Our host was really very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lots of tips for good restaurant and places so dont afraid to ask. And definitelly try to stay for dinner, atmosphere in there is really nice :) And also I can recomend to try their sauna and jacuzzi, its really romantic

The bubble experience was awesome. We didn't get cold or hot. That was perfect. The jacuzzi is a good complement with a nice terrace.The staff is very helpful and very kind. You will enjoy the stars all night long! There is also a chill place with a swimming pool and matrices to relax.

The bubble experience was stunning. I’d rather recommend to take the bubble with the jacuzzi to fully feel the night sky staying outside too. Will try it next time we have such opportunity. I’d like to repeat it.

Andromeda was an experience! I loved the retreat vibe, it looked like we were alone in the middle of no where. The jacuzzi was relaxing and heated. The bed comfy. We opted for a dinner at the hotel which was also really tasty. The staff extremely friendly - shoutout to Vittoria! Lucky us we experienced sleeping under the stars, a sudden but refreshing rain and the sunrise and its beautiful colours.

We truly appreciated our stay at Hotel Rural. It was incredibly peaceful and harmonious, with stunning views and beautiful sunsets. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff working there were absolutely lovely- so kind and welcoming. We had several dinners at the restaurant, and each evening managed to outshine the previous one. The atmosphere was cozy and the food was exquisite. The location was perfect if you’re looking for a mix of easy access to the city life and the nearby national park for hiking, and it was a big plus that the hotel offered parking! On our last day, we also booked their spa, which was the perfect way to unwind after long hikes and a wonderful end to our vacation. We can’t recommend this place enough and truly hope to return soon!

The apartment is ok, comfortable, very good location everything would be close to max to enjoy if the owner read my message...Before we book, we read the reviews and I noticed that other travellers complained that they booked a particular apartment, but received another, with less facilities/amentities than described. Then I sent a special message to the owner in which I emphasized that I hope we receive the apartment with the Jacuzzi. Well, the story repeated and we also had another one (without). The owner was so bold to behave like we have not understood and booked not the right one(lol, he played dumb), but wenn I showed him my message he said he has not read it. So pitty, if he did not play that way not with us only, but also with so many people, his property would get even a better rating from us. So, be aware, if you really need a Jacuzzi, you will NOT receive such.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at North Coast Apartments and I can't express enough how impressed I was with every aspect of my experience. From the moment we stepped through the doors, we knew this was going to be a special stay. Warm greetings and genuine smiles made me feel welcome right away. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed about the hotel amenities and local attractions. The rooms itself exceeded my expectations. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the terrace room. Waking up to panoramic scenes of Puerto de la Cruz was a treat for the senses. The combination of exceptional service, a well-appointed room, stunning views, and a prime location made for an unforgettable experience.

This place was great, the location was perfect to walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It was good having a convenience store right outside and one behind the building. Overall the room was clean and modern. I also liked that the host shared daily things to do in Tenerife over text :)

Beautiful finca close to Orotava, equipped with everything we needed. The Bodega was wonderfully redesigned into a modern place, and the jacuzzi was a great way to wind down after a day full of activities.

We fell in love with the place. It’s just minutes away from the centre of La Orotava but it feels like a safe haven. We enjoyed a few times the jacuzzi with view of the ocean. The apartment is very cozy, beautifully decorated, has all the amenities to be comfortable and a fully equipped kitchen to cook and prep meals.

Beautiful area with amazing plants and terrace area. Well refurbished spacious house. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Amazing whirlpool for cozy nights.

The property was clean, comfortable with all the necessary equipment for the kitchen, to cook and feel like home.

Convenient location to walk into the town. Secure home (gated property). Parking on site. Property was lovely and very clean. Nice that the hosts left us some drinks on arrival.

One of the best hotels and definitely the best cuisine in the main restaurant! That is the hotel with the entertainment for everyone: children can find a lot of water activities, there are disco, kid's clubs, cars (our kid loved it!), also there are activities for teenagers. Family pool, kid's pool, pool for adults, jacuzzi and pool on the roof, where you can be naked, SPA, tennis, golf, bar with a beautiful pool with the city view for adults only. Convenient location near Playa del Duque. Friendly staff, client service, super cleaning. But our favorite was the restaurant with a great variety and quality, extra Thanks for seafood. And the solution for children, who can play in the kid's zone, while parents are eating, is so great! As well as sunbed service: you can order drinks and food and enjoy it near the pool, which is super convenient for the parents with children, who can not sit in a restaurant :) There is a lot of everything in the hotel, but it is so well thought out so no one bothers each other. And also thanks for the beach bag and flip flops, welcome fruits and presents for the child, cake for the birthday, help with the car rental and a piece of advice where to go and what to visit :)

Amazing stay at the GF Victoria. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Having 2 toilets and 2 showers is a real bonus! We stayed in room 607 which had views of the pool, but no sun on the balcony. Next time i would try and get a balcony that got some sun We stayed half board and the food was fresh and delicious. Always a good choice. Lots of vegetarian options as well which is great. A lot of families and young children in the hotel. But the rooftop bar is adults only and there is an adults only section in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

A truly incredible hotel! Breath-takingly gorgeous, clean, with magnificent architecture and design choices. A really cool sky bar with a fantastic view and a million different beverage options for whatever suits your taste. It was amazing that the hotel had its own aquapark for kids, even though the kids were not with us. On top of that, it was very convenient that there were two separate pool zones: one for families, the other adults only. Since it was a romantic vacation, we appreciated it greatly. Very friendly staff made it even better, especially the people working at the reception. We would also like to underline the sheer level of quality of dishes at all of the restaurants. They were really top rank. In addition, it was greatly convenient that we had a big balcony and there were two bathrooms, even though we had a standard apartment.

We stayed at the GF VICTORIA in Tenerife for a week on June 2nd and tonight is our last night / and all I can say is wow from start to finish this hotel and the staff are all first class . It has everything you could ever want and more plus has all the bits extra that makes it the perfect holiday. The gym has been newly updated I believe and I spent a fair bit of time in it and it was fantastic- we stayed bed and breakfast and the breakfast had everything- it was the best breakfast we’ve had ! The pool , slides , surf machine, climbing walls tree house climbing, and driving simulators downstairs all leave any kids fully entertained if needed the staff do a excellent job - also games and activities all day too so never a dull moment - we never watched any shows because we went out at night but I heard they was at a good standard from other guests. The bars in gf Victoria were decent- upstairs looked amazing with the infinity pool and bar but we had a young en so we couldn’t go in . All the staff were so polite and friendly and the house keeping staff and all the cleaning team keep this place spotless- my wife had a back massage and said it was the best she’s ever had - so good she had 2! Honestly if you have booked a holiday here you won’t regret it - it’s close by to everything shops restaurants retail park - and we will be back at this magnificent 5 star hotel !

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights at the end of June/July and had the most wonderful time. The hotel is without a doubt one of the cleanest, friendliest and most comfortable hotels we have stayed in. The staff are super attentive and friendly, our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh water and chocolates delivered in the evening. The balconies are spacious and great to sit at if you have a view of the evening entertainment and choose to watch from there instead of the outdoor seating. We ate at the restaurant by the pool twice and found the prices to be reasonable as well as delicious and exceeded our expectations. We did try the food truck one day but found the food to be of poorer quality but again, the staff were fun and friendly. The animation team provided great activities for the children and ours loved the splash park on level 5. Another bonus was the fact you could always get a sun lounger by the pool as there’s signs to say you cannot reserve them and belongings will be removed which we saw happen. Our only slight negative is the evening entertainment, given the quality of the hotel we felt it could be better. It was very repetitive (3 times in a row it was an acrobatic display, albeit different people) it would be good to have more dance displays or singers. However, this would not stop us visiting in the future, we will definitely be back!

Could not hope for any better than that. The breakfast buffet is very well supplied and attended. The in house restaurant (Salazar) has a stunning menu (don't miss it!) My partner and I had the most incredible stay at this hotel during our honeymoon! From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded our expectations. Views & Location: The views were simply breathtaking. We had a room overlooking the ocean, and watching the sunset from our balcony was unforgettable. The hotel's location, right by the water, made it feel like we were in our own private paradise. Facilities & Pool: The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool by the ocean was a dream come true—perfect for relaxing with a stunning backdrop of the sea. It was always clean, well-maintained, and never too crowded, giving us plenty of space to unwind. Breakfast: Breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from every morning. Whether we wanted something light or a full meal, the buffet had it all. Room Service & Reception: Room service was impeccable—quick, efficient, and the food was always presented beautifully. The staff at reception were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests seamless. They even surprised us with a honeymoon gift, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.

This was perfect for the rest and relaxation we were seeking for our trip. Booked a sea view suite which was spacious and had views of the golf course and the ocean beyond. So many different areas to sit and relax in peace and quiet both indoors and outdoors. Lovely pool with many sitting/lying options for sun bathing. Staff were all very friendly and always with a smile. Restaurant was great with many options for breakfast and dinner, which varied daily and the complimentary drink on arrival to dinner was a nice touch. We spent most evenings at Icco bar, which has live music some nights and scenic outdoor seating area and also great staff - special thanks to Javier! Would recommend car hire if staying here and parking is no problem Loved it here and will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel is very lovely. it’s surrounded by golf fields and you can walk down (20min) to the ocean cliffs. The view is spectacular! The breakfast was good: you get many healthy options. I loved guacamole:) Also, chef can cook an omelet (as well as pancakes and waffles)… The dinner buffet was good as well.. The chef was super friendly and cooked for us fresh fish. The overall atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I also attended meditation sessions, it was very soothing. The spa and massage was really nice. The only weird thing is that you have to pay for spa 15€ … The weather in beginning of March was perfect ( although slightly cold in the evening). Overall the staff was really professional, friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel and will come back.

