Every time we fly out from Jakarta, we stay at FM7. It is highly convenient since the airport is litteraly 10 minutes away. The prices for the rooms are more than fair, we usually stay in the Junior Suite, more than spacious, luxurious and of course a huge bathroom with a hot tub. Dining is delicious, my wife and I love Rimba Durian, but if you're in the mood to eat out, Lembur Kuring is just across the street, they sell delicious Sundanese food.

We stayed there for a 1 night layover convenient to the airport with shuttle. Rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurants have a huge selection of excellent food and staff is very nice and friendly.

Great place for short stay before flights. Good buffet for breakfast, and rooftop bar enjoyable to view the jets landing and taking off while sipping a cold drink.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is very new and modern and beautiful. The service is outstanding. The swimming pool, hot tub, cold plunge, steam room and sauna were so amazing to spend a couple hours relaxing. Meals were delicious. And the airport shuttle was so prompt, I was immediately contacted upon arrival at the airport. This hotel is very organized!I will definitely return.

Everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a feast of both Indonesian and Western choices. Room service food was on point. Beach was pleasant. The staff were all accommodating and helpful. We will be back to try the Villas next time.

It's a relatively new hotel in anyer and the building is well-maintaned. What I love about novus jiva is their friendly and responsive staff, so don't be shy to ask them for help. I got a free upgraded room to ocean view on the 5th floor, and the view was mesmerizing. I can say that this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, and I would love to visit novus jiva in the future.

Restaurant had a good variety on the menu. Seafood was nice. Massive king prawns. Clean rooms with lovely views of mountains. Well kept surroundings. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Firstly, I loved that staff was responsive via messaging platforms. Booking for airport pick up and drop off was 24hours, affordable and very convenient. Hotel staff Daniel was very welcoming and helpful over the reception. Hotel hallways were pretty aesthetic and the room was beautiful as seen in the photos. The room was really big and comfortable to stay and sleep in. Window was almost floor to ceiling which allowed me to really enjoy the view outside. Gym equipment was minimal but sufficient. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and it was really cozy and comfortable.

The hotel is brand new and everything was still in pristine condition. I found the staff utterly helpful, smiling and kind. The room provided everything: aircon, hairdryer, fridge, tv (with netflix etc), kettle, complimentary water/coffee/tea. The breakfast was included and offered very good coffee (DeLonghi coffeemaker) and a large choice of different dishes. The hotel transferwas on time (hourly service) and took about 15-20min. I found the hotel excellent value and the services offered impeccable. I went for a walk around the rather abandoned “business” area and found little supermarkets a few minutes away. There is a burger restaurant around the corner, too.

We spent only 1 night at the hotel because of the flight the next day but we really enjoyed it. The most importantly the room was super clean. Regarding breakfast - buffet offers various typem of food - mostly asian. Additionally, there was a free airport shuttle service, always on time. And also amazing Staff- Audrey and Olivia were very helpful!

The staff at Anara Airport hotel was the most helpful I have ever experienced during in my 30 years of traveling. Everyone up to the very helpful manager, was extremely friendly and highly motivated to provide useful advice and excellent service. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet and the breakfast was very varied and tasty! There is also a neat little bar near the reception where I enjoyed excellent coffee and delicious snacks. After the long flight from Frankfurt (Germany) I enjoyed my stay there really much. I also found it very convenient that the hotel was within walking distance of the international airport. I will certainly come back if flying to Jakarta again. Highly recommended!!!

Airport hotels are always a gamble. People stay in them because they have to catch an early flight or they get in late, not because the hotels are the best hotels in a city. The Anara, however, really surprised us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, and smelled good (important) and the shower had good water pressure. The air conditioner cooled the room ice cold how we like it, and the thermostat was easy to use. Breakfast was incredible.... a huge assortment of Asian and Western foods. Overall we will return!!! A few suggestions: 1. The breakfast food on the buffet was room temperature. The food tasted GREAT but for the safety and enjoyment of guests, the temperature needs to be turned up, especially on dishes like eggs and chicken. 2. The staff should have a map to hand to guests to find the skytrain. It is NOT easy from the lobby and the signage is non existant. It was very frustrating to try to find the train and we had to ask 5 different people along the way who kept sending us up levels and down levels. I'm sure there's an easier way to get there. The hotel was full but extremely quiet. We did not hear one aircraft. At all. There was zero wait for elevators or service. I am so glad we stayed here and not the hotel we originally considered in Terminal 2... the entrance to that one told us all we need to know. Anara is the best at CGK! Overalll, a pleasant experience and we will return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a nice balcony. The location is ideal: the hotel is close to the airport, which is perfect for travelers on a short stopover or with an early flight. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d like to especially mention (Bayu, Sarah)who made my stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality and attentiveness. The hotel also features a beautiful rooftop terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view over Jakarta. Additionally, the on-site restaurant is a real highlight – the food was delicious and well-prepared. Jakarta’s city center, with its main attractions, is about a 30-minute taxi ride away, making this hotel a great base for both exploring and relaxing. Thank you for the wonderful stay. I will definitely return in the future!

