Perfect spot, amazing views. Rooftop Jacuzzi was incredible.

We were in a level 2 apartment with a courtyard for a long weekend. The location is great, straight across the road from the beach. Easy access to the car park. This particular apartment had a very large front courtyard with a great view over the beach and Mooloolaba walkways. The unit was clean and well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and even some sharp knives. Foxtel on the TV is a nice bonus. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms clean and great water pressure in the showers. The managers were very friendly and responded quickly to a minor issue we had. Good value for money for Mooloolaba beachfront, I would stay here again.

Exceptional views from our balcony. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking in both directions to Coles, BWS, cafe's bars etc.. All staff were very friendly & helpful. On our arrival Jay at reception gave us recommendations for cafe's & directions for Coles & BWS. We both love Mooloolaba for all it has to offer tourists. We will be back & will look to be return tenants at Malibu Apartments.

Location was amazing, directly opposite the beach and right in the middle of restaurants and bars. Easy walk to everything. Wonderful view. The staff very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted at reception by Jay who was friendly and helpful. The apartment its self was immaculate, spotlessly clean, smelt amazing with music playing. The view overlooking the beach was stunning. We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this complex.

The unit was comfortable, spacious & bright. The balcony was very private with lots of greenery around. Our unit was tastefully decorated with a newly renovated bathroom. The pool was lovely to flap around in, perfect temperature. Located close to, but far enough away from the humdrum of the main shopping precinct. Walk to everything you need, wharf, beach, restaurants, cafes & surf club. This one is a gem, so don’t miss out. Managers Michelle & Paul were very helpful with checkin & suggestions. And their resident cat was great to pat & get your cat fix. Definitely will revisit next time we are visiting the Sunshine Coast. Cheers.

We just spent five nights at Dockside. The apartment was very comfortable and clean with full size oven and cooktop and very roomy. On-site manager Paul was very welcoming and helpful. The only downside (which was my fault for not enquiring) was the shower over the bath. I'm getting too old for that! Easy walking distance to all restaurants and the beach. Highly recommended staying at Dockside.

The apartment was great, spacious enough for 2 couples. Good having a washing machine & dryer. The pool was lovely & there was a well equipped BQ area with tables/chairs & lights. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony in the evenings. The beds were comfortable & there was a paper delivered to our door every morning. The owners were very friendly & helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier as our apartment was ready. It is very central to everything, an easy walk to the beach & shops. It was a bit noisy over the weekend nights as the locals were out & about in their noisy cars.

Very short walking distance to everything Mooloolaba. Ample private parking space for 2 cars. Unit 7 is large and offers 3 bedrooms. Comfortable beds and lounge. Spacious main bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of utensils, baking gear. All white goods and electric devices working without issues. Aircon made our stay during a very humid week very comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was heated and clean. Shared BBQ and outdoor space was clean. Everybody seems to love the resident cat hanging around the property entrance. Driveway is on Foote St. Loved the beach walks. Everything to hand for a home away from home. Would definitely book again in this complex.

The white shells apartments had wonderful service!! The apartment manager was so nice and accommodating, we needed to check in late and he was happy to come down and check us in. He was a very cheerful man and started our stay off on a good foot. We wanted something close to the beach and this apartment was right next to public beach access. The apartment was very modern and aesthetically pleasing, though the furniture was a bit stiff. It had nice open balcony with glass folding doors to let in the fresh air. The local restaurants ( hungry surfer and default) were delicious and located right next to the apartment. The rooftop has a good view of Mount coolum and a slight snippit of the beach. It was a bit noisy to outdoor noise due to being close to an airport (lots of low flying airplanes) and children with private pools on the first floor (we were on the 3rd floor). As a writer, I truly appreciated the peace and quiet of White Shell Apartment — it was the perfect place to relax and create. The moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The apartment is beautifully designed, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The large balcony with open doors really expanded the living space and let in the fresh coastal breeze. I loved starting my mornings with a walk along the nearby beach, followed by a delicious coffee and breakfast at The Messy Hen. The big dining table was ideal for both entertaining friends and spreading out my work. A wonderful stay — I’d return in heart beat!

The apartment was fantastic, clean with all the amenities that we needed. We had a plunge pool that was which was very clean, beach towels were supplied and together with sun lounges made a very enjoyable stay. Underground parking with 2 car parks made it easy to get to our apartment and convenient to unload/load our car. The added bonus was the apartment was on the ground floor which gave us easy access to Marcoola beach (only about 3-minute walk) The apartment building had an outdoor pool, cold spa and hot spa on the roof and again everything was clean and tidy. We could certainly see that the apartment was well run, and the building managers really cared about ensuring that everything was clean and tidy. Will defiantly be staying there again.

