Firstly - I would like to make clear that we have not even a single complaint about this hotel. It was amazing. The staff - fantastic, our room - immaculate and beautiful 7 the location - the best in Cannes. The hotel is situated centrally, walking distance to all beaches, port, shopping and dining. Upon booking our room, the concierge contacted me immediately as any 5* hotel should. It was my son's 10th birthday on our 2nd day of travel. They arranged a cake with his name to be cut during breakfast. it was very special. We booked a suite and were allocated a beautiful room on the 5th floor. the room is beautifully furnished and bright, airy, the bathroom, shower and bed were not as many european hotels. These were large and open. The bed large and comfortable. there were 2 flat scren TVs in the room with many movie and channel options. 1 floor up was the restaurant, bar and pool We took advantage of the wonderful breakfast every morning. it was a continental breakfast - perfect for my family. The food was fresh and delicious. The pool was small as we expected. It was on the roof of the hotel, so we enjoyed the open space every day. Fresh towels, chairs and drinks were always available. the best part about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in planning a wonderful vacation. Thank you Five Seas Hotel - you made our vacation memorable. We will be back next year!!!!!

Everything. We visited for a special occasion and the staff were incredibly welcoming and did everything in their power to make this an unforgettable stay. The pool area was stunning (nicely heated pool too), the room (junior suite) was very spacious and oozed luxury and the staff were regularly on hand to assist where needed. I'd recommend the rooftop restaurant to anyone who visits, fine quality food with an excellent view and at a reasonable price. It's hard to better all that. In terms of the room, we were upgraded to a Junior Suite which made our stay even more special. The bed was large and incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious and had all amenities required. The bath itself was also very relaxing. The free minibar and perfume provided were also very nice touches. It is also worth mentioning how clean the rooms were. It actually smelled so fresh in the room every time we went back in.

Our stay at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes was a spontaneous booking due to a last-minute change of plans. We had no particular expectations of the hotel or its staff. This made our arrival at the hotel all the more surprising, as we were greeted with a remarkably courteous, friendly and helpful service. The staff immediately took care of our car and luggage and we checked in with a drink in the lounge. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and, although facing the street, it was quiet enough to sleep with a window open at night. The service in the hotel, from breakfast to reception, concierge and restaurant staff was unobtrusive, professional, courteous, attentive and always friendly and helpful. We have not often enjoyed this type of service in the past. Location, facilities, food and beverage are all important, but first-class staff always make the difference. This is certainly the case at the Five Seas Hotel Cannes. Chapeau and our sincere thanks go to Max, Katy, Daniel, Louise, Cedric, Paula and all the many lovely colleagues who made our stay such a special experience.

Cottage Jacuzzi réservé pour une soirée en amoureux. Propreté impeccable, literie très confortable, peignoirs, chaussons, serviettes, produits de douche, mini bar, thé/ café à disposition. Possibilité parking (indispensable pour le quartier) Accueil chaleureux, aimable, service parfait. Petit déjeuner pris en chambre à l’heure convenue la veille, très copieux avec viennoiseries, pain, beurre, confiture, fromage, jus de fruit frais. Nous avons trouvé le cadre parfait. Un petit hôtel reculé de l’avenue, avec un joli jardin. Vraiment inattendu dans ce quartier. Nous n’étions pas venus pour visiter Nice mais pour une soirée cosy, intime, en amoureux. Le challenge fut relevé haut la main et nos attentes dépassées. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

