleasure should stay at Ramada Cold Lake. I'll be back for sure!

My stay at the Ramada Cold Lake was excellent! The staff were warm, helpful, and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable I especially loved how cozy the bed was after a long day. The free breakfast had a great variety of fresh choices, and the hotel’s location was super convenient close to restaurants, shops, and just a quick drive to the lake. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. I’ll absolutely choose this hotel again whenever I’m in Cold Lake. Highly recommend!

I had a solid stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was quite comfortable — exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. I appreciated the small kitchen setup, which made it easy to store drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. They were quick to answer questions and made the process smooth. Breakfast was decent — nothing fancy, but good enough to start the day. There was a fair selection of both hot and cold items. There were a couple of minor issues: the bathroom could use some maintenance (the shower head was a bit dated), and soundproofing could be improved — I could hear hallway noise at times. But these weren’t dealbreakers. Overall, it’s a reliable and comfortable hotel at a fair price. I'd recommend it for short stays or business trips. I’d stay here again.

When I book with 3rd party companies I assume issues will occur and this time the room that i booked was not available. I accepted a regular room. I originally canceled aa regular room do to an error of Sept 14, when I canceled the cheap room I was offered a more expensive room with a jacuzzi and gladly excepted because I was feeling sick. The room was not available when I arrived but accepted a lower valued room as long as it had a bathtub. There was no hot water and was told the hotel ran out and hot water would be restored. I had a temperature of 102.4F but had to leave this hotel because hot water was not restored when I woke up. The staff was excellent and I refuse to leave a bad google review because I understand these issues. Expedia gets the thumbs down as a 3rd party company offering rooms that are not available. I typically always contact thw hotel to make sure jacuzzi's are clean and available when booking a room because this is a common problem. I did not do this and assume responsibility but my urgency do to what I thought might be covid and needed to rest. I tested negative for Covid and booked a room hoping this bug would go away. After driving from Canada to Rigby Idaho I had a room with a jacuzzi booked directly with Motel 6. Stayed for 2 days and recovered from flu. 3rd Party companies do not care or confirm room availability and I will only utilize them if they confirm availability and working jacuzzi.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable firm beds. The location is good, and there is a DQ next door and a McDonald's down the road. We had a great stay for just 1 night, the room was large with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The soaps and creams provided were high quality, which was lovely.

We liked the fact we had outside or inside access to our room. Manager at the front desk was very friendly, called to see what time we would be arriving. Very quiet rooms even though we were right beside the highway. Coffee maker with supplied coffee worked great. Fridge and microwave worked well and were clean.

Friendly staff, welcoming environment, White and clean bedsheets and towels, serene and peaceful. I was my first time of seeing those tiny Dove bar soaps, I loved them. Thank you.

When I first booked, the app had the wrong address/location on the map, so we drove right past. Not a big deal, except we were in the big rig. Luckily we were able to get turned around before getting too far in the wrong direction. (It appears to be correct now) The check-in staff were very friendly. The room was showing it's age, but was clean. We walked to the restaurant next door for breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. It looked very basic, good enough for me, but not my husband.

This is a no frills hotel, however the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is provided. Decent hotel for the price.

Checked in later in the evening and it was quiet, clean and friendly. Check in was simple and quick. People were friendly.

Our first stay - on our way through to see family members. Easy to book, Priced right. Close to dining, entertainment / bowling and shopping. Lots of parking availability. An older, but clean facility with pleasant staff and everything we needed. A clean coffee maker. Ironing board. Mini Fridge and microwave. Toiletries and hairdrier. An okay: waffle / cereal / muffin / fresh fruit / yogurt / egg / tea / coffee / milk / juice - free breakfast. Never bothered by the 'engine noise' that some others complained about and there were several workers and their 1-tons staying there while we were. We surprised and happy to see outdoor electric plugs-in availability for the bitter cold nights that Alberta can get. Bedding, furniture, toiletries were clean, suitable and comfortable. Based on availability - we happened to be booked into the 'wheel chair accessible' room. Nice to see accommodations for those who are less-able bodied than others. There was a dual-height peep-hole in the door, shower / tub chair and removable shower head to accommodate limited reach. Also the appropriate safety bars on the walls in the bathroom. Priced right and doing alright by these customers!

Very clean hotel and hotel room. The room was very comfortable. Good simple breakfast was provided. Safe environment. Very friendly staff. A nice big room for a family of 5 to stay overnight in a small town. Good value for the money. We would definitely go back again if needed to stop by this town again.

I was skeptikal at first to be honest…but after the first night; i was impressed. I was at Stettler for a week and I chose to stay here the whole time I was there…i like it there…quiet, comfy, cozy, and comfortable! Had a relaxing rest to end the day!

