Perfect location, large well appointed rooms, very clean, great WiFi and a great breakfast buffet. Always friendly staff with great service. A very nice relax area. Always my first choice when staying in Riyadh.

We spent Eid at this hotel, and it was a beautiful experience. The location was perfect, right in front of the Kingdom Tower, which made for some amazing views. While it may not have the same grandeur as some high-end hotels, it is still a very nice place to stay. The staff were attentive, cleaning our room regularly and ensuring fresh towels and amenities were always available. We also appreciated that they honored our request for a connecting room, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only issue we noticed was that the bathroom water tended to spread onto the floor. If this could be improved, it would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely consider coming back!

Really superb hotel from which to enjoy Riyadh. Room had everything you need. Pool, sauna and gym excellent, clean and modern. Everyone speaks very good english. Nice breakfast beffet. Great local area to explore. Go right out of hotel to Olaya mall a short distance away. Go left and there's a multitude of coffee shops. Had 2 nice dinners at Allo Beirut in same direction on hotel side of road. Don't be intimidated by culture if from West. Embrace Saudi Arabia and it will embrace you. From Canada and loved the vibrant and welcoming city and this lovely hotel.

Hotel is in a great central location. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are fairly spacious for a single traveller, comfortable and clean.

i had a lot of pleasant experiences here but mainly due to a few individuals. alvin was such a sweetheart. so professional & caring. you can tell he’s happy to work here. carl in the lobby cafe. A+. a gentleman & kind spirit. always a pleasure sitting with him. i really enjoyed the Mosaique experiences. that brunch was phenomenal.. truly. i utilized their facilities, often. i was always in their gym & sauna, jacuzzi. an excellent set up, and the crew there was always on top of cleaning & maintenance. seriously… it doesn’t get better than that breakfast buffet. toptier. i only give a 4 star because i noticed charges & prices i didn’t authorize. but they’re not big enough to complain about. lovely stay. kindly, GTB

Stayed at Crowne Plaza in Digital City—perfect for business trips, but also a great option if you’re looking for a quiet area with easy access to tourist spots like Diriyah and Boulevard. The hotel is spacious, well-maintained, and has incredibly helpful staff. Rooms are large, room service is prompt, and breakfast had ample vegetarian options with great coffee. I especially loved that the rooms had little Biscoff bars as part of the coffee setup—such a nice touch! Special thanks to Momin from room service, G. from housekeeping, Lal Chand at concierge, and the always-friendly reception team. Highly recommend!

Food diversity: - Wildfire Restaurant - Mr. Jones was very welcoming and the Brazilian rodízio was great! - Mosaique Restaurant - Mr. Eazzy was very professional and friendly, showing me the wonderful buffet that is available! The hotel has multiple facilities: beautiful outdoor swimming pool; tennis and basketball courts; very complete health club; between others. This hotel is truly an amazing solution for families and individuals.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi,sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.

Fancy property and grand. Clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. I stayed there for almost one month and was very comfortable. I love that there is a menu for pillows to choose what is comfortable for you. The amenities in the room were quite modern. Staff is very friendly and buffet options are massive and very delicious buffet food. Location is quite central in Riyadh and easy to get to, and bas so many restaurants, malls, shops around.

This hotel and my room are very beautiful. I was also very positively surprised by the dinner. There are a couple of chefs, who can cook for you whatever you like depends on the section. Fish, sushi, meat, salads, pasta - like everything you want. And everything is sooo soo super fresh. And the arabic sweets. I notices that the staff who help you with the lagguage, and those who bring you to the room: they were sooo extremly friendly, helpful and polity. Love this. Also the host at the buffet reastaurant and the staff - absolutley great service.