Melia hacienda del conde was a recreation of living the telenovelas dream. The room space was amazing- with the walk in wardrobe which made my holiday the bathroom: walk in shower , rituals products(very appreciated) bath and the bide' in the toilettes- which was a detail i very much apricated. Tha balcony view and space for a chilling moment. And the overall atmosphere with the swimming pools, palms, cactuses ( my new crush :))) ) and all the terraces , bars restaurants , SPA, gym, Golf club and one of the most amazing golf fields in front of the ocean with los gigantes( mountains) on the back, made the experience very unique. The staff: lovely , smiling professional :make you stay like you are at home. Special thanks to Jose for bringing my cafe con leche every morning, with no need to ask ..and to Bea - for making the SALAZAR restaurant experience amazing . The peace would be the better definition of this holiday .. Melia's atmosphere would inject this to you...

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were in a villa with jacuzzi & had a fantastic sleep every night thanks to the huge cloud soft bed & blackout blinds. The view from our terrace was fabulous. The room was very clean. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the little touches - a glass of bubbles on arrival, giving out watermelon by the pool etc. One thing I loved about this hotel is that unlike lots of other resorts, there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn’t feel like we had to compete for space. We loved the pool area, which felt like it was set in a garden - lots of trees and greenery etc and the cocktails from the pool bar are reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools so much that we barely left the hotel. We were very impressed with the breakfast & had an enjoyable meal in the property’s Italian restaurant one night too. The location is a bit further out so we had a long walk or an e scooter ride to restaurants etc. The beach is a short walk down a big hill but that wasn’t a problem for us.

We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. We’d accidentally booked a twin and they very generously switched us to an upgraded king room, and as we were handed a glass of Cava each we knew we’d made a good choice. The room itself was amazing. Super comfy bed & sofa, and nice loungers and a table outside on the balcony. Plenty of space around the pools to find somewhere to relax, and the drinks/snacks were great. We ate at the Italian restaurant on the lower level, but the upper level seafood place buffet area looked amazing under the fairy lights. There was some live music on, created a nice atmosphere. Food wine all great, and the service we got at the restaurant was above & beyond. Lovely touch having the tiramisu made at your table! It was delicious. Very reasonable prices too which surprised us - we paid more for a far lesser experience down on Fanabe beach. Breakfast buffet had everything you’d want & more & we arranged a late check out to hang around by the pool for the afternoon before our rearranged flight. It was pure chance we ended up at this resort but it turned out to be an amazing way to end a week in Tenerife. Already planning a return trip!

What an absolute treat this hotel was! It has a real classic, luxury feel with lots of big open spaces. The room was spacious with amazing views from the balcony- the shower with jets was particularly lovely! There is a nice variety in the pools, with several heated pools as well as the colder pools which are great for cooling off. Poolside bar service was brilliant and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was lovely, even including a glass of Cava. The Italian and Fish restaurants within the hotel were also great quality and good value for money. Amazing stay, we hope to return!

Lovely large bedroom with view of the ocean. Plenty of space to relax with full size sofa and balcony. The bed was huge and very comfortable and the bathroom was very large with a bath, separate shower, two sinks and separate toilet. Breakfast was wonderful- great choice of fresh fruits, yogurts, breads, cereals etc. The dining area is also very nice with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. The pool areas are lovely - you have a choice of several and there’s no shortage of comfortable loungers. It was also very calm with no noisy guests or loud music. A really nice mix of age groups and nationalities - mainly couples and a few families with younger children. Very good gym. Didn’t use the spa and didn’t dine at the hotel in the evenings so can’t comment about these. This isn’t our usual choice of hotel style (prefer small boutique style usually) but we were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again if we re-visit the island. It’s just perfect for relaxing for a few days. Lots of free covered parking which was important as we had a rental car. One other thing - the staff (without exception) are wonderful - attentive and genuinely friendly.

We had a lovely 8 days here. The staff were excellent, starting with a lovely welcome. Our room was lovely, beds comfortable and the room, indeed the hotel generally was kept spotlessly clean! It’s not near any restaurants though, which is something to keep in mind if that’s what you’re considering. We ended up paying for the buffet every evening, which turned out to be a good option - lots of choice. There are multiple pools to lounge about and plenty of sun beds. There is a cafe/bar service on hand all day around the pools and the food is of high quality. The breakfast, also a buffet, is served in the same place as dinner, which is on a terrace with fabulous views over the pools and palm trees of the hotel, and beyond to the sea and distant La Gomera. It’s a beautiful way to have a meal and a great place to watch the sun set! We had a glorious 8 days there, which is possibly a bit long in one place for us, but we would stay again!

This was our third visit to the hotel and I already look forward to our next! It is a luxurious hotel and all the staff are friendly and helpful and they really want guests to have a wonderful holiday so nothing seems to be too much trouble for them! We wanted a softer mattress or a topper and we got both instantly! We chose a superior room with sitting area and balcony with a lovely view of the mountain! The bathroom was spacious and the shower brilliant! I also loved having a Nespresso machine in the room! We thought the breakfast was excellent and I couldn’t get enough of the freshly squeezed kiwi juice and vitamin juice! Delicious! I particularly liked the Oriental restaurant so ate there mostly if we were not down at the seafront! There is a very useful regular shuttle bus up and down to the seafront which is always punctual! I walked in the very large gardens every day as I loved watching the swans and the huge amount of large Koi plus families of terrapins ! Relaxing and therapeutic! The spa is also wonderful with a choice of pools and jacuzzi’s! Another great thing is the evening entertainment as there is a variety of music so something different each night of the week! I could go on and on but I would say just go and book it you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us. The Hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful and immaculately maintained. Luxurious poolside teak loungers with thick cream fabric cushions are covered overnight and we noted they were being re-oiled early one morning. There is a pool attendant handing out fluffy towels. The spa facilities are fabulous. We loved the outdoor Spa pool and the jacuzzi 'hidden' in a glittering cave. We enjoyed a delicious lunch by the main pool - superb food and perfectly presented chilled drinks. There is a fabulous library with billiard tables and a beautiful aviary of exotic birds. The whole resort has an air of unpretentious exclusivity. My husband and I have decided we will retire to this hotel one day, and live out our days feeling like royalty!

Tranquil Tropical beauty everywhere you look. Lots of restaurants to choose and some have a dress code…a delicious buffet breakfast with an omelette and waffle station, many brunch items, fresh juice fresh fruit with bread, cheese, etc… you get a welcoming bottle of wine and fresh fruit in your room with a live red rose balcony to sit on it has table and two chairs… bathtub and shower are separate. Dorman baggage handler’s.. housekeeping is always readily available for any problems or concerns. The island is quite large. There are two airports that can get confusing. The north is closer to this location. If you book a transfer, make sure both your flights are going out of the same airport. Chic elegance. Cleverly stated.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Botánico Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis. I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening. Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful.

This is a beautiful hotel set in lovely gardens. We had a very warm welcome from Elena at the reception and we were dealt with friendly and efficiently. Our room on the second floor was very spacious recently refurbished with a view of Mount Tiede. Bathroom very spacious and lots of storage for clothes and shoes. The cleanliness of the hotel and grounds was excellent. Everywhere shone. The shuttle bus into the town centre was very efficient running every half hour otherwise it would have been a steep walk back to the hotel. The area was very quiet and an area of calm around the pool. The staff were amazing well trained and attentive. Juan Jose waiter at breakfast and Mario the breakfast chef were great and at checkout Carlos was friendly and efficient. Special mention to Antonio and Omar at the door. We enjoyed the food at the three restaurants being half board and Raoul at La Parrilla very knowledgeable. A great week

Restaurant was excellent - plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and genuine. Thank you to Vincent and Junior and the all staff for excellent service. The reception provides 5 star concierge assistance. This a special place which combines modern comfort and expertise of traditional hotel service rarely found any more. We will return as it was one of the loveliest hotel we’ve stayed in.

We have been to four different places around Tenerife (north through south) and therefore I believe we can compare hotels and the value we are getting price wise. This hotel-spa is a perfect combination. Breakfast/dinners: the menu is small but they nailed it. SPA: perfect location in the pines, the sun is always there and there is a nice chill temperature in the evenings (we stayed in the late May). The treatment (massage, pedicure, facial) were great as well. Highly recommend! Pool/saunas: there are two saunas (60 and 70 degrees), and a Turkish one. The swimming pool can be shaded if needed. Also there is a jacuzzi. We enjoyed these facilities. Rooms: large enough, especially for a couple. Location: within 20 minutes drive to watch stars next to Teide. And also about 20 minutes if you really want to go to the beach.