Good location for a overnight airport stopover. Food for both breakfast and dinner was delicious, and reasonable price for an airport hotel. The staff were very helpful in the morning, and the free shuttle bus was perfect for getting to the airport in time (and easy for being picked up the night before). I also had a massage in the hotel, which I booked in advance. It was reasonably priced, traditional style and the massage was good (I get massages often). The room was nice and clean, very comfy bed, and nice (semi)private balcony area.

The hotel is absolutely spotless and smells very nice and clean. The man at check-in was lovely and so helpful - when we arranged the free shuttle to the airport for 1 pm, he instantly gave us late checkout with no extra charge. The breakfast was amazing - very fresh with lots of choices (Asian and Western). The hotel is very close to the airport so it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the airport. Very clean and modern rooms, comfortable beds. Free pick up/drop off from/to the airport. Good restaurant with plenty of quality food options (local and occidental menu). The staff is very helpful (arranged a special car for free to drop me off at the airport because their shuttle didn’t have space left for me.) Definitely recommended if you are looking for a place near the airport. (Be aware there are no restaurants or streets to stroll around near bye as the purpose is to literally be at the airport ;-) )

Excellent shuttle service to/from the airport included in the room price. Room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was well located for a transit stopover before an early outward flight without needing to stay at the airport itself. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was included in our room rate and looked quite good but we didn't make use of it as our departure was so early that we just weren't hungry (we were very impressed that breakfast was on offer at that time though!)

I stayed in this hotel 4 times during my trip in Indonesia this year. The room is nice clesn and spacious with very reasonable price. The breakfast is great with a lot of choice and nice fruit juices. The staffs are all nice and friendly from housekeeping reception restaurant and drivers. The most important for me is the airport shuttle service. They organise the pick up anytime of arrival while some hotels only every hour. I find their airport shuttle is very professional, effective and easy to communicate directly with the driver via WhatsApp especially the driver Panji. on my first time arrived at International arrival at terminal 3 where the pick up point is bit difficult to find. But Pani explained it well with with pictures and pick up location that I could find it easily after a long flight. Panjim and all the drivers always assist with the luggages with friendly manner. I highly recommend this hotel for their rooms, food and the airport shuttle service. Thank you Adrien

This place is amazing if you are coming in or out of the airport. Easy and free pickup and drop off, great breakfast buffet, comfy and large clean room. Very professional staff.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how nice this airport hotel was. My room was beautiful, modern, and very clean, with a nice view of a koi pond and a garden. I enjoyed spending a relaxing afternoon by the pool area, which has cabanas and a poolside bar. There’s also a view of the lake. Staff are friendly and helpful. There’s a large, modern gym. The on-site restaurant was very pleasant for dinner, and I enjoyed the elevated take on chicken sate and the palm sugar cheesecake.

The hotel has a great position for a quick stop in the city (10 mins by car to the airport). It is comfortable and spacious, all the interiors are recently renovated. It has a cafè for drinks and small meals and a restaurant for breakfast and dinner, both with a view towards the external pool. High quality food and service. Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows. The pool is perfect for chill time (sunbeds with sunshading, provided towels, bar service).

The hotel serves a purpose very well. We stayed for 1 night before flying back to Dubai and the location is literally adjacent to the runway, so very convenient for the airport in Jakarta. The resort is very tranquil and beautiful for saying it's next to an airport. The gardens and pool are exquisite and very tropical. The gym is very well-equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and so much variety! The staff in the restaurant are wonderfully helpful and my husband even got introduced to the Head Chef at breakfast! They offer a free airport shuttle too to take you to the airport upon check out. Overall, a wonderfully pleasant stay here before our trip back home. Thank you! 😊

The staff were very attentive, especially great with our small children. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant food is delicious, the most delicious and extensive buffet breakfast we have had in Indonesia. The pool was big and catered to all ages. Every time we stay it is rarely busy, which means almost exclusive use of facilities. The gym is clean and has good cardio equipment, and a decent size area for stretching and yoga. Proximity to the airport is perfect for a lay over or rest before an onward journey. We will continue staying here for future visits.

