We loved everything about the hotel location with a few 24hr convenient stores, laundry bar and restaurants nearby within walking distance tho we had to cross the road but it wasn't as busy, the room was very clean, the staff were very helpful. We'll definitely come back for sure. Worth every penny!

Last minute accommodation options were scarce (and expensive) in JB on Good Friday. We decided to try a hotel a little ways out of the centre and Hotel Prestigo looked like a pretty good choice under the circumstances. As it turned out, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and (thankfully) quiet. There were a number of restaurants and supermarkets nearby and a large shopping mall just a few kilometres up the road. The staff at check-in & check-out were courteous and friendly and the Grab car to CIQ was only 15 RM. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Very convenient as it's close to eateries and ample of parking space at no charge. Value for money.

I love this hotel because it was nearby to my workplace. Easy to access with all the shops and restaurant. Room is spacious and very clean and comfy

There are a variety of entertainments provided in the tv too. Washing machine & drying rack with hangers are also provided. Very clean bedsheets & pillows. The toilets are also very clean. Hot & cold water works too. There were no moulds growing which shows how well the apartment is maintained. The house is very spacious too! Amazing views from every room. This apartment is perfect for family max of 8! Staffs there are very nice & helpful to us. Prior to the stay, the owner is very responsive & gives us very detailed informations about the apartment to us which makes it more convienient for us. Adding on, instead of giving us 2 different units from different levels, they offer us free upgrade to a 4 room apartment which we are very thankful for. Overall we love our stay throughout without any hiccups.

Spacious and well-equipped: The 3-bedroom apartment exceeded my expectations, offering space and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Stunning Location: The location of the apartment was fantastic, near Immigration to Singapore. Friendly Staff: The staff at R&F Princess Cove were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Perfect for Families: The apartment was perfect for my family, providing ample space and a comfortable environment for everyone.

Central, clean, modern, cosy and comfortable. Nice environment, away from the hustle bustle but walkable to City Square and many great JB eateries. Communication was easy with owner. Very detailed directions were provided for the pick-up and drop-off of keys during checkin and checkout.

The place was done up very well! It felt like I was staying in a hotel! From the seamless check in to accessing the apartment, it was very easy and direct. The host is highly responsive and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. Full toiletries are provided and there's even a smart TV. The location was great with R&F mall just below and both Central Square Mall and Komtar Mall just a 10 mins walk away with sheltered walkways. There are restaurants and provision shops nearby too. The showers and aircon work well. Definitely worth our stay in Johor.

The apartments I booked 4 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms are so cosy, clean I should say very well maintained. Halal cafe at ground floor available 24hrs. Supermarket is available too. Walking distance to CIQ. GREAT VIEW!! Apartment is exactly as clean as shiwn on pictures. Providing clear check in/check out. Excellent services from Angie. Two Thumbs up. I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was perfect — clean, comfortable, and I especially appreciated the firm mattress, which made for a great night's sleep. The location was amazing with a Starbucks right in the lobby, and it was incredibly convenient to be able to walk straight from the hotel into the mall. Would definitely stay here again!

Location is awesome. Just above KSL mall and all grab drivers know where it is. The room is spacious and offers good view of the city. Shower has great water pressure and water is hot enough. Staff were friendly. Check out was simple and fast.

There's live band performing during our stay on the 17th rooftop and we can hear them from our room on the 7th floor, but it ends before 12am. Air-conditioner is strong as well. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Check in/out was a breeze. Was able to check in early as there are rooms available. Room was spacious and clean. Staff’s were friendly and helpful. Foods for Sahur were nice and delicious. Special mentioned to Front Desk staff Ms Iqa for delivering excellent service and Housekeeping staff Mr Rizal for his honesty and integrity. Kudos to both of them 🤗.

Amerin may not look appealing from the outside but its a very comfortable, clean and satisfactory hotel. We love the buffet breakfast. Chef did a great job providing variety of food and tasty. I was at Thistle last week but the service and food is at par with Amerin but with pricier price

1) There are many flies at the lobby seating area (been here 3x and the condition still the same, hope the management can step up on the pest control) 2) There are no glass cup in the toilet for brushing teeth. 3) There should be a toilet mat / extra towel to be placed on the toilet floor as it is very slippery when coming out of the shower area. 4) The aircon have sound when the blade is moving up and down. Have to turn the blade off so that we are able to sleep. After all, the stay is good and comfortable. Affordable price compared to other hotels with breakfast. The staffs are friendly. Highly recommend! :)

A good hotel with great location for a short stay. This hotel is surrounded with many eating places, pub, karaoke etc.. The room is clean. The room aircon is cool. Booked an Elegant Suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. The room is reasonably big. The toilet comes with a Jacuzzi bathtub and my kids love it. We will be back again if we happen to have a short stay. DO NOTE, this is a NON-SMOKING Hotel.

1. There's parking available right infront of the Hotel (There're many parking spots so not to worry) 2. There's a small lift but it's good, fits well. 3. Cleanliness overall its good. 4. The suite was spacious, my kids loved the jacuzzi. Bed was clean. I requested extra pillows and they sent it immediately. 5. There's hot water but you gotta wait awhile for it. Not a problem actually. Understandable, it's centralised. 6. Surrounding area is a food haven. Basically everything is just within walking distance. 7. Staffs are friendly. Answered my all questions. 8. Very easy and short time check in and out. 9. Didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on that. 10. Affordable 11. Suitable for family with kids. 12. There're towels and basic toiletries. 13. Iron and ironing board available 14. Mini fridge and a sink in their little pantry. I hope this helps for those who needs a thorough review of this Hotel. The property looks exactly like in the photo as was very clean as well. The high level gives a nice view, beautiful both daytime and nightime. The spacious bedrooms are nice to sleep in and the living is comfy to gather in as well.

Convenient location + the unit was really clean, neat and spacious. With 2 double beds, it can fit a family of 4, definitely bigger than a standard size hotel room. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

Another big plus is the availability of parking spaces which offers peace of mind for security of your car and close vicinity to the hotel. Flow of water, including hot water is good and reliable and the room is equipped with sufficient powsr outlets. Wifi signal is also satisfactory. Overall, a great and enjoyable stay.

We booked last minute at close to midnight but the 24/7 concierge allowed me to check in even though it was so late and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. It was very affordable and the location was great with good food all around. Recommended!

1. Spacious and clean. The Junior Suite space is just nice for two persons and still able to allocate a space for you to pray. 2. Lift facility to go to each floor. Iron and iron board are provided. 3. Friendly staff. This includes the housekeeping lady. 4. Helpful staff. This especially when we facing some issue to pay the parking using the apps. The solution helps us alot.

We had planned a very last minute visit to Johor Bahru visiting several relatives all staying around the Permas Jaya area during the Lunar New Year period. We booked a family room at Yangtze Hotel which can sleep 4 and turned up a couple of hours later, at midnight. As the room was prepaid, checking in was a breeze and all they asked for other than the usual passport, is to see the Malaysia Tourism Tax Invoice and a RM50 deposit. The room was simple but clean. Instant coffee was provided which is a nice touch. After the 2 nights, we extended for another night and the hotel arranged the same room to be allocated. All the staff we interacted with were polite and helpful. There are plenty of eateries along the same stretch The owner of the hotel also owned the dim sum eatery next to Yangtze Hotel, the food which was decent. Parking on the street was available and S parking was free during the festive period, we did not utilise the free parking at the hotel (limited space on a first come first serve basis). Happy with the no frills stay and would definitely consider coming back again in the future.

Clean and comfortable. View was great at night and location is convenient and near Mid Valley South Key. The place was easy to find and the security guards were helpful. The host of the homestay contacted me very quickly regarding my stay and the instructions and directions given were clear and easily understood.

It was super clean and tidy when when first came in. The ambience is also so nice and cozy. It has literally everything from water heater, soap, shampoo, iron, hair dryer and even extra mattress. Everything is usable too. The hosts were also very helpful and tolerate well. What an excellent service. Highly recommend to stay here!

I enjoy the small jacuzzi hot bath very much.

The Four Seasons hotel in Singapore is located in a strategic position (very close to Orchard Road, the heart of shopping in Singapore) and has a very accurate service. It is family friendly with a family pool on the rooftop but also offers privacy to adults with the 12 years and above only pool with separate jacuzzi on level 3. The only inconvenience was at checkout when there was a misunderstanding with the restaurant One Ninety but this stuff happens. Overall, I'm very happy and will come back again when in Singapore

It was a brief stay, but Kenneth and his team made it truly enjoyable—so much so that my companions couldn’t stop praising the hotel and service. I’m grateful to Kenneth for coordinating the booking and connecting rooms perfectly to our needs and for thoughtfully checking in on us via text despite still recovering from an injury. He also assisted with our check-out, alongside Mervin, whose warmth and graciousness made a lasting impression. Vivien was warm and cheerful, making our check-in such a lovely start to the stay. It was a pleasure to see her again, and the thoughtful treats in the room were much appreciated. The pool and heated jacuzzi were also a highlight, and the attentive poolside team made the experience all the more relaxing and pampering with their thoughtful service. Their dedication and care exemplify exceptional hospitality, and I look forward to returning, knowing we’ll be in such capable and caring hands.

We booked a king bed (boulevard) room through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. From the moment we checked in, the front desk team was welcoming and efficient. Hotel management upgraded our room to a premier family room. The room was elegant and bright and the large floor to ceiling windows offered an amazing view of Orchard Boulevard. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the crisp, high-quality linens made for a great night's sleep. We especially appreciated the small touches, like the complimentary bottled water and gourmet coffee and tea selection. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping our room tidy throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection of international food choices. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff at both the breakfast area and restaurant were friendly and attentive. The concierge desk was helpful in booking a local dinner reservation. Everyone we encountered was polite, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a great stay. We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Four Seasons Hotel, Singapore. The location is perfect, the facilities are top-notch, and the service is exceptional.

Throughout my stay at Treetops, my expectations were exceeded. Particularly impressive were: 1. the spacious and clean apartment — the kitchenette was very well-stocked with full range of cooking utentils, microwave, rice cooker and even a cheese grater. Plus a full set of crockery and drinkware. 2. The cafe where buffet breakfast is served — when I was late to the cafe in the morning, they packed my breakfast for me! The servers (including Venice and Soon) were extremely friendly and helpful! 3. Ms Annie Ho, Senior Sales Manager, was very helpful in my reservations and request for extension of stay. I felt special even as a short-stay guest. 4. I like the location of Treetops — it is a short distance walk to many restaurants and shopping malls without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road 5. The huge and well-maintained pool, the grounds — it all made me feel like I was truly on vacation without stepping on an airplane in the midst of this Covid19 pandemic. I highly recommend a stay at Treetops for a peaceful and refreshing break.

Great location, short comfortable walk to shopping centres, restaurants in Orchard. Comfortable and clean room although extremely crammed between wardrobe and bedside table (can't access). Great professional and friendly customer service from check in to check out. Breakfast however were no good. Roti prata were hard and dry, completely inedible. Waffles were dry too, breakfast were almost the same every morning, kinda sick and not looking forward by Day 3. However breakfast on Chinese New Year day was good and interesting followed by Lion Dance outside hotel lobby. Service staff at restaurant during breakfast should refrain from making remarks or discussing personal matters and also most importantly using foul language (one particular Chinese man sweared in Hokkien) My wife was just standing beside him. Overall I enjoyed the stay with my wife, might stay again in near future.

