From breakfast, to accommodation, ad lib has very well trained stuff and exclusive breakfast. The rooms and bathroom are clean and spacious. The gym is sufficiently equipped and we had nice jacuzzi in our terrace room .

I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the facilities and the exceptional service provided. One of the standout features of this hotel was the pool area. The pool was immaculately clean and well-maintained, offering a refreshing oasis to relax and unwind. Another highlight of my stay was the breakfast. The buffet offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, from fresh fruits and cereals to hot dishes and pastries. Everything was delicious. The dining area was spacious and inviting, making breakfast a delightful experience each morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room was kept spotlessly clean throughout my stay. Overall, my experience here was exceptional. The combination of the beautiful pool area, the delicious breakfast, and the comfortable rooms made my stay truly memorable. Thank you for the staff for incredible hospitality.

We came to Bangkok for medical testing and treatment at Bumrungrad Hospital. It turns out, Ad Lib is practically connected to the hospital. It couldn’t possibly be more convenient. The hotel and especially staff, are extraordinary. Everyone greets you with a smile and hands clasped in prayer, in accordance with tradition. The design and greenery are absolutely beautiful. Breakfast is on another level. Delicious fresh pastries and something for every international pallet. Fresh fruit and the most delicious coconut water, along with world class coffee. I just can’t say enough about the quality of this spread. We normally don’t rave about hotel restaurants but this became our favorite. Traditional Thai dishes, blended with wagu steaks and even top notch Italian pastas. We tried pretty much everything and it was all great. My favorite was the Holy basil with either Wagu beef or minced chicken. Fresh herbs and spices, really done right! It’s hard to pick a favorite because all of the staff are extraordinary. Special shout out though to beautiful Ann, who personally delivered dinner to my wife in her room!! Above, beyond and deeply appreciated! We will be back!

I go to Bangkok several times a year and always struggle with where to stay. I've tried dozens of places, but none really appealed to me...until I found Ad Lib. It will be my choice from now on. The staff was wonderful and the entire place is gorgeous, with fresh flowers everywhere, a nice bar, a comfortable sitting areas in the lobby, and a lovely outdoor dining area. Their breakfast buffet is delicious, with many options for vegetarians like me, and it runs from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. My room was very spacious and super clean. They even have a private tuk-tuk that will take you out to the main road. Although it is in an extremely busy area of Bangkok, it's tucked away on a back street, so it's peaceful and quiet. The wi-fi was excellent and I also thought the price, although not budget, was a good value.

Amazing little hotel hidden in a very quiet sidestreet, such nice interior design with lots of plants, beautiful tree in front of the hotel, very nice pool area, amazing and very fresh breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable and modern rooms, we loved to stay there

Fabulous location opposite Wat Arun, we had a jacuzzi suite which was perfect to watch the sunset. Close to all the attractions. The restaurant was amazing. Great quality food. Staff were all very friendly. The jacuzzi suite was stunning. Well worth paying extra for.

Very romantic, amazing feeling at the river, the room with the jacuzzi is just phenomenal, perfect for honeymoon or romantic time for couples. The restaurant on the too roof is very nice and food excellent. The whole crew is extremely kind, thanks to all of you for such tremendous memory!

My stay at the Quarter Ari Hotel was fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and I especially want to mention Justin, who assisted me several times in an excellent way. The service was outstanding, and the breakfast was extensive and very tasty. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a phenomenal view. The bed was very comfortable, and when something went wrong with my room, Justin immediately arranged an upgrade for me. The room also had convenient amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and a minibar. The sound of the road was noticeable, but absolutely not disturbing since you’re staying so high up. The location was ideal: from the hotel you can easily travel by public transport or taxi to the busy city center. Beneath the hotel there is a small shopping center with, among others, a Starbucks and a 7-Eleven, and in the surrounding area you’ll find plenty of cozy dining options. As for the facilities: I didn’t use the pool, but on the rooftop terrace you can enjoy a stunning view over the entire city of Bangkok. All in all, a wonderful experience, I will definitely come back!