I enjoyed literally everything, the location is perfect. This place is ideal to disconnect and stay close to nature. There are a lot of amazing hiking spots in the neighborhood. The hotel is clean with a really nice SPA and I recommend using at least one option of massage - they are amazing. The staff is professional and very friendly. It's a very quiet, clean and beautiful place. I will be back 100% ❤️ Thank you guys for the hospitality and wonderful experience 🙏🏻

Helpful, friendly and welcoming staff - especially Vincente in the restaurant. The hotel is beautiful and set in large grounds with a great view. You can set out for short walks or long hikes directly from the hotel into the woods behind. We enjoyed the sauna,Turkish bath and pool. Breakfast was included and delicious with cooked choices and a large buffet. The room was very large and well presented.

I would highly recommend this hotel and the Adeje area. The hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. It more than lived up to it's 5 stars. From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name and welcomed at the barrier. Staff at check in served us prosecco and explained everything about the facilities, even to the extent of checking on food allergies and issuing a card to hand to restaurant staff so that they could advise The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good sized bathroom with slippers and robes, huge bath sheets and nice toiletries. A proper coffee machine and water available. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All of the hotel areas were pristine and all staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant food was so good that we didn't bother to use the specialty restaurants. Every day the buffet was different and catered to all ages and tastes. The pools were clean, huge pool towels and lots of sun beds. Cocktails and alcoholic drinks were really reasonably priced. The whole experience was relaxed and safe. We will definitely be back.

Everything was 10/10. We arrived there and didn’t leave the hotel until we were going home. There were plenty of sun beds each morning and even if you went out late you had no worry getting them. There were 3 pools to chose from, we spent most of our time by the infinity pool as it was quieter than the others. There was a super friendly young bar man beside this pool from Argentina so shout out to him. We went as a couple but it would be perfect for families also. The app the hotel used was brilliant - lots of activities each day; we did some water activities (aqua aerobics and water bike, both done by Noellia she was great). The food was great, so much selection each day (in the buffet) - we went for the all inclusive option and there was very little that wasn’t included (nothing we asked for wasn’t included). We did try the Italian one evening but it wasn’t anything special, I would stick with the buffet but nice for a change. There was live music every evening up in the bar area and we were served my the fantastic Khalid each evening. The staffs customer service was amazing, all so friendly and helpful. On our last day our flight wasn’t until later in the evening and we were able to use a room for a curtesy shower and to change to get ready to head home. All of the cleaners had our rooms spotless each day and any encounters we had with staff they were always so nice.

The resort is beautiful. Rooms are large and comfortable. A truly relaxing place. My only complaint is the dining options. The Italian restaurant is very good. Difficult to get a reservation. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Did not want buffet for dinner. The Japanese restaurant was closed on the weekend. Tried for a reservation on Monday and Tuesday they were completely booked. Long story short we ate Italian 3 nights and then gave in to buffet.

The pools are very nicely designed for people from different ages. The buffet is very delicious and healthy for both adults and children. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. The kids club entertainment is enjoyable for everyone not only kids, taxi takes you to the beach, or if you prefer, just stay in the hotel, lots of fun for a day, very family friendly. The view from the hotel is fantastic.

The hotel was amazing, very clean and lovely hotel staff. There were multiple bars in the hotel and restaurant. The pool downstairs was spacious, and they had a pool and rooftop terrace. You had to book the night before for the rooftop terrace and pay 25 euros for the bed, but it was worth it! Loved that it was adult only, and they provided a glass of champagne on check-in. The food was decent. I liked some options and some not so much, but there was plenty of variety. The rooms were clean and spacious and had a balcony with table and chairs. Overall, it was an amazing stay. I would definitely go back.

I slept better than my bed in this place. Seriously. Their pure cotton duvet is exceptional and I will change my own after experiencing how good it is. Their bathtub + shower combined bathroom felt spacious and served well for relaxation as well as a quick shower. The outdoor dining area had a spacious view of the area.

Everything is as nice or nicer than the photos. This is a large spacious, beautifully architected hotel. My room was a quiet harmonious oasis, with super comfortable beds, great air conditioning, a huge tub and separate shower. Wonderful helpful staff. The breakfast is lovely with options for everyone. All of the public spaces are beautiful and thoughtfully designed and decorated. Even the parking garage is pretty with wall art.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English. Parked in reserved space under the hotel. Room was very clean and air conditioned. Lovely outside terrace next to the bar.

The staff was so nice and helpful, the rooms very spacious and modern, the location was perfect right in the middle of the city. We enjoyed the pool with our 4 yrs old son and the restaurant food was excellent and very well priced. We will definitely be back!

A beautiful hotel in a very central location, with a lovely atmosphere and very friendly and supportive staff, especially on the Reception . A great base to explore LaLaguna from, it literally is only a short walk to the old town, which is a must see when in Tenerife. Our room was spacious and airy. It was very clean with comfortable beds, crisp fresh bed linen and great water pressure in the shower - which made for a very enjoyable stay.

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a walking trip in the island. Spacious room, good facilities, decent buffet breakfast, good bar and dinner served was good. Excellent location at centre of town and nearby to several cafes, bars/restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a great choice if you want to stay close to the airport before an early flight or after late landing. The rooms are clean and spacious, there is a great restaurant on site, front desk was professional and helpful, and they even provided me with a packed breakfast as i was leaving before they served breakfast.

The Hotel is in a perfect location. Near free parking space, near the center. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I had my best check in experience, the man at the front desk was friendly and extremely funny. I had a small issue that was immediately fixed. Breakfast was very good.

We have just returned from spending a week at the Sunlight Bahia Tenerife. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was spotlessly clean, spacious with excellent amenities including over a dozen british TV channels, comfortable large bed, daily housekeeping and a mini bar stocked with water, soft drinks and san miguel which was all included in the all inclusive option. The swimming pool and gardens are spotlessly clean and very well kept and the pool side bar was brilliant with serve yourself taps for beer, sangria, wine, soft drinks, coffee and tea. It was also a real bonus that one side of the pool was heated. The speciality restaurants were excellent we tried the Mexican, Italian and Brazilian the food was to a very high standard and the choice and quality as with the buffet restaurant was excellent. All the staff we dealt with were friendly, efficient and professional and where obviously highly trained in customer service. I have travelled extensively all round the world and I can honestly say this has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in, I would like to thanks the Sunlight Bahia Tenerife for the work that goes in to making the hotel such a lovely place to holiday. I stayed with my parents and my partner and we all had the most wonderful time and can't wait to return.

It’s clean, well kept and has character. Every consideration is made for guest comfort and enjoyment. Enough sun loungers for all, 3 lovely pool areas (although only one was warm enough to swim in) The food is good and the service in the buffet and other restaurants is excellent. The night time entertainment was good, some nights better than others, but overall excellent. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful and even the less friendly ones are not unpleasant, just more reserved. We only had two small dislikes ( very small and unimportant) we like to use our balcony and the view wasn’t the best and it rarely got any sun, as I said, not really a problem as such. The other little niggle for me was the shower curtain was too short and try as we might, we couldn’t help soaking the bathroom floor. As I said, just small things. Overall a lovely hotel which we would definitely recommend.

Another fantastic stay. Hotel is huge & we traveled in the school holidays but they cope with the numbers with ease. Plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Buffet restaurants excellent being shown to tables & waiter service for drinks makes it feel more like dining out. A La Carte restaurants included too we really enjoyed the Italian & Asian. Live music every night on the terrace. Help yourself to local spirits & mixers kept queues down. Staff always smiling & helpful. Booked a junior suite & were upgraded to sea view overlooking the infinity pool. Plenty of room for 2 adults & 2 children. Hotel is set on a hill but you can access everything with lifts the trick is to find out early how to do that otherwise there’s lots of steps & steep hill to get to restaurants & bar. Will be back

We really enjoyed our stay here, the setting is beautiful (especially the garden), the cleanliness is at a very high standard and the pools are fantastic. We loved the view to the sea from one of them. The food was plentiful with a wide variety of fresh fruit, vegetables and salads, the meat and fish selection was also good. Staff were friendly and welcoming, most of them had a kind word to say to our 2yo daughter. The rooms were nothing special but comfortable with a large bed. Nice views from the balcony in Mirador restaurant. Lively but not overcrowded place with very few drunks, most people are young families or mature couples. Loved the kids activities such as the "mini-disco" where we had a lot of fun!

Overall, this was a really nice place to stay for our first visit to Tenerife. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day, the food was plentiful and spoilt for choice. Drinks, as all inclusive, a little less quality but nothing awful. The beer was OK! We booked a Superior Room (premium) with a Jacuzzi/HotTub on our own balcony. Unfortunately it didn't work hardly at all during our 5 night stay. We made 3 calls and 1 reception visit and it was repaired twice in the first 3 days. Didn't bother days 4/5. On checking out, I mentioned that it was still broken, we didn't ask for any refund and none was offered, fair enough. But then the receptionist gave us a bill for 1 drink we'd had 'after hours' anything beyond 11pm is apparently chargeable, for 6 Euro. No card transaction allowed so we dug around and came up with 5.86. To which the guy said, rather sarcastically, he'd take it but didn't see why they should subsidise our bar bill! Excuse me, after we subsidised their lack of facilities. Weren't happy with that and felt a little embarrassed TBH. But didn't let it take away from a lovely few days in the sunshine, relaxing in pleasant surroundings.

Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje I recently stayed at Tagoro Family & Fun Costa Adeje with my three children, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience for all of us. The kids were absolutely thrilled, and the hotel truly lives up to its name as a family-friendly destination. The real gem of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. They treat you like family, always attentive, caring, and ready to go above and beyond to make your stay special. Their warmth and dedication made a lasting impression on us. The food was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste and preference. We were fortunate to stay during the Christmas holidays, and the hotel organized a fantastic program throughout the day, filled with fun activities and festive cheer. The highlight of the celebrations was the special Christmas dinner, featuring a delicious turkey that delighted everyone. Over the course of our seven-day stay, we fully recharged, soaked in positive vibes, and created wonderful memories. Most importantly, we left with a strong desire to return. Once again, I must emphasize how incredible the hotel staff are – they truly make your stay unforgettable and always go the extra mile to accommodate guests. Highly recommended for families looking for a welcoming and fun-filled holiday!

Apartments are very spacious and really handy to have a microwave for sterilising baby bottles and dummies as we travelled with our 5 month old. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Wi-Fi was pretty good, food was good for the price and at breakfast you can have a fresh omelette made with your choice of filling. Shower was powerful, room was clean and the aircon was good also. We liked the rustic look of the buildings also with their pretty colours. Although we spotted a few people reserving sun loungers it didn’t seem much of a problem and there was always loungers available. Initially we were told we couldn’t have late checkout but when I went back later a really helpful member of staff (forget his name but it began with a G and he wore a white shirt and smart trousers) sorted it for us for a small fee which we were very grateful for as we had a late flight.

Everything! Excellent room, large bed and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower. Huge bed. Private balcony which wasn't overlooked. Fridge and bath robe. Breakfast was amazing. So many options, delicious and fresh. Seven swimming pools. One heated, one adults only. Lots of sun loungers. The hotel and restaurants and pools didn't ever feel overly busy even though the hotel was full. The architecture and landscaping was beautiful too.

It is a really luxurious resort in a Mexican like style at the front of the ocean. We had a spacious suite with a really huge bed (>2m in width), jacuzzi, big terrace and ocean view. Also it was really nice to become a welcome present with champagne and dessert as we mentioned that we will be spending our honey week. As we had all inclusive all meals in the main restaurant and drinks on the territory of the hotel were included. The food was very delicious, varied and ingredients of high quality.

This is my second time at Barcelo Tenerife and I am looking forward for my third! The staff are exceptional, very professional, friendly and helpful. Loredana in the Plaza bar was extremely helpful and friendly through out or stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The adult activities and entertainment are very good and I liked very much the addition of sunset DJ. Also, Maria from the entertainment team (Sup Yoga and Hydro running ) was exceptional. Victor as well from the entertainment team. The food was very varied and every night a different theme! I enjoyed the Asian night very much and the breakfast was fantastic! I enjoyed it very much that I have asked them if I can buy some of the honey they were offering and they make it happen. Great customer service.

Hotel is beautiful, so aesthetic and great views. Lovely volcanic touches with black sand/cactus decoration. Big rooms with very cosy comfortable beds. Our balcony did front a nearby construction site however on the plus side, it caught more sun than the pool areas. Definitely worth going All Inclusive here as location is quite remote. The drinks options are great even includes good strong cocktails and aperol spirtz. Good selection of buffet dinner, themed each night, and good breakfast with fresh fruit juices. Wine/prosecco poured from bottle at lunch/dinner. Entertainment team are enthusiastic and try hard. Good range of activities run from hotel eg kayaking, segway tours, bingo, cocktail making. Heated family pool so great for winter sun/kids. Check out is 12.

The staff were so well welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We booked the special meal at the Italian restaurant and it was amazing value for money. The dining coordinator was superb and so helpful. The staff at the meal were brilliant especially the cocktail waiter and the head waitress. The room was super comfortable and the room had everything you could think of. The balcony was great just to sit and relax on. We were only there for a day but tried a couple of the pools. The breakfast and lunch were amazing spreads. It is so close to the airport that it makes the hotel a brilliant stop off point.

We were lucky, because we were offered a new room, on the upper floor, with a splendid ocean view and no noise. We were very happy and pleased and thankful for the reception team. Breakfast has a lot of variety— different fruits, smoothies, salads, eggs, cheeses… etc Grill Restaurant in the hotel is also very good with super attentive staff. Super hotel in Adeje, quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean and shops.

The hotel ambiance is truly exceptional. The staff's attentiveness and dedication contribute significantly to a delightful stay. The atmosphere is very friendly. The hotel itself is somewhat standard, attracting many tourists. The pool area tends to be crowded with limited space. Breakfast sees a sizable crowd, but the seating is well organized. The breakfast offerings are delicious. The pool bar offers less appetizing food; it's not recommended. However, breakfast is delicious, and there's a great terrace, including a rooftop area with a unique naked zone.

The restaurant was superb Breakfast Lunch and dinner were all exceptional. The restaurant was extremely large and busy at breakfast times. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Pool areas were all good and never had an issue getting sunbeds despite the hotel being full. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable.

Great value for money hotel with a great location. Easy access to the local area shops and bars, close to the market and not too far from the beach. Stayed B&B and the breakfast was lovely and great to see the robots in action taking plates to the kitchen! The adult only roof top pool area was fab! Relaxing and had a bar too so not far for drinks. Great views over the town and down to the beach. The reception and entrance is very grand and the pool areas are lovely. The rooms are spacious with good facilities. The hotel was due for refurb in Jan 2025 which was well timed as it it was in need of a freshen up not that it spoiled the holiday. It was a little confusing trying to negotiate the lifts and corridors to the room but after a day and a half we perfected it! Overall a nice hotel which was really good value for money

Loved our stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly on arrival and we were asked if we wanted our luggage taking to our rooms The rooms were big and clean, a little dated but I know the hotel is due to be refurbished soon. I had no complaints though, air con was good and beds were comfy. Buffet restaurant had a great choice of food at breakfast and evening, drinks arrived quickly and plates were cleared immediately. Both adults and children were happy with the selection of food on offer, it was nice to have porridge choice at breakfast as well. Pool area was brilliant, always sunbeds available and no big queues for drinks. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back

We stayed at the 2-bdr villa with own jacuzzi. The property is well maintained, has own yard and a nice sea view. Though not very secluded from the neighbours. The breakfast was excellent, we found everything we wanted and even more. The hotel is conveniently located and has a free underground parking. Our kids enjoyed the playground, pools,, mini golf and table tennis. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is an oasis of soulfulness in a sea of concrete resorts..! every villa is unique in colour and/or style, and shape, which makes it feel so much better than your average resort. and although it has a lot of villas it feels like a small place, like a boutique hotel. our villa had a jacuzzi and we used it ALL THE TIME! the kids LOVED it!! the restaurant of the hotel had really delicious options and the kids club was a delight - especially the dancing at 5pm! the jungle gym was great and there was mini golf and ping pong for the kids. the staff was always so thoughtful and friendly!

A great business model - private villas with your own small garden (or Jacuzzi / pool on the larger villas), plus all the benefits of a hotel e.g. restaurants, bars, pools, room service, baby sitting etc. The location is also great - surrounded on 2 sides by a golf course and an easy walk to the small fishing village of Caletta with an abundance of great restaurants.

We stayed for a one night stopover on our way to La Gomera. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. The room was a very clean and comfortable. There was a good food selection for both dinner and breakfast. The pool area was clean and well maintained. They seem to provide a wide range of facilities for families.

This is a quirky hotel with excellent facilities and friendly, helpful staff. It has separate areas in the restaurant and separate pools for adults only. One of these areas by the rooftop pool is a lovely space to relax with great views. We had a problem that meant we could not get our scheduled flight home. The staff were very understanding and accommodating and booked us an extra night no problem. The buffet restaurant was standard for this type of hotel, but the choice and quality were superb. There is a courtesy bus down to the beach area, which runs every 30 mins.

I simply liked everything. All the staff seemed to speak good English and they were kind and helpful. Very late check-in, no problem they even saved me some sandwiches and fruit. Everything was clean, properly clean from what I could see. The cleaning staff worked wonders and went beyond their duties arranging things in order and ensuring my room was nice. Perfect location for me, close to Papagayo and right across the road from the beach. The hydro jacuzzi bath was brilliant and the shower was quite strong and futuristic. Al was perfect for me and I enjoyed every minute.

This was our first stay in Hotel Alexandre Troya in Tenerife, with its convenient beachfront location, easy access to the beach, Bars and shops, with nightlife within walking distance (if you want it) making it ideal for those who want both relaxation and entertainment. The pool and sun terraces were spacious, the adults only infinity pool was great with a small bar that served drinks, and good snacks at lunchtime. We also enjoyed using the Spa facilities and booked in for a massage, which was very relaxing. We had an Alexandre room on the 7th floor with a large spacious terrace with several sun beds and seating with great views of the beach and surrounding area, oh and the wonderful Sunsets! The room was a decent size with a large comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Towels were changed every day and bedding once during our 5 night stay. The only minor drawback was not having electrical sockets where you need them (next to a mirror), but we managed using the one in the bathroom. Overall, it was a good choice for a 5‑night half‑board stay, with the beachfront location and helpful and friendly staff, and the buffet offered a wide selection of food, including fresh fruit, salads, and international dishes. We enjoyed the Aqua aerobics and the evening entertainment and also found time to relax and unwind!