The room was spectacular and spacious, with luxury amenities. The location next door to the beach was amazing and the area was quiet and clean. The rooftop pool area was fantastic and the spacious balcony was a great bonus.. We would definitely stay again.

This incredible, spacious, modern two-bedroom apartment is just a 3-minute walk to the beach. It's conveniently located with a 3-minute drive to the IGA and the breathtaking Mt. Coolum hike. There are two coffee shops within a 2-minute walk. The rooftop spa, heated pool, and cold plunge are perfect for recovery, and the sunset views are spectacular. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and the coffee machine! Loved that! We will be back. Thank you!

We stayed for 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment with pool views. The apartment was spacious and generally well-equipped (although it could do with some extra cutlery). The huge lagoon-style pool (unheated) and heated pool were a big highlight of our stay. There were plenty of shallow areas and ledges for our young kids to play on. Some of the ground floor rooms even opened directly onto the pool area. Being pool-facing, and especially being near the spa, we did have moderate pool noise throughout the day, but resort staff seemed good at enforcing the 9pm closure. Beach access was very convenient, and along paved pathways all the way from the resort to the beach track. The red & yellow flags were perhaps a 5 minute walk along the beach in either direction (Mudjimba to the south and Marcoola to the north). It was perhaps a 5-10min walk to nearby shops, with cafes, bakery, etc, as well as a small playground, but this was an enjoyable walk along a nicely shaded flat pathway behind the sand dunes. We weren't overly bothered by flight noise from the nearby airport, and the kids even enjoyed seeing the planes taking off and landing. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.

We stay here when we complete the coast trek challenge. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. And always have clear instructions. The location is perfect for our event but also quiet to relax and get to the beach or local entertainment. Having the pool at our door makes it feel like we have really treated ourselves to luxury. We have stayed here twice now and intend to come back.

This place is beautiful, gardens well maintained and has a great size spa amongst the lagoon and heated pool. Quiet and peaceful surroundings make this resort relaxing. Close walk to the beach. Comfortable furniture in rooms and has everything you need.

The friendly and helpful service was exceptional and the room was excellent value for money clean, spacious and had lovely furniture and tasteful beach theme decorating.

We had a ground floor unit and could access the main pool straight from the unit (through our own safety gate). The spa was probably the biggest that I have seen in an Australian resort. There is also a smaller warm pool (warmth also grows throughout the day). Whole resort is clean and well maintained. Spacious apartments. A number of permanents here too. Well patronised gym. We were able to checkin after office hours using a code to get key. There is a bus at the door and you can walk to shops ( it is 350 metres). No major supermarket there but ordering click and collect in advance makes that no big deal. Went to a restaurant in Marcoola, and walked to that but it is a 15 min walk, paved but limited lighting . To get to a swimable beach you can’t go just behind resort, due to permanent beach warning signs (drops/rips) but you can walk down a bit, or do a short drive. Units have a car park.

The property is quiet, a block back from the Main Street. It is in a great location in so far as everything is a walkable distance (shops, restaurants, cafes and the beach!) It was clean and well maintained. Great for families and retirees! Lovely clean pool and tennis court with basketball hoop. Well equipped unit with balcony overlooking pool courtyard. I would definitely go back as well as recommend to friends and family!!

The pool was great - we lived in it when we weren't at the beach, and the tennis court/basketball hoop was a bonus for some extra fun (and laughs). It was in a nice quiet area, too, just a short walk from shops/beach/restaurant. Staff were lovely and extremely helpful with questions before/during/after our stay and really friendly to have a chat in passing.

Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, the beach and public transport to Noosa. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Will be staying there again.

The place was good for a weekend beach getaway, walkable distance from the beach, and clean and tidy. The pool was small so at times was overcrowded. There was only one air conditioner in the living area so we found the downstairs bedrooms hot. The beds aren’t the best we’ve slept in! But overall a good spot for a weekend beach getaway. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The owner/manager was so kind and helpful. He obviously cared for the complex very much. The apartment was a little dated but extremely clean and had obviously just been painted. The kitchen was very well equipped but lacked a coffee maker of any sort. It was well situated close to the beach, pub and grocery store by foot. The pool was sparkling clean and perfect for kids.