The perfect accommodation for our family holiday. After usually having to keep quiet or go to bed early when staying all in one room in a hotel it was refreshing to have our own space, with an ample lounge/dinning area to relax or for our 5 and 6 year old to play. The accommodation is clean and well thought out. Staff are friendly and welcoming, showing us how to use the room facilities on arrival. Little touches like a complementary bowl of fruit, OJ, milk, cereal and biscuits on arrival made a real difference after a long day of travelling with two tired children. Water was left in the room daily. The breakfast is good, not a vast choice, but lots of fresh items and changes daily. It was good enough to keep a fussy 6 year old happy! The apartments are in a good location there are numerous outlets to get food/drink nearby, (they also have a restaurant in site) and it’s less than a 10 min walk to the Orchard MRT station which then provides convenient, quick access to the rest of the city at a reasonable price. We did catch a taxi to the Zoo, ordered through guest services, rather than negotiate the MRT/buses and only cost $15 each way. I would definitely stay at Treetops again next time we travel to Singapore, it was perfect for us and worked location wise.

Location 2-3 minute walk to Orchard Rd or Tanglin Centre. 5-8 minute walk to Orchard MRT. Quiet green, leafy locale. Fabulous swimming pool area; the tropical gardens are perfect for a relaxing stroll. Staff are fantastic; friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean. Buffet breakfast is certainly adequate; English and local food selections. Remember this is not a 5 star hotel so adjust your expectations re breakfast. I have stayed at TreeTops previously and will definitely stay again. Apartment style accommodation is perfect, especially when travelling in a group. It is wonderful to have the kitchen, dining and living room facilities. The welcome basket of fruit, milk, juice & biscuits a lovely gesture. Bottled water daily was very much appreciated also. We had an unforgettable time at this lovely apartment in Orahovac. The place was exactly as described – clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view from the terrace is additional bonus! The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and even a washing machine, which was very convenient. The area is quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing, yet still close to Kotor and other attractions. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool on the property – it’s very well maintained and offers stunning views over the bay and surrounding hills. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Our host was super friendly and helpful, providing great local tips and always quick to respond to any questions. Super hotel Stayed here for 5 nights in a Tower /Horizon junior suite (not the exact name) with access to the Horizon lounge. We had been upgraded from the deluxe room we had booked. (A wonderful surprise and much appreciated. Thank you!) Our check in with Christine was easy and she was very personable and helpful. The public area is well presented also with a bakery selling some beautiful patisserie/cakes. The hotel is high end yet retains a sense of calm and inclusivity, it isn't pretentious like some hotels of this rating. We loved it. The Horizon lounge is a great benefit and all the staff here were so welcoming and courteous. We enjoyed our first Singapore sling here. The food choice is excellent, especially the fish. Special mention has to go to whole team here. They are a lovely group, friendly and so professional. Particular thanks to the charming Milan, so much energy and lovely to chat to. Breakfast here is so much calmer than in The Line restaurant which has an extensive buffet selection. Our room was spacious, spotless and with a good selection of power sockets and USB points. Products in the bathroom are John Masters organic range. Soft towels. Fabulous welcome chocolates and fruit. Water is provided too. Concierge serviced very good. All in all an excellent stay and would return and recommend. I'm going to miss the team in the Horizon lounge.

When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a gentleman in a smart suit, instantly giving us the impression that this was a very special hotel. The lobby felt cozy and elegant, featuring a lounge with the familiar, refined style seen in other Shangri-La hotels around the world. Our room was equipped with modern facilities and offered a lovely city view. It had a long study desk, a carpeted floor, and a clean, spacious bathroom. The pool area was beautiful—large, lush, and surrounded by greenery, creating an oasis-like atmosphere. The buffet breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices, and the staff were attentive and helpful. I especially enjoyed spending time in the lounge, where the food was excellent and the Singapore Slings were unlimited! The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the bustling streets of Orchard—it’s either a short walk or a quick ride by taxi or Grab. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

I booked a studio, and was upgraded to a 1bedroom apartment that was just wonderful, super quiet, loads of pillows to choose. Best part for me was the massage chair... I mean seriously, a top of the line, amazing massage chair that is so so so good after a long flight and a long day of work! The shuttle service was great too - I got a bit lost, and the driver helped me find where I needed to be. It's the little things like the welcome basket, the ability to open windows and change temperatures in your apartment, the spaciousness of everything, the security gate guards, the complimentary breakfast (fruit is so sweet!), the umbrella and shopping bags that just make it so much nicer. I forgot my international power connector, I asked the reception staff a good shop that I could buy one from, and they so kindly gave me to use! The gym has everything you need, and is clean. The day I left, I was able to still use the pool, lounge, shower etc after checking out - I legit made myself tired, and a hot shower, and then got the airport and slept most of my flight back to Australia! Particular shout out to Conrad at reception: just a stellar human, amazing customer service, incredibly helpful and just a really happy person! Next time I'm in Singapore & need to work around the Orchid area, I will definitely stay at Le Grove.

4 night stay in an upgraded one bed apt. Exceptional value. Recently renovated, the apartments are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The shuttle bus into the city is a bonus and the MTR is 12 mins away, when not available. Helpful staff, nice communal areas, great coffee at breakfast. My only constructive feedback would be for a gluten-free item at breakfast, but this represents Singapore as a whole and is not a reflection on Le Grove (gluten allergy just doesn't seem to be a thing here!)

This hotel is amazing. It is located in a quiet street, on the same street with Shangri la, beautical view, close to city. about 15 minutes walk, and there are shuttle bus to and from city all day long. the room is vey specious, clean. Air conditioning so good sometimes it's even cold and we had to turn it off. the hotel also provides complementary breakfirst. There is also a large swimming pool, and a tennis court. La grove exceeded our expectations in every aspect. we are truely so happy to stay there. comfy and quiet too. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and clean. Excellent shower and kitchen facilities met all my needs. The gym was well equipped and clean, swimming pool was a decent size and depth and staff (including security staff) were friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus dropped off at strategic locations in town and useful for onward journey on the MRT. Loved the quiet location. Would mention Joseph at the front desk for sorting out the booking error on arrival and housekeeping staff who made our stay extremely comfortable.

This Hotel was so lovely, the pool was clean and a perfect temperature. The Staff were all very professional and helpful, always with a smile. I would recommend this property to anyone. The free shuttle bus into the city was a real bonus. The breakfast was a great addition to our stay that we were not expecting, fresh fruit, yogurt and a smashing choice of pastries and toast to set us up for the day, the coffee was perfect.

Stayed here for a staycation with a great SG60 promotion for locals. Let’s just say it was the best way to get night credits and get value for your buck. As for the hotel itself, the “executive lounge” is not a lounge, but a nice outdoor area to relax. Breakfast was decent for an Aloft, food at 21 Rajah was better than expected too. I didn’t have to pay for it, but saw a few promos which seemed to provide great value for a seafood buffet (or rather a buffet with a decent seafood range). The rooms were rather small (it’s Singapore after all) but well renovated, maintained and cleaned. Didn’t really have much encounters with the staff beyond the restaurant and check in, but they were all friendly and professional. It didn’t feel as hip as other Alofts, but it would be a good thing for some travellers. Plus it’s directly connected to a random mall. Not the best mall, but it’s better than nothing. And the shuttle to Novena was convenient. This would likely be my top choice (edging beyond the Four Points) as the place to stay at if I need to chalk up night credits

Aloft Singapore Novena is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was perfect - spacious and with a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, and the gym and pool were both excellent, ideal for a workout or relaxation. The staff were outstanding, always attentive and helpful. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the entire experience exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Singapore!

I had such a great experience at Aloft Singapore Novena. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and super accommodating—it really set the tone for the whole stay. The room was fresh, modern, and spotless, with great colour choices that gave it a stylish vibe. The bathroom was clean and sleek, and everything felt brand new. Breakfast was honestly next level! So much variety—whether you're after something light or a full-on feast, they've got you covered. The pool area was a real treat—plenty of space to relax and enjoy the facilities without feeling crowded. Location-wise, it was spot on. Easy access to a nearby mall made everything super convenient, with shops and essentials just steps away. Plus, the area is packed with great local food options that made dining out a real pleasure. Staff are friendly, professional and made our stay memorable. It was our son's birthday and they surprised him with balloons and birthday cake in his room. We received complimentary snacks as well. What a wonderful team. The rooms were comfortable, clean and with all the conveniences you need to make your stay comfortable. locations is so convenient with access to the public transport close by. I love that they have a small mall attached to the hotel, Starbucks, Food Court with local delicacies, TCM shop and grocery store at your fingertips. Though apparently there were many guests staying at the hotel at the same time as we were, we hardly met anyone; the general atmosphere of the hotel is very calming and peaceful, making for a most comfortable & enjoyable stay - the staff is professional yet friendly & approachable, and exceedingly helpful

What a great find. This hotel for us was a godsend. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay in Singapore on medical advice and had to find accommodation at short notice. We needed a hotel which was comfortable, but also quiet and calm and this fit the bill perfectly. The room was spacious the bathroom was perfect (big shower recess!). The view looking across the outdoor garden pool into a park was very peaceful. The restaurant opened a week ago and offers breakfast healthy options such as yogurt, fruit, and salad as well as a choice of Western and Asian-cooked meals. The pool is great and I did use the gym which is brand new and has free pool towels, sweat towels, and chilled water available. While for some tourists it may not be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of central Singapore - I think that if you want to be in a quieter area for your stay it’s perfect as the Buona Vista MRT is a 5 mins walk and will get you to all the major Singapore attractions very quickly The staff is super friendly and really helped us considering our circumstances, such as giving us early access to our room and late check out. Will definitely stay here next time we visit Singapore

It is a new hotel. Room is clean and view outside the hotel is good. A weakness is the breakfast which is served at the restaurant at the lobby floor. Variety of food is not wide. No egg is served. Felt bored when having breakfast every morning. Taking breakfast outside the hotel is not convenient as it is quite around the property.

Very nice facade at the reception. They have free drinks for guests and comfortable place to chill. Room is very very comfortable, clean, and cozy, with excellent interior. Amenities were all sufficient, bed is comfortable, TV has reasonable number of channels, toilet is clean, shower head is great, soap is fragrant.

Employee are attentive, hotel is new and clean. I like the environment friendly approach of the hotel. There is no onsite breakfast and offer takeaway breakfast, and the hotel staff who serves the breakfast is nice and friendly.

The hotel has great facilities, kind staff and is very clean. The location is very convenient for getting around the city, with a metro station right next to it. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities, a comfortable bed, and with a very nice view of the city! Since we were on our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with an extremely tasty chocolate cake and gave us an upgraded room! This gesture really made our stay even more memorable and we appreciated it very much. The pool and its surrounding area is also nice and clean, we really enjoyed ourselves there. Breakfast was great too, there are a lot of options and different cuisines to try. On our last day when we checked out, we were able to store our luggage at the reception and still use the facilities such as the pool, restaurant, etc, before our flight. That was also very helpful and comforting.

Great modern hotel with very comfy rooms, reasonably spacious and comfortable (this is the room with the extra lobby area with sofa bed) with room for luggage in said lobby area. Very clean and well maintained - only problem is there is no sound proofing from either the hallway or the adjoining rooms. good location and right at the Farrer Rd MRT station. Close to restaurants and shops the the City mall is only a few minutes walk. The pool is absolutely beautiful! Sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, huge, deep as well as shallow ends and the 'grounds' surrounding it are beautiful too. There's also a manned bar by the pool and plenty of tables and chairs. All that is missing is some comfortable sun loungers - there are some loungers in shallow water in the pool but they're really uncomfortable to use. We recommend this hotel.