Returning from a long trip, I had a stopoever in Jarkata and decided to have one night rest nearby the airport, and Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport was definitely a superb choice. I contacted the hotel to have a free shuttle booked, and they were on time to pick me up from the airport terminal. On check in, Theo attended and the whole check in was quick and informative. He would explained about the member benefits and also the free upgrade which I was thankful. While the hotel aged, the maintenance was done well, and it was very clean. My room was spacious with super large TV in room. There were lots of refreshments and also a fruit platter. The bed was comfortable and despite being next to the airport the soundproofing was decent there weren't airplane noises that disrupted my sleep. Dinner was nice, breakfast was superb. Aqibar from Daily Social was attentive and friendly, had quite a few chats during my long breakfast and he certainly made the session more enjoyable. I had last minute change of plan hence I needed a sudden arrangement for shuttle to the airport, luckily there was Bulan from Reception that helped me with the arrangement, and the whole check out was swift and I arrive in airport very quickly. Overall I would really recommend this hotel to everyone if the location is not a consideration.

Episode Gading Serpong hotel exceeded my expectations, with a decent price, it came with a great breakfast with different kind of selection of foods and most of the their foods taste quite good too. The hotel looks pretty new and the facilities are all well maintained and clean. The hotel room is clean and the bed is comfy. Also, the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. There are also KFC and Pizza Hut located just opposite the hotel, if you need a fast meal can easily access the restaurant. Definitely will choose to come back and stay in this hotel again if I were to access to the areas nearby in my future trip. Recommended!

Encountered Miss Nidya and Miss Jasmine during check in and later when I wanted to extend my room for 1 night. Both of them were very friendly and professional. Which made checking in a breeze! The cleanliness was as expected. The room size (got myself an upgrade) was great! A nice way to start my holiday. Breakfast buffet was quite extensive but the place can be a bit crowded (non guests can also enjoy breakfast as regular patrons).

When holidays are perfect and everything goes as planned there is no need to benchmark a team. When things go bad, that's where you can see if people rise or fall to the task. We had an urgent problem with our visa and Immigration which was closed for the weekend. After a few calls, persistency and out of the box thinking Carla (front desk) managed to get this issue done! This was above service level and very humane and then some! I am talking 5 star breakfast, best welcome ever 😉, great rooms and view ( a bit small if you take basic) Clean and fantastic shower pressure. 5 stars for Episode, Carla and team!

We spent 1 night at Jakarta airport hotel in early October 2025. This was our second stay after many years and we found the hotel to be updated and well maintained. Rooms are clean, comfy, with very good amenities in its category and come with very nice views over the airport operations without being noisy. Breakfast is served from 3 a.m. for early departures which is very convenient, but quality and choice could be improved. Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Well connected to the other terminals via Skytrain. Great value for money and excellent choice for airport layovers or early departures.

We were picked up straight from the airport and taken to the hotel which was less than ten minutes away and still inside the airport. Ideal for an overnight stay before our internal flight the next day. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean and fairly modern. Food in restaurant was good and well priced. Good choice for breakfast. Easy to jump on SkyTrain for our train the next morning. Staff were friendly. Good shower. Good value compared to some of the other airport hotels. Airport pick up was included and very efficient.

The highlight of my visit was the incredibly helpful staff, especially Ammar, who went out of his way to ensure my comfort and assist with any needs. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasant stay!, While my stay at the Jakarta Airport Hotel was pleasant overall, I was disappointed by the lack of hot beverage cups and eating utensils like a dinner fork and spoon. These essentials were missing, which made my dining experience less convenient. I hope the hotel can address this for future guests.

1st impression, The hotel have a pleasant perfume since we arrived at the lobby and during our stays. The room was spacious and my daughter loved the bath bomb provided for the bathtub. All staffs were very and friendly. Highlights of the stay was the breakfast buffet, Acquaree Spa for kids and Acqua Spa for mommy which equipped with very nice jacuzzi. Looking forward for our next staycation at the hotel.

Staying at JHL Solitaire truly felt like an all in one luxury experience. The hotel has everything you need cafés, multiple restaurants, and bars serving a wide range of food and drinks. I booked the Luxury Room, and it was absolutely stunning super elegant, spacious, and fragrant. One of my favorite parts was exploring the Deck area, with its beautiful koi pond and pool. Although I didn’t get a chance to swim, just being there was already relaxing and serene. The bathroom was especially memorable beautifully designed, clean, and luxurious. Overall, it was a wonderful stay that left me with warm memories. I would definitely come back again!