We loved our stay in the two-bedroom family suite — it felt more like a well-appointed condo than a hotel room! The space was generous, with a large living area, a full kitchen, washing machine, and even a balcony where we could dry clothes. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful Bangkok skyline views from the bedrooms and even the bathtub in the master bathroom. There was a small issue with guests above us smoking and dropping ashes onto our things on the balcony, but the housekeeping team responded quickly and professionally, which we appreciated. The hotel is connected to the Ari Hills building, which has several great restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and coffee shops — super convenient. It’s also just a 5–10 minute walk to the nearest BTS station, making it easy to get around the city. It’s close to Chatuchak Weekend Market as well, which is a must-visit. The breakfast buffet was extensive and had plenty of tasty options to start the day right. All in all, a great place to stay in Bangkok, especially for families or longer visits.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though vegetarian choices were limited (I’m not vegetarian, but I noticed this). The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided as expected. We stayed in a king room, which was spacious with plenty of storage. The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and even surprised us with fruits and cake for our wedding anniversary, which was a thoughtful touch. The view from our room was stunning, adding to the overall experience. The pool and gym were great, but the pool area was quite crowded, making it difficult to fully relax, as all the lounge beds were occupied. We also appreciated the convenience of having a 7/11 nearby for any essentials and a small mall where we could easily order or buy food. The overall value for money was excellent, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service and attention to detail!

Great staff and manager. Very helpful and polite, friendly. Clean rooms, clean towels, good air conditioning and good facilities. I stayed in the upgraded room with the bath tub which was very worth it, the tub was large and clean. Nice breakfast and bar too. Location is the best, connected to Starbucks and 7-11 as well as numerous restaurants

Good, slightly calmer location away from the busiest areas of the city, but a walking distance away from a BTS station. Very friendly and flexible staff. Clean and good size room with an amazing view. Complete breakfast with Thai and Western options and good coffee. Great view also from the rooftop bar and pool.

The staff are all so nice. On booking we had private transport included in the price which was nice. Hotel is stunning. Breakfast was the best breakfast the whole time we have been in Thailand. Crispy bacon was delicious. Staff very helpful with arranging taxis and working out times. If you have booked trips make sure to give yourself double the time to get to it as the traffic in Bangkok is chaos. Had drinks in the sky bar view is unreal. We had dinner 1 night I had pad krapow and it was delicious. Pool was so quiet and peaceful and spotless clean. Would highly recommend would defo stay again.

We stayed for almost a month and it was a perfect place to call home. The location was perfect! It was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the shower was amazing with great water pressure. Walking distance to the train, and the staff were so helpful with giving directions to get around the city. Room service was affordable, delicious and very fast. The Japanese restaurant was unbelievable. The churros at The Vanilla Sky Bar were fantastic. We had breakfast every morning at the hotel and it was hands down the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel.

I had an incredible stay at Sky View Hotel Bangkok! Nan gave me the best service — warm, helpful, and professional from start to finish. The rooms with an incredible view from the bathtub. Huge rooms very well designed with very good quality materials. Bathrooms in stone and nice woods in the room. Corner rooms have an amazing view. There is a swimming pool with a bar in the 8th floor and a restaurant in the 7th. Breakfast is very very good. In the rooftop there are several bars with incredible view to the city and different type of atmospheres. Staff is super friendly and will do everything for you since carrying your luggage from the taxi. explain you everything you need, take luggage to your room or call you a taxi. Great lobby

The stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was really professional and made our stay super special (special thanks to Nan, Kae, Tum, Tim and Nutch). The room had spectacular views over Bangkok. The room layout was very modern and spacious with all amenities. The gym was well equipped and open at all times. The pool had amazing city views and the pool bar service was superb. Mojjo rooftop bar in the evening is not to be missed as the service, the food and drinks as well as the views offer a very unique experience.

Loved our experience at Aira . Staff was really friendly but we have to give a special shout out to club lounge agent Miko! She was exceptional and was one of the reasons we wanted to keep coming back to the lounge ! She was very friendly and helpful when it came to questions we had. She deserves a raise!!! Overall experience was great and we loved our room with the jacuzzi!