Just returned from a fabulous stay at Hotel Troya and had such a great experience! The relax pool is insane – perfect for unwinding, with plenty of clean and well-maintained space around the pool areas. The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Rooms were bright, spotless, and had super comfy beds and pillows, which made for great sleep every night. The food was all-round good – the snack bar on all-inclusive is solid, but if you pay separately, there’s an even better selection (well worth it). The main restaurant has a strong variety, especially if you’re into high-protein dishes and fresh salads like me – you’ll never go hungry. We did eat out often because I love exploring local restaurants and cuisine, but it’s great knowing the hotel food is reliable. Location is spot-on, right on the main strip, but surprisingly quiet at night, so sleep was never disturbed. Only slight downside – the queues for drinks and snack bar could get long at times, and I think having more staff there would really help. Overall, Hotel Troya fully deserves its 4★ rating – we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return.

The location of this hotel was excellent, directly opposite the beach and broad walk, 15 minute walk from Siam Water Park and 20 minutes from the airport. The hotel is very clean, pool and beds are well maintained. Plenty of sunbeds and seating areas. The rooms are cleaned daily. There is entertainment in the day by the animation team and pretty average evening entertainment. The staff were all miserable, especially in the main restaurant. Only one person to take drinks orders which would take forever and the rest of the staff ignore you. The pool bar was extremely understaffed day and night with huge queues for drinks with no alternative place to get any drinks or snacks from. The food at the snack bar was fine at lunch, could be a long wait at times. The main restaurant was fine for breakfast if you're early enough but not a lot of fresh fruit options. The evening food was average at best. The buffet is small, with large queues building and food running out in some parts. If you have fussy eaters, don't bother. We 'managed' every day but would have preferred to eat elsewhere. Not a 4* food and drink experience. On the whole we had a good holiday but I wouldn't return for all inclusive.

The staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly. From the bellman to the front desk to the catering and cleaning staff - everyone was there to make the hotel guests feel very special. The room was big, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom spotless and clean. Bed linen and towels were changed every 3-4 days. The Mini-Bar always stocked up with a wide selection. Our balcony provided us with beautiful sun-loungers and awning overlooking the pool with the coastline in the distance. Direct cellar access to the golf course with the hotel's own buggies and locker rooms for your golf clubs. The breakfast buffet catered for your every need with waiter service bringing your eggs of choice and coffee/tea. The Maître d' remembered our breakfast wishes and room number after just one visit - impressive! What service! The outdoor bar provided a good lunchtime menu. Water bottles were delivered everyday together with the most exquisite little chocolates which we devoured in quiet ecstacy. Coming down in the morning to be greeted by a wonderfully refreshing air of menthol/eucalyptus was a very nice touch! The entire establishment (indoors and out) was an oasis of peace and tranquility. Absolutely perfect!

Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!

This hotel was like an oasis of calm and harked back to high service standards which many hotels would do well to emulate. Great dedicated staff who are happy to chat when engaged and want to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. The food and accomodation is first class, room and bed could not be faulted, very clean and stylish, great balcony size and views. It is a golfers paradise, your own lockers for clubs and electric buggies with GPS maps in basement, room key access to course, best set up we had ever encountered. The course is good and varied, ideal for holiday golf and in good condition . As a couple we were paired with others from the hotel which proved to be beneficial to us, we met and played with some lovely people. It was a good half hour walk into Las Americas if you want a little more activity, the contrast between the serenity of the hotel and the bustle of the town could not be starker. We took a trip out to Caleta one evening and had a lovely meal at restaurant 88. After golf the hotel pool was very welcoming and warm with plenty of sunbeds and again attentive staff. There is also a spa and gym at the hotel which we didn't get time to use. Overall if you are looking for something special Las Madrigueras fits the bill perfectly, it may be a little more expensive than others but you have to pay a price for quality, highly recommended.

What a beautiful hotel this is. Everything is amazing. We do not play golf we just love the hotel, the pool area is lovely & quiet, the staff are so friendly. Breakfast is delicious. Going out in the evening for food is €6 in a taxi. There’s a little shop near by for anything you need. The restaurant in the hotel is good for evening meals & there’s a nice patio area for lunches. I’ve been to this hotel 6 times now & will continue to go another 16.

The hotel is fabulous. Check-in was easy, the pool is heated, the room is generous, the staff are friendly, the golf is convenient. However, you need to go out for the evenings. The Piano Bar has a piano but nobody playing, there is nobody attending the bar (they are waiting the restaurant) so there is zero fun in the evenings. Plan on a taxi and finding better evening meal and drinks options and you won’t be disappointed!

We came here for our honeymoon. After 2 awful hotel experiences, which we left early, we found this gem. Samuel checked us in and offered us a room upgrade after we explained our situation. He was extremely helpful, friendly and pleasant. We ended up upgrading to all inclusive because we were so impressed. Room was cleaned regularly, lovely spacious balcony with a pool view, and a comfy bed. The pool area is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. The food is lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. Hubby especially enjoyed the breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful. There was one barman, I believe he was called piscente, who served us each night and was very friendly and accommodating. The evening entertainment is great with a lovely atmosphere. Our whole experience was brilliant. We plan on returning in January for my husbands 30th birthday. It's in a great location and we very much enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas, with the beach a short walk away. Taxis are available regularly outside the hotel, and they provide luggage storage if you have a later flight. There is also a little shop within the hotel which sells essentials which is super handy. Couldn't recommend more, can't wait to return. We've also considered bringing our children at some point as the kids entertainment was great too.

Wonderful classic old hotel in the centre of town. Free parking is nearby with a drop-off outside hotel in one way cobbled street. Marvellous wooden interiors with multiple art deco, rennie mackintosh, features, and furniture. Big bedroom with all mod cons. Jacuzzi bath in bedroom. Small bathroom with walk-in shower. The dining area is situated around the small pool, which we didn't feel was ideal. Didn't really want to swim in front of people dining. The food was excellent, as were the staff. On a cobbled street in the sleepy town of Garachico, Hotel San Roque offers a truly unique experience for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of resorts, and stay in boutique comfort. The rooms are spartan but comfy. We stayed in one of the duplex rooms and the split-level layout made it feel spacious and unique. The staff were amazing -- helpful, patient, friendly, and accommodating. Not only would I recommend the place, I'd probably go back. Its a five min walk to the ocean and you can sit in rock pools dotted on the ocean-front of Garachico if the sea's quiet enough. There's some great restaurants around the town and the hotel's restaurant is among the best. There's not much to do in Garachico and you benefit from a hire car to get around to the local beaches and to go hiking around El Teide. Also, the drive from Tenerife Sur Reina airport is not for the feint-hearted at night (narrow winding rounds on a mountain) but by day the views on that journey are stunning. Also, the hotel and town are worth the effort!

This hotel is one of a kind. Very tasteful and luxurious without being ostentatious. The staff were all so helpful and attentive. Its quiet and peaceful. There are lots of places to sit and relax, Airy cool courtyard, Enchanting pool area, fantastic roof terrace, and welcoming library and bar area. The bedrooms are sheer indulgence with your own Jaccuzzi bath in the bedroom and plenty of space.

We just stayed for a week in a junior suite to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday and were really pleased with our choice. Our room was the one above the breakfast area looking straight onto pool below. Firstly staff were fantastic they arranged for us to have a special desert selection as part of the meal we booked for our first day there. The standard of food in hotel it top rate we ended up eating there twice it was so good. Reception staff were very helpful with everything we needed. Bar/ wait staff were great at bringing us whatever we ordered to any space in the hotel we wanted to sit including our room. Room was huge even had diffuser on hairdryer! Only negatives it was slightly dark I think due to low energy bulbs and WiFi was a bit slow. It was great to have both a roof terrace and pool area to sit out by roof had better views externally and was a bit warmer but pool was private and secluded and temp in pool was great I went in quite a few times. The location of hotel was very central I think everything was max 5 min walk away. I would totally recommend this hotel to people who like hotels on the smaller side and the restoration of the building is a great job there are so many areas to sit and enjoy it. I would defo ho back.

I enjoyed a short holiday at villa de Marcos. The apartment was immaculate, every surface shiny and every corner dust free. The attention to detail was clearly evident, with fresh linens and a well-organized layout. The apartment was not only spotless, but also beautifully decorated, combining comfort and style. The double bed ensured a good night's sleep after exploring the city and surroundings during the day. The kitchen was fully equipped, so you could prepare your own meals. What made my stay unforgettable was the peaceful atmosphere of the apartment. It was a peaceful retreat from the busy city streets, a place where I could recharge and relax without any disruption. Nevertheless, the sea, restaurants, etc. were within walking distance. In short, my holiday was nothing short of perfect, largely thanks to the impeccable condition of our accommodation. It's rare to find a place that exceeds expectations in cleanliness and comfort, but this apartment did just that. I left the villa feeling refreshed and grateful for the care and effort they had put into maintaining such a wonderful holiday spot. Beautiful property, it is well maintained and very clean. The host María was extremely helpful and friendly. She provided help with bus lines and taxis, checked in to make sure everything was ok and continuously encouraged me to reach out if I needed anything further.