Gluten free food can be done on request, however for breakfast you would be better off informing the hotel before you arrive so they can be prepared. Very helpful restaurant staff. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Nice rainfall shower and plenty of hot water. Toothbrush/razor/toiletries are provided. Air conditioning wasn't noisy. Bottled water and filtered tap water is provided. Nice kitchen/sofa/ tv area in the loft apartment. Laundry room with washer and drier available 10 Dollar each. Lovely outdoor pool and bar. Plenty of sunbeds. I particularly liked the sunbeds in the shallow part of the pool. Located very close to Farrer Park MRT station.

The apartments are in different blocks but the location is convenient and there are so many amenities and facilities that have been well-maintained. The apartments are furnished generously and thoughtfully. What pleases me is the fact that the apartments are family-friendly and children-friendly too! And there are more than enough storage spaces throughout the apartment! The kitchen sink tap is connected to a small water filtration, but its good enough. We didnt any cooking. The fridge and microwave are in good working condition too. The beds are very comfortable and the team of staff are approachable whenever I may have any issues. This is definitely worthy of a second and third stay and more. Highly recommended!

The service from ANJU was superb. The unit we stayed was clean and comfortable. Team from ANJU responded to messages almost immediately. We felt safe as we need pass to enter the lift and the security staff were very attentive and friendly. Highly recomended.

The location was peaceful, clean and well-maintained. The apartment is well-stocked with home appliances for guests. There's a good unobstructed view of the Johor Strait from the balcony, though that may change in future as Phase 3 of the Princess Cove buildings continues construction.

I have no complain. This place feels really clean. That is what I like the most. There is no weird smell whatsoever. Each nook and cranny are CLEAN. I cant highlight this enough. The staff are friendly and informative. Downside is only the road leading up to the hotel. This is totally out of their control due to heavy constructions outside. Despite that, it still pretty quiet during the day. I was able to have my meeting in peace throughout the day. I would recommend this place AND come here myself again.

Tranquil Location in the Heart of Orchard: Despite being centrally located in Orchard, the hotel offers a peaceful and serene environment. It was exactly what I needed to unwind and recharge. The staff is very pleasant and cheerful and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We had a slight issue with our hand shower bcse I couldn't figure out how to operate it. Inspite of requesting them not to go through the hassle of cleaning up bcse it was late in the day, the entire place had been wiped down and towels and even extras restocked while we were out for for dinner. They were very helpful with suggestions for dinner options and making reservations. The air conditioning was lovely and the best part was the extended breakfast timings till 3 pm. They had a very limited menu for breakfast but it was very good. They also have lovely ice cream sandwiches which are complimentary which the children enjoyed thoroughly and full day lounge access with tea and coffee. Nice for a post dinner sit down to relax with a cup of amazing chammomile tea.

The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in Singapore. However, the shower in my room was not good, since the ceiling type shower leaks out water over the glass door, making the floor wet outside the shower. The location is good but not excellent because it is quiet outside the hotel with no F&B outlets for dinner very nearby. I had to walk down the slope and go to Orchard Road, but the restaurants there were quite expensive. Breakfast at the hotel was good, though there was not many choices. The best thing was that there were some drinks and apples available in the hotel lobby at all times for the hotel guests. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful.

We didn't take advantage of the breakfast facilities but we did use cafes and supermarkets for lunch and dinner in nearby shopping centres 5-10 minutes walk away, which were very satisfactory. We are able bodied, accustomed to temperature and humidity of Singapore, and experienced getting around foreign countries, so the walk from Orchard station was fine for us but it would have been a huge challenge for my aged parents, or if I'd been accompanied by toddlers or higjly unconfident about how to behave in other countries. I recommend using google maps street view beforehand, and getting out the right exit of the shopping station on top of Orchard station was challenging. (Use exit 1, signage is intermittent around the shopping centre, so persist in searching for it) A HUGE bonus was the option for using the hotel's gym shower for free after we had checked out. We checked out in the morning, left our bags with the concierge for free (most hotels offer that), occupied ourselves around the city in the morning, then returned after lunch and were able to use the gym showers to shower, freshen up and change before getting a cab to the airport to fly home. This was INVALUABLE and would be a reason we would choose to return to Quincy. The shower included using a fresh pool towel, a bathroom space equipped with soap, shampoo and hair drier and its own shower stall. Brilliant. Loved the window seat and having a small fridge to chill drinking water.

We had a great stay at The Quincy! The hotel and rooms are super comfortable and clean. The room was spacious for a hotel, the king bed was cozy, and the a/c worked extremely well. We also liked little things like the outlets, the toilet having a bidet, and supplying us with big bottles of shampoo/conditioner/bodywash/handsoap. We were greeted with very friendly service and delicious ice cream sandwiches. We also liked the 24/7 access to the gym, pool, and lounge with free drinks and little snacks. The location was nice because it was very quiet at night and there are tons of big malls/plazas for food options (although a lot of them close around 8:30 or 9:00 so plan accordingly). The MRT was nearby too, but as most reviews mention, it will require a little walk up a slight incline when you return. It's not hard at all, what makes it hard is the humid heat haha but it's doable and fine! it helps that the station and trains have ac :) There is also a lot of shops nearby since it's close to Orchard Road and also convenience stores like 7/11. The wifi is also very good!

We stayed for two nights and had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I booked a room with a balcony and Club Lounge access, and received an upgrade to a spacious suite along with complimentary breakfast at Mosella, thanks to my GHA Discovery membership. The suite was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at Mosella was good, but I highly recommend booking a room with Club Lounge access. It is worth the extra cost. The lounge offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, great breakfast with fewer people, and an amazing afternoon tea. The desserts were beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Much better than I expected! Upon arrival, I was welcomed with a bottle of red wine and a beautiful cake. I thought it would just look nice but it tasted even better than it looked! This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first visit, I stayed in a room with a swimming pool view. It was nice. This time, I had a room with a garden view, which was quiet and relaxing. The hotel’s location is perfect. Close to the subway and plenty of shops. I’ll definitely return and recommend this hotel to all my friends visiting Singapore.

The room was fabulous with direct access to the spectacular pool and it had a great supersized circular pool side lounge to chill out on as well as an upstairs loft lounge area with amazing pool and city views. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. It was incredibly well faciliated and even provided us with a Nespresso Machine and coffee pods - top marks for that - and pretty much everything else you might wish for. We had Club access which is well worth considering as it's in a gorgeous area of the property and the space is incredibly well designed to be super stylish and comfortable to provide for a luxurious club experience. The club staff were all amazing, the breakfast and afternoon tea excellent and the canapes and cocktails divine! The hotel also has a good decent sized Gym, a great Reception area and team, and an excellent Bar at reception level with a lovely Malaysian bar tender who mixed the most magical Mojito's. We didn't use the other restaurants on site but spoke with other guests who raved about them both. This place is exceptional - excellent in every way.

We stayed for a night in a pacific club balcony king room, which included the club lounge access for breakfast and evening cocktails. The room is on the smaller side but there was a lot of clever use of space to make it seem bigger - seems well thought out. The balcony overlooking the garden was amazing with some comfy seating. 2 favourite things about the room were the ridiculously comfy bed and pillows and the Jo Loves toiletries - excellent selection of amenities. The hotel is visually stunning - we visited all of the different gardens and absolutely loved the unusual design. We used the club lounge for both breakfast and cocktails, and there was a great selection of food and drinks. Hotel location is really good and easy to get to the main attractions via public transport, and our room was so quiet. One minor point was on the facilities available for late check out. We were flying back to the UK at 3am and checked out in the morning - the only shower facilities were next to the pool and had no indoor space to sort out our cases etc before leaving which wasn’t ideal given it was really windy!

We had an absolutely excellent stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel – it exceeded all our expectations in every way. This hotel offers the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and comfort at an affordable price. The location is ideal, with a bus stop to all major attractions just a stone’s throw away from the hotel entrance. The spacious rooms are equipped with laundry facilities on the 6th floor, and some apartments even have their own washer and dryers. The TVs are top-notch, as this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that offers Sony TVs with picture-perfect 4K quality. In addition to the great rooms, the hotel boasts a convenient convenience store on the first floor, as well as numerous restaurants, hawker centers, and fun bars nearby. I’ve stayed at two other hotels in Orchard and by the river, but this one was hands down the best. The staff is friendly and attentive, and Josephine, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Overall, this hotel is my top pick, and I’ll definitely be back!

A very comfortable and conveniently located studios with a refreshing funky décor in the lobby and public areas. About 10min walk to Orchard Rd., a shortcut through Paragon Center (with a well-stocked supermarket and pleasant eateries on the lower level), 10-15min to Orchard RMT station. Located on a quiet side street uphill from Orchard Rd. (it may be an issue for mobility-impaired guests). A well-appointed, fairly spacious studio with a comfortable queen bed, nice sofa/TV seating area, work-desk nook, generously-sized wardrobes, spacious kitchen and bathroom (with a well-sealed shower). Friendly and highly efficient staff (they even retrieved the T-shirt blown away from our balcony stuck on top of tall bamboo trees - we were impressed!). I wish I had more time to use the indoor/outdoor public spaces, rooftop pool and gym. All of this made our stay so enjoyable.

Extraordinary accommodation with very kind and professional staff. Apartment was spacious, bright, clean, with perfect layout, huge bathroom, big balcony with direct entrance to it from both, living room and the bedroom. It has a good kitchen with necessary home appliances for short or long stay. The bed is very comfortable with great bed sheets. Thick curtains to protect from the sun and heat. Very good aircon and wifi. It's situated in wonderful location in the walking distance ( less than 10 min) to the Shopping Mall Paragon and famous Orchard Road. It's less than 15 min walk to the nearest MRT Somerset so guest with light luggage can easily arrive from the airport even with MRT transport for less than 3 sgd. By taxi it will cost about 30 sgd to reach this place. Swimming pool is of decent size with lovely viiew from the seating area next to it and it's very cosy place to spend the late evening there. I would definitely stay again in the same studio apartment if its available and if the price is acceptable.

The warm cozy homey feel of the whole experience. It was truly a home away from home. The one bedroom apartment setup is fabulous. Full kitchenette for preparation of meals. Comfortable couch in living room. The location was amazing. Close to cold storage for groceries; close to everything. The staff were warm, friendly, helpful, hospitable, and efficient in problem solving. The cleaning team did a spectacular job keeping the bathroom mopped and the floors glowing. Laundry laundry laundry!! The on site self service laundry facility is the biggest draw for me. Clean clothes every other day. Clean clothes on the way back in the luggage. Love it. The St. Regis is an excellent cosmopolitan hotel with great resources that I am delighted to recommend in Singapore. It started with the warm welcome by Gobi at the front door and continued with the gentleman that checked us in. At every step, staff were warm and helpful. My family really enjoyed the fabulous breakfast buffet which featured meals from all over the world with options for all tastes. For example, besides sambar and like Indian staples, they also offers a delicious noodle soup station, an assortment of cooked and cold cut European staples as well as a juicer station. The service in the restaurant was attentive and friendly too. We kept going back to sample more food, it was that good. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Room service was prompt and professional. The kids enjoyed the pool too! If you need to stay somewhere in Singapore to recover from Jet lag, the St. Regis would be at the top of my list.

