This hotel was FANTASTIC! I have stayed in nice hotels all over the world, this is one of the best! The service was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed by every detail. The Breakfast is AMAZING! Not just the quantity of choices, but the quality of what was offered. Super easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. You can rent a car and drive there if you have the courage. We drove and parked the car at the very reasonably priced valet parking and just took a ride sharing option to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is right downtown, exactly where you want to be in Gramado. I would recommend the Hotel Fioreze Centro to anyone who would listen. You will not be disappointed.

Location was excellent. Staff were happy, attentive and always wanting to make your stay enjoyable. The entrance lounge is beautifully decorated, comfortable and styled well, with 24 hrs hot coffee/hot chocolate/cold drink self serve with something to eat with it.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location in the centre of Gramado, breakfast was good and varied. Coffee/ hot chocolate / drinks and snacks offered to guests upon arrival.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Fioreze Centro very much, the atmosphere of a boutique hotel the staff very friendly and attentive! I definitely recommend this property and will come back for sure!

One of our favorite hotels! Reception is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable (great beds), fantastic pool area and the food in the restaurant is great! My wife and love staying here when we visit Nova Petrópolis.

This is a favorite hotel in Nova Petropolis for my wife and I. Comfortable rooms, with large comfortable bed. Balconies are nice. Neighborhood is safe and great to walk downtown. Heated indoor pool for use in any season. And the restaurant is fantastic! Quality food with amaing taste! I love their risoto! ** Only negative is their internet. It is terrible. It constantly drops. I work remote and it is difficult to have meeetings online there.

We had an amazing experience here! Reception was incredibly friendly! Our room was fantastic, we enjoyed the pool so much, the bed was very comfortable and the bartenders were so kind with me. My wife and I will definitely be returning as soon as possible. We love Nova Petrópolis and this will be our preferred housing now!

Hotel was quite empty during our stay, so we were surprised at not getting a standard room with at least a nicer view (rather than the opposite wall / windows of other rooms)...Hot water took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to come thru faucets....Other than that, breakfast was very good as always, pool was nice, staff was friendly....Again, only shortcoming this time around was the room.

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was also very nice of one of the front desk people to take us up to our room and show us how to work the shower, heat etc.

Good overall, lifts out off service on the days we stayied, but the hotel is clean an charming. Quiet location. Car is needed to goes to downtown and attractions.

Everything about the property was phenomenal. The location is perfect, we walked in and out of town everyday as it’s a beautiful walk and close to lots of great restaurants but the best restaurant in Buzios is the hotel’s own! The food and pool snacks were delicious. The view from the pool is the best vista on Buzios and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean, cool and comfortable - very good value for money. The staff, particularly the reception staff, were so friendly and so helpful. They made some excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area and they couldn’t have been more charming! The best boutique hotel we stayed in during our three months in South America!

Dream of a place to go to nourish the soul, mix in awesome service and a way over the top good restaurant in one of the most quaint beach towns, and you've got Pousada Abracadabra. It's 7 mins to walk to the beachfront that has quick access to many restaurants and a lively evening scene. The rooms are comfortable, beach chic/slightly rustic with a feel of quality. The views from the infinity pool and the restaurant make this one place so very special. Any weather, there is something to watch as you ponder. Catching a sunset on a nice clear evening with the boats in the harbor is magic. Go there.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! I can't describe the view from the infinity pool :) The restaurant is amazing, the breakfast is delicious! Staff is very nice and friendly. Location couldn't be better... really above the Main Street in Buzios with all nice restaurants and bars. We cannot wait to be back :)

While we liked this Hotel, the Location was perfect and we enjoyed our stay our overall view was that it was overpriced . It did not compare well value wise with the two other 5 start Hotels we stayed in elsehwere in Brazil. On the positive side the views are stunning and the location is perfect for walking into town , to restaurants etc. And the service was very good. But there were some downsides: the WIFI only worked in to public areas (restaurant and reception), then even this failed on the last 1.5 days of our stay. Breakfast was: "typically boutique hotel" in other words more about appearance than substance, therefore dissapointing in my opinion. In summary a good Hotel if value is not your main driver.