We went for an anniversary trip and got the jacuzzi room which was well worth its price. The hotel itself is near to a lot of places and breakfast is delicious. They give complimentary drinks daily in the lounge. Their concierge service is great, Tawan and his team did an amazing job with our baggages. The Starbucks inside was also nice to have. This was our first time in Thailand and I believe we made a great choice of staying in this hotel. Keep in mind, this is a busy street.

We had a fantastic stay at Aira Hotel Bangkok, and what truly made it memorable was the outstanding breakfast experience. The Indian breakfast menu crafted by Chef Rajesh was nothing short of exceptional. He was always present in the dining area with a warm smile, attentive to every guest, and clearly passionate about his cooking. His dishes were authentic, flavourful, and honestly felt like fine dining every morning. The chole, butter chicken, and aloo paratha were absolute standouts – perfectly seasoned, fresh, and incredibly satisfying. Beyond the food, the hotel itself was great. The rooms were cosy and comfortable, making it a relaxing base in Bangkok. The location was convenient, close to everything we needed, and the overall service was efficient and welcoming but the room was slightly on the smaller side. Aira Hotel is a great choice, but the real highlight is undoubtedly Chef Rajesh and his 5-star Indian breakfast. Highly recommended!

However, caught 2 insects in hotel room, pool too small for laps & can be cleaner, gym small but adequate equipment. suggest mature kids to stay due to clubs, bars and restaurants nearby

The hotel is at a really good location. close to the main tourist attractions, night markets, malls etc. There are also quite a few cafes nearby which was great for getting breakfast. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom nice and clean as well. It was surprisingly quiet at night which was great. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Only negative was there was construction/road work on the road to the hotel, which resulted in muddy road so got quite dirty but hotel did inform us beforehand which was nice of them. The staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us to the airport. Overall will be happy to stay again.

Location: Really good, near Phaya Thai BTS Station and the Airport Link. It's on a quiet side street, and safety is not an issue here. Room: Very clean, modern, and spacious. We got the cheaper option, so there wasn’t much of a view, but that was fine with us since we already expected it. Staff: Friendly and helpful

Stayed for a total of 8 nights. Comfortable stay with clean rooms. Convenient location—only a 5-minute walk to Phaya Thai BTS, close to 7-Eleven and a 24-hour coin laundry. Quiet area and felt safe for two ladies. Staff were friendly and it’s great value for a city stay in Bangkok.

Nothing fancy but we liked the room and the fact there was a balcony where we enjoyed our first evening in Bangkok. The stuff was friendly and the room was clean. Location was amazing to get around Bangkok. We walked all the way to Sukhumvit and used Skytrain to go back and to Phaya Thai which is just a short walk from the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast so cannot say anything about that. The street where the hotel is located was quiet but it didn’t feel unsafe to walk around in the evening.

The location of the hotel is very close to the "Phaya Thai" train station where BTS and Airport Rail Link meet. Going to train station is just to cross the road. Going to Central World (Siam) and shopping area are just 2 train stations away and walkable. Hotel room is good enough to stay 2 persons. Room is clean and cozy. King size bed is spacious with comfortable pillows. The break is ok. Not much variety, however, food is tasty. Hotel staff are friendly. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth and fast. Convenient to go air-port by train to avoid Bangkok traffic jam.

Bring an empty suitcase! This is best place to stay if u wanna shop,shop,shop. Just 7 stops from Suvarnabhumi Airport wth Airport Rail Link. From Payathai to Siam only 2 stops.5 stops to Chatuchak.3 stops to Chidlom for Big C,Platinum Fashion Mall n Pratunam Market. Great location. Room is great.Everything is comfy.We got a room near the lift.No loud noises. Breakfast is delicious!Compliments to the cook.May not have a lot of variety as bigger establishments but trust me it’s delicious.Menu changes everyday. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Let’s Relax (open till 12 midnight)a great place for massage is next door. Super rich money changer is up at Payathai Bts. 7-11 is opposite.There is also Turtle convenience store and a tiny Lawson. CP Tower 3 is opposite with KFC,Five Stars and other restaurants.