This Boutique Hotel is for you if you think you would enjoy the feeling of staying at a wealthy friends villa just outside the busy beachside area of Nice! I don't know if Son the man who greeted us at the front desk was the owner but you certainly can tell he loves the property like it was his own. He was an amazing host and gave amazing directions, hand written by him on a walking map after he asked us what we would like to do on our stay. No person at any of the other hotel we stayed in on our trip through France, Italy and Switzerland did this. That is how much Hotel Villa Rose wants you to enjoy your stay! The property is amazing. It has a patio garden with seats and tables to relax at and also eat breakfast at. The room decor was very nice and comfortable. You feel like you are in someone's home and the key is a skeleton key from the days of long ago. We were able to walk everywhere 20 to 40 minutes to get where we wanted but there is a city train/tram that runs you back and forth to the tourist/beach area of Nice running very regularly. We loved this place. It was perfect for what we wanted and it lives up to everything the website explains it to be. Feel comfortable making this reservation. You do have to contact the front desk before 9pm if you are checking in late after that. This is more a home than a hotel. Enjoy!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Villa Rose. It is outside the busy rush of central Nice, but still so easy to get into the centre on the tram, which is a 5-minute walk away. We were surprised with a free upgrade to our room, and our every whim was catered to. Breakfast - local Viennoisserie and breads, was delicious, and the bed was very comfy, as were the towels. Son was an amazing and hard-working host, and gave us the best recommendations of where to visit and where to eat. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and cosy place to stay, which isn’t in the middle of the tourist melee, we would highly recommend Hotel Villa Rose!

Charming boutique hotel with a cozy and beautiful garden, very clean and tastefully decorated room. The host were extremely welcoming, helpful and very knowledgable on the area. Breakfast was superb, served in the garden with fresh croissants, artisan bread, yogurt, cold meat, eggs, choice of coffee or tea as well as freshly squeezed orange juice.

Full Windows View was wonderful; too hot to use terrace and didn’t use the jacuzzi in bathroom. Liked the night tables/lamp by bed. Setting so pitturesque and lovely hotel. Good AC. Chef for breakfast was delightful—quite a breakfast buffet but only ate once. Coffee machine was great

Staff were all lovely and nothing was too much trouble for them. Loved our jacuzzi on the terrace of our prestige room. Standard room was very small in comparison. Breakfast was lovely - could perhaps have had more of a selection of fruit. Lovely view every morning. Shutters to completely close out the light and noise was minimal.

All staff are friendly and welcoming , rooms are good size , clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with stunning views, liked the fridge and tea coffee making facilities. Breakfast is plentiful with excellent choices, fresh and tasty- and stunning views in the breakfast room. Bus stop, supermarket, patisserie and brasserie nearby, 5 minute walk into old town, 10-15 mins to train station. We have stayed here 3 times- and will be back next year!

Taxi picked my husband and I from Nice airport to hotel and from there it was a lovely 5 days. Staff friendly - room very clean, view from balcony across bay lovely. Breakfast was plentiful - good choice and again Dani the "breakfast lady" very helpful. Buses across the road to Monaco or Nice or Menton very good, plenty to do. Plenty of restaurants in Ville France for meals in the evenings. Lovely to sit on the balcony at night. All in all, very enjoyable. Swimming pool in hotel very clean.

Great hotel overlooking the Mediterranean. Our room was clean and modern. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. The pool was refreshing and they gave us towels for the pool and the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served a very good breakfast with eggs made to order and many other nice choices. Eating breakfast on the terrace was one of the highlights of our trip. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect! Close to restaurants/bars, shops and places of interest like the beach and the old town. Jocelyne was lovely! She was very helpful and sorted out a problem we had with the safe promptly. We loved the coffee maker and had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast. We didn't use the microwave, hob or the washing machine. It was very quiet so great for sleeping. The bed and bathroom were very clean.

Great location central Nice, set back off of a main street of shops & restaurants. Quirky little 3rd floor roof apartment, Tribal decor was different, everything you needed & nice small balcony overlooking the restaurant garden below. Comfortable bed / mattress.

Close to the beach and great restaurants. Zero stress and at ease check in, thanks to the great positive receptionist. Welcoming, cheerful and helpful staff - we will come back Open 24/7 which is very important for us checking in and out at unconventional hours. Everything was great, size of the room was small but manageable for the price we paid Peaceful and relatively quiet. Spa area is new, clean, and in great modern style, for adults only which makes it exeptionally peaceful and relaxing. AC works great. King size bed.