Hotel was charming - great blend of modern facilities with a rustic, authentic vibe. Highlight was the staff - Luan and Denise who were outstanding in their desire to help and go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. Location was ideal and views from the room were breathtaking. A real highlight was the restaurant - exceptional food quality and service. Luan advised us when we checked in that we should eat all our meals here. After we ate at some of the highly touristed places in Centro of Buzios we learned that he was correct. Eat at the restaurant. Of course, the inclusive breakfast was simply elegant.

Room Comfort: Our room was simple yet cozy, offering all the essentials we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the space was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the extra storage space for our kitesurfing gear, which made it easy to keep everything organized and accessible. Amenities: The pousada’s dedication to catering to kitesurfers is evident. The secure gear storage area was a great feature, providing peace of mind while we explored other activities. The outdoor rinse station for washing off sand and salt was a thoughtful touch. Plus, the communal lounge area and garden were perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. Dining: Breakfast was a highlight of our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed a hearty and delicious spread of fresh fruits, pastries, and local specialties. The friendly staff also accommodated our early start times, ensuring we were fueled up before heading out to the beach. While a few additional hooks or hangers in the room would make the stay even more convenient, the overall experience was very positive. We appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful features tailored to our needs. We look forward to returning and seeing how the pousada continues to evolve!

This place is awesome!!! The staff (especially Lino at the reception) is amazing, very helpful. Lino is fluent in English, Portuguese and German. The breakfast is delicious, every morning, and the owner super friendly. The rooms are super comfy with AC and nice hot water shower after a kite session. I highly recommend staying here, I’ll be back soon!!

O ambiente é muito bonito e, na maior parte do tempo, silencioso, perfeito para quem busca descanso. Nosso quarto era a suíte especial, equipado com uma banheira clássica que se destacou pela vista panorâmica e a possibilidade de relaxar em qualquer momento, sempre com água quente à disposição. A privacidade é garantida pelas cortinas estilo blackout, o que foi um ponto extra. Outro destaque foi a calefação, que funcionou muito bem durante todo o fim de semana frio, mantendo-nos confortáveis e aquecidos. Tivemos acesso a uma lareira externa, que usamos intensamente. Foi uma experiência incrível passar horas ao redor dela, e o Vagner, um dos funcionários, foi excepcional em nos ajudar a acendê-la e nos fazer sentir em casa. Ele também foi muito receptivo e carinhoso com nosso cachorro sempre o acolhendo bem nos momentos em que estávamos com ele do lado de fora. A comida foi outro ponto alto da nossa estadia. O café da manhã era farto e delicioso, com uma variedade de pratos autorais, comida local e opções que iam desde bolos e doces até tapiocas e sanduíches de frigideira. O café passado na hora e o chocolate quente foram perfeitos para o clima frio. Foi um final de semana incrível!

Maravilhosa. Equipe extremamente gentil e cordial, lugar encantador e muito limpo, fazenda que não cheira a bicho sujo. Foram dias encantadores, saímos de lá com o coração apertado e lágrimas nos olhos. Camas e quarto confortável e aconchegante. Eu tenho que falar sobre o café da manhã e as meninas que organizam tudo. ELAS SÃO AS ESTRELAS DO LUGAR. Nos tratam com tanto amor e carinho que a vontade que temos é de levá-las pra casa. E claro , tudo que elas fazem com esse amor que transborda nelas fica ainda mais gostoso. Tudo muito delicioso. A Sabrina em especial é de um coração tão lindo que nem sei explicar. E tem o Porsche, o cachorro amigo mais lindo e educado do mundo. Esses 2 foram os melhores amigos da minha pequena esses incríveis 6 dias. Que saudade já estamos de tudo. Pela primeira vez a saudade de casa não era maior do que a vontade de ficar. Escolhemos o hotel para passarmos nossa lua de mel, foi tudo maravilhoso, o café da manhã, a acomodação, os funcionários, limpeza nos quartos todos os dias e tudo novinho, porém na nossa suíte a noite ficávamos ouvindo barulho de morcego no telhado, teve noites que não conseguimos dormir por conta disso, avisamos a recepção e eles informaram que outro casal já tinha reclamado e mesmo assim não tinham feito a retirada dos bichos ainda. Claro que não atrapalhou nossa viagem, curtimos muito do mesmo jeito e o hotel é incrível!