It's location. Despite being next to the Phaya Thai Station, the room was very quiet and I was able to sleep well. The station is the last stop in the city for the Airport Rail Link. Hence, making it easy to get from the airport to the hotel and back. The station is also linked with BTS, making it convenient to get around the city. The frequency of the train was amazing. I do not have to wait long for the next train. The staff was very very helpful. I asked where I could have dinner and they tried very hard to explain how to get to the nearby building where there is a food court and some restaurant. Unfortunately, I still did not understand. Finally, they gave up explaining and one of the staff took me to that building and even explained the menu offered by the various stalls in the food court! I am truly amazed. It made my stay memorable. Bravos to the staff!!

We had a generally good stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located near both ARL and BTS stations, making it easy to travel around the city. The room was comfortable and clean, though there were a couple of issues. The mattress on the sofa bed could have been thicker for a more comfortable sleep, and the bathtub had a drainage issue — water flowed out, causing the toilet area to flood, which was a bit inconvenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall ambiance was pleasant. One major downside was that I was charged incorrectly by the staff. This was a bit frustrating, but the issue was eventually resolved. The breakfast could use some improvement, with a more varied menu to offer more options. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Staff are fantastic here and the rooms are clean and give you everything you need. The A/C works well, bathrooms very clean and excellent shower. Bed was really comfortable and the pool and breakfast facilities were excellent. They make you omelettes to order and have very good coffee and thai breakfast options. Yes the area is a bit sketchy with lots of poor Thai in the streets but this is Bangkok and they don't bother you if you walk through to where you are going. If you need a place close to Khao San Road but quiet enough to sleep then this is perfect. I highly recommend Tanns Coffee shop nearby too

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi without any hidden fees or overcharging us. (I had a different experience in other hotels were an airport ride would have cost 2000 vs 500 baht at Siri heritage.) Breakfast was yummy, a little bit of everything, plus espresso drinks and an egg station. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Its not the fanciest place but it’s good value and a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was also very quiet at night.

Super comfortable bed, car parking spaces with security, and a lovely little breakfast served with love. From the minute we walked in, we felt like we were welcome and appreciated as visitors. In the reception area there is coffee, tea, water and small snacks. The pool area is covered, and so we were able to enjoy the rain and the thunder whilst relaxing in the pool. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The aircon didn't hit directly onto the bed and had a low setting, which was almost silent. The shower was powerful and hot. The TV had some English channels. There was a desk and two chairs, safe and dressing gowns as well as the usual toiletries and kettle and water. The area is a little shabby and smelly, but if you walk to Khoasan Road (just 10 minutes walk away)at dusk, you'll see how many homeless people are being fed in this area. That is why so many are here. When walking home at night, you can see how safe this area really is, with many sleeping in their makeshift homes and women waiting on the streets.

We loved staying here. The staff are so kind, helpful and friendly. The pool was great. The breakfast was exceptional with loads of options and fresh food each morning. The rooms were very clean and the hotel is located in a friendly part of town. It’s also really quiet and peaceful. We booked again for the last days of our trip. Very clean and nice spacious room. Aircon worked well. Breakfast was lovely with a decent variety. Staff were super helpful, really friendly and kind. Pool is cute, no view from there as on second floor but the rooftop is a good spacious spot with views over the city. 7 eleven less than 5 min walk away and 15 over to khaosan, 20 min walk to train station.

The hotel and rooms are excellent. Everything is clean, comfortable, and well designed. The rooftop bar is amazing with delicious cocktails, a beautiful view, and a relaxing atmosphere. The service from the RQ Team was outstanding, friendly, and professional. A perfect place to stay and enjoy great drinks with a view!

This place is a standard fair for Thailand. Great and friendly staff. The location is great. Especially if you'd like to enjoy the typical Thai experience with Nana Plaza being just next door. There are dozens of Thai Massage parlors in this lane as well. But the highlight of the trip has been the food at the hotel restaurant. Considering that we are vegetarian, the staff went out of way to accommodate our requests. The veg food was amazing. If the staff could make such amazing veg food, I can only imagine how food the non-veg stuff must be. The staff at restaurant is amazing and friendly. Especially Paul. He is always smiling. Always running around helping guests. He is like a Genie. Make a wish related to breakfast and he'll make it come true. If I could, I'd take him away with me to my place. He is so friendly and humble, it's amazing. 10/10 I'd come back here to stay again

I had a truly enjoyable breakfast at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4, a great variety of both Western and Asian options, fresh ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere to start the day. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional service provided by Khun Mook. She was attentive, warm, and incredibly professional. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. Her kindness and attention to detail really stood out and added a personal touch to the whole experience.