Excellent location, the beach was just over the road, whilst the Old Town was a 10 minute walk away. The buffet breakfast was always good. The staff are very good and always helpful. The spa offered a good range of treatments and the staff were very professional. We enjoyed enjoyed a relaxing lunch at the beach club restaurant.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room I stayed in was immaculately clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They were always ready to help and answer any questions. Overall, my experience at the Rate Royal Antibes - Luxury Hotel was simply amazing. This was such a lovely hotel with a beautiful SPA, amazing view from the outside heated jacuzzi which we enjoyed very much, inside heated swimming pool was also lovely and clean too, friendly and helpful staff, a close walk to the old town of Vence. Absolutely lovely hotel and beautiful quiet property. We loved our Easter holiday here so much that when after 3 days here we moved to Cannes to another 5-star hotel we were still missing Cantermerle.

Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Absolutely loved the outdoor jacuzzi which had a fantastic panoramic view, and the indoor swimming pool. It was too cold to use the outdoor one. We had two excellent dinners, expensive but fabulous food and friendly staff who made a real effort to make sure we were comfortable. Room was a good size, huge bed and good size bathroom.

This was a lovely setting away from the busy world, and just close enough to Vence to be able to walk into for lunch and dinner etc. A great choice of restaurants in Vence. The staff at Cantemerle were very friendly and helpful. it wasn't too busy, and was very quiet despite being a child friendly hotel. The only disappointments were that for a 'spa' this place did not have a Sauna or a Jacuzzi. This was possibly my fault as I had been looking at many different hotels, and assumed this one would have them, calling themselves a spa! Also the breakfast was very expensive, and no other option, other than a 15 min walk up the road to Vence! You were not allowed to take your own food and drink in the room, and there were no Tea or Coffee facilities. Half a bottle of champagne was 38 euros from the mini bar!

Excellent location, few blocks from the promenade and walking street. An easy walk to Old Nice. Fabulous atmosphere, helpful and friendly staff at the desk and restaurant. Room 476, the best! Spacious, bright, and quiet with balcony. Relaxing by the pool and in the lush garden, quiet and peaceful. Great dinner menu..as a side note it was fun to practice my Dutch! Highly recommend a stay there!

A very special hotel in Nice, rooms are impeccable albeit apparently each one with a different style and decorated decades ago. Of course all amenities (beds, tv, bathrooms) are modern. Our room had a Greek inspired painted wall and we loved it. The garden is wonderful and literally magical. There is a small pool and many places where to relax and dream. On the 5th floor there is a gym. Sauna/hamman come with a fee. We didn't have breakfast but saw it is a small buffet style with everything one needs (18 euros) There is a beautiful bar and a restaurant in the evening. There are stairs (about 8/9 steps) to get in the hotel, so I dont think it is suitable for people with significant mobility issues. There is a small parking available for 18 euros a day (to be reserved ahead of your stay) Finally , the staff is very kind and helpful and we were welcomed with a smile from inception till the next day. Location is fabulous, 5 minutes from the sea (access to a private beach with a fee) and literally in the heart of Nice. You don't need a car if you are only staying in Nice and not visiting the area before leaving for another place. In conclusion: if you expect a modern sleek hotel, this is NOT for you. If you want a place with touches made by artists, filled with history, modern comfort ,a special feel and a utterly charming place, then you have knocked at the right door.

Well situated but quiet ambiance both inside and in the secluded garden area. Room very spacious with comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the garden as promised.A couple of slight niggles - a basin plug that wouldn’t retain water and a shower that was slow to drain and ran the risk of overflow. Breakfast decent but not exceptional. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The small room with twin beds was absolutely perfect for me and my friend. A lot of space to put clothes and things. Window in the bathroom was great. The shower was not the best because the floor was quite wet - when you did not pay attention. Breakfast was good. Tables were a bit too close to eachother. Perhaps one employee more needed, because the work was too much for one person. The bar could be more comfortable. The garden is great! Too bad we could not use the pool because it was not warm enough outside. The hotel is perfect located! Perfect for tram, station, seaside and shopping as well. Lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. We would definitely book the hotel again and will recommend to our friends.