Excelente, eu e minha família adoramos. Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e sempre prontos para te auxiliar. Um agradecimento especial para moça que nos recepcionou no hotel e que é a responsável pela cozinha (falha nossa não estarmos lembrando o nome dela). Tinha comentado que no outro dia era aniversário da minha esposa e fizeram uma surpresa com um bolo e cantando parabéns na hora do café. Minha filha de 3anos ficou encantada com os bichinhos do hotel! Nosso único “problema” foi não ter ficado mais dias nesse hotel maravilhoso.

The place is incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spotless. We encountered an issue due to a discrepancy in the room description provided by the booking app. The staff was incredibly friendly and promptly resolved the problem with the most suitable solution. The breakfast was exceptionally artisanal, and once again, the staff was outstanding. I’m definitely planning to return and spend more time there.

So nice to be back to this Ponta Verde unit, facing the beach and reef of Praia do Francês, literally a couple of steps away. It's the only hotel in the village, the rest is made of guesthouses of different standards. Being the destination sort of small, everything is nearby or 20min walking distance at the longest: café, bar, restaurants, laundrette, supermarket, shops, etc. The hotel was designed to be welcoming solar and ample, reception has two entrances and the beach side one has the restaurant beside it, where one eats a delicious breakfast from 7 to 10. The suites on the 4th floor are ample and simple, especially the secluded balcony with a private jacuzzi. During the week off-season, the beach belongs to you, just perfect. It is always a pleasure to be back to the hotel, thanks to Maria and the whole most friendly staff for another most pleasant stay!

Num dos dias a recepcionista falou que eu não poderia sentar numa mesa interna pois estavam reservadas para um grupo que estaria chegando . Então, eu, que já estava hospedada a mais tempo, pagando um quarto Single, fui preterida e “convidada” a ficar na varanda sem ar condicionado para dar lugar a um grupo que ainda chegaria. Não entendi a predileção pelo grupo. Os funcionários não são simpáticos , parecem sempre “no automático”, O atendimento na estrutura da praia é demorado e geração de muito lixo (copos plásticos, canudos, garrafas…)

This is a beautiful hotel at the end of a very quiet street in Gramado. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very helpful. In the evening you can sit outside on the hotel porch or in their little garden area. They provide a lovely breakfast. The great advantage of the hotel is that you are just minutes away by Uber from the main streets of Gramado with their hustle and bustle but the hotel is very quiet and secluded.

Excellent staff, very helpful. Perfect location and amazing hotel overall! If we could stay longer, this would definitely be our choice. Looking forward to coming back!

The stay was wonderful and very comfortable with a beautiful view. We loved it. Very clean and with a fast check-in. The staff was fantastic and very helpful. The hotel has a "homey" feel to it, which adds to the pleasant experience.

Só tenho elogios pela minha estadia, funcionários extremamente atenciosos e educados, ótima limpeza, quarto extremamente confortável, local silencioso, café da manhã delicioso. O lugar tem uma linda infraestrutura e é realmente pet friendly, com lugar aberto e cheio de atividades para os cães. O único problema é se você for para a cidade, pois perderá a oportunidade de aproveitar cada cantinho gostoso da pousada, não da vontade de sair de lá. Para quem tem carro esportivo ou muito baixo, evite dias de chuva, pois a estradinha até o local mesmo sendo curta e com uma trilha pavimentada, ainda tem bastante buraco e pedrinhas soltas.