Great location if you like to be in the heart of the action. Lots of bars, restaurants, and massage parlors. The hotel breakfast had a good selection and nice coffee machines. Beautiful view from the roof top pool- the pool does close at 6pm because the area is transformed in a restaurant. Clean room, comfy beds.

Great location in the heart of Sukhumvit, within walking distance from the BTS Skytrain and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has a beautiful Thai-inspired modern design with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour selection. The complimentary Tuk Tuk ride to Terminal 21 was such a fun touch!

We are with Accor club and got an upgrade to the privilege suite street view room it was a huge room with a king bed as well as a lounge area & dining table. The bathroom also has a rain shower & big tub which also could b used as a shower as it has a hand held shower. I loved the Toto toilet & bum gun (aka bidet) the toilet flushes so quietly & efficiently & it’s lower than western toilets making it way better. (IFYKYK) The staff were friendly but not over baring fake. The hotel was impeccably clean. The pool lacked shade & any sort of vibe unfortunately but I think it might be run by a separate company but still it’s a big pool with plenty of seating including couples day beds & a bar which had staff when we went down. The concierge was very onto things in regards to what car was picking up who to ensure people got into the right car ect. The only thing I’d say about this hotel is on the weekend it’s noisy but let’s be honest you’d be daft to come to a party district in a major city on the weekend and expect it to be quiet haha. It certainly wasn’t unbearable when we did want to sleep & we didn’t hear noise from the other rooms it’s more so from the music from the nightclubs but we expected that actually i thought it would be alot louder than what it was.

The hotel describes its location as vibrant. I would say seedy so this is not the place for you if you don't want to be surrounded by bars and clubs. However, the Nana BTS is a short walk away giving access to the entire city. The staff is the key positive of this hotel. They are super polite and helpful - a credit to the property. The hotel entrance and reception area do not inspire confidence but the rooms, though a bit dated, are comfortable and well-equipped with satellite TV, good A/C, excellent wifi, fridge, safe, tea/coffee facilities, etc. Breakfast is available at one of the two in-house restaurants (Lily Fu's Bistro) and is ok but there are better options nearby. Overall, I would recommend the hotel though the location is not one I would choose again.

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of nights and everything was perfect. Check in was very fast, lounge area is cozy and private, staff are amazing! Lovely and welcoming, and very helpful! On our way back to the airport the hotel called us about jewelry that we’ve forgotten there and they sent a driver to the airport to retrieve it for us. Adison was amazing for helping us with this. Amazing stay and recommend for all.

We stayed in a Corner Jacuzzi Suite on the 19th floor. The view from the room was fantastic. Especially at night. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Very large Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. Lovely and good sized bathroom. Excellent pool area. Decent breakfast. I'd arranged for something romantic in the room before departure via email and when we arrived in the room we had a bottle of Prosecco on ice, chocolates, a bouquet of roses and the bed was decorated with rose petals and towel art. Well worth the extra 2000B charge. The hotel is also in an excellent location. Loads of bars and restaurants on your doorstep and 5 minute walk to the BTS. This was my 2nd time staying at the Aira and I would stay again when I next visit Bangkok.

THANK YOU AIRA HOTEL 🫶 We had a very pleasant start with them. They upgraded us to Jacuzzi Room. We had the Premier King with City View initially. We couldnt thank them enough as we are celebrating our Honeymoon. The room is huge and had new furnitures, TV was definitely huge which we loved. The staff are very nice, approachable, and always ready to help even if its just about opening the door or you coming out of elevator with bags. Someone will instantly be there. Nice hospitality! The location is Suhkumvit 11 so expect its full of tourists within the area. Its also traffic to get around, not property’s problem tho. Also expect noise within the streets as its full of bars and restaurants. Overall, it was a lovely stay. We enjoyed our short stay and looking forward to book them again next time!