I liked my stay at the Super 8 hotel in Stettler. It’s cozy, relaxing, comfy, satisfiying, and quiet. I would recommend them to my friends and family if ever they are looking for a place to stay in Stettler.

The room was clean, comfortable, excellent shower, great tv and a small breakfast in the morning to top our stay off. Will definitely go back to the Super 8 for our next visit to Stettler. Thank you!!

My stay at Hotel Flamingo in Medicine Hat was exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the amenities were fantastic. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions . I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere by the pool. I highly recommend Hotel Flamingo for anyone visiting Medicine Hat!

Located in quiet friendly residential area, with bus stops a minutes walk away. The room itself was lovely, clean and comfortable. There was a communal, well equipped kitchen we had the use of for making drinks or meals if we wanted and a beautiful garden with patio furniture. The owners we so friendly and helpful. We would recommend and stay here again if we were in the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brother Li's Homestay near the University of Calgary, and it was a fantastic experience. The quietness and peacefulness of the place made it a perfect retreat, and we especially appreciated the slippers provided for our comfort. The guesthouse offers excellent amenities, including a beautiful garden, free in-room WiFi, and complimentary bicycle rentals. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-furnished with premium bedding, pillow menus, and separate sitting areas. Additionally, the convenience of free self-parking, luggage storage, and coffee/tea in the lobby made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Amazing place! Beds were comfortable . And even though it was a shared bathroom I felt comfortable using it and never was a wait. As a solo traveler I felt safe and the hosts were there to help me whenever I needed it! Internet was fast and beds were super comfy! I would definitely go back to this place!

The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. It was well stocked and had a very clean bathtub and toilet. We loved the elevator as it was a very unique feature. The hotel was so well maintained and the restaurant on site had top notch food and excellent wine and drinks. It was the perfect setting for a mountain getaway and even had a cozy wood burning fireplace. The bar staff was very friendly, attentive and accommodating.

We stayed for 2 nights during a cold snap so we couldn't venture out as much as we originally planned, but we chose The Georgetown because the pictures looked like the rooms and hotel had a lot of character as a opposed to having modern style, which it delivered. Our room was very simple, perfect for resting after a cold day, fireplace was just a digital image but it kept us cozy, upon arrival there was a cute tea tray with delicious cookies and we easily requested fresh cream. No complaints about the bathroom, it worked for us and overall was a clean room. We were on the 2nd floor away from the pub as well, barely heard a thing but because it was very cold I don't think it was as busy. Walls are thick enough, would hear the next shower go off but never any muffled voices. The Miner's Pub downstairs was great and so convenient for breakfast, we both had tasty meals before starting our days, and on checkout day I was able to nab a seat in front of the wood fireplace.

While completing one of our bucket list experiences ie taking a trip on The Rocky Mountainer, we had cause to stay at The George Town Inn for a few days in Canmore. This turned out to be a good decision, we stayed in an Elizabeth Room which was on the second floor, which was quite even though it looked over the high street. It had views of the surrounding mountains, the room itself was well equipped with plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. We had a queen sized bed which was extremely comfortable, the en-suite was provided with plenty of toiletries. It’s location proved both excellent for access to the town and many shops or highway should you wish to venture further. The staff on reception and in the restaurant/bar were extremely friendly and helpful, there was plenty of choice and variety to suit all tastes on the breakfast and dinner menus, we tried their award winning fish and chips and agreed that they were excellent.

Stay was amazing, room was cozy and clean with cute little touches like cookies. Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant was great! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would absolutely come back again!

Our room had a Great jacuzzi in the room that we both enjoyed together! Our stay was very restful. The room was clean and tidy. The king bed was very comfortable to sleep on for each night we stayed. The breakfast included an omlette. However the hot chocolate machine did not have any supplies, therefore we could not have any.

WOW is the first word that comes to my mind because it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. The property was immaculate from the grounds around the building to the beautiful rooms. The staff were all so friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent. The gym and pool top notch. It was also extremely clean. There is also a restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. It is pet friendly as well and the front desk has water out for the dogs and treats too!This is definitely a five star hotel and then some! A quick mention for the Housekeeper Tanya and the front desk lady Tracy. Wonderful people that take pride in their job. Also the hotel manager walks the property perimeter every morning. First class all the way!

Days Inn Airdrie was a nice, clean and friendly place to stay. It is convenient to all locations, recommendations to restaurants was also a plus and very good. The rooms were clean and comfortable the bed was very comfortable as well. Having complementary breakfast is also a nice amenity.

Enjoyed a clean, spacious and modern room, very well-equipped and at a fair price. The staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant advice. I especially liked the large bathroom and excellent hot breakfast. This will be my go-to spot for future stays in this area.