The friendly, professional staff of this charming hotel raises the Windsor above the usual boutique hotel. Although we arrived too early to take possession of our room, we were greeted warmly -- and with glasses of orange juice which we enjoyed on the terrace. Our room, indeed the hotel itself, was decorated with imagination and an eye for convenience. Morning breakfast is served in the hotel's garden, accompanied by birdsong. The full breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and highly recommended. Although the hotel itself offers a sense of calm and quiet, it IS located on the corner of two streets and street noise is inevitable if your room faces the street and, like us, you like to sleep with your window open. That didn't dim our enjoyment. of our stay at all.

The royal apartment (which is essentially a penthouse with a hot tub on the second level) is luxurious. It showed some wear and tear, but the view and the outdoor jacuzzi at night was spectacular. I would stay again.

The location was prefect- short walk into Antibes and right on the beachfront with stunning views. Staff were helpful and friendly. Towels for the beach were included with the room- great. Breakfast delicious and good value at 15 euros each. The private beach was also lovely. It was quiet as late Sept, and some of the staff were great there too. Wish the beach was included in the hotel, or at least discounted more for hotel guests. 40euros a day added up but needed it at 6 months pregnant and to have sun-loungers. However if you wanted you could just use the public beach next to it and perhaps purchase a parasol and chair! Lovely restaurants and bakery nearby We would stay again for sure.

What stand out about this hotel are its private beach, beach bar, and the sea view from the room balcony. For a 10+ year hotel, it is in good condition. As it is right by the beach, a stroll on the Riviera promenade or a walk to the old town is very convenient. Leah Kline's jazz renditions in the hotel lounge are superb.

Second time of staying at this hotel. Perfect location overlooking beach close to all amenities and old town. Juan les Pins also within walking distance. Rooms very clean and comfortable with high quality bed linen.rRception made us feel very welcome and very helpful. We opted to have buffet breakfast,. Good choice of hot and cold food.

5days for work. Close to train station and s couple of small grocery shops. Views of harbour and bits of old town. Apartment had everything I needed- a comfortable bed, nice kitchen dining sitting area a balcony and an upstairs balcony with a jacuzzi and sun loungers - a treat!

We had a penthouse with terrace and jacuzzi with a view to the harbour. Lovely place to sip some pink champagne and relax. Beautiful courtyard and friendly personnel. Facilities are showing their age a bit; the safety box didn’t have a lock and elevator stopped working (twice). Great location with with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Walking distance from Picasso museum and two marketplaces. Some mosquitos as in most places in Southern France.

Frederic was the most helpful host we have had in a long time. We had a room with a terrace and a jacuzzi on it, it was a nice room. The view from the terrace is great. Overall everything was good. We also liked that the villa is located in a quiet residential area.

Frederic & Isabel were great hosts. Breakfast (between 8.30-9.30h) was delicious. We had the top floor room with a beautiful seaview and jacuzzi, which we definitely loved. Great, large (2x2m?) bed! Fridge in the room.

Our stay was perfect, thanks to Frédéric and his family for being such kind and friendly hosts. We enjoyed the calm, peaceful surroundings and lovely view while having a good breakfast. The pool is clean and warm, with chairs to sit and relax. The room was cleaned every day. Frédéric gave us helpful tips on sights to see and how to get to those places, and even gave us a ride to the Nice airport on our way back. Thank you!

I wanted to share a long week end with my family at the Mas de Pierre after a phenomenal 2-night stay solo in March. The place didn't disappoint. Quite the opposite, actually. We were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with our own garden and jacuzzi. This was a welcome touch and we very much enjoyed this wonderful and spacious room. Staff is friendly and responsive yet never in your face like it is in the US. We didn't try out the Michelin-starred restaurant as we preferred to explore dining options in the area. We will definitely be back some time soon as this hotel, for our taste and needs, is definitely a gem. And, yes, we can't wait to try out "La Table de Pierre" for dinner!

Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly A mere 10-minute drive from the hotel sits the illustrious medieval town of St. Paul de Vence, a veritable historical landmark replete with stunning vistas of the surrounding valley, as well as an array of shopping and dining options. Following our visit, we relished a delectable meal at a restaurant nestled on the western side of the village, affording us an unobstructed view of the breathtaking sunset valley. Nestled in a verdant hillside community near St. Paul de Vence, lies a well-concealed property that exudes the charm of a quaint little town. Our accommodation was outfitted with a convenient roll-down industrial gate, readily controlled by a bedside switch. Although we never found the need to utilize it, the added sense of security it provided was an absolute comfort, both day and night. Should you find yourself without breakfast plans during your stay, fear not, as the hotel's restaurant is open in the morning and offers a plethora of delectable options alongside top-notch service. Should you opt to upgrade your package to include breakfast, the experience is well worth the investment. Unfortunately, our experience was not as impeccable when we dined at Lis Orto for dinner. The service failed to meet our expectations, especially in comparison to the rest of our visit, and the food, while decent, was only average.

We'd booked for two nights but extended an extra night to enjoy this amazingly beautiful hotel and spa a little longer. The pictures on the website don't do justice to the natural beauty and serenity of the hotel. Our room was impeccably appointed with a balcony over looking the hills and gardens. The room seemed to have been recently remodeled since everything looked brand new, especially the gorgeous bathroom and shower. Service was top notch, from the bellman to concierge to restaurant staff. Breakfast buffet was exceptional, very french, and worth every penny. We had dinner at the restaurant (sat on the terrace, next to fountain) - a lot more formal than what we're used to in the States (even at our top restaurants). The hotel is only a few minutes from the village of Saint-Paul de Vence (a MUST see). We can't wait to return and hope to stay longer than three nights since we didn't have time to swim in the pool or use the hammam/spa.

We had amazing experience staying 2 weeks at Domaine du MAs di Pierre. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. My husband and I visited South of France on many different occasions. This hotel exudes more elegance and class than other 5 star resorts in the area, such as Carlton or Martinez . Location is absolutely perfect for being so close to multiple towns worth visiting, but you come back to relax in the oasis of class and superb service. There are multiple pools and area of relaxation surrounded by the Provence landscape. The new Spa with its amenities is absolutely amazing and I had 3 massage. Breakfast should be mentioned because of quality of local products and presentation. We had a pleasure to meet GM Audrey Jorge and I understand why this place is so incredible. She supervises and oversees every aspect of of the operation and make sure that all guests are very happy. Every member of the stuff, the valets, reception, Spa, housekeeping, restaurants are very well trained. She was not only present but incredibly warm and welcoming , making us feel like valued Guest rather than visitors. She helped us with local recommendations and simply was checking on us to make sure we were comfortable. Overall , we rate this property 10 out of 10.

I'd like to start my review by admitting that one day after checking out of Le Mas de Pierre, I went back on hotels.com to try and book another stay. I really enjoyed my time. From the staff, to the room, to the beautiful grounds, to the location, Le Mas de Pierre was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They really went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxation. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL. The herb gardens smelled amazing. The bird sanctuary was a really unique experience I happily stumbled upon. The pool area wasn't busy and the ideal place to lay out and relax. Don't miss out on taking a trip to the old city, Saint-Paul-De-Vence, right near by. Great food, beautiful views, and the shuttle provided makes it a breeze. I WANT TO GO BACK!

The rooms are great with jacuzzi, fluffy towels and nice bleiben and furniture. The pool is nice and the bfast very romantic in the garden. The hotel manager went beyond to help us. My dress got lost by the laundry service and the hotel manager Mathieu went to the facility to retrieve it and brought it to us the next day. Fantastic service!