SWEET MOTHER OF EPIC!!!!! Honestly writing this review I have the BIGGEST smile on my face because this whole trip and stay was one of a kind also with a MASSIVE THANK YOU TO TRACY!!!!! The day before our arrival there was an issue with our booking. Tracy went above and beyond to help fix and resolve and make things even better for my family and myself. The moment we arrived Tracy was at reception with a wonderful warm greeting and smile we checked in with no issues and headed straight to our room. We stayed in unit 7 which is the fabulous family room which was massive and had heaps of room and space and everything you need for a big family of six. The room was so clean and warm and the beds are so comfy and giant friendly as I’m 6’10 haha The pool was great to have and relax after a massive day of travel. We booked to have dinner at the restaurant on site and my goodness the food was AMAZING!!!! Really awesome value and variety and wonderful flavours. I had the rump streak and it delicious. The sticky date was to die for. Also I didn’t get the lovely lady’s name in the restaurant but she was so friendly and kind and helped make special drinks for our kids. Can not thank her enough. We got room service for breakfast and the food was so fresh and yummy and the juice was ice cold. I could go on and on but honestly our stay at Red Bridge was truly wonderful and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone and everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have stayed here several times and always stay when we are travelling through QLD - we have found this motel nothing but awesome, terrific service, rooms are beautifully cleaned and smells amazing when you walk into the room always clean quality bedding and spotlessly clean bathroom - Tracy the owner is amazing, and nothing is too much for her to do for you - she is honest, welcoming and always up for a chat. The motel is modern and plenty of undercover parking. We stay in a pet friendly room and our fur babies are always welcomed and they get a pat on arrival from Tracy. the restaurant has fantastic food and great menu to choose from and the service is A+. I recommend this motel if you are heading north, it is just 5-10 minutes off the Bruce Hwy just past the big pineapple you will not be disappointed - well done Tracy and the team at the Red Bridge Motel keep up that amazing welcoming service we will back soon.

We booked four rooms to accommodate a number of family who were coming from all states to attend my mother's 90th birthday celebrations across 3 days. The rooms were perfect and the owner/manager made an effort to place us next door to one another. The rooms were clean and serviced every day and the restaurant was the added bonus for us at the end of a long day when we needed a drink and a bite to eat. Sammy (restaurant manager on the night we were there) was so friendly and helpful with everything. We were really impressed with the size and layout of our Executive room and the bathroom was cleaner than some major hotels we have experienced in major cities. Tracy (owner/manager) is to be commended for the quality and service that she and her team provides. We will definitely stay again, as we often requite 'overflow' accomodation when we gather for mum's special celebrations and cannot all stay in her retirement unit. If you're looking for affordable, comfortable, clean and quiet accomodation on the coast, the Red Bridge Motor Inn is the place to stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious, with a large bathroom that was well-maintained. The location is excellent — convenient and easy to find, with plenty of on-site parking available. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, including a microwave, crockery, cutlery, and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. Restaurant is on site and does room delivery. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Red Bridge and it was just as good as the first. Beds were so comfortable and huge. Pillow selection was perfect. Room was not to big and not to small. Shower pressure was amazing. We got room service last time which was fast and delicious, but this time we went to the restaurant. 10/10 for service from the lovely lady behind the bar, im sorry we didn't get your name but you made our night very enjoyable. 10/10 for our meals, honestly the best cooked steak we've had for such a long time, chefs kiss 💋 Only one thing we were a little disappointed in was the garlic bread, we would of liked it a little toasted. All up we have definitely locked in the Red bridge to come back and stay again!!

Stayed here for our anniversary and had the best stay in a superior 2 bedroom apartment. The ocean view was spectacular and we enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning. Rooms were clean and well presented and even had foxtel which you don't get elsewhere. Staff were amazing and friendly and made you feel at home. Mooloola beach, Alexandra Heads beach,shops, supermarket and restaurants were just a short stroll away. Secure carpark with wide car bays was added comfort to know it verification was safe Highly recommended and we will be back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed me stay at Osprey. The apartment was amazing clean and modern. The ocean view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL. With the beach right across the road it provided perfect oppiortunites to watch the Sunrise and set. The apartment was on 5 minute walk to local restaurants and supermaket facilites. The property had a pool and spa which I used frequently. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff were extremely friendly. We got an upgrade, and we had a spacious, beautiful 2-level apartment. It was clean with beautiful views. It had all the amenities, a huge fridge, a well stocked kitchen, foxtel, and an extremely comfortable lounge. Very comfortable main bed and pillows. Location was key. We had shops, restaurants, and a beach within a 5 min walk.