Very small and cosy hotel. Guest friendly. Was on the 9th floor next to the swimming pool. Friendly staff. Coffee bar with a small choice of Danish. Many restaurants nearby, and quite easy to grab a taxi, tuktuk, or motorcycle. Lumpini Park is a 30 minute walk, the Ploenchit BTS about 10 minutes or less. Good neighbourhood situated before Nana, which is a less good neighbourhood in my opinion but it will take you 20 minutes on foot to get there so you can go boozing late and miss the last BTS or you are left with an empty wallet. I will stay here again, as it is quite quaint and convenient. A keeper in Bangkok. And for people who are scared of heights it only has 9 floors. The pool area is interesting as you get a view at all the high-rises which surround you. Chateau de Bangkok.

The hotel is clean and modern, with a sleek design and well-maintained spaces. The aircon temperature was perfect, comfortable without being too cold. Although the room was small, it suited a solo traveler perfectly. Location is excellent, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transport. A cozy, convenient stay overall.

A hotel with all the amenities. Very good location. Delicious breakfast, and the rooftop pool is super nice with great views, a very quiet place. There were families with their children playing in the pool, and they had a great time. The staff was very prompt and attentive. It was clean and comfortable, perfect for a nights rest. Appreciated the large tv and Netflix. Short walking distance from the local train stop. The staff was very helpful, polite and friendly. We had just one night to catch our transfer flight and the location was perfect for taking the airport train. Good family restaurant around the corner.

The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood with a lovely local feel just behind it — small streets, great food, and a beautiful river lined with amazing restaurants and bars. Even some top cocktail bars were nearby! The room was spacious and spotless. The pool was fantastic. And the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Staff friendly & helpful. Swimming pool whilst small very welcoming. Bedroom was clean with towels, soap/shampoo/toothbrush/toothpaste all provided. Convenient for doing all the tourist stuff. 7-11 2 minutes walk, small local cafe close by that did amazing Thai food. Would stay here again

I enjoyed the stay very much. The room was very nice, clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Despite being on a main street, you can't hear the cars. Though if you really like the sound of cars (studies show that street noises can be calming for big city people - questionable sources ;) ), you still can't, because the windows can't be opened. The cleaning staff does a great job! Other hotel staff are very friendly too, although not quite helpful when it comes to tips regarding not hotel related stuff. The location is pretty decent as long as you use Grab or Taxi. You can walk to the golden mount in 20min, there is also a small pier where you can take a boat to the city. The pool is clean and really nice, also a great place to meet other travelers. The switches for the lights are hidden behind the pillows so don't think you're stupid if you can't turn off the lights.

Clean and spacious room. Bathroom was clean and shower had good water pressure. There was a pool and a gym available - we didn’t get chance to use however they looked clean and people using them seemed to be enjoying.

Had an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish! Jason and his staff are amazing, super hospitable, informative, and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with Vee/Bee and learning more about Thailand, Bangkok, and the day to day of living. He also had some amazing tips on what to see and do, as well as having maps on hand to make it easy to get to where I was going. I also LOVED the breakfast every morning. It's all made as soon as you come downstairs so you never have to worry about things going cold. You can also choose what you want so you can try a whole bunch of things. As many of the other reviewers have mentioned, there is construction ongoing but that does not impact your ability to sleep at night or get dropped off/picked up by taxis. The hotel is also close to many different points of transportation so it's very convenient to everything. I stayed in two different rooms and both were great. Beds were super comfy, bathrooms were spacious, and room was stocked every day with fresh water and lovely personalized notes. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because I LOVED staying at the Old Capital Bike Inn. Stay here, you will not regret it!!

The staff at Old Capital Bike Inn are amazing. They made my stay with my husband and I fabulous. They are very attentive and go above and beyond to accommodate you. The bike ride with Moo was great. It might be intimidating to ride a bike in the middle of Bangkok but he made sure everyone on the bike tour were all safe. He even brought us Thai deserts to try. The breakfast was nothing but amazingly delicious. I really appreciate the staff at the Old Capital Bike Inn. The details to the place were also very antique and beautifully decorated. The garden room on the left side was so nice. The bathtub facing the garden view was so tranquil. My husband and I usually like to stay at different places when we come to Thailand but we will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Bangkok.