Everything was amazing, cafes and restaurants around were amazing, the place was clean and the staff are all amazing specially Miss “Raneem” she was the superstar, even after me returning back to my country she reached out to ask if there was anything that disturbed me or if i has any concerns about anything within my stay. The hotel is very impressive and truly feels like a 5-star property, especially with its grand and luxurious lobby that leaves a strong first impression. Special thanks to Ahmad, the chief concierge, who deserves the highest praise, he was born for this profession. Extremely friendly, attentive, and solution-oriented, he managed to arrange a new room for us within 15 minutes after we had to leave the previous one due to late-night noise and unbearable cigarette smell. Chapeau to Ahmed! The concierge team overall was very helpful and kind. The location is also excellent, with a metro station right in front of the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was well-equipped.

The hotel is located in the middle of a very busy street with traffic jams. Direct access to the mall. Nice view. The breakfast buffet is better to include in advance in the reservation or at the reception desk immediately upon check-in, as it turns out to be cheaper than paying on the spot in the restaurant. The staff is top-level, very responsive, all requests were fulfilled immediately. The room are very clean, it has everything I need for a comfortable stay, from bath salts to yoga blocks and a mat… A large TV with multiple channels. The bed was soft, even too soft. Lobby was too busy, they are a lot of people in the lobby all the time, as there are several coffee shops and restaurants downstairs. The gym is something else, nice and big, with lots of machines, the staff is constantly cleaning around. It’s mix there is a separate room for the ladies but it is very small with few machines only. I'll definitely be back.

What I loved: Impeccable cleanliness: The rooms are spotless and meticulously maintained. It's clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in their work. Delicious breakfast: The breakfast spread is a highlight of my stay every time. There's a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and the quality of the food is outstanding. The egg station is one of the best I have seen. Personalized service: The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I especially appreciate the warm welcome I receive from the Argentinian lady at The 365 reception. She always remembers my name and makes me feel valued as a guest. Overall: The Fairmont Riyadh continues to be my go-to hotel in Riyadh. It offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city. Suggestions for improvement: The check-in could be made faster and the coffee at breakfast could be improved - it was weak and too sour.

We visited the Fairmont yesterday for their Friday 365 restaurant brunch. We had a really great afternoon, everything was perfect! From our first contact to book through Gordana, everything was seamless, everyone was friendly and could not do enough for us! We were guided on arrival around the food stations, sparkling fizz and soft drinks were included and refilled without us asking. The food was of a very high quality, beautifully presented and all of the chefs were obviously proud of their offerings which is so nice to see! We especially enjoyed the BarBQ station with Chef Robin who is an amazing personality and an asset to the house of grill restaurant, the steaks and lamb chops were cooked perfectly by him. The atmosphere was great, there is separate children’s entertainment with face painting, disco etc so the large parties present did not impact on our enjoyment at all. The whole event was overseen by supervisor Issawy and assistant manager Rashad, who were both friendly and professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone to try the brunch or House of Grill, both are excellent! Thankyou all

Great hotel, really pleasant and clean rooms, delicious food and excellent location, but the thing that makes this such a amazing place to stay is the Butler services provided by the Butler Manager Mr. Hany Ismail, he is incredibly helpful and very professional, he is extremely efficient and always available day and night goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, I’ve recommended Fairmont to all my family and friends who are frequently visiting Riyadh, and they will definitely surprise by the Royal services provided by Mr. Hany and his team. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Riyadh.

Amazing service and welcoming on reception from Ms. Rehab Ouhod Raja. She has a very professional appearance and manner. When she was smiling to us we were feeling warm welcoming from her heart. Also the flowers on the lobby look beautiful and gorgeous. The housekeeping team are super helpful. The room is clean and neat. The most important for us was swimming pool and we were empress that it working from morning to evening. The pool team nice and smiling and pool area is super nice and clean. Even you can refresh by green apple. The breakfast also was fantastic and so many food option. We were having unfogettable time with Radisson Blue, Riyadh Minhal and would like to stay again. Lovely room with all amenities, coffee machine, snacks, free water,fridge, ironing board, slippers, robe. Very comfortable bed, spacious modern bathroom with all amenities in it such as toothbrush, conditioner, lotion, etc. Breakfast buffet had a big variety of warm and cold options you can also order eggs, if you didn’t want the already prepared omelettes or boiled ones. Big variety of fruits too. Only negative is the view it was a construction site.