We had a 3D2N staycation for our family of 4 at the start of June. We had a truly wonderful stay at The St. Regis. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Even though some of the facilities like the restaurant etc were undergoing renovations, the warm, attentive service more than made up for it. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast didn’t have an extensive spread, but every item was of exceptional quality—fresh, delicious, and thoughtfully prepared. The location is excellent, with easy access to Orchard and walking distance to a nearby MRT station that goes straight to the Botanic Gardens and Great World City. We left feeling relaxed and well taken care of—definitely a stay worth repeating.

The beds were comfy; there were plenty of lightlng options to create various ambience; everything one requires for a short stay, lovely bathroom, slippers and robes supplied; the pool had its own towel cupboard for clean and dirtys, that is a great touch, plus the surrounding garden made it feel relaxing and tropical. The buffet breakfast had everything you could hope for, very nice. It is a short 1-2 min walk and you are at all the shops you need plus more: groceries, takeaways and bars. It is a short 5 min walk to the bus stop for the big bus hop on/off tours which i would recommend, it has audio and you see a lot in a day, although 2 days would be better.

Hotel is undergoing external renovations but no real disruption during our stay. Rooms were spacious & well laid out. Very clean & our room had a walk in shower which was appreciated. Room overlooked the main pool & you could open the window for fresh air which was something not all hotels have. Bed was a bit harder than we are use to but comfortable. Staff were very courteous & professional. Hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to Orchard MRT. Breakfast at the Coffee Lounge had good variety & staff were friendly Would stay there again. Its good value for money & has a bit of old-world charm

Really nice hotel. Despite external renovations, the internal hotel was calm and comfortable. Staff were friendly and attentive and room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Great location for tourist trips or business. Only disappointment was bar closed at 21.30. Was looking forward to a quiet drink after a busy day and everything already closed.

Room was very spacious, had a fridge as well as a mini kitchenette with microwave, plates, forks & spoons, detergent, sponge & wash basin for simple food preparation or heating up of packed foods. Payable self service laundrette was available. TV signals were good and came with cable TV channels such as HBO & AXN , no Netflix or android though. Bathroom toiletries included nicely scented shampoo, conditioner, body wash, also cotton ear swabs, disposable shower caps, toothpaste & toothbrush and body lotion. Towels & bathrobes were very clean & crisp. Bed mattress & pillows were comfortable.Swimming pool was small but opened from 7am-10pm so we chose a non crowded time to swim. The changing room at the pool was spacious and is connected to the bathrooms, toilets and steam room. Toiletries, hair dryers and a hair roller were available. Breakfast buffet spread was decent, (could be improved, not sure if it's the same everyday), food quality acceptable. Coffee and tea had various options.

Stayed at Capri by Fraser recently and honestly, it felt super comfy and convenient. Kind of like a home away from home but fancier. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a kitchenette (even have microwaves, fridge!), which is a lifesaver if you're looking to order food delivery and enjoy your meal in the room. The bed was also really comfy, perfect for crashing after a long day. Location-wise, it's in a pretty good spot. Close to food places, shopping, and transport, so you don't feel stuck. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made everything feel more welcoming. Would definitely stay again💓

Breakfast is a good place to start the day with variety of food served at the buffet. Crispy roti canai with sardin curry is a must to try. One of the best pau au chocolate is served here, must try. All in all, Capri by Fraser JB is one of the place that will offer a pleasant stay especially if you are under long business travel. Breakfast options may not be the widest but it is definitely sufficient to fill me to the brim. most food were tasty too, would love to have a roti canai stand along with the egg stand next time. Insane value considering the size of the room compared to the price. almost double the size of the rooms other luxury hotels offer for the same price making our stay cozy. bed and pillows are soft and comfortable too.

Great hotel, close to transport, shops and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights and needed a nice large room for that amount of time. It was perfect and everything met our needs. The bed was large and comfortable and luxurious feeling. The room itself, was very, very spacious too. A large lounging seat, a desk, bedside tables and large wardrobe which had a fridge, safe, ironing board and iron, tea and coffee making facilities. Fresh bottled water was supplied every day as well. The aircon was great and very quiet too. The room was light as had natural light from the big windows. The room and hallway were carpeted, so the room was very quiet as well. The bathroom was large, with a lovely big rain shower. Large bench top area in the bathroom too and a supply of shampoo etc. The towels are large and fluffy too. Had a really lovely stay and will be back next time we stay in Singapore.

Lovely condo hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay! The bed was very comfortable, and the room and bathroom were both clean and well-kept. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, and the rooftop open area was perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the main attractions, it's just a 1-minute walk to the One-North MRT station, which makes getting around Singapore super easy. Inside the MRT station, there are great restaurants and supermarkets—so convenient for dining and grabbing essentials. The area is very peaceful, unlike Geylang, and it's especially perfect for solo female travelers. I love this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

Loved Lyf ! Excellent location, close to the MRT and a mall, with plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Plus, the quieter location was relaxing, with some nice local walks. My room was comfortable, very clean and although small, very cleverly designed, with all the facilities I needed. The shower was perfect ! Staff were friendly and efficient and very importantly, as a solo traveller, the hotel felt safe and secure. One gentleman always welcomed me back to the hotel when he was on duty, a little gesture much appreciated. I would definitely stay again. Thank you 😊

The location of the hotel was relaxing.. it is surrounded by natures, thus making it a relaxing place to have a stroll in the park. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is so comfortable that you would want to just sleep all day. The room is clean and functional. And with a well-connected transport system, you can easily access the city via one-north MRT just minutes away. With tons of eateries conveniently located at Star Vista, Rochester Mall, Fusionopolis and Galaxis. It was an amazing stay at lyf one north hotel.

Reliable Comfort and Attentive Staff This hotel is located not too far in Johor Bahru, conveniently nearby many shops and eatery. I’ve been staying here several times a year. While the hotel’s facilities are starting to show their age, they still meet the basic Marriott standard but need to improve if possible. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcomed. The staff — from security, front desk, F&B, Club Lounge, to housekeeping — are consistently polite and friendly. A special thanks to the security, Santo, for his outstanding service. He was very attentive, friendly & helpful when we arrived with heavy luggages. Lastly, I would like to suggest constructing a jacuzzi in the changing room next to the lockers or sauna as they are many empty spaces around. This will make the area more vibrant & fuller used.

We stayed in a twin-bed room and had a very pleasant experience. Upon arrival, the front desk staff (Indian female) was friendly and welcoming. She initiated conversation to make me feel at ease right from check-in. I liked the hotel's lobby décor and interior design. Simple, tasteful, and made me feel comfortable right away. The bellboys and doormen were also very courteous, always greeting guests with a hand-over-heart gesture, which I found to be a thoughtful and warm touch of hospitality. A special mention goes to the security guard at the carpark. Not only was he dedicated and alert in keeping the area safe and orderly, but he also greeted guests with the same hand-over-heart gesture. It truly reflects the hotel's consistent and genuine hospitality, from front desk to security. The room was clean and well-maintained. The in-room toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and body lotion, were from Argus by Margot Elena, a premium brand that enhanced the overall luxurious feel of the stay. Although the hotel is not located right in the city centre, the surrounding area is a lively business district with many food options, banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, and a variety of shops within walking distance. Despite the busy surroundings, the hotel remains quiet at night. We slept very well with no disturbances. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we will definitely return for our next visit.

Renaissance JB has once again surpasses our expectations. Our two-bedroom suite was perfect for our needs - it was spacious and bathed in natural light, and impeccably clean. The Executive Lounge was the perfect place to settle in as the sun goes down. The unobstructed views of the straits and the sunset… absolutely gorgeous! The evening food selection was tasty and appealed to a range of preferences - quite possibly the best we had in recent years. I loved the red wine, while not exactly premium, it was nicely savoury and very drinkable. The buffet breakfast was impressive, both in terms of variety as well as quality. The staff here take great pride in their work, and we were well looked after. We would like to extend special recognition to Amirul and Adam from the Executive Lounge for being so attentive and thoughtful. Finally, we would like to thank Front Ofice manager, Mr Radin, for his kindness in making the arrangements well ahead of our stay, thus ensuring we had a wonderfully memorable stay! In conclusion, Renaissance JB remains our top choice for a weekend escapade, a sanctuary to relax and reflect. We look forward to our next stay.

I have stayed at several hotels in Johor, and in my opinion, Hyatt Place @ Paradigm stands out as one of the best. The hotel is conveniently connected to Paradigm Mall, making shopping, dining, and entertainment extremely accessible - an added bonus for both business and leisure travelers. The lobby is welcoming, and the check-in experience was smooth and pleasant. Staff were friendly, efficient, and professional, making both check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free. The gym is impressive - clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The swimming pool is of decent size, good for a refreshing dip or some light laps. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team - they did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and well-maintained throughout the stay. Breakfast was satisfying, with a decent selection even though the variety isn’t huge. What stood out was the availability of freshly squeezed fruit juice, which is a lovely touch and not something you see everywhere. If I had to note any drawbacks (none of which were dealbreakers), the room phone was not working, which was a minor inconvenience. Also, car parking is chargeable, which might come as a surprise for some guests. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Johor. I’ll definitely return.

Great place to stay! Check-in was fast, friendly staff and they give free upgrade with pool view. The room is Clean and spotless. Only minor issue is water pressure is low and took a longer time for hot water when we came back to shower at night compare to day time. Breakfast was great, good spread of choices, Teh Tarik was superb perfect (not tasteless or too sweet). Convenient location as its located just above Paradigm mall. You can also drop your bags for few hours safekeeping for free within same day pickup. Overall satisfied and very much recommended.

The rooms are some of the nicest I've stayed in. Modern, large but homely and warm with amazing views. Iron, safe and Dyson hairdryer and a portable speaker available. The balcony is a great extra space. The shower room and WC are in two separate rooms with two sinks and a modern Japanese style toilet. The pool area also incredible with views across Singapore and was often quiet / noone else there. There are wellness activities available every day for free and the gym is super modern. There are generous green spaces throughout the hotel making you feel like you're in a vertical jungle. Overall a relaxing, beautiful experience. The bed was super comfortable and it's very central for Singapore.

I chose Artyzen because of it's design styling and helpful website, which won over somewhere with a better view of the South China Sea (although Artyzen's view from the pool deck is also fabulous). I simply loved the styling of the bar/cafe, public spaces, halls, elevators and rooms, and also all of the greenery. Pool deck is gorgeous, never had trouble getting a sunbed. Breakfast was delicious/inventive. Not a boring hotel buffet. Location was very convenient. I will definitely stay here again and look for others in the chain. My only concern would be I could see the lobby/cafe area got very congested at times, not sure why they didn't serve breakfast outside (we would have taken it if offered). The female wait staff were great, 2 guys one night were simply hopeless but didn't detract from our experience.

I find many hotels rooms can be bland and boring.. not the Artyzen ..it’s warm welcoming & friendly staff greeted us in a beautifully scented lobby that looked on t.. Everyone that we encountered was lovely but I would like to give special mention to Ly & Rachael at the front desk and Steve , the driver for the courtesy car.. we enjoyed many conversations with him. The beautiful high ceiling rooms are decorated with gorgeous colours and textures in the fabrics, tiles & wallpaper. The roof top infinity pool with an amazing view was a very pleasant spot to spend the afternoons. I would have liked milk to be included in the mini bar as we enjoy it with our tea /coffee instead I paid $6 for a glass of it to keep in my room. I liked the unusual popcorn/ nut snacks that were complementary . I wish we had got to experience the restaurant while there & the wellness program . ..Something for next time ..