Luxurious villa with lots of space, we booked the whole villa for 14 people. All rooms had en-suites and we had a private pool. Quiet neighbourhood with bars & shops a short walk away. Maria was beautiful inside & out, making us feel welcomed and at home in her villa, we left feeling like part of the family! We had a slight issue with the electric but Maria came straight out to help resolve this and really appreciated the fast response. Would definitely go back again without a doubt!! Great value for money and fully equipped with everything you needed, including fridges in every room and BBQ outside with seating area. Loved every minute of our stay!!

I loved this place. I just arrived one day after they opened their doors. Was supposed to stay for only 2 nights, but I loved it so much and stayed 3 more nights. Everything is brand new, super clean, beautiful, modern and luxurious. Maria & her daughter Daniella are the best, they are so kind and lovely and I’m so grateful I could stay at their villa. After I booked this hotel I started reading bad reviews but once I got here I couldn’t understand why. The hotel is big, rooftop pool (it’s abit cold but what pool isn’t ?) , the jacuzzi is warm it has a button to turn it on, it could do with a sign to say press the button because it blends in with the floor. The breakfast was decent, the staff are friendly it’s a very quiet hotel perfect for relaxing , very close to golden mile and the beach & all bars and restaurants. I would stay again

We had breakfast and it was okk. Awarage normal breakfast. We had very dirty room there was other peoples hair and towels was dirty with black stains even we were not used them. Reception fixed everything for us. We had late check out 50 €. Roof top pool and jacuzzi was was very nice with the view. Location is so good, everything you need relaxing holiday is near you. Area is quiet. Even hotel is 4 star hotel I would not say it is, cleanliness and no even water in the room maybe totally not 4. But because it's location in the end we were thinking to come back other time.

This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. It also has a small pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. They were both quite cold, so that could've been better. Hotel room was very clean and again the view of the mountains, seeing the sunrise every morning was great. Room and bathroom were both very spacious. Bed was also very comfortable. Only downside was the slow wifi so if that could be improved, the room would be perfect. Overall, I had a great experience at Hotel Zentral. Which is why ive been there twice already 🙂 looking forward to an upgrade next time I go 😉

Our recent luxury hotel stay was a truly delightful experience, thanks to the excellent location, food, staff, and amazing entertainment. An incredible luxury hotel located by the sea which was a highlight, with amazing walks and stunning views. The food and choice at the buffet was exceptional and the service was brilliant. The multiple pool area with the fantastic infinity pool looking out to the sea is truly breathtaking and a standout feature that any guest would be lucky to experience. The view alone is worth the price of the stay, and the infinity pool gives the impression of being at one with the ocean. The variety of pools available provides a super range of options for guests. The pool bars are a great addition, offering a wide selection of drinks and snacks to enjoy while soaking up the sun. The menu choice is impressive, with options for both light snacks and more substantial meals. Plenty of WC facilities available which were very regularly cleaned. There was, what looked to be a well stocked gym and spa with plenty of beauty treatments on offer at a good price, which we did not use this time but maybe the next. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was faultless and the beautiful decor added to the luxurious feel. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.

The staff were superb - from arrival to departure we received excellent cheerful service from everyone. The food was great - a super large buffet for breakfast and dinner, with the alternative of two small speciality restaurants, one Spanish, one international. The view from the restaurant out over the sea made the dining experience even better. The music and evening entertainment, outside under the stars, was always something live, sometimes singers, sometimes a band, but always fun. A selection of lovely clean pools and pool bars, and easy access out onto the dark sand beach and the path along the shoreline of the Adeje Coast.

Breakfast was excellent with super choice ranging from fried English to fish, fruit etc. It was even better eating breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pools and the sea. Dinner was buffet style with plenty of choice. Waiters always polite and attentive. Room was fab - we had a sea & pool view on 3rd floor. Spotlessly clean Situation of Hotel was great with a lovely stroll along the promenade towards the more built up area of Adeje if we wanted it. Really could not fault the hotel. This was our 3rd stay at the Riu Palace and we recommended to our friends who came with us who really enjoyed it.

This is a proper Hotel. Everything about it is done well. The room was a great size we booked a sea view - the views and sunset were fantastic. The bathroom was just as good the rain shower was excellent. The choice of food at dinner and breakfast was exceptional the quality was also good. Most of the hot food was on a buffet style so it would lose a bit of its freshness, but still very good. The staff have obviously been briefed about the importance of service everyone of them was brilliant. There is the usual sunbed run early in the morning - there was no shortage of sunbeds but some spots are better than others so towels are spread out on most beds early. The pool area is very relaxed and again the service is great. We had 12 days here and enjoyed every one of them

We loved the location, in front of the beach. Lovely to walk around or go for a run. The swimming pools are awesome and you can easily swim in the sea too. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are very spacious, breakfast was fantastic and we loved the restaurant terasse with the view. Overall we loved our stay and happily come back.

Just back from an amazing Holiday at the Villa Mandi really love this place rooms are spacious, and very clean with big balconies, great for families. Two big main pools with loads of sun beds so no rushing about in the morning to try and get sunbed’s. Staff are all great so welcoming and friendly very approachable. We went all inclusive have to say the food was lovely a great variety to choose from even when getting the chef to cook meat the food was nice and fresh. Overall, a relaxed, family-friendly resort with good value and a welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely be back again next year this is the only place I could say iv had a one of the best relaxing holidays Villa Mandi is a must to try if your looking a good resort friendly staff and clean resort.

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS! We've just returned after a week and we had a brilliant time. Rooms were spotless, spacious and modern in design. Beds were comfy, even the pull out bed! Personally, I thought the food was lovely from breakfast to lunch to evening meal. The grounds were always clean and maintained to a high standard. Reps not only got the kids involved in activities during the day but also the adults! Loved it. It is a short distance to the beach but with two young children, we did the 22min walk plenty of times with no issues. If you go all inclusive you have unlimited access to Siam Park and the hotel put on a return shuttle bus daily. This was fantastic however taxi only cost 6 euro to get there. Only issue we had was our room was ground floor directly facing the pool and the kids and other guests used our 'balcony' as a football pitch/goal so we had the football being kicked until late, at our doors. I think staff could have questioned this I agree that kids entertainment should be brought forward. I know kids stay up late on holiday, but with the sun exhausting the kids, it was a little too late. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Going out of their way to assist guests when they could.

Great location for a chilled week away. Location not far from Los Cristianos & Las Américas, about 30 mins walk or €6(5 mins drive) in a taxi. Pools & pool area great, one pool heated, depth from 1m to 1.4m. Usual pool side activities if you wish to join in. No sunbed wars - I couldn’t believe it! We went all inclusive, breakfast served 8am to 10am. Good selection from full English, continental, pastries, cereal, fruit & omelette station. Lunch in the restaurant 12:30pm to 2:30pm, salads, burgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken & fish cooked to order. Dinner 6pm to 9pm. Steak, fish, turkey cooked to order every night plus other options which slightly vary each evening also Fries, nuggets & pasta. There was evening entertainment but we didn’t watch it. Only a small bar area for drinks in the evening, I think most people drank on their terrace. Room clean, spacious, large terrace. We were on the ground floor but would look into the suites next time as they looked nice with rooftop terrace. Drinks ok, cocktails not included in all inclusive. We paid a good price for family of 4 so we’re happy with our week away I wouldn’t want to pay more.

The facilities were second to none. We stayed in the Royal Level and it was worth it if you want a quieter holiday with adults/older children. Also, the restaurants were quieter in Royal. The food was fairly similar in both, being excellent and fresh with a good choice. The Royal restaurants had more table service for drinks and felt more like a proper restaurant than buffet. The staff were excellent; very friendly, efficient and professional. The management were very good at dealing with issues and sorted them without hesitation and then kept checking in to see everything was ok with our stay. The pool areas were very comfortable; the Royal level area has cabanas and day beds and nicer loungers than other parts but the infinity pool in the main part was beautiful.

We loved the overall appearance of the hotel and its little luxury touches that make it that extra special. We stayed at the Royal Level and found the food exceptional as the Royal level buffet and ala carte menu. We went to the Drogo buffet one night, this was standard but still nice. There was always space to sunbathe in the mornings and lovely waitors to always grant you a speedy drink. And the b lounge in the evening is a nice alternative to the live entertainment in the evenings. Our room was lovely, with a coffee machine, complimentary welcome bar and cava on arrival. It was my birthday while we were there so were delivered a birthday cake and a bottle of cava during our stay, which was a surprise. We went for a walk around the coast for something to do, and there are lots of options if you wanted to do tours/ experiences.

comfy beds and pillows clean rooms the location - plenty of places to wander: 10 minute walk to the cute seaside town of Los Abrigos - the restaurants do amazing paella, Canarian potatoes and bruschetta - a must! The nature park, and the little town with bars and the restaurant called Old Fashioned. Then another harbour about 40 mins walk away.