I cannot express our gratitude enough! Merryl & Phil provided such a memorable and enjoyable experience. They went above and beyond all expectations, paying attention to the smallest details like providing complimentary snacks, hotel slippers, robes and other amenities, to serving the most delicious buffet breakfast which were all inclusive. We were brought back in time and felt like we were in Venice again but from the level of care and consideration that Bli Bli House provided, we would go back there over Venice any day. We can’t recommend this property enough! The furniture and property are beautiful plus they had a cinema room, pool table, foosball table, library and so many DVD’s to choose from, all at your disposal on the top floor. They also provided so many other free snacks like an array of high tea sweets and chocolates available 24/7, plus pod coffee and drip coffee for all palates. We are so appreciative of the love and care these hosts gave us. Thank you for the best stay we’ve ever had!

This was a really enjoyable stay. It was exactly as described and we had a beautiful room overlooking the river. The extra facilities within the room could not be faulted, it had lots of little extra's and the hosts have really thought of everything. The breakfast was fit for royalty and Phil did an amazing job; you could tell he was a professional chef. There was so much choice and the baby quiche were to die for. Friendly, welcoming and a unique one in a kind guest house; my husband and I could not recommend Bli Bli guest house enough. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely be visiting again! On another note, we accidentally left an item in the room and the guest house went above and beyond to return the item to us; which was way out of the scope of what they needed to do.

We chose to stay here because of the style of the rooms. Very lovely run B&B. Very lovely touches throughout (i.e. guest comfort area with little treats, strawberries and chocolate outside room at night etc). No signs of wear and tear so felt just like staying at a Hotel. Breakfast spread in the morning was great (including hot cooked options if you prefer). The room also had cosy comforts such as sumptuous bed, TV with inbuilt DVD player, heater/air-con, lovely large bathroom and very well coordinated decor. Also included were coffee, filtered water, fresh milk, room snacks and a lovely balcony/porch with a beautiful view over the river. Would have loved to stay longer than 1 night, however being a long weekend the remainder of nights were already booked out.

Absolutely perfect place to relax for our anniversary. Everything has been done with thought and care, from the bath salts by the spa to the jug of milk in the fridge and box of welcome chocolates, completed with fluffy robe and slippers. The attention to detail in the decor is exceptional. The venue retains its heritage charm, while providing the modern comforts such as pod coffee machine, microwave and DVD player all discreetly tucked away in the room. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of variety and served in the ambiance of the grand traditional dining room. The hosts have perfected their role, being friendly and hospitable while allowing absolute privacy to their guests. As a last get away before our first baby arrives in 5 weeks, our stay here went above and beyond all expectations.

Bli Bli House is a beautifully restored 19th century house richly furnished with Victorian-era furniture and antiques. The hosts Merryl and Phil are incredibly welcoming and helpful, and very respectful of guests’ privacy during their stay. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The property was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was excellent and freshly made on site. We were really impressed by all the extra amenities available, from a media room and library, a guest lounge, and even a sweets trolley. Bli Bli is conveniently located and is only a 15 minute drive to the beaches.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented, with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding greenery. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to everything. The balcony was the highlight, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks while soaking in the view. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully considered to make the stay relaxing.

These apartments were spacious, meticulously clean and comfortable. The location is perfect-directly across from the beach with cafes and restaurants right nearby. The onsite managers were very attentive, helpful and professional. Will definitely be staying again!

Loooove the location, the view was amazing. It was spacious and very clean. The front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Just a few steps away from the beach, playground. Plenty of great cafes just below us yet it was very quiet at night with the windows shut.

A very spontaneous decision to visit the Sunshine Coast led to us booking Santorini Twin Waters and boy were we pleased we did, the team there were amazing to deal with! So helpful and welcoming, add to that the location right above some great little eating spots and directly across the road from Mudjimba Beach couldn't have been any better. The long expanse of beautiful beach was perfect for a stroll in the morning with a coffee. Not to mention the balcony which was ideal for enjoying a glass of vino and watching the world go by in the evening.

Every thing was just perfect. Location being exactly 2mins from the conference Centre, in amongst restaurants, across the road from one of the best beaches on the Sunshine Coast. To wake up with a view of the ocean was amazing. The apartment is self-contained, clean and very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable.

The 3 storey villa with Jacuzzi was amazing 🤩 exceeded our expectations. The tranquil landscaping throughout the property was very relaxing and made it feel like another world.