I couldn’t have wished for a better experience for my first solo trip! Jason and the whole team were incredibly thoughtful, from recommending me vegetarian spots nearby, to talking through my day in the mornings and giving advice on how best to travel/what else I could do - I felt fully comfortable and taken in. The Inn itself is just charmingly beautiful, my Garden Suite was an oasis to come back to with the sweetest messages left every night from the team! The breakfast served in their cosy lobby was delicious and they were super accommodating to my requests due to my dietary preferences - was the perfect way to start the day. I really recommend to anyone that stays to sign up for the Bike Tour. Hands down was one of my favourite things I did in the city - so much fun cycling through the narrow streets and round the temples at night. Was just awesome. Even though it’s been a couple of months since I’ve stayed I still think about the Inn!! If I am lucky enough to return to Bangkok this would be the first place I’d go : )

The staff are wonderful. So helpful and breakfast was excellant. I'm vegan so was excited that they had delicious vegan options. The bed and linens were comfortable, sort of Japanese style low to the floor. I like this style of bed and feel it's a much more natural way of sleeping. I slept very well during my stay. I had an early flight, a staff member aarranged a takeaway breakfast. The shower was heavenly. Nice and warm with plenty of water. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I had a loft room which I absolutley loved. But if I had been traveling with my husband who has health issues affecting his knees and feet this would not have been a good room due to the stairs. Oh and I almost forgot, they have bikes to borrow. And they do a free bike tour twice a week. I regret not taking advantage of this.

Booked direct for a two night stay before our return flight of our Thailand holiday. Excellent communication via email, helped me arrange taxi transportation, informed me of the ongoing road works - which had no impact of our stay and reserved two places on the free bike tour (which is a must). Room was gorgeous, comfy bed, complimentary drinks (and free bottle of wine as booked direct), clean and comfortable. It’s all the little touches that make this extra special - notes and gifts on your bed! Breakfast you choose the day before with time and it’s cooked fresh, also they arranged a takeaway breakfast for our early departure. Old town is beautiful and they help you with any of your plans. Thank you to all of the staff for making our trip special.

The Raweekanlaya was exactly the kind of hotel I was always looking for. I absolutely loved my stay there. It is small enough to give your stay a personal touch, yet big enough to function well. I loved, loved, loved the garden, which is an oasis of tranquility. The pool has just the right size to allow for a bit of swimming and the water is well temperatured - just perfect. The room was quiet, clean and wonderfully furnished. It had a lovely atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom had the perfect size. Everything was clean and the shower was hot. Something not every hotel had, unfortunately ;-). Breakfast was delicious - with lots of options for an European or Asian meal. Later in the day I had a coconut by the pool which was also fresh and delightful. In the afternoon I had a hand and foot massage - which was wonderful and one of the best I've had so far. The staff was friendly and always helpful. All in all it was a pure delight to stay in this hotel and I will be back for sure.

One of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at. The beds are super comfortable, the AC is great, and the rooms are gorgeous. The hotel property is very serene and calming, with a large garden full of jasmine and frangipane, beautiful pool, and plenty of places to sit with a cup of tea or a book. I had breakfast at the hotel a few times and dinner once, and they had a wide selection of great food, though of course it's a bit more expensive than eating at a local restaurant. The hotel staff is very helpful at getting you a taxi, and responsive to any questions you have. The neighborhood was a bit more local/residential, which I enjoyed because it was quite quiet, though it is a little bit of a walk to the more touristy areas (about 15 minutes to Khao San Road, maybe 30 to the National Museum and Royal Palace). Places like Chinatown are not really walkable. There is no elevator (not a problem for me, but something to note if you need one!). Highly recommend if you want a quaint, historic hotel in a quiet neighborhood!

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We felt very safe there as a family. Some people have made comments that the breakfast was limited. Everyday there was different fruit and it was lovely and fresh. A short walk to Thewet pier to get the boat along the river, otherwise you need a taxi/ tuk tuk to get anywhere although these are really cheap. Our room overlooked the pool and was lovely and clean and spacious.