Beautiful, luxurious hotel that keeps things low-key. The entrance is modest, but once you're inside, you start to notice where the attention to detail really is. The decor is impressive — from the lobby to the elevators and the hallways — everything feels elegant. The room was genuinely great. Surprisingly spacious, and the bed was ridiculously comfortable — probably one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was clean, well-designed, and had everything I needed without overdoing it - lovely tub. Breakfast was included with the room, and it really exceeded expectations. There’s a huge variety, and the overall quality is very, very good. Eggs were cooked just right, pasta was cooked al dente (so rare imo), and the buffet setup was solid all around. I’m more of a meat person, so I did kind of wish they had some smoked cold cuts — but honestly, that’s just me being picky. The staff were also fantastic. Big shout-out to Soleh, who went out of his way to get me a travel adapter when I couldn’t find one — really appreciated that. Oh, and if you’re staying here, do try the laundry service. It’s weird to say this, but it was kind of amazing — they returned everything folded and packaged like it was brand new. All in all, just a really smooth, comfortable stay. One of those places that gets it right without trying too hard.

Excellent location if you want to be close to airport but far to reach Jakarta center. We spent 4 nights there waiting for our motorcycle. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming. Room is comfortable and clean. The pool is clean. The breakfast is copious. We used their free shuttle for airport pick up and the driver was waiting for us on time. Overall an excellent stay.

This is a reasonable quality business hotel close to the airport. The facilities are good, as you would expect from a mid-range hotel, room spacious, functional, well-lit, with good wifi, very clean, and with solid furniture. Staff is professional and helpful, and in my specific case, went the extra mile to assist when I lost my passport.

We had a late evening arrival in Jakarta after a 25 hour trip hence wanted to sleep as soon as possible. That's why I arranged this hotel which was a great idea. The hotel is located very close to the airport. It took us like 7 minutes by taxi from the airport to the hotel. A friendly receptionist welcomed us and with minimum administration we were able to relax in our room. The room was very clean and modern with a nice shower. The room was large enough for 3 people. The next morning we had our rich breakfast and checked out again. Side note: The hotel has a pool on the second floor.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. We appreciate the hotels eco-friendly attempt to reduce the number of towels being used. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and attentive staff. It was nice to have cold juice available in the lobby. We also ordered lunch here and the mie goreng was some of the best that I have had, compliments to the chef! M. Iqpal and the hotel staff also helped us to arrange a late checkout along with a free airport shuttle without any problem. The ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. He even dropped us off right at our requested location. We appreciate the flexibility of the staff for accommodating our travel schedule needs. Overall, our stay was great and we look forward to staying at Fairfield by Marriot Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport again for our flight back home! —— In the future, it would be convenient to share the hotels WhatsApp phone number to help arrange for a shuttle for travelers who do not have a local cellular plan… but this is just a recommendation.

Staff are fantastic. Because of unexpected itinerary changes, my wife ans I ended up with two reservations for one night each via Expedia. We didn’t have breakfast, which costs extra, included in the reservation for the first morning, but it was included in the second morning. When we found out on the first morning that we would have to leave the hotel to catch our flight before breakfast was served on the second morning, we immediately asked if the breakfast could be transferred to the first morning. The gentleman at reception made a quick phone call to the dining hall and said, “No problem! They are waiting for you. Enjoy your breakfast.” And we did. It was a big and delicious breakfast buffet with enough delicious options to satisfy a married couple who are vegan and avoiding sugar. It was less expertly buy the breakfast on Expedia ($6) than in person at the hotel (equivalent of $8). Either way, though, the value was good for the money.

The staff are absolutely wonderful, very friendly, welcoming, patient, and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. They provide complimentary bottled water. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The area around the hotel is a local residential area typical around most airports. Not much for one to do but it is convenient for short stays and the restaurant in the hotel is open all day. You can easily get a taxi to the city if interested. I was satisfied with my short stay. I would suggest in general that hotels provide larger rooms or make space for guests. No one likes to feel congested. .

Our 2nd stay at this hotel :) Great breakfast :) Spacious rooms (we had a suite with king-size bed and sofa on the 16th floor) with excellent bathroom (shower as well as bath). Towels, bathrobes, slippers provided; Perfect location - next to the shopping mall ;) Very friendly and helpful staff :)

Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, quick check-in/check-out, nice ambience of the hotel, clean bedroom, very nice swimming pool, good quality of breakfast with wide selection of buffet, plenty parking space, big mall is just next door and the hotel has direct connection to the mall.

Is family friendly hotel…..clean and comfort and super friendly and easy going. I would come back again to stay in this hotel. And location is perfect for the area…..close to my family and entertainment area. Perfect location. Keep it up!