Great place to stay. we had 2 bed ground floor apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. Nespresso coffee machine provided for those that like their coffee, coles right opposite and short walk to the pub, restaurants, small local shops & beach. Unfortunately the closest beach access was closed due to the park being upgraded so it was a longer walk than normal with all the beach gear & we ended up taking the car. Its fine if you don't have much to carry or you have a beach trolley. patio for the unit is enclosed by bushes & shady - makes the unit quite dark inside, may be a bonus in the summer but in winter I'd ask for a balcony as I like to see the sun. Plenty of lovely swimming pools to chose from including a heated pool and lap pool as well as 2 small pools. well equipped gym. Secure parking in basement, staff very friendly & helpful, we had a minor issue which was dealt with very quickly. Main pool is by reception so units near here tend to have more noise from kids in pool, worth considering a booking request if this matters to you. Personally I love listening to kids having fun. Very happy & would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great location opposite parks leading to the beach. We were on the second floor and looked over the lap pool into a tropical oasis with palm trees and a well established garden. It felt quiet sitting on the balcony, looking at the tops of the trees. Very secure property, generous parking and an easy walk to the beach, the boardwalk or the shops and restaurants. A Coles is located across the road which is very handy. The property was clean, very comfortable and had everything you could need. Two of the four pools are heated which makes them perfect all year round. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed for 4nights had a wonderful time. Our unit was spacious for our family of 4 and we had a rooftop jacuzzi and deck which was great. Very close to the beach, shops and bus. Management was very responsive would definitely recommend to stay.

Inside, the space was impressively large and airy, with a big, comfortable bed that made it easy to unwind. The overall vibe was peaceful and welcoming, ideal for both solo travellers and families looking for a beachside retreat. Just a short stroll from the beach and local cafes. This is our second stay and would recommend to all. :)

Very spacious apartments with all the amenities needed. Very close to Coles and good takeaway restaurants. Close to the beach and AMAZING heated pools and spa- our favorite part. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Fully furnished unit (5) was spacious comfortable and clean. Secure underground parking provided, lifts available. Pool clean and refreshing. Conveniently located to beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay.

Loved the openness of the apartment & having your own laundry is so convenient. The view was lovely overlooking the pool. A small issue was the coat hangers..the apartment is so modern but the coat hangers were very old. Another small issue was one of the fold up clothes lines was so bent & twisted it was almost falling over & couldn’t be folded up to put away. These are only small things that didn’t seem right in these lovely apartments. We also thought the pools would’ve been heated better than they were. But overall a very comfortable lovely apartment & the Managers very polite, helpful & friendly. Would highly recommend & stay again.

We stayed in the penthouse and found it exceptional. The views were amazing and the apartment was very spacious. The kitchen facilities were great, the beds comfortable and the living areas were very welcoming with views from many vantage points. The balcony area was enormous with lots of outdoor furniture. The location was very central to lots of cafes and restaurants and the beach was right there. We enjoyed the pool area . The manager of the property was an extremely helpful and friendly lady. We would love the opportunity to stay again in the future

What a fabulous place Beach on Sixth is a perfect location for a holiday or long weekend away, park the car and walk everywhere . Within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, Cotton tree shops, 50 m to patrolled beach & Maroochy surf club. The Ocean View apartments are very roomy with everything you need. I love the two balconies gives you a feeling of such space in the unit. The kitchen is larger that some homes with a long stone bench. The pool, spa and BBQ area are great to entertain visitors or perfect for a quiet afternoon relaxing at the pool. Kerry and Col are excellent always helpful to ensure your stay is memorable. Once you holiday here you will definitely return!!

We had a couple of days here on a short trip to the Sunshine Coast. The place is not really near the bars and restaurants but very close to the beach. We booked a studio room and were very surprised at how large it was. There was a lounge, dining area, kitchenette and a large fridge. We stayed on the 2nd floor but still had a nice view of the water from the huge balcony. There was also a washing machine and drier in the large bathroom. The pool and spa area was on our floor and a small gym also.......both areas were well maintained and really lovely....just a little cool to swim at this time of year. The check in was easy and the gentleman there was friendly. They also have undercover secure parking. Overall I'd recommend the place if you want a relaxing few days on the coast.

Our apartment was perfect for our needs. We had a lovely view, it was nice and quiet and with nice restaurants within walkable distance. Our apartment was VERY clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Although we bought our own salt and pepper. The laundry facilities inside our apartment were great too. Thanks very much. We will be back.

We had two separate apartments and we loved our stay. The resort was clean, the staff friendly. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable. Parking was secure. We did have to re-insert the Foxtel card which had been installed upside down - but that was presumably caused by a prior guest. My apartment had a view of the canal and we loved watching the bird life - pelicans and swans with cygnets were particularly special for my grand daughter. The location was so convenient. We walked easily to the shops and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants close by. A great stay. Very relaxing.

Amazing apartment. So much space and so clean. Comfy beds, great laundry, 2 beautiful balcony’s. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and a great size. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Plus close to beach and the river. Definitely 5 star accommodation.