The room was very clean and big enough. The beds were comfortable. The gardens and pool looked lovely. The on site spa was terrific. The hotel restaurant was better than we expected. The staff were extremely helpful. The location was exactly what we wanted: quiet but within easy reach of central Bangkok. We used the river boats a lot - the pier is a couple of minutes away and it was fun to ride the ferries.

We had a wonderfull stay at this place. The swimming pool was a good fresh contrast to the heat of Bangkok,the backyard had beautiful plants and a quiet atmosphere. We had a nice and relaxing massage as well at this place. Very friendly welcome. The breakfast buffet had a number of very tasty dishes.

Jacuzzi was good, very clean, big and open space, good tv's, good view, there's a good shop pretty much inside the hotel, staff was great and helpful, overall and great place to stay

This place is rather delightful in a good if not entirely central location, but it suited me just fine. The Hotel is well maintained with a mixture of older and modern features throughout. The staff are attentive, friendly and most helpful - if anything at times, especially in the breakfast restaurant they are too efficient and constantly around you cleaning up, filing up trays that are running low etc... I was upgraded and had a Junior suite on a very high floor with beautiful views - it is very spacious with everything to make your stay extremely comfortable. The pool is very enjoyable as are the leisure facilities and having a grocery store attached to the Hotel is a masterstroke in convenience. Breakfast had a diverse selection of options and was above average and definitely satisfied me. The shuttle to BTS and Mall was also hugely appreciated. Overall I highly recommend Jasmine Grande Residence.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay at Jasmine Grande Residence in Bangkok. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding — every member of staff was polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We also really appreciated the excellent facilities on-site, including the pool and fitness area. The location was convenient and made getting around Bangkok easy. A huge thank you to the entire team at Jasmine Grande for making our stay so enjoyable — we wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Stayed here for 3 nights at the end of a tour. It was a very enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and bar on the roof terrace which was great for relaxing when returning from a day in the city. My only criticism would be that the air conditioning isn’t quite strong enough for the heat and I didn’t like the fact that smoking was allowed in the whole pool and bar area. As the inconsiderate smokers spoil everyone’s air! Hotel is brilliantly placed for the energy and excitement of Chinatown and very near the MRT (underground) which is cheap and easy to use to get around the city. Very happy to recommend.

Really nice hotel. Clean, comfortable. All staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms adequate, spacious, nice sized bathroom. No window but that did not detract from comfort. Good sky bar and pool with panoramic views. Breakfast choice good. Transport available nearby including: tuk tuk, taxi and MRT around corner. Mainly chinese street food around so not great for eating. As it was Chinese New Year, lots of places closed so we had to venture further out to eat. I'm not sure I would stay in this location again because it is not central, but as far as the hotel goes, it was very nice.

Lovely hotel with pool and rooftop bar open until late into the night, stunning city views! We arrived early and were able to store luggage, and use the facilities. We had a high floor room which had a great view in the other direction to the rooftop so we benefited from a 360 view of Bangkok! Lobby is well presented and the main hotel areas are well looked after, bedroom walls a little dated. Shower is lovely, the bed a little hard but slept well both nights we stayed. It’s surprisingly quiet considering the location! The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you! 5* treatment from them. The hotel itself is ideally located a short walk from the metro and right on the main night food market street. Two metro stops from the tourist hotspots and short metro ride to the main retail / modern hotspots! This hotel came recommended by a friend, and I would pass forwards that recommendation.

I had 2 nights stay in Hotel Royal Bangkok. Location was strategic. The hotel staffs are very friendly & helpful. I had problems with my iphone cables, they offered to loan me an iPhone charger. Ordered room service, food was nice. Breakfast at Level 14 was good. Amazing view from Breakfast venue. Room was clean and spacious. Will definitely come back again.

Spacious room with a great powerful shower. The bed was a little firm but was comfy. Room had everything needed; safe, kettle, hairdryer, alarm clock, make up mirror & bathroom products. Pool/bar on roof was fab and views were amazing. Very friendly staff.