From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and taken care of. What really stood out was her genuine effort to go the extra mile — she even offered to upgrade our room and thoughtfully asked for our preference regarding the balcony. Rachel is not only professional, but also warm, friendly, and attentive. She made our stay even more enjoyable with her excellent service and positive attitude. Big thumbs up to Rachel — she’s a gem! Very close to NUS Campus (proximity to campus was my preference and for that purpose, this Citadines location is very good). There is an MRT station that is walking distance to this Citadines, as well as the Kent Ridge MRT station which is also walking distance. A coffee shop is conveniently located in the lobby (opens at 9AM). There is Hawker center next to the lobby. The NUS Kent Ridge campus is an easy walk and if you don't want to sweat it, about SGD 8.50 by grab. Fantastic infinity pool which unfortunately I could not use due to time constraints. Self-service laundrette (contactless payment) which is much needed in the sultry climate. The hotel room conveniently had a wash basket in the bathroom. The room is clean, had a small kitchenette. Bathroom was clean and showerhead was good, albeit water pressure was a bit low. NUH is a massive hospital complex with food courts that stay open pretty late, and also has a FairPrice where my son and I shopped for dorm essentials. Plenty of restaurants nearby but sit down restaurants are comparable to US rates. Better to eat at hawker centers and food courts at the MRT station. Downtown Singapore is easily accessible by MRT or Grab, if you want to do a bit of the touristy thing. Get a travel card for SGD 5, and keep topping it up (all international credit cards accepted).

It's a great place to stay if you're up for a more quiet location and don't mind commuting for ~30 minutes wherever you need to go. The MRT station is just 5 minutes away, and there's a bunch of food spots and coffeeshops around, including a small supermarket in the nearest mall. We went there for food which saved us a lot of money on breakfast. The hotel was really quiet and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, the service was every two days which is reasonable. As for the room size, ours was quite large but generally I would not expect much in Singapore because, you know, space is not the strong suit here.

It’s perfect for me. New, clean, safe and environment friendly. Very close to NUS that you can get to NUS by walk. There is food court just next to the apartment. Some shops and restaurants inside MRT where you can get food and drinks. However, might not be the best but fine. Will book again next time for sure!

The 1 bedroom we booked was spacious for us 3 adults and 2 children under 7. The view was reasonably nice (except for the abandoned building across perhaps). The bed, sheets, and overall room deco were very comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and the kids had fun playing in the bath tub too. The kids had plenty of living space to move around and we loved that the room had 1) microwave, kitchenware and kitchen utensils - given that we grabfood in for dinner after a full day at the theme park and 2) washing machine - so we could do our laundry at night and save the amount of laundry we needed to do when we got back home (esp helpful when you have wet clothes from the water park) The place was pretty close to Legoland at 1/3 the price of Legoland Hotel. We preferred the simple and clean looking design of the Fraser Place room as compared to Legoland Hotel. Staff and concierge were helpful with the baggage when we arrived. Housekeeping were quick with requests made online. We booked the room without breakfast as there were plenty of good food options in Eco Botanic and even right next door (Atelier Coffee Club). Parking was easy and spacious within the building.

Great stay! Spacious and beautiful view of the sea over the balcony as we got a room on the high floor. Comfortable bed and there were 4 pillows! Breakfast was awesome! Food was delicious. However they must have overlooked the crowd post Christmas and had a long snaking line waiting to get to breakfast at 9am. But chef came out, apologised for the long wait and spoke clearly about sharing tables and extending breakfast hour. Good service recovery! The next day, the restaurant had put out some light snacks by the entrance for nibbles in case people had to wait again. Manager also went round to apologised for the wait, ensured everyone was happy and enjoyed the food. We also had a massage at the Spa. Lovely ladies and kind manager too. One of the best foot massages I’ve had in years. Look for Liza! Shahira from Front Desk was also lovely and kind! Great experience from all the staff. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour! The location was ideal, especially since we planned to visit Legoland with our children — it was just a short drive away. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy for us to prepare light meals and heat up food for the kids. Another big plus was the proximity to a grocer and several coffee spots, making it very convenient to grab essentials or enjoy a quick coffee break. We also loved the large, spacious bathroom — it really added to the comfort of the stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. We would definitely return for future trips.

Plenty of local restaurants right across the street, which was a big plus. Reception is located on Level 8, and the front office agents were pleasant and welcoming. I booked the King Suite Sea View, and the view from the corner room was truly amazing. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: • Amenities: For a Holiday Inn, I expected more premium-branded toiletries. The use of Dove feels more like something you’d find in a regular household rather than a hotel suite. • Towels: Some towels were torn and dated back to 2019. Considering it’s a suite room, newer and better-quality towels would be more fitting. • Bathroom: We really appreciated the bathtub, but the shower was a letdown—only a handheld shower head, no rain shower. A rain shower would really elevate the bathroom experience. On the bright side, breakfast had a wide selection and was delicious, and checkout was a breeze. Overall, a pleasant stay with standout views and location—just a few upgrades away from being perfect.

Ideal Stay for Business & Events — Comfortable and Convenient I stayed at Holiday Inn Johor Bahru City Centre in October 2024 during the Johor Powerlifting Open Volume 2, and it was the perfect choice for the occasion. The room was clean, modern, and well-appointed — exactly what I needed for a comfortable solo stay. The bed was great, and I appreciated the quiet environment despite the central location. Breakfast spread was good with a variety of choices, and service at the café was consistently attentive. Strategic. Opp of Pasar karat. Near to city sq and checkpoint. From lobby to our triple room, interior design is simple and chic. Our room was very spacious and clean. Room is carpeted. It has a mini fridge, a kettle, mini iron board and iron, a ceiling fan. Hotel provides bedroom slippers, complete toiletries. Our beds were comfy and they provide 2 types of pillows but they're not the very firm type, but i still had a good sleep. As for shower, both water pressure from both shower head and rain shower is good. Water temperature for hot shower was good too! This will be the place ill go to when i visit Jb in near future. U can hear music coming from the opposite night market but by 1130pm music is off.

Was so happy because they upgraded us. the room was clean and spacious and the view was amazing. The location is the best. in front of the pasar karat, walkable distance to immigration and also got a lot of food options everywhere. will definitely book again. i also feel safe as the main entrance is always locked and have staff at the reception. thanks

This is my second stay at this hotel, and I am incredibly satisfied and pleased with every aspect of it. Each time I stay, I request the same room, and they always fulfill my request, leaving me satisfied. What impresses me even more is the hotel's parking facility, which has an elevator that takes me directly to my floor. The staff is also very friendly and helpful, ensuring my safe arrival at the parking area. The staff here is exceptionally friendly and helpful. 👍🏻 The hotel offers a picturesque view overlooking Singapore, which is definitely a highlight. Additionally, having an elevator that takes your car directly to the parking area is a convenience that I truly appreciate. It's great to know that this feature adds to your enjoyment of the hotel.

Love the location. Close to everything - CIQ &JB Sentral, JBCC & Komtar, nearby to great makan places. We were not thinking of shopping but my luggage multiplied from 2 to 3 to 4. Being on the top floor we had the view of the Straits of Johor and the surrounding areas and were pleasant enough for us to just sit and watch while sipping coffee. The room is clean and had all the amenities. The bed is so comfortable that we slept like a log. The big fluffy towels and bedroom slippers gave it an extra star. The staff are friendly and professional and always ready to answer any questions.

Wang, Yu, and the head Chef have been such a treat. While the rooms are very small; the service is exceptional. IHG prioritizes the guests. The breakfast is AMAZING. everyday something new. we have stayed a total of 12 days this far; and the morning staff is most friendly. They are kind; patient and attentive. Our housekeeper Yu; has been truly the best we have had. We hope that Holiday Inn express honors her hard work! Wang has been so helpful every single day of our day here; she is there in the morning at Breakfast guiding us to a table and making sure our needs were met. Each day the staff front desk called us a taxi cab; very fast and efficient. The security guard also helped with calling taxi; giving umbrella during the passing wind and rain; and letting us know where to go for great food. IHG is located conveniently near Lucky Plaza, Paragon and not far from FEP; far east plaza. Orchard road has very strict laws; so be mindful of smoking because they have citations. IHG Charges $2 for printing. They do not have a conference room for business work. They have an okay laundry room; clean. Again; Wang, Yu, and the head Chef and Security guard are the most special here. We thank you for your service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Perfect location, walk distance from Orchard rd. Near MRT station (Somerset and Orchard). The reception is very friendly and explains everything we need to know about the hotel. The room is big enough for us three and the room is always clean everytime we came back to the hotel. The breakfast arrangement is effective and the lady in breakfast room is very friendly. The coffee is good and choices of juice is great.

On our second stay on the way home from NZ, the shower room roof leaked in the night, and we were upgraded to the Presidential suite, the size of a bungalow! The receptionist ordered taxis. There is an entrance to the Tanglin mall. The MRT is less than 100 yards away

Can back again for two nights stay and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and fast Wi-Fi. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly service at the restaurant. Great location adjacent to RTM station and shopping mall for restaurants. We arrived early in the morning but were able to check in early (9.30). Staff really friendly and helpful. Very friendly staff, with the most important parameter being that this is the first time I am seeing such an extremely clean and hygienic property completely non-smoking, endless cups of coffee with smoking zone outside, the quiet coffee table area being soothed by the fountain in a pool of open aquarium with lovely fishes, everything so clean that sitting outside for a coffee and a smoke and gazing at the pool with its bubbling pot of water and the sprinkling fountains and the swaying fishes, with the gentle breeze from the woods opposite on the brow, the experience was meditative. All around the property the positive vibes on all the posters with pearls of wisdom and motivational words, with the beautiful wall paint and hangings, the 7 Heaven Boutique Hotel really made us feel like in a peaceful heaven. Inside the room, everything was just right and adequate for a comfortable and soothing stay. Really surprised, and now really happy, to have discovered such a 'family nest' in a quite place. The location is also excellent for business people and visitors of all kinds. Nearby availability of all kinds of food and beverages, banks, shops, temples, malls, hospital and other utility services make the location ideal for visitors of all types. Next time if in Johor Bahru, again it is 7 Heaven Masai-Pasir Gudang for me and family.

Simply perfect. Immaculate parquet flooring, very comfortable bed. According to hotel regulations, it only lacks a mini fridge, one extra pillow, a safe, and a breakfast buffet to qualify as a 4-star — and honestly, the buffet isn’t even necessary, as there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel is more than complete. Based on value for money, it's the best I’ve stayed at in Johor. You can check my reviews of Renaissance (5★), Citrus Hotel (4★), and Aladdin (3★) — and this one beats them all by a wide margin.

Friendly staff. Enjoyed complimentary unlimited white coffee, tea and hot Milo. Spacious lobby and relaxing water decorations. Cute cat family and dogs outside. Convenient pool table next door as well as short walk to many eateries and affordable cinema. First room had bed bugs but hotel compensated for it. Hopefully they will get rid of them soon. We were given a nice new room. Beddings very comfortable but limited toiletries available. Overall satisfying.