M1 is a perfect holiday location we had a brilliant holiday. The apartment we stayed in was spacious and in a great location close to cafes, the beach, the river and the Sunshine Plaza and Big Top centre. The managers of M1 are friendly and helpful and we recommend holidaying at this location. One thing to be aware of is that if you book your accommodation on booking.com you are not guaranteed to get the apartment you booked and paid for. We booked a 3 bed apartment with ocean and hinterland views on an upper floor of the complex as this is what booking.com were selling. When we arrived we were put in a different apartment on a low floor without the views we thought we were getting. We would still stay at this complex, it was excellent.

Across the road from the beach - the hottub and pool. The spa bath in the room . the way the room was decorated - could see that time & effort went into it! Close to all the shops & restaurants

This is our third visit to Alex seaside resort. After a fifteen hour flight from Canada each year we find it a perfect haven to relax and unwind for a couple of weeks before setting off to explore Australia. Our hosts Pauline and Dave are always friendly, easy to deal with and most welcoming. The accommodation which overlooks Alex beach is basic but very comfortable and well priced. It’s spotlessly clean and is conveniently located a couple of hours north of Brisbane airport. Dawn arrives in Alexander Headlands at 5am in February so it’s perfect for jet lagged travellers who are up at that time to join the local joggers, walkers and surfers enjoying the beach front at that early hour. Our only observation would be that internet access is a bit frustrating with limited data and a repetitive login process. I’d suggest improving / simplifying this process for a better overall customer experience at probably no additional cost. Thanks for your hospitality. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay here, Pauline was very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with a ocean view that didn’t disappoint. The spa was fantastic and the shower was awesome. Gotta have a good shower. Head over the road to Francis Bean for a great coffee and Rex bar and grill for a delicious burger. Highly recommended.

Very clean and comfortable with lovely view, fantastic shower, very nicely furnished. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Kitchenette good. Sound insulation from the road very good. The only down side to room 14 was the music from the market across the road early Saturday morning. Would definitely come back!

The room was excellent The staff were amazing, and their pre arrival communication was perfect. The view from the higher rooms would have been amazing, or level 2 suite view left a little to be desired, but you could see enough to know you were at the coast. The location is second to none, right across the road from the beach, great food places within walking distance, 5 minute drive to your usual take away shops, 6 or 7 minutes to Sunshine plaza on the same road. The staff were exceptional

The heated pool, jacuzzi, & sauna. Nice view from the rooftop. Very friendly, helpful young lady at reception. Couldn't do enough for us.

Pool was nice, water was warm, jacuzzi was great! Hotel well located. Shops, bakery, cafes within walking distance. Coles within 15 minute walk. Beach the same. Staff friendly and ready to help.

Good location - a short and easy walk to esplanade and restaurants, cafes and boardwalk, as well as main shopping street. The check in process was easy, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The unit we stayed in had no view (we were aware of this when we booked), but was tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The shower was over the bath tub meaning you had to step in, but this was not a problem. The bathroom itself was a great size, and the power outlet had USB ports. The sitting area was pleasant with a small table and chairs, sofa and good size TV. There was a small balcony with table and chairs. The kitchenette had everything we needed including a full size fridge. We appreciated the free parking. Would recommend, and be happy to stay again.

Everything, the location was fantastic, the room was very spacious and incredibly comfortable, it had everything we could have possibly asked for and the view from the balcony was absolutely Beautiful, the pool was amazing and even has a hot tub on the side, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed and more

Staying at Ocean view resorts was amazing, the room was extremely spacious and exceeded my exceptions. The rooms are very nice with a modern design but also felt very cozy and comfortable. My interactions with the staff were friendly and I would definitely book another stay!

Apartment was spacious and clean. View was amazing, so close to the beach and shops etc. staff were friendly and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room in main bedroom to fit our portacot.

We had a lovely stay at Cilento Maloolaba - wished we’d had longer! We were a family of 5 adults - the lovely receptionist welcomed us with a fruit cake and cherries as it was Christmas- such a nice gesture The apartment had plenty of room for us all and a large terrace which was great for morning coffee’s and evening glasses of wine and card games The location of the apartment is very central for all of the bar’s & restaurants and the beach and the establishments on the back waterways also We would definitely consider staying again if we go back to Maloolaba

The room was amazing and clean. Everything you would need for a trip. Pool was heated and the spar was amazing. Location was amazing. Had 3 restaurants down the bottom so you didn’t have to go far. Free wifi which was great.

Large spacious apartment, well set up with everything we needed. Nice and quiet location, one street back from the beach. Very central to shops, restaurants and cafes and the beach.