Stayed 2 nights at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta Diponegoro for a business trip, and as always, Hilton never disappoints! You can really feel their fresh new vibes—elegant, bright, and impeccably clean. Loved the easy access to Bintaro Xchange Mall, making it super convenient for a quick shopping or dining trip. Their 24-hour gym is a huge plus, and the local breakfast options were definitely a highlight. And of course, don’t forget to grab their signature cookies before heading home—a little treat that makes the stay even sweeter. 🍪💙 Looking forward to my next stay!

Staff were very friendly. Breakfast meals were very good. Menu meals were repetitive, could improve with more variety or different menu daily. Ordered meals service were slow. Overall time spent was excellent. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

Great hotel and feels still new. Staff very nice and hospitable. Room was spacious, modern and clean with excellent air conditioning. Big bathroom area and good shower. No bath tub. Restaurant was good for breakfast and other meals especially local dishes. Location is 5 minutes walk from the AEON mall with lots of good shops and eateries and supermarket. Were very kind to allow a later checkout.

I was expecting a business hotel with a small room but it turned out to be a luxurious room with a sofa and huge bathroom! Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were all friendly and polite. The food at the restaurant was good, but the waiting time is fairly long. Overall an excellent stay.

I recently attended a company event at the ballroom of Hotel Santika Bintaro and was truly impressed by the overall experience. What stood out the most was the exceptional service, from the security staff, receptionists, to all hotel crew members. Everyone was incredibly professional, helpful, and friendly . Even during the preparation before the event, they were super helpful and attentive. I really appreciate and respect their dedication. Youcan really feel that they give their best in everything they do. I have so much respect and appreciation for their service. In addition to the great service, the hotel itself is very nice and clean, including the public restrooms. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable. It made our event run smoothly and left a great impression on all of us. Highly recommended for business events or even just a stay. Thank you, Santika Bintaro team!

spent 3 nights here for MCU business. the security, doorman, porter, room attendant, cook and F&B service did really well by providing service so it makes us comfortable staying here. room is spacious, everything’s clean, toilet and shower works without problem. the breakfast buffet even though not so much varieties but still delicious. it was worth it staying here especially after going back and forth around Bintaro… I didn’t have any bad experience thankfully, the corridor is clean and peaceful so I could rest without any trouble.

Breakfast has plenty of choices, coffee is amazing. Room is clean with a wonderful view of the area. Staffs are very friendly and efficient, helpful and polite when fixing an issue in the bathroom.

The food was delicious with a good variety, and the pastries were especially tasty. I really enjoyed them during breakfast and tea time. The room was decent and comfortable enough for a good rest. Cleanliness was well-maintained throughout the hotel. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d consider staying here again.

This is such a good hotel to stay with your family. It's very clean, comfortable, no sound from other rooms, the breakfast is amazing, the personnel is very friendly, respectful and friendly, especially Ridha! I had a very good stay here for the last week.

We stayed few night at this hotel to watch a concert at the ICE BSD city and it was very convenient since it’s just a walk distance. Nice rooftop restaurant to visit but also close to AEON mall to visit with lots of food to choose for dinner or lunch. Hotel facilities are great, beds are so comfortable. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, it has variety both Indonesian and western to choose from. The best croissant ever and my daughter left the hotel in tears knowing that she’s going to miss it♥️ Last but not least, staff are very professional and friendly. The check in staff his name’s Reinhart is very helpful and so are the breakfast buffet staff. We definitely will be back next time.

Best Hotel I ever was, the breakfast was the best I ever experienced and I do travel a lot. Many different dishes to chosse from, real good coffee, real fruit juices and each day other dishes. The staff is the friendliest you can imagine. Best Aircon I ever had, individually perfect adjustable. Comfy bed and very clean. Roomservice is fast and delicious. On top is a rooftop Bar and a pool. I specially liked that I could open the window, even I stayed in the 12th floor and the curtans reallyblock light. You don't hear banging doors and in the hallway is carpet. I totally recomend this place

I made an iftar dinner for my kid’s classmate at Skylounge (15th floor). The place is sooo nice, safe for kids, and good ambience. The food has a good taste and so much variance, best place to make gathering. All crew is so nice, helpful, and friendly. Mas Robi and Mas Steven best crew who always smile and helpful.

Booked this hotel for the trade expo at ICE BSD, perfect place to stay if you want to visit any expos in that area. A clean, well maintained hotel, room was cozy and neat, breakfast was good. A bit far away from Jakarta city but worth it. Definitely staying here again if I visit Tangerang.