Amazing Stay and Fantastic Buffet Dinner at Flame and Grill! We had a wonderful experience at the hotel — everything exceeded our expectations. I loved this property. Its location is fantastic. It’s opposite a huge shopping mall and a central bus and train service. I had a fantastic short stay at this hotel. The reception staff were very courteous, helpful and friendly. GM Georgette truly values customer service, and personally greets and serves guests at breakfast! The Standard Queen room was clean and very comfortable, with a choice of soft and firm pillows, small fridge, a single sofa seat and small breakfast table - enough for a single person. Great to have an ironing board & iron, hairdryer and pretty good quality shampoo, conditioner, etc. No minibar but there was always a plentiful supply of water bottles. The TV has a good variety of stations, and the AC was good! It can be adjusted too. Bit disappointed I didnt have a good view, but for me that wasn't the most important thing. It was nice to come back to a freshly made bed and tidied bathroom after a long, hot day out. The pool was small, but clean and nice, and refreshing, and there is a gym with dumbells as well as cardio equipment. The hotel launched it's new dinner menu and the food is really nice. I was very grateful for a few vegetarian options, like truffle fries and a tasy margerita pizza. My friends also enjoyed their meals. The bar is for beer and wine, with a few spirit options. It's a relaxed and cheerful spot for a drink and the staff, especially Jeff, always want to please. It's about 30 mins from the city centre, and has a bus stop almost out the front. Taxis are quick to order at reception and there's a little conveniece store and local restaurants nearby.

Stayed here for a night and was upgraded to a room with a small kitchenette. The room was clean, relatively spacious with a walk in shower. There is coffee / tea making facility in the room. Bed was comfortable. Location is not bad, a short distance to orchard road and shopping area. There is also free breakfast. Be aware that this hotel is pet friendly so there were a lot of people with their dogs at the restaurant.

The room was spacious with good lighting throughout. It had everything we needed for our stay ie an ironing board and iron, tea and coffee making facilities, safe, mini fridge and free bottles of water replenished daily. Rooms were soundproofed and very quiet with good air conditioning. Having laundry facilities on the 4th floor was a bonus and gym was small but well equipped. Breakfast was great with a variety of local dishes and the usual cooked English breakfast. Staff were friendly and efficient during check in and organised a taxi on departure. Breakfast staff were attentive with clearing tables and food were kept replenished. Would definitely recommend for longer stays. Bus stops were a short walk away for getting to the city centre.

All the staff were very welcoming nothing was any bother for them. The room was spacious with tea & coffee facilities, iron with ironing board . Shower had all very good product for bathing and washing your hair also a hairdryer. Small Laundry room next to the pool area . And It had a gym . Breakfast was self serve as much as you wished and the choices were unbelievable . Hotel had a bar in the lobby for lunch and evening meals. Late checkout was a plus 1 o'clock marvellous 👍 we Sat in the bar had some lovely lunch and coffee before our flight very chilled .

The room was small but clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. There is some highway noise, however, ear plugs were helpful and the hotel itself was very quiet. The pool was small, but worked well for a quick cool-off. The location was excellent with two bus stops steps from the hotel with buses to take you anywhere you need to go. The Novena MRT is about a 15-minute walk, but the bus will take you to the MRT stations as well. There are stores, restaurants and shopping centers all within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was expansive with an excellent variety, and hotel staff was kind and helpful. This hotel is a good value.

The hotel was amazing. We were on the 11th floor. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious. The room was large and the bathroom clean and spacious. Complementary tea and coffee in the room as well as a tap with filtered water. The service always exceptional. As Expedia customers, we got access to the Executive Club with free drinks, afternoon tea and evening snacks.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The remodeled rooms were much brighter and clean looking. I liked the numerous outlets specially the pull out of the desk that had a contact phone charger. An even more efficient and convenient amenity were the controls of the lights and curtains on both sides of the bed. Room cleaning was efficient. Hotel is conveniently located near Orchard with bus stops and the TEK MRT statin just a few hundred meters away. There’s even a Tanglin Mall with a convenience supermarket, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was adequate with a wide variety of choices. The one big negative is the small bathroom. The bath tub shower enclosure was very high. This presents a slipping hazard specially for older people not to mention the difficulty of entering the tub if one has joint pains. There was only one handle bar for support. The next best thing was the glass enclosure which did not provide an adequate grip.

Excellent service all around, from door men to bell staff to concierge to front desk and turn down service by housekeeping. The layout is a bit overwhelming, a giant "embassy Suites" like floorplan with rooms on the perimeter and a massive interior atrium looking down over beautiful common areas including restaurants. We tried the Italian restaurant, pricey but absolutely amazing food and service. Front desk computer crashed during check in, they were very professional and apologized for delay then offered a free breakfast even though we did not ask for it. Unfortunately our stay was too short for us to take them up on their offer. Would definitely stay here again. Close enough to the bustle of Orchard yet on a quite side street removed just enough to be more peaceful.

Thanks to our Accor Platinum Membership, we had access to the Archive Club, the executive lounge – and it truly made our stay special. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxed, with a particularly impressive selection of drinks, including Champagne both at breakfast and in the evening. A heartfelt thank you to Taufiq, Rina, Iffah, and Dahlia, who were always attentive and somehow always knew exactly when to top up our Champagne – it became a bit of a running joke and added to the fun, relaxed atmosphere. The food was of high quality, well presented, and always enjoyable. Everyone else in the team was also incredibly friendly and professional – we always felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The pool area was also well maintained and offered a great place to unwind in the heart of the city. Overall, an exceptional experience – we look forward to returning!

You can easily board the Green line MRT from Changi airport, then change at City Hall to Red line and stop at Somerset station. The hotel is conveniently walkable from the Somerset station. As a platinum member, our room was upgraded and breakfast was offerred. Our room was pretty spacious, well thought out, clean and comfortable. It had all the basic amenity you need. The bathroom was well appointed, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was excellent, although I felt the variety of food was somewhat limited. The breakfast spread did not change much each day during our 3 nights stay. I also took advantage for the lounge offered to platinum members. I thought the food and beverage offerings were great. Overall we had an awesome stay. Location wins it for us. We will be back soon enough.

I had an amazing stay at Pullman Singapore Orchard! The location is perfect—right on Orchard Road, so shopping and dining are just steps away. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, and very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. I especially loved the smart room controls and cozy bedding. The breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of variety, and the pool area was a great spot to relax after a day out. Service throughout the hotel was top-notch—staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. This is definitely one of the best options in Orchard if you’re looking for a stylish, convenient, and relaxing stay. I’ll happily come back!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. My room service person was excellent and went the extra mile one day when I was unwell. The breakfast was extremely good My only negative was the dinner menu. I thought it was limited and the two meals I had there were not enjoyable. I also thought the alcohol was overpriced.

This is an iconic hotel located in the heart of the shopping district of Singapore, at the cross roads of Orchard Road and Scotts Road. If you are a shopper, this hotel is perfectly positioned near the main shopping malls as well as Orchard MRT. The hotel is extremely well maintained and has the luxurious feel of the brand. The rooms are extremely well appointed and I was pleasantly surprised with how well-maintained it is. There was a welcome platter of tiny, delicate cakes and a San Pellegrino sparkling water waiting when I checked in. If you get a high floor facing Orchard Road, you will have an interesting view. The bed is firm and comfortable. The bathroom is sized well and there is the clever use of space with a separate vanity table. The room cleaning service is fast and efficient because they have two people cleaning the room at one time. The staff I encountered were all wonderful, friendly and professional. The only downside of the hotel were the following: 1) I was unable to place my suitcase in the cupboard so I had to place it on the floor blocking the minibar amenities; 2) There is no Nespresso coffee machine in the room and so one is left with coffee granules and coffee mate which is not great coffee. A great place to stay if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member.

After some deliberation I chose the Marriott Tang Plaza as our place to stay for 5 days. Goodness me this was so the right choice. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi & were greeted with a friendly smile & a much appreciated bottle of cold water from the first of many friendly staff I knew we were going to be happy here. Check in was very smooth. Normally check in isn’t till 2pm and we had arrived off an early flight from NZ arriving before 9am in the morning. It was lovely to be told our room was ready so we were able to head up & freshen up. I had booked a studio room & had made a note that if possible we would like a quiet room. We were on floor 22 & the whole time we were there I think we only heard one other guest. There was no issue with outside street noise. We slept soundly, the bed was super comfortable. My husband who often struggles sleeping in beds while we were away said it was better than home. The buffet breakfast was included in our room rate & I don’t believe I have ever seen such a choice of foods. All the normal offerings as well as Asian & Indian cuisine. Along with a huge leg of hot ham on the bone bring carved, a wall full of every flavour of muffin, danish, breads, buns, cakes and even bread and butter & sticky date puddings. Even a ice cream bar. We also ate at the Crossroads restaurant (delightful)and we found the amazing ‘Other Room Bar’ a must to do while your there. Positioning to Orchard Road shopping & the MRT was just out the front door

Thank you Faisal and team! We have had the most memorable and heart warming experience. Every team member was so welcoming and accommodating. We celebrated my parents 50th Wedding anniversary, my mother was so warmed by the hospitality and quality of service. Nothing was too much for the staff here, and they always went above and beyond. Our room was very comfortable, and always clean. I must reiterate that the room attendants were always on point with their helpfulness, and attentiveness. Greatly appreciated. Gym is small but well equipped with a small basketball court. Pool was great, dons a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast at M club or Crossroads was great, a good selection of cuisines, Indian, Chinese, American, fruits, yogurts and several salads. The ‘Made to Order’ egg station offered us perfect omelettes every time and same goes with the MTO seafood laksa. Friendly staff and chefs, always very pleasant. Drinks and canapés from 17:30hr at the Club lounge was a great addition to this package. Simple and smaller selection of hot and cold food however, the quality was always very good. Location is perfect, close to EVERYTHING, super convenient to the MRT, shops and just about anything you could need! Thanks you again Team, we look forward to returning soon!

This hotel never disappoints. The decoration is elegant. The lobby is spacious. The room is tidy, clean with well appointed furniture. Their bed and pillows are comfortable. The highlight of our trips are always their staff. They are always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. Their Bonvoy Club lounge is exceptional. Their food comes well presented and delicious. The staff are always wonderful. I suffer from multiple food intolerances. Cappuccino with almond milk is my one indulgence which I enjoy each morning but the lounge didn’t have almond milk so I opted for black Americano. Zul, upon learning that, offered to get the almond milk so I can enjoy my favourite coffee. I was absolutely over the moon with his proactive and kind offer! I highly recommend this hotel!

My stay at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel was exceptional! Located centrally on Orchard Road, it was incredibly convenient. The staff were attentive and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Just finished a fantastic stay at St Giles Southkey and I'm already looking forward to my next visit! The hotel is gorgeous, with a modern, stylish lobby that's really welcoming. My room was spacious, super clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—I slept like a log. The location is a major plus. Being connected to Mid Valley Southkey mall is a huge convenience; it was so easy to pop over for shopping and dinner. The staff were amazing, always friendly and quick to help with anything I needed. Overall, it's a perfect spot for both business and leisure. Highly recommend it!

Great location for a shopping getaway as hotel is directly above Mid Valley Southkey mall. Great service from the staff who are helpful, friendly at front desk, breakfast, lounge and room/housekeeping. Room is clean and spacious. However, if you're staying at the rooms facing the river, there may be noise from the traffic at the expressway below. Room windows were a bit spotty which marred the views slightly. There were many green initiatives such as recyclable toiletries, water dispenser which replaced the plastic bottles, though I hope it could dispense faster. Breakfast buffet is nice and offers a wide selection. It can get quite crowded at peak periods but worth it as its included in the room price. Overall, a fabulous experience at St Giles and would definitely return again.