Lovely unit with 3 balconies, including 2 large - one off the 2nd bedroom with views of Glasshouse Mts. Glimpse of sea from the spacious main balcony. Easy walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. Also an easy drive to the Big Pineapple. Good parking underneath. Also a free area for a few hours after handing in keys. Will definitely use Cilento again for an affordable stay in the centre of beach and hinterland life.

The view and all amenities were excellent. Apart from the usual coffee, tea, sugar, milk and kettle, salt and pepper were also provided as well as small packets of dishwashing and clothes washing detergents. Such thoughtful details make a big difference. In addition to a hair-dryer and toaster, there were a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a dishwasher and a microwave as well as an oven and cooktop. As well as the shower, there was also a spa bath, with louvres opening discretely to the excellent view. The balcony provided a great opportunity for sitting outside enjoying the balmy air and watching children delighting in the pool. All conceivable cockery and cutlery were provided, as well as a large range of saucepans, frying pans, and so on. The staff were very helpful and attentive. I was combining leisure with a visit to my Godson and his family, who lived about 10 minutes away by car. I walked to their place once and found the coastal walk delightful. My Godson was able to use my parking spot several times, as I do not drive. They came over with a special afternoon tea one day, and it was great to be able to share the pleasure of this great apartment and view, with this special family. This is a very comfortable, family friendly resort in a most beautiful and convenient location.

It was right on the beach next to a good beach bar and coffee bar. All areas were clean and tidy,minimal noise from other guests. The pool was clean and warm. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable.

Location is phenomenal. Not just on the beach but above a fish and chips, cafe and beach bar. Walk along the promenade to town and to the beach pool. Just amazing Free parking was great. Spacious living rooms, kitchen, big spa bath Ocean views amazing

We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview apartment ( no.8). From the moment we walked into the apartment it was fantastic! Clean, modern, huge in size with a beautiful view of the ocean. Whoever owns that apartment has absolutely thought of everything and obviously cares about their occupants. There was everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The fridge had an icemaker with cold filtered water. The pool is amazing, with an actual deep end of 2.7m which is rare in any resort/hotel pool. Great parking in the basement big enough for 2 cars side by side. The reception girls were lovely on check-in and check-out. Great to have restaurants/cafes under the resort. The beach is right there, a 2 min walk, no roads to cross. The entire 6 night stay was a wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. Thank you to the owners of apartment 8 for providing such a lovely space.

Perfect is the only word to describe the resort. The buildings are located right on the beach, which has surf guards, and the resort staff were friendly and helpful, especially on how to use the door lock key-fob and how to use the car-park. Our unit had a fantastic sea view, and was very clean and the kitchen area was fully stocked with everything you could want to use, even down to egg cups for boiled eggs. I can not think of anything that needed to be improve or upgraded. We will most certainly be staying here again.

Friendly and welcoming on arrival (even though we were late). The unit was excellent. Spacious and light with everything at hand and plenty of cupboard space, crockery and cutlery. Coffee plunger, kettle, toaster, blender and a big fridge and freezer. Large comfortable beds and ensuite in the main with shower and a small balcony. 2nd bedroom was well away from the main living area and had a large bathroom with shower over a spa/jet bath and a separate toilet which made it a virtual ensuite setup. Even an "office nook" if you wanted to work on the laptop. Fast and easy connection to the internet and plenty of power points for charging. But......the views from the living area and bedrooms were breathtakingly beautiful with a large balcony to sit and have breakfast, meals or drinks and take in the ocean, river and mountain views. And walking distance to some great restaurants and the surf club. Absolutely loved this place. Oh and the parking was wonderful. Easy to drive in/reverse into allocated spaces. Did I say I loved this place??!!!!

We were so impressed with our stay at Aqua Vista. The room and resort facilities were impressive. We had a 2 bedroom unit overlooking the beach and could see from the Maroochy River to Caloundra. Within 50m, there was a Japanese and a Thai restaurant, both casual with great food. There was also a great bakery and a cafe where we had breakfast each morning. The Surf Club is around the corner, a 5 minute walk with great views over the ocean and good food. It is also a 5 minute walk from the Cotton Tree shops which have lots of food outlets, shopping and grocery store and butcher if you are inclined to cook. Despite the weather not being great, it was great to sit on the balcony and watch the board riders and windsurfers down on the beach while simply relaxing.

Perfect location with an amazing view. The unit was well appointed and spacious and the beds super comfy. Walking distance to the beach, shops and cafes. The pool and spa were lovely and we had a perfect view of the New Years fireworks (even though they only went for 7 minutes). Sunshine Plaza was a short distance away by car as well.