The staff is very helpful and positive, always careful about your needs. The dinner buffet in the royal level is excellent and has a theme every evening. The breakfast has plenty of different choices and always very tasy. The royal level area and pool side service was excellent. The bar with music and great drinks in the evening

The UP experience for adults is well worth the upgrade , the terrace is amazing , the infinity pool was great it was so peaceful, food was lovely and the staff were all great . My son tried a few of the water-sports at Troya beach which can all be booked through the hotel reception including Siam park tickets as well . Food in the restaurant was absolutely fine for us , we managed to eat every night there and the pool bar is handy for snacks during the day . The hotel is spotless clean , all the staff work tirelessly to keep it all running smoothly and they were all friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. The Hotel is spotlessly clean with every area inside and out cleaned by armies of cleaners/sweepers and gardeners every day. The hotel was recently refurbished in 2021 and so is very modern and fresh. The location is very central in Americas and so within a 10 minute walk you can reach all shops, restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel is geared for families with children with slides and a mini water park in the pool area and plenty of activities for them throughout the day. UP! is excellent! Adult only. Rooftop bar, pool and Jacuzzis with amazing views! Its also free food which is top class, free beer and cocktails unlimited all day!!!

Everything was great - the room is very big and the view is awesome. In general the hotel is amazing - it has good infrastructure - pools, bars, UP, SPA, aquapark and so on. The location is great as well. When we arrived - the hotel was overbooked and they asked us to stay for the first night in the partner hotel Vulcano - and because of this we were upgraded for free to have All Inclusive - that was very good from their side and were happy about it. The food and drinks in a bars and restaurant are of a really high quality. The fresh water is available at any floor and in a lot of places - that is very convinient. In general - we had amazing vacation and I can strongly recommend this hotel.

Room- I was on the 8th floor, rooms modern & spacious for myself & daughters. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a pool view and this is definitely a worth it if given the option. My sister’s room was just as nice but her view over the balcony wasn’t overwhelming as looked onto an abandoned building. Housekeeping- very good, kept room to a high standard. I didn’t notice the little card to request a change of sheets until half way through but that was on me. Pools- fab choice of four pools. As our week went on things did definitely get busier with people queuing up to put towels on bed. Food- what lets the hotel down, it’s extremely bland and somehow everything just tastes the same. We did opt to eat out a lot to avoid this. Things began to get very busy later in the week and more queuing/waiting for things to get replaced. However, all hotels offering half board/all inclusive tend to be very similar in terms of the food quality. Staff- some very friendly while others clearly would rather be anywhere else in the world. Entertainment staff very enthusiastic, I didn’t have young children with me but there was loads for them to do at hotel with kids club, shows & activities by the pool. There was an issue a few times at dinner/ bar with drink orders not appearing but this was always rectified. A very nice stay at the Bitacora.

Beautiful, very clean and well-located hotel. I have been to many 4 star hotels but for a 4 star one this one is excellent. There was a buffet breakfast and the receptionists and restaurant staff were amazing. The interiors are very spacious and our room had a beautiful view and a balcony too.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Upon check-in, we were met with the friendliest staff who took a genuine interest in our stay and our comfort. The grounds are beautiful, with two pool areas that featured gorgeous landscaping and views of Teide. The location was ideal, an easy walk down hill (steep coming back up) to the ocean-side restaurants and bars, and a quick walk north to the stunning botanic garden. There were four of us, so we stayed in the suite with two balconies (one with a view of the ocean) and a separate bedroom area. The bathroom could use an update but it was all clean and functional. We had a car and used the hotel parking, which was convenient, though a tight squeeze. With an all-inclusive option (we didn't take, our stay was short), it's easy to see why guests stay a week or longer.

Fantastic hotel. Beds were very comfortable, we loved the view from our room. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff was very helpful, we would like to thank Carla from the reception desk. We also liked the flamego show, in the evening.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Due to a last-minute cancellation by another property, I was forced to book this hotel only 4 days before my trip. Upon arrival, I received an upgraded room, which had an exceptional ocean view and gave me access to the rooftop patio.

The staff were very friendly. The pool and all day entertainment was super. Breakfast was fantastic but the evening buffet not so good. The room was spotless with a great seaview and the bed was so comfy with lovely big pillows.

We've stayed here a few times, most recently late June 2025. We had a half board Level room with Pool access, so on the fifth floor, but actually at ground level if you enter via the main entrance. If you enter via the main pool side you're on level -1 (six floors away from reception). The one thing about this hotel is if you're not fully able to get about (even with a network of lifts) it's possibly not for you. And it's up a steep hill so be prepared. But don't let it put you off. The views over Adeje are stunning and the hotel itself outweighs any perceived downside. The staff are enormously helpful and there's a separate check-in, pool, lounge area and breakfast area for Level guests. The rooms are spacious and the food (buffet for breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant) is very good, and there are always plenty of choices. There are also a couple of other restaurants on site. We only had dinner a couple of times because there are many great restaurants in Adeje and neighbouring La Caleta which are also worth a visit, but we never missed breakfast. Try booking via Melia if you are considering it. You might be surprised on the price compared to a third party package/tour operator. My one negativity is we were offered €100 voucher if we got in touch with the Level Concierge. It was actually a sales pitch (I don't know what for as I never got that far), so we declined. Had the note been up front it may have been different. Other than that I can't fault the hotel.

We just returned from 2 weeks in this fabulous hotel . From start to finish we loved it . The entrance to the hotel is just wow , the views are breathtaking. The staff are amongst the friendliest we have ever come across . They all can’t be named but big shout out to Natalia who greeted us most mornings and evenings in the main restaurant, in all fairness all the staff in the restaurant were great . To Fernandez for his aqua fit classes , to nicco for keeping us hydrated at the pool , to Jesus , Nelson and the two ladies at the poolside bar. Food wise the pico negro is a must the food is class and service excellent . The main restaurant offers great variety and stunning views. The entertainment in the evenings was excellent from saxophone players , to violin and Spanish guitar players to opera singers . We had an ocean view suite which was spotless clean , and had ritual toiletries, huge super king super comfortable bed. Location wise we were close to lots of shops and restaurants but beware there’s a couple of pretty steep hills to conquer on the way back . Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and I do not have a bad word to say about it! From the very get go staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Room was very clean and comfortable with superb black out curtains providing an undisturbed night sleep. The food on offer was above and beyond expectation with differing cuisines each night and a diverse selection of dishes- and the night at the Italian as a part of the all inclusive was a very pleasant added bonus. Stand out of the hotel was the pool facilities- the main pool is very large so room for all and there are plenty of beds. The pool bar staff Nicco, Jesus and Alberto were superb- friendly, funny and very competent making delicious cocktails and delivering for all guests needs. Another highlight was the aqua classes once a day- not something I would usually do- but the instructor Fernando was fantastic, very encouraging, charismatic and entertaining. The entertainment in the evenings was also a lot of fun and a good way to end the night- not going on after 10:30 making for peace and quiet when guests wanted to go to bed. Overall the hotel was fabulous and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Just returned from 12 nights at melia del teide on all inclusive Overall a nice hotel with good and bad points. Good points are the rooms are big and nicely done pool was nice and the staff especially the bar staff are really friendly Bad points as soon as you arrive you get pestered by the circle team to sign up for melia rewards a card under your door would be enough. The sunned covers are filthy need a deep clean, also not enough sun beds for when hotel is busy,people sitting on Balinese beds but asked to move as they are chargeable surely should be okay to use if all sun beds are taken. So called pool bar is sandwiches,pasty ,melon, and salad tubs if you want anything else need to go up to the restaurant if your by the pool should be able to get a burger etc to take back to your sun-bed. Get a visit to Italian on site as part of AI booked at reception for 20.30 on Thursday turned up to find no booking girls managed to squeeze us in thank you as restaurant only had 4 people in sat down then told no pizza which previous reviews said were amazing lasagne was better in buffet restaurant.food in buffet Luke warm and very repetitive, waiters in restaurant and bar were always busy so quicker going to get you own drinks

The pool area was lovely, the grounds very well kept, and location was great - close to the sea and a short walk to some bars and restaurants. We were told we’d have a top floor superior apartment but it was actually on the first floor. We didn’t raise an issue with them because as it turned out the location of the apartment was brilliant for us and we preferred it as we had direct access to the pool area, a fabulous terrace, and were on our preferred side of the apartments closer to the sea and restaurants. The complex is protected by key card entry, and there was security patrolling at night too so we always felt safe. Sheets and towels smelled fresh.

Having been left stranded at the airport due to an air traffic control problem preventing any flights back to the UK I had a mad panic to find some accommodation and was pleased to find this property nearby and available. The price met my budget and it was nearby so I didn't bother reading any further so when we got into the property we were very surprised and pleased with what we'd booked. A spacious apartment, clean and comfortable, with everything that you'd need for a short stay. The reception was only open for 3 hours in the late afternoon / early evening, but luckily someone was there to meet us when we arrived a lot later. Whilst we'd walked past the pool to get to the apartment it was a lovely surprise the next day to see the sea view, something that I wasn't expecting. Lovely pool and complex quiet despite being in the summer holidays. Close to airport, and less than EUR20 taxi journey.

Spacious Apartment, clean and beautiful surroundings and facilities. Friendly staff, close to good restaurants and shops.

1st time in Tenerife and me and my son I had an amazing time, all the staff were absolutely friendly and so helpful , especially thanks to Edgar for being down to earth. I will definitely recommend it and we will be back next year .