I booked the Santa Teresa hotel for two nights before heading to Copacabana for the rest of my stay in Rio. I wanted some place where I could relax and chill out, and the hotel's perfect for that. There's not much to do in the Santa Teresa area - a couple of sites to see, and a fantastic restaurant called Aprazivel, but apart from that, there's not much going on, and it's quite a way into the city (60 Brazilian Real with the hotel's driver to Copacabana). So two nights here suited me perfectly. The staff at check-in were lovely and really helpful. My room was absolutely spotless, and really nicely decorated. The view from the pool is pretty spectacular, and the bar has been voted one of the most romantic, although travelling alone I can't testify to that :) The quirks? Well the wifi is really, really patchy. It struggled to cope with me uploading a photo (so I gave up). But not a big deal really. Also you do notice the security presence at the hotel - which I can totally appreciate as the area does border some favelas, but a friendly 'ola' didn't really result in any answer. I didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment on that. In short, I enjoyed my stay in Hotel Santa Teresa, and would recommend it - there's a great cafe called Cafe Dos Altos two minutes walk away which does a buffet breakfast on weekends and has an English menu. Some people say the street the hotel's on is incredibly steep, but I didn't find it that bad at all!

This is a great hotel to stay in for Rio vacations. The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, & has one of the most breath taking views of the city you will get in a hotel. The staff are all very nice & all knew some english. Although, I did try with portuguese, everyone we encountered knew plenty of english for us to converse with. The restaurant, pool, & bar are also excellent. The food was delicious & the open air dining that we experienced at breakfast was very memorable. If you want luxury Rio style, this is it. The only knock we had on this hotel was the location in Santa Teresa. Santa Teresa is a very nice neighborhood with a lot of history & character, however, it is perched high above the city. All the guide books we had read prior to booking this hotel said that the street car made getting to Santa Teresa from the metro stops in the city no problem. When we arrived we found that the street car was no longer running due to an accident that happened & will be out of service for about another year or so. I will say the cabs are very inexpensive in Rio so really this was not a serious problem, but one issue that I wish I would have known about before traveling to Rio. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes modern luxury in a historic setting. If we return to Rio--this will be the hotel at the top of our list!

We spent four nights at the R&C Santa Teresa and were very happy with our choice. The Junior Suite was spacious and very clean. However the noise in and around the hotel is a bit louder than in other 5* hotels I have been. Light sleepers should not forget their ear plugs. Other than that nothing negative can be said. The staff is very friendly and this is valid for everybody (security, front desk, waiters, room service etc). The people from the front desk always had a smile on their face and were very helpful in organising reservations for restaurants, clubs, cabs or making recommendations for sightseeing trips etc. The spa is really nice and the massages are very good. Try at least once the delicious restaurant. We had dinner there two times and were very satisfied with the food and also the friendliness of the waiters. We also liked the pool area which offers an amazing view of Rio de Janeiro.

Spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Booked a long stay for me, my son and my dog, and so far I’m enjoying my stay. Everyone is very friendly with all of us. Breakfast options are few, but very good ones, specially the local delights (try the fresh made tapioca with coalho cheese). Members of the staff offer some off-the-menu options, like eggs and milk chocolate.

The hotel is very well located, near the beautiful Ponta Negra beach and various amenities. The best samba bars of Natal are max. 2 km away from the hotel, easily reacheable by taxi. Some good restaurants are a walking distance, also an artesanal shop and laundry service. The Ocean panorama view from the large room was indeed spectacular, the higher floor the better. Courtesy water was available upon entering the room. Breakfast is only slightly above average, but was fabulous, again, was the Atlantic Ocean view which you can enjoy while having breakfast. TV worked from the beginning, which is not often the case, and had choice of news in Portuguese and Spanish. The hotel by the reception has a stall with personnel which offers various daily excursions from Natal city – I was not interested, but it is always good to have such offers. Wake up calls requests were duly executed by the reception staff.

The hotel is amazing with very good food and the location is amazing. It's located Beachfront but in an area that is not crowded. There are a lot of activities in front of the hotel and the staff was very helpful during the stay. Unfortunately we saw an accident happen inside the hotel restaurant where one of the cooks were badly burned by some alcohol, but the hotel has a team to give medical support on site.