We had a lovely stay, the room was very spacious with great views. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It is within walking distance to the Maroochy surf club, restaurants and the beach is one block back from the beach. The pool facilities were great. Only a short drive to shops and other restaurants. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I loved that the room was very spacious we had a 3 bedroom which fitted the 5 of us in easy. Also the beds were so comfortable had the best sleeps! Was also great having the pool for the kids who went swimming every day and had two balconies with amazing views! Also the beach was a two minute walk!

It was so tranquil there. My room didn’t have a view of the ocean, but all the same, very nice and peaceful. I came in after nearly two days traveling, so the coffee sachets and “real milk” in the fridge were so inviting. It was the little things like the manager popping out to help me when I was lost, and a comfy bed that allowed for rest, the heated jacuzzi, etc. etc. I can highly recommend this resort.

Our Apartment was on the 5th floor, we had 3 bedrooms, perfect for 2 adults and 3 kids. From our lounge and main bedroom we had a balcony and partial view of the ocean and swimming pool. From the main spare room with the double bed and balcony the view was 6th Ave. 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds, no balcony small window facing north. All the bedrooms had fans and aircon. We used the washing machine and dryer. The kitchen had all the necessary items we needed except for a coffee plunger. Maroochydore Surf Club was a 5min walk around the corner and MacDonalds was 5-10mins walking in the opposite direction. Beach was next to the Surf Club, lovely sandy and clean and manned. The water was nice and warm for Autumn. The rooms were lovely and clean and relaxing. Car park down stairs numbered your room number. There's a coffee shop across the road and plenty eating places walking distance. Went for dinner one night at the Surf Club, great for families, they really look after you.

We loved staying at the Catalina apartments. Room was spacious, clean and modern. We had an ocean view room so the view was ever-changing. We loved how the master suite was separate to the kids room, and the luxury of 2 bathrooms. Although the building seemed to be full, we never heard any noise through the walls. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great (although needed a bit of fiddling to get it to stay on the wall). Well equipped kitchen. 2 minutes walk to the beach which was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Catalina Resort never disappoints. We first stayed here when our eldest child was two and we travelled from Melbourne... 23 years later and it's still our family's favourite, even though we now live in Brisbane. Amazing location and facilities. Quiet area of Cotton Tree Maroochydore, opposite the beach and Surf Club. Has been regularly upgraded and renovated over the years and is always well maintained. We have stayed in a variety of units; 2 and 3 bedroom and upper levels and garden level. All have been great.

The location was fantastic and the view was spectacular! Love the wrap around balcony and every room also had balcony access! Beach views from both ends of the balcony! Perfection!

Reception staff very helpful assisting with early check in, very pleasant. Great WiFi, some apartments with Foxtel. Balcony views overlooking the pool and our apartment/s partial views of the Pumistone Passage fabulous. 3 beautiful pristine pools, one heated and spa. We had 2 apartments due to availability of dates, the first better than the second. Both good, well equipped kitchen. Both apartments had washing machine, dryer, clothes airer, iron and board. Both apartments similar but apartment layout in Tower 2 more spacious and noise levels lower. Apartment in Tower one had a room either above it or beside it with floorboards or similar making loud scraping noises from tenants waking very early in the morning 😞 Also, carpet quite stained. Location is fabulous, actually walking distance to many restaurants, Stockland shopping centre literally 5 minute walk. Fish shop with great fresh seafood just over the road from the resort. This complex is becoming a little older and dated but spacious and very clean. I feel that the rates are quite excessive, however, Caloundra accommodation 0as a whole is incredibly expensive but all resorts, hotels and motels still filling all vacancies. It begs to ask "WHAT FINANCIAL CRISIS" ??? Thankfully our stay was covered by by an insurance claim. I would still highly recommend this resort.

The location was terrific with easy access to restaurants, shops, good walks and the beach. Dallas on reception was very welcoming on arrival. A very neat little apartment with a lovely view from the balcony of the water and pool. TV with Foxtel was great for relaxing. The hot water pressure was terrific so it offered a great shower. Undercover car parking was also a bonus.

I loved everything about this property, the location was central to everything we needed ( walking distance), the pool had recently been renovated and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the heated front pool and spa .The apartment was spacious, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and informative .Will definitely be returning cannot recommend this property enough.

A lovely apartment right on the water, the upstairs terrace with bbq was a wonderful addition. Staff very friendly and helpful. The town is great, we had a fab relaxing time walking to the various beaches and enjoying the bars, restaurants and love music, all of this out of season! Thoroughly recommend it