Breakfast buffet has enough variety, delicious and great choice of coffee. Unfortunately the teh tarik is way too sweet. Please reduce that level of sugar. Loved the addition of dim sum and the 'occupied' sign we were given to indicate that the table was taken. Efficiency in churning out the sunny side eggs kept the queue short. Staff service is polite and cheerful. The link to a big, modern and clean shopping mall with fantastic variety of tenants is a big plus.

Staff service is polite and cheerful. The link to a big, modern and clean shopping mall with great variety of fantastic tenants is a big plus.

Our 2 night stay was very enjoyable. We used it as a “Rest Stay” after 4 weeks travelling Japan & Singapore, before heading to Melaka & KL and it was perfect. Within close & easy walking distance from JB Sentral. We didn’t leave the hotel from check in to check out. Our apartment was fabulous, the 3 of us had a bedroom each, super comfy & quiet sleep. We ate breakfast, lunch & dinner at the restaurant on level 33a near the pool which was good and for snacks, there is a 7 eleven downstairs. Only negative was our room description on Booking.com stated there was a bath which I was very much looking forward to but there was no bath.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite. It was amazing. Lots of space, amazing view, and comfortable accommodations. The pool was filled with kids but super cute. Didn't get to enjoy breakfast but the cafe looked nice. It was very convenient to find our hotel from the border crossing.

Good location, near to malls. The hotel suites are located on the higher floors with a cafe on floor 33A. We had dinner there and enjoyed the food & view. Our room on 33rd floor has a good view facing the straits of Johor and is well maintained. The check-in staff, Mr Saravanan was friendly and helpful. Thanks for the good customer service😃

Great Value Stay in the Heart of Orchard Road – YOTEL Singapore We really enjoyed our stay at YOTEL Singapore. The location is unbeatable—right on Orchard Road, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport. The room is compact but smartly designed. If you’re not traveling with too much luggage, it works well. We had two suitcases and managed comfortably. The bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like bottled water and a usable (though small) ironing board. The bathroom and toilet area is open-concept with a partial glass wall to the main room. It was unique and gave a nice view of the city. Close the blinds if you don't want anyone seeing your shower or on the toilet. The bathroom did contribute to a slight musty smell, likely due to the shower being basically in the same space as the sleeping area. This room is only designed to share with people you are comfortable with as there is a lack of privacy. (You can see the outline of the person as they shower.) The pool area is small but very well maintained, and open until 10pm, which was great for a relaxing evening swim. We also loved the funky restaurant next to the pool—fun vibe and good food. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, especially considering the central location. A solid option if you're looking for a modern, no-fuss stay in Singapore. We loved it.

I stayed on the 27th floor, the view was absolutely insane especially with sunrise which I could watch from my bed. Bed and pillows are super comfy, was really the best part of the stay. Complimentary water in the room upon arrival. Small room but if you only need for a good rest, it’s more than enough. If you are with two than it’s a little bit intimate as there is also only a glass separates toilet and shower from the bed. You can enjoy the view while having a shower or sitting on the loo ;-) Far from downtown, still an excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the underground and all the shopping and restaurants nearby, nice way to end a day ;-) Check in can you even do yourself and check out gets a bit slow as busy in the mornings, but you can leave your luggage for the day, pretty convenient if you only fly in the evening. Also you can claim an 8$ restaurant voucher at the reception if you don't ask for changing towels and cleaning your room. I had a nice meal by the pool and had only paid half price buy redeeming this voucher.

Great location at the corner of Orchard, between Shaw Tower and Orchard Tower. Rooms are looks like aircraft's first class suites, ambiences like that, the Bed & Pillow are just fantastic. Lighting, amenities, built-in items, the shower all are up to the mark. Breakfast are amazing to enjoy with hours, the breakfast menus are massive, having a nice big balcony to enjoy coffee with smoking, smoking in this area!!! The Voco hotel was ideally located in a busy central shopping district. It was within a couple of minutes walk from a MRT station and very easy to navigate around Singapore. The hotel was clean, smart and tidy as you would expect. Most amazing was just how friendly and helpful the hotel staff were. It was always a pleasant welcome on entering the dining area for breakfast and one member of staff in particular, Pauziah was so chatty and warming that it gave us a great start to the day. The variety of food offered for breakfast was amazing, couldn’t complain one bit about quality. The bedroom was as expected, clean, spacious and comfortable. House keepers were amazing and also very very friendly. They constantly asked how we were and if we needed anything. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for others to stay.

I stay at the Voco very often for work, it is like my second home…I have to say that the staff is wonderful at this hotel, when you go to the restaurant they recognize you, they are smiling and so caring about your needs. So a big thank you to the whole team especially to PUSH who is always there welcoming like if you were his guest at home! Also, a big thank you to Crish, Paw, Raj, Surash, Singh, uncle (he makes the best soup for breakfast ) , the guys who make the egg! They know what i want and how I love my eggs! The breakfast buffet is amazing and so fresh, homebake bread, fresh fruits… Concerning the rooms, the beds are sooooo comfortable that it is difficult to get out of bed!!! The property was great, the building, the rooms, the amenities and staff. The front desk were all so friendly and helpful! The bell hops also were nice. Here’s a review you can post for Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard: We had a wonderful stay at Vibe Hotel Singapore Orchard. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We were traveling with kids, and the hotel provided us with connecting rooms, which was perfect for our family. A special touch that we really appreciated was when the staff gave balloons to our child—they were absolutely delighted! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of delicious options. However, the dining area felt a bit small for the size of the hotel, and we had to wait around 15 minutes to get a free table. Fortunately, the quality and variety of the food more than made up for the wait, so it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily stay here again!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Tue dining room was surrounded by greenery and water features. The swimming pool was fabulous, a really relaxing oasis surrounded by tropical plants. The Dragonfly bar was amazing,with its inlaid tables, tiled floor and the bar itself all decorated in Art Deco style in beautiful tones. There was good live music in the bar one evening. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at Impiana Senai Hotel for one night in June, and this was actually our second time choosing this hotel for a quick break. It’s a mid-sized hotel that’s very well kept, with clean and comfortable surroundings. The staff have always been polite and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. One thing I really appreciate is the ease of parking—right in front of the hotel, with no fuss. On the third floor, there’s an inviting infinity pool next to a small poolside bar. I usually spend an hour or so there just to unwind, and it’s become one of my favourite features of the place. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast at RM38 per adult, which is quite reasonable considering the variety of food. What’s even better is that seniors get a significant discount, making it even more affordable. While the hotel is not located in a busy shopping or residential area, that’s actually part of the charm if you’re looking for peace and quiet. It may not suit those looking for nightlife or a shopping spree, but for a short relaxing stay, especially with family, it’s a great choice. Nice clean hotel, HOWEVER their restaurant staffs were not flexible at all in terms of customer services. I was a solo traveler and would like make reservation for weekend lunch buffet. This hotel has only one restaurant other than a cafe. The staffs did not even attempt to make booking for me by saying they are full due to group booking. As far as I observed, this restaurant has lots of spaces and I doubt they can not create a single space for staying guest. Although hotel itself is clean & nice, very bad services.

A special shoutout to a young Indian girl from housekeeping she was very kind, helpful, and always had a smile on her face. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Bedsheet and pillow covers were clean and did not smell. The TV had many working channels. This is the only hotel I stayed so far that had air purifier in the room. This is definitely a plus point. The hot water worked well and the shower gel dispenser was also working well with enough shower gel for 2 or more baths, especially when Malaysia weather is hot and humid. This is by far the best hotel in Johor Bahru for this price range. I will want to come back to stay in this hotel anytime.

We loved it here. We stayed 4 days 3 nights. We had early check in. The hotel was clean and had air purifier. There were room slippers. Beds were big and comfortable. So many pillows for all of us. Location is perfect 👍 so many good food around this area. Staffs were so kind and helpful. Housekeeping staffs were great to provide the best service. There were mineral water bottles and water cooler to refill. Safe area as there is police station at this area. Highly recommended to everyone visiting JB. Best hotel in town👍

Friendly and welcoming staff.. they explained the parking process for me in JB as it was my first time driving a car in Johor .. staff helped me with application setup as well.. very supportive and friendly. Water pressure @shower was strong enough. Air purifier is provided @the room to enjoy clean purified air.

The aim of the trip was to take the kids to Legoland, and this hotel was perfect for that. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area, nice bedroom (with bunkbed) for the kids. Breakfast had lots of options, although the options were basic (bread station / egg station / limited fruits / cereals / some local warm dishes which I didnt get a chance to try). Family room with the bunk beds was great for the kids, they had their own space without being behind a closed door, they loved it. Room had a mini fridge, 2 TVs (one on kids side, one on main bedroom side), kettle with tea / instant coffee. Shower was nice - good water pressure. Location is good, was quick to get on highways / main roads to get to places such as Legoland. Parking in the basement is plentiful and free, and the lifts bring you direct to your room floor (by tapping your keycard). Staff were friendly and helpful.

it was in a quite area. away from hustles of the city. it was calm and relaxing. parking was free but could just park outside, right opposite the hotel entrance. the bed was very comfortable. the gym was good. breakfast was a good variety. the receptionist was pleasant and helpful. the check out was easy please. the attached toilets’ and shower’s walls were not way up to the ceiling, it had a gap. but then there was no smells to the bedroom area coming, which indicates that the ventilation sucker was working pretty good. so no complaint.

The breakfast far exceeded my expectations with their variety. The freshly baked pastries were very crispy and delicious. We were also very amazed by the hotel providing bolsters and we loved the bolsters. The staff were very friendly especially the service staff at the morning breakfast who were very attentive and efficient in their service.

Pillow and beds are so comfy. Room smell fresh. Easy access to car park. Fresh bake croissant out from the oven is the most awesome among all food in the breakfast buffet. All good and I am fully satisfied.

The spotless accommodation was comfortable with a large pool area & well equipped gym & also conveniently located near Newton MRT. The extensive breakfast buffet caters to all tastes with a delightful view of the gardens impressive waterfall. Upon arrival we were greeted by the charming FOH Team Member, Angel who went above & beyond to check we were comfortable throughout our stay. We had access to The Executive Lounge where we were warmly received & looked after by Sandi, Yanyi, Moe & Xun Loi. A special mention too to Chefs Eric, Aswad & Kelvin who not only made delicious omelettes but took the time to personally engage with us & to Korine who welcomed us every morning to breakfast. Although more luxurious Hotels exist, The Singapore Sheraton Towers exceeded our needs & expectations for this visit. We would personally like to thank all the staff for making our stay a comfortable, enjoyable experience!

Everything! The staff were absolutely amazing, from check-in to check out, so warm, friendly, welcoming, informative, and enthusiastic. Our pool view room overlooked the neighboring parklands toward the city providing a green, relaxing vista in the center of the city.The bed was so comfortable, and the bathroom and room in general, was spacious and extremely comfortable.The location is handy to MRT and also local eateries, Newton Centre is a close walk and serves food and drinks until late. After a long overseas journey, the hotel did everything to accommodate us and make us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast is outstanding, a huge and generous variety of local and international food and beverages, and overlooking a gorgeous water garden and waterfall. The staff here really do make the difference, and a particular thank you to Simon who greeted us when we arrived and also cheerfully assisted us when we departed. We will be back!