My wife, in-laws and brother-in-law spent Christmas at Bora Bora, and it was fantastic. The staff was all very nice and accommodating. The beach was clean and well kept. The water was crystal clear and was like a pool. The breakfast was by far the best we’ve ever had (and we’ve been to several beach resorts). Chef Elon and his wife prepare everything fresh…every morning. They put their heart and soul into the food. From the breads and salgados to the cakes and fresh fruit, it is by far the best breakfast we’ve had anywhere in Brazil and in the U.S. The beach front restaurant has great food and great service as well. The rooms were nice, clean and updated. If you don’t feel like going out to eat dinner every night, the kitchen and BBQ’s allow you to have everything you need for a long stay. Lot’s to do within walking distance including a grocery store. Bora Bora is the best beach resort we’ve been to in Brazil, it’s perfectly priced and we can’t stop thinking and talking about the breakfast. We can’t wait to go back again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Bora Bora Pousada. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help, which made our trip feel extra welcoming. We traveled with kids, and the Polinésia rooms on the ground floor were perfect — spacious, comfortable, and with direct access to the beach, which was super convenient for the whole family. We also made use of the BBQ grill, which served its purpose well and made for a fun family meal. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, and being able to step right out to the sand made it even more special. Highly recommend it for families looking for a cozy place with great service and unbeatable beach access.

This is really a nice place to stay! The location just in front of the beach is wonderful, It was really relaxing to sleep hearing the waves from the sea! The breakfast is nice too, with homemade breads and pies. The staff is also very friendly and always willing to help. The apartment have a separate room with a double bed. The living room/kitchen has a sofa which turns into two single beds, a dining table, a sink, a refrigerator, microwave and cable tv. There's also a barbacue in the balcony. Tks for the nice stay!

My partner and I had a great stay at the Kalango. The place was better than we expected. Spacious, comfortable and spotless clean rooms. Really comfy bed, the AC worked, the shower was nice and powerful and we had lovely balcony. The place itself was spacious and stylish. The Breakfast was superb! Fantastic choice of fresh food, fruits, juices, savoury pastries and at least 6 different types of homemade cakes everyday. We also loved the fact that there were vegetarian options, fresh guacamole, detox juices and coconut water available. It was really charming that they leave a plate of fresh fruit to attract these stunning wild birds that can be appreciated while you have your breakfast. The pool is also stylish and the jacuzzi very nice. The poolside bar is also good and we had pizza by the pool one evening and it was surprisingly very good too. The staff were great too, friendly, helpful and professional. Our special thanks to Raquel, Gui and Dani. Oh and it’s a great value for money compared with other places at similar rates (where our friends stayed - they all said they wished they’d stayed at the Kalango).

The entire place felt like a dream, surrounded by natuere. It is clean, the staff is amazing and alwaya ready to help with everything we needed. The pool is big, kept at a nice temperature and the bar by the pool has delicious snacks, finger foods and cocktails. Breakfast is also very good with a good variety of foods, fruits, breads and cakes ans gives us view to the pool and the woods, so it's also an amazing morning start. The room we stayed at had a jacuzzi, big bed and a great view to the pool and woods, we had room service when we asked for food and everything was perfect for out first couple travel. It is around 15-20min walk to the closest beach or a 5min ride. They provide us towels both for the poop and beach, they have a small shop with amenities and beachwear.

Decided to getaway for 2 days. This hotel is nestled about 1km from the main road on the island. Very nice rooms with a wonderful ambiance. From the patio you overlook the pool. Some rooms have jacuzzis on the patio. Breakfast is filled with breads, pastries and fresh fruits. There is a bar open until 9 and the staff are very friendly. The power went out due to rain but that was fine. Relaxing location for peace and quiet.

Some may think it a little far from the historic center but the Kalango Hotel makes you almost wish you didnt have to leave anyway. Absolutely beautiful design and the most amazing staff from the front desk to the gardeners and housekeepers. Breakfast was plentiful and the downstairs bar a delight in the evenings or probably any time when the weather permits. Comfy beds and rather large rooms when compared to those we have stayed in in the historic center. Best shower ever! I cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel welcome from beginning to end. I have always loved the historic center of Ilhabela but now I cant see myself staying anywhere else. Thank you Kalango!

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful The hotel is a little bit far from the centre (around 20min walking) and you will need a car to go the beaches, so don't stay at it if you don't want to drive The breakfast and the bar was pretty good (especially the caipirinhas at the bar)