It's a perfect location – close to the highway yet secluded from traffic noise, so we could enjoy quiet rest and beautiful views of the ocean. Easy access by car, spacious parking. The hotel is quite charming, with beautiful garden and fields. Admirable that they grow their own vegetables and fruits, and breakfasts were truly delicious, with new additions every day. We especially loved hot waffles. Check-in went very smoothly, many things are nicely automated. Excellent Internet speed, too. Everything looked new and impeccably clean, lots of plants growing in pots, even bouquets of fresh flowers on the tables. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and hope to visit again!

A perfect place to relax, with a beautiful garden and very helpful and friendly staff. The attention to guests and cleanliness are top-notch. Delicious and varied breakfasts. A very good base for excursions. High standards and a beautiful view of Mount Teide from the window. The presence of the lady who prepared everything during breakfast is priceless. Thank you and we will definitely come back here.

Breakfast was amazing. Every day delicious warm dishes. Room was spacious and brand new, very clean. Hotel is very quiet and I was really resting there. I needed a desk and It was arranged for me. There is vending machine in the hotel, swimming pool and big parking. My favourite place to stay. Highly recomended.

Edith and Lorenzo have created a beautiful tranquil haven which was a pleasure and privilege to experience. It's difficult to find words to add to the very positive reviews of others, but we would say that if you are thinking of visiting the green north of Tenerife and you value peace, quiet and the beauty of nature then Finca La Punta is a perfect place to stay. Our apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped, with a large private terrace offering lovely views over the finca and nearby ocean. The finca gardens and pool are beautiful, and guests are allowed and indeed encouraged to explore and enjoy them. Despite all the peace and tranquillity, facilities such as petrol stations, restaurants, major supermarkets etc are just a short drive away. Best of all however was the attentiveness, hospitality and attention to detail of our friendly, helpful and very interesting hosts Edith and Lorenzo, for whom nothing was too much trouble in ensuring that we had a perfect stay.

I was a bit unsure when I booked the property because I didn’t see a sea view photo from the room in the property photo collection. but actually it’s stunning! the view from the living room and balcony is so good! the location is quite nice. very quiet with full privacy. there’s a huge Lidl around so very convenient to buy stuff. the garden and the pond is a true botanic paradise and it’s so impressive! I bet it will be super chill to lie down around the pond in summer time. the property has few accesses to the seaside so quite convenient to the cliff to enjoy the view even the sunset. the hosts are also very kind and helpful and giving us a lot of privacy. It’s 100% a hidden gem and worthy to recommend to all.

The hostest met us at location, she was very welcoming and warm. She welcomed us with fresh fruits and a bottle of wine, very kind. The property is wonderfull, it is near the beach. The property has a pool and a big garden which could be used. The appartment was small, but had everything we needed, along with a balcony with sea view.

it’s idyllic and extremely calming place. What’s not to love? it has a lovely welcoming host, a natural swimming pool. nestled between the hills of North Tenerife and the rugged coastline you get stunning views all around from the terraces. Tropical palms and cacti also all around. we were blessed with pretty good weather for our stay. Lots of sun during February so we were very happy. The garden is beautiful and the host even baked us a cake! she told us about local walk to sea pools which are also worth a visit. Many little towns around a short drive away and many delicious restaurants nearby. we also visited a vineyard and a banana museum. loved this trip and so did our 10 month old baby.

Truly amazing place. Nicely decorated apartment with all the amenities. Everything was really clean. Got the first floor with a huge terrace and a whole cactus garden just for ourselves. The views are just mesmerizing. There are natural pools in the ocean just few minutes away.

I recently had the most wonderful holiday experience in El Medano, Tenerife, and I can't express enough how fantastic it was. The host was not only kind but also incredibly professional, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. We had a wonderful stay in Tenerife! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The highlight was definitely the heated pool — it made our stay extra special and was perfect for both day and evening swims. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Absolutely grateful to the owner Alfonso and the kind lady that I don't remember the name of. I came on Sunday and all the supermarkets were closed, so Alfonso just gave me food. And he also was so kind to bring me to the bus station when I left. All the facilities are perfect, cooked and had fun. In the bathroom you find a washing machine, and all the possible stuff such as body creams, sun screens, toothpaste, different shower gel etc. Absolutely amazing!

Atypicap Hostel was one of the highlights of my trip to Tenerife! Super clean, cozy, and in a great location but what really made it special was the people. The receptionist,Alessandro was incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling. The volunteers were amazing too friendly, welcoming, and full of good vibes.The whole atmosphere felt warm and social, like staying with friends. I’ll definitely be back and 100% recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Friendly and efficient staff, place was spotless, never had to wait for a shower once in the whole week. Nice Roof Top bar and also a bar/restaurant downstairs serving really good food - as good as you’d get in a 4* hotel. The location was excellent, right in the old town and not touristy.

Pretty Modern setup, cool and clean capsules. The staff are very friendly and useful. The location is good, close to everything but also mean it’s getting busy at night and quite noisy from outside. I didnt book for breakfast but then I tried to pay to have breakfast, it turned out to be at another hotel that partnering with them, not bad but gotta walk up there.

We were greatful for perfect and quick communication and mainly for having access before usual time. The location is amazing, close to bus central station, tram and the centre of Laguna that is perfect base for making trips to Anaga, Puerto, SC etc. The appartman is well equipped and we were greatful for modern and fresh look. The beds are so comfortable, especially after hard hiking :-) Thank you so much.

The loft on the ground floor was furnished to a very high standard. The kitchenette was modern and high spec with everything you need for self - catering. No expense was spared by the owners on this stylish space. The rooms were clean and well - presented. It was spacious and 'on trend.' The added bonus of a separate utility room was so useful. All laundry detergents were labelled & ready for use - excellent! The bed and bedding were of the highest standard, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. This, together with air con & a choice of lighting effects, made for a most comfortable living environment. The loft is situated in an area convenient to all amenities. I was so happy to be there.

Really spotlessly clean with a chic decor and everything we could have needed. Fantastic to have the carpark just across the road. Good value option and nice to have the kitchenette for making a breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Lovely shower.

Very friendly owners who were quick to communicate. Apartment felt safe and access to it was easy. Great location, centre easily walkable. Really well equipped - had everything you could wish for. Comfy bed! I will be sure to stay again the next time I visit La Laguna 👍

The Villa was beautiful, clean, with stunning views and a good sized pool. Anie, the host was extremely helpful and friendly. Would stay there again. In the vicinity of the villa there are a few bars/restaurants and shops but it is a quiet area, which was good for us. Taxis to the centre of Costa Adeje cost under 10€, it is walkable but all up hill on the way back.

We had the most amazing stay at Villa Valentina. The place is super modern, spotlessly clean, and just really beautiful all around. Everything felt really well thought-out, with high-end touches and a great layout—perfect for our group of 8. The pool was wonderful - and having inflatables already in the property which meant we didn't have the usual battle with the kids wanting to buy new! Table tennis and table football also a big hit with the kids. All the facilities were very high end and everything we needed was already there. It made the whole stay really easy and comfortable. Annie, who met us when we arrived was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made us feel right at home and was always available if we had any questions. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

This house is perfect for a family holiday (with one or two family's). It has everything you need, multiple levels (so you have enough privacy) and a very nice Hostess (Annie!). Annie was really helpfull with our extra questions and such a nice warm person. The house has a great wide ocean view and the pool is perfect for the kids. Especially twith the artificial grass around. If you need a breakfast, then there is a place called Daria's only just 5 minutes walking away. This place has the best breakfast we had in years. We highly recommend this house!!

The welcoming was so kind, she helped us in everything.🥰 The villa was beautiful, very clean and has everything that you need for feel the home and vacation vibe.🥰 It was an awesome and greatful time here, we left our heart in Tenerife and in this villa I swear.🥰

Extremely friendly and helpful host, beautifully furnished house with abundant equipment & facilities incl. large heated pool, jaccuzi, sauna, table tennis, archery, pool billard table, several fridges / freezers, outdoor cooking station, bbq etc.

The house is amazing, and the host was very responsive and helpful

It was a stunning, modern property. Everything was wonderful and even when a couple of things went a little wrong they were quickly fixed.

The villa is absolutely wonderful and provides a complete, relaxing experience. We had an amazing stay and thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi, swimming pool, and breathtaking views. It’s a perfect location for those seeking peace and tranquility, yet still conveniently close to the city. highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We enjoyed very much the pool and jacuzzi. The view from the villa especially, and from the upper bedroom or from the pool was beautiful!!! The space and size of the villa offered a comfortable stay for a group of friends. Contact with the villa staff was also great. Any encountered problems were solved immediately (such as broken air conditioning was immediately replaced with a new one). We were impressed with such a quick response. It was very convenient that the property offered so many bath towels and bathrobes.

The space inside and outside the villa was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms and washing machine helped make the stay super comfortable. The view is exceptional and makes for amazing photos. We loved the outdoor space, perfect for us and our 7 month old to enjoy the sunshine and relax. We really enjoyed the walk to the restaurants, however if you had little ones walking with you the hill wouldn’t be doable so worth thinking about cars/taxis.

Great spacious villa with super pool (size/temperature great), hot tub, BBQ, good outside seating/areas. Massive lounge and dining area. High ceiling in lounge gives an impression of huge space. Beds all comfortable. Brilliant baby facilities. Brilliant host responsiveness. Lovely area with amazing sunset views. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely look to return.