We had a lovely time at the hotel, staff were friendly and very helpful, Shelley was just so helpful with any questions we had. The pool area was great, clean, good sunbeds very relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was good would have liked abit more variety, maybe eggs sometimes. Parking was abit tight but we managed to get the car in the space.The walk to eat at night was no problem as it was only 15mins away .Lovely restaurants in the walls of st.paul de vence,.There was a lounge in the hotel but did not use it as it was tucked away behind the front desk, didn't see anybody use it. It would have been nice to sit when you have just walked back from the 15 walk back from the restaurants, also no bar which would have been good. It would be welcoming to have the lounge at the front and the kitchen and reception at the back,(just a thought).We had a lovely room on the top floor with lovely views of pool and nice and sea. Overall a lovely hotel.

The rooms were charming and beautifully decorated. We really enjoyed looking out over the pool from our balcony with a cup of coffee after breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! The pool area was also well appointed with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing during the heat of the day. It is a short, easy walk from the hotel to Saint Paul de Vence, a stunning fortress, now teeming with gourmet restaurants, shops and art galleries. We loved walking along the former rampart walls and getting lost amongst the cobblestone alleyways that you can practically touch both sides of with your shoulders! Sunsets were stunning from the lookouts, and we highly recommend splitting a croque monsieur while watching or after playing a game of “boules” in the beautiful square outside the fortress walls. The hotel is also about a ten minute drive from a bustling shopping centre that offers many delightful French boutiques and department stores, the typical high street shops, a bakery and grocery store. It was the perfect place to stock up on wine for our hotel room and grab a few necessities after our luggage was delayed. We would absolutely stay here next time we visited South of France! It is a beautiful, quintessential French hotel tucked into the picturesque hillside. It is peaceful and quiet, and so close to many attractions and amenities.

We stayed 4 nights and would definitely come back again. As a couple it was the perfect vacation for us: You can relax at the pool (which was never too crowded and very quiet) or you can explore the côté d'azur. In 15 minutes by foot you can reach the village where are plenty possibilities to enjoy a tasteful dinner. The hotel and the rooms are very charming and romantic with a special French atmosphere. The staff was really friendly and especially the manager was helpful at all times. Breakfast was also tasty and more than sufficient for us. We can also recommend to order some wine and enjoying the balcony in the evening.

Absolutely stunning location. Beautiful room with balcony and breathtaking views. Lovely breakfast. Very romantic and relaxing hotel. 5 minutes walk away from Triple 7 bar/ restaurant which is perfect for lunch. Walkable to Saint Paul de Vence about 20 minutes although uphill. We took uber for 8 euros sometimes.

The place was located close to the beach, boutiques and restaurants. The staffs were friendly and helpful and maintained professionalism throughout. We were pleased with the level of care the staffs have shown us and the hotel was very clean. We loved the Jacuzzi above the hotel.

It was really great the accommodation the room is big, it’s clean and the roof top it’s beautiful nice view with jacuzzi and the staff’s it was really nice , highly recommended.

Loved this hotel. Super cute and quiet at night even though you are steps away from all the action on Rue D'Antibes, The Croisette and the beach. Beautiful rooftop patio that was mostly empty (October.) It has a hot tub with nice views. There is also a sunny patio near the reception filled with plants and a cool vibe where you can work with a laptop and enjoy a coffee. I had the breakfast buffet on some days. Nice selection of items - cereals, baked goods, fruit, cheese, cold cuts, smoked salmon, yogurt, juices, bread and pastries, and boiled eggs. The staff were all friendly. They have umbrellas for guests to use—ideal for the downpour we had on one day. Shops and restaurants are around the corner and many more are ten minutes away. The bathrooms are clean and efficient (no tubs), the beds comfortable and the in-room coffee service is refreshed daily. The main train and bus station a 10-minute walk away. The only thing this property needs is new carpet in the hallways and rooms Otherwise, it's a great spot and highly recommend it.

Best Western Patio is on a quiet street but close to everything. Two elevators. The roof terrace and patio added to the pleasant experience. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff always pleasant. Room has just enough room and bathroom is modern and clean with walk-in shower. Will stay here again.