The Sheraton Towers is a very nice hotel, the staff were very helpful. The hotel had a lovely restaurant for breakfast there was plenty of verity with many dishes availed as well as traditional English style cooked breakfast. The hotel restaurant, bar and lobby area is all in Marble and looks very grand. The rooms are large and spacious with all the normal amenities such as tea / coffee, safes and bar, also room service is available. Their is a swimming pool although we never had the time to use it as we were out sight seeing.

Hotel is well located and the property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good and lots of options in buffet. Bar is on site open till late. Dinner and lunch too costly and not much variety. Room service for food is very late and not much choice. Staff at breakfast are old timers and don’t pay attention to customers and would give a blank look upon eye contact. Needs a refresh I think. Reception staff are good but a little more friendly and smiles would only increase the business. Very safe neighborhood and close to Newton Sub way station with NSL and Downtown line. Overall very nice stay for us. They have a beautiful swimming pool and waterfalls at the hotel but they should work towards increasing food option at the pool and at least one sever to check if customers at pool. Also the kitchen exhaust fans are towards the pool side so when in pool you are over powered by the smell of food. May be the management needs to upgrade their exhaust system and drive it much up from the pool side.

I stayed at the Sheraton Towers Singapore on business during my first trip to Singapore, and it was an excellent experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with several good in-house dining options. The lobby restaurant and bar stood out as my personal favorites — great atmosphere and service. The breakfast team, especially the chefs, were outstanding: friendly, professional, and accommodating. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor really set the tone for each morning. To be fair, every staff member I interacted with displayed the same high level of courtesy and professionalism. Overall, a solid business hotel with great service and food. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Singapore.

Last but not least, the hotel itself is beautifully kept. I like this hotel, and will come back :)

I had a great experience at Oasis Hotel Novena. The room was spacious and equipped with complementary healthy drinks and a Nespresso coffee machine and coffee capsules, ironing and ironing board, ropes, and a safe, smart TV and good internet. Good view of the city and underpass to the train were one of the conveniences at this place. The staff are friendly and attentive, the breakfast buffet was great too. Best parts are well equipped gym, with Sona, complimentary drinks and light snacks each evening from 18:00-20:00, infinity pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend.

My third stay here and still a great experience. Staff are always friendly - special shout-out to Iryati and Jannah from the Club Room, both super helpful and always serving with a big smile. The Club Room rates with certain credit cards are really good value, and the location’s excellent - plenty of food options just nearby. That said, a few small things could use attention: the Club Rooms on Level 25 are showing a bit of wear and tear; the infinity pool and jacuzzi on Level 22 could really use heaters (the water’s freezing every time we go); and the TVs would benefit from casting or screen-mirroring functions. Breakfast is fine, 6 PM cocktails are decent, and overall it’s still a comfortable, pleasant stay - which is why I keep coming back.

This is a lovely hotel in a very good location. Big shopping centre and MRT station below. Hopping all over Singapore from there is a breeze. We booked the club lounge and had a great time. The staff treated us like family and we felt very spoiled. The club lounge pool and jacuzzi are spotless and have beautiful views. The lounge itself has a great atmosphere. Breakfast and cocktail hour provide lovely food and drinks and the service is impeccable. We would like to thank the whole team for their effort in making us feel at home. Special thanks to Hafiz, the man with the big warm smile and Gerald for his great sense of humour. They certainly understand hospitality and professionalism. We would also like to thank Hilary, Iryati and Satis for their warm care and attention to detail making sure we are all looked after. This will be our hotel every visit to Singapore.

This was my first time to Singapore and my husband and I went solely to watch the Singapore Grand Prix and to take in a few of the sights if we had the time. Sadly as we only spent 4 nights at the Oasia Hotel Novena and 3 days were spent at the Marina Bay Circuit for the racing we didn’t get to see much of the sights but fortunately the racing was at night so we could really unwind and relax in the mornings and early afternoons in this lovely hotel. We stayed on the 23rd floor which had an incredible view and as we had upgraded our room to a higher floor, we were treated to complimentary breakfast every morning and cocktails and nibbles in the evening in a lovely space on the 22nd floor called the “Living Room”. It had a rooftop pool, fabulous views and lots of spaces to relax or do business if you happen to be working remotely. The best part of being in this hotel was the incredibly friendly staff and in particular I have to mention a staff member called Iryati who was our hostess working on the 22nd floor and provided exceptional service every morning at breakfast and was always smiling and extremely professional and polite! We could not fault her in any way and would happily stay at this hotel due her amazing service she provided to my husband and I. She was also full of advice and tips on how best to navigate around Singapore being a local, so her knowledge was invaluable! Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable Iryati and we will definitely be back! 👌🏽😁

We recently spent 9 nights at the Oasia Hotel, Novena and booked a Club Room, which included breakfast daily and evening cocktail hours (6-8pm). From the moment we arrived the service in the Club Lounge was perfect. The staff treated us more like "friends" than guests, with things like remembering our preferences and our names, which was a nice personal touch, in our view point. Gerald, Guest Service Executive was professional, warm and his sense of humour put a smile our faces. He made our stay comfortable and memorable, and took the extra step to make sure we were happy. At the breakfast service Charmine, Jannah and Adreana greeted us with smiles, cheerful banter and attention to detail started our day in a relaxed manner. Evening cocktails were an additional treat and thank you Hafiz and Hilary we enjoyed conversation as they mixed out cocktails for the evening. Thanks you for the welcoming environment. The interaction with the remaining of the Hotel staff (cleaning, reception) were of high standard. This is the second time at Oasia Novena, and we certainly will be back.

We liked everything. The rooms are spacious and clean, the lighting is really good, offering a nice view over the city. The room is well equipped with kitchen appliances and a washing machine. There's even filtered water which you can drink, I appreciated this a lot as it saved me a bunch of trips to the store. Public transport is nearby and you can get pretty fast anywhere. The pool was well tended, even if in some days we were the only ones using it, and the jacuzzi actually worked, haha, you don't see this very often. The gym was open 24/7. The staff was kind, helpful and friendly. Singapore was a nice experience overall, and the hotel did rise to the expectations, and beyond. We highly recommend it.

Location was fantastic! Literally less than 5 minutes walk to the MTR and ION Mall. So easy to find. Even my 71 year old mum and my 6 year old managed the short walk. We booked for 6 nights and stayed in the premier studio king apartment. Studio was bigger than expected. The washing machine , fridge freezer and hob all handy. Good quality amenities with Miele brand. The pool was so quiet and jacuzzi was a treat. I looked at so many hotels and studio apartments in Singapore before I chose Fraser Residence and I’m glad we did as we were very comfortable here. Lastly, we didn’t hear any noise from any other residents either which was a plus. Thanks to the friendly , helpful welcoming staff also.

I recently stayed 8 nights my my wife and 2 year old son. We had such an amazing stay. I really can not find anything negative to say about the Grand Hyatt. The location is fantastic as it's just a few minutes walk to Ion, Paragon and Takashimaya shopping malls along with Orchard MRT station. The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The standard king room at 42sqm is very large and my son had plenty of room to run around and play. He particularly loved the daybed in the window. The bathroom is beautiful and has a double vanity with backlit mirrors, large walk-in shower with two shower heads and smart toilet. I can't forget the Balmain toiletries which smell amazing. I wish i had them to use at home. Room service is of very high standard and we never had to wait more than 25 minutes. The club sandwich and vegetable curry with roti bread was absolutely delicious. Easily the best curry and roti we have ever had! The hotel has done a great job soundproofing the rooms as they are very quiet and we could not hear our neighbours on either side and no noise from the hallway either which is a first for us. I'm sure our neighbours were equally relieved as toddler melt downs are real :) The pools and gardens are my favorite part of the hotel. As the pool opens at 7:00am, I loved having a morning swim and listening to the birds singing and taking in the warm fresh air. It's so relaxing and a great way to start the day. We will return next year for another week :)

Came here for a staycay on CNY. I loved the service of all the staff. They were very helpful and friendly to my family, including my 3 yr old. There is a hot and cold water dispenser and ice on the floor, which is useful. It is kid friendly. The rooms were clean and beautiful. It is smack in the heart of Orchard, which is convenient if you are planning to shop around and rest in between.

All the staff were exceptional! A special mention about Jeff the assistant manager for making our stay extra special and giving us exceptional service. Also, a special mention to Mike, Ivy, Saki & Lauren at the restaurant for making each morning a great experience and for always looking after us, our boy Vince loved spending the time with you as well. Also, thank you to Joey at the fitness centre for her friendly service and showing us around the facilities.

We stayed here for a family trip to Legoland. The hotel is good value. It is modern, clean, convenient to Legoland (about 25-35 MYR (7-8 USD) taxi ride away), and has helpful staff. We liked that there are lots of places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. One block away (to the rear of the hotel) is a Thai cafe with yummy roasted chicken, teas, and sweet rice mango. We also enjoyed a massage at the Thai spa near the hotel. Across the street from the hotel is a hair dresser where our whole family got good hair cuts at a great prices. There are also Laundr-o-mats nearby (we used the one next to the Thai spa), as well as an international ATM (at MaiBank, about a block away in front of the hotel).

Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and convenience stores. Food is very easy to get. Reachable by bus or by own vehicle. Room is spacious and comfy. Aircond is a bit too cold, but manageable. Check-in and checkout are also easy. Staffs are very friendly. Had a good time staying here.

The friendly and helpful staff at the concierge, restaurant waiter & waitress, doorman and security guard. Enjoyed both buffet breakfast and ala-carte lunch which were excellent! Location is fantastic with hourly shuttle bus service upon booking to/fro hotel to Midvalley. There is a room for improvement for staff at the reception/check in counter. Plus safe parking space for cars.

Excellent service all round. Housekeeping staff was helpful and prompt with requests. We used the free shuttle and concierge staff who drove us around were all friendly and warm. The early checkin and birthday cake was a nice surprise from the team! Big kudos to reception staff who helped us book a ride when I shared about the crazy fare surge on Grab - really sorry to miss out her name. And compliments to Arthur at the restaurant who was greatly attentive and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and look forward to another stay soon.

The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, though some furniture could use a little updating. There construction next door makes it a bit noisy, but thats ok. The bed was cozy and the bathroom spotless. What really made the experience memorable, however, was the staff — particularly the Filipino team members. They were exceptionally warm, friendly, and attentive, always ready with a smile and eager to help with anything from directions to dining recommendations. Their genuine hospitality added a personal touch that made the stay feel welcoming and cared for. Breakfast was decent, offering a good mix of options, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. Wi-Fi worked well throughout my stay, with only minor slowdowns during busy times. Overall, while the hotel itself is comfortable and practical, it’s the service — especially from the Filipino staff — that truly elevates the experience. With a few modern updates, this place could easily become a top choice for travelers looking for comfort and heartfelt hospitality.

Perfect location, walking distance to MRT and bus. Hotel staff were very obliging and helpful. Our family suite was very spacious and clean, bathroom was huge. Our room attendant, Lily was friendly, efficient and very helpful. She even arranged birthday balloons and cake for our daughter's 14th 🎂 birthday. The friendly staff for breakfast were also fantastic and also arranged a special birthday breakfast. Don't forget the pool WOW. We would definitely recommend 👌

Wonderful Stay at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel! We stayed at Orchard Rendezvous Hotel by Far East Hospitality from June 24–28, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Orchard Road, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transportation. Despite being so central, the hotel felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. For the price, it’s surprisingly affordable, especially considering the quality of service and convenience. We had everything we needed, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a place I’d definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Singapore!