Came here for work, so I was out most of the day, but nevertheless I’ve enjoyed my stay here, found it super comfy, reception are SUPER nice (and I think they might’ve upgraded my room without bragging to me), staff are helpful. Booked an economic room, and got a spacious room with excellent view of the city. Actually I think it was a great deal for that price, to sum it up: it exceeded my expectations.

Staff was very nice, first morning the breakfast was coming to our room and was delicious. We have used the underground parking lot, with the room key card the parking lot can be accessed. We had a room with a nice view on the city/motorway. Location was fine, a bit away, bit with car it was easy to reach everything quickly, even some fast food restaurants were nearby.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gardino Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, from the moment I arrived. Mr. Hykal, the receptionist, kindly upgraded my room, and his colleague Mr. Hamza was incredibly accommodating by extending my checkout time to 14:00. Beyond the warm welcome, the hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and visually appealing. The lobby was inviting, and the breakfast was delicious

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a great breakfast and an amazing location. However, the street noise was a real issue. We stayed in a city-view room, but the noise from the busy street, day and night, made it hard to relax. If you’re planning to stay here, I’d definitely recommend choosing a courtyard-view room instead. The hotel would really benefit from upgrading the windows to block out the noise better. Also, the smart lighting system in the room was a bit tricky to figure out. That said, everything else about our stay was excellent, and I’d happily come back again!

Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was strong. Staffs were helpful. We loved the breakfast. They played a relaxing jazz music in the background so we felt relaxed while having our breakfast. Variety of options were provided. They had a coffee machine for the coffee which was great. About 2 mins walk from the hotel, there are some fast food restaurants available and opposite that road, is a stretch of cafes and teahouse. Around 5 mins walk from the hotel, you can take the public bus to the old town and Souk. There are some shopping centers near the hotel but it's quite high end. We requested for cab to airport and the bellboy helped to get a cab from the main road to the hotel for us. Enjoyable stay. Recommended.

The hotel is essentially a boutique business hotel which fuses a number of attractive features of traditional Arabian hospitality (e.g., dates, Arabic coffee, dominoes sets on reception coffee shop tables) with a more generic business style. It's location is fantastic - within metres of Tadawul stock exchange, all the central business district, biggest shopping malls and sights. Food is excellent, spotlessly clean. There is even a swimming pool, spa, Finnish sauna and Hammam (steam room)! Staff are courteous, genuinely kind, open minded and extremely generous, proactive and friendly in a professional manner. All round it is a terrific boutique business hotel with excellent value for money

As a first time in Riyadh The Hotel experience was very nice. It is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We were offered an upgrade on our stay which was a great start for our stay. The food is variable and fresh. The staff happily accommodated our requests. There is a big hyper market right across the street which was super helpful and a metro station as well. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend the Hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Riyadh.

Our stay at the Mercure Hotel was a very positive experience. The property is new, elegant and well maintained, with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. The room was exceptionally functional, equipped with all the necessary amenities, which made the stay truly comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to a metro station, making it easy to get around the city. For those travelling by car, there is a convenient guest car park. Another advantage is the nearby shopping centre, which is perfect for quick shopping trips. Overall, it is an excellent hotel and well worth recommending. We will definitely return on our next visit to Riyadh.

The location of the hotel is quite good, one block south of the ministry of interior, in a quiet street. The team was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was very clean and with all amenities. The bed was comfortable.

The service was exceptional! And the breakfast buffet was something else! I never thought it would be this good. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was comfy and home-like. I always have problems sleeping in beds as I like sleeping in my bed, but the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Mr. Mazen was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

A comfortable and clean hotel, next to the shops and restaurants. It has a good-sized room, friendly staff and a nice breakfast; the pool area is very nice, and on a few mornings after breakfast, I drank coffee there.
